On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Lion. My home warranty company, AHS, and their ZERO star vendor were trying to rob and up sell me. Martin came to my home on a Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and replaced my water heater and PRV that Saturday. I'm sure he would have replaced the heater quicker if I didn't have to fight with AHS for a reimbursement. The previous company told me that I needed additional work to my shower and other water heater, when in fact I did not. Martin's wife, Heather, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was quick to respond to my text messages and really tried to work with me after I told her the problems I was having with the other company. I finally have hot water, decent water pressure and no water hammering in my home! Thank you, Martin!!! I highly recommend Blue Lion and have already recommended him and his company to friends and co-workers.

I called Brad to get an estimate on installing some bathroom faucets. He did call me back right away, so that is a plus.  I said I had one faucet I got from Lowes, but I'm ordering the others from Amazon and right away he lamented about the poor quality of Amazon faucets and that he couldn't warranty anything he installs from Amazon (they were the same make/model faucets).  He didn't come out to give an estimate just gave me a ballpark hourly rate.  I called some other plumbers who came out to look at the job and realized we needed to replace the valves/lines (why the one I tried to install leaked) so they gave me a more realistic estimate of what it would cost.

I needed some work done that another plumber came out to look at. I couldn't get them to call me back so I reached out to PlumbSmart given their excellent reviews. The CEO took my call and was very easy to communicate with, transparent, and very helpful in setting up an appointment. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone or ignored. They made an appointment for a day or two out so not a long wait. They were able to addressed some issues I had all in one visit. They communicated well throughout the entire process, and stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend PlumbSmart for any plumbing needs.

We had a lot of issues going on, and Tsanko was awesome throughout everything. He provided the estimate we needed for insurance, and was very patient as we waited for insurance approval, which took a few days. Good communication, which saved me a lot of anxiety.

In the end, we had our water heater replaced, new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak, and replaced outdoor faucet. I plan to hire Tsanko in the future for any plumbing needs, including putting in a water softener.

Oh man, we are so grateful for David! This (SUNDAY) morning our kitchen sink backed up and the pressure caused water to gush out onto our floor from the pipes. David answered our call immediately. Although he was on his way to another call, he updated us on his progress via text messages. He was able to come and clean out our pipes by the afternoon. David was efficient and professional, and he did a great job. Thank you so much!!

I moved into a new home which came with a type of water softener and reverse osmosis system I was unfamiliar with. Jeff from AWS inspected the systems throughout and assured me it was in good working order. He also gave me a good overview on how and when the system should be maintained. Also, I learned some really important things like which outdoor faucets have softened water (I incorrectly assumed none of them had). I'll more than likely use this company in the future for any water problems I may experience.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Theo and his trainee Paul were thorough and professional. They recommended an area wholesale supplier for a toilet that I needed or they could go get it for us if so desiree for a small fee. The labor costs were fair, the toilet repair has been reliable. I will go with them again when our household next has need of a plumbing service.

Very professional and quick! Spoke to Gilbert on the phone and made an appointment for Matt to come the very next day.  Matt installed a garbage disposal, fixed a leak and unclogged a drain all within the hour.  Super happy with Blue Dragon Plumbing!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

Called on a weekend and they were there within an hour for a sprinkler leak. Initial estimate near $500. Well a couple hours later the job now required a backhoe and the price was up to $1000+.  Work required coming back the next day and took a majority of the day and when completed backlogs test failed and I had to call my sprinkler company to do work that they would reimburse me for. Well after several weeks multiple calls and them lowering me money for the sprinkler service call they show up and tell us they need to get another sprinkler company out to address sprinkler zone problems due to debris thAt got in the system when they dug up my yard and replaced piping. Needless to say we asked them to leave, I'm out $1000 ,a sprinkler repair cost and my sprinkler still is not working and backflow was never corrected.  I do not recommend using this company.

26 December 17. I need. To change my review this company contacted me after my post and have worked to resolve my sprinkler problems and the backlogs.  Mr Cannon contacted me immediately after the owner saw my post and he sent out a sprinkler company and a Plummer that week to work on fixing all problems.  I appreciate a company that values their customers but the quality of their work.  I want to thank AAA.  Anger plumbing for making a bad situation right.

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.

I'm Still in shock with the conversation I had earlier with a sales person trying to schedule a free estimate????

So we are purchasing a house and I was calling around for some free estimates,
this company was the first one that I called,

I did gave them all the details and what I was looking for and when I wanted the service done,

I stated that I wanted the service done either this October or November,
I also mentioned that I was interested in getting prices for a generator in case we ever go through what we did two years ago with the Freeze.

Well believe it or not , I did receive a call back about 5 o'clock today from the same lady I spoke to earlier and she tells me that she spoke to the manager and stated that the (starting) price for an AC central heating would be about $18,000 and up!!!
and that the generator would start at about $24,000 and and up!!

The house that we purchase is a little bit over 800 ft so my respond was,  where are you getting these prices from,

She then asked me if that was within my budget?
and if it was then we can continue with the free estimate

I was in shock
I couldn't believe what she was telling me,
is this the way they run their business.

They had no idea what the house look like or what the house needed.

Luckily I did call around explain the situation to other companies About their practice
and they basically laughed as I did as well but I did find two other companies that are coming in this week for a free estimate

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
