We found this business to be very responsive.  Their representative, Adam Purvis was very knowledgeable and made an extra effort to educate me in the operations of the equipment he was there to check.  He was thorough in his job and communicated well.  The company then presented us with three quotes from which we could choose.  After the solution was chosen he went right to work.  He did not stop till the project was complete and everything was properly tested.

We had an emergency leak that was causing damage to the drywall. Andrea was the most responsive and communicative, came out quickly to assess the situation and provide their recommendations.  We didn't compare any others since we needed to get this fixed asap but the cost seemed reasonable.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast!  Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost.  Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. I'm so extremely happy with how awesome the new kitchen faucet looks. Now I have my plumbing company for life! :) THANK YOU TEAM BLUE LION!

Garbage company.  Incredibly unprofessional on the phone and disrespectful.  I guess you are what you clean.

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!.
My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business.

After checking Yelp for highly rated plumbers that specialize in tankless water heaters in Fremont, BG Plumbing was one of two companies that stood out. When the first plumber didn't call back promptly, I called Tsanko this morning just after 8:30 am, explained that our unit had developed a tiny leak and wasn't working, and he said he could come by around 9 or 9:15.

Tsanko showed up right on time, and quickly diagnosed part of the problem (one of the end-caps inside the unit was slightly loose - and possibly had been since we got the unit a year and a half ago). If that had been it, he wasn't even going to charge us. However, it turned out that one of the sensors also wasn't working properly, and while talking to Navian's tech support, he removed and disassembled the small sensor, got it functioning properly, and hooked everything back up. That did the trick, and things are now back to normal. He also caught the fact that the unit had been incorrectly set to 110 degrees, even though the remote said 120 degrees (something that our contractor obviously missed). It took him just over an hour from start to finish, and the $95 price (his hourly rate) seemed reasonable.

I found Tsanko to be very friendly, methodical, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience all around, and it's nice to know that BG Plumbing is close by if we have any future problems.

People's Choice Plumbing was quick to respond and as a result fixed my claw foot tub which had not been draining properly since my husband and I purchased our home a year and a half ago. David was courteous and on time, I let him know I was trying to surprise my husband before he came back from a trip and David and his team stepped up to the challenge. I am grateful as we have not been able to use this tub and now I get to enjoy it!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. Called Bill and Theo at EZ Flow Plumbing for an estimate. They came out same day. Another plumber had told me I had a cracked pipe but he did not have a scope to look at it. Bill had all the right equipment, carefully checked my lines and NO CRACKS! Could have gouged me and sold me repairs I did not need, but they were honest and friendly explained my options from the most extreme to the easiest (and cheapest). Went with a middle of the road approach and I am very satisfied. I have already scheduled EZ Flow to work on a rental property I have starting tomorrow.

Blue Dragon came to the Rescue.  I was having a toilet issue and tried to fix ourselves as we had no go to plumber!  Fixing it ourselves was of no use so I went to Yelp.  Blue Dragon had great reviews so I called; totally prepared to wait a few days.  Gilbert answered, asked some specific questions and said he would get back with me an on estimate on when he could get out.  He called back a few hours later saying he had finished a project up early and could come out that very day.  He was on time and got to work.  He fixed the toilet and gave some recommendations to solve possible future problems.  He was very nice, very professional and his rates were reasonable.  I now have a GO TO Plumber with Gilbert and Blue Dragon Plumbing!

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

We have used this company 3 times in the past 12 months.  There is no extra charge for weekends or after-hours calls, and estimates are free.  Our workmen have always been respectful and knowledgeable, and have solved our problems quickly.  The estimate is the actual price you pay, and many times they add an unexpected discount.  (Last time we got a certain amount off for being patient in awaiting our plumber.)  We will call this company any time that we have plumbing needs!

After the big Texas storm which broke our pipes and left us no water we were lucky enough to schedule an appointment for the next day, or so we thought. After a phone and two texts confirming the appointment no one showed. We texted asking for the status of the appointment and called leaving a message which both went unanswered. We were now behind everyone else trying to get someone to come out and fix the problem. By the time we were able to get another plumber to respond it was 10 days later. That delay along with no courtesy to let us know they were not coming really did a number on us.

Where is the 10+ star rating when you need it? Why the negative reviews I have no idea but John one of the techs came and installed a Nest thermostat that no matter what I did couldn't get it working... He was here for over 3 hours before finding out the idiots that lived here before had the C wire all screwed up. I am so grateful John fixed us up and found the issue! He NEVER gave up he just kept working and trouble shooting... I just kept folding clothes... he was amazing and he would communicate with me through out the job on what he was doing and found along the way... I didn't understand anything of course but he didn't mind explaining and even braking it down easy for me. Like this coke can thingy that disperses the energy around the AC unit... Let me know all the info about it even though I didn't know what it was. I will always call Jon Wayne when I have any other concerns about my HVAC!!!!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
