This company SAVED me today. I had a leak and as a single mom who is not particularly handy, I was panicked. The woman who answered the phone was kind and empathetic. The plumber was prompt, courteous and  incredibly skillful and had it all replaced so quickly! I hope I won't have a need for a plumber again, but if I do, I will NEVER another plumbing service!

Frank came out to look at my water heater,  gave me an estimate for repair. As they were working, they discovered a crack in the tank so it needed replacing not repairing. Frank was upfront about price, gave me a cost for labor, helped me pick out a water heater from Lowe's,  picked it up and installed it. This was AFTER 5pm on a weeknight!! Left my home clean and my final charge was exactly what he said it would be. Frank and Tony did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Trio Plumbing!

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

Discovered a leaking pipe on a Saturday around noon and called Connally.  I was a new customer, but they made it out later that afternoon.  Friendly, honest.  I will use them again!

I had a water leak last night, I called and spoke to Debbie she is always so sweet and ready to help.  They were at my house within 2 hrs to help. I would highly recommend them, they are quick and efficient and will do what they can to save you money.  Thank you again for all your help.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

Short: Highly recommend Ott plumbing.  Plumbers Juan and Neddie were courteous, fair and did an excellent job despite the old plumbing (1930s house).  Also great support from dispatching/admin staff.  

Longer version:  
An elderly friend of the family was having issues with her toilet.  After spending a Saturday trying to fix it, I realized the leak was getting worse and had to shut the water off and looked for an emergency/24 hr plumber to come in.  We got a hold of A-1 first thing Sunday morning, who said they couldn't do Sunday (despite advertising 24/7 service) but that they'd be with us first thing Monday at 0830.  Monday morning 0830 comes around, no plumbers.  I eventually call and the dispatcher didn't have us on schedule but said they'd be with us that morning but couldn't give a time.  After calling back after a few hours, the dispatcher informs me they can't come until late afternoon.  At this point we're frustrated with the lack of communication and can't risk them not coming, so we begin to call around for other plumbers.  

My parents were able to reach Ott, who said they could come to Seguin that afternoon.  The dispatcher maintained contact and updated both my mother by cell and myself who was at the home.  They provided an ETA for the plumbers, as well as called us when they were leaving NB.  

Juan and Neddie arrived that afternoon and were able to fix the leak despite the non-standard water supply line.  House was built in the 1930s and has a non-standard shut off valve which is partially held with cement.  They managed to rig up a supply line between the old shut off valve and the toilet pump and the pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of time they spent.  This was greatly appreciated since having to break the concrete and replace the shut off valve and piping would have been far pricier than our friend could afford, and would have forced her to leave her home during the process.

Overall, we were incredibly happy with the service and highly recommend Juan and Neddie with Ott plumbing.

Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area.  Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

Highly recommend Gallos Plumbing.   The only company that helped me in my time of need. They walked me through turning off water to prevent further damage and showed me how to access water bypassing water softener.   They are my go to company!

My contractor said he was having a hard time finding a plumber to come install/hook-up various items in my kitchen (sink faucet, reverse osmosis system, dishwasher). Tired of waiting, I decided to reach out to Resurrection Plumbing after seeing several neighbors recommend them on NextDoor. I used their website contact form that evening and explained what I needed. Bright and early the next morning they emailed back that they could have one of their plumbers come by that afternoon to give a quote. Daniel and his assistant arrived on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable. His quote was quite reasonable. We scheduled for the following afternoon for him to do the work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Daniel was thorough and conscientious, polite and easy-going, left everything tidy. RO systems are notorious for leaking - which mine did every so slightly later than evening. No worry, I texted Daniel and he was there the next day to make some adjustments. I was so impressed by his work that I'm planning to have Resurrection do the new plumbing for my upcoming bathroom remodel.

I emailed Eligio concerning a certain leak in our home, and he quickly got back to me saying that it sounded like an easy fix and would be less expensive to take care of it on my own. He went on to offer personal assistance over the phone. I haven't even done business with his company and received this level of customer service. So many other professionals in the Austin area would probably have just gone ahead and scheduled an appointment to make money. How refreshing. I'm impressed.

After the freeze of Christmas 2022 a couple pipes burst which my fiancé and I were able to fix the above ground pipes but we had to call in a plumber for the underground. I called Anywhere Anytime Plumbing and they responded immediately. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the dispatchers name, but she was incredibly kind, efficient, and superb to work with. I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues!

I cannot say enough good things about Bryco Plumbing from the answering service to the wonderful lady who schedules the service to the technicians. I've used Bryco several times and never had anything but GREAT service!  Their prices are very fair and technician  Johnny was so very nice and knowledgeable!  PROFESSIONAL!!

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

I had a leaking valve under ground near the main shut off valve by the street. When public works looked at it they said that it was on my side and I would need to call a plumber. I called Just in Time at 9am Tuesday morning he asked me to text him the address and he would check it out. Around 10:30am I received a text message with 2 pictures showing me the leaking valve. By 11am the valve was replaced and the job was complete.

I was needing a gas line run to my back porch for an outdoor kitchen. Several other local plumbers came and made promises but then backed out or wanted ridiculous amounts of money. I was told the work was too complicated. Justin came out next day, told me it was a fairly simple project and went right to work. I was really impressed with the quality and complete-ness of the work and the price was more than fair. I'm programming their number into my phone and sharing it with friends and family- these are the plumbers you want!

Great folks who worked very hard to make sure my project was amazing. Very responsive, solid work. Matt was awesome!

Employees don't know what their doing ripped a toilet out and said I don't know what to do had to hire someone else to fix the problem

This company is a rip off.  During the freeze my outside water faucet broke and was spilling water all over the yard.  They setup appointment for next day. I was not told of service call charge. Plumber called before coming to confirm address was told would be a $38 service call. If I had known before hand I would have went with another company and not waited 24 hours. Plumber arrived and quoted me $300 to dig and find pipe. Even though water was spotting straight up in air; doesn't take a rocket scientist to see were break is. Decided not to go with company and asked plumber to please turn off water. He stated they were not allowed and I would need to call water company to shut off water. The plumber charged my card $78 dollars to tell me I had a broken pipe and to call water company. Water company stated any qualified/licensed plumber could turn off water.  Called owner to complain. Never received call back.
