The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Highly recommend Kieth and Saviour's. I had a few companies give bids for a leak restoration and they seemed to be the best. Kieth is a nice guy, honest and did good work.

Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe cleaned up our house after a pretty bad water damage incident. Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. Justin Erickson and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, reliable and had very clean appearances. They were able to get everything ripped out and dried out quickly and thoroughly. My husband and I were faced with a water heater leakage incident earlier this year which called for immediate insurance intervention, water damage repair, carpet, tiling and other restoration services for our living area. HD Restoration company was assigned to our case by the insurance company and were, at every step of the process, there to answer our needs and stay a step ahead of the action over a protracted period of time. At every turn, HD Restoration was there to act as liaison between us and the various entities involved. In every instance, HD Restoration (and, in particular, their office manager) was always available to answer questions, and to act on our behalf. We have nothing but the highest praise for this young company and would gladly recommend HD Restoration to anyone in a similar situation.

The demolition and fans placed we're all done well in a timely manner. But now after they have torn up my house are refusing to come back and do any repairs even though they said they could be a one stop shop for all services needed for a small water leak. The second I said we don't need them to replace the floor which is the big ticket process they avoided all communication. Set up false times to walk the project. They want the paperwork from the insurance company to see how much money I received two now see how much it will cost to do repairs. Seems a little backwards to me. I don't recommend this company to anyone

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
