I found this business on Yelp. Called them to replace a garbage disposal that had been broken for over a year. I left a voice-mail and Archie called me back right away to schedule an appointment that day. They had the part already which was great because I did not want to go and buy it myself. They were done within 30 minutes! Wish I'd called them sooner if I knew it was that easy! Highly recommend!

Absolute degenerate of a human being insulted my mom multiple times after finally calling us back 6 days late after we attempted to reach out to him multiple times. He lied about trying to contact us, called my mom annoying and was just a generally horrible, unpleasant, awful person. Did someone just kick his cat? Did a pipe burst in his head? We may never know. If you had a pleasant experience with this guy you were lucky. He might be a half decent plumber. But any one who treats people like that for simply trying to engage in business with him is not someone you should do business with. Find someone else. Find a decent human being. The most basic requirement for a plumber.

Thank god for Archie's Plumbing.

Our condo's property manager had hired Fisher Plumbing--she said our building has always used them; long story--and Fisher destroyed a good chunk of the bathroom. I'm not exaggerating.

Archie's showed up on time and thoroughly repaired all that they could. I'll need a carpenter for the rest, but Archie's fixed all that falls under their purview.

My parents have used Archie's for years and hold them in high regard, too.

We really appreciated Archie's Plumbing services. We had a link under our kitchen sink. I called him and he promptly called me back later that day. His schedule wasn't ridiculously booked where we got squeezed into see him about 4 days out. He took a look at the problem and gave us a few recommendations. He wasn't totally sure where the leak came from. He said to call him back after testing out his suggestions. After a couple of days of trying to find the leak, we spotted the issue. We called him back and he came to fix the issue. He wasn't too expensive. I would say pretty reasonably priced.

I have usually had bad experiences finding plumbers I trust to not rip me off. Last time I had a problem where I needed to fix a pipe in a wall, I took a chance on Archie's and was not disappointed at all. I needed to remove a cracked drain pipe. Price was completely reasonable and job was done quickly. Will try to use Archie's whenever I can.

I was very impressed with Keith and his helper. They were very curious, clean, friendly and most important fair. Every appointment they showed up on time ready to get the job done. Shocking based on the reviews but I would never call again. I had a simple job, had to wait 5 weeks for an appt. and did because he is supposed to be so good and is located in my neighborhood. Showed up, kept telling me I didn't need a new faucet and he would fix it. I told him I bought a new one (same one- so no issues with an install) and wanted a new one which is why I called. I should have known when he didn't show up with a tool box he wasn't planning on working. Stayed 10 minutes- charged me $150 and left. What is so great about this plumber?? Worst service ever and treated me poorly by ignoring my request - he could have cared less and I wasn't in a position to argue with him.

Keith (Archie's Plumbing) has done three jobs for me now: All new clean water plumbing in our old house al the way out to the street, complete redo of our main sewer stack in our basement, and completely reconfiguring our laundry room in our basement.

Every time I call him, he calls me back the same day. He shows up when he says he's going to, charges you what he tells you he will charge you, and does an amazing job. One of those rare experiences nowadays where you really feel like you're getting what you paid for.

Old school guy- no fuss. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Keith, the owner of Archie's Plumbing, has always called us right back. Hes has a plumbed two of our redone bathrooms and helped with our ancient kitchen faucet more than once. I left a message for him this morning and he called back at 9am and was her at 10, even though it sounded like he was working on something else. it is now fixed at 11am. His estimates were more affordable and the work has always been done with warranties that we have never had to use. Nice pleasant guy and no BS which is very nice. I would recommend him to everyone.

Archie's did some plumbing work for our building three years ago. Everything was fine until we started to have some water intrusion in our basement, and we called to make sure it was not a plumbing leak. Keith came by the next day and made sure everything looked ok (it was not a plumbing issue) and gave us some ideas as to why/how the water might be coming in. I thought this was way above and beyond to come so soon after we called when the work was not under warranty. I would highly recommend this company.

I've had Keith do a number of jobs for me (new construction and existing plumbing in an old house) and all my experiences with him have been positive. There are so many crooked plumbers out there and it's nice to find a guy who knows his stuff and won't take advantage of you. He can fix anything and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend.

Kieth was awesome and super fair! We couldn't connect our new tub to the old plumbing so we called Archie's. He got the new drain up to code and fitted in an hour and even leveled out the the tub. $120.00 with parts, labor and tax!!!! Best money spent! I would give him 10 stars if I could. I never usually rate any business due to laziness but had to do this one!!!

My Uncle Archie Connors used to own this compnay and this was why I called them twice adn left messages all to no avail. I cannot get t hem to call me back so I am going elsewhere. Arhice Connors rest in piece. You'd absolutely roll over in your grave if you knew that the person that took over your company doesn't even bother to call people back

Called at 11:30 to make an appointment to get a new heating element for my hot water tank. He said they had an opening for later this week. When I told him my address (I'm just around the corner), he asked if I had time right then. He was here by 11:35 and done in less than twenty minutes!

I called Keith with an urgent garbage disposal problem. He responded quickly and quoted a fair price. Also, he scheduled me for first thing the next morning. The work was quick, clean and as advertised (the garbage disposal works great). Thanks Keith!
