June 11, 2014.  I called Brad in the morning to make an appointment.  He was here promptly when he said he was going to be.  He called me to let me know he was on his way.  He works clean and efficient.  He is VERY honest.  I purchased a faucet he said he does not install because they are of very bad quality.  He said he would not take the job if I insisted.  Amazing!  For once, an honest guy.  I purchased another one, he installed and it works great.  He is very efficient, just because he charges by the hour doesn't mean he waste time.  He installed a sink, faucet, and shower head in a little over 1 hour.  QUALITY WORK.  He takes his time in cleaning old tape, caulking, and where it matters.  I could not be more happy with the work.  This guy is a gem.  I will use him moving forward on anything.  Honest, dependable, affordable, prompt, efficient and just a plain good guy!

On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, it sounded like it was raining inside, and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely  empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable.  I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Our appointment this morning (which I had thought was another day, but Mr. Rusev graciously came anyway) was indeed a pleasurable experience. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the problem, and made the necessary adjustments. The price was reasonable, and certainly worth it. We have already asked him back, for another job. I give him my highest recommendation.

My toilet was leaking quite a bit of water from the base so we thought it was a bad seal.
After closer inspection, David realized it was not the seal but it was actually my AC unit on the other side of the wall dripping.
He was able to stop the leak and cleaned up all the water.
Davis is a great communicator...This is a rental property and I live out of town and David communicated with me in a way that made me feel like I was right there with him, even sending me videos and pictures of what he was explaining to me.
I will definitely be using him on all my rentals from here on out.

Not one to usually post a review, but their customer support warrants a review.  Called this AM, Labor Day 2016. Left a voice mail, non descriptive except I purchased a H20 softener in April 2014 from them.  Within 10 minutes I got a call back from Alan.  I told him the issue I was having with the softener.  He wanted me to try a few things that he could talk me thru on the phone.  I stated I would be home in around 20 minutes and he said he would be available.

Called once I got home and Alan had me do some over the phone trouble shooting.  He could not solve the problem over the phone but he stated that they were actually closed today, but for me to call in the AM and get on the schedule and they would get out and fix the problem.  I let him know that I could not take off until FRI.  He said that he would let his staff know to ensure I get a repair appointment for Friday.  

This is the type of business owner that gets repeat business from me.  Calling to see what I needed when their office is closed is the true definition of service after the sale / excellent customer support! I want to take time to publicly say thanks to Alan for going above and beyond the norm.

Patrick was timely and extremely professional. He listened to the problem, provided a couple of options that would rectify the issue and resolved my plumbing issue all within a short amount of time. My overall experience with A&A - from scheduling to resolution - was excellent. The minute I had an issue with the scheduling, a brief conversation with the manager occurred and all was resolved. Thank you!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I would give 6 stars if I could. There's a reason why they have only 5 star reviews after 100+ reviews.

I hired EZ plumbing's services for a leaky shower head. The root cause of the leak turned out to be more complex than what we initially thought. Nick walked me through the issue and provided a recommendation. He was thorough, professional and very friendly. I know who I am going to call for all my future plumbing needs.

As a realtor, I have met many great tradesmen.  Today, I met the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure to pay.  It is Christmas Eve.  I am baking, cooking and have family in town. I will admit it, someone put a bunch of apple cores (apple pie making in full swing) in the sink and most were in the disposal.  I thought about digging them out, but I was busy and thought that it would be okay.  NOPE, IT WAS NOT.  My hubby took sink apart and determined it was in the drainpipe.  We needed a plumber.  It was 6 pm on Christmas Eve.  I found Gilbert and believe it or not HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE!!!!  I told him quickly what was going on and that I didn't know what to do.  I apologized for the timing and asked if he could help.  I did not know that he was already closed, but he said yes, but I just sat down to supper, I just would like the chance to eat supper and I will be right out.  I emailed him my information and got out everything that I thought he would need: work lights, extension cords, flashlights, towels, buckets, etc.  He arrived in about 45 minutes and assessed the problem in about 10 minutes, determined the clean out line that was the culprit and began working.  We had a doozie of a clog, yet he got it cleared and everything back in working order in an hour or so.  He was so nice, polite, prompt, professional and pleasant...it made this awfully timed emergency not so bad at all.  We were actually nervous about the invoice...we have had a plumbing emergency before and have been seriously gouged, but were in a tight spot, so we just paid.  We were SHOCKED.  Not only did he not gouge us by extra charges (like travel time or equipment use, etc), he did not charge us some crazy holiday rate or after hours.  Maybe he did this because it was Christmas Eve (also my birthday), or maybe because he and my husband chatted about marching bands/drum corps intl or MAYBE HE JUST IS A DECENT HUMAN NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PUBLIC!!!!  Do not use another plumber.  He knows what he is doing.  He is professional.  He is nice and honest.  I only gave him 5 stars because there is no 6 stars.  Wow, Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to me....wish I had met him years ago.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Best plumbing service ever!!!!  Troy King was at my house in less than an hour after I called. Replaced my water softener and worked with me on the price.  Did a number of small plumbing jobs as well.  I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs!  The company also gives a 10% military discount.  Troy was very professional and knowledgable and went the extra mile to complete the job.

Called on a weekend and they were there within an hour for a sprinkler leak. Initial estimate near $500. Well a couple hours later the job now required a backhoe and the price was up to $1000+.  Work required coming back the next day and took a majority of the day and when completed backlogs test failed and I had to call my sprinkler company to do work that they would reimburse me for. Well after several weeks multiple calls and them lowering me money for the sprinkler service call they show up and tell us they need to get another sprinkler company out to address sprinkler zone problems due to debris thAt got in the system when they dug up my yard and replaced piping. Needless to say we asked them to leave, I'm out $1000 ,a sprinkler repair cost and my sprinkler still is not working and backflow was never corrected.  I do not recommend using this company.

26 December 17. I need. To change my review this company contacted me after my post and have worked to resolve my sprinkler problems and the backlogs.  Mr Cannon contacted me immediately after the owner saw my post and he sent out a sprinkler company and a Plummer that week to work on fixing all problems.  I appreciate a company that values their customers but the quality of their work.  I want to thank AAA.  Anger plumbing for making a bad situation right.

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

We have a gold service contract with this company & paid a pretty penny for the unit.
We placed a service call around 7pm because the unit stopped turning on & we were hearing strange noises coming from the unit inside earlier in the day.  I have my small grandchildren staying with me for the week & it was very hot in our two story home.. in fact when I talked to the operator it was 80 degrees, she stated they would have someone out to check it... 15 mins later a young female who is the scheduler calls back to say they can't send anyone out until the next day... after I told her the temperature was now 84 degrees downstairs & 88 degrees upstairs & that the operator told us someone would be out the same evening her response was she shouldn't have told y'all that????? I explained that I have small children & the heat was unbearable, she said she would try but we were probably not going to get service until the next day.. she stated she would put a priority on the service call.  After an agonizing night we are told a serviceman would be in our area sometime between 11am-5pm!!!! It is 3:28 pm & 84 degrees downstairs as I write  this review & my husband just got off the phone with the service department who stated the serviceman will be here shortly he's coming from Helotes Tx our area??? Really Helotes Tx is over an hour away... I am very upset with this company... this is not the first time we have experienced this type of bad service but heat exhaustion is no joke & what's worse is that I couldn't even leave the house because I had no idea when the serviceman would show up... please consider carefully before choosing this company I will call & complain to a Supervisor for sure...

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
