This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the  kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.

Worked 40 years in sales, I always wondered why a highly reviewed plumber charges less than industrial standard. Now I get it.

We hired 3 different plumbers to install 3 brand new toilets. Our neighbor found all 3 off Yelp for us. Brad has the lowest rating (4.5 out of 5, the other 2 both have 5), but since his hourly rate is also the lowest (about 2/3 of the other 2), we chose him. Turned out his invoice is the most expensive. What an irony. The strategy is to long haul hours and charge high markups on materials. It's not a bad marketing tactic, just not what we like.

After all, 4.5 star is not 5 star. Go with one of the 5 star plumbers and enjoy honesty. Quality wise, all 3 toilets survived the 3 month warranty period.

AWESOME Service!! PlumbSmart (Cody) was responsive in getting us scheduled and sending the tech (Gabe).  Gabe was AMAZING!!  We have had hot water and water pressure issues for 5+ years in our NEW house.  Not naming any names, we have hired 3 so-called Big Name Plumbing companies, the kind that have commercials on TV all the time, having spent over $2,000...NONE of them fixed the issues and just said that it was the pressure coming to the house and that possibly the tankless water heater or the water softener may be the issue. PlumbSmart (Gabe) did a little more investigation and found that it was an issue with the install from the very beginning!  Within 2 hrs, Gabe had ALL our showers working properly, hot water working, and he solved the pressure issue (water hammer) by adjusting the Hot Water Arrestors (which we did not know about), which should have been done by the contractors who installed the plumbing system.  THANK YOU to PlumbSmart for employing technicians who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!  So glad we found PlumbSmart!

BG Plumbing solved a problem nobody else could solve.

Ever since my remodel there have been problems with my plumbing -  loud noises in the wall, shower valve cartridges cracking and leaks in my RO system.  Obviously something was causing stress to the system but the plumbing contractor couldn't find the cause.  I hired another plumber who stayed for two days, charged several hundred dollars to try experiments and ultimately failed to resolve the issues.  A friend recommended BG so I gave him a call.  He quickly diagnosed the problem (a low quality check valve near the water heater) and replaced it; he also found and corrected a few other problems with my system, and I've had no problems ever since.

This guy is smart, honest, and hard working.  He did such a good job I have no more need for a plumber, but if I ever do, I know who I will call.

Had a faulty pipe connection that caused a leak inside an interior wall.  They were booked at the time but went out of their way to get out to me and get it fixed.

Water softener works well enough but the install was an absolute disaster. Installation Tech left an enormous mess without cleaning anything up. My laundry room had multiple 4 to 6 in pieces of PVC pipe all over the floor and drywall dust everywhere from Drilling. They came back out to clean up and did an okay job in the laundry room, but there is still Hardware all over the floor of my garage. Even 3 months after install I'm still finding nails and screws on the floor

A & A Plumbing knows what they are doing by putting Kerry at the frontline. She is efficient, personable, empathetic, and professional. She explained the process and set us up with a same day appointment. The A & A team wore shoe coverings in our house. They made an assessment and gave us a few options. They were quick, efficient, and professional. It's all good here.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

We have used them several times over the past 3 years, and each time they have quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem/done the work needed. They have always had availability when needed and have always done great work, even running out and purchasing a new toilet and installing it immediately when the problem with our toilet couldn't be fixed. It's always easy, hassle free, and the plumbers we've had have always been very professional. Highly recommend.

Really excellent service --Gilbert was super professional and set up my appointment in a jiffy and when Johnny came in and replaced my toilet handle (in about 6 minutes!) he was also really friendly and efficient. Great company!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

Always use these guys for my plumbing needs, and recommend them to friends whenever someone is looking for a plumber.

I needed a quote for a sewer line to be fixed. They came out that day and suggested SAWS might be responsible for fixing my problem. He still took the time and gave me a quote. Turns out SAWS was responsible for fixing my issue. I was very grateful for his suggestion even though he knew he might not get my business. Will use in the future and highly recommend.

After a few years of receiving above average service from Jon Wayne, we had a terrible experience with a recent service issue and the follow-up to the management team at Jon Wayne continues to be ignored.  

The technician whom showed up to conduct an assessment on our air conditioner provided the diagnoses and performed repairs on the unit and noted that the repair was temporary and the only true remediation would be the full replacement of the unit at a cost of over $9k.  The service technician (Brandon V) provided guidance & a recommended that we should sign a maintenance agreement that provides additional protection in terms of additional costs for future service visits from Jon Wayne at a cost of $15 per month.

Here is where the fun starts and my concerns begin.  It is clear that the service technician from Jon Wayne flat out lied about the repairs and in fact at the time of servicing our air conditioning unit DID NOT perform the repairs as noted on the the service worksheet.  Additionally, the service technician took liberties to sell a secondary product that drives a high-level of profit for Jon Wayne and provides little to no value to the home owner.  We had another company come out to provide a second opinion on the replacement of the air conditioning unit, as the unit offered by Jon Wayne is a second tier solution   The second vendor noted that the air conditioning unit did not require replacement and when reviewing the Jon Wayne invoice & recommendations; in addition to stating the repairs that were invoiced had never been done.  I have contacted Jon Wayne to discuss the $15 maintenance plan  and have been 100% ignored after 4 phone calls for support; at this point in time I need to recover the $15 payments dating back to the original service date, cancel them going forward and I am mandating a refund for the services.   The customer service, the misrepresentation of facts, and not following up on my complaint directly is not acceptable.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
