They were very responsive and had the best value when we needed a water softener uninstalled and another one installed. We called them for a second job as well we were so satisfied with the first experience.

Joaquin was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what our plumbing issues were and gave several options as to go about fixing it. It was a simple unclogging  of the cleanout and he brought out the pipe camera and showed the interior of the pipes. Would  highly recommend and plan to use Andre's Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

Henry at Plumbit responded quickly to a request to fix a drain leak. He diagnosed the issue and was very efficient at making a reliable repair for a fair price. Professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

After my water heater went belly up last night, the first thing I had to do this morning was to find a decent plumber. I consulted yelp and read many of the 5 star reviews for BG Plumbing. It seems everybody loves this company and its hardworking and honest owner who does all the work himself.  I called and received an appointment for that morning. Sure enough he arrived on time as all reviews had claimed and did a first class job quickly and professionally.  Thank you Yelp and all the people who reviewed BG Plumbing, you saved me a lot of headache.  I can't write a better review then the ones I've read they where all absolutely correct. Send me a text, show me the problem  Wow, this was after the guy David and I had a long talk about my water heater problem ... I asked him about price and it was out of my budget at this point, because of not knowing what was actually wrong with  the water heater . But clearly he was concerned about my situation so he said take picture of the leak and texted it to me and let me see if I can access and try to give you a more definitive price.
After a couple of photo texts  he accessed the situation and said barring that there is no other problems.... this would be the price $$ but if there's other issues after we get there then the price will go up to this $$. A young man by the name of Stephen  called shortly after I text  David and he said he was on his way and promptly showed up very courteous, respectful and professional and quoted me a price less than what was quoted earlier I was happy to pay what was quoted earlier but he said don't worry just do a Yelp he also informed me of another potential problem which at this time I couldn't take care of however I will be using them again in the future in about a month. I know I've only use them once and for short period of time but I do highly recommend them and will be recommending them to my friends.
What I liked about the conversation on the  phone: it was not standardize he did not talk to me like this was just business as usual he actually talk to me like I was a human on the other line if he were a doctor people would say he had a great bedside manner I'm just saying he wasn't trying to make a sale he was just being for real and honest. I guess it doesn't get any better than that.  -

He walked me through every step of the process and took the time to make sure I was happy with every detail of the installation. Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

The water line to my toilet in my condo was leaking. I found EZ Flow on Yelp and called at 8pm Friday. They called back immediately and came out the next day. Great guys very polite and professional. I just saved there number in my phone would not consider using anyone else in the future.

He told me that it would be about a week out for this particular job and I was totally willing to wait (because of all of the positive reviews already on here). He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone which I was ok with and scheduled the job

After he came out, the job actually took a little less time than he thought  it would so he was in and out and therefore the cost was a bit less than I expected even. He is not motivated to take his time like other plumbers and take as long as possible on jobs so that you are stuck paying more and more for the hourly fees. He is super professional, very friendly (loved my dog), and DANG good at what he does.

I have found my new plumber for any and all jobs that I can possibly use him in the future and already referred him to a friend who needed to get some plumbing work done. The only negative I have to say about him is that he doesn't have a clone - because I imagine once the word keeps spreading like this it will be tough sledding to get him! He is just that great!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

They answer the phone, they respond quickly, they keep you updated on arrival time.
They were professional, friendly and very fair with their pricing.

Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
