We experienced a partial clog yesterday evening after hours.  I called 1st thing this morning and Adam was out to my residence same day within a few hours.  Service was top notch and the repairs were affordable.  Adam did great and was able to provide multiple solutions to the problem I had.

We had an emergency leak that was causing damage to the drywall. Andrea was the most responsive and communicative, came out quickly to assess the situation and provide their recommendations.  We didn't compare any others since we needed to get this fixed asap but the cost seemed reasonable.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Reasonably priced for services, Martin arrived on time & was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Would highly recommend  and would definitely use again.

I cant say enough nice things about Brad and the service he provides.  In addition to always being prompt, he does a great job in a timely fashion.  He also takes the time to answer any questions and/or look at unrelated issues.  Definitely a good guy and not just trying to make a buck.

Found a leaking valve on my water closet. I broke the PEX at the nipple on the elbow in my bungled repair. Tsanko came the next day at the agreed time. Repaired in about an hour. You can see the quality in the photos. Good price... good work = good value. Good conversation was a bonus. When you need repairs give BG a call. Golf swing is similar to tennis stroke. Good to meet you.

David from People's Choice is AWESOME!  He was very communicative, polite, and timely. We appreciated  his attention to detail, and fair pricing. Alamo Water Softeners has provided my family with great quality soft water/drinking water! They also continue to provide excellent customer service.  I had a few water softener company reps come out, but once we met with Alan, we knew they were the one we wanted to purchase the softener from and do business with.  The no hard sell meeting with Alan was also much appreciated! He was very informative and honest as well. The whole process from the sale to the installation was seamless. The installer was also great to deal with as he was also very knowledgeable and proficient, and answered all my questions patiently. Our home was not pre-plumbed so the installer also took care of that, and I was very worried of all the mess that would occur as it required digging and drilling holes into our walls. At the end, everything was put back in its original state. Anytime I have a question/concern, Trudy is quick to respond. Their water softener has made such a difference in our lives and in our home. A BIG thank you to Ryan H and David for testing my gas lines, fixing a small leak and installing some safety features to my water heater! We will sleep much better starting tonight knowing they checked everything out. They answered all my concerns and questions and explained everything along the way.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

Our old unit lasted 13+ years.  Three years ago when it finally died, we bought a new HVAC unit Costing $10,000.00.  It was all great until yesterday.  I came home from being hospitalized and it wasn't blowing cold air or sucking the hot air.
Long story short, the condenser went out.  The gentlemen came out and determined it was our duct system that caused the failure.  We were quoted various amounts and each time the price kept going up.  His final price was over $3700.00!!  This is does not include the condenser at all as it was still under warranty it was for parts and labor.  My question is:  why did your unit last 3 years and our old Generic one last 13 years???

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
