Robison Plumbing has great customer service when explaining situations and scheduling appointments.  My water heater was checked recently and Jeremiah from Robison answered all of my questions, noticed a completely different problem I needed to take care of and was extremely thorough and kind.  I was scheduled immediately for a new water heater and will call Robison for my other properties I may need help with in the future.

Spot on!!

I had a huge, ugly clog in the toilet of my rental mobile home.  Ray came out and had it cleared in a matter of minutes.  I ended up having him replace the toilet a couple of weeks later.  He was wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job.  I will ask for him again, anytime I have plumbing problems.

Broken frost-proof spigot connected to in-wall plumbing- next day service (non-emergent, awesome!) Technician was Seth, courteous and professional, and offered some advice about other minor fixes I could accomplish myself to protect from future issues. Expensive repair ~$500, but happy with service. Mel was awesome as customer service, as well. Cool iPad-based system gave me peace of mind about my estimate and repair costs.

Had a toilet with a leaking wax ring. When I set up the appointment they said there is a minimum charge of 129. Great that's fine, I'll pay for the minimum labor. They took a look at the toilet and came back with two quotes one for $426 and one for $489 for something that should take under an hour.

A delivery truck drove over and broke our main water line to the house. I called Robison and with in an hour they had two clean and professional plumbers at my house fixing the broken line. I was so impressed by the response time as well as the professionalism of the staff. They were very affordable and exceeded my expectations as far as cost and time. I will definitely call them in the future

I have reached out to discuss but have not received a response back so while I much appreciated the response to the review, I am done spending my time and energy on this. It was definitely an unnecessarily expensive and disheartening experience

They charged my wife $960 to install a faucet That we bought.  new toilet ring, and a leaky kitchen drain. That was still leaking.  We had to get another plumber to make it right.  We never got a receipt from them as requested.  they are the worst

My family has used Robison plumbing for almost 20 years at our Poulsbo beach home. After a king tide flood our shower was clogged and backed up. In less then 24hrs of our call Sean was here. My mother has cancer and has made this now her home. After fixing the backup Sean seeing my mother in need grabbed some Ajax and scrubbed the shower clean removing all the sand and dirt. This is above and beyond and absolutely touched my heart. What may seem so little to some can truly touch a family and mean more then words can say. Sean and Robison plumbing thank you for your prompt, heartfelt service and for your compassion for our ill mother. I hope the world is blessed with many more amazing workers like you.. Sincerely her daughters.

I purchased a gas dryer from Costco which included delivery & installation.  Delivery guy unable to install.  I called Robison and they connected it.  Total time in house: 40 minutes.  Total cost: $229.90!  I guess I'm old fashioned, but isn't that a BIT MUCH?  Don't think I'll be calling them again.

I cannot say enough nice things about Robison  Plumbing, Robin who answered my call was so sweet, I felt like I was talking to my daughter, sweet and caring.
Levi who unclogged my garbage disposal was so fast and explained everything he was doing, a very very nice young man, I appreciate their help so much, and I recommend them highly.

My husband and I walked out to the garage yesterday and it smelled wet. We look up on the wall by the water heater and it looked like something in the wall was leaking. We haven't had the need to use a plumber since moving here two years ago, so I turned to the google. Robinson came up, and it said that they were open 7 days a week, and it being a Sunday afternoon, they seemed like a good choice.

I called the main line and the woman was super nice. She said she would tell the person on call and we could decide if the problem was urgent or not. Marcus called and was able to figure out the problem from my husband talking to him and a few pictures sent via text. He told us it wasn't in the wall, it was a small tank over the water heater and would be an easy fix! He even offered to get us in that night when he finished the appointments he had set up.

Marcus was super nice and helpful. He got the problem fixed in no time! Robison will be our go to plumbers and we will be sure to mention them whenever we can.

They were the only plumbing service I could find that would come promptly to unclog an underground drain on a rainy dark Autumn evening. On a second occasion they were the only outfit I could find that had a Jetter - a machine to unclog underground storm drains. That fixed the problem.

Would NOT recommend.  Carpet soaked in multiple areas of my home. Tech came out to find the leak. Was charged $367 for leak detection , yet they couldn't find the leak! What exactly did I pay for? What a scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,
Reason:. Extreamly unskilled company, and estimators,. Extreme over charge for plumbing.. FACT..!    $8000 to dig up a line, when there was nothing wrong with that area....did not use a detector ....just guessed and gave a crazy estimate.... We got big time screwed....never again with these guys......u were warned...sad

So we called another reputable company....and they said, it was a simple fix $700....
So checking around, save $7000 dollars...

I called a few other 24/7 plumbing places and wasn't able to get them to send out anyone for my emergency plumbing issue. The dispatcher for Robison sent out the wonderful Derek and he had my problem fixed in no time. Their customer service rocks and the prices are reasonable. Will call call them again for any more problems I have. Wish I could give them more stars!

Robison came out for a big job--plumber had to reschedule for a day he could bring a second pair of hands. That got canceled at the last minute. On the re-re-schedule he showed up 3 hours late without the second pair of hands, couldn't do the job, asked to re-re-re-schedule only now with an excavator and an even higher price tag. When the job was finally all done, it was missing one of the pieces I'd been told was included. The answer for that seemed to be some combination of my supervisor told me to do it this way and what we told you we'd do was hard. I'm not sure what the job should have cost, or what it should have looked like...but I feel like I got played.

After a couple of attempts from our prop management to fix an old toilet and a putrid smell wafting from our funky bainbridge island rental failed, Chris & Ryan from Robison took over and had both major problems fixed in 2 short visits in what had dragged on unresolved for a month.

They are experts, friendly & funny but so smart, work super efficiently together, and I could not recommend them more whole-heartedly.

Thank you guys! Worked well coordinating everything with both landlord & property manager, and even us renters.

Worst water heater installation ever.  It was a pretty simple job.  The water heater is in the garage - easy access with plenty of room to work.  I live in Silverdale, WA not, San Francisco as the review location shows.
I was supposed to be the first call in the morning.  Tech didn't show up until 1130.  The tech installs the new water heater on the old stand (its a gas water heater, so it needs to be elevated 18 inches to be within code).  Problem is, one of the legs on the 26 year old stand is corroded with rust.  I mistakenly figured the tech would replace the old stand - wrong.  Next problem - the new water heater is not centered on the old stand.  Part of the new water heater extends beyond the edge of the stand on one side - while on the other side the edge of the water heater does not go all the way to the edge of the stand.  It's off-center.  Third problem - I go out to my garage this Sunday afternoon and there is water leaking out of the tank inlet valve that the tech replaced - due to poor soldering.
I chose Robison because I wanted a good plumber to do a quality install. I ended up paying way more than I should have and got a very sloppy installation that is now leaking 3 weeks later.  Thankfully I saw the leak in the afternoon.  If it would have happened at night while I was sleeping, I would have woken up to a disaster.
I'm now waiting for the Sunday emergency tech to come out and fix the leak.  Bottom line - if you want a quality water heater installation - don't choose Robison.

I had Seth come and attempt to hydro jet nut down spout gutters which was unsuccessful. He then rigged a quick fix so my sump pump could drain my crawl space and told me He was going to need a city permit to tie in to city storm drains. I waited three weeks while calling every week to check the status of the permit only to have Tom the service mngr tell me they don't do that type of job and he wishes Seth had told him sooner. Trash business and they need to be a bit more communicative with the client. Would not recommend any large job be routed to this sad excuse of a company.

Everyone at this Company is super helpful and you can tell they really care about you. Connie and Robin really listened to me and made sure I had an appointment as soon as possible!  Todd is a super knowledgeable plumber and even walked me through how to do basic maintenance on my unit  to help it work more efficiently.  Todd was extremely straight up with what I needed- and I appreciate that.

What a strange range of reviews.... we had Robison out today for a broken pipe repair on our water-well main-feed pipe to the pressure tank /  house.  From the time I called to the time they arrived was less than an hour - at dinner time on a Sunday night, no less.  I was expecting a horrendous bill but was in for a good surprise.

Plumbing technician Travis was SUPER nice on the phone, and in person.  I had started digging before he got here but he quickly took over and figured out the break right away.

The price IMO was GREAT considering it was a Sunday at dinner time - and we were facing the potential of a night at a hotel (with no water, no showers, etc.).  But the billing cost for the repair was totally reasonable and that wasn't necessary.

Travis was just awesome - professional and friendly and just a great guy and fixed our problem in no time for a very reasonable cost.

At least from this experience, Robison is our go to plumbing company going forward.

Thanks Travis - great job today!!  We'll ask for you by name next time :-)

I was given a window of 10am - 2pm for the plumber to fix my shower valve.  Courtesy call was not give to me that the plumber was going to be late. I finally got a call at 2:30pm that a plumber was on his way. Can you deal with this people? I had to take a vacation for a day because they couldn't give me a morning or an afternoon appointment. If I show up for a job interview, doctors/dental appointments more than 30 minutes late, do you think I will get the job, or still have a doctor or dentist waiting for me? I don't think so.   YOU ARE FIRED.

Needed the internals of toilet tank replaced. Due to busy storm weekend, arrived two hours later than appointed time frame. Gabe and his trainer were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Job was completed expeditiously. I was given the option of refusing the service based on the estimate for repairs. This was my third appointment with them, the others cancelled due to weather, so time was of the essence. My only concern is their prices are exorbitant. I had two recent similar but more complex jobs completed in condominiums in Seattle and Robison's work was double the cost. This was even with being given a senior discount. In fairness they guarantee their work for two years. Even though I found Gabe's work, demeanor and knowledge great, I probably would try another plumbing service next time due to their cost scale. I realize he has to charge what the business owners demand. Just too expensive for me. If I hadn't been under stress to get the job done, I would have refused service. Again Gabe and his helper were great.

Was out of town so unable to go out to see about the leak under kitchen sink. My wife was told need air gap and tail piece for dishwasher- $260, but should replace all other pvc piping too as no telling if it will last more than a year! An additional $300. So I got about $50 worth of parts and $500 labor for an hour work! Then was told I get the discount included because they back end charged $89 for a warranty and free future inspection. I have a tree business and I have 4 guys out on jobs with $300k worth of equipment and do not charge this much even at the risks we take.
TOTAL RIP OFF ! No they never charge overtime because their rates are already at double time !  I guess ethics and fairness do not apply here...

Garret at Robinson Plumbing came out quickly. He was very curious and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I thought I had a major clog in my mainline but Garret was able to inspect and determine the problem was with my septic system. He was able to find the root cause very quickly and was clearly an expert in what he did. Garret certainly gave a great impression of Robison plumbing.

We run an Airbnb and were certain we would have to cancel our guests when we found we had a clogged sewer line. Not only was Travis here within the hour, he fixed the problem on the spot. Not only was he efficient, he spent time providing us with knowledge on DIY ways to keep our system operating at its best. He was friendly and courteous and the cost was very reasonable, even for a Saturday emergency after hours call. Thanks Travis at Robison Plumbing!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We called when my husband couldn't get the plumbing put back in the wall in the bathroom when he was fixing a leak. The guy who came barely even attempted to try and stated that the whole system would need to be replaced and to do so a hole would need to be placed and a contractor would need to be called to fix the subsequent hole; costing us $1k. My husband asked (begged) for the guy to try putting it in using their grease and tool. The gentleman was super resistant to even try. After asking 3-4 times the guy tried and it worked. If you want an honest company this is NOT it.

They were the only people who could come out within a week after our downstairs flooded with a busted pipe. Even though the guy was late he did an amazing job and was prompt when fixing and replacing what needed to be replaced. A little on the high price of things but at that point we just wanted it fixed.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the technician was wonderful and did a great job, was pleasant and professional.  I did discover that the pricing was 3x-4X more than other local plumbing companies for a call out, which I feel is very unreasonable.  A woman called to do a survey after, and was quick to say well, plumbers are expensive.  I don't mind paying for quality work, but somewhere in line with the rest of the neighborhood would be nicer.  I will likely give my business to a smaller company next time.

Called several times looking for Tom at his request and no call back.

This company is awesome! Although we still cannot determine the leak (just like when you go to the doctor, the problem magically heals itself) the guys that came out were very polite and profession. They seem knowledgeable. First time they came out with 15 minutes and it was not an emergency. Second time within 2 days so they are expeditious. I've even purchase their membership that had a 1 time fee. I would recommend them. It's unfortunate for me the leak doesn't occur when they are here.

They charged me $430 to cut a hole in my wall and tighten a valve.  He checked for the leak with some sort of spray and my dish soap.  No parts. 20 mins of labor, tops. Still have a hole in my wall that I have to repair. Doesn't add up to me. Also the guy who showed up decided that as he's charging me $400 for nothing I might like to hear his thoughts on the democrats starting the next civil war, as if thats even remotely appropriate.  PASS.

Had a cable guy tell me of a leak under my home, called and got on the schedule for next Sunday, when Willie arrived he went straight to work to find the leak point. I asked him to look at 2 temporary repairs I had made and he made me an estimate for all 3 repairs along with an estimate for replacing a 30 year old water heater. Decided to put off water heater replacement  till later. Willie made quick work of the three repairs and left the area spotless. This is the second time I have used them and  Robison will always get my business

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! These guys will scam thousands of dollars out of you. They will send inexperienced workers who you'll have to clean up after and still not fix the problem.... Horrible experience! Ryan from this company came out to investigate a leak in a jacuzzi tub. When ASKED how he would find it, as he started to fill up the tub, the customer suggested he go a bit slower. First drain, then lower jacuzzi spouts and higher jet etc. Ryan, took that as customer was trying to tell him how to do his job and ignored customer.

After proceeding to fill up tub 1 over the jets, the leak started POURING OUT to the first floor. Ryan (shocked) ran downstairs. It was a HUGE PUDDLE coming down the wall.

Customer: THAT is what I was afraid of... now a whole inch of water needs to come out. What now? As it ran down the wall. Ryan stormed out STATING CUSTOMER was unreasonable.
After calling management, they sided with Ryan (due to his experience) and would not resolve the problem.
CUSTOMER BEWARE; arrogance lives at Robinson Plumbing.

First time customer. We accidentally flushed a brush down the toilet, and we could not get it out. Called them, and within 1 hour someone was at our door ready to work. Fair price, available 24/7 for emergencies, and they do not charge overtime. Within 1 hour of working they found the brush, unfortunately had to remove the toilet, but it has to work with 3 kids in the house, so very happy at their prompt and professional service! They will be the first people we call should we have a plumbing issue the next time around. Do not hesitate to contact them.

Oh Yelp, how I wish I'd have checked here before blindly trusting the yellow pages (which I haven't used in years and, after this experience, will probably never use again).

My husband and I bought a new home and moved here last week. he had to check into work right away and I wanted to do some laundry so I thought I'd just take care of hooking up our gas dryer while he was at work. I called Robison for a quote and they said they only give quotes on site and that someone would come out, look at the job and tell me how much it was. If I agreed, they could do the work immediately.

A couple hours later a rep showed up at my door and wanted to see the laundry room. My husband and I had the all the equipment, but I lacked the know-how to connect myself. I asked how much it would be to connect and he said he'd go get his tools and check it out. 8 minutes later, he came out and said it was done and that he'd write up the order. Umm, what? What happened to my quote??

It ended up being $115 (after the military discount) for the 8 minutes to connect the dryer. While the rep was very nice, I promise that I would have just waited for my husband if I'd know it would cost that much for less than 10 minutes of work in a very clean, brand new construction home. With rates like these, I wonder why I went to college...I haven't found another job in the area that utilizes my education and work experience and pays this well. Ugh, lesson learned.

**Side note: They did call to ask how the service was and I told them I was unhappy with not having been provided a quote. The service manager, Tom, called the next day to apologize for my not getting a quote before the work was performed...and to tell me that the rep actually UNDER charged me! OMG, these people are unreal!!! I wonder what the normal price is!

We  installed a new hot water heater and it didn't work
..after being given stupid advice by someone else we called Robinson (according to tag on old hot water heater they had replaced elements back in 2009)
They made it out a am day...quickly diagnosed the issue and had part on hand to fix the issue.  He stayed until we had hot water.  We just copied the old installation so there were a few things that need to done to bring this installation to code...he pointed out the issues and gave us a bid on bringing the installation to code.  Thank you Steven for the great service.

Fast and friendly, but maybe a little spendy.

I like the charge by the job, not by the hour thing. It seems expensive, but if you think of it as paying for speed, it feels a little better. They have no incentive to go slow.

I called Sunday morning with a major leak in my shower - they were very friendly on the phone (and NO HOLD!!) - scheduled me for that afternoon 12p-3 and said would call to give me a closer ETA - told me no cost estimate. They called me back right around 1130am to advise Anthony was on his way! He arrived right around 1215p or so and took care of the problem! great customer service.
I asked my contractor to reach out to them to get a bigger job done! hope it works out as I was so pleased.

RIPOFF ARTISTS: Hired these guys in Bremerton, WA to replace 2 laundry faucets and add an icemaker water line. The faucets were simple screw-out, screw-in affairs that (tech told me) took less than 15 minutes to replace. The house did not have a water supply at the back of the fridge space so he had to go down into the crawl space and tap into the main water line to run a supply. I almost had a heart attack when I got the bill for $1,706. I told him you must be freakin' kidding me - that's twice what the new refrigerator cost. He just shrugged his shoulders and told me they charge a book rate for the task regardless of how long it takes. I feel like I was genuinely ripped off by Robison Plumbing and there is no correlation at all between what they charge and the actual work they do. I don't care what they say, this is honestly an unfair price for the small amount of work that was actually performed (about 3 hours). I will NEVER hire this company again and advise anyone else to pay close attention to estimates and get comparative bids.

I ended up having a septic backup late on a Sunday night.  I called and they had a plumber call me within about 15 minutes.  After decribing my situation over the phone, the plumber asked me if I would be OK if he walked me through some troubleshooting steps, since it would take him two hours to arrive from his current job.  I agreed, and he walked me through several steps to help me clear a line.  Because I was able to fix it, he cancelled the call resulting in no charge to me!  I always appreciate when businesses help you help yourself before charging a ton to do something that takes 5 minutes and needs basic tools.

This company is the worse I have ever dealt with during my home ownership.  They were rude, disrespectful of the issue I was having and gave a quote that was outrageous for the work needed.  My home flooded during one of the severe storms this winter and I requested them to come out and identify the problem.  They figured it was an issue with the downspout.  They came out and said they could re-route it away from the home as a temporary fix and prevent further flooding into the home.  The quote for 15 feet of piping and a 90 degree elbow away from the house was $389. Are you kidding me? This can be purchased at a DIY store for less than $50.  The install would take them less than 20 minutes, so where is the cost coming from.  They said labor was two hours.  Scam artists. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE!

I bought a water heater from this company before, and the plumber was a very nice man and efficient. In last October, we damaged the shutoff valve in our garage. After a Robison plumber repaired the valve, he said I'll give you $100.00 off for a new frost free pipe, and I said OK.  He spent about five minutes to install the pipe. He then prepared an invoice in my kitchen, and the price of the pipe and its installation was $214.05 AFTER the $100.00 off. I didn't argue, because he was much larger than I was and meaner looking. I then checked The Lowes and found the exact pipe at $55.00 resale! After I complained to Robison by E-mail, Tom Bozeman offered me a $100.00 discount toward a future repair. (They can reduce the price by additional $100.00, if you complain, and still make enough profit.) For the obvious reason, I didn't want to hire Robison again. Instead, I wanted a $100.00 credit toward my credit account that they charged to. Eventually, I ended up in submitting a price dispute to my credit company, CITI. Robison claimed that I approved the pipe installation and signed the invoice in the garage prior to the installation, which was a lie. (I'll be more than happy to take a lie detector test at anytime.) Apparently, after a few months, my credit company didn't want to deal with Robison any more. So, CITI, not Robison, credited my account for $100.00 as a valued member reward. Although, Robison gave me a senior citizen discount, I'm sure they took advantage of me in this case of $55.00 pipe and its installation. Yes, I did receive a $100.00 credit from my credit company. I just wanted to warn the others, who may be thinking of hiring Robison Plumbing, that what they did to me may happen to them as well, especially if you are a senior citizen. I always communicate with E-mails to keep evidence. I was surprised how Tom Bozeman communicated with me comparing to the other customer representatives. It's very unfortunate when a business takes a chance of losing much valuable customer trust over some money. The plumber didn't clean the mess. I did.

I recently purchased a house in Bremerton, and needed to upgrade the plumbing. Robinson seemed to have a good rep, so we used them.
I am an active duty military member and was leaving, but I was assured the job would be done in a weeks time, before I left, and my pregnant wife would be able to live in the house.
After they pushed their start time back twice, I had to leave and my wife was stuck in a friends apartment.
They showed up for 2 days, and then stopped because they needed a sheet rocker to continue. It would have been nice if they had told us this in the beginning.
When they came back to our house, the plumber that had started the job quit was fired, and we had to start with a new plumber.
A job that was supposed to take a week took a month and a half. After my wife asked for a price break due to the complications we faced, they refused saying the price was too low to do anything.
When a company brushes off a military member and his pregnant wife in a military town, I cant ever be give them a good review,
The job was done, and we have clean water. The service was poor. They left quite a mess on the side of my house, including old pipes all over my back yard. I was not satisfied.

I wish there was a lower rating.  these people advertise as rooter rooter on line and do not call back.  I was a plumber for many years and I am termporary disabled and can not do a simple job, I told Mary that and that I have never called a plumber before and it is hard to do, but at this time I am disabled and cannot do the simple repair. I told her my flapper on both toilet were stuck because of repairs and hard water with bremerton it affect both toilets, but it looks like both flushmoniters need to be changed out,  this is very hard to have to call a plumber when I use to do this all the time, but I can not do it with my hands, it is hard to even remove the top of the toilet. .she shined me on and then asked me if I have used them before.  THIS IS DISCRIMINATION TOWARDS A DISABALED PERSON.  DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY AND MARY NEEDS TO BE FIRED, sorry about the spelling, sometimes it is hard to type because of my temporay disability.

Robison Plumbing's TV advertising brags that they are available 24/7 and do not charge overtime. Beware! They charge around $75 to do a bid and if you accept their bid they'll apply that to the charge. But, their bids are ridiculously high, but, its easy to get hooked because you've already invested the $$$ to have them come out. So, even though they don't charge overtime their basic charges more than make up for that. I DO NOT recommend Robison!

My wife had Robison out a year ago to install a toilet that I didn't have time to install.  There was nothing unusual about the install, however the cost was quite high.   While they were there they convinced her to buy a $150 lifetime contract to do annual inspections of our plumbing.  This is supposed to give us some kind of discount of future services as well.

Back in late January they came out to do their annual inspection of the plumbing.  At that time I pointed out that one of the toilets had leaky fill valve that would need to be repaired.  The serviceman didn't have the part and told me that they would call me the following day with a quote.  A week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called to find out what was going on.  I was told I would hear back the following day.  Three calls and a month later and I still haven't gotten a quote from these jokers.  The last time we called was on a Friday and we spoke to Tom the service manager.  He assured us that we would hear from them the following Monday.  It is now Tuesday and still no quote.  I decided to order the part and just install it myself.  In the end it's a $30 part and will take about 15 minutes to install.  In the time I spent trying to contact these guys I could have completed the job.  If I ever get a quote from them for this work, I'll post their price for comparison.

I'm irritated that we were sold a service contract that is worthless.  It is clear that unless they can drum up a large repair job while they are doing the inspection, they have no interest in providing service.  I plan to still have them do their annual visit because I paid for the service, but you can bet they won't be hired to ever do any work on my house.

Call someone else.  These guys are not worth the time.

We were misled by this company, one of their techs (Todd) came by did some smooth talking and ended up putting in lower end faucets which perform poorly at best.  He charged us $433.00 to change out a shower assembly.  Highly recommend to anyone reading this to not go with this company, over priced and full of pure American greed BS.

Too bad there was not an option to give zero stars. They came and told me I needed a clean out installed (there was one in the basement the whole time).  So they gave me another clean out and took my whole yard out (took more than what they said they would).  They buried my new foot mat I had purchased from Home Depot 1 week prior and decorative wood logs and yard borders.  We had just professionally built a fence and they had to remove it.  The fence was not restored back.  Nails were sticking out and it was lop sided.  A chunk out of our cement wall was taken out by bulldozer.  We stayed in a hotel while this was being done and when we came back the yard was a disaster.  I learned after the fact that industry standard is that they at least take out the big rocks and rake it out as much as possible.  There were mounds of dirt and far from reasonably leveled.  They admitted to breaking my water pipe and wrapping it to mend it.  So how did I find out that they broke the pipe in the first place? Within two days I had a pool of water in the yard.  So they came back and told us how it broke.  They dug a whole and proceeded to tell me that they will provide a quote to replace it (a pipe that was fine before they broke it) -$2,000 give or take.  I was infuriated at that point.  They insisted on the pipe having to be replaced to correct it.  They said that they would put a  clamp without charge.  I asked them how they went from saying the pipe was necessary to replace to a clamp doing the job? They had no response.  So they put the clamp on.  I only agreed to this because my down stairs was damaged from the flood and I had my one year old and newly born infant at the time.  My water bill was outrageous as a result of what they did.  After talking to the manager MANY times he sent one of his guys to rake the yard.  The employee made it known that he did not want to be there by mumbling and not making eye contact with me.  In the end, my yard did not look any better after his so called raking.  After that failed attempt the manager wanted to send the guys back to figure fix the fence.  I never had them come back.  I couldn't take it anymore.  They were very expensive and after the fact found out that they over charged me.  I wish I saw their reviews before hiring them but I was in such a mess I had no time to shop around.

They advertise 'no overtime' because it seems to be all overtime.  They are available, but expensive, didn't seem to have enough supplies and left a mess.

Crooks! Our well went out and we needed to get the water back on quick but did not have time to do it ourselves because of a death in the family. These guys did come out and fix it quickly, but it cost $800. When the funeral was over, we looked up the part that was replaced. The part cost about $80, and it took the guy 1/2 hour to change it out. We called to ask why they changed us $800 dollars for something that cost them $80. The answer was insulting.

Despite the high quality work and the pleasant and licensed personnel, their Service Manager is interested in nothing but the bottom line.  He was argumentive with me from the first word he spoke.  I am a senior and I was offended by his cavalier attitude.  I was willing to pay for what I thought was the best.  Not now!  Poor customer communications DO effect the bottom line.  This is one way that happens!   There will be many more seniors with plenty of disposable money and this company is already behind the curve.  No future for them here.

Very professional, on time, quality work, a little expensive but worth it when the water heater is out. We have used them several times over the past 15 years, including the rough-in plumbing work for our new construction home. We even signed up for a yearly maintenance package.
