I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. Great local and family owned business with prompt, friendly, professional staff; excellent experience. We have had minor plumbing work done by Kinsey Plumbing and will be using them again soon for a major plumbing project we have coming up soon! Three major plumbing disasters in three months. I am about as happy with this as if somebody kicked my dog. Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong.

The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made.

I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

So its 30 degrees this morning when I woke up, and It took me 2 seconds to realize my heater was out. So I called a HVAC company that I wont name, and they said they couldn't be out till tomorrow evening. So I got ahold of Woods and they told me someone would be out in 2 hours to asses the situation. Within 3 hours I had the heater back and running. Not to mention it is snowing as im typing. So they literally might have saved my life. Not to mention they didn't stick it to me for being so desperate... cause believe me, they coulda! Thanks Woods!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Shoddy work done in my bathroom! We paid an arm and a leg for empty toilet paper rolls to hold our sink after they changed out a VERY cheap faucet. Shower knobs are leaking and our shower head sprays up at the ceiling now! Do NOT use this company.

Adding this comment to change my review. The very next day of the original review, the owner called me and apologized for the poor experience. Indicated that the plumber was new, and that this company takes customer service very seriously. In remedying the incident, i was credited $100.

I appreciate the gesture of following up and making sure that customers are treated decently, and it shows that this company is and wants to do the right thing.

Showed up on time. Gave me a few different options to retrofit sink and plumbing in 1939 home. I appreciated that.

I had them run a jetter to unclog my sewer line at my home and they did a great job. They sent me a text when they were on their way and arrived on time.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!

Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!

Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.
