Our shower hot water stopped working and I needed a new water heater.  The company responded first in my Yelp request for help and came out the following day to fix my shower and replace the water heater.  They also installed a new water softener in the house which was badly needed.  I really was impressed with the work that Kameron Joseph and his team provided for my house and will be going back to them for all services.  Due to amount of work, the job was pricy but I expected that due to what was needed.  The company offered easy financing and I was able to get all my problems fixed and now have a peace of mind about my water issues with the older home I have.  I definitely recommend this company for plumbing services.

I used Blue Lion for a new toilet install.  I was able to get a quote and book everything through yelp.  It was super convenient and fast. The price was reasonable (cheaper than going through Amazon home or Home Depot).  The plumber was on time, very nice, and did a great job.  He left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Brad was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and he got the job done quickly. I highly recommend their services!

Our water heater was making lots of popping noises and the water pressure in the house was not great. I talked to Adam on the phone about all my available options. Cody came out the next day and checked everything and again went over all my options and pricing. We decided to get the water heater replaced along with the water pressure regulator and Carlos came out and did a fantastic job. It all went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly...couldn't have been a better experience...will definitely use again!

Came out punctually and surveyed the site for hookup. After checking out my existing gas pipe, he explained that I couldn't hook up to my pool gas line because it was too large and my piping for my water heater and stove and furnace plus pool heater basically maxed out my meter and existing line and if he did connect to this, the dryer and other appliances would not work well if they were all running at one time. He also said that the cost of running a line would be less economical than using an electric dryer. I really appreciate the honesty, as he could just have given me a price and done the job leaving me to find the problem later. He also recommended calling pg&e to get a larger meter installed. I will call him for any plumbing jobs that I need. I can understand the five star ratings in his yelp.

People's Choice Plumbing was quick to respond and as a result fixed my claw foot tub which had not been draining properly since my husband and I purchased our home a year and a half ago. David was courteous and on time, I let him know I was trying to surprise my husband before he came back from a trip and David and his team stepped up to the challenge. I am grateful as we have not been able to use this tub and now I get to enjoy it!

My dad called them to their house this morning. Last night we noticed a leak in the pipe at the front of my parents' house. Based on the good reviews on yelp, I told my dad to call this company. They didn't disappoint. They said they would be out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They arrived as expected. They quickly fixed the issue as well as a water pressure issue that my parents have been having. Which they were previously told by another company that it was common in there area. We are grateful for the good work, good timing and additional fix to my parents plumbing at their house. Definitely will call them again if needed. Thanks so much!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I had a leaking water spigot outside so I called EZ around 6 at night. They were able to come take a look the next day between 9-10. They called ahead as promised and arrived on time. We told them we live in a mobile home and they let us know that some plumbing with mobile homes they can not work on but that they would come take a look for free and fix it if they were able to. The estimate was reasonable and they got it fixed while they were here. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again. Awesome job EZ!

Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. We sprung a leak at the main line into the house on a Thursday night. Of all the 24/7 places, AAA answered. They got someone out here first thing in the morning and got us fixed right up. Which is a load of my mind, as we'll be out of the country for a few weeks. Will, state licensed journeyman, was professional and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and what was needed. I got a quote before the work started and I had to approve before and after. The dispatchers I talked to were also pleasant and professional. Excellent service and communication. Hard to find these days! And the work has a one year warranty.

Had several plumbing issues after the hard San Antonio Freeze and scheduled  Elite Plumbing for the repair.  Communication by Text was outstanding reminding me of the appointment and when they would arrive.  Peter and another staff member arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and it was fixed in minimal time.  
During a stressful period when I am sure they were overworked and tired they were true professionals.   Thanks for the great service!

This company was very friendly when they arrived but they completely ran up a list of unnecessary charges for the estimate. This business will over sell you stuff you really dont need. I don't know how long has this company been doing business San Antonio but it really has to go.

They are not honest. They will try to sell you things that you don't need. I actually was told that this company would be good and would give me a good deal. Just because it's a small business it doesn't mean that they are honest.  

If you come from another State or moving to San Antonio DONT USE JON WAYNE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
