Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn't fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn't even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn't want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn't have the correct information because she isn't the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it's Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don't schedule your workers to work when the don't want to and don't argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that services aren't free as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they've attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

I've used Juan once and recommended to a friend. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He is very fast to respond, even on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Had a leak in my front yard. Lee showed up right at expected time and immediately got to work. Work was quick and Lee was very professional. He was patient and took the time to explain what he did and how he did it. Offered suggestions for future problems and never spoke to me in a condescending tone because of my lack of knowledge. Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

I think Braulio did a very good job replacing our water heater in the attic.  He quoted for different options including tankless, and his prices were below the average of the range of quotes I received.  We chose to work with him because he was the most responsive and provided the most info.  He showed up on time and got the work done quickly.  We are pleased and would recommend.

AJ with Greenshire Handyman came by to paint some shutters on my home that I could not reach.  His team did a fantastic job.  The communication was excellent and timely and he was prompt.  He brought the supplies he needed and the shutters look great! Thanks AJ.

I can't recommend Abel to Plumb enough. I asked for a quote & got a response in 10 minutes & scheduled a visit for the next morning. Abel assessed the problem & fixed it within an hour. His rates are very reasonable & he's really cool & easy to work with. Call him!

Mr. Rooter is pleasant to work with, they provide quality service and are always quick to respond. I will never again compromise the integrity of my house's plumbing by hiring a cheap, slapdash plumber. In the three years since having the whole house repiped with pex we have had ZERO issues with any of the work done. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

We now call Quarter Moon for all of our plumbing and AC needs. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Just tonight I had several leaks in my kitchen ceiling, and they were here within 30 minutes of me calling. The plumber, George, was extremely courteous and got right to work. He explained the reason for the leak, repaired them, and offered a suggestion on how to prevent them from occurring again. He was kind to try not to wake my sleeping children, and he also was very considerate not to track mud into the house. Thanks, Quarter Moon!

Mark and Ernesto were early and ready to take care of business!!!  As they did the work not only did they keep me updated, they educated me on what was going on and how it applied to making things better.  They LOVED their company and took pride in how the company empowered them to ensure customers were taken care of!!!

They are a JOKE!  They advertise 24 hr. emergency plumbing. Saturday about 8:45 p.m. we called them because water was spreading all over our kitchen floor.  We got a recorded message that they were presently closed.  If we would leave a message, they would contact us Monday a.m.
