Came out for a tub faucet leak. I provided the part, a cartridge. Plumber changed out cartridge and that did not correct problem. Original cartridge still looked like new but bc they changed it out they still charged me $265.00 and they kept my original cartridge valued at $200 or more that didn't even need to be changed.
Then I was told it MIGHT be the valve that needs to be fixed and was quoted an additional $1200.  
I didn't feel confident they new what the problem was to be fixed.  I've got other quotes and so far all have been less to repairs a valve.

Very courteous technician and did a great job of getting my toilet unclogged. Those baby wipes should not be flushed even if they say flushable. He did a great job of resetting the toilet and left everything the way he found it. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

Just called to see if they Service the Kirby area, Receptionist wasn't sure. She left to try and find out, however, she wanted to know what the problem was, before she could tell me if they would be able to service this area. Not sure why it mattered with 5 Star Ratings. Oh, well, I told her I would look for another Plumbing Company.

Brad B was actually recommended to us by another 5 star Yelp plumbing company who was too busy to help. There loss was our gain. Brad B was able to come out the same day. He was on time, performed several things for us at our rental property. He installed two valves for the laundry, two cut-off valves for the toilets, seated two toilets, removed a gas log insert, and capped off 3 gas fittings. He was quick, knowledgeable, and precise. Left all areas clean and had a very fair price. If I need a plumber I'm calling him first!

Had a busted pipe in front yard and while others didn't respond to voicemails or said it would be days to come fix, PlumbSmart responded quickly and was here within 24 hours. Cody has great communication skills and Carlos was very professional and did a great job fixing my leak. I definitely recommend their services.

Tsanko and his assistant just left my house after doing an emergency replacement of a 50-gal water heater. We discovered it was leaking last night, and had basically turned into a mini-garage flood by this morning.

I called BG Plumbing at 10AM today. Tsanko said he thought he could make his schedule work to take care of me at 2PM. He started to explain what water heaters he works with and why and etc., which I greatly appreciated, but frankly I said, I really like that you're giving me this opportunity to make a choice, but I'd rather trust you. You're the professional. Please get me the best 50-gallon tank that you know is reliable and will last. Boom. Done.

Tsanko was polite, helpful, educational, and made the process so easy for me. He was patient with my questions, which were numerous and some were even unrelated to the job at hand. He even took his shoes off when he walked in my house to bleed the lines of air.

Asked him to recommend a tile guy.  Guy calls but never shows.  Plumber didnt respond when I mentioned this and our inconvenience.

Back in the day I was looking for a company for my water softener needs and Alamo Softeners came to the rescue! Not only did they give me a free reverse osmosis system, they did an awesome job! Finally, I'm impressed with them because I didn't have good credit and wasn't able to pay for it up front, so they basically installed it on good faith that I would pay them in full. The are trusting and honest working company. They are truly a blessing !

Jacob & David did an excellent job with our water main!  Had a massive leak and provided transparent and professional service.  Called several plumbing companies to come out and none came out, let alone responded to my calls, emails or texts.  The fact they resolved my issue early in the day on a Sunday was refreshing.  Good to know there is still hope in a service starved world that they cared.  Also provided a quote and direction for another issue that I will get serviced in the future.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Thank you EZ team for coming out and helping me on my job. I had a clog that eventually turned into a leak. Out of all the office assistants that I've spoke to, Melva was the most personable out of everyone. She was very professional and easy going. I loved talking to her. She even taught me some baseball history! She scheduled her team THREE days out as compared to the 14 days from the other companies.

Day of service: Theo and team were able to fix my problem. This happened after snovid and everyone was backed up for 2+ weeks. EZ team was able to get out to me in less than a week. They called me before coming, but my phone is set up to take them to voicemail. They still came and didn't cancel on me! (thank goodness) They were able to finish the job in under an hour and were very detailed in their explanation. They even showed me how to fix the problem the next time it shows up. We didn't have to cut any drywall or open any parts of the house up.

If I ever get any problems (hopefully not) I'm definitely contacting Theo and EZ Flow again!

I had a split in my water line in my front yard and called Gilbert around 3:00pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving based on the numerous recommendations here and was glad I did.  He wasn't able to send someone out that day (very understandable) but did so the next afternoon.

The technician ended up running about 2 hours late because of a problem at a previous job but warned me in advance of our appointment time so I was able to be productive that afternoon.  When he arrived he quickly spliced the water line but ended up having some issues making it water tight because of the condition of the line.  He did eventually got the line fixed and very kindly only charged me for an hour of labor because the job took much longer than usual.  Plus, he helped deal with a flow issue with my kitchen sink after the water that wasn't there previously came back on at no additional charge.

Both Gilbert and his technician were professional, kind and easy to deal with.  I felt very satisfied with the price as well.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

Very disappointed. They charged $450 to replace a wax ring on a toilet! They claim that there is no extra charge for night and weekend service, and that they charge by the job, not by the hour. There's no way a wax ring replacement costs $450 - I think they took advantage of the fact that my wife was the one that called for service. I've tried for a week now to get a manager to call me about this outrageous pricing, and nobody has called me yet. Stay away from AAA!

Update: The owner of AAA Auger contacted me after my review and worked with me to resolve my complaint. He said that the plumber was new, and definitely overcharged me. Because of this customer service, I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3.

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!

After a few years of receiving above average service from Jon Wayne, we had a terrible experience with a recent service issue and the follow-up to the management team at Jon Wayne continues to be ignored.  

The technician whom showed up to conduct an assessment on our air conditioner provided the diagnoses and performed repairs on the unit and noted that the repair was temporary and the only true remediation would be the full replacement of the unit at a cost of over $9k.  The service technician (Brandon V) provided guidance & a recommended that we should sign a maintenance agreement that provides additional protection in terms of additional costs for future service visits from Jon Wayne at a cost of $15 per month.

Here is where the fun starts and my concerns begin.  It is clear that the service technician from Jon Wayne flat out lied about the repairs and in fact at the time of servicing our air conditioning unit DID NOT perform the repairs as noted on the the service worksheet.  Additionally, the service technician took liberties to sell a secondary product that drives a high-level of profit for Jon Wayne and provides little to no value to the home owner.  We had another company come out to provide a second opinion on the replacement of the air conditioning unit, as the unit offered by Jon Wayne is a second tier solution   The second vendor noted that the air conditioning unit did not require replacement and when reviewing the Jon Wayne invoice & recommendations; in addition to stating the repairs that were invoiced had never been done.  I have contacted Jon Wayne to discuss the $15 maintenance plan  and have been 100% ignored after 4 phone calls for support; at this point in time I need to recover the $15 payments dating back to the original service date, cancel them going forward and I am mandating a refund for the services.   The customer service, the misrepresentation of facts, and not following up on my complaint directly is not acceptable.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
