My water heater was not producing any hot water so I called my home warranty service (American Home Shield).  The plumber that came out just took a quick look at my water heater and did not do any type of diagnostic, and said that I needed to replace it.  I was then quoted $1300 of out of pocket expense for work they said was needed not covered by AHS.  

I didn't feel comfortable with what they were telling my so I decided to get a second opinion.   I called Anchor Plumbing based on all the positive reviews.  First of all, I didn't expect them to come the same day much less within an hour,  but they did! I met Paul and Alex at the house,  both were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what happened,  and stressed that I'm on a limited budget.  Within 15 minutes they had my water heater running!! They did what the first company didn't do - they diagnosed the issue and determined that the thermostat was issue.  If I didn't call Anchor, I would have been out so much money for something that didn't need to be done.   I appreciate your excellent customer service and professionalism. You've got a lifetime customer!

A+. Had them replace a water pressure valve.  They were the least expensive and did an excellent job.

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

I had a leak and blue line plumbing responded to my service query quickly and came out and repaired the issue the same day.

Arrived on time, professional, and did a good job replacing 12 angle stops beneath the sinks sinks in our house.  He uses premium parts that should last longer but just be prepared to pay a premium for those parts. For instance, angle stops at Home Depot cost $7-10 each while Brad B's are $35 each. You can provide your own parts, but you will not receive a warranty for the work performed.  Yes, I requested a copy of what he paid for the parts, but considering the price difference between these parts at Home Depot vs his charges, I don't think my request was unreasonable.

New to the area and needed a plumber to fix two leaking toilets and a clogged sink at our new home. Thanks to handy dandy Yelp, I found Plumbsmart. I called the number and left my information with a receptionist. Shortly after, Roger reached out and quickly got us scheduled. He texted the day before to confirm time and texted the day of to let me know he's on the way and his ETA. He fixed all our problems so quickly and helped us with a wobbly faucet handle with ease. Very kind, polite, professional and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend Plumbsmart!

I'm going to update this review because the real issue here was the wrong device sold to us for the city that we live in. We found out that the water in our city has chloramine, with that said the product sold to us was to remove chloride which in other cities that's the norm. By having a system that only removes chloride it breaks the chloramine, leaving the ammonia in the water. The product would have worked perfect in a place where the water only has chloride but it was more harm than good for a place that has chloramine. That is the reason our hair started to fall out in chunks and had dry skin. I suggest that moving forward you do a thorough research of the area before selling the product, to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

Called for emergency hot water tank leaking. Received great customers service from both office staff and plumber. Came same day. Installed new tank. Very professional

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Our water heater needed to be replaced and we called EZ Flow.  Wow, just wow, what an amazing installation.  Emilio walked me through the upgrades and updates (new drainage pan, expansion tank, et cetera), explained their purpose and usage, and completed everything in a timely manner.

There's no question we'll go to EZ Flow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we have.  We could not be more pleased!

Gilbert and Aaron are both amazing! My contractor assured me that he could do the simple plumbing in the bathroom he was remodeling for me. When the water wouldn't divert from the faucet to the showerhead, he spent 2.5 weeks researching the problem (including calling Kohler). I finally got tired of waiting and called Blue Dragon. Gilbert came out for the free survey and told me what he thought might be responsible for the problem. After some discussion with my contractor, I texted Gilbert and he came back out that day to problem solve some more. He thought he had a solution but would have to come back at a later date. Keep in mind, he had previously said Wed was his earliest available appointment (this was Thursday). He didn't want me without the use of the shower for another week, so he asked Aaron to come out to do the quick repair. When that didn't completely solve the issue, Aaron stayed and kept working on it until he figured it out (some obscure issue). He communicated with me the entire time to keep me updated on what he was doing to try to get it working correctly. My shower is now working beautifully. Both men were very reliable, diligent, and extremely personable. I highly recommend Blue Dragon!

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

Wouldn't recommend. Labor way over priced and manager doesn't return phone calls. Disappointed, used them a couple times before and never felt ripped off. Always had great customer service. Not sure what happened but it's a shame, fast service and no charge for quote but the labor cost is ridiculous! I can't imagine it taking 2 hours to replace a kitchen faucet cartridge. There's no need for any further comments.

Schedule an appointment to have my water softener inspected and serviced. The company didn't bother showing up for mu scheduled appointment.

I called to schedule a service appointment. Gave them all the information about the property. They told me there would be a $75 fee because the unit is on the roof, although no other companies I have talked to charge this fee. I was told the scheduling person would call me back to confirm time. I get a call back about 30 minutes later and this person tells me they are not able to go today because my unit is on the roof and the technicians don't carry large enough ladders to get on roof. It's only a two story condo/townhome! Furthermore they told me since it requires a ladder to get on roof they won't be able to coordinate a technician to go out until Dec 19. Apparently it will take them 12 days to get a tech who has a ladder? Ridiculous!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
