For me, having to call a plumber rates somewhere between root canal and an IRS audit. That is, until I discovered Green Planet Plumbing. I've used their services time and time again, and every experience has been great. Most importantly, they've always charged a fair price. Seing as how plumbing is the only industry I know of where they can get away with charging more than private jet rental on an hourly basis, Green Planet Plumbing is a breath of fresh air.

These guy are simply terrific. On time, quality work, flexibility in adding additional tasks, very courteous and convenient scheduling by Molly, although they're much in demand, so check. Price wasn't cheap but worth every penny. I trust them totally, which is rare in today's world.

I was referred to WS Sewer & Drain by a friend and I could not be more impressed with Bill and Judy. They were so helpful. I didn't need immediate assistance so was able to schedule and get Bill over for an appointment and then a second appointment once all my parts came in without issue. Bill was fast, courteous and knowledgable.
I was so happy with the service, the results and the cost.
I would definitely recommend... Thank You!!!

Early yesterday morning I received a call from my elderly Dad, very stressed that his hot water heater was pouring water out of the top. I was very thankful to Dave and his team for saving the day! I made a call to Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumbing. He was very helpful and quick to have his team of guys out to my Dad's house within a couple of hours. They were clean, courteous, quick and friendly. Dave's price was very fair and you could tell from talking to Dave and his guys how important customer service is to them. I highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

Our house sewer line backed up - and we realized this at about 430 on a Sunday. We called about 20 other plumbers, including several that listed as '24 hours', with no results. We were referred to Action Jackson by another plumber, but Don (the owner, I think?) called us back almost immediately and most importantly, his guys were out here when he said they'd be, within an hour (as opposed to the other plumbers who said they had availability Monday morning - sorry but we need to use the bathroom more than every 12 hours?!). His guys snaked the sewer line, showed us everything, and recommended the follow up in 3-5 years. They were on time, polite, helpful, didn't upsell, and most importantly, available at a really bad time. So grateful!

The community had a concern and their response was quick and appropriate. Would definitely recommend!

Had a water leak near my meter. They were one of many companies I reached out to for a quote. Theirs was the fairest and they were able to get to me the next morning!
The two guys that came did a great job.
Would recommend using this company for plumbing needs.

We had some mega plumbing issues, with a collapsed pipe, crack in our main line to the sewer, and more. We obtained several bids and went with Jafco, who presented the most reasonable solution to our issues and came right in the middle on the bid. We had a few little hiccups with our project, just freak issues that no one could have predicted, and they were so responsive and fixed them all, even though ultimately it cut into their profits. Josh was the supervisor on our project and he was so easy to work with and again, we really appreciated how professional he was and how much integrity the company had throughout what ended up being something of a nightmare project (again due to some freak accidents, nothing they did). We would absolutely work with them again and 10/10 recommend using them.

I was very happy with Blake Plumbing's service and professionalism. They misdiagnosed my problem at first, but when I called back the owner Aron, called and took care of it right away without charging us. I would definitely recommend their services.

I called this business mistakenly, thinking it was the number of a plumber who could replace a toilet, and he gave me referrals to local businesses that could help us out. Very helpful, and gracious about my calling at almost 9pm on a Friday!

Five stars on service - Quick response time (they came in 30 minutes from calling, whereas other plumbers gave me an appointment after a week! - which doesn't help when you have an emergency kitchen drain clog). Very courteous and professional service! They knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Very happy with the work and results. Only downside is the cost - it cost me $425 for a 15 minute job to unclog my drain. That seems pretty pricey. Perhaps I am in the wrong profession and should take on plumbing :-)

I did a major remodel of a my business. Zack and Louise were out from the get-go, gave me a fair bid for the amount of work that needed to be done, and completed the work in a timely manner. Later, when I had issues with other things--hooking up a dishwasher, capping off and tearing out defunct water lines and rerouting drainage systems, they were out first thing with solutions and professional help. I would definitely use them again and again.

Good work, excellent efficiency, and great communication from Otter plumbing! We had to get all of our pipes replaced and we are really glad we went with this company. Mike and his guys did some great work!

Having a septic system can be challenging. When it got plugged I called Limitless and got an accurate quote over the phone to fix the problem. The next morning he was here, and everything went exactly as I was told over the phone. I know whom I am going to call next time if I have any septic or sewer problem!

Update! (05/04/19): Mr. Rooter contacted me several weeks ago after my negative review and wanted to make things right by asking me what I thought a fair price would be. They agreed to my idea a of a fair price. I'm giving them more stars for reaching out. They didn't have to do that, but did.
Mr. Rooter sent Ryan out to fix a leaking outside faucet in my backyard. To get it fixed Ryan had to get under my kitchen sink and make a hole in the wall and work with the pipes going to the faucet. Ryan had it fixed in about an hour and a half. Brand new faucet...no leaks!
My only problem was the price. The bid was for $1,350 and I agreed to it up front thinking it was going to take a whole day. After learning how quick it was I was a bit shocked and asked for a discount. Ryan agreed to give me $200 off which brought the cost down to $1,150 with tax. Let's see...that's almost $600 per hour!
I'm still having a hard time swallowing such a huge bill for no more than 2 hours of work. I won't hire them again, because I feel gouged. Just to be clear Ryan did nothing wrong and was a true professional, but probably had to charge what the company wanted him to charge.
The next I hire a plumber, I'll get two bids. Lesson lea

It was a small plumbing issue, a dish washer backing up. But it was close to the holidays when I needed it to work, and Vortex Plumbing was able to send someone the next day after I called. 4 Stars for prompt response and scheduling.
The plumber arrived on time the next morning. He noticed the kink in the outlet plumbing and used a hose clip to increase the flow of water through that stretch (he explained that would be cheaper than him replacing the entire plumbing hose). He then uncovered the countertop drainage and push some wire through it to ensure there were no food lumps. Ran the dish washer, and it worked great. But the cost of the hose clip is less than $2, and his actual work time was about 15 mins. He committed to leave the invoice later that day or following day. MIA.
I had an electrician and his trainee working on installing a security camera today. The parts included commercial tubing and they spent a solid 1.5 hours. When I compare both invoices, the plumbing was 65% of the electrician.
In summary, if you need immediate prompt attention, they are responsive. Price vs work effort is terrible. You will feel you have been gouged.

We have a 15 y old in-floor radiant heating system that requires some skills, experience, knowledge and more than a bit of patience. These are complex systems that most plumbers are not able to maintain and fix. Allred's plumbing has proven to be more than able to cope with the quirks of the system, identify issues and perform sensible and cost effective repairs. They respond quickly, offer good advice and perform repairs at a sensible cost. We are impressed. This is a professional outfit that we will continue trusting in the future.

Very professional from beginning to end. South West sent Abel and Thang over to our home in Renton. The called and said someone should be arriving in an hour, however Abel came before an hour. I'm very confident with the work that they both put in, and will be sure to keep them in my address book, and book marked on Yelp.

I called this company today to fix my clogged toilet and I feel completely ripped off. The job took less than 10 minutes, and I could have bought and installed a new toilet for what they charged me.
When I called, they told me I would be charged a $99 service fee. I wasn't surprised about that, as I have paid $100 to $150 in the past to have toilets unclogged. But I was shocked when they arrived and told me it would be an additional $200 to unclog the toilet! At that point if I had told them to walk away, I still would have been charged the $100, and then had to pay for someone else. I have never had a company do it this way in my 35 years of dealing with service companies-- if you are paying for a service, you never have to pay the dispatch fee on top. And, I see by the reviews that they have doubled their dispatch fees in the past year. With tax, it ended up costing me $326, and I didn't even get a warranty with that. (I had tried for a week to unclog it, but nothing worked. They do have good augers, but I bet I could buy one of those at a plumbing supply store for a lot less!)
The guys were nice, and I felt sorry for them that they work for such a rip-off of a company. I will never hire anyone again without reading the reviews and asking more questions. My regular plumber charges half this, but he wasn't available today.
I googled it, and I could have bought a toilet for $125 and had it installed for $117-- and that's on the high end-- so I am really angry.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MANAG
