Very disappointing experience.  These guys took up several hours of my time yesterday using acoustic equipment to try to identify the source of a pipe leak (they claim to be experts in leak detection, per their website: fastplumbingaustin.com/w…).  After drilling a number of holes in various locations, they confidently spraypainted the spot, noted in the invoice that they correctly pinpointed the leak -- and as a good person, promptly paid their $500 bill.

Things started to smell fishy when they quoted me $2800 to repair the problem (another well-reputed plumbing company quoted us a fraction of that amount for the same repair).  So we called in their cheaper competitors the next morning.  It turns out that Fast Plumbing was completely off. They were not only way off from the leak, but had not even identified the axis where the pipe was. This caused us extra damage to our driveway to unnecessarily dig up the spot they had incorrectly identified.

We called Fast Plumbing's office to ask for them to either refund the $500 I had wasted, or come back out to actually identify the leak (without charging me more money), and they refused in an offensive and aggressive manner.  I would advise anybody who values their money to take their plumbing and leak detection business elsewhere.

I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

You can TRUST this company!  Very competitive quote which includes everything--you won't be upcharged when they are installing your Hot Water Heater or the like.  Top notch parts.  Friendly, clean, careful, etc.

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

The other day I need some plumbing parts...I started to go through my business cards...ran into the card my Daddy gave me 30 years ago when I need a plumbing part that I could not find any where.  He took me to Ajax Plumbing Supply Company at 4511 W. Commerce St., San Antonio, TX 78237 & I met Noe Salinas who greeted my Daddy. When we were walking out my Daddy gave me the card...my Daddy passed on October 2017. When I need a plumber I know where to go, Daddy said they know plumbing, they are reasonable & they do not cheat you! I love that this an established business...going strong.

I called for a plumbing problem in my kitchen. The receptionist was very friendly.  I got an appointment in two days.  Johnny, the technician,  arrived on time and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently! San Antonio Plumbing is who to call when you need a plumber!

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Called to have service on a faucet that was leaking. Job was done fine. It Needed a cartridge replaced. cost for the part was $97.00. Did research for the part, although I was unable to locate the exact same item, I did find ones that looked like the replaced cartridge for $12.95. I can understand a mark-up, but Wow! Lesson learned.

Our landlord was referred to this company via their home warranty policy.  They took three days to call to schedule the repair. We had two toilets that were leaking. The plumber who came said that the flappers needed replacement in both. After he left, I realized that one toilet was now leaking constantly, in worse shape than it was before the repair. Unfortunately, they have not answered any of my calls, nor called to bill our landlord so that she can ask them to come repair the problem they caused.

Update: the plumber returned to finish the job. When asked why it took so long to respond, he said that the office staff person was out on maternity leave, and the emergency number was the only one being answered regularly. The repair seems to be done properly this time.

Very disappointed in this company, this company was assigned to us through our warranty; A plumber from A-Tex Plumbing came in and glanced for a second under the sink where the leak was, then said he will come back with a flash light but never did. did not come back to the house at all, instead stayed in front yard on the phone and then left. 30 mins later warranty denied our claim for repair due to pre-existent condition, but how did the plumber who did not even see anything in the house make a diagnosis? VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called them and made a appoingment for three days latter which was there first available. i told them i had a mobile home and they said they work on them. I got a reminder the next day saying call to confirm. i called and confirmed also asking it they do mobile homes again to make sure. They said hold on let me ask and when they came back on the phone they said yes they did work on mobile homes. The next day about 30  min before they were supposed to arive they called and said they dont work on mobile homes. Three days waisted for there incompetience

Came on time. The tech was professional and personable. He wore his mask each time he entered the house. He explained the service he was providing and was very explanatory about the needed parts .
He was great!

This company services the restaurant that I manage and my home with the up most professionalism. Price is right and the work is done correctly the first time. The service is what you would expect from a family Owned and operated business!!! Thanks again

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain.  It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285.  When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain.  There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem.  Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156.  I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150.  I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

I had a slab leak I attempted to fix myself, worked for about a week and failed.  Kunz plumbers came, they saw, they fixed - within a day.  They, unlike me, know what they're doing and are reasonably priced.
