The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

If you are considering buying a house that smells like smoke or had a fire, you need to call Saviour's Restoration LLC, owner Keith Meschke. I just sold a house with an owner who smoked in the house. In over 12 years in real estate, this was the worst smokey house I have ever been in. Keith worked miracles with his wall treatment, carpet removal, and ozone treatment.

When our water heater broke, HD Restoration crew took care of the flooded areas promptly.  Jake, Hugo, and Brittany were an absolute pleasure to work with.  They offer wonderful customer service; are very efficient; and are good people.  HD worked directly with my insurance company/agent and helped navigate through all the paperwork.  As you can imagine, this can be a stressful situation; but the awesome crew at HD helped me every step of the way.  Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.  Thank you again HD Restoration for understanding the importance of great customer service!!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
