Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

I have used Blue Lion Plumbing in the past and had good results, but this time it was a very bad experience. I needed a water heater and I can go on and on with my poor experience and I have tried to settle my very poor experience with Blue Lion but they do not agree with anything I had to say. Blue Lion would not budge a single inch. Like arguing with a person that something is the color of white and they argue that the color is black and that is all they will ever see. I had a water heater replaced Saturday and after it was replaced it needed electrical work. I texted them to PLEASE call me the day the water heater was installed on a Saturday, but they never did call and never replied to my text pleading for help until the following Monday morning. So, I cannot recommend them for the poor customer service and lack of any customer service. So much for the customer is always right it was more like I am crazy for expecting anything from them or a simple return phone call or reply to my text was crazy. I know the owner or his wife will reply with something to my review making me seem crazy for expecting a little customer service and have a totally different story but you always have to remember there are always two sides of the story.  I also asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the $2,025 water heater since I have used them since 2020 and I had referred people to them and again not a single dollar could be taken off they said. They said that was the best price and no discounts could be given. You mean to tell me if a relative or someone who has only used them for plumbing as i did or good friend needed a hand that they would not give them a discount? I also lost my job in 2020 due to covid and as I said I used them and never asked for a discount but when this company could have really helped a person in need they just replied no. Please remember- Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind ALWAYS

He does not services East Austin (Pleasant Valley area). He was polite on the phone. Just want to save him and you the time to call if you live in this area. He referred me to PDQ Plumbing for this area.

In typical Alamo Water Softener service service: excellent!! Very minor manufacturer defect was corrected without any issues. Rare these days to find a company that provides actual Customer Service that counts. AWS has been a go-to company for me since 2010. The faces have changed, but the quality of service has remained exceptional. I highly recommended them for any water related needs you may have. Their product is great. Their service is better!!

It's real hard to judge a plumber based on the one or two services you might need every year or (if you're lucky), every few years.  However, as plumbers go, I was very impressed with the service at A&A.

My technician was David, and he was very informative about each job he was doing, explaining how and why each repair was being made.  They were very professional in making sure each new pipe was tested, that nothing was needlessly put at damage risk, and that the work was done in a timely manner.  They were able to schedule conveniently, and were very good about calling ahead to let me know when to let them in.

When our shower was repaired, but the pressure valve was still slow and clogged, he was quick to discount the repair.  It made repairing the pressure valve seem like a wise decision, but not a sales job, which we appreciated greatly.  Payment is easy by credit card, and they offer a lot of different discounts.  I would definitely use their services again.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I first picked ez flow because they give free estimates and we had already paid for an estimate that was way more than we wanted to spend. John came out on time and talked to us. He gave a few options and we opted to change out the external faucet. Great job- could not be happier.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

During our recent remodeling project we had to move a gas water heater (three feet).  Called Auger for a quote, personnel was very professional and courteous.  Technician was on-site within a day... and appeared very knowledgeable and competent.  

We were quoted around $2.5k for the project by Auger, while a competitor charged us $1.3k for that job.  Also, I noted similarly inflated price trend for a softener connection (asked for on-site quote).  There are a lot of things that go into pricing of work, so I wouldn't speculate on price discrepancy within industry.  

We did not use Auger this time, but I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them.

I needed a quote for a sewer line to be fixed. They came out that day and suggested SAWS might be responsible for fixing my problem. He still took the time and gave me a quote. Turns out SAWS was responsible for fixing my issue. I was very grateful for his suggestion even though he knew he might not get my business. Will use in the future and highly recommend.

Called Jon Wayne to complete a job that another services company couldn't finish, adding sediment traps to our furnace.  The technician arrived on time, knew what he was doing, and completed the job correctly and on time.  He was also very pleasant and made sure they he made no mess in our house.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
