I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. We called this company because it had really good reviews. The Yancey Water System needed to move our water meter but wouldn't attach it to our current water line.  We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago.  No one ever showed.  We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it.  I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job.  Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service.  The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

I recently purchased a home whereby one HVAC maintenance visit from Woods Comfort Systems conveyed with the purchase of the home. I called Woods to schedule the maintenance visit and they initially told me that the owner did not transfer the maintenance to me, which I knew was incorrect because I previously confirmed with Woods that it was transferred. I was told then told that they would research my account and call me back. A few hours later, someone from Woods called me back and told me that because it had been 7 months since they visited the house (August 2021), they would have to charge me $125 to visit the house and make sure the A/C unit was in working order...??? Hello????I mean.. isn't that what a pre-paid maintenance agreement is for? Also... my home is only 3 years old. I explained that this made no sense as their competitors would charge me $200 for a new maintenance contract without having to come out in advance to inspect the HVAC unit for an additional $125. I also explained that their insistence to charge me an additional $125 would force me to go with a competitor and they would lose my business for the annual maintenance contract renewal. This didn't seem to matter to either the person at Woods that is responsible for transferring maintenance contracts or the girl that was relaying this information to me on the phone. Today, Wood Comfort Systems lost a new customer as I signed a maintenance agreement with McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning (5 Star Reviews..... check them out) and they will be out here to check the HVAC system in 2 weeks as part of my new maintenance contract at no additional charge.

Have used them times. Always professional, and does a great job.
Prices are very reasonable, and will work with you on payments if necessary.
Have had a large job done, two small ones, and a new sink with fixtures and plumbing. I am very pleased with all the work they have done. I will continue to use them when I need plumbing work done.

Had no Ac on a Sunday and they answered. Have seen those boys grow up on old commercials so I  figured it give them a shot. Hopefully they learned good service from their mom and dad over the years when they owned Armendia. Well they did! I found out  it is the same people under a different company name. They sent over Chris R. He was excellent and tackled it right away. Drain line was clogged and pan was full of water. They will be my 1st Call next time.

These guys are prompt and professional. We just bought a house and of course there will be unpleasant surprises. Replacing the 40 year old dishwasher was not going to happen until Brett and Joseph got involved. Old, inefficient fittings and patch jobs got replaced with new, clean piping and angle stop. A small leak that had been there was gone and the new dishwasher runs and drains perfectly. The price was totally fair. And this was on a Saturday. We'll be calling them when the next plumbing surprise shows up.

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!

Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.
