Anchor plumbing gave me the most reasonable price for a new tankless water heater for my home compared to 4 other plumbing companies that I got quotes from . The technician was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and was done after a couple of hours . Highly recommended

Joaquin was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what our plumbing issues were and gave several options as to go about fixing it. It was a simple unclogging  of the cleanout and he brought out the pipe camera and showed the interior of the pipes. Would  highly recommend and plan to use Andre's Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

I have used Blue Lion Plumbing in the past and had good results, but this time it was a very bad experience. I needed a water heater and I can go on and on with my poor experience and I have tried to settle my very poor experience with Blue Lion but they do not agree with anything I had to say. Blue Lion would not budge a single inch. Like arguing with a person that something is the color of white and they argue that the color is black and that is all they will ever see. I had a water heater replaced Saturday and after it was replaced it needed electrical work. I texted them to PLEASE call me the day the water heater was installed on a Saturday, but they never did call and never replied to my text pleading for help until the following Monday morning. So, I cannot recommend them for the poor customer service and lack of any customer service. So much for the customer is always right it was more like I am crazy for expecting anything from them or a simple return phone call or reply to my text was crazy. I know the owner or his wife will reply with something to my review making me seem crazy for expecting a little customer service and have a totally different story but you always have to remember there are always two sides of the story.  I also asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the $2,025 water heater since I have used them since 2020 and I had referred people to them and again not a single dollar could be taken off they said. They said that was the best price and no discounts could be given. You mean to tell me if a relative or someone who has only used them for plumbing as i did or good friend needed a hand that they would not give them a discount? I also lost my job in 2020 due to covid and as I said I used them and never asked for a discount but when this company could have really helped a person in need they just replied no. Please remember- Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind ALWAYS

My second experience with PlumbSmart and they were terrific AGAIN!!
First time, they replaced our hot water heater in the attic and completed the job in excellent fashion with no wall dinged or any real problems/issues.  Cody has always been outstanding in working with us to provide reasonable quotes and win our business.  The second experience was replacing the hot water heater in our garage.  Ryan showed up on time, was professional and cordial and completed the work with no problems ... we replace a 40 gallon tank with a 50 gallon tank and all appears to be working well.  We've never had so much hot water in the house!!  However, in the process, Ryan discovered that our water softener was not performing properly.  Both the hot water head and the water softener had 19 years on them, so we were not surprised, but thankful they had lasted the long.  The original water softener came from another company that ONLY does water softeners.  We called them and they gave us an excellent quote over the phone, but had to schedule installation over a week out. My wife had suspected that the old water softener was performing weakly because it affected her hair and her skin itched (of course, guys, she was right!!).  Cody had provided a quote for a new softener, but the other company actually beat PlumbSmart by a significant margin.  Cody refused to give up and agreed to meet the price.  Ryan came the very next day and did the install of the water softener.  We admire a company that really wants our business and is willing to not only work with us, but do exceptionally good work!!  We're very pleased with Cody and PlumbSmart .... folks, all we can tell you is that they do what they say their going to do.  And, believe us ... we've experienced very unreliable and poor service from other plumbing companies.  PlumbSmart is a winner hands down.  We only hope they continue with their service attitude and fairness ... that being the case, we have our plumbers for life!! We are first time homeowners and immediately had to deal with getting a new water heater. I searched Yelp and looked at reviews before finding BG Plumbing. I also got a few different quotes to try and see what the price would look like.

AWS patiently explained the products to me over the phone.  Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable, the rep that came out to see me, checked the hard water levels and explained the equipment to me once again.  I liked that all their parts were not proprietary and that I didn't HAVE to go back to them if I didn't want to for future repairs.  They were able to schedule the install quickly.  The installers were early, friendly, courteous, helpful, and quick to complete the install of my water softener, freshwater spickets(sp?), and water filtration system.  I can tell the difference already!  I enjoyed working with them.  Tell them Rita sent you!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

EZ Flow ROCKS!!! They were courteous, on time, fixed our problem, and were extremely fair priced. Less than half the price of Roto Rooter or any of the other guys I got quotes from. Also, bonus for points for being open on a Saturday!

Gilbert arrived promptly, was polite and worked quickly. He quickly assessed the situation and realized he wasn't able to fix my issue with the tools he had.  So, he referred me to a service that could.  In the end, he refunded the service charge for his trip out. Thanks Gilbert.  That was an upstanding move.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

Our sewer backed up, and my regular plumber didn't have the equipment or expertise to tackle the job, and they recommended AAA Auger.  I will spare the details of the repair, but the point is that Jaime and Nick (both Nicks!) were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and capable.  I don't know if AAA Auger is the least expensive option, but it was a pretty big job and it was done right and for a fair price.  I am very picky about customer service and business ethics, especially in an industry that is ripe with abuse and bad behavior, and these folks really are top notch.  I have a new favorite plumbing company!

NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to cut drywall and take insulation out. I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to pick up a part. So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

Good try!! You did not replace our refrigerant. In fact, your experienced sales guy tried to sell it to us and we said no since we were getting your wrongly advised new unit. Does that mean you did work to our unit without our approval?? And thanks for refunding our $500 deposit, but we spoke to the manager on Monday and TOLD HIM we were canceling our check. That was never even offered up by your company to give us the money back. Nicely written, but too late.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
