Mainline Plumbing and Drain

Kitchen sink started filling due to a blockage in the main pipe our building shares. I called and they gave me advice to see if we could fix it on our own and asked me to call back and let him know how it goes. When I couldn't get past the bend in the pipeline with our snake, I called back and he said they could be here same day.

They gave a 2 hour window and the tech came right in the middle of it, told me what he was going to do, how much it would cost (which was super reasonable compared to all those big name companies) and went to work.

I had a meeting within the hour and he said no problem and let me know their customers and their time is most important. He got the job done, was all cleaned up and had my invoice done just in the nick of time.

Best customer service I could've asked for and would recommend them to anyone in Washington state (they drive so far!). All in all, it was an excellent experience.

I went with this company because I love to support veteran owned business. I had a water leak that was deeper than expected due to the grading in my yard. Apparently they didn't want to do that much work because they had me get the leak detection co to come back a second time and verify the location (costing me an extra 400) then ghosted me. If it was out of their scope or they just didn't want the job, honesty and directness would have been much more professional

Had minor leaking on a old water heater, so called around for quotes.  Mainline was the most straight-forward and fair priced of them all.  Jay showed up as planned and replaced the water heater quickly, informing me of his progress along the way.

No-nonsense business that does good work. Highly recommend.

I have been using this family-owned business for over 7 years. Rick is responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. They have cleaned a drain in my basement to the outside, fixed hot water problem in kitchen sink, fixed toilet and they always gets the job done quickly! So glad I have someone to call whenever I have plumbing needs!

This plumbing Company was recommended to me by a very good friend. They called me back right away and set up a date two days hence.  . When Jay came out, he listened very carefully and solved my five plumbing problems: he fixed two leaky toilets, a leaky sink, and put in new fixtures in the bathroom sink in the kitchen sink. He even had to go get some parts but finished all these jobs in about 2 1/2 hours. Besides his expertise, Joe's manner of being so respectful and courteous,  knowledgeable and hard-working were outstanding, something that seems hard to come by these days. The price was very reasonable for all these jobs and I highly recommend Jay and Mainline Plumbing!!

Did not show up and scheduled date to complete work. Asked if they could reschedule and was told unfortunately they have commitment  to other customers? I thought I was also a customer, was our schedule not also an important commitment?

I noticed some leaks under the kitchen sink and contacted Mainline to schedule an appointment. They were super responsive and the problem was solved quickly and professionally. Very happy with the experience!

Rick is fantastic! Not only is he great at his job but his responsiveness and ability to take care of the client quickly is second to none! As a real estate agent- he is my first call for plumbing issues!

They went out their way to fix an issue. Super communicative and willing to take responsibility and help us. Would've been a nightmare if they didn't do everything they did to make it right. Called Monday morning, earliest appt next day with 8am-10am window. Tues received call from Michael, he was 20 min out, arrived promptly at 930am. Michael greeted me professionally and wore mask, shoe coverings. I had booked job for blocked sewer drain in basement, but when Michael arrived, I told him I also had an issue with no hot water to kitchen fawcet. He got right to work. After an hour and a half, he had completed both the sewer drain and the kitchen sink. He then went through each item on the bill, snaking drain, camera, flushing-for a homeowner of 25 yrs, I thought the bill was very reasonable.

Michael was professional, friendly, courteous. I mentioned that the company should invest in having some kitchen magnets made with their company name/number as friends and family always call each other trying to remember who was a good, experienced tradesman they would recommend; well Michael and Mainline Plumbing absolutely fit that bill!

I needed to replace my tankless hot water heater. I got quotes from two other places and also from Mainline. The two other places provided quotes that were comparable to each other, but almost $2k more than Mainline. Based on the price and how accessible Rick was, I decided to go with Mainline. The tankless hot water heater replacement went smoothly and they finished in under three hours. We've had consistent hot water with no issues for about a week, so I'd say the install was great.

There was a very small leak that formed in one of the pipe connections within the entire tankless and radiant heating system, but not close to the tankless water heater. I'm pretty sure the leak wasn't the direct fault of the tankless replacement. In any case, I scheduled for Rick to come back out and take a look. Rick immediately identified the issue and fixed it by tightening the connections. He was understanding and didn't charge me for this even though I made him drive all the way out to my place just to tighten a connection. Thanks Rick!

Great experience with Mainline Plumbing. I had a clog deep in one of my pipes that no amount of snaking could remedy. After calling five plumbers, Mainline was the first company who could come out to take a look. Mike was very friendly and helpful, and completed the job quickly. He patiently explained what he had done and why, and took the time to clean up as well. The price for the service was reasonable and we will definitely use this company in the future.

I work in real estate so I talk to contractors on a consistent basis to remedy items called out during inspections. We had a very short deadline to correct what an inspector called out on a water heater so I called several plumbers and repair companies during a holiday weekend. Rick was the only one who called me back immediately and addressed the problem (thanks to Rick, we found out it actually wasn't a problem). He was extremely professional - what surprised me other than the fact he contacted me during Thanksgiving weekend is that he didn't charge for the expertise he provided.

Rick is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by taking time out to address the concern. Quick to respond, honest, and pleasant.

I've talked to a lot of contractors, and I only have been wowed by few. Rick has been one of the few!

MIke and his father came to our home (we have been self-isolating for 3 weeks) and donned face masks before entering. They went straight to the bathroom looked at our tub to assess the situation, let me know they were leaving to pick up a replacement as my part could not be repaired. They came back shortly went right to work and fixed the problem and quietly left the my home. No mess, no fuss, polite, efficient, would highly recommend.

Searched the internet and found Mainline Plumbing in my local area. Rick and his dad were awesome from start to finish. He quoted a super reasonable rate to remove our old water heater from upstairs. Reroute the plumbing downstairs to where the new water heater was to be installed, he switched us over from electric to gas and ran intake and exhaust vents through the roof, all in a day. I was thoroughly impressed at the quality of work and price provided by Mainline Plumbing. I don't write reviews much but this company was worthy of the time since it's hard to find a quality plumber. Call Rick you won't regret it.

I contacted Rick to help out with a plumbing issue we had in our garage. There was water overflowing out of a pipe that I wanted him to look at.  He provided me a time of arrival and showed up promptly.  Thereafter, I took him to our garage where he assessed the problem. Turns out the pipe was clogged and all the overflow was draining into a tub (which was also full of water) for who knows how long. We just purchased the house about a year and a half ago and had no idea there was an issue as the seller hid the problem with a thick piece of wood (which made it look like a table).
He took care of the issue and definitely eased my worrying. I would absolutely recommend Mainline and Rick for any plumbing issues you have!!! Very reasonable and professional!!

Rick supposed to repair my faucet through a contract he has with Sears home warranty. He came out, looked at it, told me I had to order my own parts before he could do the repair.

When I texted him later to get some details on the parts I needed to order, he completely blew me off. Two days before Thanksgiving, water leaking all over the place.

We never heard a word. We ended up buying our own faucet and installing it ourselves. DO NOT count on this guy!

Don't walk, run to book an appointment with mainline plumbing. They are a family owned, veteran owned company and it shows with their service. I emailed for a quote, and within the hour I received an email with an accurate and incredibly reasonable post. Within 12 hours they were at my house to help fix a clogged sewage line. The issues at my 70 year old house were beyond what I had anticipated or explained, and they rose to the occasion to fix the issue.  Mike and Mario,helped me understand the problem to help prevent it from happening in the future, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Look no further, they are honest, efficient, timely, and I whole heartedly recommend this company to you!

I have a problem with noisy water pipes and low pressure that occurred all of the sudden. The fact that the water meter showed no flow complicated matters. I called Rick from Mainline plumbing who was able to come out the next day. After spending maybe twenty minutes performing the necessary tests, he determined that the problem likely belonged to the Lakehaven water district. He had a key insight from checking our neighbors water pressure and found it to be similarly low.

Besides the professionalism, what impressed me was that he didn't charge me for the visit.

I'm still waiting for the city to resolve, but I think this experience with Rick and Mainline plumbing is noteworthy and would like others to know.

As a tenant, normally when I place a service call to the property management company, I tend to wind up with the bottom of the barrel service. Absolutely the opposite with Mainline Plumbing. Mike and his dad were friendly, communicative and efficient. They even made me laugh with a frustrating situation! I've already given their name out to two people in the last 24 hours and will assuredly use them myself when I become a home owner. Thanks so much guys!!

We had a scheduled appointment last week with Mainline. They did not show up or call to reschedule. They don't answer their phone and have never returned our phone calls and messages since.  Very unprofessional. We're moving on to another business.

I was referred to Rick Luna, owner of Mainline to address a non-draining toilet.
He was able to fit me in at the end of his day and his associates were very pleasant and efficient.

This could have been a very messy job, but they fixed it and left hardly any sign of their work - aside from the working grain.

I have to replace my water heater, Mainline will be an option if our schedules will mesh!

Over two weeks without hot water, and dealing with a few businesses, I am so glad that this is the company that replaced my tankless water heater! Very nice and professional, cleaned up, put everything back, and even made friends with my dogs...
