Our bathroom tub handle broke and the water wouldn't turn off. Looked on YELP for a plumber, contacted Anchor at 9am, Brandon and Mason were at my house by 10am. They were very professional, explained what the problem was and gave me different options to fit my budget and needs. I appreciate their honesty and not being pushy sales guys. I would recommend them.

We had an emergency leak that was causing damage to the drywall. Andrea was the most responsive and communicative, came out quickly to assess the situation and provide their recommendations.  We didn't compare any others since we needed to get this fixed asap but the cost seemed reasonable.

I have used Blue Lion Plumbing in the past and had good results, but this time it was a very bad experience. I needed a water heater and I can go on and on with my poor experience and I have tried to settle my very poor experience with Blue Lion but they do not agree with anything I had to say. Blue Lion would not budge a single inch. Like arguing with a person that something is the color of white and they argue that the color is black and that is all they will ever see. I had a water heater replaced Saturday and after it was replaced it needed electrical work. I texted them to PLEASE call me the day the water heater was installed on a Saturday, but they never did call and never replied to my text pleading for help until the following Monday morning. So, I cannot recommend them for the poor customer service and lack of any customer service. So much for the customer is always right it was more like I am crazy for expecting anything from them or a simple return phone call or reply to my text was crazy. I know the owner or his wife will reply with something to my review making me seem crazy for expecting a little customer service and have a totally different story but you always have to remember there are always two sides of the story.  I also asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the $2,025 water heater since I have used them since 2020 and I had referred people to them and again not a single dollar could be taken off they said. They said that was the best price and no discounts could be given. You mean to tell me if a relative or someone who has only used them for plumbing as i did or good friend needed a hand that they would not give them a discount? I also lost my job in 2020 due to covid and as I said I used them and never asked for a discount but when this company could have really helped a person in need they just replied no. Please remember- Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind ALWAYS

Brad answered his phone right away when I called to inquire about his services.  When he came to my house, he was very prompt, wore a mask and went right to work on the projects we had discussed on the phone.  He loosened a hose I had been unable to disconnect from the spicket and then skillfully replaced a bathroom sink drain.  He did both of these things in less than 30 minutes.  He also asked if there were any other plumbing projects I needed him to do.  The reason I only gave Brad 4 stars is that I would have liked my experience with his business better if he would have been more willing to converse with me while he was working at my home.

First off, I've dealt with several Plumbing Companies in the last six months for various reasons.  Cody & PlumbSmart are by far the most professional & honest company I know.  

Joe came to my house & was honest, upfront & all around great guy.  He never once tried to push me into needing this done or letting them replace that.  In fact, Joe showed me what could be the issue causing a leak & an easy fix that I could do myself.  Due to this, I won't use any other Plumbing company & intend on using them again in the near future.  Two thumbs up!!!

PS - He said give them a call if I needed help or advice.

I hope my interaction with all contractors are like this!! Tsanko was great in multiple ways, first, I had a scheduling issue as something else came up for me, he heard me out and was ready to reschedule.  Secondly, when he came, he showed up exactly at the time he promised. Third, he analyzed the problem with utmost detail and paying attention to what needs to be done (I had to get a fresh gas connection to the dryer).  Third point is the most important, making intelligent guesses and advising whether to do or not to do is most important aspect. Some of these things are not straight forward,  as you either pay for the gas connection or a new dryer. It is important to get all the facts before you make the decision. He was very frank in telling me the plus and negatives of gas. At the end, I decided to stick with electric for now as we are thinking of doing some re-org of the room, so it may not make sense to just get some stuff done now.  I am very thankful for Tsanko's visit and guidance.

Replaced a Kenmore unit which we had for 8 plus years.  The resin had disintegrated and we were having blockages in the aerators in the sinks and the screen in the feed line to the washer.

Visited Lowes to discuss buying a replacement unit and installing myself.  They indicated that AWS would call for an appointment to schedule a consultation on what options we had and was told they would call within 48 hours.  AWS called within two hours and scheduled the appointment for the following day.  We discussed and purchased a replacement.  They were able to schedule the installation three days later as it was a holiday weekend.  They showed up on schedule and did an excellent installation.  

They also installed a pressure reducing valve on the incoming water line to prevent resin breakthrough on the new unit.  I also had them install a hose connection on the water softener outlet to facilitate rinsing of my vehicles with softened water when washing.

They did a much better installation than the outfit that did the Kenmore installation.  I am extremely happy with the entire process.  Thank you Lowes and AWS.  I highly recommend both organizations!

Called A&A and they were able to get a plumber out the same day. Service calls are $19.99 Mon-Fri during working hours (I think it's more on nights and weekends) and they are excellent about communication, they send you a text and email with the photo of the plumber who is set up to come to your house.

During these strange COVID times, they were great about screening homes and emphasized the use of protective equipment (including masks and shoe covers) which was a nice addition.

They also take pictures of the issue and their work. I've been so impressed with the communication, I'm sticking with them. I've been looking for a plumber in SA for a long time and I'm glad I finally found them.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

They did a great job from start to finish. I got a call very soon after my quote request. They showed up on time. They dealt with the warranty replacement parts. Very efficient and top quality work. Friendly and provided explanations and advice for future maintenance.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Came out on time,two guys were very polite,got it done quickly and neatly,not the cheapest around, but the work is excellent, try them if you have serious issues and to get it done the first time .

This plumbing company is absolutely wonderful. At first I thought price was a little steep for a quote but they replaced a part and came back when I still had an issue with the same faucet for free! Every employee has come to my home has been very nice and professional. I definitely recommend elite plumbing and as a new homeowner will be utilizing their services for any future problems! Our heat went out during the freeze last winter. We got a few quotes and decided on JW. The salesman wasn't pushy, spent time answering all questions. The professional technicians worked until after dark to ensure our system was fully installed. We were very pleased overall.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
