Chris and the staff are the best!  Timely service with the job done correctly the first time. Chris installed a new water heater for us last year and came back last week to flush it at no charge.  He also flushed our other water heater free of charge. My HVAC shut off on Saturday. I had called so many companies trying to see who was available. I came across Evenflow, and Seth right away spoke with me and even gave me suggestions over the phone to troubleshoot myself. He even followed up with me to check to see how I was doing that night and the Sunday after. I wasn't able to do it myself, so I had him come out to flush the drain line, and he did so much more. As a first time homeowner, I am no longer worried about my HVAC. Seth gave a very informative walk through of what he was doing, how my unit was performing and what I could do to keep it performing that way. I would recommend Seth and this company to anyone, and will be using there services in the future for all plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs.

Medina Best Plumbing helped us out of difficult situation when we were selling our house last year. We were updating the bathroom fixtures but had much trouble installing them. Medina to the rescue! I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

This company is amazing! Within 30 minutes of our A/C going out on a 95 degree Friday night, Mark arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed. After talking to ME Plumbing, they explained my bill to me and it made sense. They really did a good job and we're very efficient. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because I had to get with them about the bill and what the charges were actually for. Overall a good job

Very pleased with the service I received.  Plumber arrived 2 hours after I called for appointment. Christopher identified my problem right away.  He installed a new kitchen sink food disposal and changed some washers that were leaking.  He was very friendly and cheerful.  Most importantly, he was efficient and finished the job in less than an hour.  I have had bad experiences with many plumbing companies in the past.  I am so relieved Chavarria's Plumbing of SA gave me a positive plumbing experience. They charged me less than other companies have charged me in the past.  I will definitely call them when I have another plumbing issue.  I highly recommend them! Affordable, efficient, friendly; can't beat that.

My moms water heater was way over 15 years old and we knew it wouldn't last. I called Culpepper and they were ready to come out next day. They came when they said they would. Very respectful during COVID times and wearing masks. They were professional all the way and we would definitely use them in the future

I had a slab leak and rather than doing an exploratory dig, another plumbing service recommended Mark for a sound test. He came out, felt around, and said No need for the test, you have a hot water leak right here.

So he saved me some money there, since the test is like $300. I told him where I thought the pipes were and by cutting through drywall and backtracking, he was able to isolate the leak and cap it so it affected only a single bathroom.

He recommended re-piping around the leak rather than digging up my foundation to fix the pipe itself. I agreed. He also suggested using a PEX product for hot water lines, since it was cheaper, but I went with copper instead.

The re-piping took a couple of hours but was uneventful. He also re-piped a cold water line to my refrigerator that had leaked, capped an indoor propane line, and (ultimately) replaced a utility sink that had been leaking. It's been about 2 weeks since and I haven't had to call him back.

He showed up when he said he would and his work has been very good. I'd say his pricing is just above average. He's not the cheapest I've hired but he's not the most expensive either.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to knock down my rating to a 1 star. Although the employees who serviced me were great, after contacting the owner afterward (or one of the owners) to get more information... he said he would call me back the following Monday and never did.

I then tried to contact him a week later, and three days from that, and was given the silent treatment. Even if he didn't want to help me out or couldn't, he should say so and why and not just ignore my requests. Bad customer service at the management level, I no longer recommend them.

Outstanding service. Same day response; Just a few hours after I initially called them. Professional. Knowledgeable. Skilled. And friendly. I highly recommend these folks.

This company is very expensive. Nearly $500 just to come look at and diagnose the problem. Found another company nearby. They were astonished at how much we'd been charged as were my relatives. Also, very sicky sweet customer service (How can we make you smile today?Give me a major break). I wish I'd called more companies first. PS - we were NEVER offered an estimate. Judging by the defensiveness of the owners' replies I believe they well know they are ripping people off and just don't care. Watch, they'll probably write a highly reactionary response, if they respond. Again, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
