Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

Very happy with the pricing and service.  They communicated well prior to the day of service and showed up on time. The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate.  Would definitely call them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

Twas a dark and -- oh, who am I kidding? It was a humid Texas summer evening when I realized that there was a puddle forming in my garage outside of the little door that houses my water heater. Since I know nothing about home maintenance, it took some asking anyone who would listen what that even was, and finally at ten in the evening, the issue was identified and I began browsing my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations.

The most recommended local option was Martin with Blue Lion plumbing... so in my late night panic, I sent off a Facebook message. lol and behold, not longer afterwards I already had a response, and Martin came out the very next day to take a look, identified that both my water heaters had failed, and gave us a quote. Nervously, because I know nothing about pricing for this kind of thing, I ran it by friends and confirmed, for replacing the equipment on fairly short notice, the price was incredibly fair. We ultimately decided to downsize our water heaters, so we let them know and they updated our quote in no more than a couple hours, and scheduled us for Saturday -- YES. They can come out on Saturday, and Martin let me know it was specifically to be considerate of people who work M-F and can't easily take time off.

They came right on time Saturday, were so polite and considerate coming into our home, and overall had pleasant energy as they worked without being boisterous. They were done by lunchtime, tested everything, Martin answered all my questions in layman's terms because I'm not at all handy, and recommended someone to take a look at the water softener system if I ever needed it.

Overall, they made a positive experience out of something that could have been disastrous.

Yelled at me when I called for help today.  Suggested that I was a bad person for asking him to work on my roof in the rain.  (I never asked him to do that.)  Then told me I don't need a plumber (funny, you haven't seen the problem yet, and another plumber told me that I do need one).  Finally told me that he's booked solid for weeks anyway, so the entire conversation was moot.  I guess he just gets his kicks yelling at people with problems that he can't help fix.

Good for you, that you have a bunch of positive reviews, to the point where you can berate non-customers for not being one of your chosen ones.  Hopefully, you will get yours when business is not so great.

I found Tsanko on Yelp. I wanted to install a water softener unit in my new home and read many of the wonderful reviews. Tsanko was a pleasure to work with. Called and set an appointment.  Receptionist failed to tell me there was a $180 diagnostic fee.  Plumber said maybe he could help me out.  Didn't want to pay $180 and then have him tell me he couldn't do anything.

AWS is the best. Always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Their product works very well, to boot. They are also quick to help you help yourself if you are interested in saving money, with guidance on how to do some things without needing to call them.

A & A Plumbing knows what they are doing by putting Kerry at the frontline. She is efficient, personable, empathetic, and professional. She explained the process and set us up with a same day appointment. The A & A team wore shoe coverings in our house. They made an assessment and gave us a few options. They were quick, efficient, and professional. It's all good here.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Update: EZ Flow was FANTASTIC from start to finish! Their receptionist was very helpful. Emilio offered a free estimate, answered al my questions, and was able to finish the job that same day in record time. An excellent experience all-around and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and customer orientation.

I just called Gilbert and explained my problem to him. He told me he doesn't work with the type of system I have (ejected system - a pump for basement plumbing) and gave me a quick referral. He was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I didn't have to use his services, but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we had another need for a plumber.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I was quoted in $89 fee as an hourly rate over the phone but when the plumber left after 20 minutes of labor he charged me $297. $45 was for Parts and $252 was for labor for 20 minutes of work which is highway robbery do not call guarantee plumbing

We sprung a leak at the main line into the house on a Thursday night. Of all the 24/7 places, AAA answered. They got someone out here first thing in the morning and got us fixed right up. Which is a load of my mind, as we'll be out of the country for a few weeks. Will, state licensed journeyman, was professional and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and what was needed. I got a quote before the work started and I had to approve before and after. The dispatchers I talked to were also pleasant and professional. Excellent service and communication. Hard to find these days! And the work has a one year warranty.

Schedule an appointment to have my water softener inspected and serviced. The company didn't bother showing up for mu scheduled appointment.

I had a representative come to my home at my request based on a TV advertisement.  Steve came and spent over an hour looking at my system and calling someone for assistance as he was unfamiliar with why something was done.  I was not at his side the entire time.  He quoted me an outrageous price of $35,000 to replace my 2 units.  Completely unacceptable and I would have complained then, but didn't think it was worth my time.
Shortly after I noticed my downstairs unit was not cooling so I turned it off thinking I had major issues since it is an older system.  The upstairs united was working fine until about a month ago and it quit cooling.  Due to finances I was unable to call anyone in sooner to see if it could be fixed.
I had  someone come in last week and was told that someone took the wire-nut off the wires that control the automatic shut off switch for when the water pan is full - for the downstairs unit.  They also tested for leaks and found only 1 at the outside unit where the connection to the Freon line was loose.  He advised me that over time this could happen but after finding the wire-nut off upstairs he felt someone has sabotaged my system.
The only other person that had any contact with my system was Jon Wayne.  
I have called and received a callback from their office but only to tell me I am wrong.  No investigation was or will be done and the Salesman is no longer working for you (makes me wonder if this didn't happen with others by him).  I have no alternative but to think this was done by him.  It has cost me $500.00 to have the Freon replaced.  I find it very unsatisfactory that their immediate response is a flat denial (which I am not surprised by), but some compassion would have been appreciated - possibly an apology that this happened to me and that they will investigate, insure this doesn't happen again (or that it didn't happen), but to outright dismiss my allegation is unsatisfactory,
I feel that Jon Wayne owes me the $500.00 I had to spend to fix this situation.
PS - I did try to post on their website but kept getting errors and could find not email address other than the website IT address to advise them of my complaint.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
