I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

We had a leak coming from our shower down into the garage below. They were able to effectively inspect and diagnose the problem as well as explain what was happening. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Did not leave until they were confident in their work and we were satisfied. If we have another issue, we know who to call!

I'm in the process of foundation maintenance which required a Hydro Static Test. I was not sure originally about the company since I didn't know anything about them however the company Oshlan foundation repair recommended them. I was nervous for any big expense so as always I had many questions up front. I was very impressed by their professionalism and attention to my needs. In addition to their knowledge! There was a hiccup at one point resulting with me giving feedback, without hesitation the company made it right. I'm a single woman and worry about unfair treatment anytime I look for trade professionals but Good Life Plumbing is really one of a kind. They made me feel safe and confident in their ability to complete the job. I also felt respected and trusted they were there to help me meet my expectations. I am beyond satisfied, and they have found a loyal customer! Thank you!

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. I recommend them for any plumbing repair day or NIGHT!

During the Feb. 2021 storm Pulliam Actually responded to my call when 5 other plumbers I called did not. Super communicative and friendly.  They came out as soon as they could on the day they had promised. It was late but Glen still came and repaired my water leak easily. Glen Pulliam deserves 6 stars.

We are Valeria restaurant, a small restaurant  venue that has always recommended Rittimann to others. They have shown up on time and schedule ti be helpful. Sometimes it takes a while but that's like as they get super booked up sometimes . All in all, a good reliable plumbing company .

2nd time to use this plumbing service.  They are so awesome!  Shaun was fabulous and did excellent and timely work.  I high recommend this plumbing service.

Been using for years.Good Service, i thought. Until i went to replace an aqua pure filter in side a unit they replaced last year. Discovered that when they installed the new unit and filter the broke the filter tip that screws into the housing. The filter was sitting in the housing not attached. The installer new it last year. So sad. They used to be very good. They wanted $179.00 to look at the problem they created. Bad.

When I had a leak in my water heater, I called Bracken plumbing and they were able to repair the issue within two days due to their busy schedule .  
Two people replaced the water heater pump within two hours.  A couple other places I called charged outrageous prices, but Bracken's price was quite reasonable. They were found in my church bulletin and I will use them again in the future.

Called Adept to get a bid for a complete re-pipe on my house. He was not willing to give me an estimate for free, wanting to charge me for providing the bid. Having worked with multiple plumbers for job of this size it seems crazy to me that Adept could not provide a bid without charging.

On December 1st I called Chavarria's because we had a faucet on the outside of our house that was spraying water everywhere and we also needed a toilet to be reset. They told me that someone could come that day between 11 and 1 however I had to call at 3 and they said they were on their way but I had kids to run around so I had to tell them not that day. Chavarria's told me that they would be able to do the job the next day between 1 and 3 but after stating my case and asking them nicely, they told me they could do the job the next morning between 8:30 and 9:30. The next morning Frank called me and told me he was on his way and he got there right around 9:30 I believe. Frank was very polite and professional and speedy. He and his partner reset the toilet in under 30 minutes and then they went outside and repaired the spicket in under 30 minutes and it all cost about $350! I know that seems like a lot but it's really isn't to have some thing done properly. 100% would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I called late morning today, he was able to come out by early afternoon. Sink was fixed in minutes! We worked all day on it yesterday. Very professional and personable!

I have had them do work for me in the past unfortunately more than one time at  multiple jobs they have had to come back to correct poor workmanship.  I currently have one project where they have paid in full and and stalled and lied and have never come back to correct the problems.
Now they won't respond, after telling me next week they would return. They told me tonight don't contact me again, call my attorney.  Which h I will indirectly. when I file suite

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

A follow up to my prior review. The owner called me and he refunded my money. He was very nice, I got the feeling he tries to run a good company and means well but, perhaps isn't hands on enough. Let's face it he didn't have to refund my money some may not have so I have to give him credit for doing the right thing. I hope he gets a handle on things and will be as good as I think he wants to be. I wish him success!
