Best Plumbing Services in Texas
Cobey and Dylan did an awesome job fixing our plumbing issue. They came out super quickly (day of), and took care of it in under an hour! Price was reasonable too!

I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl. They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

Have used them times. Always professional, and does a great job.
Prices are very reasonable, and will work with you on payments if necessary.
Have had a large job done, two small ones, and a new sink with fixtures and plumbing. I am very pleased with all the work they have done. I will continue to use them when I need plumbing work done.

Last month we were standing in the middle of the yard, realizing we weren't going to be able to fix our own problem and lamenting over the fact that plumbing companies are notoriously hard to trust. We were calling around and we were told either that we'd have to wait quite some time or were quoted over $1000 for a job they hadn't even seen. Then, someone drove past in a SA Plumbing Co. van and we called the number... Ben turned around and came back. He was professional and polite and assessed the problem and gave us a very fair quote really quickly. He got to work and finished up within an hour.
So when an indoor problem arose, we knew who to call. They sent Ben again (yay!!) again, he assessed the problem quickly and fixed it in just a few minutes. We once again received prompt, courteous, fair, professional care and it kinda cracks me up but I appreciate it that Ben goes overboard in keeping things tidy and clean. We have found our FOREVER plumbing company!!

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

I've always been really happy with Kerrville Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and reasonable with their pricing; however, I will say I was a little disappointed with the last job. It took way to long for them to fix the leak in the yard. I know the house is vacant, but they requested the water to be turned off for the yard, which we did. It was about 2 weeks before they went back to fix the problem and that was with me calling to follow up a few times. Not good on the St. Augustine and trees with this heat. The other problem is the way they left the yard. It was a nice flat grass covered yard, but now there is a big, uneven area of big clumps of dirt/mud they left. It would have been nice if they could have semi flattened it back out so the grass could cover it where it would look nice. It's going to take some work to get it back smooth again. I will call them again in the future, just hope their response to finalize the job is a little quicker and the clean up a little better.

Not a very reliable plumber and he does not return our phone calls to come and finish the job. Promised to come replace the cartridge on our faucet but never calls us back after several messages. I ended up having to call and pay another plumber.

Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.

I had taken advantage of a City of Austin program to acquire low flow toilets at a very reduced price. Kinsey quoted me $75 per toilet for installation so I scheduled an appointment for them to install them. After they arrived, they strongly suggested I also have the faucet supply hose replaced as well, told me they had some in their truck, and charged me $40/each for them. Later, I found out that the hoses were $10 at Lowes. Had I known beforehand, I would have picked up new hoses before they came.
They do good work, and for the most part, their prices are reasonable. I just wish they would let you know ahead of time if there may be parts needed so that the homeowner can buy them ahead of time - the homeowner can always return unused items for a refund. My suggestion is you ask them if any parts may be needed and buy them ahead of time.

I purchased two new systems for my new house ($20K) and when I made my decision to use this system, Woods told me there was a 5 year parts warranty and a 2 year labor warranty. I asked if there were any surprises on the warranties and they said, No Surprises. So now my labor warranty is expired but my parts warranty is not and they quoted me $285 for a capacitor (cost online is $28 - $75) and the technician kept telling me that after I incurred the 'acquisition fees' of him providing me the OEM capacitor, that this would still cost me the same price (INSCO is 1/2 a mile from my house and they supply parts for HVAC). The technician kept stating that the only capacitor on his truck is the one for $285. Bottom line, they didn't warranty the parts and ripped me off. I asked that they sell me the part at cost and they took 15% off so I was charged WAY over cost. I hate when a company does this crap to people. Even with an existing warranty, I will not use them again. NO INTEGRITY!!!!

Texas Plumbing Diagnostics is a great company! From my appointment being scheduled by Dixie, to Eric-who quickly found our leak outside and repaired it. it was all handled very professionally. Eric explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I even took pictures and videos so I could show my husband everything since he was at work. After getting the water leak fixed and turning on our water at the meter Eric discovered a leaking toilet downstairs and fixed that also. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. A top notch company!! Thank you Eric!!

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain. It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285. When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain. There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem. Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156. I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150. I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

We called this company because it had really good reviews. The Yancey Water System needed to move our water meter but wouldn't attach it to our current water line. We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago. No one ever showed. We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it. I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.
