I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

This Company is Terrific!  We first called them in the middle of the night (2am!)...Dixie picked up the phone & said she would get someone out to our house right away, AND SURE ENOUGH she sent someone who stopped the water flowing onto our bedroom carpet!!!  We also called when our hot water heater leaked & flooded our garage.  Again, Texas Plumbing Diagnostics took care of our problem in a jiffy.  Competent, Professional Plumbers You Can Depend Upon!!!  Thanks, Dixie, YOU are our GO-TO-Plumbing Service ALWAYS!

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I had a slab leak I attempted to fix myself, worked for about a week and failed.  Kunz plumbers came, they saw, they fixed - within a day.  They, unlike me, know what they're doing and are reasonably priced.

I called this place after my blower fan died in my unit on Saturday. The AC repairman came out on Friday from another company basically told me they could not replicate the error and unless it was making noise they could not do anything until it went out. Ironically that next day it went out.

I saw an ad for these guys for the 24/7 Sudden Service and a free service call, plus they work weekends and had no overtime charges. I call the number and some older gentleman answers. I mention I need a new AC Blower motor installed. I ask if I he can have a tech call me and I can validate the model number to be sure they had the motor on their trucks. He tells me without the model number on the blower motor, he could no do anything. Interesting. I gave the model number of my AC unit to the first company that came out who was able to get part numbers no problem. He asks, Do you have the motor out? Gee, do I look like an AC guy? If I had the motor out, I have have fixed it by and would not be calling you. After going back and forth and getting pretty much no answer from this older guy, I thanked him for his time and hung up.

First of all if your technicians are worth a damn, they will know if they have the motor on their truck or not. If they are not sure, they have books you can cross reference. You could at least told me if you could have come out or not. That would have sold me as a new customer and you guys would have been my new AC repair guys. Secondly, the guy taking the call should have paged the on call tech and had him call me, rather than act like it was beneath him to do so.

Here I sit all weekend, with no AC during the middle of Summer when Wood's could have easily gained a new customer and fixed my problem. Thanks but no thanks. Whoever they had answering the phones on Saturday night, please fire him immediately. He is about as useful as one legged hunting dog who is blind.

3/9, 2022.   Don't ..Disappointed with Ajax Plumbing, They were eagar to come right out and do a static test and they comfirmed I had a leak.  I could never get an estimate for a  repair. They charged an outrageous price of 450.00 for something called a static test,  they said determined I had a leak, but that's it..  They didn't say where the leak was or give me an estimate of cost for a repair. Beware of who you hire.
I wish I would have read more reviews. Never again!!
I think they might only do simple jobs and charge a lot of money.

Showed up on time. Gave me a few different options to retrofit sink and plumbing in 1939 home. I appreciated that.

I would like to give this company a hand and stamp of approval!  I made servals calls to plumbing companies and these guys were able to give the best response ok a professional and timely manner.  First off they showed up on time, yes I said they showed up ON time! Second they were very respectable and used booties to wear over their boots to keep my new carpet clean.  They surveyed the problem and made the repairs needed to be done.  All while the working process they kept their work space clean and made sure to not make a mess.  I was very impressed by the crew and their professionalism. I would recommend these guys and will be using them for any plumbing issues I may come across in the future.

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Very rude!! Called to ask a question and the person was very short and acted like he didn't want to be at work! Asked for his name and while I was asking him he hung up on me! Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.
