Hello,  I would like to thank Pete for his professionalism and prompt service and also Anchor for getting someone out so quickly I would definitely use Anchor for any future needs an would also highly recommend.

Forgot to write this review from work Joaquin completed for us in January of last year.  We did our master bathroom and replaced a single sink vanity with a double sink vanity.  We did everything ourselves minus needing someone to do the plumbing for the dual sink.  

We experienced a small installation delay when his company had a small COVID issue but we were rescheduled quickly and the job was completed beyond our satisfaction. The attention to detail was some of the best I have seen my any plumber that was done work for us at any of our homes the last 15 years.  

Price was more than fair and well less than other companies that wanted to run and plumb a second drain and water line versus just splitting off what was there.  Would use again for any plumbing work!

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

Brad B. is an excellent technician that I would recommend to everyone. I found him early on when I moved to a new house in Austin, and I kept going to him whenever I had plumbing issues (I've had issues with the toilet and tub and a leak beneath the kitchen sink).

In my experience, I would give him a call and he would come the next day. He's courteous and polite, but most importantly, he does very good work. He even helped me install my water heater within a day whereas going to a place like Home Depot would have taken at least a week.

I'm happy to have met Brad and I urge any readers to not let the lack of reviews deter you from using this service.

On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, it sounded like it was raining inside, and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely  empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable.  I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  Old water heater started leaking.  They came out on the same day to take a look.  Installed a tank-less water heater the next day.  No pushy sales tactics.  Just recommended what was needed.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  Took extra care and precaution with pipes and insulation.  Very much worth the price.

No more big ugly water tank. The water gets heated only when you need it.  Much more energy efficient, saving money on energy bills.

Yucky rusty water was flushed out after the old tank was removed.   No more water sitting in a tank.

Update: David has come to the rescue again! Our guest bathroom tub drain was leaking water through the bathroom wall and causing our hallway floors to bubble up. Our house was built in the sixties and therefore our tub drain was not the standard size compared today's parts. David went out of his way to find the right part, show up on a sunday to fix it after an earlier assessment of the situation, and gave me a fair price to fix the problem. I would definitely encourage neighbors, friends, and family to call Peoples Choice Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

Reasonable price for the filter. They have options and will try to sell a high priced one but with a simple discussion will cater to your specific needs.   They use a quality valve (I think it's a Clack). There was a slight mixup on the installation dates (tried to come on an earlier date) but because they gave a text notification we resolved it easily. Installation itself went well and the installer spent time to discuss maintenance and care for the filter. Three months later and the filter seems to be working well. This company is easy to work with and competitive with another local plumbing company (which didn't seem interested in installing a water softener).

Showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. Kyle fixed the high pressure value and leak that was turning our yard into a muddy mess.  Saved us over a holiday weekend.  Would definitely use them again!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

EZ Flow ROCKS!!! They were courteous, on time, fixed our problem, and were extremely fair priced. Less than half the price of Roto Rooter or any of the other guys I got quotes from. Also, bonus for points for being open on a Saturday!

So I was enjoying a Breakfast with Santa Fundraiser for my daughter's school on a Sunday morning when I get a trouble call from my new tenants moving into our rental house.  They bled the water line to ice machine water supply which was not used by the previous tenants and discovered that they couldn't shut the valve off!  They had to shut off of the water supply to the house in order to stop the flow.  So in a panic I looked up plumbers in Yelp and ran across Blue Dragon Plumbing which appeared to have great ratings.  I called and got in touch with the Owner, Gilbert, as I darted off towards the rental house.  I explained to him that I would attempt to remedy the problem myself but not knowing the extent of issue I needed a Plan B.  Gilbert was in the middle of installing a water heater and advised me that it would be two hours before he could get to the house.  He told me to go ahead and evaluate the situation and proceed with the repairs I was comfortable doing on my own.  He said he would come out and finish anything I couldn't handle and that he wouldn't charge overtime for the Sunday house call.  

So I got to the house and managed to remove the defective valve.  I went over to Crump Plumbing Supply and picked up a replacement valve.  Minutes after I got back to the house Gilbert called and informed me that he completed the water heater install and that he could come over if I still needed him.  I figured I would sleep better at night knowing a licensed plumber completed the install instead of yours truly.  So Gilbert proceeded to install the valve I purchased and only charged me for labor.  Since he was already there I asked him to replace a suspected leaky washing machine supply valve.  Gilbert made quick work of both repairs.  I was pleasantly surprised at the bill which was quite reasonable.  I really appreciate the fact that he didn't take advantage of situation.

I only have one minor criticism about Blue Dragon.  They don't accept credit card payments which is kind of a pain when you have an emergency situation like I had and you don't have your checkbook handy.  In my case he met at a nearby bank ATM where I paid him cash immediately after the repairs.  Beyond that he showed up on a Sunday two hours after I called, picked up where I left off on the repairs, and charged a very reasonable amount for the services.  That's 5 star service in my book.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I'd recommend these guys for any job. Andrew was extremely polite & easy to work with. He gave us options to fix our leak, which worked the first time, & he was very reasonable. Great service. I'd use again!!

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

This company deserve more stars. Came home from work on Sunday @ 7am and was greeted by a small pond in my front yard. Not knowing what to do I called CPS and was told it was pretty much my problem and to call a plumber.  My son suggested yelp and the first to appear was AAA Auger.  When I called the guy who answered (sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful, pleasant, and walked me through what to expect. He said the guy was currently at another site and should arrive in about an hour. Sure enough the next call from AAA was to let me know the guy was on his way. Brian came out and right away knew what was wrong and where to look. He went over what to expect and provided me with a quote. After it was agreed he went straight to work. I cant believe how fast Brian was and how undisturbed the site looked when he was finished.  I am so grateful this company exist and that guys like Brian are out there to help us out at such short notice.  I will def recommend to all and willnuse again in the future. Hopefully I wont be passed out and miss a phone call or two sorry Brian  *wink*

When I put out the request in Yelp for estimates on a new hot water heater and install, Pete and Elite Plumbing was not only the first to respond but also ended up with the most competitive bid.  I pinged him multiple times to ensure I wasn't missing any hidden cost or fees.  He replied quickly and thoroughly to all my questions.

The estimate seemed too good to be true plus I had also seen some mixed reviews on Yelp so I wanted to be sure I did the extra due diligence before making a decision.  Not all plumbing jobs are the same and things that happened during the big Texas storm early in 2021 I had to take with a grain of salt.  After confirming all the details with Pete and researching more online, I trusted him and his team with the job.  

As a bonus, his team was ready to start work the very next day so we got it on their schedule.  Communication throughout the engagement was great.  They showed up in the window they gave me.  They finished the work fast, efficiently and professionally.  Everything went smoother than I even expected and I was very pleased with the work and overall experience.  

I can't vouch for all of their services but if you need a hot water heater installed, I can definitely give them the thumbs up!  I'll consider them in the future for other plumbing jobs that might spring up too.

After my last review I received a phone call from Mike in the scheduling department wanting to make things right.  The only plumbing issue we had at that time was our bathroom sink faucet needed to be replaced as it was dripping.  My husband had already bought the faucet he just hadn't replaced it yet.  So we scheduled a plumber to come out to replace the faucet.  My husband bought a second faucet so both sinks match.  Received a call saying the plumber was available earlier then scheduled time and would it be okay for him to arrive earlier.  Yes.  Bobby, who by the way is the best Plumber on earth, asked what needs to be done, I showed him and an hour & half later he was done.  He also fixed a toilet.  I would have given 3 1/2 stars but it's not an option.  I'm still a little upset with Jon Wayne Service Company but I'm no longer outraged by them.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
