I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

Gill was easy to talk to, fast, and completed my job promptly and painlessly! This is my first venture into home ownership and I was nervous and stressed. He made me feel at ease, didn't over charge, and explained everything in a way I could understand. Will definitely call him again in the future!

Good Leif Plumbing showed up on time for our apt, trouble shot our bad bathroom smell and discovered a failed toilet seal.  They promptly replaced the seal and verified I had no other drain leaks/issues just to make sure while they were here.  Very professional, competent and personable crew.  I highly recommend Good Leif Plumbing.

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. I recommend them for any plumbing repair day or NIGHT!

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Contracted Apache to install a salt free water softener. The results were amazing!! I would highly recommend Apache for any plumping projects, thanks to Randall and Gunnar for a great experience!!

This is a professional outfit!!!  We contacted Denny plumbing to install a water softening unit.   They sent a wonderful and conscientious employee, Mark, who installed the unit and explained the process along the way!   Mark was meticulous in his work, and made the installation look like it was built with the house!   We will definitely use Denny Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!  Thank you!

Complete scam. Did not fix my leak and then called to come back out and charged me again to fix the same leak a week later.

Christian called me back within 30 minutes and was able to get me on schedule within 3 days, which was fine for my needed repairs. He was friendly, attentive and explained each repair before he did them. Also, as he's basically driving around in his own mini-plumbing supply shop, there was no additional time needed to go buy parts becasue he already had them. His pricing was very fair and I would have called him again except he doesn't travel to Round Rock. Thanks Christian!

I have used this company multiple times for small plumbing jobs.  I have always appreciated the quick work and reliable service.  

The last job I had done was replacing a valve in our secondary bathroom.  I thought the quote seemed fair so I didn't get other estimates.  The job was completed on time and fairly quickly.  

After the repair was completed I was left with a 9x12 hole in my sons bedroom which had been used to access the valve.  I actually didn't know about it until I went into my sons room the next day and I accused him of doing it until I moved the piece of drywall and discovered it was the access point to the valve.  I was not informed of this ahead of time and i am now looking at a drywall repair of at least $350.  Had I known, I probably would have proceeded with the repair, but the element of surprise and lack of communication was very disappointing.

When I contacted the company I was told that I SHOULD have been informed that they don't repair drywall and that I would have to address that separately.  I was not informed and I was frustrated to discover this.  

I had been planning on also having a water softener and new hot water heater quoted by the company, but will look elsewhere based on this experience.

Great customer service and reasonable fair pricing by the owner Paul. Definitely my go to plumber for future plumbing needs.

Had an appointment with them and they never showed up and wouldn't return our numerous phone calls.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

Don't waste your time on this condescending company. They'll fake what's needed to be done & waste as much time as possible just to rob each of their customers on their hourly charge.
