They took my problem with a leaking water heater seriously and fit me in right away. The plumbers were on time and tended to the pressure relief valve in the front yard while I ran to Home Depot for the heater. They were fast and professional and I would recommend using them to anyone.

Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. My kitchen facet needed to be replaced asap because it had a bad leak. I called Dave because I read the awesome reviews and told him I needed to go pick up a facet and have it installed the same day. He said no problem text me as soon as you get it and he quoted me a way better price then a bigger company I called the night before. He came installed my new facet right away. Did an awesome job and even checked my hot water heater at no additional cost when I told him I had concerns about it. From now on I will only be calling Dave for my plumbing needs.

A few months ago, we made a decision my mom's house (which my parents built new and were never told a water softener might be a good idea, but I digress) definitely needed a water softener. Years of hard water buildup around faucets, shower-heads, etc.

Made several phone calls (asked questions and received bids) and ultimately decided to go with Alamo Water Softeners. It was easy: I called, told them the situation, laid out the information, and based on what I said - they gave me their honest opinion as to what Mom needed.

There was none of this, Well, sounds like you need OUR special, 9-stage, intergalactic, award winning 12 pear shaped osmosis chambered water softener and filtration system at the BARGAIN price of $4,000.00! some companies try to sell you (I may have exaggerated a bit, but not much).

Then, we scheduled a meeting and a technician (David) came to the house, explained the exact system they'd be installing, and answered all the questions we had. David was AWESOME! He was able to find us some additional discounts on a price that was already unmatched...

Day of installation (since I couldn't be there) the technician was gracious enough to call me before he started and after he finished to let me know all the work was done at Mom's. Talk about caring...

Unbelievably fantastic service!  We moved into a 1940's home today (a Sunday) and while installing our washer, a water pipe cracked. This meant we had to turn the water off to the house, a very concerning situation given we would not be able to shower in the morning to get ready for work.  We called A&A and within less than 45 minutes, Patrick arrived at our doorstep.  Patrick was on call and was on his way to dinner with his family but you would have never guessed we had interrupted his plans.  He was extremely courteous and completed the work with the utmost care.  We were back up and running and back to our move-in with no additional care.  Patrick could not have been nicer or done a better job.  We were extremely impressed and hope that if you call A&A, Patrick gets assigned to your job!  Thanks Patrick and A&A!

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I called them to get the quote for a gas leak detection job. They showed up but the quote was so high for just finding the leak, not even fix it so I didn't go with them.

I called Gilbert out to fix two shut off valves in our kitchen. I wanted the new quarter turn valve and Gilbert told me I could save money if I got them myself at Home Depot since his supplier didn't have them. He also answered my calls when I couldn't find the eighth size. He was quick and very friendly.

I asked about putting in a ice maker valve in my garage and he took a look and told me how he could use the water softener loop. He came back and installed a whole house shutoff in our garage and an ice maker hookup!  He is such a great guy and down to earth. He was even joking and singing to my son who was interested in him soldering the connections.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

When I lost pressure in my kitchen I started my search for a plumber I could trust and one that is readily available for when any emergencies come up, AAA Auger was quick to respond to my online request for service and for the work is decent on price - they did an awesome job getting pressure back to my kitchen sink and installing a valve for my shower.

Will be using AAA again, and would recommend. Though they are not the cheapest they certainly are not the most expensive, their staff is friendly, and the work is great for the dollar. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

Did you know it possible to break a new toilet bowl tank by falling backwards trying to avoid an old deaf sleeping cat. ekkk . yes luckily we both were not hurt. called Jon Wayne's to reinstall new toilet. being booked for the whole week they managed to send Mitchell who by sheer luck helped us a year ago. On another issue. The smile, the general manner was all pro. After that drained our water heater, checked both toilets and dish washer.

on time, very reasonable price, even put up our garbage bin that was at street.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
