We recently had a plumbing problem that was beyond my skill set. Called John in the morning and he was on site, as promised, at 1PM. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Easy as that. No mess. No fuss. No muss. Just fixed it.

His number is in my contact list for future use. After all, we have a 40 year old house. I expect future visits will be just as professional and satisfying as this one.

I've already recommended him to neighbor.

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

These guys are the most dependable tradesmen in hill country. If you need anything that has to do with plumbing and want only the best service, fix the first time, this is who you need to call/

Great service!  Explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable. Tristian went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with everything. His support crew was great as well. They replaced my garbage disposal and piping under my sink.

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Great Service!  Had a leaking water tank in the attic, called Rittimann and they came out immediately. Prompt, clean and did a great job.

Had a gas leak in my fire pit.   Dangerous and unusable.   Apache identified the problems and resolved the issues in no time at all.   It is now better than new.   And I was charged much less than expected.  Couldn't be happier.   Highest recommendation.   Top notch.

I had a small emergency leak at my refrigerator ice-maker spigot.

The answering service was quick to respond, so they got my business.  The technician was a bit slower.  We spent a lot of time talking about their reputation, and how they were here to serve their customers.

In the end, I had a single trip, 3 valves replaced.  Lots of happy conversation in between, and $500 in cost.

Would not recommend.

Excellent plumbing company.  We have used them twice and they have always been very responsive.  Their prices are quite reasonable.  They know what they are doing and are very considerate as they go about the job.  We were very happy each time we used them and will definitely being calling again with the situation arises.

I had Christian out yet again last week. This time for a septic line full of roots. I had actually had a few other plumbers give their opinion on what needed to be done and after telling Christian their view he set me straight. Rather than dig down and patch the broken piece of pipe we needed to dig up and expose the entire pipe to determine where the stress which originally cracked the pipe was, replace/repair the pipe and then make adjustments in the pipe to elevate the stress that caused the break in the first place.

Christian and his crew showed up early. His helpers spent all day digging up my yard and Christian spend many hours working his magic speaking a combination of English, French and Spanish. He's quiet the interesting man.

All said and done they were there all day, roots were removed, pipes were repaired, sand was put in to surround the pipe and salt was packed around it as well as plastic to keep future roots away. And for piece of mind we ran the camera through the pipe one more time so that I could see everything was good.

The best part: Christian's initial quote was cheap. As much as some of the other plumbers ballpark estimates for patching. When the bill arrived it came out to 30% less than the quote. Not bad for having work done 8 hours.

Hopefully I won't need to call on Christian again anytime soon but any plumbing need I or any of my friends may need will get his number.

They were quick and very knowledgeable and didn't try to overcharge you. I will call then again when the need arises.

We have been using Chavarria's Plumbing for several years. They have helped us with major sewer issues that required lots of digging and repairs and they have helped us with smaller jobs like fixing a water heater pin size leak. Fortunately we don't call them very often but they are our Go-to plumbing company.  Their prices seem to be fair and their work is good.

Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

I have had them do work for me in the past unfortunately more than one time at  multiple jobs they have had to come back to correct poor workmanship.  I currently have one project where they have paid in full and and stalled and lied and have never come back to correct the problems.
Now they won't respond, after telling me next week they would return. They told me tonight don't contact me again, call my attorney.  Which h I will indirectly. when I file suite

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

Very dissatisfied.  Tried twice.  Shame on me for the second try.  First time bad advise on a video camera charge.  Second time charged 6 hours on a 2 hour job (four hours waiting for someone to bring the plumber a part).  I have 17 rental properties.  These guys are off the list.
