Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

Very professional and we had them help out at our property we manage. They came promptly and evaluated the situation with the utmost professionalism. I even refered them to my parents.

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

Just called to see if they Service the Kirby area, Receptionist wasn't sure. She left to try and find out, however, she wanted to know what the problem was, before she could tell me if they would be able to service this area. Not sure why it mattered with 5 Star Ratings. Oh, well, I told her I would look for another Plumbing Company.

I don't know that another 5 star review is really needed here, but since the last one was a few months ago, this one is just to say nothing has changed.

I have called Brad twice in the past two months.  Both times, my call has been returned promptly, Brad has come when he said he would, and the work has been performed quickly and well.  In other words, exactly the way you would want it to be when you need a plumber!

My wife spotted one of those dreaded Sunday water leaks at the side of our house two days ago. My usual plumbers, who are good, were not open on Sunday but we had quite a geyser coming out our  water softener pipe. I researched on Yelp and came across Plumbsmart. From the company's answering service to Cody, the owner of the company to Joe the service tech., the service was outstanding and the leak was fixed within two hours from my initial call. I was impressed with the work, the people I spoke to or met. I now see why their reviews are so highly rated.  I have a feeling the leak started several days ago and eventually split the pipe and became Old Faithful because the water pressure inside the house has increased remarkably.

Had to call multiple times for someone to answer. I explained the issue (same issue happens in every single household, sooner or later)  I literally told them the brand of faucet with issue, the shape of the faucet, the size of the faucet, the location of the faucet, the age of the house and was I was told $200 just to come out and first available time to go out would be at least 8 days out. Yet their Yelp advertisement says under 1 hour response time. No thanks, not every homeowner is naive gullible and incompetent.

The WORST!!! Cut holes in my wall he didn't need, cut the pipe wrong, took forever. Didn't know what he was doing. Boss kept calling every few minutes, obviously not too confident in his employee either. The owner was rude and talked down to me, and they were OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE

Replaced a Kenmore unit which we had for 8 plus years.  The resin had disintegrated and we were having blockages in the aerators in the sinks and the screen in the feed line to the washer.

Visited Lowes to discuss buying a replacement unit and installing myself.  They indicated that AWS would call for an appointment to schedule a consultation on what options we had and was told they would call within 48 hours.  AWS called within two hours and scheduled the appointment for the following day.  We discussed and purchased a replacement.  They were able to schedule the installation three days later as it was a holiday weekend.  They showed up on schedule and did an excellent installation.  

They also installed a pressure reducing valve on the incoming water line to prevent resin breakthrough on the new unit.  I also had them install a hose connection on the water softener outlet to facilitate rinsing of my vehicles with softened water when washing.

They did a much better installation than the outfit that did the Kenmore installation.  I am extremely happy with the entire process.  Thank you Lowes and AWS.  I highly recommend both organizations!

I had a plumbing leak in my master bathroom.  Brandi recommended I call A&A pluming and I'm so glad she did!
I called in the morning and spoke with April and Kerry (they are both so nice to speak with and very reassuring) they had a tech dispatched within an hour! Edward Garza and Jordan were great to work with! They were professional and efficient.  Edward answered any questions I had was so nice with explaining everything that he needed to do and going through all of my options to fix the leak.  Edward and Jordan worked to repair the leak and had it all done the same day! Great service!
While any home repairs are never ideal, I can say that I will always call A&A plumbing from now on for anything I need in regards to my plumbing!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

My pilot light on my water heater went out and they were able to get over to take a look the day after I reached out. They diagnosed my water heater, called the manufacturer, picked up the part, and got everything situated within a few hours. The plumbers kept me up to date, explained what was being replaced, and let me know up front how much it would cost. I would absolutely recommend for any plumbing needs.

Had Gilbert out to remove my kitchen sink and replace it with a new one. He is a total pro. He worked quickly but with attention to detail. I had the hardest time finding someone who would take a job this small and not try to jack up the price. I'm glad I kept searching because Gilbert is now my go to plumber.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

My 20 year old ac finally dies in March 2018. I called Jon Wayne Air and stupidly let them talk me into buying a 10,000.00 system. Included with that price was a service contract for a year so in Feb 2019 they came and serviced the ac. They tried to sell me another 1 year service contract for 240.00. I declined because it was just too much money. Aug 30 2019 my ac quit working so called them and they came out on the 31st and checked my ac. They were going to charge me 600.00 plus labor to replace the starter and capacitor, or I could sign up for another contract at 240.00. Sound fishy? You pay 10 grand for a system that doesn't last a year and a half and they want to stick it to you. Beware of these con artists.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
