Paul has been our go to person for plumbing services for almost two decades. When he started his business many years ago, I did not hesitate to make the switch.   He and his company have provided many services over the years from installation of fixtures to emergency repairs, and in doing so, has never failed to provide the superior advice and services.  Paul and his crew are as honest and experienced as they come.  Just recently, Dakota and Mason came out to the house to address my water pressure issues. They were professional and completed the evaluation and service in a timely manner.  Dakota and Mason are definitely on my request list when I call for appointments.  I highly recommend this company not only for its superior services but also the reasonable pricing.  Anchor has been and will remain my preferred vendor for plumbing services.

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

I've had Martin out to my house twice to repair plumbing issues. We installed my new faucet and replaced my water heater. He is courteous, prompt and honest. I highly recommend Blue Lion plumbing for home repairs.

My toilet wasn't flushing properly so I call Brad. Brad was punctual and honest. He came out to take a look and found that it was the sewer lines backing up for the entire building. Since this was an HOA issue, it could not be fixed due to HOA rules that the homeowner cannot fix or repair something that is HOA's responsibility so I put in a work order and referred him to the Management Company in hopes that they will hire him for the job. I would recommend Brad to anyone.

Fast and efficient service, They helped me with the purchase and installation of Water Softner and Reverse Osmosis in my kitchen. Very professional and timely. Would recommend them highly.

Found a leaking valve on my water closet. I broke the PEX at the nipple on the elbow in my bungled repair. Tsanko came the next day at the agreed time. Repaired in about an hour. You can see the quality in the photos. Good price... good work = good value. Good conversation was a bonus. When you need repairs give BG a call. Golf swing is similar to tennis stroke. Good to meet you.

David and Michael came to check on my fairly new water heater because our water was not heating like it should. I called and David told me he would be able to come out that day which was incredibly convenient and he was about 25% cheaper than the previous quotes.

From the phone call to meeting in person, they were very courteous and professional. While at work, my wife was available for the appointment and they explained to her what they were going to do and then what they actually did in where she would understand.

They quickly drained,filled, and tested my WH and turned out to be working fine. He charged an easy 65 bucks for the house call and no problems since.

I would definitely call them again if I had another issue.

Reasonable price for the filter. They have options and will try to sell a high priced one but with a simple discussion will cater to your specific needs.   They use a quality valve (I think it's a Clack). There was a slight mixup on the installation dates (tried to come on an earlier date) but because they gave a text notification we resolved it easily. Installation itself went well and the installer spent time to discuss maintenance and care for the filter. Three months later and the filter seems to be working well. This company is easy to work with and competitive with another local plumbing company (which didn't seem interested in installing a water softener).

I live in castle hills and had a broken pipe in back yard that was exposed. So, no digging necessary. Two plumbers showed up and saw the broken pipe and said, We can't fix that because we do not ha e a threading machine but, I can rerun the entire waterline in your backyard for you. Rip off artists. I had another company come and they took out the broken pipe piece and installed a new pipe within 15 minutes. A&A is located on a street called Lookout. That is exactly what you must do. Lookout for these con artists. If they show up, they still expect the $45 fee. Even if they cannot fix it.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Decided to try to fix my leaky bathtub faucet myself, but wound up with my water off and in quite a predicament on a Saturday evening.  Decided to give up and call a plumber.  I called EZ Flow after hours and they said they could come out on Monday but asked me to describe the problem.  I did so, and they gave me some very good advice and I was back in business in just a few minutes.

No chance I would have gotten this done without the expert guidance from EZ Flow - you guys will be my first call in the future!  Awesome and honest!

I hate dealing with plumbers and electricians but really did well with Blue Dragon Plumbing. Gilbert did a great job of replacing our kitchen faucet and at a fair price and in only 30 minutes.  Nice guy to talk to and very down to earth and he really seemed to actually like what he does for a living and it show.
This is one occasion where we kept a business card!  We will call Blue Dragon again if we have other plumbing issues.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.

AAA AUGER IS TERRIFIC! We had the BEST experience with them yesterday and we highly recommend them to all!  if you need help and guidance and expertise, give the a call! We have found our plumbing company!  Unlike most other plumbing companies who are just looking for bucks!

NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to cut drywall and take insulation out. I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to pick up a part. So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

I set up an appt for today between 9-1 to check on a drip from my faucet in the bathroom.  The tech showed up at 5pm.  I explained the problem to him.  He DID NOTHING...touched nothing.  Immediately got out his ipad to start giving me prices to replace my faucet.  The quote was over $ 400.  I cannot afford it.  I have requested a refund for the service charge of $ 29.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
