First time I used them. Asked price to install smart thermostat and got whole system check and install for $189. Not bad. On time. Very professional. Not pushy to sell you services.

They stopped on their way from another job to troubleshoot a leak. Their service was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected given the high volume of work they had that day. I would recommend them all day long.

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

Showed up right on time, courteous and efficient service and although the part I needed was not in stock they made sure everything was put back together so I'd have water and service while the part is on order.

These jokers want $250 for an estimate to install a residential back up generator.....RIDICULOUS......NO SALE!

We had needed the inflow/outflow parts replaced in our garage toilet. My husband called about 8:30 and we had a plumber here at noon. Frank quickly installed the parts and had the toilet operational in about 14 minutes. He was efficient and friendly. I'll use them in the future.

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I hired Chavarria's after sending them spec's of a complicated propane fireplace assembly and install.  They took on a job most ran from and charged reasonable prices.  They followed up and are a great customer service company.  Would highly recommend this plumbing company.

AMAZING service! Easily made an appt. The other neighborhood recommended plumber never returned my two calls. It took a little under a week to get on the schedule. Had to call two days out due to a medical appt that would have interrupted my morning appt. She quickly changed my window from am to pm.  They arrived early in my window. Our fancy TOTO toiled clog took some sleuthing to figure out the issue. Since they knew the brand they diagnosed the issue and got to work. All of this took slightly over an hour. Patrick and Ben were as professional and knowledgeable as they were friendly.  Highly recommend based on our experience. Will definitely use again....hopefully not anytime soon, ha!

When our garbage disposal gave up the ghost and water was pouring out onto our floor, I called several plumbers.  Mark not only picked up the phone when I called, but was able to make an appointment the next day.  He called before he came, was prompt, very calming, patient, polite, and reasonably priced.  He also repaired a defective outside faucet that another plumber installed. Would use him again!

If you want quality work done and awesome customer service these are your guys. They replaced my old water softener system and added a whole house water filter. They were the 3rd company I called and Jacob came over quickly and Jacob made the service call easy and effortless on my part. Firstly, I want to congratulate this business for its stellar communication. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. They were able to schedule my repair on a weekend, which was deeply appreciated.

I live out of state. This property will be our retirement home sometime in the next decade, but right now we have a tenant. The lack of hot water was an urgent issue and not something that I could wait to get several quotes before acting on.

Next, I had concerns about the scope of the work once the technician arrived. This property was built in 2020. The technician offered the opinion that my water heater was old and that it was typical to see this kind of breakdown given its age. I'll admit this is my first experience with a three-year-old water heater in its death throes. Maybe the builder installed sub-standard equipment, but I felt uneasy with the assessment. Especially once it was strongly recommended that I replace the unit. The quote given was $3300 for a new water heater and installation. It's a small home--less than 1500 square feet--I can't imagine the water heater was specialized enough to merit what seemed to be an inflated price.

I was cautioned that by fixing only the valve more parts could break during the repair. It was a reality I would need to accept beforehand. I did.

Luckily, the work was completed and the valve was replaced without further damage. The entire cost amounted to the originally quoted $513 to repair the valve. I'm told the water heater is now functional.

I was provided pictures of the work and an itemized invoice. They accommodated me and fixed the appliance in a timely fashion.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
