My water heater went kaput and flooded the side of the house. My wife and I were so stressed with another appliance going out. To call someone, it takes time and then you worry about the financial aspect as well. So who are we to call, will it take several days to come out, do you have to miss work to fit in the window they give you? Those questions arose when we started to thumb around, looking for a reliable plumber. You have heard the commercials and the big names, but we know that would be expensive. So we across Anchor Plumbing Services. They responded quickly. It took about an hour after we made the call to the time of their arrival. We were greeted by two men, Brandon and Mason who are some of the nicest Gents you'll ever meet. They were very industrious, polite, and communicative with our needs and helped us in every way. I never had servicemen who were so prompt and well trained, they took away all our stresses and made us at ease. The price was a lot less than major competitors but more so they gave us peace of mind, which is priceless.

Rest assured. This plumbing company has everything you want. The wife answers the phone on the first ring. She schedules you for service promptly. She gives you a 2-hour window in which the plumbers will come. They show up on time. They fix the problem. They do not leave a mess at all. The fees are very reasonable. If only all plumbing companies were like this one!  They have my gold seal of excellence. 100%.

He does not services East Austin (Pleasant Valley area). He was polite on the phone. Just want to save him and you the time to call if you live in this area. He referred me to PDQ Plumbing for this area.

There is a lot to like about BG Plumbing and Tsanko, the owner.  He does all the plumbing himself so you'll know you get the best.  
We had a leak in a bathtub and he came out to diagnose it and to give an estimate of putting the tub back in as we had torn it out.  He gave a straight quote, as it seems he quotes per the job instead of per hour.  The quote was reasonable and because of all the good reviews we hired him.  He came on time ready to work, and did a neat, professonal job.  There was a small part to finish after we tiled the wall, so he came back within the week we called him back and finished.  No hidden charges. He asked me when decisions were to be made, and answered any questions. We will definitely call BG Plumbing for our next plumbing job.

After having challenges in working with other plumbers, David has exceeded my expectations with high quality work and superb customer service where he charges reasonably for labor and materials. I've had continuous upgrades in my kitchen- from valve replacements, to sink and faucet installation- and each step, David has been communicative on price, services and timeline. With an upcoming dishwasher installation, David is my go-to person. He's honest, punctual and responds quickly. It's hard to find trusted resources, and I highly recommend People's Choice Plumbing.

Best customer service we have ever experienced. Actually, my husband did business with Alamo recently and he was blown away by their product and customer service. Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

We were upset to discover on a Friday night that we had a water leak in our front yard coming from underground - the water company, home insurance, and home warranty were not going to be helpful in this situation (we checked). So of course, we were expecting this to be painful process both in time (digging to find the leak) and in cost.

Bill did a fantastic job at  easing that pain. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate after discussion of our issue over the phone and agreed to come out the same day on a Saturday to look over the problem and even do the job. He was very professional.

He came, he saw, and he conquered. The job even cost the amount he had originally estimated. Bill was very honest with us when he arrived and it could have cost more depending on what he would find upon digging and we appreciated his opinion. Bill discovered the leaky problem after digging and had it fixed within 3 hours as promised. We recommend Bill for any plumbing needs you may have.

Our previous plumber went down in quality and service drastically, so I had to find a new one. I noticed Blue Dragon had amazing reviews on Yelp and elsewhere, so I called a few months ago for a Shower problem. Gilbert was booked weeks out, so he gave me his best backup plumber's information.

Yes, he gave me a competitor's information! That shows me that he is more concerned about getting my issue fixed than just making money for himself. The plumber he referred me to did an amazing job and I was satisfied.

Fast forward to today, I have two sinks that are not draining. I couldn't reach the plumber he referred me to last time, so I called Gilbert again. Sadly, he was booked, but again he gave me the hookup to two businesses he trusts to do a good job. I called the first and have an appt. today without any hassle.

This is the first time I have ever given someone a max review for NOT being able to help me! I am simply amazed that Gilbert and Blue Dragon would rather help someone than just make money. Not once, but twice! I don't want to wish another plumbing issue on myself, but if it happens, I will be calling Gilbert and Blue Dragon first.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

Fast service, plumber was here within 30 to 45 minutes, showed us the problem, worked on the leak and called us outside again to show us what he had done.  Fast, courteous Jose was our Plummer.  Will recommend them!!!!!  Thank you Mr. Jose

When I put out the request in Yelp for estimates on a new hot water heater and install, Pete and Elite Plumbing was not only the first to respond but also ended up with the most competitive bid.  I pinged him multiple times to ensure I wasn't missing any hidden cost or fees.  He replied quickly and thoroughly to all my questions.

The estimate seemed too good to be true plus I had also seen some mixed reviews on Yelp so I wanted to be sure I did the extra due diligence before making a decision.  Not all plumbing jobs are the same and things that happened during the big Texas storm early in 2021 I had to take with a grain of salt.  After confirming all the details with Pete and researching more online, I trusted him and his team with the job.  

As a bonus, his team was ready to start work the very next day so we got it on their schedule.  Communication throughout the engagement was great.  They showed up in the window they gave me.  They finished the work fast, efficiently and professionally.  Everything went smoother than I even expected and I was very pleased with the work and overall experience.  

I can't vouch for all of their services but if you need a hot water heater installed, I can definitely give them the thumbs up!  I'll consider them in the future for other plumbing jobs that might spring up too.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Our AC went out and we hired them to come look at it on Friday. Three days after the initial call. Which is fine I suppose. The lady tells us she will call between 8AM-noon to let us know they are on the way. They call at 7:30 which is fine ?? But why say 8-noon and call 30 MINUTES BEFORE the time you stated???
I didn't hear the call as I had the alarm set for 8 AM AS I WAS TOLD. They told me they could have someone out in the afternoon and all the representatives were busy I spent ALLL DAY WAITING FOR THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY they could schedule NEXT WEEK. An absolute waste of time. Do NOT bother with this pathetic company.. absolute TRASH.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
