I got a quote from this company for re-plumbing my property. He said all the right things and appeared to really want the work. He took the time to put a quote together and send it to us. I called and tried to schedule the work, he said next week (Monday or Wednesday). He said he would let me know. We called him back on that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday along with texting him. No answers. I really figured he was injured or something. I actually held out on finding someone else to do the work. We tried calling again from our phone and then from a friends, On the friends we got a call back immediately. The receptionist tried to say she did not get any of our messages or text from several of our phones. Apparently they did not really want the work. It would have been nice if they could have not wasted my time and just been honest from the get go.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  Old water heater started leaking.  They came out on the same day to take a look.  Installed a tank-less water heater the next day.  No pushy sales tactics.  Just recommended what was needed.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  Took extra care and precaution with pipes and insulation.  Very much worth the price.

No more big ugly water tank. The water gets heated only when you need it.  Much more energy efficient, saving money on energy bills.

Yucky rusty water was flushed out after the old tank was removed.   No more water sitting in a tank.

Well hopefully this will be Dave's last visit for a long time! We are just about done with our MAJOR kitchen and bathroom remodel. The dust is starting to settle. They explained what they would do for the installation and how long it would take for the job. They completed the job, explained maintenance to me and cleaned up the job area. Just had A&A Plumbing out to the house for a clogged main sewer line. They were fast in coming over (withing 45 minutes) on a weekend. Ryan Huff was the plumber that was sent out along with his helper Matt. They were very professional and quickly assessed the problem.  They discussed what options there were to deal with the issue and provided an estimate right away. The price was very reasonable considering it was after hours on a weekend. They resolved the issue quickly. This was the first time ever using A&A Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their work!  Great prices and very professional and honest plumbers! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Matt! You two are awesome!!!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. So we got home from work one afternoon to find our hot water heater making strange spewing sounds. Alarmed, we checked YELP to find highly-rated plumbers in the area.  EZ Flow and William came to our almost immediate rescue.  It was 4:45 on a Thursday afternoon, and William stopped by on his way home within a hour of our calling him.  He replaced the faulty valve and relit our pilot, all for a very reasonable price.  He was polite, professional, and got the job done.  We will certainly be calling him again for future needs, though I hope these needs will be less urgent!

Gilbert came to our home with a hand shake and a smile. He is a true professional!!!  He replaced our garbage disposal quickly. He cleaned up nicely and he acted friendly the entire time. Plus he was flexible with methods of how to pay. Great service we are definitely keeping him as our plumber!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. When I lost pressure in my kitchen I started my search for a plumber I could trust and one that is readily available for when any emergencies come up, AAA Auger was quick to respond to my online request for service and for the work is decent on price - they did an awesome job getting pressure back to my kitchen sink and installing a valve for my shower.

Will be using AAA again, and would recommend. Though they are not the cheapest they certainly are not the most expensive, their staff is friendly, and the work is great for the dollar. Highly recommended.

Had an AC service scheduled for 4 weeks. Day of service they called to say they would be late. 2 hours after the service window of 4 hours, they said it wouldn't happen and needed to reschedule for 4 days out, and offered $50 off for me waiting around for 6 hours......really!!! Will never call them again, completely unreliable. Way to treat a first time customer.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
