Kitchen sink clogged w/ grease.  Farid came out promptly as promised and fixed the problem quickly.  Super courteous, knowledgeable, and shared with us many tips to prevent other problems.  Thank you Farid!!!

Quick and easy.

He quoted me a fair price and came a few days later.  He was by no means cheap but most other plumbers in Kirkland asked for my address and then quoted me what amounted to about $800+ an hour for work.

The cost of having a fine house in a nice neighborhood is laughably criminal so it was nice that Farid was - again not cheap but - on a scale that didn't make me want to keep looking.

I'm hoping to have him as our 'any occasion' plumber.

Found a leaky stop valve during the middle of the night when the bathroom floor was covered with water. I called Washington Rooter first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours they were out to fix the problem. They were fast, friendly, communicative, and affordable. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I wish I called Washington Rooter first. Our kitchen sink was clogged. 2 plumbers dropped by and can not fix it. 2nd plumber charged us 250 dollars and suggested us to replace the pipe. When we called Washington Rooter, the owner responded us in 10 minutes and asked us details. He is very confident and promise us won't charge us if he can't fix it. When he arrived, he shows his deep understanding on sewer system. He tried snaking first, then hydro jetting.He kept us informed. He verified his work throughly by camera. We spent 826 which may save us 10k on pipe replacement. Also he educated us the right way to use food disposer.  Will call again if we hit the same issue next time.

Finally found a reliable plumber that doesn't take advantage of the situation. Called Washington Rooter to unclog the drain in our condo. After less than 30 mins of being there, they've already unclogged it and it was at 17 feet deep. Will def call again for any plumbing issues or projects.

My problematic kitchen sink clogged up last night and my usual routine of 'drano overnight and rinse with hot water' failed spectacularly.  I called Washington Rooter this morning, and Farid had a spot open in the afternoon.  He was on time to practically the second, super courteous, wore a mask, and was done within 15 minutes.  His unclog fee is a flat $330 plus tax and a 3 month guarantee, which is way better than other plumbers in this area.

He had the sink draining better than it ever has in years within minutes, and cleaned up every bit of stray water that came out of my wall.  Amazing service, super polite, Farid's awesome.  Can't recommend him enough.  His magnetic business card has a permanent spot on my fridge.

I just got the best service ever since i opened my Bus 8yrs ago, As a restaurant owner we need clean up main pipe and snake once in awhile, but they were so friendly ,responsive and professional. I loved the communication and price wasn't bad at all since i was working with several plumber,  We keep using them for future, highly recommended,

Great service and very responsive. Plumbers are expensive in general however this was a bit less so. $450 for two new washing machine faucets is just too much for me. It was more complicated than I could do because of our old plumbing. The price was cheaper than the $600 I spent on a outside faucet that burst during the freeze. That was another company. Overall they did a great job and were very responsive and on time.

Called them early in the morning when we discovered a huge hole in the ceiling from a leaking toilet upstairs. Farid fit me in first thing, found the issue (loose wax seal around toilet resulting in leaking into the floor) and even let me borrow his fan for the day to dry out the area!  Appreciated his honesty about the issue as we were expecting something much worse (and more costly). Would definitely use him again.

I discovered a drain leak from the bath tub over the weekend. Called first thing on Monday, and they showed up within 30 minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue and got to work right away. All fixed in less than 2 1/2 hours from the time I called. They are reasonably priced too. Thank you so much!

Great service!  Our toilet was backed up and I worried it would be days before I could get a plumber.  Wrong!  Farid answered my call immediately, quickly worked through the possibilities, quoted me a fair price for different options depending on the problem, and had a great service guy over in two hours.  He was detailed, clean, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly (big blockage too far down the line for my little snake to fix.)  He even knocked $25 off the quote because it was so easy for him.  Cheap, no.  Great service and value?  Absolutely!  Highly recommend.

Farid was extremely responsive and helpful. He took care of our immediate issues and was able to address everything permanently right after. The work required digging under the yard and a piece of the driveway, and figuring out how to adjust the lines to make it maintainable. Farid and crew did their best to address the required adjustments in addition to the actual fix. Everything was done to make things better and I did not need be concerned with any upcharge. The work was done in a transparent manner.

I was thinking the price was a bit high, but I may have been thrown off by how high things are costing these days. Ultimately, it was totally worth it for a job well done.

Service was quick, good and friendly to clear several drains but charges amounted to $6-800 per hour ($1600 + tax quote). Not inexpensive for plumbing services of any kind.

I didn't had luck  in the past cleaning the roots with the snake but Hydro Jetting cleaned it 100% without damaging the pipe price was fair prompt service great attitude will definitely will call him again

Asked for a sewer scope with short notice out of usual hours (7pm the next day) and they had no problem accommodating and did not charge extra for being later in the day.

Sink in our condo was backing up, tried snaking ourselves with cheapo store bought, got nowhere...used Green Gobbler twice, got nowhere. Plumber that did other work here would not root condo pipes due to liability with the HOA. Wife thought we needed to get line scoped with a camera, but some places wanted to charge $399 for this alone, not including rooting the line. We re-thought our approach. My wife found Farid (WA Rooter) on Yelp and gave him a call....best decision ever! He was informative over the phone and fortunately available same day. Farid was totally confident and up front about what he thought the problem was, said we would be wasting money and time to scope since you would not see much with all the usual grease build-up, camera would get blocked, and they are typically used in the main line to identify damage and failures. Farid came across as extremely honest, hard-working, competent, and quoted us $350 for the job which was totally worth it...he made us feel totally at ease after struggling on our own to solve this problem, among many others. His work also includes a 3-month warranty and he would not charge us if he was unable to successfully unclog the drain, so this really put as at ease since many other companies will charge regardless of the outcome. Farid will be our go-to guy in the future. Thank you so much Farid for making our life better given a series of items going wrong recently, means a lot!

Fast and clean service for unclogging a deep blockage down my house. I would recommend to anybody.

Called on a Sunday and within an hour Farid came out and and fixed my bathroom drainage problem . He diagnosed the problem over the phone and he knew exactly what the clog issue was even  before reached the house. Farid explained how the clog happened and how to avoid future problem. He even gave me some degreaser at no cost. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing and drainage issue!

Farid did an amazing job fixing our shower head.  He came out the day I called and was able to find the new part and fixed the issue at a lower cost than he initially quoted. Happily, I didn't give up too soon!
By the time I got to Washington Rooter, I was just going through the motions of getting estimates, but I was ready to give up.  I already had begun trying to figure out a work-around that would cost less than the $3000 + tax to clean my storm drain  the last estimator had quoted.  The reason given was that beneath my brick and concrete patio where the downspout drained, there would be a trap to be cleaned out.  To get to it, it would be necessary to jackhammer through the bricks and concrete.  Farid  called immediately and came out the same day even accommodating my schedule.  Within a few minutes he had his high pressure hose fed into my drain, having quoted me $500+tax.  Within 30 minutes he was gone, having done the job by sliding his thin hose right down next to the drain and feeding in a super-long length of it with high water pressure.  Instead of a messy, jack hammer job that would have left repairs to be done on the patio and painting on the house, this was clean and quick.   At the end, he said there had been no trap and he drew me a sketch of where he estimated the drain field to be.  He also took a look at another problem I have been having.  His opinion was that it did not need work; that it had to be a problem at the gutter level, not underground.  

It's a great weight he lifted on both counts.  His work was only yesterday. I will have to wait for a torrential rain to see if it did the trick. But I have every confidence that it was exactly what was needed.  Thank You, Farid.

For no apparent reason our kitchen sink drain all of a sudden clogged and refused to clear.  After two days and several hundred dollars spent with another so called clogged drain expert it felt like this was about to get real expensive.  They didn't guarantee their work and we were told the only solution would be to cut out the siding on the exterior of the house and add a new cleanout.  Or the other alternative they said was to pour down some type of bacteria solution that would slowly eat the clog and clear the drain over the next 2 weeks! Not an option!  Randomly called Farid at Washington Rooter expecting more of the same but since he was free within the next few hours and would guarantee his work we figured why not get one more opinion.  Within the hour the drain was cleared and he was out the door for far less than the others who couldn't fix it!  This industry is loaded with so called experts that don't know what they're doing.  I'd completely recommend Farid with Washington Rooter as a guy that knows his stuff and will get it done!

I appreciate the quick responses and a straight forward quote for unclogging a drain. All other quotes wanted to come out and then give me a quote, which just didn't seem efficient. He responded right away when I reached out at 8:30 pm and said he could be out between 9-10 the next morning and showed up shortly after 9:00. Was quick, efficient, cleared the clog and charged as quoted, which I felt was pretty reasonable given the price of plumbers these days, and the urgency of needing the service. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Super good service. The workers are very professional and friendly. They helped me fix the pipe under the bathtub with a minor cut of the drywall. We asked three plumbers to estimate the repair. The rest two said they need to remove a huge piece of the drywall with much higher prices. Washington rooter just made repair simple and reliable. We started changing compression angle stop vale for our toilet and  found there was some leak after installing. We were not able to figure out the issue. I called Farid and he promised to come on Sunday afternoon as soon as his other job was done. He called an hour earlier, since we had to shut off main water source, it was necessary to fix this asap. My husband scheduled someone a week and a half from yesterday (Saturday) to come and help with a clogged toilet (note: my husband is handy and had already snaked it; I had already put enzymatic de-clogging powder and solution down the toilet bowl), however with the quarantining, we couldn't wait. He was very prompt in his reply and open to following up via text with exact scheduling (which, for me, is a plus given that I barely pick up my phone due to telemarketers). He arranged for a time the ***next day!!!!!!*** (so, Sunday) to come and have a look. Farid was extremely efficient with his diagnosis and even shared with me what he fished out (toilet bowl cleaner dispenser that hangs off the side of the bowl), as a means of educating me that an in-tank option might be better. He also noticed low pressure in the bathroom he was working on and quickly checked pressure in all our bathrooms and an outside spigot. Verdict is that we could use pressure relief valve (PRV) tuning to improve pressure in the house and decrease extremely high pressure in spigot outside of the house. Will definitely be contacting him to come back and finish that work. Highly satisfied!!! Would recommend to the closest of family and friends!
