I called them out to fix a leaking hose bib, but that turned into a big repair to the pressure valve.  They checked the pressure and realized it was high and confirmed it with a test.  I already knew I had a potential valve problem because a previous plumber stated it could possibly be going out, but didn't run a test like Anchor did.  The price was fair considering the work they had to do.  Adam and his assistant were very nice and patient and didn't rush or push me into doing something I didn't want.  I would recommend them going forward.  I hope I don't need a plumber soon (no offense), but if I do I will be calling Anchor.

Great pricing compared to most of the local competition. Just needed a replacement hose. Other companies wanted up to $400 dollars! Flexible and professional. I would do definitely recommend them and will use them again. Great service with fast response.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!

My standard line is, plumbers are worth every nickel they extort from us. In this instance, however, not only was the service fast and professional, but I wasn't extorted: the fee was very reasonable.

Particularly as it was done on Saturday, they responded quickly and arrived in less than two hours. And Roger Morin, the guy that showed up, is a prince. I had to hurry him out the door before my wife adopted him.

All in all, a great find.

Tsanko will show up anytime you need him and he's been nothing but amazing at solving our recent plumbing problems, including an issue with our hot water heater and knocking pipes as well as some other issues with pressure and temperature mixing.

He's incredibly efficient and a nice guy to boot, so we're happy to have him around for our plumbing needs!

What can I say that hasn't already been said, David is great. He was on-time (actually early), knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, gave me a free part and advice on how to get replacement parts from Moen at no cost. He could have fiddled with things and wasted time just to over charge me (like many other plumbers have done) but he didn't. This is probably the first time I have had a service repair person look out for my best interest instead of his. I will definitely be calling on him again!

They started out by providing a lot of advice over the phone under no obligation (including suggestions for options they wouldn't have provided).  I have a private well and the water has more than one problem, so the advice was more than the typical information you would give for city water.  I did select them and when they came out the crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

David and Matt saved the day!!!!! There was a leak at my parents home in San Antonio and no water in the home. A plumber was called out to fix it. LONG story made VERY short, I ended up firing that plumber and called A & A Plumbing. From the moment Kerry (Customer Service Rep) answered the phone and I explained the situation I was immediately relieved. Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I called them to get the quote for a gas leak detection job. They showed up but the quote was so high for just finding the leak, not even fix it so I didn't go with them.

We had a leaking kitchen faucet and Gilbert saved the day. He was able to fit us in the same day we called, he did an amazing job and he even threw in some jokes for free!

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Best plumbing service ever!!!!  Troy King was at my house in less than an hour after I called. Replaced my water softener and worked with me on the price.  Did a number of small plumbing jobs as well.  I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs!  The company also gives a 10% military discount.  Troy was very professional and knowledgable and went the extra mile to complete the job.

I had an emergency water leak that was getting worst. After getting the run around by other plumber I decided to contact Elite Plumbing Solutions via Yelp since they had good ratings. Thank god! They came and fix the problem the same day, the price was reasonable and they were very attentive to answer any questions I had.

After my last review I received a phone call from Mike in the scheduling department wanting to make things right.  The only plumbing issue we had at that time was our bathroom sink faucet needed to be replaced as it was dripping.  My husband had already bought the faucet he just hadn't replaced it yet.  So we scheduled a plumber to come out to replace the faucet.  My husband bought a second faucet so both sinks match.  Received a call saying the plumber was available earlier then scheduled time and would it be okay for him to arrive earlier.  Yes.  Bobby, who by the way is the best Plumber on earth, asked what needs to be done, I showed him and an hour & half later he was done.  He also fixed a toilet.  I would have given 3 1/2 stars but it's not an option.  I'm still a little upset with Jon Wayne Service Company but I'm no longer outraged by them.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
