Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

He responded to my initial email with a phone call almost immediately, came by exactly when it was most convenient for me, arrived on time, fully explained and fixed the issue in an incredibly short amount of time, and all for a very reasonable price. BG Plumbing (a.k.a. Tsanko - the name of the plumber)   - did most of the plumbing work on our two-story home addition: All copper water piping, all black abs sewer pipes, two new gas lines for tankless water heaters, and the installation of the tankless water heaters.

Tsanko was very flexible to squeeze in between other contractors working on the addition, so that the project could move smooth and quickly. He also replaced most of the pipes under the existing house (in the crawl space), and I was amazed to see how quickly he could work in that tight space.

Tsanko is very hones and reliable; he gave me separate quotes for each individual job, and had no problem telling me the cost of materials and labor, when I asked. His prices are super competitive, because he does the work himself (no subcontractors). He is licensed and insured. I am happy to say that he was one of my best choices among all contractors that I had to deal with (I managed the addition myself), and I'll hire him again if needed.

After calling for the first time, David and Michael came quickly to my house and gave me a fair quote.  I felt at ease with them and felt confident based on previous reviews that the guys were honest and fair.  The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that I had to show David how to plug up our toilet after he used the long plunger for 30 mins to clear the drain.  After I clogged up the toilet, the diagnosis was, I need a stronger toilet (with bigger diameter p-stopper).  New language I have learned.  Over a hundred dollars later, I was told I need a stronger toilet.  At least I know I don't have a clogged pipe.

Our water filter started to leak,  I called Alamo Water Softer, they make an appointment within two day. The technician came (even earlier then my appointment) professional and  knowledgeable , solve the issue with my tank. I'll recommend Alamo to anyone that needs service.

This was probably the best customer service experience I have had in a decade! We were told by 2 other companies we had a major issue with our kitchen line that would cost 10k or more. Ryan came out, explained everything, was friendly to my dogs and actually showed us that we needed minimal work. And only 300$ later we we had no stoppage and even scheduled for maintenances and other improvements with Ryan since he was so honest and sincere. I will ONLY call Ryan Huff and A&A for plumbing needs. Thank you soo much y'all for a pleasant and educational experience. Please use their service, you would never regret it!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I came home from a trip and found out two of our sinks were backed up. I sent EZ Flow a message at 6pm on Labor Day and amazingly, received a message from Bill 5 mins later saying they could be here first thing in the morning.

Bill and Nick showed up at 9am the next morning and fixed the problem within the hour.  Nick was incredibly professional and able to diagnose both sink issues without any problem.  

This was my first plumber experience in Austin and I can definitely say, EZ Flow will be my go to moving forward.

I chose to go with Blue Dragon because of the strong yelp reviews and I was not disappointed! We came back from vacation to our water heater broke and was leaking through a wall.  I called about 5 places and couldn't find anyone to come out, but after I txted Gilbert and told him I was running out of paper towels to dry up the leak he was there in the same day, new hot water heater in hand.  His quote was very reasonable and he was friendly, expeditious, and knowledgeable about other plumbing issues around my house.  The other thing that impressed me is that as soon as I mentioned I was thinking about a hybrid or tankless water heater he mentioned a few places he could refer me to, stating he didn't do those installs.  Instead of trying to talk me out of it, he just said here is someone else who can help, that shows character. I was and am impressed and will use them again.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

This was my first time using AAA Auger Plumbing, and I was not disappointed! They are one of the best plumbing companies I have ever used, and here's why:

About 10 days ago, I could hear what sounded like water running through the pipes in the wall near our water softener in the garage, as well as in the wall by where a pipe burst during the freeze this year (also in the garage). I called out two other plumbing companies, and both of them immediately left the garage and said my leak was in the service line that ran from the main water valve to the house. They both proposed having to dig up my entire front yard to first find the pipe and then hopefully find the leak and fix it. Both quoted about 8 hours to find the leak, and both companies charged $175/hr. This would have cost $1,400 to just find the leak (if they were right about its location), with fixing it costing extra. The first company even charged me a $100 service fee just to come out to the house.

Thank goodness I called AAA Auger Plumbing Services, who sends out a plumber for free to assess the problem! They promptly sent out Adamson, who listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, explained the intricacies of plumbing to me like I'm five, and then told me what he thought the problem was (which made way more sense than the other two plumbing companies told me). He quoted me a very fair price to fix the problem (half what the other two companies had estimated), and then was able to isolate the leaking pipe and cap it to stop the leak quickly and without digging up any part of my yard (which, as it turned out, the leaking pipe was nowhere near the front yard). The quoted price is exactly what I paid, and now I will be using AAA Auger Plumbing for all of my future plumbing issues.

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

Our old unit lasted 13+ years.  Three years ago when it finally died, we bought a new HVAC unit Costing $10,000.00.  It was all great until yesterday.  I came home from being hospitalized and it wasn't blowing cold air or sucking the hot air.
Long story short, the condenser went out.  The gentlemen came out and determined it was our duct system that caused the failure.  We were quoted various amounts and each time the price kept going up.  His final price was over $3700.00!!  This is does not include the condenser at all as it was still under warranty it was for parts and labor.  My question is:  why did your unit last 3 years and our old Generic one last 13 years???

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
