I needed a water heater replaced and after a bad experience with Will Fix It I called Paul at Dons Plumbing. He was able to make it the next day. He was well prepared and had all the parts required. The swap out went quickly and everything was cleaned up and hauled off.

Christian is as good as it gets!  What started out as a mid-level plumbing problem, turned out to be a MAJOR plumbing issue.  Christian responded quickly, was very professional and worked until the problem was fixed.  His price was very fair.     While I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, Christian is the GO TO man when I do.

The only reason we're giving five stars is because we can't give ten! Daniel and Jim were professional, friendly and fair. We will definitely be referring My Plumb-Sure to all of our friends and family. They've earned our business for life .

Our faucet under our bathroom sink sprung a leak on Xmas morning. Such a bummer. Called multiple plumbers in the area on Monday morning. The only ones who answered their phone was Proficient Plumbing. They answered quickly and were able to send over someone at 4:30 SAME DAY!  

The plumber named Chris  arrived as scheduled and worked for2 hours to completely repair the leak. He was such a nice, pleasant gentlemen
who thoroughly explained the repair and did a great job. Will call you again and recommend you to others.

My AC unit stopped working during the night. My husband called Eveflow services and was able to get an appointment that same day. Technician Seth was able to diagnose an issue with one of the motherboards not receiving power. Technician Seth was able to find a replacement from the manufacture, he drove and picked up the part. After 30m he came back and replace the part in just 5 minutes. My AC is working like new! He was also very knowledgeable on how my AC unit worked and educated us on maintenance routines and how our overflow pipes transverse throughout the house. Highly recommend this service!

Saves the day on a Sunday! Came by within hours to unclog a drain affecting the whole house. Appreciate you taking the time to explain everything you did and how things are plumbed. Eloy is friendly and personable; I am very comfortable having him at my home. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding professional service from initial assessment to the final day.  Highly recommend their primary service of replacing drains and pipes under the house slab.  Excellent job with contact available at any time.  Each and every worker was polite, courteous and stayed focused on their task.  Great job and easy to work with.

During this winter weather crisis, our business tried to schedule service with San Marcos Plumbing. The first call I made, I was hung up on. I called back thinking it was a mistake. I quickly explained I'm trying to schedule service for broken pipes in San Marcos. The women said that maybe I need to use a different number and that they don't service us. Then hung up on me again.
We were trying to schedule service for broken pipes to people who have no water right now. I have no idea why someone would be so rude.

For the second time in less than a year, I have called to schedule a plumber.  Been sent to the plumbing department voicemail.  Requested a call back for a plumbing leak and other service.  They do not call back.  Poorly run and managed business.  Very frustrating.  Don't waste your time!

I am writing this review to inform you of a very disturbing incident I saw involving one of your vans on I-10. I've been traveling since the incident, but it was so disconcerting I felt that I needed to reach out to you to inform you of your employee's very dangerous behavior.
On November 29th, at about 10 AM, I was driving eastbound on I-10 around the 794 cut off. I observed a van with your company's logo and telephone number (how I found you, though the number appears to have been disconnected) driving very slow in the left lane. Another car attempted to pass, and was blocked by your drivers in a very dangerous way. I can confirm, having passed them myself later, that there were two men driving. I also observed them making mocking gestures to the other driver.
After the driver had managed to pass them, they sped up to well over the speed limit (90 mph plus), swerved in front of the other driver, and slammed on their brakes. This was not a little brake check, they caused the other driver (along with myself and everyone behind them) to slam on the brakes and slow down to around 50 mph. The maneuver, apparently done because they were angry at being passed, could very well have killed people. It was irresponsibly dangerous, and had it been observed by a police officer, I have no doubt the driver would have been arrested and charged. I did not observe any action by the other driver that justified any anger, let alone such reckless and dangerous behavior.
I hope that you can identify the drivers from my description, because he and his companion should be disciplined for this. They could very well have killed someone. They are driving in a van with your company's logo on it. I can't imagine this is the image you wish to project.
Finally, I should say that this incident means I would never employ your company in the future. Such behavior makes me fear having that driver on my street and endangering someone.

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer the phone, listen to the situation and provide quick/accurate advice. They even called back later to make sure our problem had been resolved. Top notch service!!! Thank you to Anthony and team!!!

Outstanding service. Same day response; Just a few hours after I initially called them. Professional. Knowledgeable. Skilled. And friendly. I highly recommend these folks.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

S & D PLUMBING was hired to clear a bathroom commode which required removal of the commode to get at the blockage.  The technician who arrived to service the problem brought with him an assortment of equipment which at best had seen better days.  He moved to do what was requested of him and then we got into a semantics discussion of what CLEAR means.  Unfortunately, this plumbing company defines CLEAR as simply restoring some flow.  Not actually removing the obstruction.   He spent a bit of time scoping the piping to determine what the obstruction was.   He then proceeds to secure a ROTO ROUTER to remove the obstruction.  This is what I thought I was paying for.  Unfortunately, the ROTO ROOTER was broken, NOT USABLE.   Sans, having the proper equipment he used the scope to restore the flow but did not solve the basic problem.  REMOVAL OF THE OBSTRUCTION.   He then informed me that we should not use the commode since it would most likely block up again under normal usage.   Having restored the drainage (never having cleared the blockage) he collected his equipment, received payment and left; it was evening.    The next morning, I called the office to discuss the work done.    They acknowledged that it was a problem and sent out the technician again (with some marginally workable equipment) to complete the job.   He explained that there would be an additional charge to complete what needed to be done (CLEAR THE DRAIN OF BLOCKAGE).  After a bit of discussion regarding exactly what my expectations were, we agreed on an additional sum for him to complete the work.  To complete the work, he had to re-prep the area, remove the commode, set up his equipment etc.   This was time consuming and replicated what he did the previous day.  In a nutshell, 3 hours later and a day late he accomplished what could have been accomplished initially.   The cost to me for removal of the obstruction was about $2000.   We are a couple in our 80's, do I think I was taken advantage of YES.  

I do not normally respond to requests for review of service; however, I think that any future customer needs to be aware of who and what they are dealing with.   THIS IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR PLUMBING SERVICE.
