I called this morning to have some check on my low water pressure I have been having.  The kind lady on the phone gave the timeframe. The two gentleman that arrive gave a call and were on time.  They quickly diagnosed the problem and also gave a history of the area I live in and some of the common problems.  While checking the pressure valve in the ground they even removed a live snake.  They changed the valve and added expanded water tanks quickly and efficiently and were priced right.  What better service could you ask for.  I will definitely use them again.  Don't forget to check out website they have coupons for annual maintenance too.  Excellent customer service all the way around.  Smiles

10/10.  Would recommend and use Andre's Pro Plumbing again. Had an electric water heater replaced.  On-time arrival. Professional, courteous, and friendly behavior (almost like hiring a trusted family member). Thoroughly communicated to me before the appointment and during the appointment what work will be done. Asked me questions about my setup/home to make sure the work they were going to do was appropriate and the time to complete the work was accurate.  Gave me a reasonably-priced quote. No surprises when the final bill came.  As they were performing the work, I was inspecting. They were VERY ADEPT. I felt very confident the work was being done correctly and they made me feel at ease that if anything happened after they left, to just call them, and they will make it right, but given how well I saw the work being performed, I know I won't have any issues.

They also mentioned they do tankless water heater installs, water softener installs, water filtering. Both residential and commercial clients.

Plumbit was responsive and reliable when I needed service for a toilet clog and kitchen sink leak ASAP. They provided a 3-hour arrival timeframe and a text when they were en route. They resolved both issues and were very respectful of the home.

They offer FREE ONSITE ESTIMATES and gave me a quote via Yelp's Request for Quotes before they came out. This local business also has the heart to support our military and first responders with a discount.

Twas a dark and -- oh, who am I kidding? It was a humid Texas summer evening when I realized that there was a puddle forming in my garage outside of the little door that houses my water heater. Since I know nothing about home maintenance, it took some asking anyone who would listen what that even was, and finally at ten in the evening, the issue was identified and I began browsing my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations.

The most recommended local option was Martin with Blue Lion plumbing... so in my late night panic, I sent off a Facebook message. lol and behold, not longer afterwards I already had a response, and Martin came out the very next day to take a look, identified that both my water heaters had failed, and gave us a quote. Nervously, because I know nothing about pricing for this kind of thing, I ran it by friends and confirmed, for replacing the equipment on fairly short notice, the price was incredibly fair. We ultimately decided to downsize our water heaters, so we let them know and they updated our quote in no more than a couple hours, and scheduled us for Saturday -- YES. They can come out on Saturday, and Martin let me know it was specifically to be considerate of people who work M-F and can't easily take time off.

They came right on time Saturday, were so polite and considerate coming into our home, and overall had pleasant energy as they worked without being boisterous. They were done by lunchtime, tested everything, Martin answered all my questions in layman's terms because I'm not at all handy, and recommended someone to take a look at the water softener system if I ever needed it.

Overall, they made a positive experience out of something that could have been disastrous.

Brad is responsive, courteous, and professional. He showed up on time and contacted us to let us know that he's on his way.

We had a problem with our shower faucet. It got really difficult to turn. It turned out that some part inside was broken. Brad diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

We will definitely call him again if needs be.

I have a rental house in San Antonio metro area. My tenants called me that they have no hot water. After quit search I reached BG Plumbing and spoke with the technician about the hot water heater issue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fit me in the schedule for next morning. Such a relief. Happy tenants + fair price= happy owner. I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service provided by BG Plumbing. If you have hot water heater problems, give them a call. I would highly recommend them!

David and Michael came to check on my fairly new water heater because our water was not heating like it should. I called and David told me he would be able to come out that day which was incredibly convenient and he was about 25% cheaper than the previous quotes.

From the phone call to meeting in person, they were very courteous and professional. While at work, my wife was available for the appointment and they explained to her what they were going to do and then what they actually did in where she would understand.

They quickly drained,filled, and tested my WH and turned out to be working fine. He charged an easy 65 bucks for the house call and no problems since.

I would definitely call them again if I had another issue.

AWS was the first of seven places I called that for free helped me solve the initial problem with my dying water softener over the phone. They sent a salesman that I requested. They also sent three people to install my new softener. Every single person I met from AWS, on the phone and e-mail, and the four that came to my house were super nice, obviously skilled and experienced, and easy to talk to. They explained everything I needed to know smartly and professionally. The equipment I bought is also great value for the money. Just a flat out awesome experience for me as a customer.

I was very nervous about trying a new company, but needed to get my drain snaked and couldn't get my regular plumber to come.  

My experience with A&A was perfect.  From the initial phone call to the parting of the plumber, I felt like I had family coming over to help me out.  They sent a bio of the plumber that was going to be in my house before they sent him.  I love that!  Two gentleman came and made short order of the main drain clog.  As part of the service they also checked all of my sink drains, toilets, and shower and tub drains.  My drains were slow, so they took care of those, every little thing they saw, they fixed...all in the cost of the drain clearing.  

I now have a new plumbing company!  Thanks A & A for being here for me!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

These guys were excellent. Dealt with a big clog quickly and professionally. Also installed a new outdoor faucet. I would hire them again for sure.

I may need to have my man-card partially revoked.  After vowing to  change out the kitchen sink fixture myself, and not doing so for more than a year, the wife rightfully called me out on it.  I searched Yelp of course and luckily found Blue Dragon with their stellar and subsequently well-deserved reviews.

I called Gilbert, and made an appointment for the following day.  A very friendly and professional gentleman named John showed up, changed the kitchen sink fixtures, replaced my dying disposal with a unit I purchased at Lowes, AND replaced a new outside faucet.  The work was done quickly, and done well.

Two months and a toilet that never stopped running later,  Blue Dragon John shows up and fixed it within minutes.  These guys are great and I see no reason to use anyone else as long as they're in business.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

Called on a weekend and they were there within an hour for a sprinkler leak. Initial estimate near $500. Well a couple hours later the job now required a backhoe and the price was up to $1000+.  Work required coming back the next day and took a majority of the day and when completed backlogs test failed and I had to call my sprinkler company to do work that they would reimburse me for. Well after several weeks multiple calls and them lowering me money for the sprinkler service call they show up and tell us they need to get another sprinkler company out to address sprinkler zone problems due to debris thAt got in the system when they dug up my yard and replaced piping. Needless to say we asked them to leave, I'm out $1000 ,a sprinkler repair cost and my sprinkler still is not working and backflow was never corrected.  I do not recommend using this company.

26 December 17. I need. To change my review this company contacted me after my post and have worked to resolve my sprinkler problems and the backlogs.  Mr Cannon contacted me immediately after the owner saw my post and he sent out a sprinkler company and a Plummer that week to work on fixing all problems.  I appreciate a company that values their customers but the quality of their work.  I want to thank AAA.  Anger plumbing for making a bad situation right.

LITERALLY CALL ANY OTHER PLUMBER. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Update: As of 3/12/21 we still have yet to receive any type of response back from the company with answers, except for replies to social media reviews.

I called them and they came to my house to diagnose the issue and stated they needed $2200 just to schedule the appointment. Then a week later, on Saturday, they called me at the time they were scheduled to show up for the job and asked if they could reschedule for Monday. At that point I had been without water for 13 days, so of course I said no and they came. They had to cut a small hole in the wall under my kitchen sink to fix the issue. This was such a small job that they had it completed in two hours. Also, let it be known that the days they came out was AFTER the storm. Safe and sun shining conditions. After it was all said and done they charged me $1900 on top of the $2200. Over $4100 dollars for less then 3 hrs of work.. so $1366/hr. I requested a itemized bill to see why it would cost this much. I still have yet to receive a email or phone call for over a week even though I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. How disgusting does a company have to be to price gouge a family during desperate times. We aren't the only ones this has happened to. Be sure to read their google reviews so you don't become one of their victims.

Been a member of the Rescue Club for several years and just had my yearly inspections, as well as having a new reverse osmosis system installed. Appreciate every technician who came, especially John, Chris and Bobby who came back today to prove that he really iS the reverse osmosis expert!. Great service, and attention to customers.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
