Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

I called Christian and asked if he could come over and take a look at somethings in the house. Nothing wrong just want to make sure all is ok.  Wow, what an honest guy.  He told me how to do the checks so he wouldn't have to charge me because it was so simple.  Major thumbs up for him!  You don't find many people who would do that.  10 Stars PLUS!

These young men, Chris and Daniel, are the best people ever! They have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Whatever the job has been they have done it willingly, professionally, and so respectfully. The two of their mothers must be very proud of them. They are very nice young men first and then exceptional plumbers to boot. Both are very kind and sweet young men. I do appreciate their knowledge but also I admire their kindness and willingness to help others and perform random acts of kindness. RAK will always come back to you, guys. Proficient Plumbing was an absolutely pleasure to work with them. They stayed until the job was completed and everything was functioning. I even call them the next day for advise on how to install my washer and gas dryer machine and they were kind enough to help me out via facetime.

I am very glad I contacted Evenflow this morning. Our upstairs ac unit went out around 5pm :( When I called, the person answering the phone was very polite, clear, and direct. He got all my information down quickly, and I had a appointment same day between 2-5pm.
I received texts and emails advising me that the technician was on the way! And he did arrive 30 min later like the text stated. Our tech arrived around 3:00pm, and had our AC fixed by 4:15pm! Which was great!!! I am VERY GLAD we found Evenflow!!!!

Medina Best Plumbing helped us out of difficult situation when we were selling our house last year. We were updating the bathroom fixtures but had much trouble installing them. Medina to the rescue! I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

Mr Miller came by with his assistant and got the job done after about an hour..
We were happy with his work... so we called him back for a 2nd job we needed.

They came out to our home to give me an estimate for outdoor plumbing work. I was not home when they were there and the understanding was they would call me to let me know what the estimate was and what work would be required. They proceeded to do the work without any authorization from me, the homeowner, and then sent me $1000+ bill for the work complete. I called them and explained that I gave NO authorization to do the work because nobody bothered to tell me what the work was and had I known it was going to be over $1000, I wouldn't have gone through with it. Their resolution was to give me a measly 10% discount on the bill. I paid the bill because I'm not a scam artist but they clearly do not follow protocol and they take advantage of their customers. Shame on them.

Had a mainline clog with water leaking out of the base of our toilette and showers. Johnny and Ruben were at the house in about 1 hour from the time of calling which was way quicker than we expected. Not only did they get there quickly, they diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, gave us advice for what to look out for in the future, and a fair price. You can go without your A/C but when your toilets are not working you're sort of at the mercy of the plumber you have available so definitely expected to get the run around either on the front end waiting or the backend on the price but not with these guys. Was super impressed and thankful for their good service. We had the whole rest of the day freed up since they did such a good job and we're so prompt. Well done. You have new customers in us for sure!

Amazing team! They are truly exceptional. They were very knowledge of the work needed and provided proper information to know what would be happening. Highly recommend!

Beware!  These people Inflated price on a replacement part.  A Moen Cartridge for a single handle faucet tub/shower.  A $19.95 part at local DIY store, they wanted $103.00!!!!!! AND to charge me two hours for labor!!! Estimate parts/labor was over $300.00 for a 30 min job!!!!!  I've replaced the cartridge myself in the past so I know what it takes.  Give me a break.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My moms water heater was way over 15 years old and we knew it wouldn't last. I called Culpepper and they were ready to come out next day. They came when they said they would. Very respectful during COVID times and wearing masks. They were professional all the way and we would definitely use them in the future

I came home to a $700 water bill yesterday. I called the city and they said they couldn't get anyone by until next week. I called 2 other plumbers and they said they couldn't help until the city turned off our water because that would be tampering with city property. Mark responded to my request 1st thing this morning, made an appointment for noon and showed up almost 30 minutes early. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable rate.

Fast flow is great. From the owner on down. I need my water heaters flushed and a fairly complex non-salt based water softener installed. On top of that I my home has fairly unique plumbing. So they had to hand built and fit everything. Their work is excellent and very quick to respond.

I was referred to Bolin plumbing by a friend.  I understand they mainly do commercial properties...although some residential.  I was appreciative of them giving an over the phone quote to replace a water heater.  After having other larger well known places give me a few quotes (and then recovering from the sticker shock), I called Bolin back.  They were able to fit me in the day after.  Ross and Louie were on time, came in under the price quoted over the phone, (HALF of what the big companies wanted), followed COVID safety guidelines (masks and social distancing), gave a detailed invoice and explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly to replace my old water heater.  It's been almost 3 weeks now and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Bolin as a reliable and affordable plumbing option.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

RIP OFF!! The company charged $660+ to pull and auger our toilet initially at the end of May. I called a couple months later when there was a leak from the base of my toilet again (which they reset and sealed themselves the first trip) and they GUARANTEED A FREE TRIP unless further repairs were needed to be made, not related to original job. They pulled the toilet, said the concrete needed to be chiseled before they could replace the flange and reset and that it would be $1000 for that and $3850 more if that didn't work to replace the concrete slab. They also said I would need a camera run for $500 and hydro-jetting for $1100. After telling them it was fine and I would figure something else out, they charged me $225 for a diagnostic fee since they hadn't caused the concrete damage under the toilet. The concrete was the same as it was the last time they reset the toilet and there were no new repairs made from the trip. I went to Lowe's and got a new flange and ring and reset the toilet myself for $30, which saved me potentially $4820. It hasn't leaked from the base anymore because that wasn't the problem.

I then called and hired a plumber with Mr. Rooter who investigated the issue, found out there was pipe breakage behind the house and potentially roots that their auger wasn't able to get rid of. He was here for an hour but I paid $0 (would have only been a $29 trip fee and $90 for the augering) since they didn't solve the issue and they're coming back tomorrow with the proper tools to fix at a way lower cost than S&D.

Lesson learned the hard way, call Mr. Rooter instead!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
