I am so thankful we went with our gut and sought out Anchor Plumbing Services for a second opinion as the first co. we saw wanted to replace our toilet after spending maybe two minutes(not exaggerating) in our home. Thank you for being honorable and helping this momma out. My husband and I both thought Alec did a great job and was very professional.

Very courteous technician and did a great job of getting my toilet unclogged. Those baby wipes should not be flushed even if they say flushable. He did a great job of resetting the toilet and left everything the way he found it. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Having recently purchased a home in SA, I was given Blue Lion's contact information by a renovator working next door to my Sister's home.  My primary concern was addressing those plumbing issues which had been documented in the inspection report I had done prior to house purchase.  Heather scheduled an appointment for an estimate shortly after my call.  Martin arrived, reviewed the inspection report and then confirmed required work by checking out the crawl space himself.  I also mentioned to him that I wanted to replace both toilets with new.  He quoted a price for the work and scheduled me for the following week.  He arrived on time, quickly addressed and repaired the crawl space issues and, in so doing, identified additional problems which the inspector had not because the inspector did not access the crawl space under the deck adjacent to the house.  The leak from the kitchen drain/main bath sink drain was leaking badly.  Martin opened the wall under the kitchen sink to discover some nasty do-it-yourself mess which included multiple plastic bags! Martin replaced that mess with new pipe.  He then pulled the first toilet to begin replacement with the new, only to discover serious issues with the lead drainage line.  I saw it.  It was ugly.  He told me what would be required to do the job correctly, but he did not have the necessary parts and would need to schedule another appointment.  What he charged for the work completed that day was LESS than his original quote even though the kitchen sink issue had NOT been part of the inspection report!  To make a long story somewhat shorter, when he returned a couple days later as promised, both toilets had problems which required work WAY beyond pulling and replacing.  I told him I wanted the work done right, not quick.  

It took much longer than anticipated to complete the replacement of the two toilets, but I have the satisfaction of knowing that the work was done correctly.  And that is precisely what makes Martin and Blue Lion Plumbing a 5 star business:  the work was completed on time, professionally and courteously and I don't have to worry about plumbing problems going forward.  In a previous life I had gutted and renovated three homes and, based on that experience, Blue Lion was INCREDIBLY reasonably priced.  Would I recommend?  Well, this week Martin completed a number of projects at my Sister's house and she has shared his name on a neighborhood review site.  YES!  Thank you Martin, William and Heather!

What a great experience! Brad was able to get to our house to fix our sink within 1 day, after many calls to other plumbers who either didn't return calls or were booked for a week. He let us go with him to Lowe's to pick out our new faucet and was done installing and fixing the leak under our sink within an hour. His prices are very reasonable, he is very professional, and quick. We will recommend and use Brad for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

We chose BG Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater based on his bid and overall impression of competence.  He arrived on time and completed the work in one day, leaving the place clean and swept.  I was so impressed I called him back to do some repairs to fixtures, replacing some shutoff valves and finding and reparing a gas leak.

He's tidy, efficient and fairly priced.  You can't go wrong.  He does the work and it's done right.

My toilet was leaking quite a bit of water from the base so we thought it was a bad seal.
After closer inspection, David realized it was not the seal but it was actually my AC unit on the other side of the wall dripping.
He was able to stop the leak and cleaned up all the water.
Davis is a great communicator...This is a rental property and I live out of town and David communicated with me in a way that made me feel like I was right there with him, even sending me videos and pictures of what he was explaining to me.
I will definitely be using him on all my rentals from here on out.

We used Alamo to purchase our water Softner originally and had a great experience. This visit Jonathan came out to move the water Softner to a different area of our garage.  He was very nice, did great work and listened to my suggestions.  I had a few questions and he was able to answer those as well and made the process a good experience.  The username and password to manage my device had to be reset and I have been unable to log into it yet but I am sure the office will contact me in a timely manner as Jonathan advised.

We had Joey come to do a hydrostatic test (to see if any of the pipes in our foundation were leaking). They had a good price, and it was for the job, not per hour, which I liked. He was really professional and very nice. He wasn't creepy, and I felt comfortable having him in my home (I've met some weirdos, other women know what I mean). Here are some of the things I really liked:

1. He put shoe covers on each time he went in the house, and removed them when he went outside. He went in and out like 20 times, so that was impressive.

2. I was working from home while he was there and he let me work, only interrupting when necessary.

3. While the test was running, he did a free home inspection and fixed easy things, like a wiggly toilet seat. He recommended a few things, most of which he said my husband could easily do himself. The only big thing was our water heater... it's getting dangerously old, which I did not realize. He wasn't pushy about it at all though, even offering to add the parts it needed to get it to code (which really is pointless since it's so old, but I appreciate the alternative).

4. He used an iPad to give me instant quotes on the water heater options and emailed them to me. Payment was also done on the iPad. Nice up to date tech.

5. They have a membership program where you pay a fee (a hundred and something) and get 15% off everything for a year, plus no service call fees, and 2 free inspection/maintenence visits. With a bug purchase like the water heater it pays for itself.

6. The girl who answers the phone is really friendly and helpful.

The only negative was I waited towards the end of the 4 hour window and that's never fun. Apparently someone's pipes broke or something and they went to see them first. But at least I know if I ever have a emergency I'll come first, so that ok. All in all I was extremely impressed. Thanks Yelp for helping me find another great company!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

I highly recommend E Z Flow plumbing. Theo is exceptional!  He and Jonathan deserve a five star rating! They arrived well before their scheduled time of arrival and were able to clear a clog in record time. This is a family owned business located in Pflugerville and is run by professional and honest folks.

Owner/Lead Gilbert is fantastic. Hard worker, honest, on time, fair pricing. I know many contractors and as a home owner who has worked with many (some bad, few good), Gilbert is among the best. Well earned 5* call him.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

They honestly don't even deserve 1 star. I had them scheduled to come out between 7:30-12 which to begin with is a big window. They call and tell me they are behind and can't be here until 4-6. At 4:35 I get a call that they can't come out until tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous and not very professional. I wasted my whole day waiting on them. I called Will Fix it and they are scheduled to come between 9-11 on Monday.

Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

Let me start by saying that our initial problem was that our outdoor unit would turn off in middle of the night and never turn back on (no matter what we did) until around 3-4 in the afternoon. We also pay monthly to be a valued customer and have normal services done.
1st visit 5/17/19- Juan came out in the afternoon after the unit had came back on, and still evaluated the problem. He suggested that we replace thermostat, stating that our thermostat just wasn't reading correctly.
2nd visit 6/2/19- Juan came out again. It did take a while to buy new thermostat, so we called to have them come install. He then stated that our unit outside was not working because of a low voltage wiring. In the invoice he states that he took apart wiring and fixed the short in the system. Now, reading his report in the initial visit he stated that our unit was three years old, then this 2nd visit he states our unit is five years old. This visit we paid for the fixture of the low voltage.
3rd visit 6/3/19- Unit outside still going out at night and then not coming on until later in the afternoon. Robert has come out this time upon request of a different service guy. This time a time delay was noted on the outside unit, stated possible vault in outdoor circuit board, but no mention of a low voltage problem. (recommendation) Circuit Board- $628, High voltage distribution system- $238, and and surge protector for outdoor unit- $478.
4th visit 6/5/19- Unit still not working. (same issue) Ryan came out this time. He noted an electrical fault in outside unit, and low voltage problem again, which was supposed to have been fixed by Juan on the 2nd visit (according to his notes). This visit we had them replace the circuit board (which turned out to be under warranty through manufacture), and the fixed low voltage wiring. We paid $300 for this visit for parts, warranty processing and labor.
5th visit 6/6/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time we asked for a supervisor and was sent Jonathan. Who diagnosed it as the circuit board, again this time stating a high voltage causing it to troubleshoot. He replaced the board, and after explaining everything else he did not charge us for labor this visit.
6th visit 6/10/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time we had Jacob arrive. The problem now was that the unit had turned back on and he noted he could not recreate problem and he reprogrammed our thermostat.
7th visit 6/11/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time Jacob came back out. He says the control board was not working properly. We have already had the control board replaced twice now. He states a low voltage problem in wiring, which also has been noted was fixed twice now. This visit he quoted us a - $1,700 bill.
After seven visits we decided to call for a second opinion. The guy came out today after the unit not turning on at all after the day that Jacob came out last, so two days with no ac, 87 degrees. The guy comes out and turns out that out outside ac unit was never turned back on properly by Jacob and we did not know because it was on the inside of the unit. We talked to the highest manager at the company that would pick up the phone after asking to talk to the manager for two days, that's why we waited to call a different company thinking the owner would fix the problem after seven visits and no resolve. Nope, this company is about money, not the customer satisfaction, or quality of work.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
