The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

Excellent service, prompt, polite and boy, do they know their stuff!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

My new roommate insisted on getting the carpets clean and I was all for it. We tried to call several companies to come out, but all of them were unavailable or didn't have their own water tank to do the job.

We happened to come across Executive Carpet and took and chance and we definitely got lucky. Josh Y. did such a great job and the carpets have never looked better.
He was able to explain everything very easily and was quite personable. Not only was he done very quickly and efficiently, he also gave me an excuse to get out of an unnecessary work meeting. I cannot thank him enough lol.

Bought a new home and needed the dryer vent cleaned. The appointment was easy to set up, they arrived on time. Did what they promised. We're very polite and explained the process. Great company.

Highly recommend Kieth and Saviour's. I had a few companies give bids for a leak restoration and they seemed to be the best. Kieth is a nice guy, honest and did good work.

I own an insurance agency and refer all my clients to Servpro who need fire/water restoration.  They have helped several clients determine if it was worth it to file a claim  If a claim had to be filed they work with all insurance companies and when it's a small job paid by the client they were still happy to take the job. All of my clients big or small have told me they received great service.

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
