We experienced a partial clog yesterday evening after hours.  I called 1st thing this morning and Adam was out to my residence same day within a few hours.  Service was top notch and the repairs were affordable.  Adam did great and was able to provide multiple solutions to the problem I had.

Very professional and we had them help out at our property we manage. They came promptly and evaluated the situation with the utmost professionalism. I even refered them to my parents.

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

Brad hasn't even left yet and I'm already excited to leave this review. First of all, he answered my request for a quote in less than one business day and was super easy to schedule with. Then, he showed up exactly on time and was able to explain the problem with my leaky faucets in a way that I understood. He finished the repairs I asked him out for and asked if I needed anything else today; I said no and he went to put his tools in the truck. By the time he came back I had decided to ask him about my toilet that was always making a running sound, and he immediately set out to fix it. Just had our new water softener installed by Alamo water systems in San Antonio, TX.  Efrain and Eddie did a great job with the install.  When they came out they found another way to install install our system which saved us $300!  They also provided two quick shut offs for the system, one for the whole house and one for the outside hose bibs.  They even helped me drain the hotwater heater.

The sales lady Sarah was also really helpful and very nice.  Their was no pressure to buy.  The entire process was truly a great experience.  I believe these guys are an outstanding company and I would definately recommend them.  They were also $2,000 cheaper than culligan for a better system.

Outstanding!  I called at 5:30pm yesterday and was able to schedule a plumber for today anytime between 8-12am.  I got a call about 8:05 saying they were on their way...awesome!  Chris and his assistant were very professional (courteous, polite, punctual, attentive, etc.).  He diagnosed the problem (leak at water meter in front yard), offered options (with no aggressive up-sell), and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.  He also did a quick walk-thru inspection of my house and made a couple recommendations for minor things I can do, plus he identified that my water heater is leaking.  He again offered options with no aggressive up-sell and didn't push it when I declined (for now).  I will definitely be using A&A as my plumber from now on!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I highly recommend EZ flow plumbing!  I had a leak in my water heater and Bill came within 2 hours of receiving my call.  The problem was fixed in no time and his service was worth every penny.

I had called Gilbert for bunch of small odd jobs and he did great job. I did find the total price charged to be a little on higher side (for small jobs) but still giving all stars for the prompt and quality service. Gilbert is going to add the details for his hourly charge and the extra charges (30 min for travel + $25 truck charge) on his website also, so there are no surprises.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

What do you mean I have a $200 water bill?? I'm not even home! Something's got to be wrong...but what to do? I'll tell you what I did. I called these guys. They showed up within an hour of my call and located the problem. Damned trees! I love em, but they went after my pipes because, well, that's what they do. Either way, an hour later and I was back in business. Courteous, reliable, efficient. The end.

It's very hard to find an honest plumber with fair prices. Pete and his team have proven several times to be a group of plumbers who are knowledgeable, prompt to provide service within the day or day after, and with fair prices. And that is very hard to find with plumbers. Also what I love is that Pete gives you a fair set price before hand without any last minute surprises like other plumbers do.

Taylor took great care of me and made sure I got an appointment right away.  She even called back after the service to make sure everything went OK and to see if I had any additional questions.  Troy was very professional and even put up with all my questions!  In this day when service sometimes seems non-existent, I really appreciate the service John Wayne provides!  They definitely know how to take care of their customers!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
