Anchor Plumbing is the BEST!!!! I checked yelp and was led to Anchor due to it's amazing reviews. I can attest that they live up to their reputation. I live in Virginia and my parents, who own a rental home in Texas, live in California. My parents are elderly, so when the renter's needed a repair, I called Anchor. I spoke with Paul who assured me that they could go out to the property within a day or so and take care of the issue.  They did just that! Everything that was promised, was delivered.
Alex, the technician was Ahhhhhhmazing!  He led me through every step of the way, always answered when I called and was 100% available through the process. He quoted a price and stuck to it. There were no surprises. I appreciate your transparency and honesty and excellent work and your professionalism and...... Well, you get the point! I could go on and on. Again, THANK YOU for making this situation seamless and without stress for my parents.  We'll definitely use you again, when and if another repair is needed. They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

Called Brad this morning due to a self-inflicted plumbing issue that i needed a quick resolution to.  Brad was able to schedule us in within a couple of hours and quickly resolved the issue and got our bathroom up and running again!

AWESOME Service!! PlumbSmart (Cody) was responsive in getting us scheduled and sending the tech (Gabe).  Gabe was AMAZING!!  We have had hot water and water pressure issues for 5+ years in our NEW house.  Not naming any names, we have hired 3 so-called Big Name Plumbing companies, the kind that have commercials on TV all the time, having spent over $2,000...NONE of them fixed the issues and just said that it was the pressure coming to the house and that possibly the tankless water heater or the water softener may be the issue. PlumbSmart (Gabe) did a little more investigation and found that it was an issue with the install from the very beginning!  Within 2 hrs, Gabe had ALL our showers working properly, hot water working, and he solved the pressure issue (water hammer) by adjusting the Hot Water Arrestors (which we did not know about), which should have been done by the contractors who installed the plumbing system.  THANK YOU to PlumbSmart for employing technicians who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!  So glad we found PlumbSmart!

We chose BG Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater based on his bid and overall impression of competence.  He arrived on time and completed the work in one day, leaving the place clean and swept.  I was so impressed I called him back to do some repairs to fixtures, replacing some shutoff valves and finding and reparing a gas leak.

He's tidy, efficient and fairly priced.  You can't go wrong.  He does the work and it's done right.

I was unfortunate enough to have 1/2 inch of water around my water heater when I got back from a business trip.  After calling Lowes, a few other people, and David, I settled on David to both furnish a water heater and replace it.  It was easy enough to get an estimate: I sent him some photos of the space and, after some back and forth, he provided an estimate.  It was about the same as what one of the other places was, but the way he communicated expressed a strong sense of integrity, which I value.

After the job, I'm glad I chose him.  My water heater was old and required numerous code upgrades.  He was committed to getting the job right.  He understand that a job well done turns into a good review which turns into more business, and I respect that attitude.  I can't recommend him enough for your plumbing needs.

Caleb and Doug are always so helpful and professional.  They have done several jobs at my home and they go the extra mile every time.  When I have questions they both don't hesitate to reach out and help.  A+ customer service.  I highly recommend Alamo Water Softeners.

Chris and David came out to fox a water line leak in my ceiling. They were respectful and attentive listening to me describe my problem. They then quickly looked at the situation and proposed a cost to fix the problem. Although the price was high for the time and supplies they did quick work and fixed the problem. Great service but the price is high for 1 hour total time.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

They showed up in masks, due to Covid, which I appreciate. Theo and Terrence were friendly and knowledgeable, and let me know the most cost effective option. I will be calling EZ Flow Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

They were the BEST! Gene, Paul and Martin did excellent work!!! They located the problem, repaired it efficiently and quickly and cleaned up all the mess!!

After the big Texas storm which broke our pipes and left us no water we were lucky enough to schedule an appointment for the next day, or so we thought. After a phone and two texts confirming the appointment no one showed. We texted asking for the status of the appointment and called leaving a message which both went unanswered. We were now behind everyone else trying to get someone to come out and fix the problem. By the time we were able to get another plumber to respond it was 10 days later. That delay along with no courtesy to let us know they were not coming really did a number on us.

They are just awesome!  I have used them for numerous plumbing issues amongst other things.  They also installed my a/c system.  Their customer service just can't be beat: courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.  They wear booties over their shoes to protect tracking anything in my home and even clean up after which I appreciate.  I have been using their service for about 8 years now and will continue to use them in the future.  I highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating & A/C and in fact, have told many people just how great they are.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
