Best Plumbing Services in Houston, TX

I recently moved to an old condo that needed a lot of professional plumbing work and Sirius plumbing took care of everything from replacing vanities and shower heads, unclogging tub drains, and installing a water purifier.  They also completely redid the old pipes under the kitchen sink that were not up to code and were causing water leaks.   Alfonso is friendly, professional master plumber, and he pays great attention to detail. While he may not be the least expensive, the quality of his work made it well worth every penny.  I will definitely call Sirius Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I just can't highlight enough how professional, fast and fair the services are.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

They expect me to pay an inspection fee without saying how much they charge by the hour. They literally could just throw a high number at me and keep the inspection fee without doing any work.  I asked them if they would refund my inspection fee, if their bid was higher than others?  He told  that I just care about money!!! Well, I work hard for my money. Honestly, it felt that they just want to make easy money. Because after that he literally said we don't want your business ...if all you care about is money. The worst part was the person behind the phone rudely hung up on me right after. I would avoid doing business with them.  NOT a professional company and money hungry!

I had a leaky shower faucet and Alex was over in about 30 minutes from my initial call.  He was very friendly, seemed genuine and honest, and even mentioned that he's treating his repair as if it was his own home. The pricing seemed fair compared to what others wanted, so I'd highly recommend and will use again for any future problems.

Awesome service! Got a reply quick, then he came in to inspect for problems with my leaky toilet. A reasonable estimate was given, so agreed to the price and work was done super quick within 30-45 min. Highly recommend!

The plumbing guys with the price book wanted $350. Get It Done plumbing got it done for $180. Quick, well done. Will use again, until they get a book (my last plumber was good until he started using a book).
Only drawback is that they are busy, and you may not get same day service, but that is a good sign.

I have been ripped off by David Hicks Plumbing twice.  The first time they replaced bathroom fixtures that didn't need to be replaced.  I wrote that off as an honest mistake. The second time I asked them to literally buy the right hose and hook up a washing machine when they were at my house doing other work.  $549.77 later had put in new plumbing to get things up to code.  

The City had just had an authorized contractor replace the plumbing David Hicks Plumbing tore out.  The City did this as part of a drainage line replacement to take drainage from the back of the property to the front.  When I complained about the work and the bill, David Hicks told me to talk to his employee that did the work.  The employee wouldn't return my messages.  When I called David Hicks, he said I would have to meet the employee at my house and the employee would call me to set up a time.  They employee didn't call.

I called again to say his employee never called, he callously stood by the fact the work was done to take the plumbing up to code.  When I asked him to come out and show me why the City's work, some of which the employee left in place wasn't at code, he told me I would have to talk to the employee.  When I asked to see the permits they got from the City, required if work was being done to take the plumbing up to code, he got really nervous and explained they typically don't get permits.  This puts the liability for code violations on his customers, as the work they do is not inspected by the City.  When I pointed this out, he told me he would get back to me,  By get back to me, he apparently meant send me another invoice with finance charges.

I am reporting David Hicks to the City and the Better Business Bureau.  DO NOT use David Hicks Plumbing.

Lanco always does an awesome job and their prices are very reasonable.   Wes is great in explaining exactly what is going on and what needs to be done to repair it without charging you for unnecessary work.  I had a water leak right at my water main and feared this would be an expensive repair.  This is not a company that is going to try and over charge you. Thank you again and especially for coming out on such short notice.

No hot water!!! Contacted P&G Plumbing and they got on the job right away... I like they were down to earth about the issue I was having... Replaced my old water heater with a new one... They were very easy to work with and got the job done without any hassles... I got them stored on my contact list... Will most definitely use them again!!! I can't thank these guys enough for being there... THANKS!!!

Aldo and his crew came to fix my burst water heater pipes. Very professional transaction starting from contacting me after hours in the evening the pipe broke to the final completion of work.

Excellent communication on phone calls as well as texts. Prices seem were fair for the amount of parts, labour and turnaround time. Definitely my preferred plumbing company for upcoming work.

Had a very difficult leak by the meter. Sven came out, provided options, was able to save me hundreds of dollars and do it in the same day. Fantastic work, wouldn't use anybody else in the heights area.
