After working for other plumbing companies in our are, we decided to open our own company to provide fast, friendly, affordable plumbing, heating and gas services to people in the Kitsap county area.

Tom is great to work with. He is quick, responsive and gives a fair price. He replied to my online request to put in a new hot water heater in less than a few hours and came out the very next day. I definitely recommend contacting him for any of your plumbing needs.
Tom came out and did a sewer line fix for my tenant in Manette (Bremerton). He did great work at a great price and I recommend him.
They were responsive and this was months ago, we have not heard of any further sewer line problems from that tenant.
I'm having him come out again to do a drain clean for a (separate) floor drain. Hopefully, I've found my new plumber for the Bremerton area.

My kitchen faucet started leaking at the base and my regular plumber was on vacation so I tried Ace
and I was very pleased. Tom came on time on the day I called and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I would recommend this business.
We had to deal with a plumbing emergency a month ago. Thomas was one of the first plumbers to call us back. He worked with our schedule to fix the issue. Great communication, final price matched initial estimate. We will definitely work with him again!

A plumbing leak came up during electrical work on our house, so I needed a plumbing fix on short notice and Ace Works came through. The issue was a dislodged pipe in the basement crawlspace that was leaking sewage into said crawlspace, so the electrician couldn't continue working until the mess was cleaned up and the pipe reconnected. Tom came over to assess the situation with just a couple hours' notice, laid down a substance to absorb the wastewater overnight, and cleaned it up the following day after reconnecting the pipe (which involved rerouting it through a different beam in the crawlspace). He was fast and effective, and even fixed our back gate that the electrician had broken the day before. 100% happy with Ace Works, will hire them again.

I needed my whole house repiped and contacted Ace Works. Tom was easy to get ahold of, and we made contact on the appointed day. He came out and provided a thorough inspection and recommendation. His bid was competitive compared to the two other companies that provided estimates. Due to my unique scheduling needs connected to traveling, I ended up going with a different company, but was very happy with my interactions with Tom and would certainly contact him again for a plumbing or gas service need.

I contracted Tom and his Ace Works team for a condo bath remodel - the main purpose for which was to swap out a tub/shower combo with a new walk-in shower. The project further included LVT floor installation, install of new toilet, drywall repair, and paint.
Tom invested the time to work with me on materials selection, provided sensible recommendations on product, and suggested design elements to enhance the end result.
From initial contact to final delivery, I Tom was reachable and responsive. Everything was timely and well documented, and he was extremely reasonable regarding finishing touch requests (e.g., paint lines) before closing out. He/they also left the condo in extremely clean condition, prior to their departure.
I'm VERY happy with my new bathroom and the work of Tom and the Ace Works crew!
The day I called, was the day he was able to help us. Tom was quick, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend Tom for any plumbing project.
Called Monday morning first thing and he worked with my schedule to come out the same day and fix my water heater, very professional and respectful. Next time I have an issue this will be my first phone call!

Was right around my ballpark. Was professional, up front and a swiss army knife of knowledge. Installed a bath and shower and woukd most definitely recommended.

Had a great experience. He did both leak finding and repair of the water line. He explained the problems clearly and made sure I understood and agreed with the findings. The time quoted was accurate and the clean up job was fantastic.
I contracted with Tom from Ace Works to remodel my bathroom, remove some doors and add a bedroom with a walk in closet in my daylight basement apartment. I am extremely pleased with the results. He included me in all the decision for the remodel. He was here every single day that he promised to be here, and if you've ever worked with a contractor, you know that almost unheard of. Tom is reliable, honest, easy to work with and doesn't take any shortcuts. I was happy to write the final check when he finished I was so pleased with his work.
Had a great experience with this company today. We had a pipe break and was leaking 2gallons of water per minute costing us hundreds of dollars on our water bill. Everyone we called could not get us in for weeks. Ace Works found a way to help us out in our time of need! They sent Tom out to our house that day and within a few hours a new valve was installed and water could be restored to our house. The work was done professionally and when they left there was no sign that they were ever here. I highly recommend this business.

Back to my original review, Thomas is very attentive to our needs and ensures any discrepancies are taken care of.
Being that I'm a new owner of an old home, I was afraid I'd get taken advantage of by plumbers when I needed to get work done. Fortunately, someone suggested I contact Thomas at Aceworks. He's a great communicator and goes above and beyond with his work, and charges a very fair price. Will definitely keep his card on hand and make use of it for all my plumbing needs!
Ace Works rerouted the pipes under our kitchen sink. They were quick to respond to our call, fit us into their schedule quickly, and had great communication throughout the process. They were honest and open about the most cost-efficient options, did great work and at a very reasonable price. Completely happy!

Call this plumber! Ace Works answered the phone after hours. He would have come out that night, but we were able to shut the water off. He arrived promptly the next morning at the beginning of our window. The work was clean, quiet, efficient and as quoted... with masks and social distancing observed. Highly recommend!!!
Tom was friendly and professional, arrived quickly to assess the problem and was able to resolve the leaking pipe the same day. Worked efficiently, left the place looking clean, and offered an affordable rate. Definitely recommend.

I called Tom on Tuesday evening, and he was able to come out Wednesday morning! I am the happiest customer right now!!! I have been without a working shower since February 13th, and the plumbing company 2 sons plumbing have yet to come back and fix anything! It took Tom just 2 hours to fix things that to this day 2/27/20 2 sons was unable to fix! Tom is the friendliest, and most professional plumber I've ever come across! This guy definitely is the best at what he does!!! Very fair pricing! I would've gladly paid him more for coming to fix everything in such a short notice! I highly recommend Ace Works, and will be a loyal customer as long as I'm living in this state!!! Thank you so much Tom!!!
