Best Plumbing Services in Texas
I just wanted to comment on a holiday service level that was unexpected- it was indeed fast and fair. Thanks for coming out on a weekend+holiday and resolving our drainage issue. You really made the experience seamless, responded quickly and ensured our Saturday plans remained intact.
I highly recommend Fast Plumbing.

Being a new homeowner I don't have a trusted plumber just yet. I called around a few places for quotes and a random local search popped this place up. I won't lie, my first phone call didn't set me on the right foot. They don't have the best customer based phone skills and they got out to me about an hour later than quoted. But once they were here they were the nicest guys! Never once made me feel like I was being upsold or didn't have my best interest in mind. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I even got my toilet repaired as well and still paid $400 less than two other major plumbing company's had quoted me. If you're patient enough to go with this mom & pop company you won't be disappointed with their work.

You can TRUST this company! Very competitive quote which includes everything--you won't be upcharged when they are installing your Hot Water Heater or the like. Top notch parts. Friendly, clean, careful, etc.

Honest and trustworthy. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost. Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work. Will be using him again.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

Have used them times. Always professional, and does a great job.
Prices are very reasonable, and will work with you on payments if necessary.
Have had a large job done, two small ones, and a new sink with fixtures and plumbing. I am very pleased with all the work they have done. I will continue to use them when I need plumbing work done.

I had them run a jetter to unclog my sewer line at my home and they did a great job. They sent me a text when they were on their way and arrived on time.

Our well needed to be completely rewired, new pot, new pump, add new water tanks, etc. Kerrville Plumbing was one of three estimates we got. They were quite a bit higher, but absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for. They are extremely knowledgeable, and for our job they used the highest quality products, the work is warranted, and we know it was done correctly the first time. When we are ready to look at heat pumps or anything else related to plumbing, we will use Bill and his team.

Where to begin? Shoddy work? Lies? Blaming others? If you don't care to read full review, here's a brief synopsis. What should've been two days without hot water turned into five days due to lies and shoddy work.
My home warranty assigned Dos Amigos to me. My water heater went out on Tuesday and Dos Amigos called me on Wednesday and came out that day to inspect my existing heater. The co-owner, Ron, determined I needed a new water heater but also some code upgrades, which I was aware of. We made a plan for him to come out the next day, Thursday, to install the new water heater.
Thursday, he shows up on time, removes the old and installs the new. He has me test for hot water and I'm getting none. He claims to then check the wiring connections and when it still doesn't work, we check my breaker box. The water heater breaker is tripped and Ron says the problem is my breaker is a 30amp and the water heater requires a 50amp.
Why would he install a 50amp, I don't know. He says everything about my breaker box is out of code (I had it updated 6 months ago with city permits and everything) and he then calls warranty company saying I need an electrician and leaves, and I still do not have hot water at this point. Also during this first trip he's using profanity, lecturing me about global warming being a hoax and talking religion.
An electrician comes out Saturday and discovers the problem in less than 5 minutes. The issue is not the breaker box or that the water heater requires 50amps, it's the fact that one of the hot water power supply wires was cut (pic included). He also said the water heater runs on 30amps.
Electrician also said my breaker box was done well and totally up to code. Electrician said Ron had to have known he cut wire and was probably hoping electrician would splice and repair, which would not be up to code.
Another call to my warranty company and they approve sending Dos Amigos back out. I call the emergency line for Dos Amigos on Saturday morning but don't hear from them until Monday.
Ron comes back out Tuesday with a new water heater and agrees to install another heater but tries to say electrician is wrong and asks why he didn't just fix the wire. After some back and forth, Ron agrees to install new water heater.
The new water heater, same model as damaged, is hooked up and it works, even though Ron originally said it needed more amps. Ron quickly packs and up leaves but not before ridiculing a political yard sign stored in my garage.
In the end, what should've been two days without hot water turned in to five days due to his dishonesty and shoddy workmanship.
Due to his poor work, lies, and inability to keep political and religious thoughts to himself, I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them again even if covered under warranty.

Very disappointed in this company, this company was assigned to us through our warranty; A plumber from A-Tex Plumbing came in and glanced for a second under the sink where the leak was, then said he will come back with a flash light but never did. did not come back to the house at all, instead stayed in front yard on the phone and then left. 30 mins later warranty denied our claim for repair due to pre-existent condition, but how did the plumber who did not even see anything in the house make a diagnosis? VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Charged us $595 to spend 45 minutes installing a water softener. Then left salt stains all over our driveway. Not impressed. Will not use their services again.

A woods technician came to my house to determine what was causing the relative humidity to be about 80%. When the technican arrived, he looked at the unit and the thermostate and then went outside to look at the unit. He then pulled a pressure guage out of his Woods truck and proceed to release freon from my unit. I saw him do this and my video cameras captured it as well. When he came into my house, he presented me with a bill of $339.00. When I made the appointment I was assured that no work would be done until I approved the estimate. He never presented me with an estimate just the bill. When I told him about releasing the freon, he denied it and got very aggitated stating, I don't like it when somone calls me a liar. He then stated,
then don't pay it. He was very aggitated to to be safe, I paid the bill and filed a complaint with Woods immediately and called USAA to dispute the bill. The company also told me that they offer a 15% Veteran discount which they did not include on the bill. I reviewed the videos of the technican which captured the arrival time at 1:11 PM and the departure time at 2:15 PM. At 1:34 PM, the technicivan removes freon from my unit. The supervisor I spoke to at Woods told me that his technican arrived on time and that the time stamp on his truck was recorded. The timestamp on my video is correct and I was on a conference call at the time so I know what time he arrived.
To be clear, I did not authorize the technician to conduct any work without my consent. I was assured, when I made the appointment, that no work would be done until I approved the work and estimated cost. That is an important step in the process. You cannot expect for customers to simply pay whatever you charge without first agreeing to the charge. The only charge I agreed to was the site visit. The technician never provided me with an estimate. He simply released freon from my unit and then input freon from a pink container using a/c pressure gages. Then he presented me with the bill. He could see my surprise on my face when he told me the cost and that he had already done the work without first presenting an estimate to me. I told him, that I would pay it but that I was going to complain. He stated, that he didn't like being called a liar and that I didn't owe anything. I told him again that I would pay but would file a complaint. He was very agitated and to be safe, I paid the bill with an intent to dispute the bill. He finished his invoice and I paid.
In summation, don't tell customers that they will be made aware of the issues and provided an estimate of cost before the work is done if you are not going to follow your own policy. Secondly, do not charge customers for freon that your own technician releases. I paid and signed because that was the right thing to do; however, as I told the technician, I was going to file a complaint. I've started the process to dispute the charge with USAA and have provided them with my video evidence and the process the technician should have followed.

Need a prompt, professional plumbing service. When you do, please do not hesitate to call Texas Plumbing Diagnostics! Reasonable, reliable and Angel was just the best plumber I've had do work in our home in 30+ years.
San Antonio, TX
Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!

I had a slab leak I attempted to fix myself, worked for about a week and failed. Kunz plumbers came, they saw, they fixed - within a day. They, unlike me, know what they're doing and are reasonably priced.
