The kitchen garbage disposal was clogged. Anchor Plumbing Services responded to a Yelp quote request the night before and were able to provide service early the following morning. They were very professional, wore protective gear, such as masks, gloves and boot coverings. The service was quick, they work very clean, polite and ask if any other service was needed while they were there. Definitely would recommend Anchor Plumbing Service!

Joaquin was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what our plumbing issues were and gave several options as to go about fixing it. It was a simple unclogging  of the cleanout and he brought out the pipe camera and showed the interior of the pipes. Would  highly recommend and plan to use Andre's Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. No doubt they're valuable members of a great team.

I was lucky to come across Brad for our plumbing job. Today he replaced the old water heater in my house. Brad is an honest man. The quote he gave over the phone is roughly the same I paid in the end. He also gave the option of me buying my own unit vs him providing one. I opted the former. We went to Home Depot and picked up all the equipment and accessories and he hauled them to the house. Brad is also nice to hang out with while he is doing his job. I chitchatted with him and had some good laughs.

I don't understand why there are more than one reviewer mistake him for someone else.  Those reviewers should get 1 star not Brad. If you discount those, Brad should have 5 stars because he provides 5 star service.  If you want a capable and honest plumber, look no further.  I know who to call first for my next plumbing job.

Fast, efficient estimate and on-time scheduling. All of the people are easy to deal with, explain (in layman's language) the issue and possible ways to address the problem. The next time I need a plumber, these guys will be the first call.

Tsanko came out promptly to replace a broker shower cartridge and handle. When I have a plumbing issue, I call BG Plumbing because the response is prompt, the work is carefully done, and Tsanko does great work and is trustworthy.  I'm giving his name and number to all my friends - just hope he doesn't get too busy so that he is available to help me the next time I need him.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. ABSOLUTELY the BEST plumbing company in our area  (IMHO)!

Four years ago, they replaced and upgraded my water heater.

I hired a company that asked me for white bread ( Mrs Beards) to help stop the leak...SMH.

HUNDREDS OF  DOLLARS LATER, when the meter was replaced, my back spicket leak, turned into a blazing waterfalls!  

One of my neighbors  turned me in to the water company!  Not knowing I was already in contact with them!  Attempting to rectify the problem!

A&A not only took care of my issue AGAIN, but they CARED! TOOK CARE OF ME, and even sent me flowers, because of my health issues!

Who does that now a days??? THEY DO!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

We were upset to discover on a Friday night that we had a water leak in our front yard coming from underground - the water company, home insurance, and home warranty were not going to be helpful in this situation (we checked). So of course, we were expecting this to be painful process both in time (digging to find the leak) and in cost.

Bill did a fantastic job at  easing that pain. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate after discussion of our issue over the phone and agreed to come out the same day on a Saturday to look over the problem and even do the job. He was very professional.

He came, he saw, and he conquered. The job even cost the amount he had originally estimated. Bill was very honest with us when he arrived and it could have cost more depending on what he would find upon digging and we appreciated his opinion. Bill discovered the leaky problem after digging and had it fixed within 3 hours as promised. We recommend Bill for any plumbing needs you may have.

Great service and pricing! Arrived on time, solved the issue and repaired for a reasonable fee.  Then left the place spotless.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

Best plumbing service ever!!!!  Troy King was at my house in less than an hour after I called. Replaced my water softener and worked with me on the price.  Did a number of small plumbing jobs as well.  I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs!  The company also gives a 10% military discount.  Troy was very professional and knowledgable and went the extra mile to complete the job.

AAA Auger installed a new back flow preventer and certified testing of it in February 2014.  The back flow preventer stated leaking  badly in October 2014.  Isolation valves that they installed didn't work.  Called for them to come out on Monday and arranged for appointment on Thursday morning.  They didn't show.  I called and they said that they were short handed and apologized.  Rearranged visit for the the next day in the afternoon.  They didn't show so I called again.  They said that they would send someone out before end of day.  I had to leave for a dinner.  They called me at dinner and said that the repair was going to cost about $600 when I had paid almost $900 for the new facility only 8 months ago.  Told them that they should repair for free and they said nothing.  I checked the next day and it was still leaking.  I called and they told me that it was out of warranty and that they didn't repair it because I didn't authorize it.  Too bad for me.  Sad that a company puts in a substandard facility with no cutout valves and won't repair their substandard work.  Would not recommend them to anyone.  Work doesn't last and company doesn't honor their appointments.

Had several plumbing issues after the hard San Antonio Freeze and scheduled  Elite Plumbing for the repair.  Communication by Text was outstanding reminding me of the appointment and when they would arrive.  Peter and another staff member arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and it was fixed in minimal time.  
During a stressful period when I am sure they were overworked and tired they were true professionals.   Thanks for the great service!
I am not sure how my review showed up as San Francisco but it was in San Antonio, TX

Had Jon Wayne come to check on my AC last week. They said they would be at my home between 8 and noon, the man arrived at 12:30. So they waved the service call. (I had to ask for this, they never offered). Instead of trying to fix the issue, the technician was more interested in selling me a whole new AC system! (inside and outside units, $9k Plus) when he saw I wasn't going to go with a whole new system, he quoted me $426 for a part which I can buy from Amazon for $18. 

I felt like I was just being ripped off. 
No way would I recommend Jon Wayne, 
I'm gonna use the mom and pop companies from now on.

UPDATE: I bought the part I need a few days ago from Johnstone supply (Alamo downs Pky) for $30 and I'm doing great in my nice cold home!

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
