Great attitude!! Initially, the quote for purchase and installation of an ADA compliant toilet seemed high, but it was comparable to the purchase + Installation from a big box store. The single biggest benefit was that I just had Achilles surgery and they were able to leave and pick up the proper toilet to install with a few hours. Took very little time and installation is certainly professionally done!

Forgot to write this review from work Joaquin completed for us in January of last year.  We did our master bathroom and replaced a single sink vanity with a double sink vanity.  We did everything ourselves minus needing someone to do the plumbing for the dual sink.  

We experienced a small installation delay when his company had a small COVID issue but we were rescheduled quickly and the job was completed beyond our satisfaction. The attention to detail was some of the best I have seen my any plumber that was done work for us at any of our homes the last 15 years.  

Price was more than fair and well less than other companies that wanted to run and plumb a second drain and water line versus just splitting off what was there.  Would use again for any plumbing work!

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the  kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.

Brad came out and got that drain cleared. Had a different plumber come out and insist I was on a septic system and that is need 2 lift stations for 12k.  Brad snaked and replaced a bad p trap and drain basket. Reasonable price, called a few times to keep me posted on arrival time. We'll keep his magnet on the fridge and he'll alwAys be our first call when we need a plumber.

Bless my soul!  I had no idea a business like this could actually exist in this day and age.  The fantastic reviews led us to call these fellows and let me verify, they are legit.  I can't say enough good things about this company to do them justice.  They sent someone out to our house sooner than I expected, identified the problem and helped us find a solution for so much less than I'd feared.  All my prior experience with plumbers was negative, so this was a wonderful surprise.  Plumb Smart is an aptly named company that I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I found Tsanko on Yelp. I wanted to install a water softener unit in my new home and read many of the wonderful reviews. Tsanko was a pleasure to work with. One of the best experiences a new home owner could have. I have recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers. The man is a hard worker and has integrity.

We got a random pipe leak right before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving. David was not the first plumber we called but was responsive, professional, and was clearly very experienced. The first company immediately jumped to the worst case scenario, and were threatening thousands of dollars for the repair.  David came out for a free preliminary estimate and was very upfront about his pricing to diagnose the source of the leak, which we greatly appreciated. He was able to work us in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was able to quickly find the source of the leak and fix it for a very reasonable and fair price.  He truly saved out Thanksgiving holiday since we were having to keep the water off before the leak was fixed.  We would absolutely recommend this company for plumbing needs and emergencies.

This company is the real deal. We weren't pre-plumbed for the softener and had gotten bids from others on digging to find where the water came in. I was on the phone talking to Dallas, a member of the sales team, trying to explain where the water main was at my house. We ended up on FaceTime so I could walk him around my property (Covid 19 precautions.) I instantly trusted him. He was so knowledgable, not at all pushy, and answered all of my questions. I called him back when I thought of other questions. We texted back and forth. Throughout the whole process he was patient and helpful. The other companies I talked to were going to just put a drain out to the yard, but Dallas asked about the location of our laundry room and as it turns out they were able to rout the brine out to the septic system, without having to dig a line all the way over there.

Last year we had another company come and dig for two hours, charge us $500 and never found the line. We gave up until a few weeks ago. When we decided on Alamo their crew came out and found it within 30 minutes, in the SAME place the other company had dug! Alamo's installation process was fast and efficient. And then Blake came out later to install our reverse osmosis filter and he and Bishop were so professional and great to work with.

There's a reason Alamo has five stars. They are honest, experienced, hardworking and affordable. I am super happy with my new system!

Outstanding!  I called at 5:30pm yesterday and was able to schedule a plumber for today anytime between 8-12am.  I got a call about 8:05 saying they were on their way...awesome!  Chris and his assistant were very professional (courteous, polite, punctual, attentive, etc.).  He diagnosed the problem (leak at water meter in front yard), offered options (with no aggressive up-sell), and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.  He also did a quick walk-thru inspection of my house and made a couple recommendations for minor things I can do, plus he identified that my water heater is leaking.  He again offered options with no aggressive up-sell and didn't push it when I declined (for now).  I will definitely be using A&A as my plumber from now on!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I called EZ Flow Pluming to help my clients with a second opinion on a plumbing issue with their house they were purchasing.  I spoke with Bill the owner and requested they come out on short notice and on a Saturday afternoon at that and Bill was happy to accommodate.  Brian was the representative who came out to the property to inspect the issue.  Brian was professional, polite and able to resolve the issue quickly and make the necessary repairs on the spot.  My clients were instantly put at ease and we were able to move forward with confidence the issue had been resolved and my clients purchased their new home.  In addition to this, Bill called it to my attention immediately once they had received payment twice for services rendered.  Great honest folks!  I am so thankful for Brian, Bill and EZ Flow Plumbing.  I recommend them hands down any day! ~ Kari Lichman

Gilbert came out quickly and took care of all the little plumbing projects listed from a home inspection report.  He was courteous and even saved the life of a gecko that was in a bathroom drain!  I'd call Gilbert again without hesitation!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

Once again AAA Auger to the rescue! After going with a different plumbing company that was underprepared, uncommunicative, and lacked the wear with all to do the job he started AAA Auger came in within 1 hour, found the main line and spent the next day finishing up why the previous plumber couldn't seem to manage. Thank you AAA Auger. We will have you to the top off next!

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.

Bait and switch to hook you on services.  Too expensive abs not returning calls after they got paid.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
