Our garbage disposer stopped working this morning. I sent a request online through Anchor Plumbing's website and within three minutes received a call from Paul. Paul was able to schedule me for this morning, and within an hour Brandon was on his way. Brandon was able to repair my unit in about five minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and responsiveness of Anchor Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again.

Andrea's Plumbing was great. They were easy to connect with, responsive. Arrived when they said and fixed our issue quickly. Will definitely use them in the future.

Plumbit was responsive and reliable when I needed service for a toilet clog and kitchen sink leak ASAP. They provided a 3-hour arrival timeframe and a text when they were en route. They resolved both issues and were very respectful of the home.

They offer FREE ONSITE ESTIMATES and gave me a quote via Yelp's Request for Quotes before they came out. This local business also has the heart to support our military and first responders with a discount.

We were caught with a significant week-before-Christmas emergency slab leak. I called at least 7 different companies. Most, it seemed, didn't want to deal with the frustration of a large job or felt ill-equipped to cope. It was a three-day job which they performed with a high level of excellence. They were kind, informative and the price charged was more than fair. They are 100% my new plumbing guys.

I called Brad for an emergency leak behind my washing machine. He was available that day, was very nice and professional, and took his time to explain what had happened and what he had done to fix it. He also made some recommendations for water mitigation I would need to have done. I would definitely recommend him.

Roger came and gave me the estimate.  Matt came to fix a major leak. He was efficient and industrious, very customer oriented, professional and friendly.  So I decided to ask them to upgrade my outside pipes to prevent them bursting in freezing weather and also install a water softener. Matt had to turn off the water,of course, but this left debris in the faucet filters, etc., which he also fixed. The whole project was more expensive than I expected, but Roger gave me a discount because I hired them for the large project. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

I have used BG plumbing now for two projects in my house. I hope you will consider using them for all your plumbing needs. Great customer service and up front with the cost of each project before the work was started.

I really want to give Dave 4 stars. He IS super friendly and has great communication. He responds promptly to texts and calls and arrived on time (for both visits).

He could not figure out what was wrong with my water heater but had no problem charging me a $70 diagnostic fee for the privilege of looking at it. He tripped a breaker because he turned my water heater thermostat up past 150 (max) degrees to test if the meter was broken. He quoted me $199 for a garbage disposal install and charged me $351 because he broke an unrelated pipe in the process of installing it. Finally, the disposal he installed STILL DOES NOT WORK because THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL OUTLET for it, therefore the unit cannot be turned on and I need an electrician. To be fair, he did tell me after the disposal was almost completely installed that there was no electric, but what was I supposed to do at that point? He looked under the sink [see diagnostic fee] and I assumed we were good to go.

Even more frustratingly, the Home warranty plumber came out and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. There is nothing wrong with the water heater. There was something going on with the outside garden hose hookup which he snipped and fixed in like 5 mins. $70 and problem solved. Water heater is now at 125 degrees and working beautifully.

We are now a week later and I still haven't got an electrician out here so I can have a working disposal. Will probably end up removing and returning disposal, if possible. Wish I had never called People's Choice.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

EZ deserves every bit of this five star rating.  They called me to let me know that they could get here earlier then scheduled.  This was a plus because I didn't have to waste my time waiting for them to arrive.  When they showed up they were very professional and fixed the problem right away.  They were also able to replace a disposal that was leaking with a new one that they had on their truck.  They even pointed out some future trouble spots to keep an eye on.  I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I met Gilbert and Juliet when they came to my work looking to buy a car. (Capitol Kia) I have to say, these are some of the nicest people I have met and I meet a dozen new people everyday in my career. After they bought a soul for their business, I had a friend use them for some work at his house. I told him to give them a call and that they would do a better job than anyone else in the area. They didn't let me down, my buddy was so happy when Gilbert finished his work. Everything worked the way he wanted it to, he finished in a timely manner and charged less than his competitors. My buddy never even told Gilbert he knew me. To make a long story short, Gilbert and Juliet are great people, good workers, and the friendliest people in Austin. These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

I was quoted in $89 fee as an hourly rate over the phone but when the plumber left after 20 minutes of labor he charged me $297. $45 was for Parts and $252 was for labor for 20 minutes of work which is highway robbery do not call guarantee plumbing

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.
Kent, if I need anything else done, your company will definitely be the first call that I make (after my home warranty, of course)

I had water leaking from my kitchen sink. This company responded quickly and quoted me over the phone. They came the same day and at the time they promised. They charged me what was quoted over the phone and they didn't try to sell anything extra. Quick and got the job done!

Though they were prompt....We were WAY over charged for a minor fix.  Do not understand why.  That was with a service charge at no charge!!! ??? Do not recommend at all.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
