First rate! Jesse came out to unclogged my bathroom drain.  His communication and work were outstanding. He showed up on time and was courteous and professional. After getting multiple quotes from other plumbing companies that were outrageous I selected them. Don't waste your time go with Pristine Pluming.

Left my mother's shower tile in shambles and yelled at our contractor. Do not recommend! Overcharged and left us in a worse position to begin with.

Hired to re-pipe from Galvanized to PEX late 2021.

Bid came in competitive with 3 other bids. It wasn't the cheapest and also not the most expensive. Nick and Olivia were the best part of the experience.

The boring company rescheduled on us but Pristine still came in to lay lines on the home side. 1st day Nick worked on the inside of the home prepping, while Josh & an apprentice worked under the home running lines in the crawlspace.

Very adamant about absolutely NO sharkbite fittings were to be on the final product.

Since the boring company rescheduled, to get the water still running while waiting they decided to adapt the incoming lines from galvanized to PEX for the time being. The problem with that is that none of the cartridges were removed before turning the water back on, so it shot rust chunks to a few cartridges, which I cleared and wasn't that big of a problem, didn't even mention it to the guys.

After the boring company came in, Nick was there to oversee that process and then sent Josh to finish up the main line to water heater, get the old galvanized out and connect the pex under the house etc. Took him 7+  hours to run a few lines to the water heater & left all the pipes outside of the wall..... after he was done he told me he would be back tomorrow to straighten it up and place the pex in the wall.....

Water heater supply lines started leaking almost immediately after he left and I had to call him back at 11pm, but he did come back and fix it. Next day comes to re-do the prior work and again takes multiple hours to fix it. After he was gone nothing was leaking, great. Although it looked atrocious. I also mentioned to him that the mainline going into the crawlspace was connected using a sharkbite fitting and that 100% needed to be fixed with expansion fittings which he did end up fixing.

Next day...main line started to leak so I called Olivia and she sent out a plumber and he ended up redoing the entire setup josh had done prior for the main line. No leaks now, great. During this time I had brought up concern about how no one had come to inspect Josh's work under or inside the house and was told someone would come and check it out. No one ever did.

Few months go by and just looking at the water heater setup I just knew it wasn't right, josh had used a sharkbite fitting adapter and placed piping insulation over it to hide it. I called and sent pictures to Olivia and she was awesome, sent out Nick and another guy to check it out and apologized profusely  for the work and told me they'd be there to fix it and inspect all Josh's work in the crawlspace.

Day of the water heater fix I get a call saying Nick was out so they sent over another plumber which I had never met. He re-did the water heater and i once again brought up concern about the entire job. He looked through the house and told me it looked terrible and took pics of everything. Did NOT go under the house to inspect, once again. I was again told he'd send the pics and someone would come out. Never heard back. ..

Overall I wouldn't call it pristine. Pretty sloppy to be honest. No leaks, but it was quite the hassle. 3 or 4 call backs and never a final inspection under the house. I'd be hesitant to recommend them. To be able to finish up drywall work I will need to have some of these lines re-done.

my contractor hired pristine plumbing to come in and fix a drain repair for me. The plumber put in the absolute wrong drainage system tore all the tile out of my shower around the drain and said, just hire a tile guy to put the tile back in around the drain.  When I hired a tile guy he said what the heck did they put in? this is the wrong drain system and I can't do anything with this tile. there is no waterproofing or anything to attach the tile to? if I replace them, as the first plumber from pristine suggested you would have a huge water leak and your kids could fall through the floor!!!  when I reached out to pristine to let them know this the response I got was less than professional. Nick yelled at the tile guy who is just trying to help me, screamed at him told him he was shady and hung up on us! they took their flat rate of almost $1000 dollars and left me with an even worse situation that cost an additional $1700 to fix what their plumber did!  not customer centric, horrible customer service, and now fraud. didn't do the job correctly and left me to foot the bill.  LESS THAN IMPRESSED!! mortified actually. who speaks to a woman like that. I'm not a professional plumber I had no idea what I was looking at. To be taken advantage like that is JUST WRONG!  Nick should be FIRED!!!

I was having a difficult time figuring out a leak in my shower. Pristine was quick to reply and sent Nic over the following day for an estimate.
Nic was able to quickly figure out the issue, gave me a fair estimate, purchase parts at a nearby hardware and quickly make the repair . He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I'm glad I went with Pristine!

Nick and Jesse have both come to my house and they are wonderful. They will work with you to get what you need fixed in your budget and they go above and beyond. Always up front and will never try to make you pay more than what you should.

Pristine Plumbing was hired by my home warranty company to do repairs.  They left the job after dirtying my freshly painted walls and front door with black gunk, after chipping my sink when they replaced the stopper, after causing a toilet they worked on to leak at the base, after leaving the hot water turned off, and after leaving the hot water heater circuit breaker off.  They refused to come back, didn't apologize, and said they are too busy with new construction to bother with warranty claims.  Nick was extremely rude and had ZERO customer service skills.  I would discourage anyone from using them.  Thank God for my warranty company as they will make it right.

Water heater wasn't working at our house. We called Pristine Plumbing and they worked with us to send someone as quickly as they could. The technician made a quick diagnosis and fix, but by the time we discovered it actually didn't fix anything, it was already late in the day and the tech was gone. We called Olivia and she was super understanding, and went out of her way to send another tech the next day outside of normal working hours who made sure to stick around until the root cause was 100% confirmed and the water heater was up and running.

Highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and would absolutely use them again.

Pristine Plumbing was excellent! We had a faucet leak in an old 1950s apartment that was remodeled in the 80s (so, old pipes). We spoke with a couple of other plumbing companies in the Tacoma area which came out to view the issue and were not willing to fix it.

Luckily, Pristine Plumbing sent us Raven, who quickly looked at our issue and was honest and patient enough to even educate us. He coordinated with the city and had it fixed within the next day! We literally sat back while Pristine Plumbing made coordinations with the city, saving us more work and a headache.

They will definitely be our go-to plumbers in the future.

A fitting in our master bath stand alone tub installed by a different company a few years ago, split.  I called to see if someone could come out soon to have a look.  Nick came right out, found the problem and fixed it in no time.  I couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge he showed and the quality of repair.  I'll call Pristine again the next time I need work done, great people to work with....from the first phone call to the repair.

What a pleasure it was to work with the Pristine team! From the ease of scheduling an appt, to the consultation, then the work completion. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Jesse for the consultation and keep in mind I had met with 4 other plumbing companies prior. Nick was very knowledgeable and was the only person who really gave me an indepth review of the project. My hot water line had a leak and the best way to fix it was to reroute the piping system. After the consultation (which was free) I didn't hesitate to book with Pristine. The 1st day work with Jesse and Josh was great! I had concerns with cutting out so much drywall and Jesse and Josh did not disappoint! These two put in a whole day's worth of work and still had smiles on their faces! I did have a little issue with no hot water coming out of my kitchen sink, but Olivia had Nick and Jesse come out the following morning to fix it! Can you talk about amazing customer service!!! Nick who was definitely a pro, had everything completed with Jesse. I cannot thank these guys enough for the prompt work! My family thanks you all too, as now we can take hot showers for longer than a minute!

Nick showed up on time and had my gas dryer connected in no time.  Even though he had to go get a part he didn't have he wasn't gone that long and he didn't seem to let it fluster him that he didn't have it to begin with.  Nick is personable and such a friendly guy.  

He took time to go over a couple things with me on my water on demand unit. We're in a new build, just moved in a few weeks ago, and even the builder didn't tell us some of the important things we should have known.

This is the first time we used pristine plumbing service. We were kind of surprised they fixed it! Because our kitchen sink is clogged every year. Another plumbing company came last week and they were not able to fix it.

Matt from Pristine Plumbing came and did a great job. He was patient to try different approaches to fix the clog. In the end he identified the issue and used the snake from clean out. Please note not every company staff is willing to open the clean out and start from there because nasty and smelly stuff could come out. But Matt did it without hesitation. After he fixed it, we were kind of surprised, of course in a good way!

Pristine plumbing was recommended to me by the only plumber I've ever trusted. We set up an appointment to check out the problem and get an estimate. I received a text 30 minutes prior to the appointment letting me know that Nick was on his way. Nick and Tioram showed up a few minutes early. They were courteous and professional. They check out the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate lower than I was expecting. Instead of setting up an appointment for a later date, they got to work right away. Even with having to make a parts run, they completed the job in about two hours. They explained the repair went well and gave me advice on how to keep the drains clear. Mark came out for our whole home filter install today, but had the foresight to explore whether or not we had taken the time to do a test of our current water. He wanted to make sure whatever we're doing will actually fix the problem we're having with mineral deposits and not just complete a task we asked them to do. Though this means our water filtration solution will be delayed a little longer, I greatly appreciate the expertise Mark provides. I'd say most companies would have just done the work without the consideration, and I definitely appreciate the extra care that's going into our project!

These gentlemen came to my house to fix my water heater (cold showers in December while living in the PNW sucks!) , took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get a killer deal on a new water heater. Travis came to my house and fixed an issue that has been troubling me forever! Three plumbers were here prior and just cleared the clog and left but Travis took time to find the cause and fixed. I recommend that you call this company for all your plumbing issues!

Pristine Plumbing replaced a kitchen sink faucet.  Everything about the experience was positive :)  I called to setup the appointment and 1) they answered the phone!  2) the person scheduling the visit was friendly and efficient, 3) shortly after I received a text message confirming the appointment and 4) on the day of the install received a message saying they were on their way.  Efficient and organized!  

Nick arrived at the beginning of the 2hr window :)  He was friendly, reviewed the install and any potential issues with me, had me sign the estimate, and completed the install in less than an hour!

Your  guy Jeff , i hope thats his name. is a life saver. Just want to let you know the he  was very helpful and answered all my questions. And suggested his pipes  and explained on how it expands and better for this weather.  He explained it not like a salesman but as a person who really wanted to help me. You guys were my 3rd company for a quote  and he didn't sound like a saleman like the others.

I contacted Pristine Plumbing and got a response almost instantly. Scott arrived within an hour to do an estimate. Took him a few minutes to assess the problem. He was very professional, honest, thoroughly explained everything, answered my quest , gave suggestions and estimates right away and didn't charge me a cent . I am still deciding on how we should go forward but will definitely not hesitate to hire these guys if we decide to pursue with the suggested repairs.

Love this company!  Our grandma referred us to Nick, and from the very beginning we have had exceptional customer service, if we had any questions Nick and Olivia were able to give us all of the information we needed. Matt was fantastic! He helped us change our water relief valve on the hot water tank. He also helped us repair a wobbly kitchen sink. He was very responsive and communicated clearly. He explained everything very well. Will definitely use this company again.

We bought a 1971 time capsule back in November and fell in love with what could be with a little vision. Nick's team helped it come to life! Yesterday, they installed a new gas line from the front of the house to the upper level for a future kitchen remodel that would include a gas range. Along with that they plumbed outside to our upper deck for a future built in BBQ and fire table.

They were the first to quote the project, and after theirs came in lower than the rest, the skeptic in me wanted to make sure the quality was good. They walked me through the process, were quick to answer calls and texts, and surpassed customer service expectations. They got the whole project done within 1 day--others quoted me 2-3 days. When they were done I smelled gas in the house and Deric was quick to fix the issue and assured me that he'd come back in no time if it happened again.

I've got LOTS more to do to the house, and I plan to call Nick's team when I get to the next phase.

I meant to write this like a month ago but...squirrel! I have two water tanks, one gas & one electric. The pilot light went out on my gas one. Had PSE come out & relight it as it was behind a plate that I couldn't open. They did...still no hot water. I got in touch with my warranty people who recommended Pristine Plumbing. I spoke with Olivia and we trouble-shot over the phone. I needed a whole new tank. And, of course, mine was special because why wouldn't it be? She went on a hunt & found one in PDX that needed to be shipped up. She kept in constant communication about where my tank was & when they'd be out to me. The next day, her tech was there getting the gas tank out and here comes Olivia herself with my new tank!! They install (after a couple hoops to jump through with my HOA) and, wouldn't you know it? STILL no hot water? Why, you ask? Because the electric one ALSO died on me. And of course, this one was ALSO special and had to be hunted down. Olivia to the rescue again! Long story shorter, after 2.5 weeks (through no fault of PP), I had two new tanks and hot water to shower in my own home. Olivia is a gem and a pleasure to work with. Her techs were respectful, clean, prompt, and just all around good dudes! If there's any plumbing issues in my future, PP will be who I go to! I couldn't rave more about them.

We had our garbage disposal installed by Nick from Pristine Plumbing! It was easy, efficient and comparable in price to others. Their response was timely and personable from my first message through Yelp to yesterday's appointment.
While he was here I asked him to consider another project I have in mind. He was most willing to do so and took the time to explain my options.
I would recommend them without hesitation and look forward to working with them again.

We had a leak under the sink in the bathroom.  Josh came out and diagnosed and fixed the link in under an hour.  He was professional, courteous, and most importantly stopped the leak with a two year guarantee on the work.  I would absolutely refer him to friends and family.

I called a few places to get pricing. Pristine offered the best rate with the least amount of nonsense. Other places I called gave me the runaround, high quotes, slow appointments or poor customer service. Nick was very helpful. We spoke on Saturday and he was out to replace my water heater by Monday. Communication was easy; he explained several maintenance related things to me and I was able to pay my bill with a credit card. He also answered all of my questions / concerns.

Pristine Plumbing is phenomenal. My water heater went out on Labor Day and they came same day to fix the issue. Pricing is cheaper then the bigger known companies and Matt who helped me was super friendly. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about my project completed by Pristine Plumbing. Over the couple of days they were on my project I got to know them and their work. They are a group of young upstarts who deliver excellent customer service and detail oriented and knowledgeable craftsmanship. I have full confidence in the work completed and feel they deliver a level of character and trustworthy ness difficult to find when dealing with contractors.

I can't be thankful enough for Pristine Plumbing!! I had to make an adjustment on my reverse osmosis water filter system and searched around for awhile to find a company who knows how to deal with reverse osmosis units. Olivia was really accommodating with scheduling me in for an appointment and following up with appointment reminders. Nick was excellent!! Can't say enough good things about Nick, he was able to  make the adjustment to my reverse osmosis system without using the water piping that I had ordered for it to be fixed. I will definitely be keeping these guys in mind if ever I have another plumbing need!

These guys are awesome. They came out to look at some work i need to get done which includes, furnace, changing my pipes that are galvanized in my home. They spent a lot of time explaining everything that i needed to get done without trying to sell me services i didn't need, which was  refreshing.  They are going out of there way to make this job affordable and giving me options that are available to help with financing.  So far I have been impressed with their service.  I will update this review, when we get done with the work, but so far, so good. They made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that this will be a great experience.  I have received a lot of estimates from various companies and so far, they are the best.  stay tuned

Matt is doing all the plumbing work for our master bath remodel. This also  includes installing a new shower pan and soaking tub. I can't say enough good things about Pristine. They have shown up on time, every time, are detail oriented,  and are easy to work with and incredibly nice.  I feel really lucky to have found them. Other companies I contacted either did not handle installs or charged a high fee just to come and give an estimate. I'll update with before and after pictures once I get all my tile in.

I contacted Pristine plumbing through Yelp on a Saturday morning for a water heater issue. Nick called me within 5 minutes and we talked, he gave me some tips on lighting the pilot. We made an appointment for a Sunday, no extra charges!  But the tips worked, saved the day. Now I can plan when to install a new water heater.

Amazing company to deal with.  Scott drove 74 miles to take care of my plumbing needs. Olivia is awesome getting the schedule done. This company is a A++ in my books. They are so professional and they won my business as the single plumbing company that I will ever do business with. They will live up to you expectations and beyond.

After a long 3 month process of getting my refrigerator fixed, I was told that the copper water tubing for the water was kinked and needed to be repaired. Pristine plumbing was able to get a tech out to my home within a week! When Travis showed up he immediately saw that the work was not done up to code. Rather than him just doing a quick fix he went above and beyond to ensure that his repair was done properly and to code standards THE SAME DAY! Very happy with their service. Thank you!

Installation of a tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system on a well.  Overall, I think there is a lack of capacity to perform and there was no followup to questions/concerns about the operation of the system.  Once the bill was paid, there was no follow-up on issues that we were having.  I will say they did install the two items but make sure you are comfortable with everything for a week before you pay in full.

I would also like to make a statement in general that contractors should put their phones down and focus.  I would estimate that the job would have been done faster if their were less interruptions.

They were initially sent by my home warranty company, but ended up doing work not covered by my policy.  Matt did a great job, was communicative, and super respectful of my home.

We had a water leak in the ceiling.  Matt was able to quickly identify the source of the leak and repair the problem.  We will definitely recommend Pristine to otbers.

Highly recommend Nick and the guys at Pristine Plumbing. We called several companies about installing a new gas line to the kitchen for our oven. Some companies were very overpriced and some never even showed up for the estimate. We then called Pristine and speak to Olivia (sorry if that's not right). She was very nice to talk to and scheduled us an appointment with Nick. He showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable. It did t take long for us to decide that they were the right choice for us. On the scheduled day of labor, Nick showed up again ready to work on time. He and his assistant were awesome and got everything ran and installed very quickly. They even custom built a recessed box for the gas valve behind the stove. The price was very reasonable with no surprises  even better is the 5 year warranty on the work but I have no doubt that it will hold up without issues long after the warranty is expired. We will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs. .

I was given an appointment time window of 3:30-4pm. After some back and forth exchanges on the phone with the technician he kept suggesting he could come the next day. I originally scheduled an estimate, but the tech discouraged me from that and was pushing a diagnostic service they charge $240 or so. Fast forward to when my appointment was supposed to be he said the ferry was busy and may not make the 4pm ferry and take the 5:30 ferry. Fine. It is now 7pm and I wasted my whole Saturday waiting for them to show up. I call back and he said he wasn't coming and he could come tomorrow. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't let them waste your time too.

***Update: Had another company check out my plumbing concern and they discovered it wasn't a leak at all. So glad the tech never showed up. I would've been out $240 and a wall. !!!Proceed with caution when Pristine tries to discourage you from an estimate and push their diagnostic service.!!!

Nicholas came out to our house today for a small project. He was on time, very kind, professional, and wearing a mask. He was in and out in under an hour, and we couldn't be happier with our new faucet and soap dispenser. Will definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone who needs work done! Thank you!!

Travis and Matt came and fixed a broken pipe for us! They did a fantastic job and they were super friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this company!

We had nick from pristine plumbing come out to help diagnose our tankless water heater issue. He was able to find out what part that was bad and order a new one on the spot. After making sure it was shipped over night, they were back to install the part and get our hot water working again. Definitely would recommend them and will use them next time we have problems!

Great service! Pristine was able to send out a plumber a day earlier than expected to deal with a kitchen sink issue. Nicholas K. was awesome. He was very personable and respectful of our home.

I had a ceiling leak and Matt/ Nick were so quick to help and do an onsite repair the next dag. They arrived on time and were very informative throughout the process. Well recommended!

stay away!! called about a leak outside...they sent a guy who looked in our crawl space (which we already had done) and said welp...i dont know how to find the leak, but for $10,000.00 he could replace all the lines.  charged us over $200 and left!  then reached out to company through e-mail in hopes to discuss but they didnt even care enough to respond!  they suck!

It's a great day when you find a competent plumber who is also a conscientious and trustworthy guy. Nick went out of his way to make sure I got the type of outdoor faucet I wanted. He also installed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen and gave me valuable advice. And Pristine Plumbing gave me the lowest estimate of all! High recommendation from an elderly woman who has been ripped off several times.

Great family-owned business. Had an emergency leak in our internal water supply line. Nick got in touch right away and scheduled a time to come out the same day. He then called back as an earlier appointment opened up so he ended up coming out even sooner. He took the time to explain what was going on and then fixed the problem very efficiently. Completely fair pricing and above the board. Plus, they offer a 5-year warranty on all their work, which seems great to me!  

Nick mentioned a potential future improvement we could make to our plumbing lines, but did not try to upsell or pressure me into doing it all as it was not vital.  Really appreciate that approach.  Will definitely use them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt from Pristine Plumbing. My morning was so stressful, I tried replacing a shut-off valve, but it continually leaked. now we were without fresh water for my wife and three children, water was leaking continually underneath the kitchen sink. The kitchen was a mess. I didn't know what to do. When Pristine Plumbing was called, they got someone out to my house far EARLIER than I expected, and within a short time he had located and fixed the leak - I wish I had called them first! They were so very professional, courteous, and quick to respond. Thank you so much for taking care of this plumbing problem - everything turned out pristine.

Pristine Plumbing for the SAVE!! Matt did an outstanding job troubleshooting my hydronic heating issues - was it the heating system or the gas water heater causing the intermittent system failure - it was the water heater!  The quote Matt gave was on point and actually under what some other plumbing companies were charging.  Matt did a wonderful job with the installation of the new water heater.  I appreciate Pristine Plumbing's professionalism and good work ethic.  As well as the wonderful customer service I received from their office management team.  Oliva and Nick remembered my name and my job, I never had to repeat my story or who I was when I called the office. I also wanted to point out that money was never the main issue, of course, they wanted to know I was going to pay, but their focus was on the work that needed to get done.  Matt also made himself available after the first visit to any questions or concerns I may have before the scheduled installation/service appointment.  Thank you Matt!!

We had a plugged up septic line 2 days after moving into our new home. I called Nick and he came out within a few hours and assesed our issue and within 24 hours had everything completed.  He was proffessional, kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Great service, great pricing and he went over and above to make sure the job was done right

Nick installed a toilet and updated pipes in our utility room. He was prompt, courteous and did great work. We will definitely hire again for future projects.
