We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

Able to come over right away and fix my issue with the kitchen sink. In doing so identified another issue that i was unaware of. Jeremiah was able to also remove a rusted leaky faucet while I ran out to purchase a  ew one that he also installed.  So happy with the service!  Very polite and ensured all was clean when finished. needed a new water heater.had used David Hicks b-4 .I called and was given a very fair quote.The guys were out the next day and all went smoothly and quickly.The installation guys were great.Can't say enough about this company.They are professional,friendly and reasonable.Highly recommend!

I found their home office to be quite helpful.  The plumbers who came on site were careful to explain everything they were doing, and carefully went over what I was being charged for.

They were great. were the fastest to respond to my issue so i booked with them first. Eddy came out and fixed everything quickly and made sure to insulate the pipe he fixed as well. This was my second appointment with them and both times have been perfect

I am a DIY person and was changing the valve cartridge on my Moen shower then the stem broke on a Sunday at 2pm and it would not come out.  Problem with a shower is there isn't a shutoff so I couldn't turn the water back on to the house.  Called 10 plumbers over the next two hours and Joe The Plumber was one of 3 companies that answered their phone but the only company that could send someone out in a few hours on a weekend.  I am so appreciative and thankful they could come out after hours on a weekend to fix the issue.  Price was good especially considering after hours work.  Shower works great now !!

I had them come out today and got a bill for more than $550.00 for less than two hours of work. He did a toilet rebuild ( changed out the plunger) used the auger on another toilet ($150.0) and fixed a faucet that they didn't fix last time they were here. Seems like a lot for so little work- I should have become a plumber instead of a surgeon!
