Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

I used Blue Lion for a new toilet install.  I was able to get a quote and book everything through yelp.  It was super convenient and fast. The price was reasonable (cheaper than going through Amazon home or Home Depot).  The plumber was on time, very nice, and did a great job.  He left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

The owner was very rude when I called for an estimate. He said he didn't come out and give estimates. He gave me an average price & wasn't willing to answer any questions.

Cody and Roger are a pleasure to deal with . Had an issue with my plumbing and within a blink of an eye, I was being taken care of. Cody asked the right questions and very customer focused.  Great service, great value.

This is actually the second time Tsanko has come to our rescue!  The first time, we were having issues with our toilet and he quickly helped fix the BIG problem... but there was a smaller problem that my husband had inadvertantly introduced when he tried to fix it and so Tsanko kindly pointed out what the problem was and how to fix it.  He said he could fix it too but it would cost more and it was easy to fix so perhaps give my hubby a try again.  That was very nice of him to say and I appreciated his honesty in this situation.

The second time around, we sprung a leak in our bathroom sink and he fit us between two appointments; came in, fixed the pipe, checked all the seals, and presto chango...done!  He is so efficient and so quick to fix any problem that seems to pop up.  I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism and also he is soo sweet.  He is definitely our go to guy for any plumbing needs!

Well hopefully this will be Dave's last visit for a long time! We are just about done with our MAJOR kitchen and bathroom remodel. The dust is starting to settle. The drywallers are coming in next week and finish up the holes we made moving pipes. Once they are done, I will post pics of the new vessel sink Good luck dave! We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. These guys were excellent. Dealt with a big clog quickly and professionally. Also installed a new outdoor faucet. I would hire them again for sure.

I called with a minor-ish problem with my...faucet thingies that connect to the washing machine.  Gilbert walked me through how to check for what was leaking and asked if I felt like I could change the supply lines because he'd hate to charge me for a very simple fix.  I am actually capable of changing the supply lines (I guess I just freaked out when I saw the leak).  Two thumbs up for a guy who would tell you how to fix a simple problem and NOT charge.  If anything else plumbing related in my house needs help, I'll only be calling Blue Dragon.

This is the second time I have had to use Guarantee for service and both times we have received excellent service by the technician Bill. This time he had an assistant with him. We had a clogged drain and he listened carefully to my description of the problem and you could see him thinking as I was talking. Because we live in a mobile home, Bill has a unique perspective because he has lived in one, too, so he is familiar with the issues of mobile homes. He then went out to our clean out plug and started his investigation and easily saw that the problem was downstream of that point and it was the park's problem. He then went over to the park office, explained everything to them and got a commitment from them to fix the problem. Then he came back in to my wife and I, explained everything to use, told us we were only liable for the service diagnosis charge of $39.95. We gladly paid him, chit-chat for a minute or two and said we'd see him in two more years. Don't hesitate to use this company.

I scheduled a simple consult with AAA Auger. 3 DAYS IN A ROW they didn't show up, calling in the late afternoon to cancel. Never again.

Team was experienced and efficient. Responded right away and took great care of us. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

My neighbor wanted to overhaul his A/C system and replace everything. He called Jon Wayne  and check out the picture to see what happened. I talked to him after and he was 100% satisfied with the job. No wonder look at the crew that showed up.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
