The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

I have used Blue Lion Plumbing in the past and had good results, but this time it was a very bad experience. I needed a water heater and I can go on and on with my poor experience and I have tried to settle my very poor experience with Blue Lion but they do not agree with anything I had to say. Blue Lion would not budge a single inch. Like arguing with a person that something is the color of white and they argue that the color is black and that is all they will ever see. I had a water heater replaced Saturday and after it was replaced it needed electrical work. I texted them to PLEASE call me the day the water heater was installed on a Saturday, but they never did call and never replied to my text pleading for help until the following Monday morning. So, I cannot recommend them for the poor customer service and lack of any customer service. So much for the customer is always right it was more like I am crazy for expecting anything from them or a simple return phone call or reply to my text was crazy. I know the owner or his wife will reply with something to my review making me seem crazy for expecting a little customer service and have a totally different story but you always have to remember there are always two sides of the story.  I also asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the $2,025 water heater since I have used them since 2020 and I had referred people to them and again not a single dollar could be taken off they said. They said that was the best price and no discounts could be given. You mean to tell me if a relative or someone who has only used them for plumbing as i did or good friend needed a hand that they would not give them a discount? I also lost my job in 2020 due to covid and as I said I used them and never asked for a discount but when this company could have really helped a person in need they just replied no. Please remember- Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind ALWAYS

Brad is responsive, courteous, and professional. He showed up on time and contacted us to let us know that he's on his way.

We had a problem with our shower faucet. It got really difficult to turn. It turned out that some part inside was broken. Brad diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

We will definitely call him again if needs be.

Spoke with Adam and Cody initially over the phone to get a quote to get a water softener loop installed and to install the water softener I had bought. They were both friendly and informative. Also, they were patient with me since I know nothing about plumbing. They came out when scheduled and ran the numbers and the price was similar to the other quotes I have received from other plumbers. PlumbSmart was not selling any BS to me so seemed like a good fit to go with them and glad I did. I did forget the plumbers name who actually came to my house but he also was kind and did a good job from what I can tell. Also, this guy worked in the rain, even though he was in the garage most of the time but time to time he did go to his truck for some items. Overall, I had a good experience and will call again for any plumbing needs.

we were trying to become more energy efficient, so we decided to install a tankless water heater. we selected BG plumbing based on the numerous 5 star reviews posted on yelp. Tsanko (the company owner) agreed to travel from Fremont to Los Gatos to give us an estimate.

it only took Tsanko a few moments to determine that a tankless water heater would not be in our best interest.  (we have galvinized pipes, which he explained do not work well with tankless heaters).

we feel badly that this was basically a wasted trip for him. but we appreciate his professionalism and honesty. we didn't know that tankless water heaters and galvinized pipes don't work out well. he easily could have done the work for us and collected the money and left us with a less than ideal situation.

but he didn't, and for his honesty we are grateful. when our old water heater needs to be replaced, we will definitely give him a call.

People's Choice Plumbing is definitely the people's choice.  The plumber, David came first thing in the morning exactly like he said he would, identified the problem quickly, and priced out the work - which was very reasonable.  He was very professional and quick.  I would recommend him to everyone and if I have any future plumbing needs I will be calling People's Choice!  Thanks for getting our kitchen back up and running!!

From start to finish was a low key and non pressured way to obtain water softener. Ken came out and did a quick water sample, explained to us our options based on our preferences, and then let us make the decision with no pressure. After listening to quite a few presentations, we settled on Alamo due to the cost (most affordable outside of something from Lowe's), ease of getting everything set up. Called and got set up within a week per our request since we went out of town. Eddie did the install in 2 hours, super friendly and cleaned up after himself. Got a phone call 6 weeks later and someone came out to check and make sure all was working smoothly. I would highly recommend AWS for water softeners. We love ours and it has made a ton of difference especially here in San Antonio.

I was really upset when I was made a fool in front of the whole neighborhood. The whole front yard was flooded n midst like the swamp... I also think it killed my kitten  because I haven't see him in a few days but I hear him meowing... it's a really sad situation to be honest

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

When I opened the door to the plumber, I had a poor interaction with him and I sent the plumber away.

I'm glad this happened though because I ended up finding a highly rated competitor who charges much less for the same service I needed.

EZ Flow overcharges for their services.  Unclogging the plumbing is about $300 at EZ Flow.  I found a highly rated competitor that does the same thing but for half the price and had a good experience with them.

I won't be using EZ Flow again.  I would give a one star rating, but the owner/manager called me to apologize for the plumber, which was really considerate.

I would give this HORRIBLE man -5 stars if that were an option. The  unprofessional, rude, abrasive and incompetent individual I have ever encountered.  DO NOT HIRE. He came out, broke off his cable in my pipe and left without informing us that he has left a piece behind. The second plumber comes out and now what would have been a very simple unclogging has turned into 1,000$ of work to fix an issue that Gilbert Jimenez caused and refuses to resolve. When I became aware that this pseudo plumber Jimenez had caused me so much additional damage, I called to give him the chance to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, he screamed at me and accused my pipes of breaking his faulty old equipment. Like the pipes had ill intentions towards him. He also claimed that he wasn't the kind of plumber to remove clogs, however it clearly dictates on his website that this is a service he is licensed to provide. When I asked why he made an attempt to do something he wasn't capable or equipped to do...he hung up on. Like any mature, respectable, professional business owner would do no doubt.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.  

Stay away!

These fine individuals came to my house at 8pm. I called er 6:30. They were amazing and affordable. Kind and to the point. They repaired my issue. God bless them. Honest hardworking. I highly recommend! Thanks Virgil Ana friend !

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

Saw the company on the news and thoughts we would give them a try. Not a good idea- Was not impressed with this company. We schedule an appointment a week out. They called and stated they were running late after waiting 3 hours then after 4 hours. Called and stated sorry we will have to maybe reschedule for you for another day. This wasn't a free service call when were paying $79 for them to come out. Why make an appointment and have people waiting for over 4 hours to not come out? We wasted the day waiting for nothing.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
