Very happy with the service. We recently bought a new house and have had a tough time getting contractors to come out to give estimates etc. they came out when they said they would, they were knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manor. Cleaned up after themselves and it looked great. I would use them again for future work!

I have to echo the other excellent reviews.  Joaquin is not only a super-nice guy, he went way out of his way to get our water heater repaired and did an excellent job.  He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right, is honest, and the charges were extremely reasonable.  He also returns calls promptly and clearly takes as much pride in the customer service that he provides as he does in the quality of his work.  I simply cannot say enough good things and am thrilled to have found him.  Having a plumber you can really trust brings peace of mind, and that's the best thing of all.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Had a great experience with Martin! He was the best quote we received and he was able to replace the water heater by himself! Other companies were trying to charge me extra because they said they needed 2 guys to replace a 75 gal water heater. Amazingly Martin did it all by himself. He was able to come fix it in a day and answered all of my questions. We even had him come back and put a drain in for a second job. He is my go to plumber now!

We had draining issues with our bathtub, called Brad and he came over the next day. He cleaned out the drain, adjusted the pipe and did one other thing, which I can't remember what he called it. He also adjusted the stoppers in our sinks so that they work when we actually want them to, not when they want to. Overall, our experience with him was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. If we ever need any plumbing issues taken care of in the future, we will definitely call upon him again.

My water softener broke and flooded my garage. I called PlumbSmart. Within 30 minutes Robert & Paul were at my house helping. They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful I found this company on Yelp.

This is actually the second time Tsanko has come to our rescue!  The first time, we were having issues with our toilet and he quickly helped fix the BIG problem... but there was a smaller problem that my husband had inadvertantly introduced when he tried to fix it and so Tsanko kindly pointed out what the problem was and how to fix it.  He said he could fix it too but it would cost more and it was easy to fix so perhaps give my hubby a try again.  That was very nice of him to say and I appreciated his honesty in this situation.

The second time around, we sprung a leak in our bathroom sink and he fit us between two appointments; came in, fixed the pipe, checked all the seals, and presto chango...done!  He is so efficient and so quick to fix any problem that seems to pop up.  I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism and also he is soo sweet.  He is definitely our go to guy for any plumbing needs!

People's Choice Plumbing was quick to respond and as a result fixed my claw foot tub which had not been draining properly since my husband and I purchased our home a year and a half ago. David was courteous and on time, I let him know I was trying to surprise my husband before he came back from a trip and David and his team stepped up to the challenge. I am grateful as we have not been able to use this tub and now I get to enjoy it!

Just had A&A Plumbing out to the house for a clogged main sewer line. They were fast in coming over (withing 45 minutes) on a weekend. Ryan Huff was the plumber that was sent out along with his helper Matt. They were very professional and quickly assessed the problem.  They discussed what options there were to deal with the issue and provided an estimate right away. The price was very reasonable considering it was after hours on a weekend. They resolved the issue quickly. This was the first time ever using A&A Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their work!  Great prices and very professional and honest plumbers! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Matt! You two are awesome!!!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

We have been using EZ Flow for several years and are always happy with the work they provide.
Today I had to call them to help with a dishwasher that was leaking.even after I called Bosch last week to have my machine evaluated.  Bosch sent a repair man who looked at my situation and told me that I needed a new washer but did not help me to mitigate the leak that was the result of the broken machine.  So, I then called EZ Flow to come out to make sure the leak was not from a pipe.  They came out quickly and went right to work.  They concluded that my machine was indeed broken and leaking so they stopped the leak, and removed the washer so the water that was standing could dry and not cause any further damage.  
They always do great work, but what makes them stand out is their character. Terrance and Henry cared about the problem left by the Bosch repairman and did what needed to be done to keep my home from experiencing water damage. While they worked they were kind, respectful and concerned about my home.  I highly recommend them.  They are fair in their pricing and just a really reliable company.

Gilbert was straightforward and his team was extremely professional, prompt and quick.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.  

Stay away!

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.
Kent, if I need anything else done, your company will definitely be the first call that I make (after my home warranty, of course)

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!

Did you know it possible to break a new toilet bowl tank by falling backwards trying to avoid an old deaf sleeping cat. ekkk . yes luckily we both were not hurt. called Jon Wayne's to reinstall new toilet. being booked for the whole week they managed to send Mitchell who by sheer luck helped us a year ago. On another issue. The smile, the general manner was all pro. After that drained our water heater, checked both toilets and dish washer.

on time, very reasonable price, even put up our garbage bin that was at street.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
