Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Woke up this morning to a massive water leak just on our side of the main meter. I called Cooper upon opening, and they returned my call within 30 minutes. They promised to have someone out by 11:30 am the same day but I was thrilled when they showed up EARLY! Luke and Jose were courteous and efficient and did an excellent job getting our water back on the same day. I'll be calling Cooper Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and you should too!

I had a broken pipe in my house. Nothing was going out through it. I called this company and this cute Hispanic man with a strange accent showed up.
In no time he diagnosed the issue with my pipe. After fixing my pipe he cleaned up and left the place spotless. I'll definitely call back when I need to get anything else fixed with my pipes in the future. He fixed my pipes real good.

When we first used them, they were wonderful. Used them several times...then we had a big problem with sewage backing up. They came promptly, but without the right tools. They farted around and tried to locate the sewage line in the yard. They got on the roof and tried. Nothing. They gave me a bill of a little more than $500.00. They said though they would give me a credit for that against mapping the sewer lines with a camera and that they would do it within two days. THEN they disappeared. Still had the sewer backup with floors buckling in the house. No calls returned and no mapping. After several days I called another company who did the mapping.
They started sending me bills. I wrote them that they did NOTHING and then offered me a credit that they (clearly) never intended to offer. They sent me bills each month with interest accruing that I had not agreed to. Finally after more calls they agreed to accept half the original bill. I paid them.
Now I am getting bills for the other half they agreed to waive PLUS what appears to be almost two years of interest charges. I personally believe these folks are untrustworthy. I would not refer them to my worst enemy; that would be too cruel. Avoid these plumbers!!!!

They came out earlier than expected which was perfect and charged $400 less than the other two quotes from local plumbing companies. I'll use them anytime I need plumbing help.

Awesome Service. They came out right away to fix an emergency. Customer service is great. They came out and was very professional. He removed his shoes and he wore a mask the whole time. You could tell that the employees take pride in their work, the staff was swift but careful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I were referred to P & G by a neighbor that had their water heater replaced - they were also pleased with the work.

Highly recommend this company. We had a gas leak and they worked closely with our home warranty company to get the issue fixed. They were thorough, efficient, courteous, and always on time. They even swept the floor and left their work area just as they found it. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Had 2 problems, water heater went out and a leak from a 2nd floor bath. David was sent out, he seemed highly competent at his job, and had a professional demeanor and attitude. He was able to replace my water heater and identify the leak (a previous plumber couldn't find). Not only was he able to fix our leak he repaired some shoddy work on our bathtub hardware and sealed up everything better than I had hoped.
Above my expectations, highly recommend!

Review note: We did not have repairs preformed by Nicks, only inspections.
However, I do want to inform/warn others that they do not work well with other companies and were very inconsistent when we dealt with them when selling our house.
Long story short, the buyer used Nicks to inspect our home and they found a leak below our pier and beam home. When we were notified of this we had another company come out the next day to fix the issue. We did not use Nicks because we have used them to quote repairs in the past and they always came up significantly higher than other local companies. Sure enough, we got the leak fixed for a third the cost of Nicks quote. The invoice was sent to the buyer to show them the work had been complete. I am not sure if Nicks was mad that we got it done cheaper or if they were just ignorant, but they told the buyers this:
Replaced fitting with new fernco flexible coupling. Richard stated that fernco is an illegal substance and should only be used in the dirt outside of the house. Richard also stated that sewage would be present underneath the house since the pipe was damaged and that water was leaking. There was sewage present during inspection and during the estimate administered by Luis from Nick's Plumbing.
The illegal claim by Nicks was reckless as they had not seen the work first hand. If they had, they would know that it was used in the dirt out side the house. After consulting multiple plumbers around town, they concluded that the work we had done was standard and not in any way illegal.
In regards to the sewage, we were told by 2 different companies that the leaking line was clean water and there was no sewage present. When we asked Nicks to come out and give us further information regarding the sewage, we were told by their staff there was no sewage. Nicks giving two different stories was very frustrating for the parties involved in the home sale.
Nicks caused a complete mess and led to unnecessary complications in the buying/selling process. I strongly recommend people stay away from Nicks for home inspections.
If money is not an issue and you are doing repairs on your own home, than I do not have anything against Nicks.
