The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

These guys were a life saver...life happened with the stomach bug and our gang load of kids...hence, we needed a carpet cleaner in a hurry!!! The crew was on the job less than 24 hours after my call and did a great job! The carpet looks and smells like new! Outstanding customer service all around as well as good pricing. This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe cleaned up our house after a pretty bad water damage incident. Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. Justin Erickson and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, reliable and had very clean appearances. They were able to get everything ripped out and dried out quickly and thoroughly. Had a water heater leak and HD was referred to me by the plumbing company. They seemed nice enough and do take care of your insurance billing but the quote was ridiculous. Billed insurance to paint my entire garage and kitchen which was completely unnecessary. There were also other very sketchy charges. I get that they add in all of these because they know insurance will pay it but it's not right at all. What frustrated me the most is that when I called to ask about the charges and specifically that we did not want our entire kitchen painted they were extremely unprofessional. The woman I spoke with was demeaning and kept saying that they have to do all this work because they are insured and bonded and it's how the insurance will approve repairs. I called my insurance to ask and was told this company had no idea what they were talking about and purely trying to get more money for work they aren't even planning to do. I got another estimate from another licensed and bonded company which was 3500 cheaper than their quote. Win win for me and my insurance company.

After a plumbing leak caused water damage and mold, we called Servpro of Northwest Phoenix and they responded immediately.  Someone was out the same day, and the work began the next day.  We had fairly extensive mold, and drywall was removed, studs were dried and treated with anti-microbial, and then air quality purification was done.  Overall it took about 6-7 days, and the fans were loud, so we had to live in the upper level of your house, but the job was done professionally and absolutely perfectly.  We have had new drywall and flooring installed and are enjoying our surprise remodel!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
