100% recommended! We just moved into our home and our sink in our kitchen was clogged we got in contact with Anchor plumbing and they were fast to reply! Pete arrived on time and was extremely nice! 100% recommend him!
He recommended replacing a few things that he had noticed were rusted and needing some upgrade (it's an older home), and most of all we got the clog fixed! So happy to finally be able to enjoy our kitchen! I attached a photo of our new pipes and Studer vent hope I spelt that right!

One day we walked into the office and our carpet was saturated. I immediately started looking for plumbers and messaged a few, but decided to go with Andre's because they were prompt in responding, kind and accommodating to our situation. They came the same day! Turns out we had a slow leak in the wall between the master bath and office, that had been leaking for awhile. I think the first tech was Nick. He did a great job. Well not too long after, our AC went out because our P-trap got clogged, so my husband had to drain the AC pan. He wasn't able to reattach the pipes under the sink. So we called Andres and Joaquin called back and said he had availability the next day in the morning! He called about 30 mins before he showed up and finished the job fast! He was very communicative the whole time, explaining what he did. He was kind and professional and gave us some info on how to fix it if it gets clogged again or we could just call them back directly if we had any issues! Even recommended an AC tech! But to be honest we will probably just call Andres again! Highly recommend 12/10! Best prices you will find! Very fair! professional and prompt service! I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Lion. My home warranty company, AHS, and their ZERO star vendor were trying to rob and up sell me. Martin came to my home on a Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and replaced my water heater and PRV that Saturday. I'm sure he would have replaced the heater quicker if I didn't have to fight with AHS for a reimbursement. The previous company told me that I needed additional work to my shower and other water heater, when in fact I did not. Martin's wife, Heather, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was quick to respond to my text messages and really tried to work with me after I told her the problems I was having with the other company. I finally have hot water, decent water pressure and no water hammering in my home! Thank you, Martin!!! I highly recommend Blue Lion and have already recommended him and his company to friends and co-workers.

Fast response time. Knowledgeable and courteous. My kitchen sink started leaking. Carlos quickly identified the issue and made the repair needed.

I called BG Plumbing because I can hear water drops sometimes  from my bathroom, especially at night time. Tsanko answered the phone right away, and arrived in 30 mins as he promised.  

He checked the bathroom, nothing is wrong there. And there's no water drops sound too. Tsanko explained the sound might not be from a leaking. But my water usage is way too much more than my neighbors of the same family size.  I was suspicious of what he said. Then, he showed me the water meter.   It's still.  I stared at it for a minute and it's  not moving at all. It should be moving if there was a leaking going somewhere. There is no sense the leaking stops from time to time. It should always be there.. OK, now he completely convinced me.  I should look somewhere else for my big water bill but definitely not leaking.  Tsanko left his business card and we said good bye to each other. No charge.

Fantastic communication and service with responding to an outside water leak we were experiencing.  Dave and his helper arrived right on time (actually a little bit early) and explained everything regarding the expected repairs and costs.   Very reasonable and excellent work!  Will be using them again.

Our Alamo Water System has been in for about one year (RO & Whole House). We had Caleb out today for our first RO filter change and a main softener check.  He is super knowledgeable about the systems. I mentioned offhand that I had a few hard water marks appear on some black pants, and he knew the adjustment to fix that for us right away.  He also spent time with the hubs explaining the recharge cycle to us again too.

Shout out to Caleb! He's super friendly and knows literally everything about how the Alamo Softeners work. We really appreciated his excellent customer service during our appointment today.

We have had good experiences with Alamo, from installing and servicing our water softeners and filters. If you are on the fence about getting one, it's a top improvement for our house. In Lakeway/Austin we have really high chlorine levels in the muni water and high ammonia from time to time too. Our family loves the clean drinking and cooking water from the reverse osmosis filter faucet and the lack of hard water stains in the sinks and fixtures. (Also, no more chlorine smell)

These guys are professional and courteous. The work they did for me (replaced a small piece of leaking copper pipe) was satisfactory. The only problem I have with them is the price. When they told me it would cost just under $400 for a job that took less than an hour and required very little materials, I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged. I think the problem may be that they use flat-rate menu pricing instead of actually considering the amount of work and materials needed for a particular job. That may be beneficial to the customer in some cases, but in mine, I ended up feeling overcharged.

I will likely use them again, but if I get the same overcharged feeling next time, I will likely resume my search for a plumbing company I'd want to have on speed-dial.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Theo and his partner were very responsive. They came out within 2 hours of my call to assist with a tub leak. Was able to provide me an estimate as requested.

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

Very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the company. This was the only company we called that saved us time by letting us know our water company needed to fix our meter before they could do their work. No extra charge for working on Sunday. Thanks for everything.

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

I called Jon Wayne on Sat, Dec 24th after I had a outside spigot burst. They scheduled me for Wed, Dec 28th from noon to 4pm - which I get because of the freeze. I told them I didn't have water, due to the pipe burst. Took a day off of work to make sure I was home when they were available.

The date prior to the appointment I confirmed via text and the date of the appointment I called at 11:32am to reconfirm - they told me everything was great and a plumber would be coming from noon to 4pm.

At 1:38pm on the days of the appointment, a guy called and said they needed to reschedule me to Jan 11th. I asked him why the change and he said the people answering the phone only booked the appointment, but he was actually in scheduling and that was the first available appointment. I reminded him that I didn't have water and took they day off of work - his responses that I wasn't in their loyalty program and the 11th was the first available.

I booked another plumber for Friday the 30th and they showed up at 8:30 and completed the project by 10am.

How can this be the great service Jon Wayne promises and how can they run a company this way?

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
