Called yesterday late was here today on time. Once they came in they checked on the issue gave me a reasonable price and worked on it. They were done in less than an hour. They also did 90 day warranty which was a plus. The issue is fixed and would recommend to anyone else.

After having several plumbers work on my parents home I can finally rest. Andre's team finally diagnosed and fixed the problem with a drain. The team was on time and very professional. I was honored that they offered a military discount to my father who is a Vietnam Veteran. I really appreciate the office staff and their professionalism. Great job all.

She gives you a 2-hour window in which the plumbers will come. They show up on time. They fix the problem. They do not leave a mess at all. The fees are very reasonable. Same day service!  I contavted Brad B plumbing this morning to replace a faucet in my hall bath.  Brad called when he on his way, came on time, wore a mask, and took care of my faucet quickly and expertly.  I recommend this company whole-heartedly.

I choose People's Choice Plumbing due to all the wonderful reviews on Yelp. My water heater was leaking late Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning and David came out within an hour to assess the situation. He was able to replace my water heater the next day and fixed the wiring/connections up to code. His quote was true to his word and very reasonable compared to other local companies. I'm a big supporter of local businesses and rely on Yelp to support local commerce. David was professional, finished his work within the 4 hr window and showed me the improvements he made. From the moment he arrived at my house, I had a good feeling. This is the 3rd time I've used Alamo Water Softeners. I've bought and moved 3 different times and every time I've used AWS for my water softener and reverse osmosis. I've never been dissatisfied ever. Great prices, very nice staff and the owners are very friendly. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. Decided to try to fix my leaky bathtub faucet myself, but wound up with my water off and in quite a predicament on a Saturday evening.  Decided to give up and call a plumber.  I called EZ Flow after hours and they said they could come out on Monday but asked me to describe the problem.  I did so, and they gave me some very good advice and I was back in business in just a few minutes.

No chance I would have gotten this done without the expert guidance from EZ Flow - you guys will be my first call in the future!  Awesome and honest!

Watch out for this company! Unless you ask upfront....they do not give you a quote for the job! They charge you for an hour minimum even if the job only takes 15 minutes! They also charge you for 30 minutes driving time.... which I didn't find out about until it was time to pay the bill. Why would you charge someone for driving time? That is part of your job requirement to drive from one place to another! Very shady and dishonest. The plumber who came to my house had to leave twice to get the parts that should have been on his truck. So a 15-minute job drug out for 2 and 1/2 hours. I learned a valuable lesson here. Next time, I will get several quotes ahead of time! Spoke with the owner Gilbert and even after he said he would give me a partial refund he called back to inform me that he was not giving me a partial refund. Very dissatisfied customer here!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

They came out to give free estimate (which not many that I call will do) on laundry drain clog. Price was reasonable. Service was quick.  They were friendly and went above and beyond my expectations.

I would give negative stars if I could. After the snow here, I had the company come out to repair a pipe. I had to wait 2 days for them to come which would have been okay except he charged extra for emergency service which I'd understand if it was same day but it wasn't. Also, I was charged an ASTRONOMICAL amount of $400 for less than an hour of work and since have spoken to several plumbers who say I was basically robbed and taken advantage of because I was a single woman. I have tried to contact company with no response and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal advice. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE 5/21- Response from business owner saying that I received an estimate before service was provided is completely false, never happened. Also never told of the additional travel charge (Helotes is all of 8 minutes from my house). A family member was there to witness the event and even gave the suggestion on how to fix the issue which was just cut a piece of the sheet rock out and cut the pipe above the leak and just cap it off, a job that took less than an hour. Also was told when I called that only same day service was considered emergency, so not sure why an appointment 2 days later would require the up charge. And to imply that the price is MY FAULT  because I couldn't find another plumber(which isn't the case, I went with this company because they are so close to my house) is a completely arrogant and asinine statement. Finally, they left the work area a complete mess. No manipulation tactics from the owner response on how they took care of customers instead of family will change this review. Don't be open for business if you are going to use that excuse to rob customers.

They are just awesome!  I have used them for numerous plumbing issues amongst other things.  They also installed my a/c system.  Their customer service just can't be beat: courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.  They wear booties over their shoes to protect tracking anything in my home and even clean up after which I appreciate.  I have been using their service for about 8 years now and will continue to use them in the future.  I highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating & A/C and in fact, have told many people just how great they are.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
