Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. I will definitely call them for all my Plumbing needs & I Highly Recommend Them. Everything that was  needed for the job was on His truck. Thank you for giving me my kitchen back .

Really phenomenal experience! I've had several SA plumber/repair experiences with my house/appliances and by far Blue Lion plumbing was the BEST! Our water heater was going bad and not only did they give us a fair and fast online quote (which was one of the more affordable options that included a warranty) they followed up a few days later to double check if we had questions. We were actually saving up for the water heater replacement during that time. Then, all of a sudden we came home one evening and the old water heater was leaking water into the carpet. I sent a message around midnight and had a response by 7am the next morning and they FIT us into their schedule the very next day! Heather and Martin are fantastic! Really impressed and will absolutely call them again if we have any plumbing needs! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable price. Really can't beat that! :-)

Brad hasn't even left yet and I'm already excited to leave this review. First of all, he answered my request for a quote in less than one business day and was super easy to schedule with. Then, he showed up exactly on time and was able to explain the problem with my leaky faucets in a way that I understood. He finished the repairs I asked him out for and asked if I needed anything else today; I said no and he went to put his tools in the truck. By the time he came back I had decided to ask him about my toilet that was always making a running sound, and he immediately set out to fix it. As a single woman, it can be a little dicey to have repair men in and out of the house and trust that I'm not getting a run around, so Brad B. was a serious breath of fresh air. My water heater in my rental home went out while my tenant was away to tend to her health. I needed a company to come in as soon as possible to replace it with a reliable option, great warranty and fix a broken exterior pipe from the freeze. I reached out to PlumbSmart and they took care of me day of. My tenant was able to come home and take a hot shower with no worries. I would call on them and recommend them to anyone I know.

A friend called Tsanko about putting in gas pipes in a kitchen. The place is not in Fremont, so it is out of his way. But he was super nice to agree to take a look before turning down the job. Atfer the visit, he agree to take on the job, and because of the location, he even agreed to work on it on a Sat. Wonderful guy! Long story short, the best and most important feedback about Tsanko  is he did a FANTASTIC job. He is PUNCTUAL (on both visits), THOROUGH, CLEAN, CAREFUL. And he gives you a peace of mind that the job is well done.

I have used People's Choice Plumbing now for my past three plumbing instances. Each time, they have been professional, courteous and very prompt. They even scheduled an earlier visit due to my urgent situation. I and definitely a satisfied customer!

This company is absolutely wonderful to deal with. My parents had them  install one of their water softeners many years ago, and I've had them out for several service calls since.  Once they replumbed the pipes so that the whole house could have soft water,  and they've checked out the system several times between tenants.   They are reliable, friendly, and the service technicians take great pains to make sure I understand all the facets of the system and the equipment.   I recommend this company highly!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

These guys were immediately responsive to my request.   They were on time and got the job done quickly.  They were very professional and did good work for a reasonable price.

I had a stopped up kitchen sink full of dirty water and debris. I found Blue Dragon on Yelp along with a few others. I gave them all a call and Gilbert was the only one who called me back right away. He thankfully squeezed my job into his busy schedule, and basically headed right over to my place despite the bad traffic (this was around 5pm). My sink is now draining perfectly. Not only is Gilbert a skilled and dependable plumber, he's a really nice guy. He'll be getting my business from now on.

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task.

Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done.

I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!

I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!

I have to say, this was the most pleasant home repair experience I've ever had. From the beginning phone call I made at 3 am (emergency leak the day after Christmas) to the completion of the job, everything was handled with such professionalism and courtesy. JJ was timely, friendly, knowledgable, personable and never wasted a minute! My repair was somewhat complex but he went above & beyond to get it done as quickly as possible & as economical. He even went out of his way to reassure me (as he traveled up & down the stairs) that everything would be fine. I'm sure you can imagine my worry of the total, being it was the day after Christmas. But even that was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this company to anyone, and ask for JJ! He's a giant of a guy, but has a giant heart as well. Thanks again for your honesty, friendliness & professionalism. You saved our holidays, Happy New Year!

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

Spent 15 minutes replacing a $25 part and when I received the invoice in large letters it said no warranty or guarantee!  What kind of business doesn't guarantee their work at least for 30 days?!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
