Ott Plumbing let me down when I went to them for assistance on a Boy Scout project, so I gave these guys a chance.  They were very friendly and tried to help, but they couldn't find what we needed.  I thanked them for trying then left.  Later my toilet's shut off valve was leaking, and I knew it was time to call the professionals.  Enter Culpepper to the rescue!  The receptionist was very nice and remembered me from my visit.  She fit me in and said they could be out soon.  Two or three guys arrived and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.  The bill was reasonable and the work was good quality.

These young men, Chris and Daniel, are the best people ever! They have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Whatever the job has been they have done it willingly, professionally, and so respectfully. The two of their mothers must be very proud of them. They are very nice young men first and then exceptional plumbers to boot. Both are very kind and sweet young men. I do appreciate their knowledge but also I admire their kindness and willingness to help others and perform random acts of kindness. RAK will always come back to you, guys. The handle broke in our master shower and there was continual water dripping.  Bertin at Proficient plumbing took my call and was able to come out the same day.  He quickly identified the problem and was very comprehensive in his explanation of what might happen when he tried to fix it as it was a complicated break.  He and his associate were able to resolve the problem quickly with no issues. They were friendly and professional and even took the time to give us some advice about another plumbing related issue that we had.

We just finished with our technician and I am so happy we called them. Our AC went out last night, and we called another company to come and check it. They sent some kid who had no idea what he was doing, and tried to sell us some part worth over a grand to fix it. Luckily, I held off until the next morning and called Evenflow for another opinion. Our technician, Cecilio, could not have been more courteous, and solved our issue in under an hour. He gave us options, fully explained what was wrong and was so professional! This company does annual maintenance on AC units, and also does plumbing as well. We plan on using them from now on, so thank you Evenflow!

Outstanding professional service from initial assessment to the final day.  Highly recommend their primary service of replacing drains and pipes under the house slab.  Excellent job with contact available at any time.  Each and every worker was polite, courteous and stayed focused on their task.  Great job and easy to work with.

These guys are great! They fixed our food disposal and did a thorough job, explaining along the way what needed to be done and how to prevent future issues. So when my parents' water line was leaking underground in the front yard, we knew who to call. Matthew and Triston assessed the issue quickly and told us up front how much it would cost. They did not make a big deal about it or tried to inflate the price. Instead, they said we can get this done in 45 minutes. They got to work right away and completed all work in less time than projected. They even gave my parents a senior discount. Very professional and great communications skills. They also wore masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We appreciated that. We highly recommend them.

Had to have a shower valve updated in the guest bathroom. Lee came out on short notice and did the work quickly and efficiently. I will be using him again for future work.

They stopped on their way from another job to troubleshoot a leak. Their service was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected given the high volume of work they had that day. I would recommend them all day long.

Our guest bathroom toilet was not working so we knew it was time to replace the internal parts.  We contacted S&D on a Saturday and we were happy they were able to come out the same day.  Our technician Esteban Corral explained in detail what needed to be done and provided an estimate and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner.  We would recommend S&D for any future plumbing issues.

This is easily the rudest plumbing company I've ever dealt with. The point of contact stepped away for 30 minutes during the service window and I get having to move on in that case but the customer service trying to reschedule was unprofessional at best. Liars and extremely condescending. Literally laughed at me. I work as a purchasing agent for a builder and will shout from the root tops to NEVER use this company for any service.

They came out to our home to give me an estimate for outdoor plumbing work. I was not home when they were there and the understanding was they would call me to let me know what the estimate was and what work would be required. They proceeded to do the work without any authorization from me, the homeowner, and then sent me $1000+ bill for the work complete. I called them and explained that I gave NO authorization to do the work because nobody bothered to tell me what the work was and had I known it was going to be over $1000, I wouldn't have gone through with it. Their resolution was to give me a measly 10% discount on the bill. I paid the bill because I'm not a scam artist but they clearly do not follow protocol and they take advantage of their customers. Shame on them.

After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

These guys are respectful and honest. We had two separate issues that needed repair -- one was an easy fix, but the other took several days and trips to our house to get it properly fixed. The wouldn't settle for less than perfect. Ben specifically was incredibly professional - always saying yes,ma'am and wearing shoe covers in my home. They even worked around my 1 year old's nap schedule so their work wouldn't wake him. We will work with them again in the future for sure!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.

This company has a contract with Sears Warranty. They were scheduled to come and service my water heater under the warranty. The gentlmen answered the phone when I called and he said I need to take a look at the heater first - understandable.... Then I called again during the time he was scheduled to come and service the water heater and he said I will call you back. No call and of course no show.... My 3 years old has been without hot water in the winter for 3 days now.... No follow up, nothing. I don't like Anonimous reviews so if anyone is questioning that feel free to text me at 210-749-4656 and I can give you the feedback in person. Needles to say - bad customer service.
