Noticed late evening Wed 1/5/22 two outdoor spigot pipes apparently froze/cracked and were leaking. Called Anchor first thing Thu morning 830ish 1/6/22 hoping for speedy service. Luckily they quickly scheduled me for same day service between 12-4 which I was grateful to secure. Love that I was asked if I prefer the technician mask-up in which I replied YES for sure and that I will certainly have mine on too. Protect you-protect me....what a concept. Thank you Anchor for this health first approach-too many businesses out there treat this pandemic time we are in like any other day-shameful. Anyway-Anchor called me 1.5 hours later to advise they can do it much sooner now as availability opened up. Brandon arrived at 1030-impressive!  Masked-up Brandon performed a thorough analysis and provided me with options. Brandon ultimately took care of the issue, was highly efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The price was reasonable and the work was done with quality and care. Have used Anchor twice before for a water heater install and pipe replacement with Dakota and Henry. They dazzled me then and Brandon today was equally as impressive. Thanks for another great experience Anchor-classy operation. Will certainly use you in the future and recommend you to anyone asking.

I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the  kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.

It's a great thing to have a great plumber! My shower/tub replacement was a nightmare - every step presented a challenge that required Tsanko to come up with a creative solution. I don't know if other plumbers would have stuck with it, but Tsanko just continued to figure out what needed to be done. The problems required him to work longer and do more than he initially estimated. However, when he gave me the total bill , it was no more than what he told me it would be. Completely trustworth and a really nice guy. He is going to have a very successful business - My only concern is that when the word gets out on this guy, he'll be so busy, I'll have to wait a week for an appointment!

After calling for the first time, David and Michael came quickly to my house and gave me a fair quote.  I felt at ease with them and felt confident based on previous reviews that the guys were honest and fair.  The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that I had to show David how to plug up our toilet after he used the long plunger for 30 mins to clear the drain.  After I clogged up the toilet, the diagnosis was, I need a stronger toilet (with bigger diameter p-stopper).  New language I have learned.  Over a hundred dollars later, I was told I need a stronger toilet.  At least I know I don't have a clogged pipe.

Dave, our technician, contradicted what other plumbers were advising and saved us from having to shell out $2,500 - $3,000 for a new system. He was able to repair the existing water softener which was already 11 years old, and give us another 5+ years on life. He finished the process in under two hours and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this firm.

Patrick was timely and extremely professional. He listened to the problem, provided a couple of options that would rectify the issue and resolved my plumbing issue all within a short amount of time. My overall experience with A&A - from scheduling to resolution - was excellent. The minute I had an issue with the scheduling, a brief conversation with the manager occurred and all was resolved. We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. They showed up in masks, due to Covid, which I appreciate. Theo and Terrence were friendly and knowledgeable, and let me know the most cost effective option. I will be calling EZ Flow Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome. I posted a service request at 10:30 at night for a gas leak in my stove. They responded first thing next morning and were at my house by 10:00. Gilbert was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained each step as he was taking it. He was quick but thorough. The whole experience just made my day. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future.

What do you mean I have a $200 water bill?? I'm not even home! Something's got to be wrong...but what to do? I'll tell you what I did. I called these guys. They showed up within an hour of my call and located the problem. Damned trees! I love em, but they went after my pipes because, well, that's what they do. Either way, an hour later and I was back in business. Courteous, reliable, efficient. The end.

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!

I wish that I had read these reviews before I had my wife contact this company to come and work on our a/c. A simple fix has become a major ordeal.
Our system has had a slow leak in it for a few years. About every 2 years we need to get it charged up and then it operates just fine. This year the process has not been that simple.
I was out of town at the time our system stopped cooling so I had my wife contact Jon Wayne to come out and charge the system. She called them and they promptly responded to charge it. All was fine for about 3 weeks when all the sudden it stopped cooling again. The tech came out again and this time said some of the wiring was bad. I found this to be awful suspicious as it has never been a problem before. However, I told my wife to have them repair this to get it going again.
It worked fine again for a couple of weeks. My wife went out of town for a few days and came back to water dripping from the ceiling. A neighbor checked on the problems and found the drain to be clogged and water overflowing the drain pan. Along with this issue, our evaporator coil was now freezing up as well.
So to make a long story short... I now have a messed up a/c system that I need to get replaced, a few water stained walls to fix, and a bathroom ceiling that has to be replaced.

This company will never work on anything in my house again.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
