Anchor Plumbing is the best! Having come home for the Holidays and findng out our main water heater has given out, I contacted Anchor Plumbing late afternoon on Christmas Eve and Paul answered the phone and was super friendly and set up an appointment for the 26th. Luckily, our other water heater was still working so we were able to get by for a couple of days. Alec and Jared came out and inspected our Water heaters and I had them replace both at the same time as they were both about 14 years old now. Alec and Jared were superb in their service and professionalism. They gave me a cost to replace both water heaters (which were in the attic, by the way..) and they got it done in a few hours and cleaned up afterwards. I also ad them come back out to replace the pressure valve at the water meter for me as that seemed to be starting to have issues. For me, Anchor Plumbing will be the ones I call for anything I need related to water!!

Andre and Joaquin did several jobs (mostly unfinished & sloppy work by our contractor) for our home. We were very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, doing plumbing the legit way (permits and all), and attention to detail. They are a smaller business so it may take them a little longer to finish the job - but they do great work! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

I've had Henry to my house twice now & he is fantastic!  He's prompt, friendly & very knowledgeable.  I would not hesitate to refer my friends & family to him.  If you need plumbing service, he's your guy!!

Blue Lion Plumbing was recommended to me through Next Door app when I asked for plumbing recommendations. They did not disappoint. They are price competitive, genuine, reliable company. The plumber who came out both times actually did little tweaks that weren't part of the original job. He fixed my faucet so it wasn't spraying all crazy even though he was there to replace the bath and shower fixtures. I will definitely be using them here on out for all my plumbing needs!

I was lucky to come across Brad for our plumbing job. Today he replaced the old water heater in my house. Brad is an honest man. The quote he gave over the phone is roughly the same I paid in the end. He also gave the option of me buying my own unit vs him providing one. I opted the former. We went to Home Depot and picked up all the equipment and accessories and he hauled them to the house. Brad is also nice to hang out with while he is doing his job. I chitchatted with him and had some good laughs.

I don't understand why there are more than one reviewer mistake him for someone else.  Those reviewers should get 1 star not Brad. If you discount those, Brad should have 5 stars because he provides 5 star service.  If you want a capable and honest plumber, look no further.  I know who to call first for my next plumbing job.

We needed our shower fixtures replaced and put out a quote request through yelp. Adam from PlumbSmart was the first to respond  - and also the nicest by far!

We had several responses, some crazy with outlandish prices (without even seeking to understand what we were looking for )  some expected from the known names in town but Adam took the time to chat to us, get an understanding of what we needed and gave us a reasonable estimate.

He is THE NICEST guy and for this alone I would like to give them my future business! He called when he was on the way, was timely and got the job done both expertly and quicky with no mess or fuss; and took the time to explain everything! He did a great job and I will recommend him  to al my friends and neighbors, as well as fellow Yelpers!

It is not often that you see a plumbing company with such great reviews so trust the reviews! PlumbSmart is great!!

I was impressed with owner Tsanko's professionalism and honesty.  He returned my  call promptly and showed up exactly at the appointed time.  He evaluated a leak in our crawl space, and deduced it wasn't a plumbing but a drainage problem from the yard. And he didn't charge for his time and efforts - so nice!  I'll definitely call him for our next plumbing problem and have already recommended him to neighbors.

My water softener went belly up and water was leaking all over my floor. I tried calling a few plumbers and couldn't get anyone to answer - People's Choice answered on my first try and Dave was able to help me quickly bypass the softener so that we wouldn't have to go without water. He gave me some helpful advice and I did some research, but in the end, I was so pleased with his quick response and helpfulness, that I decided to go through him to get the softener replaced. I'm glad I did. Dave is friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I will be using him again should the need arise.

After giving us a quote, we hired them. They responded to our calls and confirmed the appointment and window for that appointment. They explained what they would do for the installation and how long it would take for the job. They completed the job, explained maintenance to me and cleaned up the job area. I recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs

I have used this company several times in the past and was very happy with the service and price.  A couple of weeks ago I had a toilet removed and a new one installed which cost me 1,095.  This seems a little excessive to me as I did not get a receipt showing how much everything cost including labor , just what was done.  I did not even get any paperwork from the toilet they got at lowes telling me what kind of kohler toilet it was and the price.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Ok, so my wife was in labor. Her contractions were pretty far apart, so the doctor sent us home and told us to get some rest. Instead of getting rest, we decided to do some laundry, which is a totally normal thing when you're nesting.
Of course our drains chose this day to start spewing water all over our bathrooms when the washing machine drained, so I called these guys up. Bill and Brian were at at our house within 30 minutes and fixed everything in about an hour, well before we had to head to the hospital and deliver a baby. These guys saved the day for us, because my wife really didn't need to have sewer drainage on her mind while trying to give birth.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

Came out to fix my bathroom sink clog and before he left I started testing my other faucets and sure enough my kitchen sink won't drain now. We showed Colby Briggs (the plumber) and he just suggested we get some chemical from a plumbers supply store. He left and did not finish the job. My kitchen sink was not clogged before they got here. I need my kitchen sink more than my bathroom sink. We called that night 9/3/2019 to have them send someone else out and it is now 6:45pm on 9/4/2019 and still no one has showed up to fix the problem. Very disappointed and out $200 bucks. Would not recommend to anyone. Replied to this review with out right lies from both the owner and plumber. You can see for yourself in his reply to me. He never offered to fix my sink, he told us to go buy Thrift (which is illegal to sell to un-licensed/uncertified non plumbers) from Ferguson's and wrote down the names of two people to talk to and where they were located on my invoice. Why would I not fix my kitchen sink when I have dishes to wash and kids that use that sink all day everyday. He left and did not finish the job. Going to report them to the better business bureau. Update 9/5/2019 Got contacted by the owner by private yelp message that they would come out and fix the problem at no extra cost, however due to him implying I am a liar I was not comfortable with anyone from his company coming out and touching my plumbing again. He then messaged again implying that I am lying and then called me ignorant. I have screen shot the conversation to show the BBB. This is unbelievable. I can not fathom how this business can treat people in such a way and not get closed down. Shame on you David.

I would give negative stars if I could. After the snow here, I had the company come out to repair a pipe. I had to wait 2 days for them to come which would have been okay except he charged extra for emergency service which I'd understand if it was same day but it wasn't. Also, I was charged an ASTRONOMICAL amount of $400 for less than an hour of work and since have spoken to several plumbers who say I was basically robbed and taken advantage of because I was a single woman. I have tried to contact company with no response and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal advice. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE 5/21- Response from business owner saying that I received an estimate before service was provided is completely false, never happened. Also never told of the additional travel charge (Helotes is all of 8 minutes from my house). A family member was there to witness the event and even gave the suggestion on how to fix the issue which was just cut a piece of the sheet rock out and cut the pipe above the leak and just cap it off, a job that took less than an hour. Also was told when I called that only same day service was considered emergency, so not sure why an appointment 2 days later would require the up charge. And to imply that the price is MY FAULT  because I couldn't find another plumber(which isn't the case, I went with this company because they are so close to my house) is a completely arrogant and asinine statement. Finally, they left the work area a complete mess. No manipulation tactics from the owner response on how they took care of customers instead of family will change this review. Don't be open for business if you are going to use that excuse to rob customers.

Today was most disappointing service I've had from any home repair company. First came in look at faucet  ask have removed and put new one in and I'm told it be 245. I said ok and then he said best I just buy  my own tool and change it my self that it would cost less to do.  If that was case wouldn't have called have  the services down I will no longer we reaching out to John Wayne services

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
