Being a new homeowner I don't have a trusted plumber just yet. I called around a few places for quotes and a random local search popped this place up. I won't lie, my first phone call didn't set me on the right foot. They don't have the best customer based phone skills and they got out to me about an hour later than quoted. But once they were here they were the nicest guys! Never once made me feel like I was being upsold or didn't have my best interest in mind. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I even got my toilet repaired as well and still paid $400 less than two other major plumbing company's had quoted me. If you're patient enough to go with this mom & pop company you won't be disappointed with their work.

Dixie was always available and took time to answer all of my questions. Pricing was fair and upfront with no pressure to commit to anything. Our technician was David, and as promised, we received a courtesy call prior to his arrival on the day of our appointment. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took care to do a thorough job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, and TPD will be our go to plumbing company to take care of our home.

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

You can TRUST this company!  Very competitive quote which includes everything--you won't be upcharged when they are installing your Hot Water Heater or the like.  Top notch parts.  Friendly, clean, careful, etc.

I recently called Kinsey Interiors as I needed window treatments for our new home in Sun City.  I was working with another person from another company who didn't seem to want my business...also, they were extremely expensive.  It seemed I was always the one who was initiating the calls.  I then referred to my Sun City magazine and called Kinsey Interiors.  GiGi came out and measured (no charge to bid on window treatments- unlike the $150 I paid the other company) and gave me a quote for all the windows.  Wow!  A big difference.  Not only were their prices reasonable, but most of all she was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable.  I am excited about our choices and can't wait to finish my windows with the treatments we chose.  I will refer Kinsey to anyone I come in contact with who needs help with their interior services.

Call to replace hot water. Came out next day and installed new hot water heater. Also changed themostates in another hot water heater. On time and quick. Great service. Thanks to Mr. Kuntz

Heres an update.  House 6 months old, A/C failed 4 times already.  Each time something new has been discovered. This last time it was a wire that had rubbed and shorted out causing a fuse to blow.  This time Wood's sent in the A team to figure out once and for all what was going on.  Travis showed up and did a thorough review of everything that had been done.  He pointed out the good and not so good of previous work and fixed the shortcomings.  I now think that I should be able to rely on this system.  If I had to rate the Bryant system it would not be a 5 star thats for sure.  But the customer support of Wood's along with a least a few of there Technicians are top notch!  Thanks Travis!

I have had three different plumbers to fix my Moen faucet. They all told me they needed Moen parts and would return. No one returned. I called Ajax Plumbing (advice from Home Advisor) and they sent out Adolph. He fixed the Faucet in ten minutes and he also had the parts on his truck. The next time I have a plumbing problem I will call Ajax. They are the fastest and best trained!!! The price was also reasonable.

Would not recommend.  Overpriced and not competitive with other businesses.  Recommend doing your homework and getting numerous quotes.

Showed up on time. Gave me a few different options to retrofit sink and plumbing in 1939 home. I appreciated that.

I needed my water heater replaced. It's a 75 gallon, Natural gas unit. It would have cost me $1200 to purchase from HD or Lowe's, but they would have had to order it, and I needed it sooner than later.

They guys came out and quoted me $4100!!!!!

To install a $1200 water heater. In a closet, in my garage. I had it drained and disconnected before the got there as it was getting late. I even removed the water softener, let them borrow tools.

Don't get me wrong, they were really friendly and did a clean install.

They replaced hoses, added an expansion tank, and leak detector (cheap battery powered).

$75 misc hoses and fitting.

Shoot, let's just say $1700 for all materials and tax
That's $2400 labor for two hours of work.

I never got an itemized receipt.

They were supposed to come back to address another issue, never did.

I got screwed. Learn from my mistakes.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!

Very rude!! Called to ask a question and the person was very short and acted like he didn't want to be at work! Asked for his name and while I was asking him he hung up on me! Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.
