Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

I called on Monday to make sure the email I'd sent via his website on Sunday got through.  He said I don't know, I don't check my email unless someone calls me and tells me they sent me an email.  I told him we needed a bid on a sewer line replacement (which is listed on his website) and he said he doesn't do that anymore.  When I asked if he had anyone he's recommend, he told me a phone number.  I guess I could have asked for the name of the business he was recommending so there would be some clarity, but I gave up at that point.

The only reason we're giving five stars is because we can't give ten! Daniel and Jim were professional, friendly and fair. We will definitely be referring My Plumb-Sure to all of our friends and family. They've earned our business for life .

Quick response. Our AC drain line was clogged. They were able to reroute the line to the exterior of the house. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. He was helpful and honest.

Fast response to come out that day and service my gpas coolant for their AC unit. Reasonable prices and fast service!
Both employees were super friendly, they spoke Spanish which was great and didn't try and oversell.

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

Our heater/AC was not performing well. We called Blanco AC on a Monday morning around 8:30am and they came out to our house around 12:30pm. They were done at 2:30pm and our unit was back to normal and running perfectly. Nice people, quick reply, good service.

Contacted for a busted garbage disposal that was leaking everywhere! They arrived within a day, had it replaced quickly for a fair price. Professional service! Highly recommend!

I am new to the area and based on the recommendation of someone I trust I called Culpepper plumbing.
The woman who answered the call was extremely friendly and did state that they were very busy but she would call me back when she could find a crew that was able to head out to my place since I potentially have a mainline failure.
I got to call back around lunchtime and the crew showed up about 10 minutes after that. Gus and Caleb were extremely professional and diagnosed the problem I was having out by the meter to be something much simpler than the mainline water service. Turns out it was the main line for the sprinkler system. Unfortunately they do not work on sprinkler systems but since they were here I asked if they had time to work on another project inside my home which involved 10 angle stop valve replacements and some installation of new fixtures. They contacted the office and we're given the go ahead and did a bang up job. Ran out of time and they will return to finish up. Really outstanding people to work with. I'm looking forward to meeting with the owner to discuss a possible solution for water softening. All in all I give them five stars. A pleasure to deal with. Quality work at a reasonable rate.

Overall, I would recommend hiring this company for plumbing needs.  
They were prompt, professional, and very friendly.  
The work was completed quickly and proficiently.  
I did have to haggle on the bill a bit, but that is to be expected.  We received a 15% discount for being a first time customer (they offer 10% off for returning customers), and the owner Mark was very pleasant to deal with on the phone.  
I also looked PPS up on the better business bureau. They have been operating since 2009 and have had no complaints at all.  Pretty remarkable!  
The only advice I might give is to be sure you understand the pricing before you get them over to your house.  They expect immediate payment.  It's $90.00 an hour with a minimum charge of an hour.  There will be a mark up on the parts for labor (standard practice.)  There's a $45 service fee no matter what.  Write down when they arrive, and when they leave.  Plumbers get paid more than most doctors, so don't faint when you get your bill.  They're ALL expensive, but very necessary!

I simply needed my outdated shower and tub fixtures replaced. The plumber pulled some random parts off of his truck and Frankenstiened it becuz the valve needed to be replaced and I guess he didn't want to do that. The handle he put on the existing worked but did not fit (see pic). The handle was wobbley and stuck out 3-4
From the plate. He charged me over $650 for this. When asked to come fix it they wanted to charge me an additional $1500. This was a young company I wanted to give an opportunity for business. I called my usual established company and they came out and made it right  for $220.

I had a leaking water heater and left a message with Bolin Sunday evening. They called me back the next morning but I was not available. When I called back (mid-morning) they were able to fit me into their schedule later in the afternoon. The leak had progressed even though I had shut off the water line leading to it so we definitely needed the service. At this point there was a river running into the street from our garage. I waited patiently and finally got a call 35 minutes after they were due to arrive only to be told that their insurance didn't cover them to do work on multi family condominiums. Apparently this has always been their policy even though they've done work at my unit a few months ago and the initial employee I spoke with acknowledged that they've been here before. STUMPED!!! Good luck to me finding a free plumber at 5pm on a Monday! They got two stars because I had great service from this company when they turned their cheeks the other way and serviced my condo.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

I had a water heater pilot light would not stay lit. S & D went out and wanted to charge $250 to diagnose the problem. The water heater is 10 years old so I asked for a quote for a new one. His quote was $4300 to replace a 40 gallon Natural gas water heater($650 at homedepot).  I told him to get out that is over twice what it should cost!  I am a Property manager and have had many water heaters replaced over the lst 20+ years.  

Do not trust these guys they apparently thought I was as novice that did not know what a water heater should cost.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
