We recently called Gill Plumbing when our kitchen drain was getting clogged.  John came out with his assistant. they did a very thorough inspection and found the root cause and fixed it.  They were honest and took time to explain the issue. they actually let us see what was going on with the cameras.  I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Leif Benavides.  I called him about problems with my drains.  He came out the same day, almost beat me home.  He asked to explain the problem and then took a look himself.  Luckily it was minor BUT the difference between him and other companies is that he told me things to do to keep from having the problem come back.  Didnt try to sell me unnecessary maintenance packages or do a bunch of unnecessary repairs.  He told me how to keep it from happening again.  Who does that?!?!  A person who loves the job they do and prides themselves on honesty.  I will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a plumber.

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. I recommend them for any plumbing repair day or NIGHT!

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Contracted Apache to install a salt free water softener. The results were amazing!! I would highly recommend Apache for any plumping projects, thanks to Randall and Gunnar for a great experience!!

We would like to say thank you so much to Fabian who works for Denny Plumbing and helped us fix our hot water problems in the house. We would also like to extend that thank you to the other two gentlemen from Denny Plumbing who have helped us out in the past. We have had issues for over a year and less knowledgeable plumbers had tried their hands at the repairs in the past, but these guys knew exactly what they were talking about and how to fix the problem.  

I cannot say enough great things about Denny Plumbing: everyone is professional, friendly, and knows their stuff. They even have trackers on the vehicles so I don't have to sit for4 hours waiting on them! There really is no comparison, their prices on inventory are better than the competition, their hourly rates are great, and they are available on short notice, and overall professional just crushed everyone in the business. I have shopped around for a while and these guys are the best.

I heard through the grapevine that they provide AC/Heat services as well.

Complete scam. Did not fix my leak and then called to come back out and charged me again to fix the same leak a week later.

Great service from Christian!  Happy to find quality plumber who works efficiently and does not try sell services like membership clubs or other nonsense.   Other plumbing companies flat rate charge based on a book to boost profits- for example, installing a toilet rebuild kit is $350 and two toilets is $700 even though the time it took was 90 minutes.   Christian charges time and materials, so for most jobs he is much cheaper, while providing the same or better repair.

ok I rarely write reviews.  but I want to share my positive experience dealing with Nathan and Chavarria's Plumbing.   After keeping Nathan waiting for one hr, my bad..  did not listen to Nathan's message to say he was on his way.   I find Nathan to be professional, pleasant and helpful.   I had called this company at 11 :00 pm night before thinking  I will leave a voice mail message.  Imagine my surprise when Nathan answered the phone .  he  agreed to come by  the next day after 5 pm due to to my work schedule to assist me with a slow drained kitchen sink.  Nathan was thorough in his service of my sink.  when done Nathan cleaned up the work area after making sure sink is draining properly.    and the pricing for after hr service is very reasonable    .   I highly recommend this company due to their professionalism, integrity and prompt response..

I called late morning today, he was able to come out by early afternoon. Sink was fixed in minutes! We worked all day on it yesterday. Very professional and personable!

Had an appointment with them and they never showed up and wouldn't return our numerous phone calls.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

Very dissatisfied.  Tried twice.  Shame on me for the second try.  First time bad advise on a video camera charge.  Second time charged 6 hours on a 2 hour job (four hours waiting for someone to bring the plumber a part).  I have 17 rental properties.  These guys are off the list.
