I started in the plumbing business at age 14 working after school and with my father during summer and went on to apprentice at Seattles larger companies. My father and I joined forces in 2011 and brought our expertise together in the trades and customer service to Create Done Right Plumbing.

Bought a new refrigerator and found out we needed a new line for the ice maker because the one we had wouldn't work for the new refrigerator. So we called Done Right and another plumber and it turned out we really needed to have the whole house replumbed. Done Right quoted less than half the amount of the other company and could do it in a quarter of the time and scheduled us quickly (the other guy said it would be a couple weeks).
Done Right brought in their crew and they were awesome! We ended up replacing our hot water tank too since they were out. They had our entire house done in less than a day. They went above and beyond with all they did. They stand behind their work too. We had a minor issue a year later and they came right out and took care of it for us.
Any time in the future we need a plumber, we will definitely call them. Highly recommend them!!

We needed to do a full house re-pipe, and called several plumbers in our area. Of the 4 estimates we received, the one from Done Right was very competitive in price, and much more complete and detailed. Ashton and Malikai listened to our questions and concerns and addressed each and every one of them more than satisfactorily!
Throughout the re-pipe, the work was done efficiently and effectively, and they communicated extremely well, especially since we were not on-site, and that was very much appreciated. Problems were met head-on, and we were always given options and appropriate advice.
We're very happy with everything that was done, and will definitely be using Done Right when we do any work in the future!

We've been working with DRP for a while now. Our downstairs flooded and we needed to figure out what was causing the problem. The whole situation was a nightmare but DRP came out quickly, fixed the problem and got us up and running again.
After finishing the job we originally called them our for we decided that we should perma-lined our sewer pipe. We ended up using them for other various jobs like replacing old and worn copper and cast iron pipes and changed out an old water shut off valve in our home.
Malakai and Nick have been amazing. When you finally find a company you can trust and rely on its solid gold- and that's exactly what Steve (the owner, who installed our perma-liner for us) and his crew are. Always professional, do a stellar job, informative and transparent on what should be done now vs. will need to be done in the future, show up when they say they will, competitive prices and are neat and tidy. Seriously, this is a great company and I highly recommend them.
I posted a job needed on Yelp and Done Right was one of the first to reply. They came out a couple hours earlier than their window! They were unable to do the job because the boiler unit is a bit unique but I really appreciated their honesty and professional manor. Will keep them in mind for our future plumbing needs.
We had 2 great experiences with Done Right Plumbing. The first they showed up 30 minutes after calling to fix a completely blocked toilet which ended up finding a mis-installed pipe grading. Several months later they came out on same day for another issue. Always insightful and helpful each time (I learned things about my home each time, for better or worse). They even set up replacing my toilets within 3 days to fix an issue with our pressure. Great company, will continue to use for all my plumbing needs.

Submitted a bid on Yelp on the spot. Even though the bid was too high compared to the other bids, being responsive and not asking for a lot of unnecessary information is great. I'd definitely consider them for future projects.
Done Right Plumbing:
We had a main sewer line blockage and Done Right was able to come in right away. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem immediately, but they took care to walk us through all the available (reasonably priced) options. Once we settled on what we wanted to do, they were able to fit us in that afternoon -- they cleared the blockage, installed an new outside cleanout, and put in a new liner for the pipe going out from our house to the city system. All throughout they were very clear on what was happening and why. We would definitely go with these guys again. Highly recommend!
We had a plumbing emergency summer of 2021, our regular plumber unavailable, Done Right saved us!! They were able to come out the same day to fix a broken pipe under our house, I was running a childcare and really needed running water!!! We then decided to re plumb the whole house, and I feel the bid was fair, very similar to several other bids we got. The team was very responsive and efficient. I would highly recommend them. We have a separate issue with our foundation, and we need our water heater taken out, foundation people to do their job , then we need them to put it back. Very accommodating on scheduling around another contractor!!

I can't say enough about this company.
After calling several other companies one of which told me I needed to pump my septic tank before they could come out and air jet my lines for a mere $895. Ryan and his partner came on time. I was updated via text on who would be coming and when.

Ashton and Malikai came by today to replace my ancient bathroom and kitchen faucets with modern Moen products. The work went smoothly despite some old galvanized pipe that remains in my house. Done Right Plumbing is superb. Because of a backup in our sewer line, we first made the mistake of contacting one of the bigger companies that focuses on celebrity endorsements. The other company did locate the problem, but told us it would cost $11,000 (not including tax) to excavate six feet deep in our yard, replace up to ten feet of pipe, and install a two-way cleanout. Thankfully I contacted Done Right Plumbing, which fit us into a very busy schedule. Done Right Plumbing performed the same work (very early the next morning) and solved the problem for ONE-HALF the price ($5,500). Done Right Plumbing was super professional and trustworthy. I know to call them first next time.
Our water heater died today. Temps in the teens. I called 3 companies I have worked with in the past and all could not come to my home until next week. I called Done Right and spoke with Tracy who sent a team out the same day and did a great job at a reasonable price. I appreciate all of you!
Called asking for a free estimate of checking our toilet for flushing issues and they were able to come say day. They even called and were able to come 3 hours early. They gave the estimate and then was able to quickly snake and assess the issue, gave a recommendation that we needed a new toilet, and were very professional (wore masks and booties). Done Right has been the best. A few month ago when my husband was ill our bath tub got stopped up. I called and they were out that evening and fixed what need to be done.
Today they came and fixed a running toilet that my husband had tried to fix while he was sick. He has now passed away. The toilet is running all the time I had to turn off the water. They came and fixed it in about 10 min. plus at NO Charge. For someone on a low income that was great. Thank you so much Done Right Plumbing.

They were fast, responsive and very professional. We had a clogged bathtub and they had it repaired in about 30 minutes. I really appreciated them responding to my yelp message and quickly booking one of their professionals to come to my house to complete the repair.
On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, the quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave out of town for the weekend. Monday the 13 we called and asked them to come just double check that it was good. They sent a team right away. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We tested the new valve to make sure hot was coming out. We also checked the other shower to make sure my family would be happy. All is good now. Would have liked not to have 2 cold showers and 3 complaining sessions from the other members in my home. Would have been perfect other than that. Thanks DRP!

Done Right arrived the day I called.
They diagnosed our clogged (and backed up) 4 drain line (severe root intrusion - 70ish feet downstream past the main stack, almost to the sewer main). They got it cleared, packed their equipment up, cleaned up (their mess), and were on their way faster than I could have hoped.
Nick, Ben, & the rest were professional, answered all my questions and did a great job.
The office staff are competent, and good at answering questions including how to find their surprisingly-well-hidden office.

Excellent company to work with! We reached out to Done Right for a bid for a side sewer and water line replacement for a 70+ year old house in Seattle, (to take care of it proactively), and they came by the same week and answered all our questions with knowledge and experience. Within a few hours they sent a fair quote for the most cost effective solution given our setup. (We went with the trenchless liner solution for the sewer but the water line had a trench dug.) Once we accepted their bid, they were able to get the work scheduled quickly and ended up completing the job in half a day with a whole crew. They were sensitive to our front yard landscaping, as well as minimizing the downtime of our water/sewer while we worked from home. Friendly crew, office staff, and owner made the experience really nice despite such a large infrastructure project on a house. Would recommend Done Right for any sewer and plumbing needs!

The communications were prompt which I appreciate, but the quote was (in my humble opinion) outrageous - $1200 for a P-trap? I bought the parts at Lowe's for less than $20 and did the repair myself in about 10 minutes. In the defense of this company, they were the only ones who responded with a 'yes we can do it' reply, it was just way too overpriced for me, so I chose to do the repair myself in this case.

We bought a tri-fuel generator and needed a new gas hookup. Contacted a few plumbing companies, Done Right is the only one provided a free estimate. The other companies either don't do gas line service or would charge $200+ just for coming and giving an estimate. The scheduling process was smooth, I received both email and text for confirmation. On the service day, I also received a text to tell me who will come. Adam and his teammate came on time and did a great job. Done Right Plumbing replaced a water main from the water meter to the house - gave us an estimate on the phone, came out to verify a couple of hours later. Scheduled the work to start the following Monday. Work was done to our satisfaction in 3 days - Day 1: utility locate and trenching, Day 2: drilling and connecting water, and Day 3: asphalt patching.
The work was a logistical challenge as we had to maintain our neighbors' access road while locating utilities and working on the main. Done Right spent time and potholed to confirm utility depths to make sure the new line would not conflict/hit other utilities, including scoping the private sewer line. Hand dug the trench next to the foundation for the water main into the house.
Bored the new main under trees, asphalt driveway and other utility lines. Pulled the permit and got the City of Edmonds Public Works sign-off. Came back with hot mix asphalt to make sure the asphalt patches would adhere in the cool, wet winter weather.
All and all, they did a great job for a fair price, and got it done right away which was a bonus! They worked with us, communicated their plans and answered all of our questions. We'd highly recommend Steve and his team!
Done Right has helped us with multiple jobs, and we would recommend them. Our downstairs sink was overflowing every time we ran our upstairs sink and dishwasher, and Done Right took care of out issue very promptly. They also are thorough, and discovered a more serious plumbing issue with our sewer line during a Hydro Jetting appointment. We are really glad we are able to get on top of this issue and prevent any future damage. Very reliable, competitive pricing, and quick response. Very professional interactions, and they have taken the time to call us back and explain the job and issue in detail. As first time home owners of an old home, we are glad to have Done Right on our call list for any future plumbing concerns!

During the February 2019 snowstorm, our water main picked this time to break. It sprung a leak next to our foundation. Hey, the iron pipe was only 70 years old so I guess that's pretty good, right?
Done Right Plumbing gave us an estimate the same day and began repairs the next day. Most of the work was cutting thick driveway concrete and trenching from the water meter to my house. These guys are hard workers.
They did the job right: new PEX pipes larger than original, deeper burial than previous iron pipe, improved shut-off valve, generous silicon sealant through foundation, and a fine job pouring new concrete. I'm pretty sure it will last another 70 years.

Tracy answered the phone and is a customer service Superstar! She was really helpful and did all she could to get in touch with Steve and Ben to try and get them out to my house the same day my sink and dishwasher decided to stop draining. The other job they were on was taking way longer than expected, so she apologized profusely and asked if it would be ok if they came first thing the next morning. I said I understood and it was no problem at all, Steve was at my house before 9am the next day.
Ben arrived a bit later and they were done in no time. Steve and Ben were both nice, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I plan to only call Done Right Plumbing with any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I hired Done Right twice before to fix leaks and replace a tankless water heater. Sharif was great. He was prompt and very professional.
When we had a new leak in the laundry room last month (on a Friday afternoon), I called Done Right immediately and spoke to Tracy and Stacy. They were able to send Ben out on the following Monday. This time, I decided to re-pipe the whole house. Since I didn't get a second quote, I cannot comment on the price, but I will say this - Ben and his team worked hard for three days to make sure everything was replaced and done right. Zack found an issue with the drain and fixed right there for me. Sharif will come back to service my tankless water heater without additional charge. Trust and responsiveness is priceless to me. I appreciate their help. I will certainly recommend Done Right to anyone.

UPDATE: Done Right's been by a few times in the last year 'cause we are terrible and somehow keep getting hair down our sink. Always very nice and quick about fixing things.
Anyhow, last night our furnace stopped working... right in the middle of Seattle snowmagedon! Ahhh! We called *all* the shops in the area and they were closed. One shop even picked up and then quickly hung up... those jerks! Anyhow, I saw online that our buddies at Done Right had familiarity with furnaces, so we called them up as our last resort. Sure enough, they got our backs. :-) We're feeling so incredibly thankful that Stephen decided to pick up the phone on a day that every other business decided it was too snowy to make it in! In late April, we discovered a plumbing issue coming from our downstairs guest bathroom that caused significant water damage to our vanity and wood flooring. We were grateful to Steve Renfrow and Ben of Done Right for their knowledge and swift response during the pandemic to fix our plumbing issue. Highly recommended!
They are reliable and good at what they do. Took care of several plumbing needs in our house. It is a family owned business. I dont think are the cheapest. However, the rates are competitive and they take care of needs reliably which in the long run will save on cost.
The sign of a true customer focused company is when you call them, a year after they first did a brilliant job, and ask for some help with an issue and they come the same day with all the friendliness and support to get it sorted straight away. Sharif remembered me and our house so could diagnose the issue straight away and just get it fixed. They whole team were excellent, completely in line with COVID precautions and left everything tidy. Another plumber charged 864 dollars for an unnecessary jet cleaning, couldn't fix the clog and then wanted to charge 5000 dollars for new piping. I got a recommendation from a neighbor and called Done Right Plumbing for a second estimate. They got rid of the clog in 20 minutes for 250 dollars! Done Right Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars!

Hey, I like these guys. Small bathtub leak, not a big deal but plenty annoying. A contractor friend recommended them and he was right as he often is. Called, phone answer by a person, promptly scheduled within a few days, came when they said they would, spent time really checking out the problem and they fixed it. Sounds easy but a off again/on again leak can be hard to assess- they nailed it. Got a thank you note and 30 day warrantee - comes with a fridge magnet, nice since given the quality of the service, the price and our 100 year old house it's likely that we will be needed them again.
I hired them to do the plumbing for a washer and dryer hookup. They were very professional, courteous, prompt, and always wore masks. They had to cut into the wall in multiple areas under the sink and behind the dishwasher, so I needed those areas patched. Ben was nice enough to come back multiple times, pull out the dishwasher, then reinstall it after the drywaller was finished, at no charge.
Tracy was always kind and responsive when I called with questions or concerns.
I highly recommend Done Right and would hire them again for any plumbing needs.

They did a great job clearing out my kitchen pipe with a plumbing snake. No more back up. They also gave me 1/2 off discount, which I am greatfull for. The reason for the discount was because they pulled a no show, not once but twice. Good thing I followed up with a phone call to confirm my third appointment and when I called, It sounded like there was another confusion.
Coming home after work to a random ceiling leak on a Wednesday night is never fun. Neither is trying to find someone who can fix it without charging an arm and/or coming up with a bunch of mystery parts that need replacing.
I called 3 of the best reviewed plumbers in my area. 1st one told me they were booked for a week, the other simply did not return my call. Katie with Done Right Plumbing, on the other hand, returned my call within minutes and was able to squeeze me into that same evening.
Ben with Done Right has a quiet but pleasant presence, and he showed up right around when I expected him. Identified the cause of the leak before I was able to find a decent recipe for banana oat breakfast bar, and told me he'd return the following day with the necessary part.
He showed up the next day, again right around when I expected, and finished the repair under 30 minutes. I got the invoice the day after, and the actual billed amount made me wonder why I was stressing over it so much the past couple of days.
Needless to say, as long as Katie and Ben are still with Done Right, I don't think I'll have to look for a new plumber in my area!

I was in a jam. I had just replaced a water heater, and I must have put some stress on my copper supply lines because I sprung a leak! Steve came out to my house on a Sunday and he had the parts and the tools needed to do the job right.
He got the work done in a half-hour and charged me only $400 in labor. While that is more than I was planning on spending, I'm really glad he was there to do the work.
I would absolutely call Done Right again if I was in a similar pinch.
If I could give zero points I would. Wasted my time and recommend expensive option when in reality they just didn't turn the water on all the way. This really shouldn't happen. Only pro is they didn't charge us.
Don and Adam did a great job. They found the problem right away and replaced my drain in my kitchen the same day. Both guys were friendly and very helpful.

Our sump pump started making strange noises and refusing to shut off. I popped off an email and was told we would probably have to replace it. Fully prepared for the worst, we were ready when the guys came a few days later. Turns out, one of the pipes had broken loose. They were able to fix it up without having to replace the whole thing. Great work!
Steve and his associate, Jeff (?) were great. I had some plumbing issues and needed to have multiple things done and evaluated. Though we did not use Steve for our main project, Steve had went above and beyond during our initial meeting to discuss the scope of the work.
For example, I was not getting heating in my home He and his associate had took the time to check the furnace, adjust the knobs, etc and finally figured out that the vents were not connected to anything, thus no heat.
Another example, is that I needed to have a toilet drain rough in moved a couple of feet. Steve had sent Ben over to my house and had Ben work on the job. Ben was courteous and was able to get it done in the same day, with no questions ask.

In early March, I discovered a leak in our sewer line located in the crawlspace. We called Done Right Plumbing & Sewer Repair. The representatives came out for a free estimate discussing what was found as well as other potential sewer problems. The team came out and did a detailed review of the existing problem, taking pictures and recommended the appropriate repairs. They were both very professional, courteous and provided the estimate within a day. We scheduled them for the next week and they came out and completed the job. I am impressed with their work and the excellent customer service they provided. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing and sewer repair. We'd been using another plumber for two years. Unfortunately the other plumber had become so unreliable that they missed appointments, and showed up late to others. It was not acceptable.
So far we have had Done Right Plumbing out to do one major job for us, and actually fixed something our old plumber had done wrong, that led to an additional problem for us (and they fixed it for free!).

They answered our 3am phone call. Calmed our nerves about the leak and came first thing on Sunday morning with a repair proposal. They worked all day and discovered that the prescribed repair was not possible. Then gave us a solution and a reasonable price for the amount of work required.
This was a major repair/replacement and required a lot of planning and equipment to excavate and replumb the house sewer line. They were able to pre-arrange all utility surveying and equipment so that it is ready for a Monday AM start. The job was done in a day and the yard was back to normal(less the grass).
Steve was professional and his experience and expertise gave us confidence that the job would be done correctly. We were able to have a relatively normal weekend and knew we and our house were in good hands.
Steve and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish. I first spoke with Steve over the phone describing my plumbing issues and ideal outcome. Steve was professional, patient and provided a variety of solutions that would help minimize interruptions in the home. Steve and his crew proved to be the right choice as they efficiently assessed the issue and had a crew working on a fix shortly thereafter. Scheduling with their office was painless and the crew showed on time. Based on the team's service I elected to replace all plumbing in my home, replacing galvanized piping with PEX. I'd recommend to call them for any assistance you need with heating and air conditioning in the Shoreline area. Another company tried scare tactics claiming my house was going to blow up! Can you believe that? Not these guys though. The older gentleman Mike is such a professional and easy to work with. The person who answered my call did everything to help over the phone. Then the qualified servicemen visited and finished by fixing up the furnace. They didn't even let my frisky cat escape when coming in and out of the house and covered their shoes to keep things clean. Thanks for the help you gave this homeowner and I'll be repeat business for sure. Steven the owner even called to communicate and check on how things went. Great customer service!

LOOK NO FURTHER! Not only did Steve do an excellent job in repairing my sewage line, he came out immediately on the Sunday before New Year's! Two days after moving into our new house the plumbing backed up into the garage and we had company over for the holiday. It was awful, and I began to call every plumber around. No other plumber even called me back promptly, but Steve responded immediately and showed up within the hour to save the day. He repaired my sewer line in a few hours, and we had water back by the time I got off work. This could have been a HUGE disaster, but thanks to Done Right, it was a blip on the radar and we were able to enjoy New Year's with running water! Thank you Steve!!

I've had a crew working on my foundation for a few weeks, they noticed a gas line that had to be moved and soon so as not to delay the project. I called Done Right and they sent Ben over that day to assess the problem, I told him I needed it done really quick and he came back the next day and did the work so fast I barely knew he was here. Now the gas line has been moved and I can finally finish the other work being done on my house. Thank you Done Right!

Now this 2nd time the story is different: words I never want to hear from a plumber do you have homeowner's insurance?.... Not. Good. The owner Steve is an absolute nightmare to work with. Extremely defensive when asked for the job to be finished cradle to grave! NOT done right is more appropriate name. Never have I felt so offended in discussing a job I paid for with someone. Complete jerk on the phone after the job was done. He got paid, no need for the attitude when a customer has a simple ask that they are entitled too!
Steve and his crew of Sharif and Nick saved me on New Years Eve. I had a leak in my basement wall and had no idea what to do. Sharif and Nick came, asked some smart questions and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (leaky refrigerator valve). Reasonable, efficient and super nice. Highly recommend.
These guys were great. I had an emergency backup in my sewer. They gave me a great quote and really worked with me to get my issue resolved quickly.
I would highly recommend Done Right. After receiving a much higher quote from a company (who wasn't entirely sure what the problem was) and another company who said they couldn't get their camera through the line and gave up, Sharif & Nick came out and spent about an hour going through the motions to diagnose our problem. They did not charge us for this. We agreed to the work and they came pretty much the next business day (Monday) and did the majority of the work & got us up and operating again in just a few hours. Steve came back today (Wednesday) and cleaned up and patched up our cement. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They did mention we'd need a lot more extensive work in the future and we will be looking to work with them again.
Steve was awesome. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. We had a flooding emergency and he was able to quickly open room in his schedule to come right over. He was able to quickly get us in touch with a great flood mitigation crew which was out to our house in less than 2 hours. I couldn't believe how fast these guys were able to expedite things. Would love to use Steve for future work around the house.
Called Done Right Plumbing about a leaking valve and they were able to come out in the shortest date/time available. I called Done Right this morning and they were able to send someone out the same day to look at a leak that was sending water down my lighting fixtures from the floor above. After some plumber sleuthing John(sp?) was able to determine the cause which thankfully was not due to a leaky pipe or pipe fitting. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and patiently determined the cause of the problem. I would call Done Right again.
We had a late night plumbing emergency, and needed to get a plumber out ASAP. Done Right quickly got a plumber out to us to replace a bathtub faucet that wouldn't turn off. The work was done well and done quickly! I am currently a graduate student and a teacher, and when I asked about student or teacher discounts...I was told my bill was paid in full. What?! Had a sewage pump fail yesterday and called multiple plumbers that couldn't get the work done until the following week. Done Right was able to fit me in the day of, and quickly replaced the pump while preventing any sewage overflow. These guys were super professional and honest, and I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Done Right to anyone looking for skillful plumbing work.
I never leave reviews but the service I recieved from Done Right Plumbing was so good I feel compelled to tell others. They recently did some sewer line repair for us and a few years prior replaced or pipes throughout our house. I had many questions, concerns and fears of being taken advantage of as someone who didn't know alot about plumbing and it was an expensive repair. Steve was incredibly patient and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The work they did was of excellent quality and was done quickly. I would definitely recommend them as a company that knows their stuff and cares about their customers.

We realized late last night that we had no hot water, went to check things out and discovered a leak coming from a big rusty area on the bottom of the water heater. Called Done Right this morning and, even though they were booked for the day, said they would send someone out to check on the water heater. Sharif and Zack came out this afternoon and were so incredibly professional, honest and friendly. They were so quick and efficient at replacing the water heater and left no mess behind. Aside from being a pleasure to do business with, they were also reasonably priced. I will definitely call them first with any future plumbing needs!
Done Right is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
To start, I called them up to see if they could come out to install a pressure reducing valve (PRV) for our mid-90s home per recommendation of our inspector. Sarah answered and was really great about working with my schedule. I was given a date and a time window for them to come out.
Ben came out on the day of and did quick work! He was friendly and answered all of my questions.
A couple of days later, we noticed that there was a humming sound that came on when we turned on the water at all of the locations in our home. Eek! I called and Sarah answered and said that Steve would call back later that evening. Sure enough, he did! He explained what could be going on and said that it wasn't an emergency and asked if anything was leaking. He asked us to give it a couple of weeks to see if it would settle on its own, but to call back if we still had issues.
We got busy, but about 4 weeks later, we were still having the humming problem. I called back and Sarah got us scheduled again!
The only problem that we had was that on the scheduled day and time, no one showed up... this was odd because we had really good communication up till then. I called and Sarah called me back the next day and apologized profusely for the no-show. There was an emergency septic call and the guy was called out there. He didn't call because he was working with... well, septic stuff.
She immediately rescheduled and called to confirm on the day of as well. Ben came out and replaced the PRV that was installed before and it's been smooth sailing! No humming at all!
Even with the no-show, they made it right immediately and made sure that I was comfortable with the fix and satisfied. I am so happy to have found Done Right Plumbing and for Ben, Sarah, and Steve. I hope that they continue to provide such excellent service to their customers! Thank you guys!
I really like these guys. Very honest and no scammers. My bathroom needed some drywall work, because of shower mystery splashes. Drywall work hit setback when Doug figures the deep problem is the bath plumbing. No idea what though.
I decide on Done Right. Already the job could easily involve blowing through bath tiles to get to plumbing. They also do remodeling. Bases covered.
They scope behind the bath wall, and it's the shower diverter valve. Thing is, the plumbing is copper, but the valves are old. Back leaking around through the stem. Leak wouldn't have revealed itself had I not renewed the caulking around the valve cover.
In the end, they saved me a lot of money by finding the correct replacement valve instead of punting the remedy up to another tier. I actually did research the serial numbers on the new valve's packaging, and couldn't find find the part online. They also did a nice job recaulking the fixture covers.
I called Done Right Plumbing because of a toilet plumbing issue and they came out within the hour to evaluate everything. I had to have it replaced and as soon as I picked up the toilet a few days later, they came out and replaced it quickly and efficiently. The crew was very nice too. I would definitely call them again. Also, the woman who schedules everything over the phone was very responsive and thorough. All around good customer service.

We had a old faucet over the kitchen sink that was rusted out and broke without warning. We needed it working again ASAP. Cold called Steven at 8am on Saturday morning and he was at our house within 2 hours. Because it was a bit of an emergency, he could have easily gouged us but his pricing was totally reasonable and stated up-front before any work was done. He discussed our options with us, and fixed it up in less than 30mins. He also cleaned out the fittings so it's running better than it was before.
Would definitely recommend Steven and will be calling him up again when we remodel our kitchen this summer.
I contacted Done Right Plumbing to help find and repair a leak in my home. The owner came right away to take a peek and advise me in moving further with my insurance and remedies. My husband went on to get quotes at a higher cost from 3 other companies! While we did not go with Done Right initially to replace our water service line, I'm calling them in the future for a repair unrelated to the first problem. I'll certainly make a follow-up review after the work is done. I'm certain the quote will be competitive and the workmanship will be quality judging by the way my case was handled both in the office and in the field.

Very unprofessional. They came to my house and REMOVE our current insulation.. told us they'd come back and get a part and 10 minutes later had a secretary call saying they would not do it for the price they initially quoted.
The service was good but then it all went downhill. Rude responses, very dismissive. Once they got their money that was the end of being polite or caring about the customer.
Steve and I originally had some confusion and frustration regarding my sewer inspection. However, Steve called me up and rectified the situation by rescheduling immediately and offering the service free of charge due to the inconvenience. I appreciate his efforts to correct the situation and his politeness and professionalism on the phone. He said he had someone out of the office and it made things a little hectic. I understand that can be very taxing on a small business and appreciate that he went the extra mile to make the situation right.

A+ service will use Done Right Plumbing again for any future plumbing work I need done. Had to reroute my intake and outtake drain for my washer to the opposite side of the wall, and they even moved my washer for me. Plumbers were friendly and quick. Estimate was on point.
Wow!! These guys didn't mess around. Free estimates(hard to find). Honest(harder to find). Arrived on the day and time scheduled. Worked quickly and cleaned up and left no trace besides working drains!!! Ben and Nick made a great team with positive approach and a real can do attitude. We didn't even get another quote after meeting these guys. Never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to the next time I need plumbing/drainage or heating/ac repair but I am looking forward to working with this company again. Called in and got a quote and install same day. While not the lowest quote, they were close and were very responsive in setting up the new water heater. No fee for checking the issue unlike some others I called
I hired this business to help me with a shower remodel. I needed some pipes moved. They came, they were on time, they were on budget. I just was unhappy with communication. I got a drain that I didn't ask for (I'm sure I paid for it, but I can't know for sure because my estimate or bill wasn't really itemized) they also moved my shower drain to the middle of my new shower, I wasn't planning on them doing it, but it's done. Again, I probably paid for it, and now I have to work around an extra whole in the floor. Also a hole was left in the side of my house (yes it was necessary for the job and I should have figured out that it would be there) but it was hidden behind a pipe and it was days until I noticed it. I would have liked it pointed out to me? They attached a pipe to a piece of wood that clearly is unfinished demolition. I understand that doing a job for a home owner is probably a little harder in communication and education but I am what I am.

If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, quick and affordable plumbing company look no further. I have had to call DONE RIGHT PLUMBING a few times now due to cheap pipes that were built in with the house causing multiple leaks. Not only is this the best plumbing company I've ever used but it is one of the best companies I have dealt with in general. Let's start with Steve the owner, hands down one of the best businessmen I have dealt with. Especially having worked as a real estate agent I have lots of experience with a lot of different companies. He always puts his customers first and is amazing at what he does. He will suggest things to be done to protect you but does not push unnecessary services, he doesnt nickle and dime you for the small minutia like some companies will. He responds quickly and he is just the nicest guy. Then let's talk about his workers, firstly it again says a lot about this company that all the workers I've had over really are amazing, friendly, efficient, keep things clean, polite, knowledgeable and overall helpful which is hard to find and they all had only good things to say about their boss and company. I've seen with other companies the workers try and steal business for themselves on the side or talk trash about their company but these guys are a happy and loyal bunch, I'm guessing cuz they have a great boss. Most recent visit Steve and Sharif came by after I woke up to a flooded bathroom. Came over in less than an hour of me calling and were finished in less than 30-45 min and I even asked if they could help with another bathroom toilet even though that wasn't part of my original call and they helped with that too! Overall you will not find a better company and service than Done Right Plumbing!

We had an ongoing small drip from a tub faucet that dramatically changed to a small stream of constant hot water - in the 'off' position. Of course this happened the day after Thanksgiving. I called at least 6 plumbers, and not only was Done Right the only one working, but they were able to come the same day. The technician did his best to try to remedy the problem, but didn't have the right part/cartridge needed for my faucet to make the fix that day. He told us he would stop by a supply store on his way home from work to see if he could find one, so it wouldn't have to be special ordered. I don't ultimately know where they got the part, but he was back on Monday AM to fix the problem. (None of the other plumbers I left messages for ever even called back.) The price he quoted Fri was the price we paid Monday, even though the fix required a second trip. Would use them again.
Done Right lives up to its name and reputation. After receiving an outrageous estimate from our regular plumbing company, I contacted Done Right Plumbing, and Steve came out to our home to give an estimate on building an outdoor shower. He came out on a weekend, listened to our ideas, gave suggestions to improve some of the design and materials, and provided an estimate...which was much lower than the original bid. We scheduled the following Friday to have the outdoor shower built. Due to a little miscommunication on my part, we had to postpone the project, until the following Tuesday. Steve was completely accommodating, patient, and above all professional. He returned and had the shower built in only a couple of hours. The shower works great and we are so happy with the project. I recently became a homeowner, and I found a cracked pipe from the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater so I called several plumbers in the area. These guys were quick to respond and were able to come out on a short notice. They replaced the pipes and helped me identified several code issues with my 70's house, and fixed those issues at a very reasonable rate on the next day. When I discovered a tiny drip on the hot water gas expansion tank pipe due to faulty hardware, they came back and made sure that the job was done right. These guys did a terrific job and earned my trust.
These guys are very responsive and upfront with a customer's needs. Steve was very forthcoming with the plumbing work that we would need just over the phone and we appreciated his honesty. Would not hesitate to use this company.

Steven returned our call within 10minutes and was at our door within the hour! He quoted us $85-$100 to clear our clogged drains--very reasonable. Not only did he clear our clogged drains he stayed extra and even went into our crawl space to identify the problem of our drains being clogged every few months. Which was the piping was too small. He went above and beyond to help us and we have hired him and his team back to replace the piping (which when memory served we were told that by our home inspector 6 years ago!---but forgot in the excitement of being first time home owners) Of all the years of having plumbers come to clear our clogs--Steven is the first to take the time to figure out why this is repeatedly happening! We have found our permanent plumber for sure! I would recommend Steven hands down to anyone in the area.
Once again these guys are the best! Came out today to fix my toilet - arrived within a few hours of my call - replaced a part, and then said no charge. We will always do small repairs like these for our loyal customers. We have used them many times over the years and they continue to be wonderful to work with.

When using services from Done Right Plumbing, it is important for the customer to know precisely what defines success. If the customer can provide details on what's working and what's not working, Done Right will do a professional and very respectable job. They are willing to ensure that the end product provides what the customer needs and will work diligently to deliver that solution. It may require multiple visits and potentially additional cost, but Done Right will make every effort to ensure that everything, at the final analysis, delivers what is needed. We would certainly consider using them for future work.

We called three plumbing companies to get quotes for leak detection and fixes: The Pipe Doctor, King Plumbing and Done Right Plumbing. We left two messages for Pipe Doctor, no one even bother to give us a call back. We talked to someone at King Plumbing and was asked to email the info. Again, no one replied back. Done Right Plumbing is the only one that we were able to schedule for someone to come out. Sharif and his partner Nick showed up at promptly. Their search was thorough and their recommendations are honest and sound. We appreciate their professionalism. We also asked for a quote for our tankless water heater replacement before they left. After doing some research and compared their quote to three other companies, their quote is competitive for the quality and responsiveness. We hired them back to install the tankless. Again, they were prompt and thorough. The office ladies Katie and Tracy were very accommodating to my questions and requests. We definitely will hire Done Right again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I had Done Right out for a quote (cold call to them, we're new to Seattle) on repairing the drain where my driveway meets my garage door as a last ditch effort - I'd had 2 quotes and one company had said $8,000-$10,000 and said the job would require tearing up the floor in our family room, and one company said they weren't sure they could do it and would send another guy out (who never showed up). Done Right gave me a great quote for SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER COST, were honest about my options, and spent 2 days cutting concrete, rerouting pipes, and repouring the concrete in my garage. The owner called me daily (I was at work while they were at the house) and updated me on status, and once the repair was complete all my problems were solved. We're had great results throughout all the heavy fall rains. They also installed 2 toilets for me - nice guys, quick response.

OMG! Steve and John just left my house about 5 minutes ago. i am voting these guys as HEROES of the YEAR! we had our sewer line backed up at 10pm last night and Roto Rooter came and gave us an outrageous quote for simply snaking the line. Steve answered my call early in the morning and squeezed me in and showed up in the afternoon. they used the camera and gave me the bad news about my sewer line. they offered a solution that involved some serious digging, cutting and reconnecting the main sewer line. they worked super hard, explained all of the details behind the job and could not be more professional. due to our tough situation, they were super kind and gave us a super fair price. these guys are clearly craftsmen and truly great plumbers. i wish all tradesmen were as good and honest as Steve was to us today. even their office person, Sarah, is just awesome! i cannot recommend these guys and this company enough. i am going to tell all of my neighbors and friends about my experience today and wish these guys nothing but success in their business. although, i hope they will always stay true to their profession and be just as kind as they were today. thank you so much to you steve, john and sarah. i am forever grateful for your empathy, professionalism and dedication. :-)

I woke up on a Saturday morning with no hot water. The tank was over 10 years old so I felt it was time to replace it rather than try to repair it. After calling several plumbers, Done Right was the only one that responded in a timely fashion AND didn't want charge exorbitant weekend rates to change out the tank on a Saturday. Steve from Done Right gathered the information that he needed from me and we set a time. He was on time and had everything swapped out without a hassle. He also identified a couple other items that needed to be addressed. I had already been wondering about them so I'm planning on working with Done Right to get them fixed.
Done Right have always been very prompt and responsive when I've had plumbing problems, and always had very fair prices until most recently. OK, they diagnosed my sewer pipe blockage for free-- but then they charged what amounted to about $1500/hr for a simple, approximately 2 hour job to replace a 24 inexpensive section of pipe. After questioning this $3000-plus-tax charge for a simple, quick job, I was refunded $500.00, with an accompanying excuse that Done Right is now considered the best in the business. Sure they have always done a good job, but there are some integrity issues with Done Right. Not sure I'll be calling them again.

We discovered a leaking drainage pipe in our walls that had been leaking water into our basement office. I called Done Right and Steve was at our house within 30 minutes, and fixed the leak within an hour. He checked to see if we needed the pipes snaked, and felt that this was not necessary (something any dishonest contractor could have told us we did need, and charged us extra for). Great work, great service, fair prices, and a super nice guy to boot. I would highly recommend this company!
Steve and his crew came by to install a sump pump after we had water in our basement. They showed me how water was getting in, figured out a good spot for the pump, explained everything and answered my questions patiently, installed it quickly and we haven't had any water issues since. Nice guys too.
