We ran over our PCV valve and broke the line in our new house. Ralph came out in less than an hour, stayed after hours to fix it, explained everything to me in detail and repaired everything beautifully. We even got to brainstorm a bit on risks and how to mitigate this happening again. I'll definitely be using them again to check my water heater pressure and softener. Top notch service

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Received a response within minutes after calling and leaving a message. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, wore their face masks and voluntarily removed shoes at the door (it was raining outside). Their prices are very reasonable. Everything was well explained, including warranty on work done. They removed old sink and faucet for me, re-routed pipes under sink, installed new sink and faucet, removed old water filter, and cleaned out garbage disposal. They even diagnosed another job for me as well (broken commode) which I will rehire to have replaced once I'm able to purchase a new one.

After a terribly high quote from another service, I ended up calling in Brad based on recommendations from a busier plumber, and I'm so glad I did. I thought I needed to get the garbage disposal replaced, and the previous plumber had said that was the case; Brad came in and figured out that it was just a clog, and not only fixed the problem for a much lower cost, but showed me how to fix it myself in the future. Then he fastened up a loose hose as long as he was down there.

The previous plumber said I should get the water heater replaced as soon as possibly; this guy figured out that I just had one bad hose, which he replaced as well, and then he told me how to get a flood detector to handle the lack of drip pan. Total visit cost? Under $150, and done up electronically so that I have the invoice in my email instead of in another piece of paper to lose.

He was fast, friendly, competent, informative, and inexpensive. I really couldn't be happier.

Tsanko came out promptly to replace a broker shower cartridge and handle. When I have a plumbing issue, I call BG Plumbing because the response is prompt, the work is carefully done, and Tsanko does great work and is trustworthy.  I'm giving his name and number to all my friends - just hope he doesn't get too busy so that he is available to help me the next time I need him.

Had a plumbing emergency and they came out right away the prices were great and they fixed what I needed in a hurry so I could continue on with my day I would highly recommend this company

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. We had Joey come to do a hydrostatic test (to see if any of the pipes in our foundation were leaking). They had a good price, and it was for the job, not per hour, which I liked. He was really professional and very nice. He wasn't creepy, and I felt comfortable having him in my home (I've met some weirdos, other women know what I mean). Here are some of the things I really liked:

1. He put shoe covers on each time he went in the house, and removed them when he went outside. He went in and out like 20 times, so that was impressive.

2. I was working from home while he was there and he let me work, only interrupting when necessary.

3. While the test was running, he did a free home inspection and fixed easy things, like a wiggly toilet seat. He recommended a few things, most of which he said my husband could easily do himself. The only big thing was our water heater... it's getting dangerously old, which I did not realize. He wasn't pushy about it at all though, even offering to add the parts it needed to get it to code (which really is pointless since it's so old, but I appreciate the alternative).

4. He used an iPad to give me instant quotes on the water heater options and emailed them to me. Payment was also done on the iPad. Nice up to date tech.

5. They have a membership program where you pay a fee (a hundred and something) and get 15% off everything for a year, plus no service call fees, and 2 free inspection/maintenence visits. With a bug purchase like the water heater it pays for itself.

6. The girl who answers the phone is really friendly and helpful.

The only negative was I waited towards the end of the 4 hour window and that's never fun. Apparently someone's pipes broke or something and they went to see them first. But at least I know if I ever have a emergency I'll come first, so that ok. All in all I was extremely impressed. Thanks Yelp for helping me find another great company!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service by EZ Flow Plumbing.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

I needed to have my water heater replaced so I came to Yelp and called about 5 plumbers to get quotes for how much it would cost. Gilbert responded to me the same day with an accurate quote. He answered my questions via phone or email quickly and with the details that I needed. From his answers and the details that he provided unprompted, I felt very confident that he would be the best person for the job. I did get some other quotes - they all started significantly lower but as I started asking questions, Does this need to be done, is this important, do you charge for xyz? they all crept up to the ORIGINAL price that Gilbert had quoted me. I am so appreciative that he didn't try to reel me in with a lower price and then surprise me afterwards with all the extras that needed to be done in order to do the replacement correctly. If I didn't have his quote, I wouldn't have even known to ask about all the other things that needed to be done.

Working with Gilbert is a pleasure. He's a really nice gentleman and taught me the plumber motto, The Plumber protects the Health of the Nation. I'm really glad that I got the opportunity to work with Gilbert and definitely recommend that if he is available to help with your project or repair, that you snap up that appointment!

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

I woke up to water leaking pretty heavily from my master bathroom down to my laundry room early this morning and I had to turn off the water. I called 4 plumbing companies that advertised themselves as Emergency 24/7 plumbers.  AAA Auger was the only one that was responsive to my emergency and came out first thing this morning. The others offered me anywhere from Friday to Tuesday.   Auger got the job done fast and for a very reasonable price.

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

Cristian showed up in record time, investigated our A/C problem thoroughly, explained our options and quoted exact prices, then effected repairs swiftly. I am so happy with Jon Wayne's service and their professional technicians.

I think it is very worthwhile to pay for their Rescue Club membership. You get priority scheduling (even on weekends), yearly maintenance, and discounts ... at a quite reasonable yearly fee. Saves the time, money, and aggravation I've had in dealing with cheaper companies.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
