I'm so pleased with this company's services. This is the second time we have had Jacob Rojas and his crew do work for us. Last time, they repaired the extensive drip system in our house. This time, they added a zone under a new area of sod. The whole crew was efficient, precise, and courteous. Their prices were also quite reasonable. I appreciated how Jacob communicated and worked with my landscaper to time the installation of the sprinklers and place them correctly. On top of everything, after all the work they did, they rechecked parts of the drip system and made some repairs, at no charge. I will definitely use them again.

Called them this morning and they were there within 2 hours.  Did a great professional job and even texted me a pic of the plumber and his history coming. Thank u!

Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. Dan and his assistant were able to install a new disposal which isn't easy with the challenging set-up we have in our old home. They were also able to fix a previous issue from another plumbing company. I have used them several times for various things and each time they are extremely professional, experienced and do such a great job! Thank you!!

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! Absolutely impeccable service. Had them come out to the house on two separate occasions to fix some major water leaks and they have demonstrated outstanding work ethic, have been consistently on time and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done and get it done right and at a reasonable price. I've been fortunate to not need to call a plumber in the past 10 years but water heaters have a limited lifespan and ours (a cheapo, inefficient model that was original to the house) was on its last legs.  Braulio is easy to work with - he promptly returned my calls when I requested a quote and again when I wanted to schedule his services.  He showed up on time (5 minutes early actually).  The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and done for a fair price.  Braulio even did a quick check of our garbage disposal, which had been making a terrible noise (turns out a small piece of a plastic lid had gotten in there; he reached in and fixed the problem in like 15 seconds).  I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon (who does?) but if I do, I'm definitely going to call Braulio / Standard Plumbing.

Great communication, on-time service, beyond satisfactory work, fair pricing, left zero mess behind, very efficient and will reach out for any other handyman needs.

I called Abel on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call within an hour and moved some things around to come down the next day during my lunch hour. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me before making decisions. He worked quickly, everything looks great, and he takes online payments! He will definitely be my go-to plumber :)

I had these folks come out a few months ago to access repairs on a clogged water line. The first visit bombed as the technician just did seem to have the correct answers however he realized I was not happy and without me saying anything the Owner called and volunteered to come by and look at the issue personally. We had a great conversation and he was very thorough and quoted me a very fair price. At this point, I was super impressed. I was unsure about moving forward with the project and needed some time to think on it and told him I would call or text them back on rather or not we wanted to proceed. The next day I called and texted saying we did want to proceed and was told he was out of town. I continued through the next week to try to contact them and although their receptionist answered I could never get the manager/owner to call me  back. He completely Ghosted me.

Mike is an honest, straightforward plumber. He showed up on time fixed my problem and charged a fair price. I'll use him again.

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Rude and obnoxious is my opinion of Shaun, one of their lead plumbers. He forgot about customer service and how there is a proper way to speak to people.  I would not recommend or use Quarter Moon and I hope you spare yourself the same experience.

Do not use this company. They pressure people for 5 star reviews and they will rob you of your time and money.

They installed our AC unit backwards and didn't seal the ducts. When we noticed roaches coming in and the air flow not being proper, they waived it off like we were the crazy ones. Said there was nothing wrong with the system and that they'd just install another air return vent. That did absolutely nothing. We were blasting the air in the house and it got freezing in the master bedroom whereas it was hot and humid elsewhere in the house. After 1.5 years of trying to battle with them and use their warranty which cost us money every time we used it, we got a second opinion from another AC company that was much more knowledgeable. They took pictures and gave us evidence that the unit was installed backwards, and the ducts were not sealed properly, and the ducts had microbes growing in it. The new AC company will reinstall the AC properly and completely redo the ducts.

They also tried to sell us a high quality water heater for $5727 for installation and water heater and recirculating pump. Oh my gosh I'm so glad we did not go with them. We had another plumber replace the water heater unit for $1600 and install a recirculating pump throughout the house for $400... and the guy was honest and everything works amazingly.

If you need a plumber or AC guy... just message me or something... I have much better contacts than Goettl. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I asked them to come out and give our system a seasonal checkup. Their service technician Chris did a very thorough job, checked everything, cleaned this and inspected that and gave me a detailed report of his findings. He was honest, efficient, courteous and I am very pleased with my service call today.  I'll call them again for sure.
