Awesome help is hard to find! Despite Brandon being extremely busy he was responsive, offered guidance via phone/email and was willing to be a source for me to ensure someone wasn't taking advantage of me if an additional plumber was required due to my only bathroom not functioning. I did what I could; however, couldn't rectify the situation and thankfully I waited because Brandon and his associate were professional, kind, efficient, and effective. Brandon went the extra mile for me and I'm super grateful. I was glad to cut him a check because he deserves it! He will be my go to if necessary as it's hard to find help like that as a single women-I'm sure many women know what I mean.

We had a clogged toilet and used the quote feature to find out relative pricing. This was the only company that asked questions relative to the problem and suggested a DIY option before they were going to come out. The option worked and saved me some cash. I appreciate the customer focused approach of this company and will use them in the unlikely event I had another plumbing issue.
Really nice guy! I ended up not needing them to come over but he was really helpful with reviewing the video of my emergency issue through text. He made his recommendation over the phone to save me a $400-$500 emergency visit and it worked. If I should need a plumber, I will definitely choose them. I appreciate honesty especially by the desperation in my voice.
I contacted Brandon to clear a blockage in an underground downspout drain line. My communication with him leading up to the job was very professional and prompt. He contacted me and asked if he could come a day early which was much appreciated. He worked hard in pouring rain and tried everything possible to clear the drain line. Unfortunately, it looks like the line is collapsed and will need to be dug up and replaced. Brandon has referred me to another trusted company to do the work. The most amazing part is that Brandon refused to take any money saying that he was unable to complete the job and it wouldn't be right. Brandon is as hardworking and fair as they come... I trust him and will definitely contact him again with any plumbing issues.

We had a pipe crack in our garage while I was trying to clear a clog. Brandon was very professional, exceptionally priced, answered immediately to calls and texts, and went above and beyond our expectations by installing a removable cap on the new pipe so I can snake it much easier in the future (I didn't ask for this, and he didn't charge for it!) Will absolutely use him again if we need a plumber and have recommended him to family, friends, and on my social media!
Having a septic system can be challenging. When it got plugged I called Limitless and got an accurate quote over the phone to fix the problem. The next morning he was here, and everything went exactly as I was told over the phone. I know whom I am going to call next time if I have any septic or sewer problem!

Look no further for a honest, ethical plumber! Plus he's a super nice guy. Our older home had a plugged up sewer line and Brandon was immediately responsive, quick, efficient and tidy with his work and his prices are beyond fair. If you need plumbing repair, do not hesitate to call Limitless; absolute stand up outfit. We'll certainly be hiring them for some additional repairs we know are coming down the pike.
I ended up not needing their service, but Brandon took the time on both a Sunday and first thing Monday to determine that a suspected water leak was just groundwater. No charge. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but if I have plumbing issues in the future they'll be the first ones I call!
Limitless Plumbing & Sewer needs to be your first and only call when you need a plumber. I discovered an in-ground leak from my main water line. They quickly came out and assessed what could be the problem. Explained what our Plan A & Plan B would be in the event that the damage was worse than believed. Plumbing problems for years. Other plumbers all said it was our main line. These guys checked the roof vent (who knew that mattered)? And the sideline. Showed up the same day. Will be my go to from now on.
Brandon was awesome. I had a different big name plumbing service come out and totally disappoint me after a major sewer line backup that flooded the first floor of my home. Brandon responded quickly to my call and followed up with me after coming out to give me a quote. He was absolutely professional and provided a fair quote for the repair job as compared to the other quotes that I received. He showed me everything on the camera and took care to replace the gravel that he had to move to complete the job. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and provided fast and efficient service. If I ever need plumbing services again, Brandon will be my go to person.
Rusty water in the bathtub indicated we had a problem with either our pipes or hot water heater. After a few texts back and forth with Brandon we narrowed it down to the water heater... He went ahead and ordered everything needed, installed it about a week later and voila! --clean clear hot water with minimum hassle. He was completely up front with expected costs, reliable and responsive. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed.

Had an issue with ground water backing up our downspout. Messaged Limitless and the owner was quick to respond but wasn't able to get to us until the following week. I didn't want to wait that long so we had another company come out. That was a mistake. They charged me a bunch of money and wanted to charge me another $3k for work that would've made it worse. I ended up having Limitless come out the next week and he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for less than the other company initially charged me for not fixing anything. Would definitely use Limitless again!

Helped us with a leak at the meter, and was able to quickly replace our line to the meter. Water pressure is great now, for the first time since we moved here!! We can actually turn on more than one water appliance at a time now! Previously if any one of the washer, dishwasher or shower were going, you could barely get a trickle out of the faucet. Now it's great! No more staggering chores due to water pressure!

LOOK NO FURTHER!
Brandon came out same day I contacted him. He was incredibly professional, he did a great job and his prices are SO FAIR!! He is super honest and knowledgable, and will explain everything he's doing as he goes.
Backstory: So...I had a clogged line and had a different plumber out (NOT Limitless!) the day before who didn't fix the clog! He took my toilet off the base and left it like that (I had to re-install it myself!!), he broke my outdoor spigot (I had to fix that too!!), and he charged me $450 to run a jetter for 10 minutes. Then he told me it would be another $1800 (in addition to the $450) for him to return the next day to finish the job. Such a ripoff!! Needless to say, I did NOT call him back.
So the next day was a Saturday. Mine line was still clogged which meant I couldn't run any water in my house. I contacted Brandon in the morning and he came to help me that afternoon, on a weekend! He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave me a bid before starting work and finished the job in a couple hours for half the price of the other guy!! He also included a camera scope; still half the price of the other guy. As he was preparing to leave, I asked him about some slow running faucets I had in my house and he showed me how to fix those without even charging me! Such a nice guy, super professional, and he had all the up-to-date gadgets to help him find the line without digging up my entire yard. I will NEVER call another plumber!
As stated in the other reviews, Brandon (Owner) was able to come out same-day for my plumbing issue. He responded within minutes via message and phone. This was key for me as with any plumbing issue, you want it taken care of sooner than later. As opposed with bigger companies ( I was originally told to contact Aurora Plumbing), they often are booked out, which was the case, which worked out fine for me or I most likely wouldn't have stumbled on Brandon. To be concise, Brandon exuded a great deal of knowledge, explained things thoroughly, answered all my questions, was well prepared with all the tools he needed as well as possessing all the latest tech, was friendly, had good communication skills, never seemed rushed, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction (unclogging main line via hydro-jet, cleaned septic filter, cleaned up crawlspace). Very impressed, highly recommend!

Our toilets backed up again. The third time in 5 months. Being new home owners and new to how septic works, we had called another plumber in October of last year. They did much more and the problem came back. Brandon however, arrived on time, and was very thorough, helping me to understand the problem and the system in detail. Very professional and competent, he gave options and didn't do anything unnecessary. Brandon fixed this issue and suggested a simple and easy change - new toilet paper. Apparently Costco paper is often too thick for septic systems, as he has seen this issue multiple times with Costco TP. His prices are fair and his integrity impressive. Recommendation is high, and repeat business is certain. Thanks Brandon!!

Over the years we have had numerous water leaks in our main water line to our house. My husband has always done these repairs but they were starting to happen more often. We had extremely high water pressure that was causing this. We called Limitless Plumbing and Brandon came out to assess our problem and give a bid. He came on the day and time he said and replaced our water line and added a pressure reducer. He added fresh gravel where he had worked. We are very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him. If we ever need plumbing or sewer work Brandon will be the first we call.

Did a great job fixing our water main after we were told by the City that we had a leak. Very punctual and professional staff. Charged what was quoted at time of estimate.

Brandon was awesome. He came quickly and then discovered our problem was related to our septic that had just been serviced and new pump installed that wasn't working. I had to call the septic guys back in. Brandon explained everything to me and then didn't charge me for his time about 1/2 hour, because it wasn't something he could fix. Very impressed with his customer service.
Brandon has been absolutely top notch and provides superior service. No gimmicks, no up selling, no surprises or hidden fees. Just an honest to goodness, knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking and fair company to work with. Brandon takes great pride in his work and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing or sewer work.
Friday night out of all times, we experienced a plumbing emergency. All 3 of our toilets backed up. So who do we call? Well--God was answering our prayers tonight. We called Brandon at Limitless Plumbing and Sewer and had the most professional, excellent plumber we ever met in our 70 years on this earth. Brandon arrived at 7:00 pm...within an hour of my frantic call. We have a septic tank and were in a panic. Without going into all he did-I will say we are so pleased to have found this company. The work was done neatly, efficiently and as quickly as possible. Brandon charged us a very reasonable price for all he had to accomplish. He has an incredible work ethic that so few possess in this day and age. If you want an excellent job and an honest plumber don't bother looking elsewhere. Limitless Plumbing is the company to go to.

I called and they were out the same day I'm terrible with names but the man who came to my house was amazing. He was very honest and thorough. At the end of it I was very pleased with the service and price I highly recommend this company.
I did not go with Limitless, mainly because they do not do tankless water heaters. However, the person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. He referred me to someone who can help me. It was a productive conversation and helped me think about my issue more.
