My water heater went kaput and flooded the side of the house. My wife and I were so stressed with another appliance going out. To call someone, it takes time and then you worry about the financial aspect as well. So who are we to call, will it take several days to come out, do you have to miss work to fit in the window they give you? Those questions arose when we started to thumb around, looking for a reliable plumber. You have heard the commercials and the big names, but we know that would be expensive. So we across Anchor Plumbing Services. They responded quickly. It took about an hour after we made the call to the time of their arrival. We were greeted by two men, Brandon and Mason who are some of the nicest Gents you'll ever meet. They were very industrious, polite, and communicative with our needs and helped us in every way. I never had servicemen who were so prompt and well trained, they took away all our stresses and made us at ease. The price was a lot less than major competitors but more so they gave us peace of mind, which is priceless.

Very courteous technician and did a great job of getting my toilet unclogged. Those baby wipes should not be flushed even if they say flushable. He did a great job of resetting the toilet and left everything the way he found it. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!

BG Plumbing is the one to call for your plumbing issues. My water heater light went out and wouldn't turn back on. No more hot water!  I gave BG a call and Tsanko said he could be there in 5 minutes. He arrived as he said he would, checked out the water heater and told me exactly what was wrong with it. He was punctual, helpful, knowledgable, and professional the whole time. I appreciate the quick repair for a great price. I also appreciate how he didn't try to force me to by a brand new one, but rather offered it as an option. No respect for schedules!  Rescheduled at the last minute on a  Friday and rescheduled for a Saturday morning. Had to call after they were almost 2 hours late for that scheduled service and was told they'd be there in an hour.  Two hours later, still a no-show.

Water softener works well enough but the install was an absolute disaster. Installation Tech left an enormous mess without cleaning anything up. My laundry room had multiple 4 to 6 in pieces of PVC pipe all over the floor and drywall dust everywhere from Drilling. They came back out to clean up and did an okay job in the laundry room, but there is still Hardware all over the floor of my garage. Even 3 months after install I'm still finding nails and screws on the floor

The entire crew at A&A were top notch. From scheduling to the plumbers, journeymen, and coordinator. They were courteous, professional and neat. Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I called EZ Flow Plumbing close to the end of the day Friday and they were able to send someone out Monday around lunch time.

I was dealing with low water pressure in one bathroom shower and had tried adjusting the water main, cleaning the shower head and trying a new one, removing flow regulators, and more.

Their service reps were on-time and extremely professional and completed the job during my lunch break. I will certainly be calling EZ Flow Plumbing for all my future needs.

I chose to go with Blue Dragon because of the strong yelp reviews and I was not disappointed! We came back from vacation to our water heater broke and was leaking through a wall.  I called about 5 places and couldn't find anyone to come out, but after I txted Gilbert and told him I was running out of paper towels to dry up the leak he was there in the same day, new hot water heater in hand.  His quote was very reasonable and he was friendly, expeditious, and knowledgeable about other plumbing issues around my house.  The other thing that impressed me is that as soon as I mentioned I was thinking about a hybrid or tankless water heater he mentioned a few places he could refer me to, stating he didn't do those installs.  Instead of trying to talk me out of it, he just said here is someone else who can help, that shows character. I was and am impressed and will use them again.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

I called at about 10 pm on a Sunday and had help coming to my house within the hour..they found the problem and and fixed it right away, quick and efficient. Victor and Juan were very knowledgeable and provided a great service and a clean job.

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

Very expensive. Quoted me over $1400 to add a simple outlet in our house. They really tried to add all of these extra charges to our quote. After declining it, someone from customer service called me and asked if I would take a lower quote and someone would reach out to me again. Never heard back. Stay away!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
