I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

John was great. He was honest and gave us best case scenario vs worse case and the cost ranging for both. He provided us possible causes and what he would be checking for and solutions. He was so professional and honest and that was greatly appreciated. He is very reasonably priced, readily available and prompt.  I highly recommend him.

These guys are absolutely the best! They came out and gave me an estimate and the job was done by the middle of the day the next day. They have their own equipment  and are honest and hard-working. The job turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, but the price was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

Great service!  Explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable. Tristian went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with everything. His support crew was great as well. They replaced my garbage disposal and piping under my sink.

During the Feb. 2021 storm Pulliam Actually responded to my call when 5 other plumbers I called did not. Super communicative and friendly.  They came out as soon as they could on the day they had promised. It was late but Glen still came and repaired my water leak easily. Glen Pulliam deserves 6 stars.
I highly recommend Pulliam plumbing. Good work, honest, friendly, and working to help as many as they can with the freeze damage. Thank you sooooo much.

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Great customer service, fair pricing. Johnny Sanchez knows his stuff. He found and fixed our sneaky leak in no time. Barry at the office was very helpful as well. And you know you found a gem of a business when you express concern about an issue that popped up and the business works to fix that issue to your satisfaction (instead of arguing why they can't.) I will use them again.

Been using for years.Good Service, i thought. Until i went to replace an aqua pure filter in side a unit they replaced last year. Discovered that when they installed the new unit and filter the broke the filter tip that screws into the housing. The filter was sitting in the housing not attached. The installer new it last year. So sad. They used to be very good. They wanted $179.00 to look at the problem they created. Bad.

Thank you! Another company came out to repair our pressure regulator and was going to charge over $700. We called Bracken for a second estimate and so glad we did. That phone call saved us around $500!

Very knowledgeable and efficient.  He explained what he was going to do and even gave me some tips for keeping my water flowing full force in the future.  I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to.

I'd heard great things from neighbors, posting in Nextdoor. What I failed to recognize was that each of those recommendations was around an emergency. We all love a hero.  

I needed a simple toilet installation in an existing bathroom. My appointment was for 1:30 and I received a text stating it would be closer to 2:15, I said ok. At 2;30 the plumber arrived.  At 4:15, I was nervous because I had a brief appointment. So, that was rescheduled.  At 4:45 I was super nervous because I had a 5o'clock appointment that was unbreakable.  

Just before 5, the owner showed up and I mentioned I was feeling frustrated. I told him I had someplace to be and he said they could have rescheduled, had they known I was in a hurry.  The upshot, $315 for one toilet replacement and a shrug. Some jobs just take longer.

Contacted for a busted garbage disposal that was leaking everywhere! They arrived within a day, had it replaced quickly for a fair price. Professional service! Highly recommend!

Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

these guys are the worst i was driving down the road and one of them decided to tail gate me the whole way home and was honking at me for no reason this isn't the first time it happened so if you are on the road with them make sure to give these babies the right of way bc they think they have that right

Medina Plumbing both Eloy and Monica was nothing but professional, did an awesome job on our clog and shower and toilet issues at a great price!  I will always use them and quick response was phenomenal!  I will use them always

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

I would not recommend this company to anyone I know or even don't know. They were prompt in coming out . But didn't do anything. I asked if them would clean my drains (traps) in two bath tubs under the house. Come back said they couldn't feel a leak thru the insulation. I gave them the go ahead to cut the insulation open to find pipes, still would not do it. All they want is your money. I really would not even give them one star. The older one was condescending ( acted like I did not know what I was talking about) It was a sewer gas smell. Didn't check the traps or the vents. Just kept saying it was the cats making messes under there. I do know the differents!
