I've been using Pure Plumbing for several years and Mark has always been outstanding. This weekend had an issue with my on demand gas water heater. Called Mark and he walked me thru a few steps on the phone, and after several back and forth calls as I worked thru the process I was able to resolve the issue. No need for an on site service call and Mark was patient and friendly every time I called. You can't go wrong - I would recommend hands down.

These young men, Chris and Daniel, are the best people ever! They have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Whatever the job has been they have done it willingly, professionally, and so respectfully. The two of their mothers must be very proud of them. They are very nice young men first and then exceptional plumbers to boot. Both are very kind and sweet young men. I do appreciate their knowledge but also I admire their kindness and willingness to help others and perform random acts of kindness. RAK will always come back to you, guys. Thank you a million and one. Such a pleasure doing business with you. M Hunt

Fast response to come out that day and service my gpas coolant for their AC unit. Reasonable prices and fast service!
Both employees were super friendly, they spoke Spanish which was great and didn't try and oversell.
I would recommend them based on their professionalism and promptness.

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

I want to thank Jacob, who saved me $$ and time, and also did wonderful things for my self confidence as a craftsman.
So, I am an aspiring handyman whose ambition at times outruns my ability.
I wanted to install a recirculating pump to save water, as it used to take a long time to get hot water at our master bathroom shower and sinks. I carefully followed all directions in the water heater owner's manual and the pump, and was able to eventually install the pump so it looks like in the pictures (albeit after many grunts, groans, lots of sweating, and mild cursing). It seems the older I get the less able I am to work under my sink!
Next, I went back to the water heater to turn it on. I again followed all the instructions on the owner's manual, but the pilot light wouldn't light. I tried it several times, and had give up hope of getting it lit without replacing parts. I even looked at videos on how to replace the igniter. Not too terribly difficult, but I've been there before. I'm superb at taking things apart, but not so good at putting them back together.
I finally decided I needed professional help, and looked on Yelp. Immediately, I got a response from Jacob, who talked me thru the procedure, verifying I had done everything right. It was tough, as we had a bad connection, and he was in the middle of a job. He offered to call me right back; while waiting, I went back to my heater, but kept the lights off so I could see the inside the igniter window. This time, I was able to see the spark, and even got the pilot to light briefly, though it shut off again. Right about then, Jacob got back to me, and helped me troubleshoot.
We went through the steps together, and this time the pilot stayed lit, and when I turned the thermostat on the heater, we got the big flame and whoosh, and not it's working just fine.
Thank you Jacob. You helped me repair my water heater from miles away, avoiding a trouble call from you (and $$), and avoided me trying to replace a part that was working just fine. In today's world, where so often people are less than honest, it's refreshing to find someone like you. Thank you.

Eric and Eli were put on the case right when I called, and I spoke with Eric before he even came out. I really like the preparedness here. Then they were at my door in about the time it would take to drive to my house. To my great surprise, the work needed was less bad than thought (No part replacement!!) and they fixed the problem at way less cost than quoted! They COULD have ripped me off or even replaced the part perhaps unnecessarily, but they didn't. These are my new guys. They also gave me a solid quote for a wholesale replacement (which is probably needed ultimately) that is about half what i got from another company an hour earlier.
Don't call the other company - call Fast Plumbing first.

Saves the day on a Sunday! Came by within hours to unclog a drain affecting the whole house. Appreciate you taking the time to explain everything you did and how things are plumbed. Eloy is friendly and personable; I am very comfortable having him at my home. Definitely recommend!

I am BEYOND happy I chose S & D for this job because holy moly was it a fiasco and I doubt most plumbing companies would have had the patience and kindness that they did (specifically Noah).
Austin Water showed up at my door saying the leak at the street is coming from us confirmed. I said what do I now? He said Call a plumber! Cool.
I chose S & D initially because they are family owned and had great reviews.
First Raul came out to try and locate the leak, he saw the dirt was soggy not far from the street/meter and figured at that T was where the leak was. However, after a bit he hit rock (travis country, go figure) and so we had to get two quotes: one that was not to take time to locate the leak and just replace the entire line and the other for an hourly rate with the right tools to deal with the rock to locate the leak. My husband and I also felt the leak was right there and not far so chose to pay the hourly to locate the leak.
The next day Raul and Noah came out to start digging up that rock. Noah had me come out one hour later with some not so great news but he did a great job explaining the whys AND I'm super glad he only spent an hour digging. They got the point where they thought the leak was and the water was coming FROM BELOW MY PIPE! Ouch. So, it likely means the leak is between that point and the house and could take hours to keep digging. We decided to replace the line at this point.
Phew, okay. So the following day - seriously they were so fast and the office staff was super kind and nice on the phone keeping me aware - the digging crew came and dug up the entire line. With the dig, the pipe burst so the water was shut off a little earlier than planned, but we get it.
Noah later came to the door and once again was sad news and he was super perplexed.... Ma'am, so your water has been off for over 5 hours and I don't know how to say this but the leak is Austin Water's leak. WHAT?!?! I was furious at Austin Water.
The line was already all dug up and since it broke digging up we replaced the entire line. This was Thursday. August water said they'd be out that late afternoon/evening and so Noah even sat outside out house waiting for them. They ended up cancelling last minute and said they'd be out Friday.
Friday came and went.... our street has a lovely stream coming from our yard and neighbors are loving it - said no one ever. Then they said maybe the weekend, nope. Early next week, NOPE. In fact, my neighbor came out and yelled at Noah like a crazy lady and he handled it so gracefully.
Austin Water FINALLY shows up Tuesday and Noah came back out since the inspector inspected the new line. They started filling back in the trench to clean up and of course gets rained out (poor guys). So they still didn't take the final payment since the job was not 100% done and came back out today to finish it. They even took the pieces of bush they had to cut off for the job. AMAZING.
I can't stress enough again how awful of a situation this was and how EVERYONE was kind, empathetic, informative and helpful.
100% GO WITH S & D!!!!

SAVED the day, more than once. Thank you SM Plumbing for making MOM's house a priority during bad weather conditions. Never was she out of water service until the repair was in progress. Repair was faster than expected. Thank you for removing the concrete covering the water line. Times like these days, hard to find a plumber committed in making the customer stress free over a repair.
update needed: Input for crew saved the direction per our plumbing priority's . Staff on site helped MOM rest easy. She was in good hands. thank you thank you
Did I add, they billed us. Payment no problem, was invoiced & bill - stress free mom

These folks are the best. Always courteous and always willing to follow up if needed. I ran my own service company for thirty years so I recognize excellent skills and customer service for what they are...rare

Had a mainline clog with water leaking out of the base of our toilette and showers. Johnny and Ruben were at the house in about 1 hour from the time of calling which was way quicker than we expected. Not only did they get there quickly, they diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, gave us advice for what to look out for in the future, and a fair price. You can go without your A/C but when your toilets are not working you're sort of at the mercy of the plumber you have available so definitely expected to get the run around either on the front end waiting or the backend on the price but not with these guys. Was super impressed and thankful for their good service. We had the whole rest of the day freed up since they did such a good job and we're so prompt. Well done. You have new customers in us for sure!

Amazing team! They are truly exceptional. They were very knowledge of the work needed and provided proper information to know what would be happening. Highly recommend!

Fast, knowledgable, and seemed to be concerned with saving me money. The plumber they sent was Ben. Great follow up. So happy to have found an honest reliable plumber. Highly recommend this company!
516 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028
Waste of money for him to come see how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
1203 S Way, Pleasanton, TX 78064
Not a very reliable plumber and he does not return our phone calls to come and finish the job. Promised to come replace the cartridge on our faucet but never calls us back after several messages. I ended up having to call and pay another plumber.
