The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

Exceeded expectations!!! Dalton came out to help us save our 19 year old carpet. It was old and we have had many pets and kids on it over the years. Stains. It was embarrassing.  We intended to replace it but it kept getting pushed to the back burner. Well, we decided to move so we were hoping that the carpet could be salvaged so we wouldn't need to invest money in replacing the flooring before putting our house up for sale. I am so pleased with the results! It looks fabulous! Dalton got the stains and wear out and refreshed it. We will be taking better care of the carpet in our new home and so I'll be calling Executive Carpet Service in the future. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

I own an insurance agency and refer all my clients to Servpro who need fire/water restoration.  They have helped several clients determine if it was worth it to file a claim  If a claim had to be filed they work with all insurance companies and when it's a small job paid by the client they were still happy to take the job. All of my clients big or small have told me they received great service.

Zeke, great guy and does the most amazing work.  We have a dog and he made the carpets look better than new.  Highly recommended and at a reasonable price too!  Give him a call.

My husband and I were faced with a water heater leakage incident earlier this year which called for immediate insurance intervention, water damage repair, carpet, tiling and other restoration services for our living area. HD Restoration company was assigned to our case by the insurance company and were, at every step of the process, there to answer our needs and stay a step ahead of the action over a protracted period of time. At every turn, HD Restoration was there to act as liaison between us and the various entities involved. In every instance, HD Restoration (and, in particular, their office manager) was always available to answer questions, and to act on our behalf. We have nothing but the highest praise for this young company and would gladly recommend HD Restoration to anyone in a similar situation.

Bring your patience. Get everything in writing. And be prepared to spend a lot of time making phone calls to find out where the H they've been.

In the end they tried to gaslight me blaming me for a damaged floor that they installed all because I picked out the floor from the home Depot website and asked them if this would work. They never told me what to look for, I picked out the floor because the color was right. I'm a senior citizen I'm not a contractor. The floor was crap but it's all my fault is what they told me.

The floor was damaged before I was able to move back in, how their installers or their contractor didn't see it is beyond me. Obviously they don't check their work. Was in contact with small claims court & the media, in the end they reimbursed me for their expenses on the floor which will help me cover about 75% of the price of a new floor and for the installers that I'm going to have to hire to rip up everything they did.

What should have taken 4 to 6 weeks took over 3 months.
I would share more stories but right now I'm trying to figure out how to get white paint off of my dark brown dining room table without damaging the finish.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
