So we had a variety of odd plumbing jobs come up (we bought a beautiful older home with plenty of quirks) and it included a sink full of standing water (ew) in the kitchen. I called Paul with Anchor Plumbing and he was able to send out a crew the next day. Brandon and Pete accomplished all of the jobs (got a garbage disposal working and fixed a tricky leak) quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using them again!

I needed a plumber right away to stop a water main leak with the overflow running down the street. After calling several companies, Andres plumbing was available to come out the same afternoon.  I found them to be responsive, reliable and trustworthy.  A crew came out and dug up the yard to get to the leak, and the plumber repaired the leak using a flexible hose to prevent future breaks.  I was sent an invoice via email and then contacted the following morning by the office and payed by credit card.  I was surprised that I wasn't asked to pay on the spot once the work was completed. My overall experience was positive despite the unanticipated expense.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

PlumbSmart was quick to come to my house to evaluate my slow drain issue.  They were exorbitant and high pressure.  I told them I could not afford to pay $26,500 for the repair.  Another plumber says their quote was 3 times what it should be.  Unable to be able to use them since I am not able to pay that much.

I got Tsanko's contact from Yelp because of the great reviews. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable, and very fast. He saved me from a water pipe burst and almost another catastrophic nightmare with the water pressure in the house. He makes sure you understand the problem before he move forward on anything. He is always ready help out.

This company instills confidence back into this skeptic..  the previous company failed to rectify our plumbing situation so based on other reviews from People Choice Plumbing I decided to give them a call.  Let me just say this was such a good choice and money well spent.  Thank you David and to your team for being so professional and knowledgeable.  I wish you all the success and from this point on People's Choice Plumbing is our go to plumber from here on out.

Water softener works well enough but the install was an absolute disaster. Installation Tech left an enormous mess without cleaning anything up. My laundry room had multiple 4 to 6 in pieces of PVC pipe all over the floor and drywall dust everywhere from Drilling. They came back out to clean up and did an okay job in the laundry room, but there is still Hardware all over the floor of my garage. Even 3 months after install I'm still finding nails and screws on the floor

David and Chris were amazing technicians!!! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough when it came to explaining what they were doing on the job . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. It's no wonder why they have a 5 star review. I just purchased a property in Pflugerville and tried to change all the bathroom sink faucets. However the shutoff valve is pretty out dated and couldn't take universe connection to new faucets. I called several plumbers and after a few I finally reached a person on the phone with EZ Flow Plumbing the on call service was friendly and was able to get a plumber to me in an hour with a free estimate! Emilio my technician came and gave us a great price to replace shutoff valves and truly cared about my situation and offer tips and advice to do proper faucet and sink connection. He was great to talk to and learn from. I highly recommend this company!

Spoke to Gilbert on the phone at 10a, by 1030 Matt was at my house and ready to get shit done. Knew exactly how to fix the clog in my AC line, and then also replaced some wrong parts installed on my ptrap under the sink. Previous AC guy out the day before had cut the drain line and Matt located that, and fixed it without me having to show him or tell him. Matt was pretty knowledgeable of AC units being that he's a plumber. Gilbert, keep him brotha!

$210 is what Gilbert guesstimated over the phone and that's what it ended up being so all in all, I'm pretty good with that if that's what it took to solve the pesky issue.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

This is the most courteous company I've used precise professional and very reasonable prices!Most definitely and highly recommended. Won't use any one else.

David C., Your people already let me know in no uncertain terms that I will never win in court because I can't prove they did anything.  I'm really glad you put in writing that they turned off my water. When we parted ways your manager was screaming that I had done it myself. I've read your other bad reviews. I guess this is just par for the course with your business.  Your people were late more than once, they were disrespectful, and I did have to have another company come fix what your guys caused. I don't see how my review is unfair.  By the way, I HAD to get my water fixed. Your guys blew up my softener (4 years old) and left us with 0 running water in the entire home.  All pipes were clogged with resin.  He thought we had a main break. He went from faucet to faucet turning them on and watching them clog because he had no idea what he had done by cranking on and off my water 15-20 times.  He even told me he couldn't believe my softener didn't have a bypass valve. Well it does. The next 2 plumbers I called knew what had been done within 30 seconds.  They showed me how to put the bypass on and how the original repair could have been done by turning the water off at the h20 heater itself. He never needed to turn the water off at the street.  I had 0 water for 2 days. Your crew of bullies blamed me and wanted to charge $700 to clear the lines. They said I would need to buy the new water softener and heaters that were then filled with Resin!  The tiny little repair turned into one big nightmare.  Your guy said it was just a coincidence that my water softener blew up on their second visit!  While they were turning my water on and off!  Why on earth would I PAY your guys to repair it?  Is that the scam?  Break stuff and charge to fix it?  Your comments about shirking responsibility just aren't true. All y'all had to do was fix it. If I hadn't told your plumber what was wrong, he still wouldn't have known. He was at my house for 7 hours using a compressor to blow out my lines individually. Problem was when he would turn the water on, they would re fill with resin. He hadn't bypassed the now broken water softener. It was a night of madness. They made a huge mess of water in every room they were in. Knowing what I know now, their blowing efforts were futile! Other plumbers laugh when I tell them how your 2 guys blew line after line not knowing Resin was in the lines.  It literally took the next plumber 30 seconds to know what was going on.  The next plumber after that took 30 seconds. I wanted to see if he could figure it out. How does a licensed plumber not know this???  Y'all keep challenging me to take you to the plumbing board. I will file a complaint because I'm not sure your guys were really licensed plumbers. We have filed with the BBB.  Your guy let me know that I'll never win because I can't prove you did anything. At least you now agree your guy shut the water off. They literally screamed at me saying I did it myself. That I had turned off and on my water. I don't even know how to do that!

Pete was a true professional: excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all honest.  I've used his business for a number of plumbing needs and he's always responsive and fair.  His employees have always gone the extra mile to do a great job even when being called on to do an emergency job last minute.  I highly recommend Elite Plumbing . Veteran owned and operated!!!

Where is the 10+ star rating when you need it? Why the negative reviews I have no idea but John one of the techs came and installed a Nest thermostat that no matter what I did couldn't get it working... He was here for over 3 hours before finding out the idiots that lived here before had the C wire all screwed up. I am so grateful John fixed us up and found the issue! He NEVER gave up he just kept working and trouble shooting... I just kept folding clothes... he was amazing and he would communicate with me through out the job on what he was doing and found along the way... I didn't understand anything of course but he didn't mind explaining and even braking it down easy for me. Like this coke can thingy that disperses the energy around the AC unit... Let me know all the info about it even though I didn't know what it was. I will always call Jon Wayne when I have any other concerns about my HVAC!!!!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
