Clint and Brandon were so incredibly efficient and professional. Ultimately saved me $2,000 based on the initial quote I received from Bonney for a water heater install (with me providing my own unit). They were VERY friendly and explained the whole process. Made sure everything was up to code and running properly before they left. Even made sure to bring extra options for me should I decide to upgrade things. Highly recommend and will be a lifelong customer and refer my friends and family to them. Thanks guys!!!

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Had a great experience with Martin! He was the best quote we received and he was able to replace the water heater by himself! Other companies were trying to charge me extra because they said they needed 2 guys to replace a 75 gal water heater. Amazingly Martin did it all by himself. He was able to come fix it in a day and answered all of my questions. We even had him come back and put a drain in for a second job. He is my go to plumber now!

Way too expensive, almost $ 300 for simple pipe draining, 20 minute job. Fellow had quoted $ 150 for the first hour on the phone but then added machinery cost and chemicals. Big rip off.

Every single person at this company makes you feel like you are their only customer. The tech that came to my house was super knowledgeable and explained the issues he found...then fixed them the same day! They charge fair prices and are all so nice and kind. These people have gone above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the only plumbers we will call from now on!

Had a huge of a problem with the heather in my house. Called in one of the big name companies  that  wasted my time. Then I looked for someone local and I found BG plumbing. From the moment the tech came in, I felt totally confident he was going to be on it. He came and gave me a lot better estimate than my previous company that I called. After the estimate and  my approval to go ahead with the job, the problem was fixed  really quick - boom, done.
I did not get any sells pitch and how this could be so unsafe to do if not done this way... Overall great experience and I felt his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.

So, David and Steven of First Choice Plumbing did a fantastic job of hooking up my gas dryer and replacing the shut off valve because it wasn't to code. They were timely, polite and very experienced. They also gave me a great quote for hooking up a gas line outside for our grill. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All those stars on Yelp are obviously well deserved and I'm happy to add to them.

In typical Alamo Water Softener service service: excellent!! Very minor manufacturer defect was corrected without any issues. Rare these days to find a company that provides actual Customer Service that counts. AWS has been a go-to company for me since 2010. The faces have changed, but the quality of service has remained exceptional. I highly recommended them for any water related needs you may have. Their product is great. Their service is better!!

Great service very fast same day only problem prices hig and they have one price calculated in with service charge so you are not aware of what you are paying for it seemed simple was done in 15 min was told 1hr tech was friendly.. I bit confusing n

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I've used EZ Flow several times over the past 2 years and have always had a great experience. They've helped with water leaks, our disposal, gas lines and more. Today, CT and Henry came by and were able to help us out very quickly. They were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend EZ Flow.

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant home repair experience I've ever had. From the beginning phone call I made at 3 am (emergency leak the day after Christmas) to the completion of the job, everything was handled with such professionalism and courtesy. JJ was timely, friendly, knowledgable, personable and never wasted a minute! My repair was somewhat complex but he went above & beyond to get it done as quickly as possible & as economical. He even went out of his way to reassure me (as he traveled up & down the stairs) that everything would be fine. I'm sure you can imagine my worry of the total, being it was the day after Christmas. But even that was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this company to anyone, and ask for JJ! He's a giant of a guy, but has a giant heart as well. BUYER BEWARE!

OK I was just going to let this go, but since you keep pestering me to give you a review. Here Goes: First when I called your place of Business I talked to a Meghan who was very nice and explained to me that for $79 dollars you would come out and give me a 21 point tune up that included cleaning my unit and flushing the drain on my unit. I asked because i knew that's what I needed to be done.So I made an appointment with her.  well on that day Dylan Fisher showed up late in the evening he came in my house and I showed him the unit... Now this guy had more patches on his uniform than a Doctors Office, but when he use a plastic zip tie as a snake to check my drain! I knew some thing wasn't right... Then he asked when was the last time and how often I changed my filter but did not change it? Finally he told me to sit down I thought some had died. Then he gives me and estimate for replacing my drain ( instead of cleaning it) plus an estimate to install a new very expensive ($100's of dollars per)  type of filter that only once a year. Looked like some thing you would install in a commercial building. (but he did not replace my $4.25 filter) when I asked why he said all he was supposed to do today give me the cost of cleaning my unit. but instead he wanted me to replace everything instead of cleaning it. He told me that who ever installed my unit did it wrong. He also told me the air return was to small for my unit and wanted to put a bigger one. Yet he did not put my old one back on??? That's when I realized those booties he put on his feet when he came in my house was so he wouldn't step in his own bull shit! This guy was a high pressure commission salesmen! He made the hair on the back of my neck stand up I asked to leave my house and he just kept trying to sell me. I had to tell him 6 times to leave my house! Practically threaten him! finally he left and I went to your Yelp page and saw this was  the norm for your company. Tons of bad reviews very similar to what happened to me. This tells me you don't care! That You like to hire Con men dress them up like a Repair men cover them with patches to make people think they are talking to a PROFESSIONAL! But little do they know they are about to be swindled by a snake oil salesman! Thank GOD I smelt the bull shit before it was to late! wish I had gone to Yelp sooner.  would have save me $79... so later I called a smaller company they came out and cleaned and flushed my unit for $50! So I signed a contract with them. All I can Say is BUYER BEWARE! It's places like yours that give mechanics a bad name and people don't trust them. I've seen your trucks around town for a long time so I guess you get away with it a lot I wish there was a way to warn more people about your company!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
