Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

SO glad our realtor recommended this company! We are selling my late father's home and needed a new water heater to bring it up to code. From start to finish, these guys are a dream to work with! AWESOME Service!! PlumbSmart (Cody) was responsive in getting us scheduled and sending the tech (Gabe).  Gabe was AMAZING!!  We have had hot water and water pressure issues for 5+ years in our NEW house.  Not naming any names, we have hired 3 so-called Big Name Plumbing companies, the kind that have commercials on TV all the time, having spent over $2,000...NONE of them fixed the issues and just said that it was the pressure coming to the house and that possibly the tankless water heater or the water softener may be the issue. PlumbSmart (Gabe) did a little more investigation and found that it was an issue with the install from the very beginning!  Within 2 hrs, Gabe had ALL our showers working properly, hot water working, and he solved the pressure issue (water hammer) by adjusting the Hot Water Arrestors (which we did not know about), which should have been done by the contractors who installed the plumbing system.  THANK YOU to PlumbSmart for employing technicians who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!  So glad we found PlumbSmart!

Tsanko was very professional and knowledgable. He repaired our master showerhead very quickly and cleanly. He even saved cost by doing the repair through the adjacent closet wall instead of making a large hole in the tile wall.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project.

Oh man, we are so grateful for David! This (SUNDAY) morning our kitchen sink backed up and the pressure caused water to gush out onto our floor from the pipes. David answered our call immediately. Although he was on his way to another call, he updated us on his progress via text messages. He was able to come and clean out our pipes by the afternoon. The absolute best customer service ever. Trevor, the owner's son, gave me the estimate. Trevor's mother and father must be very proud. He is dependable, honest, knowledgeable, and a well-mannered young man. He quoted me a fair price, with military and cash discount. The tech ( I don't remember his name )  that removed my old softener was on time, and professional. The tech ( I don't remember his name ) that installed the new softener and ro system was very knowledgeable. His instructions, on how to operate and maintain, were very understandable. If you are in the market for a softener, I would highly recommend giving AWS a call.

Chris Green was my plumber twice now, and has done a good job. Quality is good, and they have a very efficient process. Very professional.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Bill did an amazing job in repairing a leak that started when I was moving out our washing machine. Since we had renters moving in  that same day, I called him and he showed up within that next hour read to fix the problem. Very honest and methodical in his approach and on the most important football weekend before the Superbowl at that!

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

This was my first time using AAA Auger Plumbing, and I was not disappointed! They are one of the best plumbing companies I have ever used, and here's why:

About 10 days ago, I could hear what sounded like water running through the pipes in the wall near our water softener in the garage, as well as in the wall by where a pipe burst during the freeze this year (also in the garage). I called out two other plumbing companies, and both of them immediately left the garage and said my leak was in the service line that ran from the main water valve to the house. They both proposed having to dig up my entire front yard to first find the pipe and then hopefully find the leak and fix it. Both quoted about 8 hours to find the leak, and both companies charged $175/hr. This would have cost $1,400 to just find the leak (if they were right about its location), with fixing it costing extra. The first company even charged me a $100 service fee just to come out to the house.

Thank goodness I called AAA Auger Plumbing Services, who sends out a plumber for free to assess the problem! They promptly sent out Adamson, who listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, explained the intricacies of plumbing to me like I'm five, and then told me what he thought the problem was (which made way more sense than the other two plumbing companies told me). He quoted me a very fair price to fix the problem (half what the other two companies had estimated), and then was able to isolate the leaking pipe and cap it to stop the leak quickly and without digging up any part of my yard (which, as it turned out, the leaking pipe was nowhere near the front yard). The quoted price is exactly what I paid, and now I will be using AAA Auger Plumbing for all of my future plumbing issues.

I was looking for a plumber for a blockage and Elite messaged me through Yelp.  My appointment was for 12 noon.  I took time off work and no one ever showed up or bothered calling.  I know times are not exact, but I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know they were running late.  I then received a text 30 minutes after they were scheduled to show up saying they would show up between 130 and 330.  The time of customers is important to them and running late, giving no courtesy call and then changing the time on customers is just not good business.  Telling your customers the times are an estimate after the fact is useless.  Iam aware of that.  Why not call your customers that are scheduled to inform them?  I went ahead and canceled due to the writing on the wall.

Last week my ac stopped working and a tech from John Wayne came out to fix it. He was right on time and even called ahead so I was expecting him. After checking over the whole ac, he pointed out several problems it was having as well as the immediate issue, which was that a lizard had shorted out the electric on the outside unit. With each issue he talked about he showed me the part and took photos as well.  After he checked everything he gave an estimate to fix each part individually as well as gave a quote on how much it was to just get the system going again as well as a quote on what a new system would cost (my husband had requested that info) which I appreciated. As it turns out my husband decided that we should consider getting a new system and got several quotes through the week and John Wayne was the best deal. So this coming weekend we are getting a whole new ac installed and I will update if I have to change my stellar review. The tech has gone above and beyond making himself available for any questions and stopping by to fill out paperwork too. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
-UPDATE: I just had my one year service checkup and am absolutely glad that I signed up for the club membership.  A small monthly fee is definitely worth the $396 in savings that I had just from replacing the UV light, filter and an outside coil! The technician who cam to my home was professional, friendly and helpful. I am very glad to have chosen Jon Wayne for our AC and water heater needs.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
