The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate. OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. No doubt they're valuable members of a great team.

There is a lot to like about BG Plumbing and Tsanko, the owner. He does all the plumbing himself so you'll know you get the best.
We had a leak in a bathtub and he came out to diagnose it and to give an estimate of putting the tub back in as we had torn it out. He gave a straight quote, as it seems he quotes per the job instead of per hour. The quote was reasonable and because of all the good reviews we hired him. He came on time ready to work, and did a neat, professonal job. There was a small part to finish after we tiled the wall, so he came back within the week we called him back and finished. No hidden charges. He asked me when decisions were to be made, and answered any questions. We will definitely call BG Plumbing for our next plumbing job.

Replaced a Kenmore unit which we had for 8 plus years. The resin had disintegrated and we were having blockages in the aerators in the sinks and the screen in the feed line to the washer.
Visited Lowes to discuss buying a replacement unit and installing myself. They indicated that AWS would call for an appointment to schedule a consultation on what options we had and was told they would call within 48 hours. AWS called within two hours and scheduled the appointment for the following day. We discussed and purchased a replacement. They were able to schedule the installation three days later as it was a holiday weekend. They showed up on schedule and did an excellent installation.
They also installed a pressure reducing valve on the incoming water line to prevent resin breakthrough on the new unit. I also had them install a hose connection on the water softener outlet to facilitate rinsing of my vehicles with softened water when washing.
They did a much better installation than the outfit that did the Kenmore installation. I am extremely happy with the entire process. Thank you Lowes and AWS. I highly recommend both organizations!

Jacob & David did an excellent job with our water main! Had a massive leak and provided transparent and professional service. Called several plumbing companies to come out and none came out, let alone responded to my calls, emails or texts. The fact they resolved my issue early in the day on a Sunday was refreshing. Good to know there is still hope in a service starved world that they cared. Also provided a quote and direction for another issue that I will get serviced in the future.

Gilbert was FANTASTIC!! I came to Yelp to review plumbers because I needed my hot water replaced. He answered my phone call immediately, I sent pictures and measurements via email, he was booked for a week and even offered other plumbers if I needed it replaced asap but I chose to wait for him to complete the work and he was well worth the wait. Believe me, if you need an honest and hard working professional, then Gilbert is your guy!! I now have a plumber for all my future issues and will highly recommend him to everyone I know!!!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

I've already had the work done and quite honestly even calling you wouldn't change my mind. I had put this behind me until you wrote your update. Now you've really got me upset. You compare in an analogy how you would approach a sore knee. I get that there are many components to an A/C unit, however I had already diagnosed my problem with another company. I was simply trying to give you the business if your quote came in cheaper or comparable. Here's the kicker. I knew that it was the coils needing to be replaced. Approximately $3000 - $4000 dollars. Yet my unit was 14 years old and I was simply trying to avoid dumping money into a unit that had reached it's life expectancy. No matter what your tech would have told me, I had already decided to get a new unit to avoid future costly repairs. Had this been a 4 year old unit, or a 9 year old unit, I would have more than likely appreciated a second opinion, however when the life expectancy is 13-15 years and I'm in year 14, I just wanted a new unit to save time and hassle with future breakdowns. Do me a favor, and stop trying to play the uninformed customer card. I do my research, I don't jump the gun just get things fixed and I certainly wasn't born yesterday. The bottom line was that you were trying to over extend the customer service, and I can appreciate that, but what ever happened to the customer is always right? If I just wanted a price, why couldn't you just give me the cost? It's my choice, my money, my house and my decision. So now you've got your response and you've heard from me. Take your excuses and reasons for not just simply appeasing me by letting me know what you could do and stop replying to this. You did not get my business and you will not get me to change my review. They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
