When he started his business many years ago, I did not hesitate to make the switch.   He and his company have provided many services over the years from installation of fixtures to emergency repairs, and in doing so, has never failed to provide the superior advice and services.  Paul and his crew are as honest and experienced as they come.  Just recently, Dakota and Mason came out to the house to address my water pressure issues. They were professional and completed the evaluation and service in a timely manner.  Dakota and Mason are definitely on my request list when I call for appointments.  I highly recommend this company not only for its superior services but also the reasonable pricing.  Anchor has been and will remain my preferred vendor for plumbing services.

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

A big thank you to PlumbSmart. We've had water problems since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. They diagnosed the problem, our water softener not connected correctly, and help us make decisions to fix it. Long story short: they diagnosed, fixed, and got us water pressure, clean water in one day. we were trying to become more energy efficient, so we decided to install a tankless water heater. we selected BG plumbing based on the numerous 5 star reviews posted on yelp. Tsanko (the company owner) agreed to travel from Fremont to Los Gatos to give us an estimate.

it only took Tsanko a few moments to determine that a tankless water heater would not be in our best interest.  (we have galvinized pipes, which he explained do not work well with tankless heaters).

we feel badly that this was basically a wasted trip for him. but we appreciate his professionalism and honesty. we didn't know that tankless water heaters and galvinized pipes don't work out well. he easily could have done the work for us and collected the money and left us with a less than ideal situation.

but he didn't, and for his honesty we are grateful. when our old water heater needs to be replaced, we will definitely give him a call.

I choose People's Choice Plumbing due to all the wonderful reviews on Yelp. My water heater was leaking late Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning and David came out within an hour to assess the situation. He was able to replace my water heater the next day and fixed the wiring/connections up to code. His quote was true to his word and very reasonable compared to other local companies. I'm a big supporter of local businesses and rely on Yelp to support local commerce. David was professional, finished his work within the 4 hr window and showed me the improvements he made. From the moment he arrived at my house, I had a good feeling. We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. Our kitchen sink clogged up and the usual fixes did not help. We are working from home with little time to spare searching and reaching out to plumbers. By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

Purchased a water heater 6/2011.  It leaked 1 hour after they installed it.  They sent a person out to fix it under warranty 3 hours later.  At the time I did not notice that they had also NOT installed the venting system correctly.  The vent stack was NOT attached to the water heater nor connected to the Vent stack.  The gases and CO2 where being exhausted into the water heater closet.  on 10/2011 I noticed that the vent pipe was not attached to anything and called for repair.  The person who came out said i didn't want to do this for free.  He did not fix the problem and when I pointed out to him that there was still a hole in the vent stack, he said NO there isn't, that's the way it's supposed to be and that's as good as it's going to get!  If you want it fixed better you will have to call Monday and have the guy who installed it come out, that's his job  Gases and CO2 still leaking into the closet.  I have called the city to come out and inspect this work.  They follow ZERO of their customer service creeds.   Would NEVER use them again.

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

I had a representative come to my home at my request based on a TV advertisement.  Steve came and spent over an hour looking at my system and calling someone for assistance as he was unfamiliar with why something was done.  I was not at his side the entire time.  He quoted me an outrageous price of $35,000 to replace my 2 units.  Completely unacceptable and I would have complained then, but didn't think it was worth my time.
Shortly after I noticed my downstairs unit was not cooling so I turned it off thinking I had major issues since it is an older system.  The upstairs united was working fine until about a month ago and it quit cooling.  Due to finances I was unable to call anyone in sooner to see if it could be fixed.
I had  someone come in last week and was told that someone took the wire-nut off the wires that control the automatic shut off switch for when the water pan is full - for the downstairs unit.  They also tested for leaks and found only 1 at the outside unit where the connection to the Freon line was loose.  He advised me that over time this could happen but after finding the wire-nut off upstairs he felt someone has sabotaged my system.
The only other person that had any contact with my system was Jon Wayne.  
I have called and received a callback from their office but only to tell me I am wrong.  No investigation was or will be done and the Salesman is no longer working for you (makes me wonder if this didn't happen with others by him).  I have no alternative but to think this was done by him.  It has cost me $500.00 to have the Freon replaced.  I find it very unsatisfactory that their immediate response is a flat denial (which I am not surprised by), but some compassion would have been appreciated - possibly an apology that this happened to me and that they will investigate, insure this doesn't happen again (or that it didn't happen), but to outright dismiss my allegation is unsatisfactory,
I feel that Jon Wayne owes me the $500.00 I had to spend to fix this situation.
PS - I did try to post on their website but kept getting errors and could find not email address other than the website IT address to advise them of my complaint.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
