Trisha is amazing. We had a bunch of clogged drain water pipes. Trisha was the most responsive, came out when she said she would, and her price was reasonable relative to others (middle of the pack).

A week later, a few of those drains clogged up again. Trisha was just as responsive, came out in a reasonable time period, and worked to clear up the drains again at no charge, pushing out 100 feet to the street.

Very few people these days are this responsive and willing to stand behind their work.

I can't speak to the quality of The Pipe Doctor, but I unfortunately had a poor experience trying to schedule service. I called a week ago, and spoke to someone who was very friendly on the phone about a project we needed help with. She asked that I email her all of our info, and that she'd get back to me by the end of the day. A few days later, I still hadn't received a reply, so I called back. She apologized and promised she'd get back to me later that day. But she never did. I called again, and was again promised a call within 2 hours, but it never came. I ended up emailing yesterday to ask what was going on, and I was told me that their equipment was now broken so they wouldn't be able to do the work.
I saw a lot of great reviews for the company on Yelp, so hopefully the actual work they do is great. But my experience doesn't instill much confidence.

[EDIT]: I received a call from The Pipe Doctor to explain that they've been swamped recently, and they've given me what seems like a reasonable estimate for the work (without using their broken equipment)

I called The Pipe Doctor to inspect a smell in our garage, assuming it was from a drain-related problem. The owner picked up the phone and came to our house on the same day and was able to figure out the root cause of the problem in half an hour. I was very impressed with their work.

Amazing drainage repair services! Our storm drain in our driveway was totally clogged and there was no drainage every time it rained. They came out and identified the drainage problem immediately and repaired the drain same day. After hydro jetting they discovered holes in the pipe and more drain clogs. It turned into a two day job because the cast iron pipe was completely impacted and rusted out. They cut the concrete, dug out a new channel and installed about 30 ft of pipe that led to a pop up drain. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which most contractors don't bother with. Super knowledgeable, professional, affordable and skilled team.  Highly recommend and will hire again if needed.

Trisha and her team saved me from potentially multiple days or weeks of being out of my house due to a sewer clog caused by a partially collapsed pipe. She came out quickly, did a quick fix so the plumbing was functional, and then scheduled the major work to be done while I was already planning to be away. She explained the benefits of relining the pipe that went out to the sewer main so I knew it was the right thing to do even though it added to the cost. She sent pictures as the work progressed and I'll be getting a video of the re-done sewer line so I have it for my records.

When I couldn't find the cap to my oil tank (which was near where the work was done), she offered to come out with a metal detector to help find it which I greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping over time the seam where the work was done will heal up and look less like a giant gopher burrowed through my lawn, but I don't think that's her work, it's just how rocky the dirt is under the grass.

We hired The Pipe Doctor to fix a sewer line crack and line a very old clay section (1904!) that was in danger of catastrophic failure. Tricia was fantastic to work with. Being so old our system was tricky to understand, and four  houses wound up feeding into the same main. Tricia met with all of the homeowners and explained everything so that we could understand. I can't say enough about how much she helped with sorting through the options and coming to the best solution. Highest possible recommendation!

My kitchen sink was leaking and while trying to clean it all up more stuff loosened and everything was a hot gross mess. Two gentlemen came and fixed everything up. The person who previously installed did a terrible job apparently, because the way they reworked the pipes made much more sense. The cost seemed appropriate for the job as well. Great service and will definitely call again if I have any further plumbing issues.

I called The Pipe Doctor to scope a blocked sewer.  Trisha came out the same day to evaluate the problem.  I was hoping it would only require hydrojetting, but discovered that the sewer was so degraded that it needed to be replaced immediately.  The next day, their crew started the replacement.  They did the pipe bursting and installed a new lining that same week.  

Trisha was great to work with, and her team was thorough and professional.  They completed the job to my complete satisfaction.

Highly recommend The Pipe Dr, they turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and offered a very competitive price for the hydrojetting and side sewer replacement.  

They provided a hydrojetting service to address our emergency blockage problem (water/sewer coming up bath and toilet not flushing), then via the camera we discovered our side sewer was 95% blocked with roots and decaying concrete via the original 1952 concrete pipe.  They managed to get flow going the right direction, but a side sewer replacement was inevitable....

They successfully bid on the sewer replacement and did a fantastic job (for a reasonable price).  The team worked over multiple days and kept in constant contact regarding status, etc.  They finished when they said they would and cleaned up all the associated mess.  Overall, very impressed with the service!

Trish at the Pipe Doctor was responsive to my plumbing needs. She was Prompt and efficient figuring out my problems. Though no major plumbing is inexpensive their prices are right in there with everyone else. Their team dug my sewer and lined my sewer out to the city main very quickly. I am happy with their work.

Wow. Where to start. My wife and I live in Lynnwood, WA. Our water stopped working two days ago. We are former rental property owners and are currently renting the house we live in. In spite if our landlords trying to lowball Trisha & Josh they showed up today and did an AMAZING job working until 6:30pm to get our water service restored. We did not use them because they were scheduled out, but they had a great quote for hydro-jetting and camera, $550 flat rate. They have the best price for this I found after getting 9 quotes. If we could have waited a week we would have used them.

Had a collapsed sewer line.  Day 1- Trisha came out and provided a very competitive estimate.  Day 2 - Trisha, Josh, and crew came out to dig up and repaired the sewer line the next day.  Yay!  Day 4 - Needed an inspection completed by City so it took an extra day but this wasn't necessarily their fault.

Great little company and very pleased with response, service, and price!

Trisha was very quick to respond to my text and email and arrived quickly to assess our needs. She did a great job at competitive pricing. Would be happy hire again.

To be honest, we had a couple hiccups with schedule follow-through, but all is forgiven because our need happened during rainy, stormy times when others were having the same problems.  Trisha and her crew worked quickly to redirect our downspout, keep water out of our basement, and dig a trench to install underground PVC pipes to keep rainwater flowing away from the house like it's supposed to.  They returned the landscaped area to what it looked like before they did the work.  She originally came out to do hydrojetting but, based on her knowledge of the way the drains are set up in houses in our neighborhood, said that wouldn't work and quickly recommended another solution.  We were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

Quick, helpful, and effective hydrojetting service. They made an effort to ensure my clogged sewer line was cleared quickly on a Saturday morning so I wouldn't have to wait all weekend.

We had the unfortunate luck of needing an entire sewer line replacement and lining out to the city's main line. We were under contract and had started work with another company when it became obvious that they have severely price gouged us and were basically lying to us. I called Trisha for a second opinion and she came out that day and offered us solid advice and honesty. She even scoped our line without charge so we could see what had been done. We were unable to get out of contract with the first company, but her honesty and help have made loyal customers out of us. Don't be a dummy like me, go with Pipe Doctor first for an honest assessment of your sewer needs and the comfort knowing that you are not paying tens of thousands more than you should be for poop pipes.

I was contacted by Trisha after my review and she came over soon after and offered to look at the drain right away, which was appreciated. It required more work and she took the time to explain what was needed to do it right.

I am so happy with the work Trisha and Josh did to fix my fully clogged sewer line during the COVID-19 crisis. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would have done differently is called them sooner! They:

1. Were super responsive. Every time I called, they either dropped what they were doing to take my call, or called me back ASAP.

2. Were punctual and reliable. They had to come twice and both times arrived when they said they would and called and gave me a heads up when they said they would. I got the impression they went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.

3. Kept costs to a minimum and gave me all my options with accurate price estimates, even after my problem turned out to be much messier and more complicated than expected. I live in a very old house with very old pipes and as my problem turned out to be pretty extreme, they could have gouged me on the price... but they didn't!

4. Actually seemed to care about helping ME as a person. They were super busy working overtime, but between their first visit and their second, they kept in close contact and never forgot the details of my situation, and even followed up after everything was finished and they had already been paid, just to make sure everything was flowing smoothly and I didn't have any remaining questions or concerns.

5. Very professional. They've been doing this for a very long time, they know what they're talking about, and they're good at what they do. I wish everyone were like this!

I could go on and on -- they're among the best contractors I've dealt with and I've dealt with quite a few. My advice to anyone reading this is: if you're stressing out about a sewer line problem or possible sewer line problem, don't try to fix it yourself and don't wait, just call Trisha and Josh. At the very least, call them about your problem and see what they say, they're really easy to talk to. The tools and skills they have made it very clear in the end that all the DIY attempts I made to fix the problem myself were completely futile and in some cases counter-productive.

Bottom line: 10/10, would use them again!

Trisha and her team were awesome! They did great work replacing our side sewer. She was on time and the communication was very good. She's super friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to do things right.

Really happy with this local business, called them about having some outside drains unclog. They were very prompt in their response and competitively priced. Trisha was quickly able to unclog one of my drains, unfortunately the other is too far gone. She did give me some advice on how to remedy the situation going forward. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to friends or family.

Trisha was responsive to texts and emails.  They were very busy (it was mid-winter) but called and squeezed us in when a slot came open. The work was completed exactly as she described and both side sewers were done in two days, including pulling up a significant amount of stone walkways and working under a ground-level deck. The solution recommended has worked as she described and after they were done you would never have known that both sides of the house were trenched and that the walkways and deck had been pulled up - everything was put back perfectly.  Very impressive work.

I had a very difficult root invasion which was causing issues at my house. It needed addressed pretty quickly.

I contacted Pipe Doctor and they were able to visit me the same day, which is exactly what I was looking for (other firms in Seattle were trying to book me for days out, which wasn't going to work for me).

They arrived at my place at the time we planned, and were quickly at work using my clean out.

Mind you, they were working on a very old house, and on pipes that ran through the neighbor's yard.

Within about thirty minutes, they were done - and they brought me over to their workstation to review the footage they took while they were cleaning out the pipe. They gave good feedback on what might need to be addressed in the upcoming years, and were clear on comparing what was urgent versus what could be delayed.

Overall, they got me out of a bad situation in a timely manner. Their professionalism was definitely of note, and I'd recommend them to someone else facing a similar issue.

The best experience one could have when having a bad plumbing experience - hands down. We had a backed up sewage line on a Saturday afternoon... this was the second time we'd had this issue in over about 5 years in our home. We started looking on yelp, saw great reviews, gave a ring and they were over in under two hours. Likely would have been sooner but it turns out they cut their date night short to help us. Amazing! Who does this? Josh and Trish do this. They we friendly, easy going, very professional, and got right to it.

Within an hour, we were back up and running at a fraction of what we paid last time around from one of the bigger companies. They talked us through the issue, preventative measures, long term solutions (root issue in the pipe), and sent us a link next day to the video footage of the clog on YouTube.

If I could give Josh and Trisha 10 stars, I would. They completely saved the day (let's be honest, the WEEK, at least) for us. We apparently had three root intrusions in our side sewer line, which backed up our entire system and made it so we couldn't live in our house until this issue was fixed. Trisha was super responsive on the phone and stayed in touch with me even though we were in the middle of a crazy set of snow storms. She and Josh arrived when they said they would, did a camera scope of our sewer line, identified the problem, and used their awesome hydrojet to flush out the roots that were backing up our system.

On top of actually fixing the problem, they did this at a fraction of the cost that another plumber quoted me. And they even fixed a problem that the previous plumber left us!

All I can say is WOW! Needing sewer repair work is never fun and always expensive. After combing through MANY Yelp reviews and receiving 4 bids I decided to give The Pipe Dr. a shot. There bid was competitive and beat out all the others, they pulled the necessary permits, had everything inspected, and there was absolutely none of the typical Well we quoted this low price but that was to get your business, now it's going to be 30% higher bs. They arrived early, were extremely communicative about the process, finished on time, and completed everything (and even added an additional clean out) for the price they quoted. Honestly I wish they did other types of home contracting because this is so rare in the business.  When I need any sewer line service I will be definitely be calling the Pipe Dr.

Josh and Trisha are amazing!! I called them about a slow draining sewer line and they came through big time. They went so far as to both clear the blockage and clean out the roots that had grown into the line. They were super helpful in advising about next steps, if the slow draining line continues to be an issue. I could not have asked for a better, local professional to help. And...if you're like me, they were totally cool with me watching the whole process. I found it incredibly fascinating and educational.

Absolutely awesome plumber. Josh and his wife Trish were probably the most knowledgable and friendly plumbers my fiancé and I have met and talked to.

Our bathroom drain line clogged up and we couldn't use the shower and toilet more than once a day without it backing up. They ran a camera in to see what was wrong, used a hydro jet to clear the found clogs, and clean out the corner of our piping to prevent future clogs. They were the most affordable plumber out of the 3 bids I received and even if they were the most expensive bid we still would've chosen him based on their knowledge.

In the past we went with roto rooter and they actually made our problem worse. The pipe doctor explained and fixed what they did wrong, and now we will ALWAYS call the. Thank you!!

Life Savers!  Nobody likes a side sewer line problem, but if it gives you a chance to find absolutely great home services people, well, at least that's something of a silver lining, amirite?

I cannot recommend Josh and Trisha at Pipe Doctors highly enough--these friendly folks are prompt, pleasant, professional, and respectful of both your time, your wallet, and your living space.  The diagnostics were careful and methodical and the explanations for both the problems and the possible solutions were very clear.

We needed an immediate solution to a flooded basement and a long-term fix for an old, root bound and compromised side sewer that looked like a frankstein's monster of various materials all in a state of near collapse.  Done and done!  We opted for hydro-jetting to take care of the occlusion, followed by laying of new section of pipe to fix a poorly angled bend, and finished off with blow-in liner to streamline and strengthen the remaining piping.  Two caps were added to make future cleaning and maintenance easier.  We love our older home (1928) and we love finding ways to update its aging infrastructure so that it can shine on for another ninety-two years!

Long-story short, The Pipe Doctor (Josh and Trish) were on-time, great at communicating, and were persistent in getting the job done. They helped us avoid a potentially expensive sewer line replacement, at least for the time being.

I called The Pipe Doctor for an estimate on a sewer line replacement. Another sewer company had previously hydro-jetted our line, and found an issue with the pipes (a hole in the concrete pipe). They stopped jetting, and said we would need to dig up and replace the sewer.

After Josh and Trish arrived (within a couple hours of calling them), they sent the scope down the line to assess the situation. There was still a clog in our pipe, even after the previous plumbers had done some work, so they were unable to properly assess. They suggested that we could hydro-jet again, and remedy the situation enough so that we do not have a clogged sewer. We agreed, since one way or another we needed to clear the pipe, and scheduled it for a couple days later.

After coming out for the next appointment (again, on time), they proceeded to check the line again, and hydro-jet. They checked in with myself and my neighbours (4 houses sharing the same line), answering all of our questions. At the end of the day, Josh's opinion was that we did indeed have a hole, but it did not warrant an immediate replacement. The line was cleared enough to function for the next few months (at least), allowing us to take our time solving the issue.

They even took the time to help our neighbor out with an unrelated plumbing issue. All-in-all, a great experience with Josh and Trish. We will definitely call them again if we need sewer work.

Tricia  was recommended to me by a very technically smart architect. I'm a structural engineer by training so I wanted someone I could talk intelligently with to help figure out the drainage issues and corrections at my house after a pipe failed that connected to my  a sump pump one rainy night. I asked her to help with a  drainage assessment on the property. She pulled up the storm/sewer cards on her phone and walked me through all the weaknesses in the drainage system and provided cost effective and reliable options.  She came prepared to hydro jet and  scope all the accessible drainage lines. I would highly recommend her for any property with complex drainage issues.

Fantastic little company that helped us in a pinch! I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get them to come out to my old house same-day to solve a sewer problem with hydro-jetting. Josh and Trish were so kind throughout and didn't mind me hovering and asking questions. And, they have a really, really cute puppy that I found out later was sleeping in their vehicle. I got to say hello -bonus point for sure! Most importantly, we haven't had any issues since they visited.

We've been dealing with some sewage backup in our downstairs shower when we flushed for a few days... we thought it was all my and my dogs hair so we put drano in and let it sit but unfortunately it did not solve the problem.  We figured (rightly) that it was probably roots further down the line and we'd gotten to a point where ANY flushing was causing backup in both the downstairs shower and toilet, so it was time to get it fixed NOW.   We called the pipe doctor this morning, they came out the moment we could get home to meet them, and all was good by the end of the day.  

They hydro-jetted our sewer line and it now looks and works great, and are going to  put in an entry point halfway so my husband can buy a snake to bust up those pesky rhododendron roots once or twice a year on his own.  (Last time we had the line hydro-jetted was last June, so clearly once a year-ish is needed.)  I appreciate them thinking of ways to help us save money in the long run!  Fast, friendly, and effective service!

I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day.  Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself.  ALL AT NO CHARGE.  I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant.  I've found my new plumber.  Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

Trisha got us scheduled right away and she and Josh were out at our house within only a few hours. A quick scope and a jetting and the problem invading roots are cleared, the pipes are scrubbed clean all the way to the main line, and my drains are running free. Bonus - I have a full copy of my scope video and can see exactly where I might decide to have some future follow-up work done to replace a short section of degrading side sewer.

Pipe Doctor does what the others don't. I had a backup that roto rooter tried to clear 3 times over the last couple weeks. Every time they came out they charged us leaving me to seek a refund. Each time, the backup persisted, leaving water on my floor.

I finally gave up on the roto rooter 'guarantee' and sent a message to Pipe doctor at 9 PM. They were there the next day at 11 AM. Josh and Tina arrived with some serious gear (ghostbusters level stuff, which can't be a cheap investment) and traced out my whole system, clearly showing me on camera where RR had failed to go far enough to snake. They had a plan and data, as opposed to a toy snaking machine, a shot in the dark, and a sell list- and they got the initial issue dealt with in one go. They also worked with me on a service plan to keep my main healthy with consideration of my budget, and patiently answered all of my questions.

I'm getting married soon and have to keep my expenses in check right now but we arrived at a very reasonable plan that took this into account without sacrificing the long-term health of my main system.

These guys are experts and a small, local team where the folks you call are the folks that show up. And they go the extra mile to work with you and build bridges and long-term business.

In January I discovered that my buried downspout drain lines were full of roots and in desperate need of replacing.  Fun times with all of the rain we were having!  Trisha saved the day.  She answered my call, came out the next day to assess the work and a week later I had new drain lines.  As a single woman I value working with people who I feel I can trust and that are patient with me and all my questions.  Hiring contractors for projects like this can be an overwhelming experience but Trisha made the process easy and comfortable.  For that I am grateful.  If you are in need of drain or sewer work, don't hesitate to call Trisha.

We  want to add a bathroom to our basement and the first step was figuring out how to add a new side sewer.  I had multiple companies out and got mostly expensive, confusing or incomplete bids for the work we wanted done. Once I met Tricia, everything changed.  She was a thought partner right from the beginning, helping me think through the best way to add the sewer for the new bathroom and how to improve the existing lines. In the end we ended up lining our shared main sewer (with our neighbors) and replacing the original side sewer on our side, adding the new side sewer and replacing the main water line. Tricia was patient with all my questions, her team was efficient and careful and pleasant. The price was competitive and we are thrilled to have all new sewer lines!

We had a puddle forming in our backyard that we suspected was due to a broken kitchen sewer pipe. Trisha and Josh came out, gave us a very reasonable quote (not the lowest, but definitely not the highest) for excavating down to the kitchen line and fixing it. Though they needed to reschedule with us because of another emergency, they arrived punctually on their second appointment and began excavating quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Unfortunately, it required a lot of digging before we were able to discover that the previous owners had hooked the kitchen sewer line to the dirt (I don't think there was any way to find this out except by digging it out)! But once the problem was diagnosed, Josh came up with a brilliantly creative and effective way for hooking the kitchen line back up to our actual sewer system with minimal disruption to our house (very little cutting into our wood panels and neatly following the back of the wall so we could still maximize our storage space). I don't think most plumbers would have come up with this solution or done nearly as good of a job so quickly. Their work was pristine. It's like a superpower how quickly and well they hooked pipes together. The price did increase because of this change (a very reasonable amount), and we had a slight miscommunication around that, but I was more than happy to pay because these guys are just awesome. Since coming to Seattle I've had a bunch of bad experiences with contractors. This is the exact opposite. These guys are the best. For what I paid, I feel like they went well above and beyond. For any service that they can provide, I don't see why you would go anywhere else.

I so appreciate how Trish and Josh handled my situation with integrity and honesty. They came to look at the clog in my kitchen sink pipes. When the problem was beyond the scope of what they could do at the time since they are so booked, they helped me to troubleshoot about what to do next and didn't charge me for their time which is amazing. I called Pipe Doctor yesterday and scheduled someone to come by my house at 11AM. I received a call at 1030AM asking if I could rearrange my schedule so they could come at 130PM instead. I agreed and waited around from 130-210PM waiting for someone to come. At this time, I called and no one answered. I have called 8 times with no response and I have left a voicemail. It is now 515PM and I never received a call that anyone would be late or not coming.

This has been a horrible experience. If I had known no one was going to show up, I would have called someone else, but I am unable to use my kitchen now. Common courtesy would have been to reschedule or let me know the situation.

We were very happy with the excellent professional service we received from The Pipe Doctor! Their response was quick and they worked very quickly to fix my blocked toilets today. I'm very grateful to them and we will definitely use them as our go-to Plumber from now on!

I called them on a Saturday and they offered to come same day. I ended up having them come on Sunday. Very efficient and honest business. Their rate is affordable and they do the job as promised. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Josh has a lot of integrity I emailed him to get a quote for a plumbing issue I started doing myself and decided I was going to be worse than I expect . Without missing a beat he talked me thru it instead of making money off me . I am in construction and guys like him have become rare he is honest and willing to help even if he doesn't make a dime I will refer him to anyone I know ....

We are so happy with the work that Trisha and her team did at our house in the Maple Leaf neighborhood and would highly recommend The Pipe Doctor for your plumbing needs.  We smelled sewer under our deck and called her immediately.  She was able to work us into they're busy schedule starting the day after we called.  She was very responsive even answering my calls with questions off hours.  She diagnosed my issue in a timely manner and was very professional and up front about the issue and how much it would cost to repair the damage.  Having a sewer leak at your house can be a bit scary and yet at no time was I concerned after talking to Trisha that this issue would not be resolved.  They finished when they said they would and put everything back as before so it looked as if they had not even been there.  I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had with Trisha and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used Josh (and his family crew) a few times to resolve issues with blocked or collapsed sewer pipes. Each time he has responded promptly and provides excellent service at what has felt like a very reasonable price. Josh and his wife Tricia are the kind of friendly, honest people I like hiring because they are nice to have around and I can trust both the work and the advice I get. I'll definitely be hiring them for work in the future!

Josh & Trisha are amazing. When we first bought our home they came over & helped us install a bathroom sink/vanity. More recently, we had a nasty clog that rendered our kitchen useless. They came out right away & not only did they clear the clog, they found the sources of a leak under the kitchen sink & got us set up with a new faucet & drain to remedy the leaks. They have been my saving grace. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed!

Trisha and Josh are friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable.  We called them to help with a drain clog and they were able to come assist us quickly.  We definitely plan to use them for bigger projects in the future!

I was satisfied that they did the work, however this was after my appointment was canceled twice.  I am glad I wasn't in an emergency situation, or it would have been a nightmare.  As it was- this is a word to the wise.... when hydro-jetting the homeowner should be aware that if there's a turn in their storm drains or a 90degree angle, they probably won't be able to fully jet out your drains and you will pay the full amount.  I had a main flooded drain (from last year) that ran to the street, along with a small water spout drain coming down from our house that ran into the main drain.  They were able to clear most of the portion from the house spout down to the main water drain, but not all the way, and not any part of the drain from the main drain to the street.  My caveat for homeowners is this-- you will pay the entire amount (close to $500) for whatever they can hydro-jet... regardless if it's 3 feet or 30 feet.... so it was an expensive proposition for us to just clear the less than 10 feet from the house down spout almost all the way to the main drain, but not quite.  I feel that home owners should be aware that they will be on the line for the full amount regardless of how far they can actually jet out.

The Pipe Doctor came to the rescue when other plumbers never returned calls and over priced the project.  I've worked with a lot of plumbers and would recommend these guys first!!!

We had the Pipe Doctor fix a sewer line that a previous contractor had screwed up - it went up hill and also had a 90-degree angle in it.  It was constantly backing up.  She fixed it and put in 2 45-degree angle pipes 1 foot apart and showed us what she did and explained the whole thing to us. When the crew was done, we couldn't even tell they had been there.  They did a great job.  I would recommend her to anyone who has a problem with a sewer line.

Josh and Trish saved the day, they showed up quickly, scoped the line, and diagnosed the problem.  We're saving their number for the next time a problem arises - they were easy to work with, responsive and speedy!

Trisha and Josh came the day after I called. Though what we thought might be a simple sewer cleanout became more complex, they stayed on to stabilize the situation and give us our bathroom back. They were prompt, thorough, laid out options, and are clearly committed to doing it right. Their bill was reasonable, and they gave good advice on a couple of other issues in our new-to-us condo. I would not hesitate to try them first whatever your plumbing issue.

They came out on a Sunday when our seer line backed up and hydro flushed it to restore flow. The line had collapsed, but it lasted almost three weeks.

Trisha and Josh are both professional. Communication for scheduling and completing the work was great. We had them install a new clean-out in our front yard and hydro-jet the side sewer from our house to the City's main line. They provided us with photos and video of all their work for our records. They were prompt and left everything how it was. I'd highly recommend them for any side sewer repair, side sewer cleaning or general plumbing repair services.  I would certainly use their services again.

Trisha and Josh were FANTASTIC!  I needed some a sewer cleaned and scoped in short order for a home inspection. They squeezed me in to meet my timeline, and were even early.  Best of all, they were attentive to cleanliness and left the condition of the home is great shape.  By the end, I had a video in hand, a clear sewer, and a very clean experience. I'm very happy to support the small shops in our neighborhood.  I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Responded quickly to my call, came out a week later, and then didn't deliver a quote.  Called a week later, and was told I'll have it that weekend.  No go.  Got the impression they're pretty busy or perhaps my $5-7k project wasn't big enough.  Not sure, but no tolerance for no response.

Josh and Trisha like the other reviewer said has integrity. And they work very hard to do things the right way. Trisha returned my calls promptly after I left her a VM and explained to me why she could not do my gutter drainage issue at 12noon due to other emergency issues (more  urgent work like SEWER) in the neighborhood -- rightly so and she did put her priority right.  They showed up at my property and jet drain the drain pipe quickly and efficiently (tested all things and worked) and keep the place clean, All in all very please with their work and I sensed that Josh is a not BS guy from the phone conversation I had with him, which I like (I guess I like myself too because I am just like that) ----- it shows that he has character and take his work seriously and has pride in what he does.

We had another contractor come out to clean our slow drain line, but then refused to complete the job they were brought in to do and still charged us, instead wanting to do a larger job that was over 10x the original quote.  Josh and Tricia were great.  They came out to inspect the situation, described the problem and gave me two options which were both much less costly than the first contractor.  They completed the work over the weekend in the rain.  If you are interested in honesty and choices, then you should call The Pipe Doctor!

Called to have a pipe inspected. They were right on time with the appointment we set. No problems were detected.  Josh went over what would be needed to further investigate but he also explained to me how I could do it myself and the tools I would need if I wanted to save money and do it myself.  Easy to work with and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

Our drains plugged up on a weekend night and they were on site first thing the next day.   After one quick attempt to unplug our side sewer Josh knew exactly what and where the problem lay.  One day later he had dug up the failed concrete pipe, replaced it with new, and unplugged the rest of it to keep us flowing.  The next day it was inspected, fresh fill dirt added and the concrete slab above repaired.  They are by far the most competent, hard working, and pleasant contractors I've ever met.

What a wonderful experience I had today with Trisha and Josh. A little history, I found The Pipe Doctor through my local NextDoor community. We are a military family and have only lived here in Seattle for 6 months. We are renters in Seattle and have had plumbing issues since we moved into our very old house. The first issue we were told was due to a pump in our basement. The second issue we were told it was our fault and charged over $300 for a clog. Now we are having issues again so we decided to hire our own plumber to really figure this out so if indeed it was another clog, we could just pay someone we trust rather than the guys our landlord sent out. Trisha was so gracious and sent me text messages with updates and scheduling. I loved that when we spoke on the phone, she listened and explained pricing and what they would be doing during the visit to our house. They were on time and very polite. It didn't take long before both Trisha and Josh came up and explained that we had a bigger issue and we needed to contact the City of Seattle and have our plumbing inspected. They were so honest and didn't ask me for anything and just pointed out that they wanted our family to have adequate and fair plumbing in our house. It means so much to me as a mother and as a military spouse to find honest, hardworking people when you have issues with a rental property. I cannot thank them enough for their time and hard work and honesty. I'm anxious to get this all fixed and taken care of for my family. I've learned that you have to really take things into your own hands as renters and we have protections in place for a reason. The other company who came out, Done Right Plumbing, didn't even take notice or explain the hazards to the plumbing in this rental. Instead they charged us and didn't fix the problem at hand. Basically the plumbing is not to code, as we expected. Funny how the Done Right Plumbers were sent from our landlord and they didn't find a thing, yet Trisha and Josh immediately found the issue at hand and led us to the real issue. Thank you Pipe Doctor and you have a long time customer and we will share your name to all of our military friends and also our Seattle neighbors!

I used the Pipe Dr to have my sewer line hydro jetted. The line was clogged up with roots and causing issues. Communication was easy, price was best I could find for the job. They showed up on time and were very pleasant. The job was done pretty quickly and they educated me as well. I would not hesitate to contact the Pipe Dr for future plumbing needs!

OMG, this company rocks!!! I called a different company and was promised someone would be at my house between a certain time... long story short, they completely flaked on me. After waiting ALL day and it's a Sunday night, I call the Pipe Doctor and the amazing gal who answered asked what the problem was and when I explained it to her she quickly assessed the situation and told me how to resolve the issue. No charge, no gimmicks, no emergency fee...she was awesome and was SO helpful! I will never call another plumber than the Pipe Doctor!

It's an amazing family business as they respond fast and schedule the hydro-jetting the next day after I contacted them. They are friendly and did the job professionally. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Josh and Trisha were great! They were on time and did a wonderful job replacing a super old toilet in my small bathroom. They were on time, fast and cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they had been there. They didn't even mind when my 3yr old son wanted to help with his toy wrenches. I will absolutely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Trisha and Josh are wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job hydro-jetting our sewer line and make sure there were no other problems. We had a couple set backs and needed another scope video of the sewer line at last minute and they were able to get us in the very next day. They were extremely patience and very pleasant to work with. Will use them again for future projects. Highly recommended!!!

We had some water and dirt unexpectedly come into the house through a drain. I called five plumbers with great reviews on Yelp. One didn't go through, one rang but had a full voicemail box, I left messages with two but still haven't heard back a week later. The Pipe Doctor though - they answered right away, explained what they thought the issue was, gave an estimate for price, and came out to fix it the same day. They were nice, professional, explained what was going on, and gave us some tips to avoid the problem happening again. We will definitely use them again.

I did few quotes from different plumbing companies. They offer the best price and fast response. My kitchen drain was clogged at the further pipe area not the u pipe area. Josh is very kind and helpful and guide me through to solve the issue. I will recommend them for service.

Phenomenal service. We called Pipe Doctor in an emergency and they were able to come out to the house within a couple of hours to take a look and give an estimate. We had been told by one of the big companies that it would be an extensive job, requiring excavation of a large section of our yard because they couldn't pinpoint the location of the main line, and that it was possible after a day of digging that they would need to tear up the kitchen floor if they still couldn't find it. Trisha and Josh knocked on our neighbor's door and came back like 20 minutes later with the exact location and depth of the main line, and their quote was cheaper. More importantly, they were willing to do the work next day even though it was forecasted to rain and they were done by 5. They appreciated the absolute pain it was to be without water in our home, especially with a 9 month old, and they really came through for us. They answered many, many questions for us along the way and were always patient and professional. Trisha and Josh work hard and I'm really happy we found them.

If I could give them more stars I would.   The first time I used the pipe doctor my bathroom sink was leaking.   My husband and I called 5 plumbing companies.   The pipe doctor was here in less then 30 minutes.   All the other companies could not send a repair person for at least a week.   Joshua and Trisha fixed the problem under 45 min and charged $60. labour and parts.  Other companies  charge a min of $150.00 for a service call.  The second time I called pipe doctor early evening about 5:00pm. They  arrived just after 12:00 pm the following day.   They would have come in the morning but the tenant wasn't home until noon to let them in.  The hot water tank was repaired quickly at a very fair price.  My husband and I own four rentals and have never worked with better plumbers.  Calls are returned quickly, service calls are prompt, prices are fair,  overall excellent service by a family owned business.
