Dakota and Dakota were knowledgeable and professional. We had a 2nd floor leak that needed to be addressed to find out our pressure was too hitch which was most likely causing the issue. Also turned out our water heater was about 3 years too old. Imagine my surprise when Dakota said he'd be able to get a team here and have everything taken care of within 3-4 hours. Absolutely amazing work and answered any and all questions I had through the process.

Fair estimate provided by Andre himself. We scheduled the service for the next day and the plumbers arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently did the repair exactly per the estimate. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost.  Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! I called to schedule an appointment to have a tub spout replaced. His hours clearly state 8-7pm. He said he wouldn't meet me at 5pm anytime during the week. I could understand not wanting to do a major job late in the day, but a tub spout replacement shouldn't require a 3 hour block. I give 3 stars because he answered the phone promptly, but the response wasn't what I was expecting.

My husband and I are first time homeowners and clueless when it comes to basic home repairs/upkeep. Our water was shut off for a day before we moved in, and since it was turned back on one of the toilet tanks wouldn't refill after flushing. Worried about creating a bigger issue if we tried to resolve it ourselves, we contacted PlumbSmart. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Roger came out to help, and immediately detected the problem...a very simple fix of turning a valve. Better yet, he didn't make me feel dumb and refused to charge anything. Will definitely go back to them for future plumbing needs.

This review is long overdue. We called Tsanko the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2012 regarding a leak from our tub faucet. He was booked until after the holidays (understandable). Tsanko still stopped by Wed to review the problem. Within an 1.5 hours, he had diagnosed the leak, gone to the hardware store to purchase replacement parts and resolve our problem.  His price was reasonable and he gave us honest feedback regarding another minor issue with our tub. Based on all of the positive reviews, called 1/7/2017 after discovering a leak at our water meter. Never received a call back so called a second time several hours later. After describing leak & texting pictures, was informed that services are $180/hour plus $120 diagnostic fee...so $300 right out of the gate. Luckily, I was able to fix the problem myself for less than $10 after locating the necessary part at speciality plumbing store.

David was great! Fixed my issue and gave me a thorough education on water softeners. Very honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I am truly impressed with AA Plumbing and the services they have provided in meeting my needs.  Turnaround time upon my initial request for water pressure adjustment and possible PRV replacement was swift and resolved (2 days).  Ryan & Colin made an initial inspection of my water pressure and the PRV, but went above my expectation and inspected the entire house, all faucets,  laundry room, and the tankless water heater.  Ryan provided recommendations with 3 options.  During the entire process, Ryan thoroughly provided details of actual work performed, and also provided before/after pictures.  Ryan & Colin's expertise and knowledge was well appreciated.   Thank you for everything.  Highly recommend AA Plumbing.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Super fast response to my Yelp request for a quote.  We had 3 items to be fixed:  very slow stream from the shower, kitchen faucet leaking and leaky toilet.  

When he called me he gave me great advice about the leaky kitchen faucet...it was about 7 years old and he told us it would probably be cheaper to replace the faucet than have them diagnose the problem and go buy the parts...great suggestion.

In the 20 years we've been in Austin, we have yet to find a consistent plumber.  We're Blue Dragon customers from now on...

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have had to use Guarantee for service and both times we have received excellent service by the technician Bill. This time he had an assistant with him. We had a clogged drain and he listened carefully to my description of the problem and you could see him thinking as I was talking. Because we live in a mobile home, Bill has a unique perspective because he has lived in one, too, so he is familiar with the issues of mobile homes. He then went out to our clean out plug and started his investigation and easily saw that the problem was downstream of that point and it was the park's problem. He then went over to the park office, explained everything to them and got a commitment from them to fix the problem. Then he came back in to my wife and I, explained everything to use, told us we were only liable for the service diagnosis charge of $39.95. We gladly paid him, chit-chat for a minute or two and said we'd see him in two more years. Don't hesitate to use this company.

When I lost pressure in my kitchen I started my search for a plumber I could trust and one that is readily available for when any emergencies come up, AAA Auger was quick to respond to my online request for service and for the work is decent on price - they did an awesome job getting pressure back to my kitchen sink and installing a valve for my shower.

Will be using AAA again, and would recommend. Though they are not the cheapest they certainly are not the most expensive, their staff is friendly, and the work is great for the dollar. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

I was dreading our yearly check-up only because the serviceperson is also a saleman!! we purchased a whole unit for the price of a car, along with THE GOLDEN WARRENTY of 12yrs..ok my family told us we were foolish but we felt we wouldn't have to deal with anything for years to come.Well according to the serviceman that come to service our unit (every year)  we always need SOMETHING to add to our unit..of course we let them know we invested thousands of dollars into our unit and its only been 4yrs since we purchased it.makes us question our purchase .Some are pushy, some just remind us we can make it greater!! just would like to say we r very happy with our unit and the savings in our electric bill..just not happy with this sales pitch..every year..

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
