Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

We've had Christian to the house three times now. He works quickly and gives us what I think is a very fair price. He's spent a lot of time on the phone with us and even Skyped with me (at my request) so that he could assess the extent of a job before he came over. He really tries to fit us into his schedule as quickly as possible. I like to recommend him to my friends and family.

Awesome folks, very friendly, do great work for a good price. Have had them out twice already and will have them out again for more plumbing work. If you live in New Braunfels, beware of tradesman coming out from San Antonio. Their prices are always higher to help make for the drive. It's better to stick with local pros like MyPlumb Sure. Samantha and Chris were especially helpful, friendly and nice and made sure the work was done right for a great price and that we were happy.

Called to get maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Explained the process, pricing and were very reliable. Will definitely use them again!

We just finished with our technician and I am so happy we called them. Our AC went out last night, and we called another company to come and check it. They sent some kid who had no idea what he was doing, and tried to sell us some part worth over a grand to fix it. Luckily, I held off until the next morning and called Evenflow for another opinion. Our technician, Cecilio, could not have been more courteous, and solved our issue in under an hour. He gave us options, fully explained what was wrong and was so professional! This company does annual maintenance on AC units, and also does plumbing as well. We plan on using them from now on, so thank you Evenflow!

Saves the day on a Sunday! Came by within hours to unclog a drain affecting the whole house. Appreciate you taking the time to explain everything you did and how things are plumbed. Eloy is friendly and personable; I am very comfortable having him at my home. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding professional service from initial assessment to the final day.  Highly recommend their primary service of replacing drains and pipes under the house slab.  Excellent job with contact available at any time.  Each and every worker was polite, courteous and stayed focused on their task.  Great job and easy to work with.

Terrible! I had something serviced and the guy showed up huffing and puffing and cussing! They need to come out TWO times to give me a bid. Horrible customer service!! Don't use them

They came out to our home to give me an estimate for outdoor plumbing work. I was not home when they were there and the understanding was they would call me to let me know what the estimate was and what work would be required. They proceeded to do the work without any authorization from me, the homeowner, and then sent me $1000+ bill for the work complete. I called them and explained that I gave NO authorization to do the work because nobody bothered to tell me what the work was and had I known it was going to be over $1000, I wouldn't have gone through with it. Their resolution was to give me a measly 10% discount on the bill. I paid the bill because I'm not a scam artist but they clearly do not follow protocol and they take advantage of their customers. Shame on them.

This is the second time I have used these guys and they are always on time and cheaper then most. I really like knowing that I can make one phone call and get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended these guys!

I have used Culpepper Plumbing exclusively for at least 11 years.  Their work has been excellent and I have appreciated their professionalism - even when they had to dig up my entire front yard. ;) I have an appt to discuss another large job now.  I highly recommend them.

Mark came by a couple times to fix various issues with an old house I was getting ready for sale. He was always flexible and prompt to head over. He's as capable as he is friendly, and now my goto plumbing guy from now own based on my exp.  I'll recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

He's also very reasonable with his estimates and cost. A++

So two stars because they did show up although a bit late and got me on the schedule quickly. ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO  GIVE YOU A PRICE FOR SOMETHING AS EASY AS A KITCHEN SINK CLOG WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. Let me say that again for the people in the back COMPANIES THAT WILL CHARGE YOU $89 JUST TO COME SAY IT WILL BE $250 for a simple kitchen clog is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Let that be a HUGE red flag. These folks were recommended from someone at work, and I was disappointed. I'll stick with Connolly, they came out about 30 mins after these guys left and unclogged it for $169. They were also upfront about pricing before WASTING my time and did an amazing job in about 5 mins.
Let me clarify, they said they needed to look at the job before pricing. By looking at the job they walked to my septic lid ( not sure why, it's the kitchen sink) walked back to me and told me $250 for a simple clogged drain. I cannot imagine having a real problem. Yikes! Please avoid unless you love overpaying plumbers!

Outstanding service. Same day response; Just a few hours after I initially called them. Professional. Knowledgeable. Skilled. And friendly. I highly recommend these folks.

Be careful with these guys and get a solid estimate up front or you will end up paying $400/hour for the most basic work.

This company is very expensive. Nearly $500 just to come look at and diagnose the problem. Found another company nearby. They were astonished at how much we'd been charged as were my relatives. Also, very sicky sweet customer service (How can we make you smile today?Give me a major break). I wish I'd called more companies first. PS - we were NEVER offered an estimate. Judging by the defensiveness of the owners' replies I believe they well know they are ripping people off and just don't care. Watch, they'll probably write a highly reactionary response, if they respond. Again, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
