Forgot to write this review from work Joaquin completed for us in January of last year.  We did our master bathroom and replaced a single sink vanity with a double sink vanity.  We did everything ourselves minus needing someone to do the plumbing for the dual sink.  

We experienced a small installation delay when his company had a small COVID issue but we were rescheduled quickly and the job was completed beyond our satisfaction. The attention to detail was some of the best I have seen my any plumber that was done work for us at any of our homes the last 15 years.  

Price was more than fair and well less than other companies that wanted to run and plumb a second drain and water line versus just splitting off what was there.  Would use again for any plumbing work!

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

Great company and I will have all of my plumbing needs met by Blue Lion in the future!

I called to schedule an appointment to have a tub spout replaced. His hours clearly state 8-7pm. He said he wouldn't meet me at 5pm anytime during the week. I could understand not wanting to do a major job late in the day, but a tub spout replacement shouldn't require a 3 hour block. I give 3 stars because he answered the phone promptly, but the response wasn't what I was expecting.

Asked for a quote to disconnect two 40gal water heaters, remove from attic and connect two tankless water heaters and a soft water system.  The technician (Gabe) and owner (Cody) were straight forward, professional and offered expert advice without trying to up-sale unnecessary options.  Highly recommend!!!!

Yelp does it again.  I needed a reliable plumber who would charge a fair price and was impressed by Tsanko's 5 star rating.  I had a poorly installed kitchen sink faucet that I could not tighten. Tsanko quoted $145.00 to remove the faucet, drilled out the plywood backing and reinstalled the faucet.  He sowed up right on time, was neat in his work and charged his quoted price even though it took longer to complete than expected as it is a tight space to work in.  I will definitely use him again.

The WORST!!! Cut holes in my wall he didn't need, cut the pipe wrong, took forever. Didn't know what he was doing. Boss kept calling every few minutes, obviously not too confident in his employee either. The owner was rude and talked down to me, and they were OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE

Dave, our technician, contradicted what other plumbers were advising and saved us from having to shell out $2,500 - $3,000 for a new system. He was able to repair the existing water softener which was already 11 years old, and give us another 5+ years on life. He finished the process in under two hours and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this firm.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I called with clogged sink problem at our business that i needed a quick response on. It was Friday afternoon at 1pm and the plumber showed up in 2 hours (as quoted) and got it working in 30 minutes.

Very easy to work with, they did the job well, and I would call them again.

Had some issues with hot water pressure. I requested a quote early Saturday morning over Yelp (non-emergency) and Gilbert responded within minutes to set up an early afternoon appointment.

Like I told Gilbert, I learned a lot about how I wasn't taking care of my water heater. The guy was a pro and had me back up and running within 90 minutes.

When my old water heater finally kicks the bucket I'll be using Gilbert and team to replace.

Bonus point to them for teaching me how to flush the water heater...most homeowners are probably as unaware as I was.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

This will be a short review because it turns out my issue wasn't as tough as I initially thought, lol.

I thought the water connection to my dishwasher was out, so I had an appt scheduled for today. They came, checked, and turned out the water valve was just turned off. They turned it on and voila! My dishwasher works again. I feel so dumb and like a total girl, but they were so nice. They even checked out my bathroom sink at my husband's request to ensure he installed our new faucet correctly. They didn't find any leaks, and they said to give my hubs a high five!

Will call on them again in the future.

This plumbing company is absolutely wonderful. At first I thought price was a little steep for a quote but they replaced a part and came back when I still had an issue with the same faucet for free! Every employee has come to my home has been very nice and professional. I definitely recommend elite plumbing and as a new homeowner will be utilizing their services for any future problems! I have been a homeowner for many years. Over the years I have hired a number of skilled people. Some of them have been good and some not so good. The WORST was a plumber from John Wayne. He caused damage to my property. It was the single worst experience dealing with a company I have ever had in my life. I have told everyone from family to friends, and I am considering calling the news.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
