I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

Finally found a company that I can do long term business with. They displayed technical expertise, honesty, professionalism and courtesy. The crew even tripled checked their completed job ensure a high quality standard. Plus they walked me through it, explaining everything. Pictures are added

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

You can TRUST this company!  Very competitive quote which includes everything--you won't be upcharged when they are installing your Hot Water Heater or the like.  Top notch parts.  Friendly, clean, careful, etc.

We had our initial warranty visit from John Haug. We were very impressed by his professionalism and caring attitude. He explained all to us about the Lennox unit in our new home and what our warranty covers and what Lennox will cover.

Have hired Ajax before with pleasant techs and  reasonable prices--until now. Tech John H tried to overcharge(& not very personable either). He did not get a signed estimate to approve price and was only a 30-minute job--he hinted it would be a  big job?    We talked him down to a lower price but still seemed unreasonable.   I paid price and called owner to state dissatisfaction--was just sent a $75 Refund Check.

Had no Ac on a Sunday and they answered. Have seen those boys grow up on old commercials so I  figured it give them a shot. Hopefully they learned good service from their mom and dad over the years when they owned Armendia. Well they did! I found out  it is the same people under a different company name. They sent over Chris R. He was excellent and tackled it right away. Drain line was clogged and pan was full of water. They will be my 1st Call next time.

Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

They charged me $390 to replace kits in 2 toilets. (Each kit costs $14) I had a huge water bill and needed them to come fix 2 running toilets and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I went ahead and paid it because I had already taken off work and didn't want to let the toilets continue running. I'll call Chambliss next time.  They're ethical and affordable.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain.  It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285.  When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain.  There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem.  Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156.  I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150.  I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

Lack of integrity! These people came out through my home warranty. The technician was very nice but came late and had to return the next day to complete the job. I had to call them back out to adjust the faucet. They completed that but After I took a shower, I was unable to turn the water off. I recalled them through my home warranty. They were suppose to call me that day and did not. I tried calling them that day and the next with no response. I contacted The home warranty and after they called them I was assured they would get back with me. On the third day I called, and again they did not answer and I let them know I would give them a bad review if I did not hear from them. I called my home warranty to complain and was told they contacted them and told the warranty people that I told Atex to get off my property so they will now refuse the job! I found that they called me back within minutes telling me they have been having phone problems
