When I first called Christian and described my problem (an apparent leaking hose in kitchen sink pull-out sprayer), he suggested a few things I could check and maybe fix myself that would obviate having him come out and charging me for work. I found his approach really refreshing and honest. After trying his suggestions, confirming that it was a hose leak, and deciding that I was not about to contort my aching back and knees crawling under the sink and trying to reach up behind the disposal, I called him to set up an appointment. When I told him it was a Delta faucet, he told me to call Delta (even gave me the number) and, because they have a lifetime guarantee, request a free replacement hose. When the replacement arrived, I again called Christian to schedule an appointment and he was able to come by the next day to install the new hose. He also pointed out some things to do to maximize the life of other parts of the kitchen sink. Highly recommended and will be the first plumber I call if I have any problems.

I'm a first time homeowner and ordered a Kenmore water softener complete with installation ; Sears contracted My Plumb-Sure to complete the job. My Plumb-Sure contacted me immediately to schedule the appointment and when Chris arrived on the scene, he was quick to assess the needs. Unfortunately the task was greater than expected (my house had not been plumbed for a water softener when originally built) but Chris said it would not be a problem. Within 10 minutes, he had surveyed the entire job, created a list of plumbing materials he would need to complete the task, and provided me with a reasonable estimate to complete the job. Just like that, Chris and his associate plumbed and rerouted my waterline and took the time to educate me about what had been done and what to expect once the installation was completed. Once they had finished the job, they cleaned up the spaces impacted by the installation. It is difficult to find honesty and integrity along with craftsmanship in many places today, but I can sincerely say the My Plumb-Sure has all of that and much more. I'm honored to be able to rate them.

I have used San Marcos plumbing for several years and have never been over-charged or misled about repairs.  They have installed a water softener and hot water heater for me and made an emergency repair to a broken supply line. They have never talked down to me because I am a woman (my pet peeve, since I am a competent mechanic) or been anything but respectful and friendly. The one time there was a misunderstanding regarding a charge, Victoria made it right. Remember, folks, that being polite and giving people the benefit of the doubt brings the best results.

We needed a sink and faucet installed in our kitchen and the faucets replaced in the master bathroom. JP and JJ were prompt, professional, able to solve the problems that arose based on our existing plumbing configuration. They cleaned up under the sink and in front of the tub. They were knowledgable about local suppliers. They will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

10pm emergency call for a leaking (about to burst) pipe. The plumber was here within an hour. Very professional and practiced appropriate distancing, all while wearing a mask.   The leaking pipe was replaced, along with another one that was likely to have the same problem. The repair looks better/cleaner than the original installation. All done within an hour... I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, even considering the emergency call rate.

My moms water heater was way over 15 years old and we knew it wouldn't last. I called Culpepper and they were ready to come out next day. They came when they said they would. Very respectful during COVID times and wearing masks. They were professional all the way and we would definitely use them in the future

Tech was very nice and courteous.  However a lot of unexpected charges like  credit card surcharge, PPE charge (although work was done outside), didn't honor coupon, charge an hour of work for a 5 min of tightening. Worse of all, didn't even fix the problem and wanted to charge $300 extra.  At the end, I ended up fixing it myself for less than $50.  

He is expensive but if he would had fixed it in the first place or come back and fix it properly without gouging me over again then I wouldn't had given him a poor review.

I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! I was referred to Bolin plumbing by a friend.  I understand they mainly do commercial properties...although some residential.  I was appreciative of them giving an over the phone quote to replace a water heater.  After having other larger well known places give me a few quotes (and then recovering from the sticker shock), I called Bolin back.  They were able to fit me in the day after.  Ross and Louie were on time, came in under the price quoted over the phone, (HALF of what the big companies wanted), followed COVID safety guidelines (masks and social distancing), gave a detailed invoice and explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly to replace my old water heater.  It's been almost 3 weeks now and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Bolin as a reliable and affordable plumbing option.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

RIP OFF!! The company charged $660+ to pull and auger our toilet initially at the end of May. I called a couple months later when there was a leak from the base of my toilet again (which they reset and sealed themselves the first trip) and they GUARANTEED A FREE TRIP unless further repairs were needed to be made, not related to original job. They pulled the toilet, said the concrete needed to be chiseled before they could replace the flange and reset and that it would be $1000 for that and $3850 more if that didn't work to replace the concrete slab. They also said I would need a camera run for $500 and hydro-jetting for $1100. After telling them it was fine and I would figure something else out, they charged me $225 for a diagnostic fee since they hadn't caused the concrete damage under the toilet. The concrete was the same as it was the last time they reset the toilet and there were no new repairs made from the trip. I went to Lowe's and got a new flange and ring and reset the toilet myself for $30, which saved me potentially $4820. It hasn't leaked from the base anymore because that wasn't the problem.

I then called and hired a plumber with Mr. Rooter who investigated the issue, found out there was pipe breakage behind the house and potentially roots that their auger wasn't able to get rid of. He was here for an hour but I paid $0 (would have only been a $29 trip fee and $90 for the augering) since they didn't solve the issue and they're coming back tomorrow with the proper tools to fix at a way lower cost than S&D.

Lesson learned the hard way, call Mr. Rooter instead!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
