Wonderful service. Called Andre on recommendation from a friend & great online reviews on Yelp. As a first time customer, wasn't expecting same day service to replace old leaking water heater. Matthew did a great job & all was accomplished by the evening of that day. One of the best responses we have ever had & will definitely use them again.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!

The tech that came to my house was super knowledgeable and explained the issues he found...then fixed them the same day! They charge fair prices and are all so nice and kind. Tsanko will show up anytime you need him and he's been nothing but amazing at solving our recent plumbing problems, including an issue with our hot water heater and knocking pipes as well as some other issues with pressure and temperature mixing.

We used this company to purchase and install a water softener into our new home. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, courteous and efficient. Sierra set up our initial appointment and David came out to our house to test our water and recommend a product. I really appreciate David working with our budget and also giving us a discount for paying cash. To our surprise we were able to have our water softener installed three days early because they was a cancellation. Santiago and his team arrived right when scheduled - they actually sent me a text with a photo of Santiago so we would know who to expect. It was an all day project because our house wasn't already prepped for the water softener but we noticed a difference right away in the condition of the water once their team completed their work. The team were very clean, swept up after themselves and left our garage and front/side yard looking great. Unfortunately the next day we noticed that the vertical drain pipe that was installed was diagonal. We called and spoke with Therese who sent Santiago back to address our concern. We were very pleased with their customer service and caring enough to come back to make sure we were satisfied with their work! If you are looking to purchase a water softener I would highly recommend Alamo water softeners!

I have used this company several times in the past and was very happy with the service and price.  A couple of weeks ago I had a toilet removed and a new one installed which cost me 1,095.  This seems a little excessive to me as I did not get a receipt showing how much everything cost including labor , just what was done.  I did not even get any paperwork from the toilet they got at lowes telling me what kind of kohler toilet it was and the price.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

CT from EZ Flow was amazing! I needed a gas dryer installed and he completed the job the day of in less than 10 minutes. He had great response time and was so nice and professional. Could not recommend enough! If you're trying to find a great plumber, CT from EZ flow is the one to call!

Watch out for this company! Unless you ask upfront....they do not give you a quote for the job! They charge you for an hour minimum even if the job only takes 15 minutes! They also charge you for 30 minutes driving time.... which I didn't find out about until it was time to pay the bill. Why would you charge someone for driving time? That is part of your job requirement to drive from one place to another! Very shady and dishonest. The plumber who came to my house had to leave twice to get the parts that should have been on his truck. So a 15-minute job drug out for 2 and 1/2 hours. I learned a valuable lesson here. Next time, I will get several quotes ahead of time! Spoke with the owner Gilbert and even after he said he would give me a partial refund he called back to inform me that he was not giving me a partial refund. Very dissatisfied customer here!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

Our sewer backed up, and my regular plumber didn't have the equipment or expertise to tackle the job, and they recommended AAA Auger.  I will spare the details of the repair, but the point is that Jaime and Nick (both Nicks!) were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and capable.  I don't know if AAA Auger is the least expensive option, but it was a pretty big job and it was done right and for a fair price.  I am very picky about customer service and business ethics, especially in an industry that is ripe with abuse and bad behavior, and these folks really are top notch.  I have a new favorite plumbing company!

We recently moved to San Antonio and purchased a home with an old AC unit that quickly went out. Considering the summer heat, I called a few contracters to give me quotes, and I must admit I was looking forward to Jon Wayne because they seemed reputable from their commercials.
A salesman showed up pretty quickly to diagnose my home needs. He spent over two hours at our house, which we weren't expecting, but gave me peace of mind that he was doing a thorough job. He gave me quotes that were WAY higher than the competition, but he pitched me the Jon Wayne sales deck that talked about how honorable the owners are... and I fell for the pitch like a sucker!

Long story short, I was happy to pay a premium for an honorable company but was sorely disappointed. The installers put in a smaller unit than we were told we needed from the extensive diagnosis. I tried telling them there was a mistake, but the salesperson rushed to my house to assure me that the smaller one is what I needed. I tried to explain him the ethics about a one sided change to an agreement post execution... but he wasn't getting it. He obviously just wanted to get the job closed out.
His manager eventually offered to cut some money off the amount to compensate for the smaller unit that was installed. Not wanting to deal with them anymore, I agreed. However, they still submitted the full price to the financing company!

Now I'm wasting even more time disputing the balance!

I'll never use them again, and I WARN ALL OTHER CONSUMERS TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT, HONEST COMPANY!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
