The kitchen garbage disposal was clogged. Anchor Plumbing Services responded to a Yelp quote request the night before and were able to provide service early the following morning. They were very professional, wore protective gear, such as masks, gloves and boot coverings. The service was quick, they work very clean, polite and ask if any other service was needed while they were there. Definitely would recommend Anchor Plumbing Service!

Very professional and we had them help out at our property we manage. They came promptly and evaluated the situation with the utmost professionalism. I even refered them to my parents.

Plumbit was responsive and reliable when I needed service for a toilet clog and kitchen sink leak ASAP. They provided a 3-hour arrival timeframe and a text when they were en route. They resolved both issues and were very respectful of the home.

Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

After discovering a leak pouring down the side of my 21 year old water heater at 10:30pm on a Saturday night, I first tried to turn off the gas before turning off the water, but feared I may have just turned off the flame since I could not turn the dial completely to off. The situation could not have seemed more urgent. I called a plumber I had used many years ago, and got voicemail. I called a local San Marcos plumber with good Yelp ratings, and again voicemail. Since PlumbSmart could not have been more highly rated on Yelp, I called them next even though they are physically located in New Braunfels.

The CEO himself, Cody Blackmon, answered the phone. He immediately talked me through some emergency procedures as though I was the only person who mattered in the world at that point, and had me text some photos. The bleeding was stopped. Longer story short, I knew it was time for a new water heater, and by mid-day the next day, Sunday, PlumbSmart had a plumber quality (higher quality than retail as I understand it) AO Smith water heater right-sized for my home's need and installed in a first-class professional way. There are many other plumbing issues we are subsequently in the exploration stage on from longstanding needed repairs to effectively dealing with hard water.

Tsanko was excellent.  He completely replaced the guts of a 55 year old toilet that had been running for more than a month.  It works perfectly again.  I had repaired it many times over the years.
He also worked on our guest bath modern Kohler.  So high tech it couln't be adjusted to stop running.  Replacement parts from Kohler are special order.  For 40 years I've done my own repairs (and replacements).  I installed this toliet 11 years ago and have repaired its guts twice.  Since I nolonger can get down on my knees to do a replacement I got on the internet and found BG Plumbing and Tsanko.  He took a call right away.  I gave his an idea of the problem and what I had done in the past.  He was familiar with this Kohler and gave me a price range depending on an inspection.  He played with the internals a few minutes, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.  We agreed to replace it.  He went to get parts (and the new toilet) and was back in less than an hour.  An hour later both toilets were working properly.  NO mess, no spilled water everywhere, like my repairs.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I really want to give Dave 4 stars. He IS super friendly and has great communication. He responds promptly to texts and calls and arrived on time (for both visits).

He could not figure out what was wrong with my water heater but had no problem charging me a $70 diagnostic fee for the privilege of looking at it. He tripped a breaker because he turned my water heater thermostat up past 150 (max) degrees to test if the meter was broken. He quoted me $199 for a garbage disposal install and charged me $351 because he broke an unrelated pipe in the process of installing it. Finally, the disposal he installed STILL DOES NOT WORK because THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL OUTLET for it, therefore the unit cannot be turned on and I need an electrician. To be fair, he did tell me after the disposal was almost completely installed that there was no electric, but what was I supposed to do at that point? He looked under the sink [see diagnostic fee] and I assumed we were good to go.

Even more frustratingly, the Home warranty plumber came out and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. There is nothing wrong with the water heater. There was something going on with the outside garden hose hookup which he snipped and fixed in like 5 mins. $70 and problem solved. Water heater is now at 125 degrees and working beautifully.

We are now a week later and I still haven't got an electrician out here so I can have a working disposal. Will probably end up removing and returning disposal, if possible. Wish I had never called People's Choice.

I moved into a new home which came with a type of water softener and reverse osmosis system I was unfamiliar with. Jeff from AWS inspected the systems throughout and assured me it was in good working order. He also gave me a good overview on how and when the system should be maintained. Also, I learned some really important things like which outdoor faucets have softened water (I incorrectly assumed none of them had). I'll more than likely use this company in the future for any water problems I may experience.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

AWESOME service. Theo is a great plumber.  I called and they were out in an hour.  He cleaned the lines and one problem was fixed. He didn't want to cost me money to do something that may not work. Impressive. Thankfully the thing is did fixed my drain!  If you need service- call them. If you're in south Austin, this is the company to call!

I found Blue Dragon on Yelp after reading the good reviews.  I now know why so many have had a positive experience.  I requested to be contacted about replacing 2 water heaters using their website.  Gilbert responded very quickly to the request.  He offered to visit my home to take a look but I was able to email the specs and other details.  This saved me time.  The replacement went well and did not take long.  Gilbert explained everything about the new equipment and the recommended maintenance.  Everything was neat, clean, and in good working order.

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Best plumbing service ever!!!!  Troy King was at my house in less than an hour after I called. Replaced my water softener and worked with me on the price.  Did a number of small plumbing jobs as well.  I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs!  The company also gives a 10% military discount.  Troy was very professional and knowledgable and went the extra mile to complete the job.

I have been using AAA for over 10 years.  As the winter event was approaching , I knew there could be problems with my plumbing so I got ahead of the game and called on Sunday, February 14th 2021.  I was told at the time, due to the weather the earliest I could get a plumber would be Thursday at 7:30 am February 18th 2021. I told them I suspected that, so to please book me for the 7:30 and I would see them at that time. My water went out that same Sunday , so I was happy to have them on the schedule.

Thursday was an aweful weather day , but I called at 7:30 am to find out where I stood. The fairly rude person that answered the phone said that I would get an update if there people could get to work in the weather. I told them I understood, and wanted to be sure I didn't lose my place in line.  After an full day of snow and no call back from AAA, I called Thursday afternoon and was told that I was still in the system and would get someone out on Friday February 19th 2021.  

After Friday morning passed with no contact, I called them again and was told Yes sir , I see you here you will get a call in 45min to 1hr from dispatch. Friday passed without a single call. After 5 days without running water I was really hoping AAA would help, but they completely dropped the ball and NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. NOT ONCE!!!!

I resolved my water issue on my own, and decided just to wait to see if they WOULD EVER CALL. Friday passed, Saturday, passed, and Sunday passed without a call from AAA Auger. I finally called this Morning February 22, 2021 to ask what happend.. and to cancel any service they might try to schedule.

While one could argue there is an excuse for the service delay (despide the fact I scheduled service well in advance). THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION DURING A CRISIS.

AAA Auger completely let me down in my most urgent time of need. After 10 years of loyal patronage , they showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customer.

I will never use there service again... Pathetic...

Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

Had an AC service scheduled for 4 weeks. Day of service they called to say they would be late. 2 hours after the service window of 4 hours, they said it wouldn't happen and needed to reschedule for 4 days out, and offered $50 off for me waiting around for 6 hours......really!!! Will never call them again, completely unreliable. Way to treat a first time customer.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
