They took my problem with a leaking water heater seriously and fit me in right away. The plumbers were on time and tended to the pressure relief valve in the front yard while I ran to Home Depot for the heater. They were fast and professional and I would recommend using them to anyone.

SAME DAY SERVICE! One of the owners, Joaquin, came out and installed my dishwasher. Not only was he fast, he was so nice, courteous, loves animals and kids and enjoys nice conversation. (his sweet mama recommended him to me!) Great job and great recommendations for other plumbing issues I wanted to know about.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Blue Lion.  They replaced our 50 gal electric water heater, and plumbed it right, with a good attitude, and without complaint (nor additional charges) for non-standard items that I didn't mention beforehand.  Without agreeing to specifics before starting, they also installed a new expansion tank and put in a draining (to the outside) leak pan, and removed the piping that was in the way from a water softener.  They worked quickly and well, and it all looks great.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this: cost, quality, communication and on-time arrival, and going the extra mile to do it all the right way!

Brad is a miracle worker. He responded to my initial email with a phone call almost immediately, came by exactly when it was most convenient for me, arrived on time, fully explained and fixed the issue in an incredibly short amount of time, and all for a very reasonable price. My wife spotted one of those dreaded Sunday water leaks at the side of our house two days ago. My usual plumbers, who are good, were not open on Sunday but we had quite a geyser coming out our  water softener pipe. I researched on Yelp and came across Plumbsmart. From the company's answering service to Cody, the owner of the company to Joe the service tech., the service was outstanding and the leak was fixed within two hours from my initial call. I was impressed with the work, the people I spoke to or met. I now see why their reviews are so highly rated.  I have a feeling the leak started several days ago and eventually split the pipe and became Old Faithful because the water pressure inside the house has increased remarkably.

We chose BG Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater based on his bid and overall impression of competence.  He arrived on time and completed the work in one day, leaving the place clean and swept.  I was so impressed I called him back to do some repairs to fixtures, replacing some shutoff valves and finding and reparing a gas leak.

He's tidy, efficient and fairly priced.  You can't go wrong.  He does the work and it's done right.

Punctual, courteous and did the work that needed to be done in a timely manner at a fair price.

Great experience with this company!  Their receptionist staff was very friendly, clear, and communicated exactly what to expect.  I received both an email and text reminder about my appointment, plus a call on the day-of when the tech was 30min away, and a text with a photo of the tech coming to do the repair, so I knew whom to expect knocking on my door.  Tech Chris Green was very friendly and courteous.  He clearly explained what he planned to do, the cost, and how long it would take.  Will definitely use their services again and definitely recommend this company.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. We needed to connect our new stove to the gas line.  It was very easy to make an appointment.  Very friendly receptionist.  Emilio came on time, very friendly and easy to talk to.  Made the installation and explained the type of valve we have and how it worked.  He was quick and I am cooking again.  No smell of gas.  Thank you for your help.

I called Blue Dragon and Gilbert answered immediately. I was calling to have a service done and Gilbert took the time to explain to me how I could do this service myself and save my hard earned money. So, Gilbert basically helped me for free and saved me at least $100. I will definitely be calling Gilbert in the future for ANY and all plumbing related issues.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Called on a weekend and they were there within an hour for a sprinkler leak. Initial estimate near $500. Well a couple hours later the job now required a backhoe and the price was up to $1000+.  Work required coming back the next day and took a majority of the day and when completed backlogs test failed and I had to call my sprinkler company to do work that they would reimburse me for. Well after several weeks multiple calls and them lowering me money for the sprinkler service call they show up and tell us they need to get another sprinkler company out to address sprinkler zone problems due to debris thAt got in the system when they dug up my yard and replaced piping. Needless to say we asked them to leave, I'm out $1000 ,a sprinkler repair cost and my sprinkler still is not working and backflow was never corrected.  I do not recommend using this company.

26 December 17. I need. To change my review this company contacted me after my post and have worked to resolve my sprinkler problems and the backlogs.  Mr Cannon contacted me immediately after the owner saw my post and he sent out a sprinkler company and a Plummer that week to work on fixing all problems.  I appreciate a company that values their customers but the quality of their work.  I want to thank AAA.  Anger plumbing for making a bad situation right.

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

Another failure on a brand new Jon Wayne system that is 4 years old. Critical failure as well. New coil leaking again. They will be installing another one making it the fourth one in 4 years. This sucks.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
