Very courteous technician and did a great job of getting my toilet unclogged. Those baby wipes should not be flushed even if they say flushable. He did a great job of resetting the toilet and left everything the way he found it. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

Brad did a great job. He replaced our toilet, was fast, efficient and reasonable! He was very good at quickly diagnosing the issue and resolving it. He is honest, shows up on time and does good, honest works!

These guys... first I used them, and relied on their advise, for the selection and installation of our water softener. Not only did they choose the right softener for our home but, they chose the one that meet exactly what we needed without trying to get us to spend our money on the top dollar unit.

Then, on a Sunday evening, they quickly responded to a broken pipe emergency at our home within almost an hour of us reaching out to one of their techs personal phones.

When you're looking for a plumber, you try and find someone that you think will be honest, fair, and then will do a good job. Tsanko is all of these things. I hired to replace my water heater with a tankless system. The tankless system was clearly the bigger and more expensive job, but Tsanko talked me out of that because it just wasn't necessary for the house and usage that we have. That's honesty. He replaced the water heater with another tank instead. It works great. He also pointed out some small things that he put in place to prevent problems in the future. That's a great job. I'm now looking for other jobs that he can do for me. I highly recommend him.

Great and prompt service. I called the office due to the fact that I accidentally yanked a pipe out of the ground causing a mini-Old Faithful in my backyard. The person I spoke to on the phone was Steven. He talks to you like a real person not as a businessman which was appreciated. Steven said to text him pictures of the the problem area, which in my opinion is an important thing to do so one can assess and plan accordingly in tackling a job. He said he had some openings in the afternoon but if he could get David out sooner he would. Sure enough David showed up around 11:30 which is appreciated since I had to shut my water off due to a busted pipe. David was courteous and professional. The price was just right for the job and labor. If I had another plumbing emergency I would definitely use them again!

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed with this company.  Receptionist was friendly and scheduling was easy, but they are quite expensive and the VIP service (preventative maintenance package) left a lot to be desired.  To swap out the same model garbage disposal was $235.00 and took the plumber literally ten minutes. I even kept the same drain ring in the sink. Although the tech seemed knowledgeable, the VIP service was rushed and was little more than a look behind the sinks and flushing of the toilets. I had a couple of loose faucet handles that probably just needed a screw tightened, but I suppose that's not part of the VIP treatment.  I was given a partial refund for the VIP service, but had to pay a higher price for the garbage disposal installation as a result.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Very impressed with Emilio and EZ flow plumbing. Had him come and look at one of my investment properties to check on a water heater. Tenant was stating that water heater was not heating the water very well. He came by and inspected the unit and also checked the water temp. Noted it was functioning as intended and did not try to sell me a replacement.

When the time comes for replacement I definitely will use their services or for other plumbing needs.

We had Blue Dragon out to our house to install a new water heater in our house. He was fantastic!  He prepared us for the installation and gave us tips for making the job cheaper.  He was very knowledgable and efficient.  We will use him again when we need a plumber!

Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

We called at 8 with water pouring out of our shower, so we turned off the water to the whole house. They said they'd be out by 9:30, called at 9:40 no one answered so I left a message. Called again at 10 was told plumber had difficulty at previous job couldn't show up until some time between 12-1, still no one shows up and no one calls, so we call again and they had pushed us back to 7:30 AM. All this waiting and no water and no call from them and they aren't willing to help they just say, well sorry. So much for 24 hour service or any service for that matter.

This plumbing company is absolutely wonderful. At first I thought price was a little steep for a quote but they replaced a part and came back when I still had an issue with the same faucet for free! Every employee has come to my home has been very nice and professional. I definitely recommend elite plumbing and as a new homeowner will be utilizing their services for any future problems! Thank you elite!

Wasn't happy with their service. Jon Wayne was late coming to my house and didn't show up the next day. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
