We discovered that our hot water heater was leaking after a fun, but tiring weekend at 6 pm on Sunday night. Jordan was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. After exchanging a few calls and texts to understand the nature of the issue, he came out that night, and we were back in business with a new unit installed by 9 pm. Huge relief to find a good, honest plumber at an affordable price on the weekend. Highly recommend.

He came out to our house for an emergency consult when we learned we had a burst pipe and he immediately diagnosed it and explained what was going on in a way I could understand (I know nothing about plumbing). He fixed the problem in no time! Brendan is our go-to plumber now and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Max has done work at our home several times and the quality of his work is beyond exceptional and we have referred him to several friends, and will continue to do so. Recently, we needed to call him to help with an emergency, but I was nervous about having someone in the house during quarantine as I have family members who are high risk for COVID.  Max came in the back door to the basement wearing a mask, completed the work as quickly as he could and he cleaned every surface that he came in contact with before he left - again - though the basement door to prevent any contact with my family.  He not only assisted us during the emergency, he made sure that my family was safe.  He always arrives on time, always completes work within the scheduled timeframe, and always cleans up when he's finished.  If you are looking for an A+ plumber, call this guy.

We had an issue with our sink which then spread to the garbage disposal... and then to the dishwasher and were honestly afraid to call a plumber because of what an ordeal it would be and how much it would cost... we finally got to the breaking point and called Robco. They returned our call within a few hours and came by in the afternoon to fix it.... 30 minutes later, EVERYTHING is fixed for the cost of one service call.

He and his plumbing partner are so friendly and amazing. I am so happy with my experience and will absolutely be calling them again if we have any more issues & recommending to all my friends.

Excellent plumber!  Joe and his team installed a new hybrid hot water heater in my house along with a short list of other plumbing jobs I asked them do to.  They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.  Joe went above and beyond by installing an access panel door (and I hadn't even asked him to do that) while he was waiting for the plumbing inspector to arrive.  How cool is that?

The price was reasonable and they provided me a clear itemized invoice after the job was done. Very professional company.

I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call on them in the future.

Brian was remarkable in responding to call to fix frozen water pipes last weekend When temps fell to negative numbers. Called several other services who quoted extremely high prices just to come out and then give quote and then putting you in a list ,since demand was so high that day, Brian came out in less than 2 hours since I was an  established customer who had used his service a few times in the past years.
He spent over a hour trying to defrost the lines unsuccessfully and gave me instructions as to what to do for the next few days to move this along, as well as lay out a Plan B if this was not successful. He called several times to check on the progress and thankfully all went well without having to open the wall. Not only did I appreciate his concern for my plight but was extremely grateful for the fee, which was much lower than any starting rate received from others.  Highly recommend!

With the temperature rapid plummeting each night this past week I decided to give my heat a little use so I could stop wearing layers upon layers of clothing around the house.  Hit the on button and 30 minutes later, still just as cold. Boiler was just not turning.

Called around to a few places and ended up deciding to go with Sal from Pinzone Plumbing and Heating.  Needless to say, 3 hours after calling he's already come and gone and now I'm toasty warm in just a normal shirt.

Fast response time, excellent service, and reasonable pricing are what you get when you use Pinzone Plumbing - I would definitely use again (even though I hope I don't need to).

I couldn't be happier. I moved into my new place that needs a lot of work. Todd helped me today. He fixed the tub, kitchen sink and put a new garbage disposal in.
The new dishwasher will be next.

On time, polite, and explain things very clearly. They are really the best one so far that i have used. They recently replace my HWH, they do a great job. Very organize and clean.

Price is fair consider the way they handle the installation and feeling that i got that they want to get the job done properly.

I had also used Lowes contractor before, Not a good choice, too many hacks and short cut.

I have been calling Steve Hathaway for 15 years with all varieties of plumbing issues in my 100-year old 3-family house.  There is no one more reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt.  I depend on them and they never let me down.

Wow, I just met Joe.  He came by my house after hours to take a look at my bathroom's drainage problem.  He diagnosed it visually and said the job was in the main pipe and he recommended another plumber that specializes in clearing clogs from main pipes.  He took the time to write out everything I should tell the plumber and also gave me some advise on how to check their work before they reassembled everything. I was impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was.  And he did not charge me for this 30 minute visit either.  We have some other pumping issues so I will definitely be calling Joe back once I get the immediate problem fixed.  I can see why Joe gets lots of great reviews!

Coming out of 'yelp retirement' again to give thumbs up to Bob and his mate, from McGough's.
The old (out of warranty) boiler burst at 7pm, I managed to turn off the gas and water and do some flood damage control. I called McGough's at 9 am on Christmas Eve (!), and Kelly at the office had Bob come around to quote.
$1,100 for a new 50 gallon gas-fired water heater INSTALLED.
Came back 30 mins with a new boiler, and by noon, all done.
Great service, 5 stars.

Steve came the same day our water heater broke, he came and replaced it, quickly, painlessly, and efficiently. Could not be happier!!!

I needed a Washer/Dryer replaced, and E. Puopolo could not do it (sadly, because this company has provided excellent service in the past). But Stephen responded immediately, and he helped me find another solution. This is a very reliable & respectful team and business, and a pleasure to interact with. Also - in this day and age when we could all use a bit more kindness in our days? Yup - i found it today w/this interaction.

The heating in my back radiator would not stop throwing out heat a few months ago.  I had someone come out from A  Hohmann and they checked the valve, moved the lever to the front - and said it was now fixed & that this radiator would now, NOT throw out heat in the summer.  The problem is after he left, in continued to throw out heat. (In the summer). I called them within a day to say, that this issue was not  fixed. And that I needed a call back from the plumber who came out. I called them numerous times - and no call back.  They just keep sending me a bill for $125. And NO CALL back and no resolution.  Horrible service.
