George was cool.  When first contacting him, he actually tried to walk me through how I might be able to fix the issue on my own, and save myself some money. But after explaining to him my full problem he agreed to come by that same afternoon and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.  

Previously, I had gotten a quote from another company and a fairly young employee, who -- in retrospect -- couldn't have had a lot of experience... had given me a quote that was (no joke) over $4k to essentially replace a large number of valves. crazy.

George arrived, had the problem worked out within a half hour; fixed within 2 hours; and all for a couple of hundred bucks.  1/20th of the original quote.

I intend to keep calling George for all my future sprinkler needs... he's shown himself to be a fair, hard working and honest.

They were quick to respond. They came out the next day. They were on time, fast and efficient. The price was reasonable.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We got a toilet install via Lowe's, and they were the contractors that came to do the job. They said our old toilet was installed incorrectly and that some minor work was needed before they could install it (that was outside the standard toilet install). They were so nice and told us exactly what to do and what type of cement to buy to fix it. Their company came back within a day after we fixed the minor repair. With a lot of contractors, they never answer the phone, and appointments take forever. They were right away with answering and scheduling. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leaking sprinkler issue late in the evening tonight  and didn't know who to call. I'm so Thankful I found Premier Works and Mr. Chavez! Even though late in the evening he answered right away and took the time to help me troubleshoot and give me a fix to my problem! I will definitely be calling on him for my future needs! Okay - so this rating is simply for the responsiveness of the company. It turns out we're just too far out of their service area, which is sad because I was very interested in possibly working with them!

I reached out requesting to schedule someone for a quote to install a new sprinkler system in our yard. I was contacted by Phil, the owner, within a few hours asking for contact information so the office could call me, which I greatly appreciated.

When I spoke with the nice young lady on the phone, she let me know we were beyond their area, which was disappointing, as I mentioned. However, often when I ask for recommendations that would point me to a competitor, I'm finding more and more companies do not have anything to share. Not this one though. She was quick to provide me with the name of a company they partner with sometimes, and I was able to move forward on my quest to not have to manually water my sizeable back yard all summer long.

Thank you for being what every business should be: open, honest, and truly interested in meeting the needs of your customers, even when you cannot service them yourselves. I will always point people your way if I think you might be able to help!

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

We purchased a new home that had some of the hardest water I have ever experienced.  My hands were cracked and bleeding, my hair was getting dry and brittle and we were going through our soaps and shampoos like crazy with little to no lather.  We were also concerned about how dry our babies skin was getting from their regular baths.  A friend of mine recommended Atlas Plumbing so I called and had a great conversation about our options.  They came over to the house immediately and took the time to look over everything and explain how the whole process would work.  They were very up front about the costs and potential risks of installing a water softener on an older home which I appreciated.  They also gave me best and worst case scenarios regarding how much we would spend so that there wouldn't be any surprises.  I was grateful that they recommended spending more on a better unit rather than buying a cheap system that wouldn't last as long.  You really do get what you pay for.  They started work quickly and it was so nice having them around for the couple days they were here working.  Such lovely personable people who were fun to chat with.  They were so kind to my two 18 month old twins who just adored them.  While they were installing the water Softener I also had them replace our kitchen sink with a nice deep basin and new faucet.  They did such a beautiful job.  They were so quiet, respectful, and clean while they were working.

We are doing a re-model of a home in Canyon Lake and hired Clint DIxon as our plumber.  For the first few months, he was relatively reliable, and we paid him as per his fee schedule.  In early November, he informed us that we needed a sump pump for our septic to function properly.  He asked us to pay him in advance $600 for the cost of the pump and $160 for installation of the pump.  Within 15 minutes of leaving our home he cashed our check and has been ignoring our phone calls ever since.
When we called him from another phone number (so he did not know it was us) he informed us that he had spent the money and could not purchase the pump but that he would buy it with money that his father gave him at Christmas, and would install it on Dec. 27th.  Needless to say, he did not, and continued to ignore our phone calls until we threatened him with legal action.  He then purchased the pump (according to the store, the cost of the pump is $400, not $600) and left it in our yard.  He now owes us $200 for the pump, and $160 for advance payment on his labor.
We are now in the process of hiring another plumber to install the pump.  Clint has once again disappeared and is not accepting any of our phone calls.  I would NOT recommend him as a plumber to anyone, any time.

Not sure if they have good plumbing service or not since they cancelled due to weather. Guess they don't check the forecast and call 30 mins before an appointment and say they can't come out because of the rain. Iv seen plenty of plumbing services use a canopy. Thanks Mr. Plumber for wasting my day, you guys should call Mr. Weather next time. Then then called back to say they would come out, but Im not a fan of giving business to a company that starts off on the wrong foot.  You can't come out, you can come out, which is it?

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

Plumbers were efficient, thoroughly explained processes, wore masks. Had challenges with the office in scheduling services, but am pleased with the overall service provided. Will continue to use them.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

The rep that came out to look at the job charged $400.00+ just to tell us that he could not do it like we wanted. Then he came in with an outrageous price to do a simple job of hooking up a washer and dryer. The guy definitely needs some people/sales skills. He took me for $400.00 but that will be the last dollar he ever sees. I hope this stops someone else from being raped across the coals. He was proud to tell me there are only so many plumbers licensed to do work in Texas, well the others will get a chance to make money.
