They were very responsive and had the best value when we needed a water softener uninstalled and another one installed. We called them for a second job as well we were so satisfied with the first experience.

Excellent service! Received a quote within minutes and had service within hours. Would easily recommend this plumber to a friend or family member. They came out before a holiday weekend and were honest and upfront about costs, expectations, and arrival time.

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

Just called to see if they Service the Kirby area, Receptionist wasn't sure. She left to try and find out, however, she wanted to know what the problem was, before she could tell me if they would be able to service this area. Not sure why it mattered with 5 Star Ratings. Oh, well, I told her I would look for another Plumbing Company.

Hired Brad again, this time for a different plumbing job.  Polite, professional, reasonable, prompt.  I trust Brad to do what's needed -- no more, no less, no nonsense.  I'll keep his number handy for the future.

Initially there was a communication problem but Cody, the CEO, quickly straightened thins out.  From then onthey were attentive, on time, and did great work.  We'll definitely use them again!

A friend called Tsanko about putting in gas pipes in a kitchen. The place is not in Fremont, so it is out of his way. But he was super nice to agree to take a look before turning down the job. Atfer the visit, he agree to take on the job, and because of the location, he even agreed to work on it on a Sat. Wonderful guy! Long story short, the best and most important feedback about Tsanko  is he did a FANTASTIC job. He is PUNCTUAL (on both visits), THOROUGH, CLEAN, CAREFUL. And he gives you a peace of mind that the job is well done.

People's Choice Plumbing were FANTASTIC! They were very friendly, showed up on time, and provided great customer service. My grandmother had a water leak and David and his crew worked in the rain until it the job was done. They provided me with text updates and pictures and I couldn't be happier with their service. We had our reverse osmosis and water softener serviced by David today. What a pleasant experience-he was courteous, on time, knowledgeable and careful to clean everything up.

First of all, they were here when promised!  I loved that they send you a bio of who is coming over prior to their arrival and called ahead of time!  Secondly, Ryan was awesome!  He gave me options of how I wanted to proceed with the needed repair of my toilet!  They (Ryan and his assistant, David) allowed me to choose the best option for my budget with full disclosure of what each option would cost and how long it should last!  They did the needed repair very quickly, wore shoe covers, were neat, very friendly and provided DISCOUNTS!!  YEAH for discounts!  I did not have a plumber prior to this experience, so I looked here on Yelp!  Due to the great ratings, I decided to try A&A Plumbing...guess what...they are my new GO-TO plumber!  Will ONLY use them from now on!  Great customer service at a very fair price!!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

My rental property had a huge spike in the water bill and while I was waiting (endlessly) for the water company to look into it, I decided to call EZ Flow plumbing.  Emilio came out to examine and identify the problem (a leaking water softener) and provided a free estimate for the repair along with the replacement water heater that was going to be needed.

A few days later he was there to do the installations.  In less than 4 hours, he had the old equipment removed and hauled away and the new equipment installed.  He even found a larger water heater but kept to the original estimate he had quoted me.  The problem is fixed and I'd recommend EZ Flow without hesitation.

Gilbert was awesome. Came by the same day, helped fix my plumbing issue and got me on my way. Super nice guy and rates were reasonable.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

A week ago, we called AAA Auger (#aaaauger)to unclog our sewage main at a price of $350.  A day later, we are still having issues.  We had to go out of town for 3 days and since we've gotten back, our sewage line has backed up 3 more times.  They elected NOT to warranty their work because they said there were roots growing in our pipe (of course, there is no real evidence of that since they wanted to charge another $250 just to run a camera down the line).  I understand that we live in an older house and that the possibility of there being a collapse somewhere in the line exists, however, for $350 they should exhaust all means of finding the root cause of the issue before suggesting we spend another $5000 to replace everything.  Now, a week later they want to charge another $150 to do the same thing they did a week ago.  NOT a satisfied customer!!!  I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

Three years ago we decided to go with Jon Wayne to install a new HVAC system complete with new ductwork.  They have been good in coming for the routine maintenance on the system, the most recent being in February.   Last night the system quit working so we called for service at 7 am today, Friday.  We were told that all technicians were busy but they would try to get somebody out today.  Now we have been told that for sure no technician is available today (at 7:55 pm).  We have been told that we are on the urgency list for tomorrow, however if there is nobody available, somebody will be out for sure on Sunday. At this point, this has made us regret the decision to go with this company.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
