I called Paul this afternoon because my other plumber was a no show.  He was very polite and said he could stop by my house right now for an estimate.  Paul came out and was able to fix my water pressure that afternoon.  I don't leave very many recommendations because most people fail to meet my expectations but I have to say I would recommend Paul to anyone.  Thank you.

After having several plumbers work on my parents home I can finally rest. Andre's team finally diagnosed and fixed the problem with a drain. The team was on time and very professional. I was honored that they offered a military discount to my father who is a Vietnam Veteran. I really appreciate the office staff and their professionalism. Great job all.

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!.
My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business.

Excellent service. Tsanko came out to our home on time and gave us a detailed run down of our water heater and it's needs and services. This is our first home so we have zero idea of anything related to it. We decided to call him instead of using our home insurance. He quoted us a very fair price and let us know a timeline of when those services might be needed as well as what it would look like when something does need to be changed. Needless to say we will not be using insurance when the time comes, instead will be using this company to have everything taken care of. If you are in your first home and need plumbing services I highly recommend you use this company. I know we will from here forward.

I choose People's Choice Plumbing due to all the wonderful reviews on Yelp. My water heater was leaking late Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning and David came out within an hour to assess the situation. He was able to replace my water heater the next day and fixed the wiring/connections up to code. His quote was true to his word and very reasonable compared to other local companies. I'm a big supporter of local businesses and rely on Yelp to support local commerce. David was professional, finished his work within the 4 hr window and showed me the improvements he made. From the moment he arrived at my house, I had a good feeling. I will definitely be a customer for life! Thank you David for being honest, reliable and performing great work!

I came home to a water heater leak and wanted to make sure I got the right company to take care of the issue.  Justin and his teammate came out early and gave me great options.  These guys are all about the customer!  I had a new water heater installed in under 2 hours!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

EZ Flow was quick to respond to my plumbing needs. Emilio, together with his daughter Brittney, fixed the leak in my shower. Gilbert and Matt are fantastic!  We had another plumber do some work because the insurance company required we use a specific company.  They didn't get a single thing right.  After two unsuccessful visits and fighting with the insurance company we decided to pay for the repairs ourselves and get it done right.  Blue Dragon came in, identified the issues and got them fixed quickly and accurately.  I would highly recommend Blue Dragon Plumbing!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

David C., Your people already let me know in no uncertain terms that I will never win in court because I can't prove they did anything.  I'm really glad you put in writing that they turned off my water. When we parted ways your manager was screaming that I had done it myself. I've read your other bad reviews. I guess this is just par for the course with your business.  Your people were late more than once, they were disrespectful, and I did have to have another company come fix what your guys caused. I don't see how my review is unfair.  By the way, I HAD to get my water fixed. Your guys blew up my softener (4 years old) and left us with 0 running water in the entire home.  All pipes were clogged with resin.  He thought we had a main break. He went from faucet to faucet turning them on and watching them clog because he had no idea what he had done by cranking on and off my water 15-20 times.  He even told me he couldn't believe my softener didn't have a bypass valve. Well it does. The next 2 plumbers I called knew what had been done within 30 seconds.  They showed me how to put the bypass on and how the original repair could have been done by turning the water off at the h20 heater itself. He never needed to turn the water off at the street.  I had 0 water for 2 days. Your crew of bullies blamed me and wanted to charge $700 to clear the lines. They said I would need to buy the new water softener and heaters that were then filled with Resin!  The tiny little repair turned into one big nightmare.  Your guy said it was just a coincidence that my water softener blew up on their second visit!  While they were turning my water on and off!  Why on earth would I PAY your guys to repair it?  Is that the scam?  Break stuff and charge to fix it?  Your comments about shirking responsibility just aren't true. All y'all had to do was fix it. If I hadn't told your plumber what was wrong, he still wouldn't have known. He was at my house for 7 hours using a compressor to blow out my lines individually. Problem was when he would turn the water on, they would re fill with resin. He hadn't bypassed the now broken water softener. It was a night of madness. They made a huge mess of water in every room they were in. Knowing what I know now, their blowing efforts were futile! Other plumbers laugh when I tell them how your 2 guys blew line after line not knowing Resin was in the lines.  It literally took the next plumber 30 seconds to know what was going on.  The next plumber after that took 30 seconds. I wanted to see if he could figure it out. How does a licensed plumber not know this???  Y'all keep challenging me to take you to the plumbing board. I will file a complaint because I'm not sure your guys were really licensed plumbers. We have filed with the BBB.  Your guy let me know that I'll never win because I can't prove you did anything. At least you now agree your guy shut the water off. They literally screamed at me saying I did it myself. That I had turned off and on my water. I don't even know how to do that!

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.

The people were nice and professional. If you have a lot of money and want to waste it then this is the company for you. I got quoted way to high compared to two different companies. It crazy how big the difference was! On there contract it even states something about there company being more pricey...

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
