They were very responsive and had the best value when we needed a water softener uninstalled and another one installed. We called them for a second job as well we were so satisfied with the first experience.

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Twas a dark and -- oh, who am I kidding? It was a humid Texas summer evening when I realized that there was a puddle forming in my garage outside of the little door that houses my water heater. Since I know nothing about home maintenance, it took some asking anyone who would listen what that even was, and finally at ten in the evening, the issue was identified and I began browsing my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations.

The most recommended local option was Martin with Blue Lion plumbing... so in my late night panic, I sent off a Facebook message. lol and behold, not longer afterwards I already had a response, and Martin came out the very next day to take a look, identified that both my water heaters had failed, and gave us a quote. Nervously, because I know nothing about pricing for this kind of thing, I ran it by friends and confirmed, for replacing the equipment on fairly short notice, the price was incredibly fair. We ultimately decided to downsize our water heaters, so we let them know and they updated our quote in no more than a couple hours, and scheduled us for Saturday -- YES. They can come out on Saturday, and Martin let me know it was specifically to be considerate of people who work M-F and can't easily take time off.

They came right on time Saturday, were so polite and considerate coming into our home, and overall had pleasant energy as they worked without being boisterous. They were done by lunchtime, tested everything, Martin answered all my questions in layman's terms because I'm not at all handy, and recommended someone to take a look at the water softener system if I ever needed it.

Overall, they made a positive experience out of something that could have been disastrous.

Brad is incredibly professional and efficient.  He showed up on time (after calling first to let me know he was on his way); he fixed my plumbing issue, cleaned the work space, and quickly processed my bill, which was very reasonable.  I'd recommend him to anyone.

Initially had them come out to get my water heater up to code and install a water softener on the house we just purchased. Once we moved in we found out the drain line from the washer was broken underground. The cost to fix one portion was only 1/3 of what the cost would be to redo the entire house's drain lines so we did it.  While digging they noticed that my sewer line was broken so they replaced the entire line.  Adam (one of the owners) was great with communication and keeping me aware of the progress.  Overall they did a great job.  I had some issues with the contractor they used to dig but Adam, and Cody went above and beyond to make things right. They have gained a customer for life.

Tsanko came out promptly to replace a broker shower cartridge and handle. When I have a plumbing issue, I call BG Plumbing because the response is prompt, the work is carefully done, and Tsanko does great work and is trustworthy.  I'm giving his name and number to all my friends - just hope he doesn't get too busy so that he is available to help me the next time I need him.

I was charged $360 for something that the owner knew was worthless, but said nothing. He knew I wanted a new water cut off valve at the back of the house, because of a under kitchen sink leak that he also repaired. When I found that water cut off didn't work , he simply said oh that won't cut off water in the house. It had before and the handle was not good and frozen in place . He told me right away he could fix it and make it better. I also told him I would not spend so much money on that but having it handy to turn off water if I had another plumbing leak . He knew but now denied, but taking advantage of the elderly is a sin.  And certainly no way to gain repeat customers. ...

Just had our new water softener installed by Alamo water systems in San Antonio, TX.  Efrain and Eddie did a great job with the install.  When they came out they found another way to install install our system which saved us $300!  They also provided two quick shut offs for the system, one for the whole house and one for the outside hose bibs.  They even helped me drain the hotwater heater.

The sales lady Sarah was also really helpful and very nice.  Their was no pressure to buy.  The entire process was truly a great experience.  I believe these guys are an outstanding company and I would definately recommend them.  They were also $2,000 cheaper than culligan for a better system.

This is one of the best plumbing services I have used in years!!!! From the start of scheduling an appointment with very fast availability and great customer service. Justin Flores arrived and assessed the need for new water heater(old one was 12yr old). Within a little over 1hr... had a new functioning water heater.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

They did a good job hooking up my utility sink. On time and the price was comparable to other plumbers. I would use them again.

Acted like he wanted to help but never followed up with a bid. Moved on to a more professional business.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.

Gas control valve went bad on water heater.  Part was under warranty so no cost for the part.  From the day I called in the problem to the day the part was installed was Saturday to Wednesday.  That's four and a half days of ice cold showers in the month of November.  I believe if a little more effort was put into immediately acquiring / ordering a replacement part, it could have been shipped overnight.  Long story short, I was overcharged for labor ( $300 for an hour's work).  Called office to discuss the enormous bill, and why they did not give me the 10% military discount even though I had printed the coupon from their website and provided it to the plumber.  I called and left message after message.  A total of 4-5 calls.  The dispatcher assured me I would receive a call back.  No office manager, no billing department person, nobody ever bothered to call me back.  Bottom line: the water heater is fixed, but I know I overpaid for a warranty claim. I also know this company has a long way to go in learning to provide exceptional customer service.  I will use a different plumbing company for any future plumbing needs.  Perhaps one which actually cares enough to RETURN PHONE CALLS!

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

We are very disappointed of our service . Because my mom had pay for a battery for the AC unit outside that didn't had buy it . We needed a new one it was a waste of 500.00 . Now we a new a/c the whole thing. The guy didn't tells us that the outside unit was no good and didn't tells us that it needed freon. So now we are out of a/c for the rest of the summer. And they took 500.00 from us for a battery that we didn't need .
But I guess we will here from them. I hope they will read this and maybe remember are number and gaves a call. It's sad that we lost 500.00.we don't know if he really put the battery on or not .Very disappointed! Do they really read this I hope so.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
