The service I received today from start to finish was outstanding! They dispatched Pete Katauskas as their service representative. I love how I received a text letting me know Pete was on his way AND sent a pic of him. Soon after, Pete called me to provide his estimated arrival time. He did a super job in assessing the issue with the water heater. He quickly made the repair and explained what he found. He also provided estimates for replacement. I highly recommend this business, you won't be disappointed! Top notch all the way!!

One day we walked into the office and our carpet was saturated. I immediately started looking for plumbers and messaged a few, but decided to go with Andre's because they were prompt in responding, kind and accommodating to our situation. They came the same day! Turns out we had a slow leak in the wall between the master bath and office, that had been leaking for awhile. I think the first tech was Nick. He did a great job. Well not too long after, our AC went out because our P-trap got clogged, so my husband had to drain the AC pan. He wasn't able to reattach the pipes under the sink. So we called Andres and Joaquin called back and said he had availability the next day in the morning! He called about 30 mins before he showed up and finished the job fast! He was very communicative the whole time, explaining what he did. He was kind and professional and gave us some info on how to fix it if it gets clogged again or we could just call them back directly if we had any issues! Even recommended an AC tech! But to be honest we will probably just call Andres again! Highly recommend 12/10! Best prices you will find! Very fair! professional and prompt service! Plumbit was responsive and reliable when I needed service for a toilet clog and kitchen sink leak ASAP. They provided a 3-hour arrival timeframe and a text when they were en route. They resolved both issues and were very respectful of the home.

They offer FREE ONSITE ESTIMATES and gave me a quote via Yelp's Request for Quotes before they came out. This local business also has the heart to support our military and first responders with a discount.

OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. No doubt they're valuable members of a great team.

Our clean-out drain was clogged and our toilets would not flush. I called Brad and he returned my call quickly and came out that same day, which was much appreciated. I immediately lost a lot of man card points when I was not able to locate the clean-out entry point when Brad got there, and I was duly embarrassed while I was nervously looking for it with Brad for the first 20 minutes of his visit. I could sense that Brad was losing patience (rightfully) and not having a good time dealing with this idiot (me). I tried to make a little conversation and lighten the mood, but I pretty much got the silent treatment for the remainder of his visit. He finally suggested that he remove one of our toilets and go in from the inside of our house with the auger snake. I realize this is a pain and I felt bad, but it worked. We found the clean-out on the side of the house, rather than the front yard, where I could have sworn it was, like the girly-man that I apparently am. He then moved to the side of the house and successfully cleaned out the pipes. Hooray! He replaced the toilet perfectly and left our house in great shape with all toilets a-flushin' and drains a-drainin'. But then he retired to his truck for the next 45 minutes while I was waiting inside with credit card in hand, missing my son's high school baseball game, I might add. I realize he had to pack up some tools and the auger in his truck and total up my bill on his tablet, and that takes some time. But I can't imagine that it takes a full 45 minutes. I feel like he was rounding me up to 2 full hours of his time at $85 per hour. So I guess I paid him $64 to get his truck in order and reflect on the day's accomplishments. Total bill was $300. Then I noticed I was charged $13 for caulk, $9 for shims, and $12 for bolts to put the toilet back in place. I would have let him use my toilet caulk or shims for free if he had just asked.
Anyway, I'm very happy that Brad was able to fix our problem quickly and completely, and I guess $300 is about right for this type of service in Austin. But I do have a problem with his general attitude and the extra 45 mystery minutes. I think we would have gotten off on a better foot if I had been more prepared with locating the clean-out. I may not know where my clean-out is, but I have other talents and people like me, gosh darnit.

Adam, Cody, and Roger were just fantastic to work with on our remodel project. Professional, responsive, well-dressed, and kind, they were willing to work around all the projects we had going on and help us finish on time. We are happy to be able to support local guys running a local business, and we'll continue to use them in the future. Look no further...we HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart! Tsanko was very professional and knowledgable. He repaired our master showerhead very quickly and cleanly. He even saved cost by doing the repair through the adjacent closet wall instead of making a large hole in the tile wall.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project.

Phenomenal service.  Communication leading up to our appointment was very friendly and timely.  Dave arrived on time to take a look at an issue we needed troubleshooting and also to replace an outdoor spigot.  He did a great job and did not rush anything.  I received a text less than a week later to make sure everything was working well.  An after service follow-up text?!  Who does that??  I replied with a different minor issue. Dave called me and over the next 15 minutes or so talked me through several possible fixes to try before scheduling another visit. Thanks to him I was able to take care of the minor issue myself.
I have never encountered a plumber with friendlier staff with such great service. We'll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!

Not one to usually post a review, but their customer support warrants a review.  Called this AM, Labor Day 2016. Left a voice mail, non descriptive except I purchased a H20 softener in April 2014 from them.  Within 10 minutes I got a call back from Alan.  I told him the issue I was having with the softener.  He wanted me to try a few things that he could talk me thru on the phone.  I stated I would be home in around 20 minutes and he said he would be available.

Called once I got home and Alan had me do some over the phone trouble shooting.  He could not solve the problem over the phone but he stated that they were actually closed today, but for me to call in the AM and get on the schedule and they would get out and fix the problem.  I let him know that I could not take off until FRI.  He said that he would let his staff know to ensure I get a repair appointment for Friday.  

This is the type of business owner that gets repeat business from me.  Calling to see what I needed when their office is closed is the true definition of service after the sale / excellent customer support! I want to take time to publicly say thanks to Alan for going above and beyond the norm.

David and Matt saved the day!!!!! There was a leak at my parents home in San Antonio and no water in the home. A plumber was called out to fix it. LONG story made VERY short, I ended up firing that plumber and called A & A Plumbing. From the moment Kerry (Customer Service Rep) answered the phone and I explained the situation I was immediately relieved. A & A was EXCELLENT at communicating with when they were coming out and followed through with exactly what they said! So happy that I choose A & A Plumbing, they literally saved the day!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. Gilbert is a true professional who enjoys his customers, takes pride in his work and does a fantastic job. He replaced 2 water heaters for us that passed city inspection with flying colors. He does small jobs too and is just as helpful even when the fees are smaller. I won't call another plumber...Gilbert rocks.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

During our recent remodeling project we had to move a gas water heater (three feet).  Called Auger for a quote, personnel was very professional and courteous.  Technician was on-site within a day... and appeared very knowledgeable and competent.  

We were quoted around $2.5k for the project by Auger, while a competitor charged us $1.3k for that job.  Also, I noted similarly inflated price trend for a softener connection (asked for on-site quote).  There are a lot of things that go into pricing of work, so I wouldn't speculate on price discrepancy within industry.  

We did not use Auger this time, but I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them.

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.

We had our water heaters replaced in Oct 2021.  Jon Wayne Services was extremely quick to replace them because they were getting our $$$$.  Nov 8, 2022 we had a sensor go off on the water heater that serves our showers.  called customer services to have someone come out and see what the issue was, they stated all technicians are busy helping other customer emergencies and as soon as one was available they would show up.  A couple of phone calls later I was told to turn the main breaker to the water heater off so the beeping would stop.  By the end of the day no plumber, got a phone call saying that they were all still busy and that a plumber would be out the next day.  Plumber comes out and fixes the sensor.  a month goes by and the sensor goes off again at 2am.  call customer service and again was told all plumber's were busy helping other customers, at this time all I hear is blah, blah, blah.  A plumber arrives the next day and replaces the sensor.  Two weeks later, New Years Day, yup you guessed it, the sensor went off, this time for a different issue.  on Monday at 0800 I called customer service and again I hear blah, blah, blah, blah.  The next day a plumber shows up at 1000am, after a few minutes he thinks he found the problem and fixes it.  Not more than 20 minutes after he left the sensor went off again.  At this point I was ready to rip that thing out myself.  Called customer service and they contacted the plumber and he returned.  At that point he requested the water heater be replace, but they couldn't do it until Wednesday!  So after nearly 4 days without hot water for showers we finally had hot water.  We will NEVER EVER use Jon Wayne Services for new services nor will we recommend them.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
