Just moving into San Antonio and looking for a water softener. Left a message and they called back in minutes...then fit us in the same day. Military discount as well. Paul is very personable, did not push other items and was very professional and helpful. Service tech Henry did a great job and was also very helpful explaining everything. Found a great plumber on the first try...you can to...call Anchor!!

SAME DAY SERVICE! One of the owners, Joaquin, came out and installed my dishwasher. Not only was he fast, he was so nice, courteous, loves animals and kids and enjoys nice conversation. (his sweet mama recommended him to me!) Great job and great recommendations for other plumbing issues I wanted to know about.

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

Reasonably priced for services, Martin arrived on time & was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Would highly recommend  and would definitely use again.

Top notch service, and exceptionally competent plumbers. I've never experienced this level of responsiveness, and customer service. These guys helped me problem solve, and fixed a very complex plumbing problem, much more cheaply than I expected, and much more quickly than I expected.

Well hopefully this will be Dave's last visit for a long time! We are just about done with our MAJOR kitchen and bathroom remodel. The dust is starting to settle. Great service, very professional and the quotes were very reasonable. I have them a 4 star just for the fact that I wouldn't have wanted the installation immediately but no biggie. They did come a day earlier than scheduled though.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed with this company.  Receptionist was friendly and scheduling was easy, but they are quite expensive and the VIP service (preventative maintenance package) left a lot to be desired.  To swap out the same model garbage disposal was $235.00 and took the plumber literally ten minutes. I even kept the same drain ring in the sink. Although the tech seemed knowledgeable, the VIP service was rushed and was little more than a look behind the sinks and flushing of the toilets. I had a couple of loose faucet handles that probably just needed a screw tightened, but I suppose that's not part of the VIP treatment.  I was given a partial refund for the VIP service, but had to pay a higher price for the garbage disposal installation as a result.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

It's been a while since I've worked with a company that really made me want to Yelp!! I had some plumbing issues and because I have a home warranty, they sent out ARS to look at the problem.

The first set of ARS guys couldn't even get the cap off of the clean out so they left. The second set of guys still couldn't get it off but ran a camera through my pipes and told me I had roots growing into the them and for all the repairs I needed it would be $7500. Of course I was devastated.

EZ Flow Plumbing was recommended to me, along with several other plumbers, but when Bill and Theo showed up they had a camera too (most little plumbing companies don't have this technology which was absolutely necessary to give me a second opinion.)

EZ Flow came in, saw a very small area with a root (which is right next to the house and could be repaired easily) and cleaned out my drain. I saw the camera and other than a little bit of grease, there is absolutely no need for the extensive repairs recommended by ARS.

So for less than $300 (and this includes replacing one of my hose spickets), my problems are solved.

Go jump off a bridge, ARS. And Thank you EZ Flow Plumbing! I get to go on summer vacation again now!

So I just bought a house and needed the water heater replaced. I looked on yelp and couldn't believe the great reviews Blue Dragon was getting. I contacted Gilbert to get a quote. No one else came close.

After I ordered my water heater and received the wrong one several time, I had to keep delaying my install. Gilbert was always very accommodating and understanding. Today was install day. It had to be 105 degrees outside and 130 in my attic, where the water heater resides. He began working immediately. He climbed right into the oven of an attic and barely stopped to take a break. Got the new water heater up there and installed in no time flat.

This is not a guy who's going to swindle you or charge you for things you don't need. He's very straight forward and up front. He's always professional and very very nice. Will never talk down to you. He goes the extra mile and does it with a smile. Bookmark this page and save his number in your phone. You will not regret using Blue Dragon.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. After going to sleep on a Friday night to a busted bathtub valve, I called AAA Auger at 9:00 on Saturday morning.  I got a call back at 9:30 and the AA Auger truck rolled up 15 minutes later,
The repairman looked at the problem valve, gave me price and got right to work.
About 40 minutes later, the valve was replaced an working like a charm

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

awful company. We had a brand new install in january 2021. The system  just completely failed a few months later on  june 12th, 2021. They are  refusing to visit to help the problem until several days later if at  all.

Edit on 6/17. Jon Wayne did solve the problem. But we were forced to wait a day in 90F+ weather  first and had to beg to get someone out. The service technicians are  excellent. My concern is regarding the company's philosophy and  management. We are brand new customers who purchased a full HVAC  replacement and full service plan. To me it seems that Jon Wayne's  business model is to have to more customers in need then they have  technicians to help. I am very worried that my family will have to go  days in the hot weather without AC. My advice to anyone looking is to  read the YELP reviews. Whereas the Google reviews for Jon Wayne are positive the YELP reviews have many stories similar to mine. The  current repair to my system was easily something that I could have done  myself (primary drain was clogged). At the time of install I asked for  an explanation of how my drains operated but was not given one. Then a  few weeks ago I contacted Jon Wayne because my auxiliary drain was releasing a lot of water. They said it  was fine and told me not to worry. I now know that this was a SERIOUS  RED FLAG that indicated that my primary drain was clogging. I was  ignored when I asked for help. They instead chose to wait until my  system failed so they could do a full service call. And they initially  expected my family to wait days to get this service help after the  system failed. The install of my system has also required numerous site  visits to try to fix my system. I am not sure whether the unit is faulty  or is the incorrect unit to match my house or other. I will try to  update my reviews as I encounter more issues with this company. I prefer  that Jon Wayne remove the system for a refund so that I can work with a different company.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
