I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

We had a leak coming from our shower down into the garage below. They were able to effectively inspect and diagnose the problem as well as explain what was happening. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Did not leave until they were confident in their work and we were satisfied. If we have another issue, we know who to call!

These guys are absolutely the best! They came out and gave me an estimate and the job was done by the middle of the day the next day. They have their own equipment  and are honest and hard-working. The job turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, but the price was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

They went to check out the sewer line and I paid $1000 for the service including running a camera.  But the report didn't include photos, and they didn't respond when I asked for them.

Never called back the second time, I was going to give them another shot. The last time I used them the plumber spent most of his belittling his helper-over priced. Grandpa Plumbing in Spring Branch was very responsive and priced well.  Won't be back

I'm doing a remodel and that resulted in dumping a pile of sediment into my plumbing and the loss of my water system filter.
These folks came out after I'd replaced the filter and cleaned out my plumbing so I'm back up and running.
Howard was great . He made the repairs and showed me how to make the repairs myself in the future.
Instead of being painful it was a fun, humorous and educational!

Thank you! Another company came out to repair our pressure regulator and was going to charge over $700. We called Bracken for a second estimate and so glad we did. That phone call saved us around $500!

Christian and Beatrice arrived just a few hours after we called them about a leaky garbage disposal. Their good humor was evident even through the masks they wore, and Christian got the job done efficiently while Beatrice fetched parts and performed quality control. I enjoyed having them in my house and recommend Adept Plumbing far above all others. Absolutely first class.

They were quick and very knowledgeable and didn't try to overcharge you. I will call then again when the need arises.

I have no idea what kind of work these people actually do but I know I'll never find out. They came to service my 83 year old mother's neighbor's house this morning and parked their van blocking her driveway. She was sitting outside, with her walker, waiting to be picked up by a driver. She asked the company employee if he could move the van and explained why, and he just looked at her and said no. Way to respect your elders and your community Chavarria's.

We had another plumbing company work on our shower and the response, quality and employee etiquette was low standard. So we decided to use 3 Brothers they saw the need and fix it in one trip!!!
Not like the other company that made several!

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

A follow up to my prior review. The owner called me and he refunded my money. He was very nice, I got the feeling he tries to run a good company and means well but, perhaps isn't hands on enough. Let's face it he didn't have to refund my money some may not have so I have to give him credit for doing the right thing. I hope he gets a handle on things and will be as good as I think he wants to be. I wish him success!
