The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

I have used ECS four times now in my old apartment and my current place.  I'm always impressed and I always get the best price.  THe guys are really nice and they always tell me what is needed to clean my carpet.  They discuss all prices before doing the job and they have never tried to swindel me.  I refer them to anyone.  P.S. my dog penny lovesssss when the carpet gets clean she just roles all over it!

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe cleaned up our house after a pretty bad water damage incident. Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. Justin Erickson and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, reliable and had very clean appearances. They were able to get everything ripped out and dried out quickly and thoroughly. They did my house two and a half years ago and they were supposed to put the best carpet as you can see it wasn't we live in the house prior before the flood our copper never did any of that wrinkled up never as you can see the countertops are lifting away from the wall I've had to patch things up off the wall because it's already came off the wall where it was just only showing the metal as you can see in the corner it's cracking and you can't tell me that it's settling because that's not it my paint is peeling everywhere in the house and this company will not even come to look nor fix it cuz they said it's only a 2-year contract and that was it which they got a hundred plus thousand dollars off of this claim very bad business

Recently, we discovered a pipe in our attic had been leaking, and of course it was just above the room we had just finished decorating - our daughter's nursery.  Half of the room's ceiling and walls were basically mush.  I immediately called SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem, since I had a good experience using SERVPRO of Scottsdale at my first home.  From start to finish, the SERVPRO team of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem was very professional and detail-oriented.  I really appreciated the time Juan and Jose put into taping off my daughter's room to minimize the spreading of dust and fiberglass (even though I'm pretty sure this is standard practice, I felt they cared about the well-being of my daughter.) In addition to keeping the nursery very clean throughout the drywall removal process, they even swept up their mess outside, which is something I don't see with many home repair companies. All in all, We really enjoyed working with Viktoria, Dustin, Juan, Jose, and Cameron.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family in the area.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
