Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

Highly recommend Christian. He and his wife literally got me out of a serious bind when my water pipe froze and broke this week. If I ever need a plumber, he's now on my speed dial! Thank you, thank you.

These young men, Chris and Daniel, are the best people ever! They have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Whatever the job has been they have done it willingly, professionally, and so respectfully. The two of their mothers must be very proud of them. They are very nice young men first and then exceptional plumbers to boot. Both are very kind and sweet young men. I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

These guys were my hero today! Starting with Vicky, who made my day better when she was so helpful and cheerful. They came and had my main line unclogged and fixed the main sewer line in no time, despite the fact one of my kids flushed a kitchen towel! Had a mainline clog with water leaking out of the base of our toilette and showers. Johnny and Ruben were at the house in about 1 hour from the time of calling which was way quicker than we expected. Not only did they get there quickly, they diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, gave us advice for what to look out for in the future, and a fair price. You can go without your A/C but when your toilets are not working you're sort of at the mercy of the plumber you have available so definitely expected to get the run around either on the front end waiting or the backend on the price but not with these guys. Was super impressed and thankful for their good service. We had the whole rest of the day freed up since they did such a good job and we're so prompt. Well done. You have new customers in us for sure!

AMAZING service! Easily made an appt. The other neighborhood recommended plumber never returned my two calls. It took a little under a week to get on the schedule. Had to call two days out due to a medical appt that would have interrupted my morning appt. She quickly changed my window from am to pm.  They arrived early in my window. Our fancy TOTO toiled clog took some sleuthing to figure out the issue. Since they knew the brand they diagnosed the issue and got to work. All of this took slightly over an hour. Patrick and Ben were as professional and knowledgeable as they were friendly.  Highly recommend based on our experience. Will definitely use again....hopefully not anytime soon, ha!

So I don't know about this customer service other reviewers speak of.  I called this company for bath fixture installation on Tuesday, nobody answered so I left a detailed message in the voice mail with the job description and my contact information. I heard nothing back so Wednesday evening i went to the company website and completed the contact request form, again with a detailed message and my contact information, still no response.  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt more than i should and decided to try one more time using the yelp request quote which touts 2 hour response time at 100%, still no reply.  So after 3 tries in 3 days I am finally giving up.  I understand it may have been a small job and not worth their time, i get the weather was bad and they may have been busy but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to just make a quick call or respond to an email or quote request to say hey we are swamped and can't get to you.

Just would like to say Derrick at Fast flow plumbing was very helpful at midnight when no one else would answer our call due to our water heater hissing and leaking water. Walked me through a few steps and made sure my family was safe with easy to follow directions. Showed up at 9am and did exceptional work and got our water heater and toilet back on track. Five stars to Fast Flow and Derrick! Thank you and will be using them again 100%

Fred and his helper (sorry, did not get his name) came as promised, did the replacement of the washing machine faucets and sink faucet, in record time.  They cleaned up the work area when finished.  I have lived in this old house for 12 yrs, and they have been out to work on other plumbing issues before.  Always on time, courteous and outstanding service. Pricing:  reasonable.  (better than the other guys.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

We needed to do a full repipe of the ground floor, and a friend recommended S&D. I'm so glad they did. Their bid was not the cheapest, but it was in the same ballpark as the others. The deciding factor for me was the demeanor and knowledge that Melvin showed on the initial visit to prepare the quote. Once the job started, his team of Nick and Lorenzo did a fantastic job - Nick kept me informed every step of the way and they were very thorough and clean in their work.
As a final touch, they came out on Friday before the big freeze to hand-fill the trench for the new water inlet. This combined with the great job Nick did on insulation, helped keep our pipes from busting.
S&D are definitely my go-to guys for any future plumbing needs.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
