I have used Anchor Plumbing multiple times over the years. During the recent freeze, the PVC pipes to the pool's automatic refill system broke. I called Anchor Plumbing after the holidays and got them scheduled. They were able to change the pipes from PVC to PEX. They were very reasonable considering the type of valves that I needed and some of the extras I needed for the type of set I had. Ralph was great and gave me several options to choose from. I have used Anchor Plumbing multiple times over the years and they have always backed up their work, reasonable and never out to screw you like some of the others out there.

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. Blue Lion Plumbing was recommended to me through Next Door app when I asked for plumbing recommendations. They did not disappoint. They are price competitive, genuine, reliable company. The plumber who came out both times actually did little tweaks that weren't part of the original job. He fixed my faucet so it wasn't spraying all crazy even though he was there to replace the bath and shower fixtures. I will definitely be using them here on out for all my plumbing needs!

Brad was great. Fiance and I had a toilet that hadn't been working for some time now. Brad provided a 4 hour window, showed up in the earlier half of it, and had the toilet fixed within 20 minutes. His services are priced reasonably, and he's a friendly guy. Very efficient.

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!.
My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business.

Found a leaking valve on my water closet. I broke the PEX at the nipple on the elbow in my bungled repair. Tsanko came the next day at the agreed time. Repaired in about an hour. You can see the quality in the photos. Good price... good work = good value. Good conversation was a bonus. When you need repairs give BG a call. Golf swing is similar to tennis stroke. Good to meet you.

Called and set an appointment.  Receptionist failed to tell me there was a $180 diagnostic fee.  Plumber said maybe he could help me out.  Didn't want to pay $180 and then have him tell me he couldn't do anything.

We just had a new water softener installed this morning and we were very pleased with the install process. Jonathan and his assistant arrived on time and they gave us a call to advise us of their arrival time. They were very courteous and they explained everything to us. David, our salesman, also did a great job of explaining the different products. I would highly recommend Alamo as their systems are reasonably priced and they're very efficient.

Patrick was timely and extremely professional. He listened to the problem, provided a couple of options that would rectify the issue and resolved my plumbing issue all within a short amount of time. My overall experience with A&A - from scheduling to resolution - was excellent. The minute I had an issue with the scheduling, a brief conversation with the manager occurred and all was resolved. Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

The guys were very helpful and took care of the issue very quickly. THey also took the time to explain what they were doing and what I could do in the future to prevent it. Very happy

Super fast response to my Yelp request for a quote.  We had 3 items to be fixed:  very slow stream from the shower, kitchen faucet leaking and leaky toilet.  

When he called me he gave me great advice about the leaky kitchen faucet...it was about 7 years old and he told us it would probably be cheaper to replace the faucet than have them diagnose the problem and go buy the parts...great suggestion.

In the 20 years we've been in Austin, we have yet to find a consistent plumber.  We're Blue Dragon customers from now on...

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

I have used AAA Auger for almost 25 years and will continue to do so. I called for an appointment and they said, Would now be okay?  I was thrilled.  Rudy came to my house today and installed my new faucets. There was a problem with turning off the water under the sinks. The knobs were stuck. Even I tried. He was very informative and kept me aware of everything he was doing.  He got everything fixed beautifully. He was professional and very polite.  He even gave me a discount. AAA Auger always sends me coupons for discounts.  
I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment to have a leak repaired. On the day of the appointment I noticed the leak wasn't there anymore so I texted the gentleman I had been texting the entire time to set up the appointment to cancel. He instructed me that next time I should call instead of text because his technician was already at my residence (He wasn't) and that's how they keep costs down. Well he had already estimated the repair to be $175 without even knowing what was wrong. These people are money hungry. He sent me an invoice. I guess I will put it in the neighbors mailbox.

I would not recommend any one else use this company. We finally bit the bullet and replaced our 20 year old system. Nothing but regrets in choosing this company. First, as several other reviewers have stated, they constantly try to upsell you on additional services.  Today I noticed that my system seems to be constantly running at the same temperature all the time. I wasn't able to log-in through the site to check the schedule. When I called customer service I was informed it was because we did not renew our contract with them for service. So on top of the thousands we are paying for the system, these leeches want us to pay hundreds more a year in order to be able to access our own system!? I will be replacing their bottom of the line thermostat with something I own and control ASAP!

The icing on the cake for me was during the winter storms when the power was out for days, every time the power was restored we had to wait 5 minutes for surge protection, we couldn't even get emergency heat (which should be a crime!). So if we only got 5 minutes of power, we got nothing. People are freezing and there is nothing you could do about it.

Do NOT buy from this business!

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
