I used Blue Lion for a new toilet install.  I was able to get a quote and book everything through yelp.  It was super convenient and fast. The price was reasonable (cheaper than going through Amazon home or Home Depot).  The plumber was on time, very nice, and did a great job.  He left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Brad was punctual and did an amazing job on two of my faucets. I had very little pressure caused by hard water and he quickly fixed both of them in a timely matter. Thank you Brad!

I found BG Plumbing and Tsanko through Yelp because of the high ratings, and everyone is right!
I had two 20 year old water heaters, one of them leaking. I decided to replace both of them and called Tsanko for advice. I followed his recommendations and scheduled an appointment.
Tsanko and his helper showed up right on time and completed the installation much faster than I expected. Tsanko is very professional, does a quality work and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problem. I will deffinitly use him if I have any problems in the future.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. Have had two great experiences with A & A Plumbing now. Back in May we had our kitchen sink replaced as well as put in a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Chris worked efficiently and completed the work same day. The completed job looked great and has been working well ever since. Unfortunately this month, our main water line broke due to ground shifting. Josh came by same day to diagnosis the problem and help set up what he recommended giving us different estimates depending on the job we wanted to do. We went the long term route and not only got the main line fixed but replaced our water heater and had it installed in the garage rather than the attic where it originally was. Josh and his team came back the next day and had all the work completed. Customer service is also top notch and the receptionist was always helpful & polite whenever I called with any questions.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

We have used them several times over the past 3 years, and each time they have quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem/done the work needed. They have always had availability when needed and have always done great work, even running out and purchasing a new toilet and installing it immediately when the problem with our toilet couldn't be fixed. If you want quality, competitive prices, and fast, friendly service you want to hire Blue Dragon.  I needed 2 toilets serviced. New tank bolts and a new 1/4 turn cutoff valve on one.  A new flange and flange bolts on the other.  Requesting bids via Yelp rocks.  Gilbert responded quickly and his pricing was fair and his billing and scheduling process was up front, clear, and easy to grasp.  True to his word he called in advance of showing up and he showed up on time.  He did all that work in an hour.  It would have taken me all day.  He had all his parts, tools, and stuff needed to avoid making a mess all with him.  He moved through each job so fast i actually missed his putting in the new valve and I was standing right there to watch and learn and lend a hand if needed.  He's a plumbing ninja.  Thumbs up for his killer truck.  Spotless, well organized and well stocked.  None of the bogus I don't have that basic, common part in my dirt wagon truck that looks like a family of possums live in and set a bomb off inside it and now I need to drive to the plumbing supply and I'll be back in an hour BS I had with Johnny Rooter's so called plumber the last time I hired a plumber.  Enough with me bad mouthing what I mistakenly thought was the competition.  Gilbert J and Blue Dragon live up to the reviews and exceeded expectations.  Oh and thanks for the solid recommendation to try the Puerto Rican chicken fricassee at Chago's on N Lamar.  It was great.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

I have been using AAA for over 10 years.  As the winter event was approaching , I knew there could be problems with my plumbing so I got ahead of the game and called on Sunday, February 14th 2021.  I was told at the time, due to the weather the earliest I could get a plumber would be Thursday at 7:30 am February 18th 2021. I told them I suspected that, so to please book me for the 7:30 and I would see them at that time. My water went out that same Sunday , so I was happy to have them on the schedule.

Thursday was an aweful weather day , but I called at 7:30 am to find out where I stood. The fairly rude person that answered the phone said that I would get an update if there people could get to work in the weather. I told them I understood, and wanted to be sure I didn't lose my place in line.  After an full day of snow and no call back from AAA, I called Thursday afternoon and was told that I was still in the system and would get someone out on Friday February 19th 2021.  

After Friday morning passed with no contact, I called them again and was told Yes sir , I see you here you will get a call in 45min to 1hr from dispatch. Friday passed without a single call. After 5 days without running water I was really hoping AAA would help, but they completely dropped the ball and NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. NOT ONCE!!!!

I resolved my water issue on my own, and decided just to wait to see if they WOULD EVER CALL. Friday passed, Saturday, passed, and Sunday passed without a call from AAA Auger. I finally called this Morning February 22, 2021 to ask what happend.. and to cancel any service they might try to schedule.

While one could argue there is an excuse for the service delay (despide the fact I scheduled service well in advance). THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION DURING A CRISIS.

AAA Auger completely let me down in my most urgent time of need. After 10 years of loyal patronage , they showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customer.

I will never use there service again... Pathetic...

Mario did a great job! Will hire again! They came out quickly and got right to work, was finished before noon.

They didn't show up, I gave them all day to make it to my home.  The receptionist didnt even know my name, they were only pulling my appt up by an address instead of my name.  Horrible customer service, lack of attention to detail and personable customer service.  They called me at 3:47 and asked whether or not my home had a warranty which i do not know why this is any of their concern if the home has a warranty or not when all i scheduled was a service.  They received a loan from the government to cover their operational expenses so COVID 19 is just a crutch if thats what they are going to blame for their technician not showing up to my home.  I would look elsewhere, for the sole reason of lack of personable skills from their service receptionists.  They didnt even know my name.  Fucking ridiculous when they want you to spend upwards of 4k dollars for systems they install.  I dont see this company surviving the pandemic.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
