I didn't think I could feel this emphatically positive about a plumbing business, but here we are. My water heater was leaking over the summer - I called around and most places were a week out from being able to even come by and assess. On top of that,  found out I have a boiler system which even fewer places work on.   These guys put me on the calendar but said if a sooner opening came up they would get to me faster. Yeah right, I thought.  That won't happen. IT DID. Install was super fast.

But this is where it gets better - the intallation tech points out the T&P valve and says just a heads up, you're also pretty close to end of life on this thing.  I'm not gonna replace it because it's expensive & it's not an issue right now but just be aware GREAT.  Opportunity to charge me more and they didn't needlessly take it.  Sure enough, a few months later my water isn't heating as much.  We're in a pandemic, things are crazy, they are somehow yet again the only ones that can squeeze me in.  Same tech, he makes sure to test it to confirm its the issue instead of just replacing it and it ends up being something else.  So yeah, I cannot say enough good things about them.  They were honest, upfront, provided great advice, amazing costumer service - honestly just a rare gem of a company.

My sink was clogged and i tried multiple tricks to get it unclogged, but nothing worked. Marco came out and helped me clear the drain and haven't had an issue since. I casually mentioned my garbage disposal wasn't working as i thought it used to and he checked it out and got it back to normal within a few minutes.

They worked with my schedule, quoted me based on my description of
the issue and were very timely, professional and awesome to work with!

Great company. We desperately needed a hot water heater replaced and these guys definitely came through. They were very professional and courteous on the phone. Dave came out and was very friendly and listened to my complaint. He was very careful with our flooring and i really appreciated that!! He took great and very accurate measurements to make everything fit properly in a pretty tight space. Dave took his time and we were very happy with the service.

The pricing was very transparent and fair compared to some other companies I called. We were very happy with our experience overall and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues.. with plumbing it's not if, it's when.... so it's great to have people like Dave at Einstein Plumbing to save the day.

Couldn't be happier! New homeowner with zero handy skills. My garbage disposal had been broken for almost a week, and after trying (and failing) to fix it myself with You Tube videos in hand, I finally admitted I needed help. After doing a lot of research both on and off of Yelp, I was shocked to find most plumbers wouldn't even come to my house without a $250 minimum charge. $250!!! Single mom here, not in my budget. Some even quoted as high as $575 to fix a garbage disposal! These are the moments that make me (briefly) miss apartment living.

Well, not only were Einstein Plumbing the cheapest of about 10 bids, they were the most honest and upfront about the details of their time and cost estimates. They came out and found all that was needed was a simple push of the reset button (something I SWEAR I had checked multiple times!) But low and behold, my disposal worked immediately without a hitch. That was a week ago and it's still working.

Why do they get 5 stars you may ask? Not only were they honest, courteous, and didn't shame me for my dumb mistake, they didn't charge me a cent! They technically could have charged me the minimum $250 just for showing up that other companies had quoted, but they said it was their pleasure and since no work had actually been done, they were happy to be of service. WOW, and I mean WOW. They made my whole day and even week.

It's people like this that make home owning a little bit better, and I appreciate that immensely. They will be my new go-to's!

Just wow. As new homeowners, my husband and I are a smidge out of our element. We had read reviews about Einstein Plumbing and I have to tell you that their 5 star rating is 1000% well earned. They had a last minute shift in their staffing, but that no way impacted the time they promised to come in. Our assigned tech was FANTASTIC! He came right on time, assessed the water tank, and had the new one in about 45 minutes later.

We ended up asking them to come back to increase the temperature. Not only were they more than happy enough to come back, they showed us how to manage it for future reference. I mean what an amazing company!

If anyone is on the fence and shopping around (like we were) let me save you some time and say just go with these guys. I shopped around, inquired with SEVERAL, and am so glad we ended up with Einstein. My undying thanks to the team! :)

If you're wondering who to call for water heater help, it's Einstein Plumbing, hands down! These guys definitely know what they're doing and I think a lot of these other reviews really speak for themselves.

After taking a very surprising cold shower last week before work (not the invigorating awakening I was expecting) I started searching for someone to help me get my hot water heater working again. These guys were super easy to schedule, they gave me a free estimate based on the photos I was able to send to them and I actually didn't feel gouged on the price at all. They said it would be a quick and easy fix and also fairly inexpensive so I was pretty relieved not to be spending what I thought would be closer to the $500 mark just to get a hot shower again!

Overall I would say they are very professional and polite, arrived on time, etc. The products all seemed high-quality (not that I am the expert they are in this field, but hey, they looked nice). Other than that, they came off very forward and honest with what they were seeing/doing/thinking and I felt that they really knew what they were doing and had years of experience with this stuff.

They really took care of me as a customer and I will absolutely be going through them again if I need anything else done.

To be blunt: I have no way to compare Einstein to other plumbing companies because I really don't know what good plumbing/bad plumbing is (aside from is the leak fixed?!). HOWEVER, when it comes to getting your hot water heater repaired, call Dave!!!!

These guys give great customer service. First off, they have great reviews which is always a good sign. When I first called in their receptionist answered. She was really cheerful, easy to talk to and promised to have a plumber call me asap.

Next thing I know Marcos called me within about 30 minutes. He had me send in some photos so he could give me an estimate. He gave me a good price so I just decided to use them. It was hassle free. Marcos set up an appointment with me and got my new hot water heater installed the next day. He was in and out in no time. They offer a really good warranty program too. Thank you Marcos and Einstein Plumbing.

Ask for Marcos, he is defiantly the cleanest, friendliest plumbers I have ever had in my house. Shoe covers before entering my house. Not a single thing or tool he used touched a surface in my house.  Everything was placed on a large mat that he layed before starting work. 

Marcos worked in my bathroom which had a clogged drain and the average Drano wasn't working.  He pulled the longest hair that I have ever seen out of our drain. Before leaving he asked if there were any other issues he could help with. I needed my garbage disposable looked ate. Its been making some funny sounds.  He was very clear why he was doing.      I had no idea plumber's respected people's living space and explained things clear for the average joe like me. Defiantly calling next time I have any plumbing issues.

It was a Friday evening when we opened the laundry room and discovered rusty water all over the floor. We then noticed it had permeated into the adjoining living room and was soaking through the carpet (new installation yelp review coming soon...) Our 50 gallon hot water tank had rusted through the bottom.

We called and emailed multiple places trying to see if someone could come over the weekend but at that point they were either closed or non-responsive. I found Einstein on Yelp and even though it was 8:15 and the hours listed them closing at 8pm, I decided to take a chance and give them a call anyway. I was shocked and relieved that Dave answered the phone immediately, gave me a quote, and told me they could be there the next day. He told me to send over some pictures and they'd give me a more accurate quote.

We ran into a snag when they found out our water heater was a rare type (direct vent) that they didn't carry on their truck, but they still tried to contact the warehouse that had them to see if they'd open up for them on a Saturday. They kept our slot open and told me they'd let me know right away if they were able to procure the tank we needed in the morning, so we turned off the water and went to bed with our fingers crossed.

By 9:30am Dave texted to let us know they were able to find someone to open up the warehouse for them and let me know his tech would be calling me. Almost immediately, his tech Chris called to confirm our details and was at our house hours later.

When the people we called and emailed did get back to us Saturday morning, no one had time to help us or couldn't get our type or water tank in time to replace it over the weekend. At that point it didn't matter, we had already decided to move forward with Einstein.

I could not be more grateful for how quickly Dave and Chris took care of us, and for going above and beyond to make sure we we had it replaced quickly. And even though our water tank is a more expensive type than standard ones, the price ended up coming in considerably lower than another quote we received.

While our new hot water tank shouldn't fail for a while, I will definitely call Einstein if we have any other plumbing problems.

New homeowner here. One of my biggest worries was the cost of fixing things when they break unexpectedly. Yesterday, our water heater stopped working. I looked up plumbers in my area and saw how good the reviews were for this company and based on that, decided to work with them. They were able to come out same day and work with my schedule. They were so much more affordable then I had expected. Dave was so great to work with. Super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Will keep these guys on our list of who to call when we need these services in the future. 5 stars well deserved!!

I wasn't planning on ringing in 2018 with a cold shower, but I woke up on Jan. 1 with no hot water. I stared calling around and everyone was closed because it was a holiday. I left messages and sent emails to plumbers I found on Yelp and finally got in touch with Dave at Einstein Plumbing. Within hours he was at my place and got my hot water heater fixed.
I'm so grateful that he was available on a holiday. I can't recommend this company enough!

We needed a plumber at our house the other day and it was great! A neighbor referred us; they have Einstein plumbing a stellar recommendation and I can say they were as great as we were told!
Our garbage disposal backed up and nothing was getting it to work. When we told them the problem, they said they could repair it easily and gave a super nice deal for being a first time customer.
My dad was the main point in contact with the plumbers and he also had nothing but great things to say. My dad also talked to the plumber when he was over to repair. Even though my dad was the one who did all the talking, I could tell he was super friendly as well! What's also really helpful is they do most of their communication via text. It makes it way easier and faster to ask questions and they also let you know when they're on their way.
If you need help with plumbing I would definitely recommend Einstein. They did a great job and were super friendly!

If anyone has been looking for a place that has stellar and on point communications look no further! No matter how I contacted Einstein Plumbing they always got back to me literally within a few minutes! I always appreciate the prompt responses. Specifically, Marcus (my assigned technician) was awesome at making sure I knew all the info that was necessary to get the work done. He went above and beyond by keeping me updated on his arrival time, which worked great for me in my busy schedule with occasional errands throughout the day. Marcos repaired a few different parts on the water heater and triple checked some stuff around the house to ensure that all the plumbing was up and running. Of course thanks to Yelp, I was able to find an awesome trustworthy service provider. They definitely have a customer for life!

Great workers with amazing service! Dave and his helper came out to install a new water heater for us when ours suddenly stopped working. I wasn't exactly sure how old the water heater since we just moved in not to long ago. Dave looked it up for me and said since it was 14 years old it was too risky to repair it and that he felt replacing it would be the best option. The installation process didn't take long and I had my receipt via email the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again but I hope I don't have to anytime soon.

We we introduced to Einstein Plumbing after having a bad experience with Beacon when my water heater broke. It was a holiday and we had a house full of guests. First we called up Beacon and the guy they sent was rude and pushy and we had to pay him $100 just to look and he kept pressuring us not to try and fix it.

Luckily we were referred to Einstein Plumbing from a friend and were so glad that we did!!! You can't go wrong with these guys.

I chose Einstein Plumbing to replace my 11 year old water heater in the condo that I use as a rental last weekend...  And I am so glad that I did!  I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment - I called on a Friday and the plumber was at my condo on a Monday... In spite of the fact that it was a holiday weekend (it was Memorial Day).  

My water heater is in a small closet, a VERY tight space, and I had heard from another plumber back in 2014 that if I didn't get it replaced before new regulations went into effect in April 2015 that replacing it would require a major renovation [at this point I think that he was just trying to pressure me into changing it out with him that day].  Chris assured me that this was not the case after I sent him the measurements to the closet.  On the day of my appointment, he was quick and efficient at completing the job and cleaned up after himself when he left.  The quoted price to replace the water heater matched the actual price down to the dollar.  I was very happy with the quality of his work, the customer service that he provided, and the price.

Honestly, the only issue with my plumbing job was that his previous job ran over a little bit so he was about 30 minutes late to my appointment.  Extremely minor issue in the grand scheme of things (and, in all honesty, pretty good for a contractor).  Certainly not something that would prevent me from hiring Einstein pluming in the future.

SUPER FAST SERVICE! I experienced my first plumbing emergency late Saturday night when the handle to my shower broke off with the water still running. I was in panic mode and my property management company wouldn't pick up the phone. Einstein plumbing quickly answered my call and had a plumber at my house within the hour.  Todd was able to shut off the water and returned the following morning to install the new handle. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and will be a returning costumer if ever need be!

Totally legit. I needed a new valve for my toilet (not just in the tank -- on the wall too) and first I called Beacon. Total nightmare. I practically had to threaten to call the cops to get the guy out of my house (see my 1 star review of those fools).

Then I wisely checked Yelp, saw the good reviews of Einstein and gave them a try. Not only did they give me a quote over the phone, it was about $170 LOWER than what the jokers at Beacon offered. $170 is a lot of money!

The work done was fast, the plumber was cool, everything was done well and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely give these guys a try!

I couldn't have asked for a better customer service from a business. After spotting a leak under my water heater, I had a good feeling it needed to be replaced....well sure enough, I was right. Needed it done fast because taking a cold shower in November isn't ideal. They had me send in some pictures of the issue and then they were able to give me a quote through text. I thought that was really convenient. They were honest and willing to come the same day so I knew I wanted to use them. My hot water now works even better, runs longer and I have a lot better water pressure.....If you're needing a new water heater, I recommend using them as they are the best around town. I am SO happy with Einstein Plumbing.  Dave is a true expert plumber. Not only was he professional but he worked really fast and efficiently.

I was a little nervous due to the fact that I spent some $$ on two different plumbing companies within the last 6 months to do what I thought were fairly simple jobs (replacing a garbage disposal and installing a new kitchen faucet.) My condo was developed in the 80's and plumbing can be a bit complex.  The last two plumbing companies either damaged my counter or could not finish the job. Dave, on the other hand, did a fantastic job.  While he was here I asked him about installing a tankless water heater.  I have a 12 year old hot water heater that needs to be replaced soon.  Dave spent the time explaining the differences between the two and going over the pros and cons of tankless water heaters.  I feel I learned a TON and am really looking forward to having him do the work in the future.

I had the best experience with these guys yesterday when my water heater decided to spring a leak and cause a huge mess! A few days before Christmas, they were willing to take the time to troubleshoot the issue, recommend a reputable handy man as they were booked solid... .I appreciated that they were willing to put aside greed and help find someone else who could help me the same day.

They ended up circling back with me after I sent pictures of my tank and let me know that I should really error on the side of caution and have my 16 year old tank replaced as they usually last 10-14 years. I agreed and they were able to move things around and accommodate my request the same day (a few hours later).

They were super honest, professional, quick and I felt comfortable alone with them in my home, which is important to me.

They are family owned and ran. They were a highly recommended referral from my normal company who was just too busy to help out. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to my network.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! As a new homeowner, I am pretty particular about how everything should look, and I really want to make sure to find the right guys for the job. I came across their website, and got in touch with Dave. He was really friendly, and listened to every detail that I wanted, repeating my list back to me and confirming details that I might not have thought of. When he arrived in person, he was just as friendly as he had been on the phone. Super polite and respectful, the whole time keeping my vision in mind. I really felt like he cared about my project as much as I did. My master bathroom sinks look perfect, and I feel really great about them.

Loved them!! I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for a company that will go out of their way for you and then some!! I was looking for same day service and after striking out with several other plumbing companies I gave Einstein a try. The owner was extremely helpful and although they were booked he called me back and said that one of the plumbers was working near our house and could stop in. He was able to fix my water heater quickly. I called the owner to thank him as well and convey my appreciation for how responsive they were and their great customer service. I noticed that our water heater was leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced.  I called the plumbing company that had installed the water heater originally when our house was built to get a quote on how much it would cost to replace it.  They quoted me a price of around $2500.  This seemed excessively high for a 50 gallon water heater.

Our water heater did have a power vent so we needed to replace it with a similar model.  I looked online and found Einstein Plumbing.  I called them and spoke to Tyler who was very helpful.  Since my girlfriend was home, he stated that he could get the water heater replaced that afternoon and gave me a price that was hundreds less then the what the other plumbing service was going to charge for the water heater installation.

My girlfriend said that the crew showed up on time, professional, courteous,  and very pleasant to work with.  They completed the job within 90 minutes which included taking away the old water heater and assuring that the new water heater was operating properly.  Needless to say, we plan to use Einstein Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

I was connected with Einstein Plumbing through ThumbTack. Einstein did an excellent job replacing my Master Bath sink fixtures. I struggled removing the old fittings for a couple days, a pile of tools and four trips to Lowes. Greg from Einstein showed up on time with a small bag of tools and had everything handled in 35 mins. A fully functioning Master Bath! After he left I did discover a very small leak. I called Einstein, Greg was contacted and her was back in minutes to retighten the pipe. I would easily use them again! Thanks Einstein...you made my day, my week!

Easiest 5 stars I've given in a long time. They did a great job replacing my water heater. Came out on short notice, gave me a great price and replaced the unit in a flash. They were friendly and very professional. Keep up the great work!

Loved the service provided - quick, efficient, no nonsense. My fridge was  leaking water all over the place. I had to shut down the main water to the entire house in order to stop it. Todd showed up; worked some plumbing magic and I was able to take a shower and get back to normal far faster, and at less cost than expected. Definitely recommend.

Our Bradford White water heater went bust in the evening after dinnertime, and Chris picked up our call and came to our place the very next morning. So glad he picked up the call so late after regular business hours because the water heater was leaking and we were afraid of water damage because it's on the 2nd floor of our place. They came right on time and did the work quickly and were friendly and professional. They replaced our water heater with a Rheem brand heater, which looks eco-friendly. They hauled away the old heater (at no extra charge), and our heat and hot water are working great now. Would definitely recommend these guys! Also, luckily, there was no water damage from the old heater leak!

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink on Sunday night.  Monday morning, after doing a search on Yelp, I called Einstein to see if they could help me.  We made arrangements for them to come out the very next morning to take a look at the leak, the plumbing in the rest of my house, and my old water heater.
I have an old house and was curious about upgrading the plumbing and getting a tankless water heater.  Todd and the other plumber were puncutal, professional, and thorough.  Todd listened to all of my concerns and ideas, made notes, and said he would send me an estimate to update my plumbing and water heater.  

Fixing the leak under my kitchen sink was a bit of a tricky situation.  Todd had to get creative and try a couple of different things in order to do the job correctly.  He did a wonderful job!  I am very happy with Todd and the other plumbing tech and am looking forward to getting the estimate on the rest of the plumbing work.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and wasn't sure who to call. A facebook friend recommended Einstein Plumbing and they were able come out right away.
They sent Dave, who did some trouble shooting first to make sure I actually did need to replace the old one, which I appreciated.
He worked fast and efficiently, cleaned up after himself and was even careful not to let my cat out when he left. The process was convenient and easy and the new garbage disposal works great!

I received a call today from a customer who was referred to us by this company. I don't know anyone personally at this company but I'd like to thank the staff for sending customers our direction when they think it's a better fit all around. -- After having a bad experience with another plumber, I called Einstein at 10 pm on a Friday night and left a message.  Within 20 minutes, I had a return call and was scheduled for the next day.  I was not expecting a call back that night. Todd gave me a two hour window for the next day and told me he would call when he was on his way.

The next day Todd called and arrived on time, repaired the pipe and was very professional.  It was great to have running water after two days of waiting for the plumber I had first hired (who never arrived)! We are completing a few more plumbing projects in our house and will be scheduling Todd and his team.  I always try to use local small businesses.  Unfortunately, I called a corporate outfit because they promised next day service and we had an emergency.  That company delayed our service by another 24 hours.  I have learned my lesson. Thanks for your excellent service!

I had my water heater go out Friday morning. I took to Yelp to find a well rated plumber that would be able to come out and replace my tank over the weekend. I called Einstein plumbing at 6:30pm Friday night. I was greeted by a very friendly person on the phone that assured me that they were up to the task. I answered a few questions about my hot water tank and I was asked to take a picture of my tank and send it to their hot water tank guy. Within a few minutes of sending the picture Chris replied and gave me a fair quote stating that he could be out around 8-9am Saturday morning if I wanted to go with them. Of course I did.

Chris showed up right around 9am after texting me Saturday morning to tell me that he was in his way and when to expect him. When Chris arrived he was very friendly and very professional. He took a look around and assured me that he would make quick work of my replacement. I sat down to finish my coffee and there was a knock on my door 20 minutes later. Chris was done. He showed me what he did and everything looked great. I had a brand new hot water tank by 9:30am. I paid and off Chris went.

I am a very satisfied customer of Einstein Plumbing and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

When I walked out to the garage this morning I was hit by a blast of hot, humid, sauna-like air ... and a garage floor that was flooded with water! Hot water heater failure ... and I had Airbnb guests checking in later in the day. Cue panic.

I checked Yelp for hot water heater repair close by and found Einstein. They were a mile away, had perfect ratings, and I liked the name. Bingo.

The service could not have been better. They were cordial, upfront and straightforward about price, didn't try to upsale, very responsive, and the installer (Chris) knew what he was doing. Could not have gone better.

I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are amazing!!!  I had a major issue with my water heater, and called after 8pm. We were in luck! Someone actually answered and assured me they would be by in the morning to have a look. In the morning, I got a call that Dave, the plumber was on his way.  Upon arrival, and a pretty thorough evaluation, he explained that my water heater was beyond repair and needed to be replaced.  My new water heater was installed within an hour and at such a reasonable rate! They are professional, clean, honest, and do an exceptional job.  6 stars! :D Highly recommend!!

Almost completed DIY water heater replacement when I attempted to turn the water back on. The main valve in the house would not turn back on.

Found Einstein Plumbing on Yelp with great reviews and called at 4:30pm. Tyler called me back in less than a minute and said that they could be there in an hour or two. He and Dave arrived an hour later. Dave was very professional and easy to work with. He replaced the main valve and looked over my work on the water heater and replaced the shutoff valve and supply line.

They completed the work in about 2.5hrs. I have a copper repiping project coming up. Will be be calling back if I need more plumbing help.

I am absolutely stunned by these guys! They were absolutely great, they have no problem working on off hours or on off days. I had my tankless water heater installed on a Sunday night! Can you believe that?! I was actually shocked that they said they would come out that late, I even double checked with them! Their receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when getting my information. I immediately saw they are professional and have good hard people working here. Their plumber was a delight and he showed up on time. It took a little bit to get the job done and I apologized because he had stayed so late; he was totally okay with it and kept saying there was no need to apologize. He was an extremely nice man and efficient worker. I'm very happy with my experience and my new water heater. Make sure to call them if you're in need of a new water heater installed or an old one repaired, they will not disappoint you!

This place is great! I called for service on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately given a time for service on Wednesday morning! They called me before they came out and showed up right on time. The job was a difficult one, since the faucets were thirty years old and difficult to remove. They did an excellent job of removing the old fixtures and quickly installing the new ones. I also had them replace the garbage disposal. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

They were able to come out the very next day which was great as I had no hot water.  Dave was excellent.  He explained everything in detail and what the charges would be.  He removed the old water heater and replaced it in less than 2 hours.  I would definitely call them first when I have any plumbing issues.

I had the best experience with this company. We r going out of town tomorrow, and last night I discovered that the faucet of the laundry tub downstairs was leaking and starting to flood the basement floor. It is an old faucet from the 1940's and not worth fixing. I called this company after hours but Chris answered. I told him the problem and he asked me to text some photos, which I did. Then we talked about a solution, which was to remove the faucet and to attach two spigots at the wall. He came today as promised and fixed the problem in no time flat and left us very happy and relieved to go away without worry. Thank you Chris!

I chose Einstein Plumbing after hearing about it from a friend, and am very happy I did! The water heater in my apartment was starting to go out, and I got sick of waiting for the maintenance guy to come fix it, so I decided to take matters in my own hands. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they showed up on time, were very professional and in no time at all I had hot water again! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

After asking a few questions about our radiant floor heating system, Dave first proposed checking the warranty.  He came out on Monday morning as promised, diagnosed the problem and contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was under warranty.  He picked up the part and installed it the next day.  Finding a company that could repair our radiant heating system seemed impossible.  I couldn't be more pleased with Dave's responsiveness and professionalism.

Einstein saved the day !  My toilet was ready to fail, and they came out quickly. Scheduling went very well with the dispatch office, and they even sent an e-mail to confirm that Greg was on his way to our house.  After a complete [but quick] analysis, Greg realized that the vintage toilet should be retained, but it needed a complete replacement of the valves and flushing mechanisms.  This he did, and our special toilet was saved !   In addition, at my request, he did a quick review of our main sewer line situation, and he'll submit a quote to have a clean-out installed in the yard [ we only have a clean-out in the inaccessible crawl space, under the house. ]  In brief, we have a great toilet now, and we'll do the sewer clean-out with Einstein soon.
Give your business to Einstein, and save yourself a lot of grief.

I used Yelp Reviews to assess this company.  They are so helpful. Our hot water tank ruptured and we needed to repair quickly.  I compared companies on Angie's list, Google, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor.   I decided to call Einstein based upon the good reviews and reasonable prices.  I contacted them early in the morning about a bid.  They quickly advised me what it would cost and agreed to come out the same day. The bid seemed reasonable so I asked for them to come out and take care of the job. Then chaos occurred. And not because of Einstein.. Einstein was remarkable.  Apparently, when you check prices on HomeAdvisor the contractors become aware of it.  Einstein was scheduled to come out to our house between 11 and 1. I was out of town so I said just check in with my husband.  This was the only company I contacted for a bid. So, I felt reasonably assured this would work out fine. Well, my husband is legally blind.  And what happened is unreal. Because another company saw that I had inquired on HomeAdvisor, they appeared at our house at about 10 o'clock.  Of course, my husband thought it was the company I had contacted.  Whatever confusion occurred, they had him sign an invoice that was more than the Einstein bid and did not explain that they had just come in like vultures knowing we were seeking a bid.  And they then took off to do the installation later. We never asked them to bid... is this not crazy?  Why were they at our house when we didn't ask them for a bid? Luckily, Einstein came to the rescue.  They showed up at 11 or so and contacted me. Chris was incredible.  He just asked if we really wanted them to do the job. Since I had asked them to do the job they were a little confused. He was absolutely wonderful.  They assisted us around cancelling the other contract and did a fantastic job of installation.  I will use them again and again. They are reasonably priced, customer service oriented, and great people.

I cannot begin to tell everyone what a great company this is! First of all, I am on disability retirement which they took into consideration when giving me my quote and scheduling my appointment to replace an ancient water heater.  When they called me to schedule, I got a next day early morning appointment. They were early and finished in less than an hour. They are extremely nice, professional and friendly. I got several quotes and their pricing is very good. I will absolutely use this company again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I contacted Einstein Plumbing and Dave came out here quickly and got the job done. He was here to fix our bathroom faucet and unclog our shower drain. Excellent job because I tried so with every tool that I have but nothing was getting done. He was personable, efficient and kept things professional as well by giving me tips and pointers.  Dave took the time to explain the cause of the problems and how he managed to fix them.  He answered all my questions and was extremely thorough.  Great eye for detail.  Will most definitely call again for any future plumbing problems! I am in awe of how amazing the customer service was! Dave went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier! We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water. We gave Einstein Plumbing a call and spoke with Dave. Unfortunately, he said he was already full for the day but could schedule us for the next morning. We had a day trip planned on Sunday that couldn't be rescheduled. My fiancé and I had called a ton of other plumbers and most either didn't pick up or couldn't come out until Monday. I asked him if there was any possible way he could squeeze us in and told him we would be happy pay him extra for his time; we just REALLY wanted our hot water back on before we left on our trip as it would have been even more stressful to try to deal with it during the week days and have to take off work. Dave said he would give us a call back after he was done with the other job he was working on to let us know if he had any ability to fit us in same day. He called back 30 minutes later and let us know that he would make us his last stop of the day! He arrived around 8pm and within an hour he had our hot water heater working again!!! Not only did Dave help us when he didn't have to he also wouldn't let us pay him extra. Thank you so much Dave for helping us out and being so kind!! We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

Awesome service! Called to have my garbage disposal repaired and they talked me through a very easy fix. They won't try and hustle you, great customer service! I'll definitely be calling when I have an actual plumbing need requiring their services!

I had two things I needed to have a plumber handle.  I had a problem with the kitchen faucet that would only work on cold and only a trickle on hot. Dave said that, after taking the valve off and showing me, a piece of the washer and broken off and was stuck in the line somewhere which affected the hot water flow.  He got the hot water going and I ordered better valves.  He came back to put on the new valves and was only charged for the cost of the valves and he did not charge me for the time spent to change the valves and to get the line cleared out!

The other problem was with a leak in the water line plumbing in the garage that goes to the outside faucet.  A part of the drywall had to be cut out to find the leak.  Instead of part of the line being replaced with a better more malleable plastic, I decided to have him replace the entire line and a better valve, to turn it off since I was afraid the other one would break off.  He put a better insulation around the pipe than what was there before.

I appreciated that he cleaned his work area, which has not been the case with plumbing services I have used in years past.  I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Dave from Einstein Plumbing.

These guys are ridiculous. They were aware I lived downtown and when he couldn't deal with parking downtown or servicing a condo. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Completely rude. I've never been so disgustingly talked to by someone in a service industry. Time is money so he couldn't find parking.

I couldn't be happier with Einstein Plumbing. I woke up to water in my garage from a busted heater. I called a couple of decently-rated water heater repair companies, plus Home Depot and Lowes. All wanted nearly $1000 to do the job. Then I called Einstein Plumbing and the price came down dramatically. All in, I ended up spending just over $750 for a 40-gallon, energy efficient ( though not Energy Star) unit. The only downside: I called on a Friday, which apparently is their busiest day. They told me right up front they couldn't come until Monday morning. While I didn't love going without water for three days, that's not their fault-- they're not a giant company, and can only do so many installs. I appreciate that they didn't promise to deliver then call later and say, Oops, couldn't make it. They were direct. I made the choice to wait the extra 48 hours or so and save the money (in part because of the great things I read about them and in part because I really appreciated all the info they  gave me over the phone.)

Anyway, they arrived as promised first thing Monday morning. The installer and his helper were both friendly and efficient. They drained my old unit, removed it and installed the new one-- all within a couple hours. I had hot water again and saved at least $300. The experience was so great, I had them install a new water heater at my mom's house two days later, replacing her 20-year-old unit. Her install went just as smoothly. Bottom line: I hope it's many, many years before I call have to call Einstein Plumbing to replace another water heater again. But if something does go wrong, I know my first call will be to them. If you're sitting there freaking out about your busted water heater, do yourself a favor and stop searching for someone to call. Pick up the phone and make an appointment with the guys at Einstein plumbing!

Called up Einstein after quick Yelp search in the region to get garbage disposal installed. The guys on the phone were responsive and gave a reasonable estimate. They scheduled a time the next day and arrived during the scheduled timeframe. Perfect service, no complaints! Would recommend for others to reach out to Einstein as well.

Very happy with the service I received from Jeff. I called in the morning with a major leak under my kitchen sink. He was able to figure out a lot with photos texted to him and he was there the same day to make the repairs, which included a new garbage disposal unit. He has you buy the parts directly from Home Depot for pickup so he is not marking up parts at all, and his labor costs are very reasonable. A few days after he left I noticed that the leak returned. He came back and fixed the problem, standing by his work. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Chris at Einstein plumbing was amazing! I called on a Saturday evening at 6:30. He called me back right away and was able to talk me through fixing a leaking hot water line instead of having to pay for him to come out. He even checked in later to make sure that it was fixed. I cannot say enough about how great he was. I will be using them for a big project soon!

Chris was most helpful!  He called me back within a few minutes of my first call, talked me through my water heater problem and led me to a no-cost fix. I don't need service now but I'm sure I know who I'll call when I do! I wrote the number in Sharpie on that heater!

As my garbage disposal had 'exploded' I needed to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. After purchasing a sink and faucet, Dave from Einstein plumbing removed the garbage disposal, all pipes leading from the wall to the sink, the old sink and faucet and installed the new fixtures and new pipes. He even replaced a new toilet seat for me at no extra charge!

Dave from Einstein plumbing was extremely responsive to my request for an estimate, contacting me within 3 hours! He came out exactly on time for our appointment, and put 'booties' on his shoes prior to entering the house. Dave was very thorough in his estimate, answered all of my questions and provided recommendations on manufacturers of sinks and faucets. As I opted to purchase my own sink and faucet (I did not want another stainless steel sink), I indicated I would contact him as soon as they arrived. His estimate was close to another plumber, but his responsiveness and professionalism made this an easy choice. Dave spent over 3 hours working in my kitchen: he took all the old (and rusty) pipes, the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink and faucet to his truck - there was nothing for me to touch or dispose! He was extremely clean, made sure I was happy, and even had his own trash bags and vacuum cleaner. What more could a woman ask for? I would readily and highly recommend Einstein plumbing to any and every one who wanted a plumbing job well done.

They were quick to respond to this situation, which of course happened with the weekend coming up. I feel that the costs of plumbers are high, but they were there when they promised and did the job. I'm sure I could have gotten a water heater cheaper at a home improvement store, but I was not about to put a gas water heater in myself.
