The BEST!! Daniel and his team are very capable in troubleshooting problems and providing practical solutions that work.  They are competent, responsive, and reliable.  They have done a lot of work in our condo building and we are very pleased with their work.  Thanks!!

Julio came out to save us on a Saturday afternoon when nobody else could send us help.  It was a minor leak and he handled it quickly and got us able to use the sinks again before dinner.  

On a different day, he came out to replace the old water valve from the street to our home, which was leaking after 35 years of use.  He replaced the leaking valve and helped us by putting in a pressure regulator to handle the overpressure which caused the leak to start.

We're thankful for Julio and his team and intend to use them again when we need a plumber!

I called Robert from Rubios plumbing and he came out the same day to help me change my kitchen faucet. He was friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

My kitchen sink was leaking. I reached out to Vahan Plumbing on Sunday and got a response within 10 mins. I spoke with Vahan and he said he'll come out at 10am on Monday. He was punctual, he came on time on. I told him that I needed a new faucet and sink mount installed because the old one was leaking. He gave me a reasonable price for the job. What I'm most impressed was that he got the job done one the same day (approx. an hour). He was very nice, professional, punctual, and easy to deal with. I would definitely use him again.

Had a leak in the front of my home near the sidewalk. Turns out it was coming from the water meter. Andy came to assess the problem. He was very nice, honest, and respectfull. Turns out it was only something that needed to be tightened. So happy it was an inexpensive fix. Will be using ninja plumber in the future and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. We have had to use plumbing services twice during this pandemic. The first time was during Easter weekend when it was pretty hard to locate a plumber. Thankfully, Mr. Rooter was available. The second time was early August.  Both times they made an appointment for service quickly. We had Jaime as our plumber both times. He was prompt, courteous and professional and took care of the issue quickly each time (clogged shower and slow drain kitchen sink).  He also wore a mask and was respectful of distancing, as needed. I would highly recommend their service.

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

Bruening plumbing came highly recommended to us by our awesome insurance agent Shelli Wimmer on the mountain. John showed up on time, and provided us a thorough and Fair estimate for the replumbing of our entire cabin. (John was also the only plumber who put booties on his shoes). His professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of the installation sold it for us. Even with a Medical emergency John had, he communicated effectively and the work was done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. John's attention to detail was also excellent. The cabin now has an in house water shutoff, all new valves, new bibs, whole house filter, new shower and tub faucets, and above all no rusted galvanized steel piping!!! Way to go John and team!

There has been a leak issue with the residential units above me and Power Plumbing has been called in by the property manager to fix it. Last time, Victor came in and fixed the issues above my shower and there hasn't been a leakage since! They were pretty quick and efficient in getting it done, and courteous as well. So I was very happy with the service they provided.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense). He also suggested installing a plate above the pump to avoid having to dig out the 2' of soil each time annual maintenance is done. Edwin goes beyond what you'd expect - he's researched getting a plate made!

Edwin is a gem: very thorough, helpful. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.
