I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I just can't highlight enough how professional, fast and fair the services are.

This is the third time we have called Alex and HTown plumbers and every single time, he has been EXCELLENT.  This time, he fixed our main line/put in a valve and unplugged our sink.  He has always been extremely professional and had provided clear explanations of the problem, how it was fixed and how to prevent/maintain in the future, which we both very much appreciate.  The price was exactly as quoted.  He really went above and beyond and when there is an inevitable umpteenth time we need to call a plumber, there is no one else we are going to call.  A true gem.

My home needed a new water main shut off valve and a hose bibb. The service, commitment, scheduling, value and communication was extremely professional and honest. Johnny and his crew at SJ Rooter & Plumbing responded quickly to my call and provided a free, written quotation for the work I requested. After the job was finished, there was even a warranty issued for the work. This is a company that will stand by their work.

I've used Emilio and his company twice now and each time they have been great! The first time he resolved my problems (3 different toilets with different issues) in 90 minutes. The second time he handled a  job early on a Friday evening. He knows his stuff and gets the job done at an excellent price!

Well this was my 3rd experience with David Hicks plumbing. This time I had a whole House repiping going from galvanize steel to a heavy plastic type pipe.

The job was not at all easy but the guys Niles and Ian work so well together. hung in there remained positive ran into many snags but survived it, It was a huge job.   Thanks guys! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

As far as the lady who posted that they never came out and she's been doing business with them for over 40 years was a miscommunication error or a fake review.

We purchased a water heater less than a year ago on March 26, 2021 from Lanco Plumbing. We also purchased the warranty they sold us. The less than one year old water heater broke yesterday. After four calls, one text and one BBB report we have yet to receive one call from them. Zip! Nada! Nothing! It's 35 degrees outside. You would think a company that touts how much they care about their community and customers would care enough to return a call about a defected water heater they sold and installed. As well as a warranty they obviously have no intention of honoring since they won't return calls, texts or emails. Run from Lanco Plumbing! Don't walk- Run!

These guys repaired bath that wasn't working. However, their fixes made some other issues. Their installation of the handle was a little weird as well ( a bit odd to rotate). However, the main issue is that a very loud noise started happening after installation. I contacted them to fix up the issue, but was ghosted. Can't recommend.

Asked for a quote due to a water leak, got a call few mins later were at my house in 30 mins and repair done in an hour

Bad customer service/policies. They came out and gave us an estimate and the technician made me uncomfortable.  We scheduled to have the work done on the condition that they send send a different tech but they assured us they would honor their original bid. When Matt showed up to do the work he told me the price would be increased by a third and obviously he had no intention of doing the work that day as scheduled . The receptionist was supposed to talk to the manager but never got back to us. Terrible.

The worst service and customer service experience by far. They sent inexperienced plumbers (3 were sent to the house) to install 1 faucet and couldn't identify the problem---installed the faucet incorrectly walked out and demanded their payment.

Then told me the entire sink  needed to be replaced... what?! They offered me a discounted price to fix their mistake?! No thanks, wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!
