Anchor plumbing did work foe me twice. Last time I called them on Saturday and they came to the house quickly and did outstanding job. Thank you!

Fair estimate provided by Andre himself. We scheduled the service for the next day and the plumbers arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently did the repair exactly per the estimate. They even did a little extra. They cleaned up after themselves and were out of here in no time. Excellent service with fair and honest pricing. It's hard to beat Andre's Pro Plumbing.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

They came and installed a water softener and an RO system, and did a good job. They did asked for payment before the project was complete, but were understanding of why that wasn't a good alternative for us. They also claimed to have a warranty on plumbing related to the project, but now, several months later we've developed a leak from the RO faucet coming from our counter and they are refusing to even look at it claiming it's a faulty RO system sight unseen. I don't plan on hiring them again as I'm sure there are plenty of alternatives that won't miss these finer points.

Brad is a fantastic guy, very professional, friendly and courteous. You couldn't ask for a better person to take care of whatever you need with pride. I've been working with him for two years now and he's been a pleasure to work with.

My standard line is, plumbers are worth every nickel they extort from us. In this instance, however, not only was the service fast and professional, but I wasn't extorted: the fee was very reasonable.

Particularly as it was done on Saturday, they responded quickly and arrived in less than two hours. And Roger Morin, the guy that showed up, is a prince. I had to hurry him out the door before my wife adopted him.

All in all, a great find.

Scheduled an appointment to replace my broken garbage disposal.  Tsanko was very prompt and polite.  He recommended a variety of garbage disposals at different price points over the phone and installed the one I requested.

During the installation he was very quiet and he was able to finish without any fuss or mess.  I now have a sink that drains properly with a new garbage disposal.  Thank you!

We came home the day after Christmas, and noticed the hot water pressure was low and quickly discovered the hose on the water heater had ripped off and was spraying water everywhere. We turned to Yelp and saw People's Choice had great reviews and even a coupon. We gave them a call and quickly got a hold of someone - we explained the problem and sent pictures of the issue as they advised so they could provide some guidance. David was patient in explaining his recommendations and they were able to come by that afternoon, keeping in regular communication with us to keep us posted on time. David was able to replace the hose to stop the spraying - due to other appointments, he wasn't able to fix the pilot light at that time, but provided his feedback on how we could fix and advised to call him the next day if we still couldn't get it lit. Luckily, we were able to let the heater dry out and were able to get a light...but I appreciated that he followed up with us a few days later to make sure things were good and if there was anything else we needed. We'll definitely use People's Choice in the future if we run into any plumbing issues again!

Great service, they fix my water softener and did the throughout service, even when my unit is from a different brand,  they were very profesional and honest, went beyond their duties.  
They came back with a new part needed , installed it pretty quick and a very reasonably price, they did not over charge and gave me free advice.

I do not post often but had to speak up for A & A Plumbing. They  completed plumbing for my bathroom renovation. Joey, the technician did an excellent job with changing the plumbing from standard builder grade tub and faucet to a claw foot tub and deck mount faucet. Now the pipes are coming out of the floor. His expertise on exposed pipe rain shower fixtures showed in the excellent installation of it. I could not be more pleased with this company. Very professional and neat. Always kept me informed on the progress and any issues. No surprises or additional costs. Bid was right on the money. AWESOME job!!!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Yep...these guys knock it out of the park!  I've used them twice now.  This time I accidentally dumped the washrag with the mopwater into my toilet and wasn't able to retrieve it and the toilet water started backing up.  Argh!  

I called EZ Flow just to get advice but since no one answered, I didn't bother leaving a VM message.  Despite this, Bill called me back within 2 min.  I was amazed.  Furthermore, my address was now outside of their normal operating area (their biz has grown that large) but he made an exception to fit me in the very next morning sending his guys to drive across town during rush hour traffic.    
Emilio (Master Plumber) is one of the most genuinely friendly, and courteous people I've ever met.   He totally remembered me from the service call 8 mos prior.

We had Blue Dragon out to our house to install a new water heater in our house. He was fantastic!  He prepared us for the installation and gave us tips for making the job cheaper.  He was very knowledgable and efficient.  We will use him again when we need a plumber!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Jayson, one of the plumbers from AAA Auger, just left after doing some good work. Our kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly, so he pinpointed the issue and was able to replace the so-called nipples that connect the internal pipes to the faucet and install a brand new faucet. He worked pretty quickly and didn't take all day like other plumbers said they would need to, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from competitors. Additionally, he was able to honor the coupon right here on Yelp which was great. I would definitely have Jayson come back out for any other plumbing issues that we may come across down the road!

Last week my ac stopped working and a tech from John Wayne came out to fix it. He was right on time and even called ahead so I was expecting him. After checking over the whole ac, he pointed out several problems it was having as well as the immediate issue, which was that a lizard had shorted out the electric on the outside unit. With each issue he talked about he showed me the part and took photos as well.  After he checked everything he gave an estimate to fix each part individually as well as gave a quote on how much it was to just get the system going again as well as a quote on what a new system would cost (my husband had requested that info) which I appreciated. As it turns out my husband decided that we should consider getting a new system and got several quotes through the week and John Wayne was the best deal. So this coming weekend we are getting a whole new ac installed and I will update if I have to change my stellar review. The tech has gone above and beyond making himself available for any questions and stopping by to fill out paperwork too. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
-UPDATE: I just had my one year service checkup and am absolutely glad that I signed up for the club membership.  A small monthly fee is definitely worth the $396 in savings that I had just from replacing the UV light, filter and an outside coil! The technician who cam to my home was professional, friendly and helpful. I am very glad to have chosen Jon Wayne for our AC and water heater needs.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
