Our master bathroom shower was leaking into our kitchen. I called several different plumbers, but Anchor was not only the cheapest for a service call but also they could come out the next morning. Dakota and Alex showed up right at 9 am, Dakota was very knowledgeable and explained what our options were but also what he would recommend in our case. They repiped our shower for us in a matter of a few hours, we have a new valve and no more leaks! We're extremely pleased with their service and will definitely be using them again for future plumbing services. Highly recommend!!

Called Brad to get a quote on installing my water softener.  I had received other quotes ranging from $400 on up.  Brad quoted me between $250 - $600.  When I asked him if he could narrow it down some he said no, it would depend on how it looked and what was needed.  I found this a little bit off-putting, until reading a bunch of his Yelp reviews I found that for the most part the only negatives were by people who had similar phone experiences, but had never had him do the work.  Anybody who had him do the work seemed very satisfied so I took the chance on him.

He called as he was on his way and arrived during he early part of his scheduled window.  He got the job done quickly and only charged me for the time spent actually working on the install (1 hour 15 mins) + the parts.  Overall he saved me 20% off my lowest estimate and even gave me a quick rundown as to how the system worked.  I know who I'll call if I have any more plumbing issues.

Confusion with my initial call, but the owner, Cody, got back to me so quick to address my problems and give me quotes! Very impressed by his professionalism. We haven't hired them quite yet, but I'm leaning towards their services, as Cody has proven to really care about his customers and taking care of me. :$

Tsanko just finished replacing the entire pipe and valves at the main entry point to my house, along with the pressure regulator. Once again a job well done.

I called Alamo water softener to replace my high pressure relief valve outside my house because it was rusting. They charged me 600 dollars. A few days later I get a notification from saws stating I had a leak. Called Alamo to fix it which they did. 3 weeks later another notification from saws. Called Alamo water softener to come back to fix it.  They sent the same incompetent plumber that installed and fixed the other leaks. They fixed it with no charge. A month a half later another leak from the same valve. Called them again and still waiting on them to come and replace it. I have probably spent some ver 600 dollars on water charges alone for all the leaks. This is ridiculous. I would never hire them to do any plumbing work again

This is a review for Patrick S at A & A Plumbing in San Antonio, Texas.

We had two sinks in the same bathroom that were draining slowly. This was not an emergency, so I made an appointment for two business days later. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and did a good job explaining the company policies about the service charge (about $20) that is credited towards any work done and what to expect when the plumbers came.

I was given a 4 hour window and they came very near the beginning of the window. They called in advance to confirm and then again to let me know when the plumber was actually on his way and the name to expect. When Patrick got here, he gave a description of what was the likely problem and a quote to fix both sinks at once as we agreed the problem was probably past where the sink drain pipes joined up. He promised to talk over any surprises he found before doing anything extra, but his diagnosis was correct and they had both sinks draining wonderfully in less than an hour.

Patrick and his colleague were pleasant and left everything as clean as when they came. They did not push selling me extra services, although they did ask if I had any other issues. I felt the price was fair for the high quality service I got. I will use this company again if we have another plumbing problem.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

EZ Flow came highly recommended to me by a coworker who had a bad time with 3 other plumbers scamming her. They were just okay.  

+ They have an after hours/weekend on call phone with quick call return.  They returned my Saturday phone call promptly.
- The person who returned the on-call didn't actually care to listen to the problem, just that the next available time was Mon 12-2.
+ On Monday morning at 10am, Jonathan called to say they could be at our place earlier than 12.
- The company never listened in the first place per my previous note that I was out of town and that my GF was going to be letting them in the place etc.  So that call went to VM because I was flying, like i told the guy 2 days prior on Saturday.

Once I landed i returned the call. They said they would arrive about an hour later from north austin, and they arrived on time.
+ upon arrival, they identified the problem rather fast and gave a estimate to fix immediately.
- Still didn't listen to her till I was on the phone.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. This company deserve more stars. Came home from work on Sunday @ 7am and was greeted by a small pond in my front yard. Not knowing what to do I called CPS and was told it was pretty much my problem and to call a plumber.  My son suggested yelp and the first to appear was AAA Auger.  When I called the guy who answered (sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful, pleasant, and walked me through what to expect. He said the guy was currently at another site and should arrive in about an hour. Sure enough the next call from AAA was to let me know the guy was on his way. Brian came out and right away knew what was wrong and where to look. He went over what to expect and provided me with a quote. After it was agreed he went straight to work. I cant believe how fast Brian was and how undisturbed the site looked when he was finished.  I am so grateful this company exist and that guys like Brian are out there to help us out at such short notice.  I will def recommend to all and willnuse again in the future. Hopefully I wont be passed out and miss a phone call or two sorry Brian  *wink*

I'm not gonna lie, I've been eyeballing disposals since I moved into my new house. My old life did not involve a screen over my drain and produce matter in varying stages of decomposition in a compost bucket on our kitchen counter.

I didn't want one of those anemic one-third horsepower disposals. I wanted the sort of disposal that could safely dispose of such a disposal. I wanted something that takes rice and coffee grinds or an InSinkErator 1/3 HP Disposal and eats it for lunch. So I waited and eventually Costco had an American Standard on sale - running a whopping 1.25 horsepower for $69.99. Good luck installing it [cackle], the cashier said to me on the way out, as he laughed in an evil fore-shadowy manner. So rather then mess up my plumbing and causing a leak under my sink like last time I decided to hire a pro.

It's a garbage disposal Michael, how much can it cost to install, ten dollars?

Turns out its not that cheap. $250 from my plumber, the guy who has done work on my house before. I told him I would get a few quotes and call back, which was a lie.

Mr. Rooter thought my sink was made of gold or something, because they quoted me $240 - $340. Beyer plumbing: unable to provide a quote without a phone number, yuck. BG: $175. My plumber texts, he's down to $175 b/c he realizes I'm a repeat customer.

Meanwhile Pete from Elite responded quickly to the online quote request, was at $125 flat rate, and was able to schedule someone to be here in an hour or so even though my request was not a time sensitive one. It was a no brainer.

I had a second plumbing issue - a contractor had routed my dishwasher drain cord through a cabinet. Elite helped me fix that on-site as well at additional charge. Overall great service and I'm super happy with the disposal installation.

Last week my ac stopped working and a tech from John Wayne came out to fix it. He was right on time and even called ahead so I was expecting him. After checking over the whole ac, he pointed out several problems it was having as well as the immediate issue, which was that a lizard had shorted out the electric on the outside unit. With each issue he talked about he showed me the part and took photos as well.  After he checked everything he gave an estimate to fix each part individually as well as gave a quote on how much it was to just get the system going again as well as a quote on what a new system would cost (my husband had requested that info) which I appreciated. As it turns out my husband decided that we should consider getting a new system and got several quotes through the week and John Wayne was the best deal. So this coming weekend we are getting a whole new ac installed and I will update if I have to change my stellar review. The tech has gone above and beyond making himself available for any questions and stopping by to fill out paperwork too. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
-UPDATE: I just had my one year service checkup and am absolutely glad that I signed up for the club membership.  A small monthly fee is definitely worth the $396 in savings that I had just from replacing the UV light, filter and an outside coil! The technician who cam to my home was professional, friendly and helpful. I am very glad to have chosen Jon Wayne for our AC and water heater needs.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
