The service from these guys was outstanding! I called them & David showed up in no time & knocked out our toilet issue. Super nice & efficient. I'll definitely call them anytime we have plumbing issues.

UPDATE: I called David again after my water heater busted & began leaking. As always, he moved quick/efficiently & got my water heater replaced. His communication w/me was excellent as well since my plumbing issue was in San Antonio but I had to work w/him from Albuquerque, NM where I'm currently stationed. David took care of me & my tenants in no time & continued to go above/beyond. Thanks again David!

Alamo Water Softener finally got in contact with us a little bit over a month ago, and they sent out a team the same day. The team fixed the system on the spot and told us we could call them anytime should we have issues again. But after testing the new system for a month, everything works just fine. So thank you very much Bishop!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

My exterior faucets blew out due to the freeze during Christmas and I was really fortunate to have CT come out and help fix the faucet the same day. We also spotted another faucet that was leaking and he helped change that one as well.

CT was very professional and efficient. He came out within 30min and the repair took less than 30min so I was able to have water again to enjoy the holidays with my family in no time.

Sent Gil the plumbing section of my home inspection report and he got back to me wuickly with a quote. When Matt came out to do the work, he let me know a lot of what was on the report may have not been in need of repairs, so that saved us a bunch of money. Work was completed quickly and everything works great.

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

I was quoted in $89 fee as an hourly rate over the phone but when the plumber left after 20 minutes of labor he charged me $297. $45 was for Parts and $252 was for labor for 20 minutes of work which is highway robbery do not call guarantee plumbing

I have a multiple location business where the use of plumbing is vital to its success. AAA Auger (5 years and counting) in general and Juan Lopez specifically (going on 2 years) are absolute 5+ stars terrific!
Very communicative in both defining the issues and explaining the fix. Both issue specific and ongoing maintenance, all inclusive.
I never feel the need to call anyone else!!

LITERALLY CALL ANY OTHER PLUMBER. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Update: As of 3/12/21 we still have yet to receive any type of response back from the company with answers, except for replies to social media reviews.

I called them and they came to my house to diagnose the issue and stated they needed $2200 just to schedule the appointment. Then a week later, on Saturday, they called me at the time they were scheduled to show up for the job and asked if they could reschedule for Monday. At that point I had been without water for 13 days, so of course I said no and they came. They had to cut a small hole in the wall under my kitchen sink to fix the issue. This was such a small job that they had it completed in two hours. Also, let it be known that the days they came out was AFTER the storm. Safe and sun shining conditions. After it was all said and done they charged me $1900 on top of the $2200. Over $4100 dollars for less then 3 hrs of work.. so $1366/hr. I requested a itemized bill to see why it would cost this much. I still have yet to receive a email or phone call for over a week even though I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. How disgusting does a company have to be to price gouge a family during desperate times. We aren't the only ones this has happened to. Be sure to read their google reviews so you don't become one of their victims.

I called Jon Wayne on Sat, Dec 24th after I had a outside spigot burst. They scheduled me for Wed, Dec 28th from noon to 4pm - which I get because of the freeze. I told them I didn't have water, due to the pipe burst. Took a day off of work to make sure I was home when they were available.

The date prior to the appointment I confirmed via text and the date of the appointment I called at 11:32am to reconfirm - they told me everything was great and a plumber would be coming from noon to 4pm.

At 1:38pm on the days of the appointment, a guy called and said they needed to reschedule me to Jan 11th. I asked him why the change and he said the people answering the phone only booked the appointment, but he was actually in scheduling and that was the first available appointment. I reminded him that I didn't have water and took they day off of work - his responses that I wasn't in their loyalty program and the 11th was the first available.

I booked another plumber for Friday the 30th and they showed up at 8:30 and completed the project by 10am.

How can this be the great service Jon Wayne promises and how can they run a company this way?

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
