The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

I have to echo the other excellent reviews.  Joaquin is not only a super-nice guy, he went way out of his way to get our water heater repaired and did an excellent job.  He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right, is honest, and the charges were extremely reasonable.  He also returns calls promptly and clearly takes as much pride in the customer service that he provides as he does in the quality of his work.  I simply cannot say enough good things and am thrilled to have found him.  Having a plumber you can really trust brings peace of mind, and that's the best thing of all.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

It was a Friday; yes Friday.  We had an in-wall plumbing issue caused by a mistake made when self-installing an outside hose-bib; ay carumba!   I had to shut off the water at the main and so our otherwise happy camp was not so happy.  Another plumber we had used and liked could not make it to us until the weekend had passed.  Seeing the good reviews I reached out to Blue Lion.  They were sympathetic and worked on way to get a plumber to us the next morning.  Martin and a helper showed up, fixed the issue and charged us what I thought was a very reasonable price.  I think we have a new go-to plumbing company.  Thank you, Blue Lion!

submitted a request for a quote through the automated system.  never got a reply from this vendor or any of the others.  i didn't think the reply would be 1-2 hours as advertised - but its been 2 days...

guess i'll try the old fashioned method and pick up the phone...

Asked for a quote to disconnect two 40gal water heaters, remove from attic and connect two tankless water heaters and a soft water system.  The technician (Gabe) and owner (Cody) were straight forward, professional and offered expert advice without trying to up-sale unnecessary options.  Highly recommend!!!!

Tsanko gets high ratings for showing passion with his work. I recommend him for the installation of Aquasana whole-house water filtraion and softener system. He is very organized and methodical in his planning. The copper tubes were neatly placed with efficient spacing and symmetry through the system. It is a thing of beauty. He understands his trade very well ensuring I have a bypass system so I can safely service the unit in the future. He is focus on the job and maintains a clean work area. Tsanko is honest and easy to work with. For the quality of work he has done, pricing was quite reasonable. It makes me smile all the time when I see his work in my garage. Highly recommended!

People's Choice Plumbing were FANTASTIC! They were very friendly, showed up on time, and provided great customer service. My grandmother had a water leak and David and his crew worked in the rain until it the job was done. They provided me with text updates and pictures and I couldn't be happier with their service. AWS was the first of seven places I called that for free helped me solve the initial problem with my dying water softener over the phone. They sent a salesman that I requested. They also sent three people to install my new softener. Every single person I met from AWS, on the phone and e-mail, and the four that came to my house were super nice, obviously skilled and experienced, and easy to talk to. They explained everything I needed to know smartly and professionally. The equipment I bought is also great value for the money. Just a flat out awesome experience for me as a customer.

Called A&A and they were able to get a plumber out the same day. Service calls are $19.99 Mon-Fri during working hours (I think it's more on nights and weekends) and they are excellent about communication, they send you a text and email with the photo of the plumber who is set up to come to your house.

During these strange COVID times, they were great about screening homes and emphasized the use of protective equipment (including masks and shoe covers) which was a nice addition.

They also take pictures of the issue and their work. I've been so impressed with the communication, I'm sticking with them. I've been looking for a plumber in SA for a long time and I'm glad I finally found them.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Ez Flow was recommend by a contractor. EZ Flow came (when I could not supervise) and cleaned a drain for $275. A few months later drain is still clogging up, the next plumbing company found two plastic bags.

Call these guys.  Professional and responsive.  Not only were they transparent about the fees upfront but Matt came in and immediately identified the issue and quickly resolved.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

I recently posted a review that spoke negatively of this plumbing company's ability to schedule and hold an appointment . To my surprise, they took my review to heart and  called me to apologize . I chose to give them a second chance. Ernie and Jesse came to my home to assess my plumbing concerns, they left to think about what would be their approach.  They worked with In all my constraints and came in Approximately 50% under what I had  budgeted.  I will absolutely use them again and refer them to friends .

Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

Just wanted a tuneup on my ac, took 2.5 hours to complete. 15 minutes after technician leaves ac isn't shutting off and house is freezing. Call Jon Wayne to get someone back to fix it. After 2 hours of back and forth operator says she can't get anybody tonight. So I have the option to run my ac all night or no ac until tomorrow morning. Never will use them again.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
