Vincent Defabritiis is the best plumber I've ever dealt with and at times he's been a life saver.
I've been employing his services for the past 10 years.

* Always answers his phone and/or calls right back.  
* Very responsive.  Call him with an issue and he's out to your property within 24 hours.
* Communicates effectively.  Very clear in what he can do and when.
* Cost.  No surprises. You know what the bill will be.  He doesn't gauge.
* Trustworthy.
* Clean and neat.  He doesn't leave you with a mess to pick up.
* Good people skills. If you have tenants, you don't have to worry about him.
* He's a professional. He's a great plumber.  He knows his business.

Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner: always on time, on budget and really know what they are doing. Completed a number of small jobs for us along with two major heating system replacements. Always answered all questions whether it is phone or e-mail.  We were impressed by their customer service and project management skills. Would hire for other jobs and already recommended to friends.
Beware of Easter Construction that they partner with and may recommend for your remodeling/construction job. Complete opposite of what Presidential Plumbing and Heating is.

I purchased a real fixer-upper - diamond in the rough - at the end of January 2020. Suffice to say I was a bit overwhelmed with everything that had to fix. But Darren and his team were there to work with me and talk me through the fixes that I knew about and the ones we found along the way.

I cannot say enough how much they really made a difference. From the smallest fix to the biggest projects, they were honest, conscientious and straight forward with what they needed to do and what the impact would be. We successfully fixed all of the plumbing issues and helped turn my house into a home - with working water and gas :)

With any project, there were additional needs and things that we discovered/broke along the way. The team was very accommodating and again very exemplary in their conduct and very resilient in their pricing for services and hardware needed. Additionally, they were very proactive in searching for a solution in extreme cases, in one example they found gas lights that needed to be disabled so they replaced the gas lines directly to the ranges to prevent a larger issue down the road - keeping me informed every step of the way.

Impressive Plumbing is one of the few businesses that are 1:1 with their namesake, everything they do is impressive both in service and conduct. They will truly care about your needs, be responsive if something breaks, and will try to find the best possible solution. I would work with them again in a heart beat.

Needed help installing / removing a broken 40 gallon gas water heater for a condo. Was extremely quick in providing a quote and availability - had the old one removed and new one installed in under two hours. Arrived on time and picked up the heater since it wouldn't fit in my car.  Kept the basement work area clean and showed me quickly how everything was done + summarized the work they did.

John Macone installed my gas furnace and hot water heater in 1990. I've hired him ever since for projects large and small, including two commodes and a tricky leaky pipe between floors. Call John and he'll call back. On a recent Saturday my furnace conked out on a cold day, leaving my home without heat or hot water. I called John on his emergency line. He was involved in a work project most of the day but promised to come afterward, which he did, at dusk. He dove right into the guts of the furnace he had installed some 27 years before -- and found the problem -- two burnt-out gismos. He didn't need it, but I held a flashlight for him and brought a cushion for his knees. In less than a half-hour the furnace was back on and radiators warming up. It was a good feeling. I can't compare his fees because he's the only plumber I've used -- or wanted to hire. But when someone fixes the problem each time, he's worth extra in my opinion. Powderhouse's high-quality work will live on, as John's two sons are now in the business.

Literally waste of time. We scheduled a meeting, nobody showed up, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule. I say if you want a reliable contractor look elsewhere.

We've been using Roscia's for everything plumbing-related for about 4 years. Prior to that we would used a variety of plumbers for frozen pipes, messed up drains, installing sinks, renovations etc. We just found they were the ones who most consistently:
1. Responded quickly and, if we needed service urgently, were right there.
2. Fixed what was wrong. These guys know what they are doing. Almost always there is a junior plumber and a more senior person. Clearly, they are training their people.
3. Provided a fair price. Not the cheapest but certainly worth it. Just recently, I hired them to install a faucet I had purchased to replace what I thought was a hopeless old one. They fixed the old one very quickly and cheaply. Could have just done what I asked and charged me more. I was able to return the faucet I purchased.
4. Explained to me how to not need them more often! I have had regular problems with frozen pipes over the years. They recognized that they had been here before and one of their experienced guys walked through the house with me and showed me what I could fix and what practices I could put in place to avoid more problems. Again, they could just keep coming back and charging me.
5. Clean, courteous, professional. Never a mess. They are in, and then they are out. Often I am juggling working from home when they are here so they are as unobtrusive as possible.

Bottom line: real pros, know what they are doing, and treat you fairly. I don't ask for more.

Paul is great -- very thorough and identified past mistakes/patches by prior plumbers. 5/5 stars for skill, speed, price, and friendliness!

I had the unfortunate experience of needing to call for plumbing services. I say unfortunate only because who enjoys an appliance failing, or a pipe breaking, or a toilet or drain clogging? No one I know. But this experience went from unfortunate to stumbling upon, what I believe to be, the best experience one could ask for.
Rizzo Plumbing was recommended to me by the property manager at my condo complex. I placed a call to Rizzo because my garbage disposal quit working and it was my first experience with this situation. My call was answered and I was immediately met with patience, professionalism, and a tone of complete reassurance. As promised, I had a call back in no time, and an appointment was made. Joe showed up on time, went right to ask what was going on, and then sprung into action. Joe was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. He identified the problem, corrected the problem, and then took the time to explain to me what happened with the equipment and how to avoid that in the future!
Joe, you're awesome at what you do and just a nice, friendly, outgoing guy. Please don't ever lose that really great customer service attitude.

He is delightful to deal with - provides quotes he stands behind, maintains excellent communication. Price is the best and responsiveness is the absolute top of the line. I made an appointment two weeks ago for Akian to come and fix our HVAC.  The process for making the appointment was fast and efficient, and I appreciated the dispatcher texting me just before the technician arrived to give me his name and share some information about his background and experience, which was great.  Brendan, the technician, was polite, thorough, and careful. He explained the problem and the solution very thoroughly and gave me some great advice about maintenance (who knew?!) and our older HVAC system.  Cost was around $300, which seemed fair to me. Also, he was extremely well prepared with gloves, mask, coverings on his shoes, and health-related questions for my family.  I feel very pleased to have called Akian for my HVAC and will be calling them tomorrow for plumbing. Great job, Brendan and Akian!

Once again Belli Plumbing & Heating provided excellent service on multiple days as I was replacing all my aging appliances.  The scheduling was done to minimize disruption to my household and Chris even helped coordinate the scheduling of another contractor.  Joe and Ryan are both pleasant and capable professionals  who explained what needed to be done, wore shoe covers to protect the interior living space and picked up thoroughly before departing.  Charges were clearly discussed up front as well as when the plumbers arrived.  The estimate was also right on target.  I never hesitate to recommend Belli Plumbing & Heating to others and am delighted to know I have a source I trust when it comes to plumbing services.

if you would like to be taken advantage and lied to and new equipment you bought swapped for old equipment this is your guy. a Liar and a con man is the best way to describe this guy.

I used Greg to install a faucet. He was professional and I have no idea why that woman posted that obnoxious review.  I would definite use him again for plumbing work. My guess is maybe she's got a personal vendetta.  I would encourage anyone considering him for a job ignore such juvenile personal attacks.

Jack and Francis are great. They helped us out with a bathroom renovation, and Jack stopped by free of charge to inspect a clogged main drain just to recommend another specialist to snake it out. Friendly and dependable, we're keeping their number handy for future emergencies

These guys have done two jobs for me now. They came out to inspect a hot water tank leak and do maintenance on the hot water system. They were on time, professional, and respectful. They found the tank to have leak and helped me get it replaced for free under warranty. On the second trip they did a large day long job, replacing the tank and fixing another problem that came up. The owner worked with me on a price that was fair. Adam was my technician. He was great and you should request him. Quality of work was excellent, they left the work space clean and even out in protective boot covers so they didn't bring a mess into my home.

Contacted them about an oil to gas conversion.  The very friendly receptionist said she wasn't sure whether they did exactly what I was requesting, so she sent me to the voicemail of a Sr. Tech/Plumber.  Two weeks later, and not even so much as a polite call to say yes or no; was completely ignored. Clearly they don't want your business, so don't bother to call this place.
