These guys are amazing! Our shower's hot water spout was leaking and based on what another plumber told us, we thought we were in for a huge job. We called A&T for a second opinion and I'm SO glad we did. Donald, our assigned technician came over and fixed the issue within 20min and was super communicative and honest the whole time, a pair of qualities extremely hard to come by. We plan to redo our bathroom within the next 6mos and absolutely will be using their services. Hopefully we don't have a plumbing emergency between now and then, but it's good to know they have 24hr service!

Frank is an honest, reliable and talented plumber that we used for a clogged drain which required a repiping. I would  highly recommend  him.

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

This company keeps letting me down. I used to live in a rent house and they were the contracted plumbers, I dealt with some rude back and forth s from the receptionist at the time as well as the plumbers telling me multiple times that grease build up was from years of grease, but then refused to tell the owner of the home causing me to foot the bill.
Then today, I chose this company based on their work, not their honesty, to install my water softener. They arrived and opened the box we had bought from lowes. They advised that it was broken and that we would have to send it back. They then left my home and gave us a 95 dollar bill for less than 15 minutes at my home. I understand a bill but for doing no work  I can't believe that. I then called and spoke to the owner who refused to budge on the price stating it was booked and gas is expensive. I'm sorry but in my opinion these people are crooks no matter if they work well or not. I would probably have been a lifelong customer for them as I live in new braunfels, but I will never give connally plumbing another chance. Disappointed.

I called and tried to make an appointment and the person who answered the call was extremely nice. They asked me to send pictures and they would call me back. They didn't reply or call back. I had high hopes but maybe the call slip through the cracks. I know it happens it just didn't feel like I was about valued customer.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

In the past, I've had nothing but good experiences with Ott plumbing, but today's interaction totally ruined my opinion of them.  I went to get help with my son's scout project.  I had to drive out Highway 46 and down a narrow two-lane road.  It's hard to find the business because they don't display signage.  Their being in a residential zoning area prevents such visual assistance.   (A business isn't supposed to be there, it seems.)

The only person on the premises was the receptionist.  I told her what I needed and she said the boss had the information in his office.  She told me she didn't have the key, then gave me the names and numbers of two other plumbing companies.  I was about to enter the information into my phone when she received a call.  She put her hand over the mouthpiece and said, I have to take this call.  It's a big job.  You'll have to leave and do that in your car.  I stood there, not believing what I was hearing. Again I was told to leave!  Excuse me?  What makes a plumbing call so confidential that I can't overhear it?  I take offense to getting pitched out of a trades office, honorable as that profession is.  Thanks for giving me the information on the other two companies.  I'll use one of them next time I need a plumber.

Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area.  Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

I normally don't write reviews BUT today is the EXCEPTION. Gallos plumbing should not be a 5 star company. They should be considered a 10 star and beyond company, because that's what they do, Show up and go up and beyond on their professionalism,their thoroughness and their skills in giving an awesome customer experience! My mom is an elderly ALZHEIMERS person. If it's a bad day She does not  remember her restroom isn't working properly. Most importantly it's very dangerous if there is a leak on the floor .she does not like to leave her safe place home .  When she heard on the speaker phone Mr Sanchez's words on what needed to be done for her restroom to be fixed , SHE UNDERSTOOD, became calm and agreed to stay at her sons house for the night. WOW !!! ITS NOT WHAT U SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT THANK YOU MR SÁNCHEZ AND YOUR GALLOS CREW for making it a GOOD DAY

We had some major plumbing issues at one of our properties after the 2021 freeze. We had other plumbers out to the property but they were unable to complete the job. Mike and his crew literally worked until 2:30 in the morning to make sure that everything was fixed correctly. You rarely find people like this in any industry. They will do whatever it take to make sure that the job is done when they say it will be done. They have won my business for any plumbing related issues in the Hill Country for life.

We recently used Eligio to fix a burst water heater pipe - and we found his service to be wonderful. We had returned from vacation to find flooding due to the burst pipe and called him. Even though he was on a job, and couldn't make it in immediately, he walked us through over the phone to shut the water off and also sent one of his assistants to check. He then came promptly the next morning to replace the pipe. A week later, when he replaced our water heater, and when we had issues with not getting hot water in the kitchen, he came back again to check and fix. In all our encounters with him, we found him to be not only responsive (he answers the phone every time you call!), professional, reasonable with price, but, also very empathetic and caring about our unfortunate situation. We recommend him highly.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

First time I used Bryco after seeing all the great reviews here. I had no hot water to my shower, everywhere else my hot water was ok. Turns out it was some mechanism that prevent folks from burning themselves from too hot water; the setting was set to low. Reasonable price for the service/diagnostic. I would have given them 5 stars if I could have been known a better time window for them to arrive. It sucks when you have to take off work to wait on service repair stuff but that's due for the course. Keep up the great work!

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

You be the judge. Justin and a helper showed up at my daughters house to install a replacement water softener. The plumbing for the replacement softener was already in place from the previous defective softener. All they had to do was connect the new softener that was already available at my daughters house. They arrived at the house and installed the softener BUT did not program the softener or turn on the power making it operable and functional. Told my daughter she would need to handle this set up? She's a nurse! Not a plumber. They were at her house for 40 minutes and charged her $300. When I called them this morning about coming out to finish the job Justin tells me we install these but do not program and make ready for using. He then became confrontational telling me that I need to contact the manufacturer and figure it out myself. He then went on to tell me that if he came out to finish the job and program the unit he would charge an additional $150. I told him to just forget it. Last time we will be calling this company for sure.

5 STARS isn't enough to give this incredible business.  We had our toilets back up on us with nasty consequences.  In a panic, I started looking for plumbers in our area with five star reviews.  We needed someone ASAP.   Come And Plumb It was the second number I called.  Justin answered and right off the bat, he walked me through doing some troubleshooting on my own and let me know up front the after hours fee.  He called back within a half hour, stating he was able to rearrange his schedule to get to us before the after hours fee kicked in.  

As soon as Justin arrived, he got right to work troubleshooting our issue.  He was very personable yet professional.  Let us know what the cost would be up front, then worked his plumber magic to unclog our line.  After unclogging, he ran his camera through the line to make sure there was nothing else obstructing the flow. In the meantime, we mentioned one of our toilets was hard to flush and he fixed it too.

Outstanding service!! We had an irrigation leak in our front yard that was leaking half a gallon of water per minute and the shutoff valve was stuck. We called several companies and they all said it would take a week or more for them to come help us. We called Plumber Near Me around 9am and they had someone out here by 3:30pm. Fixed it in 2 hours. So thankful they were able to help us so quickly!!

Was desperate to get someone over to my house.  That's not always easy in Yorktown, Texas.  They came over and fixed the problem within a day.  This has now happened twice.  I would recommend.

I had a leak just behind my water faucett outside (above ground).  They wanted almost a thousand dollars to repair it.  Called another company and they repaired it for $284. I have posted before and after pictures.
