I contacted Anchor Plumbing on a Saturday, and within a short time, Paul the Owner responded back. I explained the work that needed to get done, and his quote was inline with what other plumbing companies quoted me. I appreciate that he messaged me back on Yelp and had called me back. On Sunday, I reached back out and scheduled work for later in the week. Paul confirmed the date and window time on a Sunday afternoon and followed up the day before work with a more concrete time. On the day of, Henry called and said he was 30 minutes away. Henry was very nice and professional, and he took care of the three plumbing items that were needed in the house. The final cost was still inline with the original amount quoted over the phone (although they would have discussed additional costs if the plumbing issue was a different issue than originally expected). We would be happy to use Anchor Plumbing in the future, and we're glad we chose them for our recent plumbing needs.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the  kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.

Brad is great! I've had him to my house twice to help with plumbing issues. He's meticulous and thorough and somehow also pretty fast. He also takes the time to explain things to you and is a very nice person.

My jobs included installation of new garbage disposal, unclog tub, new toilet mechanisms, fix tub issue with water from shower, and install new kitchen faucet. Brad always helps me know what to purchase in advance, and he is thoughtful about not over-spending. He also has some basics in his truck, which he used this last time around to fix some issues.

His rates are reasonable and the work is first-rate. I'll definitely use Brad's services again.

Bless my soul!  I had no idea a business like this could actually exist in this day and age.  The fantastic reviews led us to call these fellows and let me verify, they are legit.  I can't say enough good things about this company to do them justice.  They sent someone out to our house sooner than I expected, identified the problem and helped us find a solution for so much less than I'd feared.  All my prior experience with plumbers was negative, so this was a wonderful surprise.  Plumb Smart is an aptly named company that I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I found Tsanko on Yelp. I wanted to install a water softener unit in my new home and read many of the wonderful reviews. Tsanko was a pleasure to work with. One of the best experiences a new home owner could have. I have recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers. The man is a hard worker and has integrity.

Such great customer service.  Tracy had fantastic communication from the beginning. Juan and Steven were on time and quick with the work.  They explained the fees and fixed the issues.  Super personable and professional.  Will use them for all future issues.

AWS is the best. Always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Their product works very well, to boot. They are also quick to help you help yourself if you are interested in saving money, with guidance on how to do some things without needing to call them.

A BIG thank you to Ryan H and David for testing my gas lines, fixing a small leak and installing some safety features to my water heater! We will sleep much better starting tonight knowing they checked everything out. They answered all my concerns and questions and explained everything along the way.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

We live in SW Austin where the city water has very high pressure 100-120 psi. Our water Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) had gone out. The city should pay for PRV due to excessive water pressure.  Normal city residential pressure 60-80 psi.
I used my exterior faucet water pressure gage on my exterior faucet and bled the excess pressure overnight to 45-50 psi until I could find a good plumber.

EZ Flow Plumbing workers Theo and Paul came to my home. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable in replacing our PRV. They adjusted the new PRV per city specifications and my satisfaction. (City inspector came by today and PRV installation passed.)

Theo and Paul cleaned up all of their surroundings and gave me instructions of how to adjust the PRV without damaging it by loosing the under lock first, then the top nut screw or he PRV will malfunction for a new one.

EZ Plumbing is the best and have good reasonable prices with quality and durable products. 5 Stars indeed.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

Got great service from AAA Auger last Sat.  Had a backed up drain to the kitchen sink and washer.  Phoned AAA Auger due to other positive comments & the coupon in the phone directory.  A human answered the phone & quickly had me scheduled for an appointment for mid-afternoon that same day.  Harold (72) & Joseph (43) came to fix the problem and were very professional, competent, helpful, and went the extra mile for us.  We were very pleased with their service and the whole experience with AAA Auger, San Antonio.  Thanks!

I'm not gonna lie, I've been eyeballing disposals since I moved into my new house. My old life did not involve a screen over my drain and produce matter in varying stages of decomposition in a compost bucket on our kitchen counter.

I didn't want one of those anemic one-third horsepower disposals. I wanted the sort of disposal that could safely dispose of such a disposal. I wanted something that takes rice and coffee grinds or an InSinkErator 1/3 HP Disposal and eats it for lunch. So I waited and eventually Costco had an American Standard on sale - running a whopping 1.25 horsepower for $69.99. Good luck installing it [cackle], the cashier said to me on the way out, as he laughed in an evil fore-shadowy manner. So rather then mess up my plumbing and causing a leak under my sink like last time I decided to hire a pro.

It's a garbage disposal Michael, how much can it cost to install, ten dollars?

Turns out its not that cheap. $250 from my plumber, the guy who has done work on my house before. I told him I would get a few quotes and call back, which was a lie.

Mr. Rooter thought my sink was made of gold or something, because they quoted me $240 - $340. Beyer plumbing: unable to provide a quote without a phone number, yuck. BG: $175. My plumber texts, he's down to $175 b/c he realizes I'm a repeat customer.

Meanwhile Pete from Elite responded quickly to the online quote request, was at $125 flat rate, and was able to schedule someone to be here in an hour or so even though my request was not a time sensitive one. It was a no brainer.

I had a second plumbing issue - a contractor had routed my dishwasher drain cord through a cabinet. Elite helped me fix that on-site as well at additional charge. Overall great service and I'm super happy with the disposal installation.

I am very happy with our new AC unit.  We have had a few issues with the ERwire connection but JonWayne service has come as soon as they can to fix the problem.  What I mean by soon is usually the same day or next morning which is outstanding in my book.  The last time a flap was installed which appears to have fixed the problem for good.  Thank you for the great customer service!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
