I used Craftsman Plumbing when I noted a leak coming from bathroom into my kitchen. They came saw it was the old toilet and I replaced. Fast forward 3 months- found water under the tub. Curses! Called on a Friday afternoon and they sent out Drew.turns out the overflow valve was loose. He fixed it and recaulked. No charge. So relieved and grateful to Craftsman and Drew:) 5 stars!!

What a horrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.
This company is so deceitful. I called to get an estimate to replace a water heater. The technician came on time, the only plus. He went on to quote me about $14,000 to replace A WATER HEATER! They 1st told me the radiant is not connected which turns out to be a lie. 2nd they said they would need to break walls to connect the water heater properly, leaving me with open walls.
Decided to get a second opinion.
Called a Water Heater company. They came out, replaced the exact same water heater, no breaking walls, said the radiant heating is fully functional ! Paid about $4k. (Still a lot, but needed it done).
The water heater and radiant heating is working great!!
Talk about gouging a customer!

Just 14 months ago, Craftsman Plumbing charged us a whopping $900 (see attached pic) to replace a simple wax ring. The wax ring started leaking again and their response was Sorry, you are out of warrenty after 1 year and we would charge full fee.

Montory from Craftsman Plumbing came to our condo to help us this morning. We received a text beforehand and he came at the time promised. He was polite, friendly and courteous. We had a leak under the kitchen faucet; he even called around plumbing suppliers to see if he could find the parts for it. We ended up replacing the whole faucet, but we appreciated him trying to give us options. The installation seemed tricky and it took a while, but he was pleasant throughout. He also explained the potential problems (with regard to the current fixtures/pipes) to us and what to watch out for. We're a little clueless when it comes to plumbing, so his tips were very helpful. He took away the old faucet and the packaging for the new one (which we'd bought separately); he also cleaned up the work area & improved the positioning/arrangement of the hoses under the sink. Each time Montory entered our place he was wearing a proper face mask and booties. I found everything to be very professional.

Based on this experience, if we were to have a problem in the future, I'd definitely call Craftsman Plumbing again. Some earlier reviews mentioned pricing - it may not be the cheapest, but the price was stated upfront before work, so it wasn't as though there was a surprise. I'd rather have someone do a good job for a higher price than having to fix it multiple times. They seemed to know that they're doing and they guarantee their work, so I personally think it's worth it.

I have been in the middle of a bathroom remodel, and I have it gutted down to the studs.  When I got a bid for the $3900 (from someone else), I thought it was a little high.  I'm literally down to the studs and it's all open below.  So then I got a bid from Craftsman plumbing.  They would NOT bid in a way that showed their hourly rate.  But they bid my job at $16,900, instead of $3,900.  Now, to make it apples to apples I need to say that the comparable portions of scope are $15,000 of the Craftsman bid to the original $3,900 bid.  

Keep in mind that both of the bids are for the plumbing, no fixtures, no framing, only plumbing...in one bathroom.  So I got a third bid, and got the work that I wanted done for less than $2,000.  And it took one day!  So, that basically means that Craftsman Plumbing was bidding my job at somewhere over $1,500 per hour!  (I guess that's a nice rate if you can get it).

STAY AWAY...they are trying to rip people off.

Montory showed up promptly in a mask and PPE. He got right to work and even solved another issue in addition to the one he'd been called for-- our shower/bath faucet handle snapped off, so he came to repair it, but when he arrived, I remembered that the bathtub had also failed to hold water. Montory resolved both issues without blinking an eye.

Needed an emergency broken pipe fix in my kitchen, Craftsman was able to
come within a couple of hours, fix the problem (old pipes needed replacing.)
Service person Drew was clear, efficient, and Covid masked.
Job done, and very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

Horrible pricing. The plumber was nice enough but, charged us $630+ to connect our new range to the gas. He used the exact same pipe that was in place (no new part needed) and it was done in 10 minutes. Price gouging at its finest.

Be extremely wary. $640 for replacing 6 copper section with a pin hole leak. Spent 35 minutes. Also an extremely dubious almost certainly unnecessary further fix recommendation for $1500.

We recently bought a 120-year-old house with a plumbing system that contains a bit of everything: cast iron pipes, plastic pipes, Pex, copper, clay pipes, old tub, etc. Craftsman Plumbing has visited our home 3 or 4 times in the past 6 months as we've dealt with legacy plumbing problems and plumbing emergencies. Cameron, Drew, and Dusty have all come out for different visits and they were all consistently fantastic. They have good communication, patiently answer questions, show me how they are fixing problems so that I can try to do it myself in the future for minor issues, and offer comprehensive information about my options. They are punctual, provide advance notice when they are en route, and behave professionally and respectfully. I never feel rushed when they are here and they always answer my many questions.

Their prices are not the lowest, but they are transparent and fair. I'd rather pay a little more to get a great job done right the first time than hire a bargain plumber who may make things worse, be unable to fix the issue quickly, or leave the plumbing worse off in the long run. This team has outstanding expertise and I have found them to be worth the money. Many of them have been learning plumbing from a young age from family businesses; plumbing is what they do and they do it well. They are my go-to plumbing company. When I had an emergency clog in our plumbing, they came out the same day and fixed it, even though the issue ended up being complicated and took hours to resolve. They kept me informed at each step and suggested ways to avoid the issue recurring in the future.

We have hired more than a dozen contractors in the past year and interviewed more than 30 for the many different projects we have done on our old house. Craftsman Plumbing was among the best contractors we've hired and I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a quality job done. During the pandemic, they show up wearing high quality N95-like face masks and they wear them properly. (We've had issues with other contractors showing up with bandannas or loose masks that slip below their nose.) Their attention to detail is excellent: they wear booties on their shoes without being asked, to make sure they don't dirty your floor. After clearing our plumbing clog, Drew cleaned up after himself and the bathroom looked cleaner than when he arrived. I particularly appreciate Craftsman's tidiness after seeing how other contractors have left bags of trash, stray nails, and other debris around our house after they finished a job.

Cameron at Craftsman Plumbing  came to my house this morning promptly on time.He was excellent, honest and very competent.
He quickly installed a fill valve in my toilet. The owner, Dusty, was a pleasure to talk with when I called. He said all his employees are licensed, bonded with background checks. I got 2 other rates; Craftsman gave me the best price and scheduled me in right away. Their office is north of Maple Leaf neighborhood and an employee at  Ace Hardware highly recommended this company.

Unreliable.  Never showed up. I had a small job, but important to me. We scheduled a two-hour timeframe for the plumber to show up. I called and found out the plumber was NOT on their way yet. Unprofessional.

We had a leak in our ceiling. We hired a different company which fixed the problem but it ended up leaking again a few weeks later. Then we called Craftsman. Drew from Craftsman came over on short notice, immediately diagnosed the real issue, and fixed it quickly and efficiently with true expertise. He was great to work with, and I appreciated the COVID-19 precautions. Pricing was straightforward without surprises. Would hire Craftsman again in a second.

Called Dusty Thursday morning about a leak in my shower, he was able to stop by within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem (which ended up being the tile leaking, not the drain). Great service, highly recommended!

We've worked with a lot of contractors and Craftsman is one of the best. Dusty and his crews are friendly, dependable, and their knowledge & experience saved us time and money. We used Craftsman to fix a plumbing issue our building was unable to, and Dusty made quick work of it. We also know people who have used Craftsman on very large projects and they were thrilled with the result. Would strongly recommend for any plumbing project.

When it comes to plumbing, trustworthiness and integrity are the factors most important to us.  These are good people you can trust.  Replacing the sewer lines in our old Wedgwood home was a big job and Craftsman Plumbing owner, Dusty, stayed on top of every step.  We're confident in the quality of work and we've already recommended Craftsman Plumbing to a neighbor.

Gimme a break, just paid $483.  to these robbers to install a $16 part. It took the guy 5 minutes to install. granted he ran down to Home Depot to get the part which is just down the hill.
The whole deal took 40 minutes. $483 for 40 minutes? I call that flat out DISHONEST. Making a living is one thing, but  ripping people off ..BECAUSE YOU CAN..... is another.
Don't walk........RUN...... from these crooks.

When I had a plumbing issue that I needed help with I asked around and Craftsman Plumbing came highly recommended. They were able to accommodate my schedule with an appointment the next day.

Dusty showed up on time and was able to help diagnose and fix the plumbing issues I had. If I have a problem in the future I'll be sure to call them again.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with these folks today. Cameron and Drew did some really great work around the house. I had a 9:30 appointment and they showed up on time, put together a quick estimate, and started work that same morning. They removed a bathroom fixture, installed a garburator, and replaced a exterior hose bib and they did it all quickly and professionally. Thanks you guys!

The plumbing in the basement of the home I purchased was a mess! I ended up having to remove most of the walls - they had rotted out from years of leaky pipes! Dusty was recommended to me. He came in & gave a reasonable price, did a wonderful job on replacing pipes both downstairs and up; he was always courteous & professional! I will be using him again for a future project & highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

I would recommend Dusty and his crew. Dusty was prompt and courteous in responding to my inquiries, a big feat, as this was over the December holiday period. I got several estimates, but he responded most promptly by getting guys out to my house quickly to look over the very big job at hand (4 days to complete). Once we confirmed working together, he had his crew working before and after Christmas to get the job done so we could have running water. I think his crew went beyond in putting the mess back together, which required carpentry beyond plumbing work. They left everything clean. Many thanks!

We hired Craftsman to repkace a water heater. Dsty did the work professionally and thoroughly. He came out right away and did it at a reasonable price. We would use him again should the opportunity arise.

I LOVE Craftsman Plumbing! Seems funny to say you love a plumbing company so much... but I really do! First, I love that it's Dusty and his colleagues rather than a huge impersonal company. Second, their response time is incredible - each time I've contacted them, someone has gotten back to me right away, and they've been able to come out that same day to fix the problem. Third, they're good at what they do, and have always been able to fix every plumbing problem I've had. Ever since finding Craftsman Plumbing I've never considered calling one of the giant companies again. I've had them do some planned work (putting in a utility sink) and also emergency calls (backed up kitchen sink, etc). I also find their rates totally reasonable and I've been really happy with their work.

Dusty came to our rescue, quickly and well priced.

We have a house with a below-grade sewer pump. Came home late on a Friday night to the pump alarm blaring. Called Craftsman Plumbing that evening, and Dusty came out Saturday morning to take a look.

He ordered a new pump (which was a huge upgrade for the old one which was in the house before we were), and that took a couple of days. But as soon as the pump arrived Dusty and Daniel got it installed, even staying late to get it done so we could use our water again.

I highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

I would definitely recommend Craftsman for projects big or small.  I had what I thought was an emergency leak situation and they came by the house within the day and figured out the problem.  Super responsive and knowledgeable.  They give good advice for different solutions that are cost effective, and they do quality work every time.  I've referred them to several friends as well, who were all pleased with their work.  Definitely prefer Craftsman to other large plumbing companies who try to pull the wool over your eyes and overcharge!

I had a leaky bathtub and had previously hired a plumber to fix it. Unfortunately it was not fixed. Was very pleased when I learned from Craftsman Plumbing that it was an easy fix, replacing a stem and seat. He didn't have the part but was able to find it at McLendon's nearby. There is also a one year warranty on his work. The only caution I have is that I was charged for an hour more in labor than I was expecting. I was charged for time it took for him to travel from his last job to my house. When I had initially texted him to see if he was on his way (was waiting at house since 9am, didn't arrive until 10:30) his ETA was 45 minutes.

This company did a great job. The plumber figured out what was wrong very quickly, and gave me several options for fixing it. He listened very well to what I said, fixed it right away,  and the price was very fair. I am definitely going to use him again.

Dusty was referred to us by someone who had a house as old as ours that also needed new waste lines installed.  Dusty gave us a competitive estimate (we had another) for re-plumbing a bathroom and laundry, including a new riser and vent connections.  He was thorough, and meticulous - not just for the plumbing, but he left the area clean at the end of each day and keep his path of entry tarped over as well.
We couldn't be happier with the results!

Needed to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Tried doing it myself and made it worse. The folks at Maple Leaf Hardware recommended I call Dusty at Craftsman Plumbing. Dusty called me back promptly and set up an appointment for the next day. He was accommodative with appointment times and showed up on time.  While he was unable to repair the old faucet, he quickly installed the new one we had bought just in case. On top of everything else, I was pleasantly surprised with his pricing. Will call him again when needed.

Dusty was very professional. Great work at a good price. Excellent communication throughout the process. Right on time for scheduled visit. I highly recommend him. I will be using him again for any other problems that come up!
