We had family member  that needed a new toilet installed ASAP due to medical issues and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us out so quickly. They were both very professional and had integrity when it came to getting the job done right. Thank you Dakota and Jarod for everything! Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment  cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Great service, great work ethic, and great company with a high amount of integrity! Thank you Joaquin!

I used Blue Lion for a new toilet install.  I was able to get a quote and book everything through yelp.  It was super convenient and fast. The price was reasonable (cheaper than going through Amazon home or Home Depot).  The plumber was on time, very nice, and did a great job.  He left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Like Richard, we were referred to Brad from another 5 star plumber that we found on yelp who was too busy to fit us into his schedule.  Good for him for having plenty of business and GREAT for us for getting Brad.  He was able to come out the following day.  Prompt, professional, courteous, efficient, and reasonable.  We will definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors!

Excellent work, service and in a timely fashion. I had company coming in and the owner came out and fixed my problem. Later, worker returned to install water softener and carbon filter and I'm happy I used them.

If you're trying to decide whether to DIY or call this guy, save yourself the time (and shame of failure), put down the wrench (plunger?) and dial that number.

I like to consider myself pretty handy, so when the sink needed fixin' I took on the (seemingly) simple job. A week and a dismembered sink later, we gave in and called BG Plumbing and were given a reasonable quote over the phone.

This guy was nice and professional.There's a good reason he's so highly rated on Yelp (that's how we found him). He didn't even mock us for our failure, just explained how he did in a few minutes what took us days of trying (I'm sure we loosened it for him). He even had to make a trip to the hardware store to buy a special tool for the job, but despite that, he stuck to the amount he quoted over the phone. Good guy, good deal.

My toilet was leaking quite a bit of water from the base so we thought it was a bad seal.
After closer inspection, David realized it was not the seal but it was actually my AC unit on the other side of the wall dripping.
He was able to stop the leak and cleaned up all the water.
Davis is a great communicator...This is a rental property and I live out of town and David communicated with me in a way that made me feel like I was right there with him, even sending me videos and pictures of what he was explaining to me.
I will definitely be using him on all my rentals from here on out.

Just had our new water softener installed by Alamo water systems in San Antonio, TX.  Efrain and Eddie did a great job with the install.  When they came out they found another way to install install our system which saved us $300!  They also provided two quick shut offs for the system, one for the whole house and one for the outside hose bibs.  They even helped me drain the hotwater heater.

The sales lady Sarah was also really helpful and very nice.  Their was no pressure to buy.  The entire process was truly a great experience.  I believe these guys are an outstanding company and I would definately recommend them.  They were also $2,000 cheaper than culligan for a better system.

Mr. Edward Garza is GREAT!!! From his expertise, he quickly found the problem and FIXED it. Outstanding service!!!

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Had an awesome experience with EZ Flow this morning! Called first thing and was able to get someone to come fix our kitchen sink within 2 hours of calling. Theo did a great job and explained the issues and how to avoid it in the future. Will definitely be using this company for any other plumbing needs.

I was super impressed with Gilbert.  I had high expectations after all the 5 star Yelp reviews, but he still managed to exceed them.  Wonderful attitude, prompt, friendly, efficient.  I could go on and on....  Highly recommended.  He's a busy man, so it may be a bit of a wait for you to get him out to your house, but I recommend you call him first anyway.  If you have a pressing matter, he's happy to recommend other plumbers.  Great service.  Blue Dragon is my plumbing service from now on.

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

Came out to fix my bathroom sink clog and before he left I started testing my other faucets and sure enough my kitchen sink won't drain now. We showed Colby Briggs (the plumber) and he just suggested we get some chemical from a plumbers supply store. He left and did not finish the job. My kitchen sink was not clogged before they got here. I need my kitchen sink more than my bathroom sink. We called that night 9/3/2019 to have them send someone else out and it is now 6:45pm on 9/4/2019 and still no one has showed up to fix the problem. Very disappointed and out $200 bucks. Would not recommend to anyone. Replied to this review with out right lies from both the owner and plumber. You can see for yourself in his reply to me. He never offered to fix my sink, he told us to go buy Thrift (which is illegal to sell to un-licensed/uncertified non plumbers) from Ferguson's and wrote down the names of two people to talk to and where they were located on my invoice. Why would I not fix my kitchen sink when I have dishes to wash and kids that use that sink all day everyday. He left and did not finish the job. Going to report them to the better business bureau. Update 9/5/2019 Got contacted by the owner by private yelp message that they would come out and fix the problem at no extra cost, however due to him implying I am a liar I was not comfortable with anyone from his company coming out and touching my plumbing again. He then messaged again implying that I am lying and then called me ignorant. I have screen shot the conversation to show the BBB. This is unbelievable. I can not fathom how this business can treat people in such a way and not get closed down. Shame on you David.

Wonderful service! Showed up early to my home and had my sink unclogged in no time. From start to finish they were professional and even cleaned up after. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that our initial problem was that our outdoor unit would turn off in middle of the night and never turn back on (no matter what we did) until around 3-4 in the afternoon. We also pay monthly to be a valued customer and have normal services done.
1st visit 5/17/19- Juan came out in the afternoon after the unit had came back on, and still evaluated the problem. He suggested that we replace thermostat, stating that our thermostat just wasn't reading correctly.
2nd visit 6/2/19- Juan came out again. It did take a while to buy new thermostat, so we called to have them come install. He then stated that our unit outside was not working because of a low voltage wiring. In the invoice he states that he took apart wiring and fixed the short in the system. Now, reading his report in the initial visit he stated that our unit was three years old, then this 2nd visit he states our unit is five years old. This visit we paid for the fixture of the low voltage.
3rd visit 6/3/19- Unit outside still going out at night and then not coming on until later in the afternoon. Robert has come out this time upon request of a different service guy. This time a time delay was noted on the outside unit, stated possible vault in outdoor circuit board, but no mention of a low voltage problem. (recommendation) Circuit Board- $628, High voltage distribution system- $238, and and surge protector for outdoor unit- $478.
4th visit 6/5/19- Unit still not working. (same issue) Ryan came out this time. He noted an electrical fault in outside unit, and low voltage problem again, which was supposed to have been fixed by Juan on the 2nd visit (according to his notes). This visit we had them replace the circuit board (which turned out to be under warranty through manufacture), and the fixed low voltage wiring. We paid $300 for this visit for parts, warranty processing and labor.
5th visit 6/6/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time we asked for a supervisor and was sent Jonathan. Who diagnosed it as the circuit board, again this time stating a high voltage causing it to troubleshoot. He replaced the board, and after explaining everything else he did not charge us for labor this visit.
6th visit 6/10/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time we had Jacob arrive. The problem now was that the unit had turned back on and he noted he could not recreate problem and he reprogrammed our thermostat.
7th visit 6/11/19- Unit still not working (same issue) This time Jacob came back out. He says the control board was not working properly. We have already had the control board replaced twice now. He states a low voltage problem in wiring, which also has been noted was fixed twice now. This visit he quoted us a - $1,700 bill.
After seven visits we decided to call for a second opinion. The guy came out today after the unit not turning on at all after the day that Jacob came out last, so two days with no ac, 87 degrees. The guy comes out and turns out that out outside ac unit was never turned back on properly by Jacob and we did not know because it was on the inside of the unit. We talked to the highest manager at the company that would pick up the phone after asking to talk to the manager for two days, that's why we waited to call a different company thinking the owner would fix the problem after seven visits and no resolve. Nope, this company is about money, not the customer satisfaction, or quality of work.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
