We just recently moved to San Antonio and had a few minor plumbing concerns that we wanted looked at in our house (low-ish water pressure, water softener functionality and maintenance, etc). I had been dragging my feet in calling a plumber, but my hand was forced when my 4 year old flushed a plastic toilet paper holder down the toilet, rendering my master bath toilet useless. I called Anchor after seeing Facebook suggestion. Paul was friendly, professional, and quick to get out to us (about 2 hours since he was on another job when I called). After getting here, he was able to snake the toilet and have the issue fixed within 10 minutes. He even humored my son's million questions and our ever nosy dog with stride. The prices were reasonable, but might be a little on the higher end if you have a quick job like mine. This is due to the fact that they use a flat rate rather than an hourly rate - a benefit if you have something that's going to take a bit of time, but something to consider if you have a quick snake job like we had. Basically, I paid a bit more than I was expecting, but it was more than worth it because of what Paul did AFTER he fixed the immediate issue at hand.

Paul was amazingly helpful and took the time to examine our water pressure and water softener for free. He checked our outside pressure and after a few questions and further examination, determined it was probably a source issue (the pressure is ok, we just wish it was a bit higher). He did offer some helpful DIY solutions for the shower, toilets, etc. He also went to examine our water softener and schooled me on the required maintenance. If after following his instructions we found that our softener still wasn't working properly, he'd come back and check it out for free and see if we needed repairs. Luckily, his directions worked and we now have a fully functioning water softener.

Overall, we were super satisfied and will DEFINITELY be using Anchor again in the future.

Wonderful service. Called Andre on recommendation from a friend & great online reviews on Yelp. As a first time customer, wasn't expecting same day service to replace old leaking water heater. Matthew did a great job & all was accomplished by the evening of that day. One of the best responses we have ever had & will definitely use them again.

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

Brad returned to our home today to replace two bathroom faucets installed by another plumber gone bad, a new design kitchen faucet, and a new upgraded shower head. Brad, a master plumber, is the consummate professional and always goes above and beyond to do a quality job. Ended up replacing frozen valves identified along the way. He always keeps you informed of what he finds, what he thinks could happen, and preventive measures to take to prolong the life of what he sees. Even convinced us to do our own maintenance on our garage based water heater by showing us the various steps to take, one by one....Thank You Brad!

Excellent work, service and in a timely fashion. I had company coming in and the owner came out and fixed my problem. Later, worker returned to install water softener and carbon filter and I'm happy I used them.

Tsanko was very responsive and provided great service. I would hire him again! I had a small project and contacted few plumbers from yelp but no one responded. Tsanko was kind enough to respond and provide cost efficient next day service.

The plumber never showed up.  He called and told me to send a photo of the required part and I did so.  He suggested I find the part then he would install.  Never followed up. If I could give negative stars I would!

Dave, our technician, contradicted what other plumbers were advising and saved us from having to shell out $2,500 - $3,000 for a new system. He was able to repair the existing water softener which was already 11 years old, and give us another 5+ years on life. He finished the process in under two hours and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this firm.

Ryan & David provided excellent service! It was time to replace my kitchen faucet and I wanted it done by a professional. Upon their arrival, they also made a recommendation that some of the pipes connecting the disposal and sink to the drainage line were installed incorrectly and should be replaced. I did that job myself, and I'm not a plumber, so I wasn't too surprised.

They were able to install my new faucet and replace the pipes about an hour or so. I am absolutely happy with their level of service and professionalism. I was referred to A & A by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else that needs a pro to perform plumbing related services.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Called EZ Flow after i did not get any response from 2 other plumbers ( i gave them a week to get back to me as both said they were slammed with work) and EZ Flow came out in less than 1 hour. :)  Both Emilio and Jeff were courteous, efficient and professional. Reasonable price for doing multiple jobs around my house and rental property. Emilio also recommended ways for me to save time and money in the future. If i could i would rate them with 10 stars. Gilbert and his crew are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Had a clogged drain in the kitchen and Gilbert responded to my email within hours and set up a time for the following day. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

I was quoted in $89 fee as an hourly rate over the phone but when the plumber left after 20 minutes of labor he charged me $297. $45 was for Parts and $252 was for labor for 20 minutes of work which is highway robbery do not call guarantee plumbing

Had several plumbing issues after the hard San Antonio Freeze and scheduled  Elite Plumbing for the repair.  Communication by Text was outstanding reminding me of the appointment and when they would arrive.  Peter and another staff member arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and it was fixed in minimal time.  
During a stressful period when I am sure they were overworked and tired they were true professionals.   Thanks for the great service!

Total ripoff and scam. They were one of 3-4 AC companies we had come out to give us opinions on our AC. I knew I had to replace a unit but the lowest option they had started at $16,000. Not only that, they sell their units as packages that they name but don't disclose the brand you are getting. They knew we were getting multiple opinions and refused to leave anything in writing. We were only able to look at the proposal and they took it with them and would not leave it upon our request. They said they didn't want someone undercutting them. Seriously? They were the HIGHEST priced of all companies who came out.

We ended up going with Climate Control who sold us a TRANE model of greater efficiency than the unit we were replacing for $4,500. It works great and our bills are lower. We got what we NEEDED.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
