They were very responsive and had the best value when we needed a water softener uninstalled and another one installed. We called them for a second job as well we were so satisfied with the first experience.

Fair estimate provided by Andre himself. We scheduled the service for the next day and the plumbers arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently did the repair exactly per the estimate. I have called Brad three times to work on various projects.  He has always been quick to return my calls and then makes every effort to work me into the schedule as quickly as possible.

He did a great job with the repairs and was very reasonable with his rates.  He was honest and did a good job explaining what needed to be repaired.   In the past, I have had plumbers over charge me.   I would recommend Brad to anyone and value his professional opinions and integrity.

Moved into older house that we knew needed wtr htr replaced.  The sticker on it said 1991.  This is 2022.  R u serious???  Just didnt know how fast we needed it.  It started leaking but probly had been like that for awhile unbeknownst to us.  Thats an emergency!  I contacted PlumbSmart, spoke to Ebony who took down all my information and said would have someone contact me soon.  Ebony was friendly, pleasant and professional.  Probly like in minutes, Cody contacted me, gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable.  He was even able to get someone out there the same day.  Sent me Ryan.  He was all business, professional, friendly, efficient.  New wtr heater is now installed and code compliant-has water pan and expansion can.  So glad I found PlumbSmart.  Will def call them for anything plumbing.  Totally recommend them.  You wont be sorry.

I called BG plumbing to have a gas hookup for my dryer installed, Tsanko
Came out punctually and surveyed the site for hookup. After checking out my existing gas pipe, he explained that I couldn't hook up to my pool gas line because it was too large and my piping for my water heater and stove and furnace plus pool heater basically maxed out my meter and existing line and if he did connect to this, the dryer and other appliances would not work well if they were all running at one time. He also said that the cost of running a line would be less economical than using an electric dryer. I really appreciate the honesty, as he could just have given me a price and done the job leaving me to find the problem later. He also recommended calling pg&e to get a larger meter installed. I will call him for any plumbing jobs that I need. I can understand the five star ratings in his yelp.

People's Choice Plumbing were FANTASTIC! They were very friendly, showed up on time, and provided great customer service. Lowe's recommended AWS as one of their partners for water softener installations. I would also encourage others to buy the water softener units directly from AWS. I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Fantastic service from the initial contact to completion of job! When I initially contacted him he was booked.. of course.. but he referred me to another quality plumber. Soon after he contacted me and said a spot opened up! Gilbert called before to let me know he was on the way and while on site he worked quickly and efficiently and answered any and all questions. I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)

They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

This company deserve more stars. Came home from work on Sunday @ 7am and was greeted by a small pond in my front yard. Not knowing what to do I called CPS and was told it was pretty much my problem and to call a plumber.  My son suggested yelp and the first to appear was AAA Auger.  When I called the guy who answered (sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful, pleasant, and walked me through what to expect. He said the guy was currently at another site and should arrive in about an hour. Sure enough the next call from AAA was to let me know the guy was on his way. Brian came out and right away knew what was wrong and where to look. He went over what to expect and provided me with a quote. After it was agreed he went straight to work. I cant believe how fast Brian was and how undisturbed the site looked when he was finished.  I am so grateful this company exist and that guys like Brian are out there to help us out at such short notice.  I will def recommend to all and willnuse again in the future. Hopefully I wont be passed out and miss a phone call or two sorry Brian  *wink*

I'm not gonna lie, I've been eyeballing disposals since I moved into my new house. My old life did not involve a screen over my drain and produce matter in varying stages of decomposition in a compost bucket on our kitchen counter.

I didn't want one of those anemic one-third horsepower disposals. I wanted the sort of disposal that could safely dispose of such a disposal. I wanted something that takes rice and coffee grinds or an InSinkErator 1/3 HP Disposal and eats it for lunch. So I waited and eventually Costco had an American Standard on sale - running a whopping 1.25 horsepower for $69.99. Good luck installing it [cackle], the cashier said to me on the way out, as he laughed in an evil fore-shadowy manner. So rather then mess up my plumbing and causing a leak under my sink like last time I decided to hire a pro.

It's a garbage disposal Michael, how much can it cost to install, ten dollars?

Turns out its not that cheap. $250 from my plumber, the guy who has done work on my house before. I told him I would get a few quotes and call back, which was a lie.

Mr. Rooter thought my sink was made of gold or something, because they quoted me $240 - $340. Beyer plumbing: unable to provide a quote without a phone number, yuck. BG: $175. My plumber texts, he's down to $175 b/c he realizes I'm a repeat customer.

Meanwhile Pete from Elite responded quickly to the online quote request, was at $125 flat rate, and was able to schedule someone to be here in an hour or so even though my request was not a time sensitive one. It was a no brainer.

I had a second plumbing issue - a contractor had routed my dishwasher drain cord through a cabinet. Elite helped me fix that on-site as well at additional charge. Overall great service and I'm super happy with the disposal installation.

I had a leak around my water heater back in February, I think the cause was the freeze. I am a member of their rescue plan, so I called them in February and explained my problem. They stated because of other emergencies they would not be able to come out until April 9. A little far, but I understood that other people had real big emergencies.
So I took off work on April 9th so I could be there for my appointment. When it gets close to the service time, I receive a call stating that the technician is running late because of other emergencies and that they will be at my house late in the evening, or I could reschedule for another day. I told the lady I had taken off from work to be there for my scheduled appointment (which I had made two months in advance). She said that they could come out but it would be very late. So, I took off work for nothing. Why am I a member of this rescue plan which is supposed to give me priority service if I don't get  priority service? I was patient enough to wait two months for them to come out, and they can't even come out to my scheduled appointment on time? Maybe they need more help? Not really sure what the problem is?

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
