First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal. These guys are absolutely the best! They came out and gave me an estimate and the job was done by the middle of the day the next day. They have their own equipment  and are honest and hard-working. The job turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, but the price was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Apache was very helpful over the phone, quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly on time. The city repaved my street and tons of gravel debris made its way into my water pipes, totally messing up water pressure. They were able to clear all the lines and even take photos of the evidence so I could send it to the city. They were extremely helpful and even replaced toilet supply lines for no charge (at least they took pity on my situation!... hopefully the city does as well). Highly recommend, will be my go-to plumbers!

We would like to say thank you so much to Fabian who works for Denny Plumbing and helped us fix our hot water problems in the house. We would also like to extend that thank you to the other two gentlemen from Denny Plumbing who have helped us out in the past. We have had issues for over a year and less knowledgeable plumbers had tried their hands at the repairs in the past, but these guys knew exactly what they were talking about and how to fix the problem.  

I cannot say enough great things about Denny Plumbing: everyone is professional, friendly, and knows their stuff. They even have trackers on the vehicles so I don't have to sit for4 hours waiting on them! There really is no comparison, their prices on inventory are better than the competition, their hourly rates are great, and they are available on short notice, and overall professional just crushed everyone in the business. I have shopped around for a while and these guys are the best.

I heard through the grapevine that they provide AC/Heat services as well.

This is the worst company I have seen in the San Antonio area. I had my appt. set for Friday LAST WEEK, it is now Thursday of the following week and they have not showed up. We used this company faithfully in the past, I am not sure what happened to this company now but I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service/experience I have ever had with a company. If they continue to treat customers like this they will not be in business much longer.

We love Christian!  We've used his plumbing skills for several years now and have never been disappointed.   He's prompt, courteous, honest and is genuinely interested in solving the problem you have hired him to fix.  I recommend him to anyone who asks and will continue to do so.  So far, he's helped us with a very problematic water heater, two stuck faucets, clogs and an condensate line issue.  Good work all around and fair pricing.

Very pleased with the service I received.  Plumber arrived 2 hours after I called for appointment. Christopher identified my problem right away.  He installed a new kitchen sink food disposal and changed some washers that were leaking.  He was very friendly and cheerful.  Most importantly, he was efficient and finished the job in less than an hour.  I have had bad experiences with many plumbing companies in the past.  I am so relieved Chavarria's Plumbing of SA gave me a positive plumbing experience. They charged me less than other companies have charged me in the past.  I will definitely call them when I have another plumbing issue.  I highly recommend them! Affordable, efficient, friendly; can't beat that.

Over charge and did not fix the issues so, I had to dig and find out what they did not fix, when I sent them text messages and pictures of what they didn't do the said they would take care of it. That was a week ago, still not fixed

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

Don't waste your time on this condescending company. They'll fake what's needed to be done & waste as much time as possible just to rob each of their customers on their hourly charge.
