I can't say enough good things about Leif Benavides.  I called him about problems with my drains.  He came out the same day, almost beat me home.  He asked to explain the problem and then took a look himself.  Luckily it was minor BUT the difference between him and other companies is that he told me things to do to keep from having the problem come back.  Didnt try to sell me unnecessary maintenance packages or do a bunch of unnecessary repairs.  He told me how to keep it from happening again.  Who does that?!?!  A person who loves the job they do and prides themselves on honesty.  I will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a plumber.

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. I recommend them for any plumbing repair day or NIGHT!

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Not only were they on time but very accommodating to get us in their schedule.  The technician that completed the job was very courteous and knowledgable. He was very efficient and assured us if the problem reoccurred that would come back out and take care of it. Was nice to have tech present more conservative options rather than present a more costly option if not necessary. Would definitely recommend!

Have had Denny Plumbing come out a couple of times.  They have been consistently good and reliable.  Not sure if they're the least expensive, but I'd rather have the job done right.

Thank you! Another company came out to repair our pressure regulator and was going to charge over $700. We called Bracken for a second estimate and so glad we did. That phone call saved us around $500!

Christian, owner of Adapt Plumbing, is exactly the type of person that you want to work on your home.  He is honest, professional, and knowledgeable.  We had called quite a few local plumbers who either did not call back or did not show up when they said they would.  Christian called me back within a short time of my initial call, fully explained what needed to be done, and provide a date that he could do the work along with a cost estimate.  

When Christian arrived at our home (on time as scheduled), he quickly went to work and finished the job in just a couple of hours.  His rates are reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend Christian and will not hesitate to call him again if we need plumbing work done.

Nice guy. Arrived on time. I feel like I was overcharged for the job. 3 guys showed up for what seemed to be a one man job. Charged $650 labor for 3 hours of work.

Beware!  These people Inflated price on a replacement part.  A Moen Cartridge for a single handle faucet tub/shower.  A $19.95 part at local DIY store, they wanted $103.00!!!!!! AND to charge me two hours for labor!!! Estimate parts/labor was over $300.00 for a 30 min job!!!!!  I've replaced the cartridge myself in the past so I know what it takes.  Give me a break.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have had them do work for me in the past unfortunately more than one time at  multiple jobs they have had to come back to correct poor workmanship.  I currently have one project where they have paid in full and and stalled and lied and have never come back to correct the problems.
Now they won't respond, after telling me next week they would return. They told me tonight don't contact me again, call my attorney.  Which h I will indirectly. when I file suite

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

The company was extremely unprofessional in our experience with them.  We called and requested information about setting up an appointment to come to inspect and diagnose the problem in a bathroom.  They agreed to send a service person out, and then once they came out, they informed us that they charged a trip fee.  Not only did they not tell us that there was a fee, but it was an hourly fee.  $150 an hour.  After they tell us that they would charge us $3,200 to REPLACE a bathtub.  That charge again was just to replace a bathtub.  They said that $3,200 didn't even get the wall replaced in the surround area once the tub was replaced.

Needless to say, we chose not to use them, they said that we owed them $300.00 to come out and give that ridiculous charge, then they threaten to put a lien on the property because we told them that NO ONE had ever mentioned a charge. If they had been honest up front, we certainly wouldn't have agreed to have them come out if that had been forthright and reputable to us as customer.

Be careful if you choose to use them, that omit charges and then threaten to file liens on your property.  I think that the legal term for this is extortion.
