Responsive, Reliable, and Honesty is what I have received when I have call on Sirius Plubming.  
Alfanso is who came out (owner) and is super respectful and really a great plumber.
He recently got me out of a huge bind during the Christmas Holidays he came out and worked on our busted pipes and had us up and going.
I Highly Recommend him for all plumbing needs.
Can't leave out one big thing that does it for me is that his Truck, his equipment his attire is super Clean! He always wears covers over his shoes when he comes in your home which is a big deal for me. It lets me know what kind of a person he is. It usually goes hand is hand with his work ethics. Definitely a number to have on speed dial if ever in a tight spot.

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

Just saw the review by RH and it was exactly my experience.   I know that the freeze caused real logistics issues, but they scheduled a visit to my house on Wednesday 2/17 first thing in the morning.   After a follow-up call due to ongoing freezing they rescheduled me to 2/18 first thing in the morning.   They never showed, they never called and the next information I got was an option to add myself to their list of people wanting help.   So, welcome to the back of the queue after their failure to show up!  

I will not be giving Cooper another chance.   H-Town is wildly more reliable and I only tried Cooper because they got back to me first.   Next time I will wait - a plumber who shows up when they say they will is worth 20 who do not.

We had several issues including a toilet not getting water and replacing a faucet outside that burst during the freeze. Yesterday was my birthday, and my present was Alex from H-town plumbers! Not only did he quickly fix the two most urgent problems, he figured out why our sinks in the master bathroom had super low pressure. I am so excited that our sinks work normally!! What a great birthday! This was our first time we used H-town but it won't be the last.

Early Friday morning, 7/19/2019, I heard a whistling sound in our master bathroom.  Thinking that it was a malfunctioning toilet flush valve, I inspected and discovered the sound originated from beneath the house.  At sunrise, I went outside to investigate further.  Using a flashlight, I looked through a foundation vent beneath the master bathroom and saw some water spraying.  The source of the whistling sound was a pinhole leak in a 1/2 diameter copper pipe supplying water to the master bathroom.  

Based on a recommendation from a neighbor in my Centerwood Neighborhood, I contacted Johnny Sy (SJ Rooter & Plumbing) at 9 am and explained that I needed a plumber to repair this pinhole leak.  Johnny informed me that he was very busy that day, but would make an effort to come by and check out the leak at 1 pm that afternoon.  Johnny arrived early at around 12:30 pm.  After inspecting the pipe leak in the crawl space beneath the master bathroom, Johnny gave me a very reasonable estimate to perform the needed repair.  By 2:30 pm that afternoon, Johnny completed the repair, which involved cutting and removing the corroded section of pipe and replacing it with a new section of copper pipe.  

While working on the copper pipe repair, Johnny informed me that he noticed there were 2 broken vertical rod hangers that were supposed to support a section of the PVC sewer drain line leading away from the master bathroom.  Johnny said it was imperative that the 2 rod hangers be fixed as soon as possible in order to avoid any future sewage clogging issues.  He said he would repair the 2 pipe hangers free of charge, but could not complete the work on Friday since he had other appointments lined up that afternoon.  Johnny said he would return on Monday, 7/22/2019 to complete the repairs.  

As promised, Johnny returned to my house today (7/22/2019) and fixed the two broken pipe hangers that support the PVC sewage drain line.  Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Johnny's technical know-how and I believe he is a first rate plumbing professional!  Suffice it to say that I plan to utilize Johnny's services in the future and I also plan to recommend him to other family members and friends living in our neighborhood.  Johnny's fixed rates are very reasonable.  Like me, I am sure you too will find him to be an affable and courteous gentleman.  When working inside our home, he was very respectful and always removed his shoes when walking through the house and he always cleaned up after each job.

I have been searching forever for a great plumber! Finally found a courteous, prompt, honest and reasonably priced one! Nester just left my house and he was awesome!

I placed a call in this morning at 8am and he was here by 10am and done by 11:30am. He came in assessed my issues (I have many), consulted with his boss and got my emergency clogs fixed. He wore shoe protectors before entering the house which is to me the first sign of professionalism and caring about the customer. I will definitely be calling them back for other projects I need done around the house!

They will be back for a restroom remodel and I will give another review on that project! I chose them based off of other Yelp reviews, so do like me and look no further, give them a call!

I called them for a non urgent service call.  I called on a Wednesday for a potential service call on Saturday. The lady that answered said she would call me back with details. I thought she meant within a few hours, but by Friday afternoon I had not heard anything. I called them back - same person picked up and she said that she had my info and made an excuse that their computer was down. And then she said, I can't send anyone and that was it?!   What kind of service was that?  No alternate time or date and she left me hanging unable to get someone else in time.  I was not too happy.  Maybe they provide a good service on site, but the scheduling was certainly not very reliable or helpful.

I have had 2 great experiences with this company. Very friendly show up on time they always call 30 minutes ahead of time! Worked with 2 different people and they were equally professional grateful to have met this company.

I had only a simple kitchen line cleaning needed but they had good communication through texts and got the job done quickly. Definitely would recommend them and will call them in the future.

Quick response time. They did charge me a lot to fix a simple mishap, but all around good service.

I have used Joe the Plumber on many occasions and they have always provided great service and reasonable prices.  Their work is phenomenal in comparison to others.  I even had them out Christmas Day for an emergency where another plumber messed up.  I will always use them.  It is a great service.  Highly recommend.  You will not regret it.

Called these guys when our kitchen sink was backing up and our usual guy couldn't make it out for 5 days. Quick response, nice enough young guy, took a look, snaked the pipe a bit, said it was getting stuck and pulling back dirt so we must have a broken pipe under the house. Provided a quick estimate for the repair with 2 options, even walked me through where my sewer lines were buried, searched for cleanouts, etc. This was all reasonable and fine, though our sinks still weren't draining and the $6,000-$7,000 quoted for the fix was unpleasant to contemplate.

However, we had our usual guy come out when he was available 3 days later, he snaked the pipe again, and not only was he able to clear the pipe with a modicum of effort (there was some narrowing, nothing impassible), but he demonstrated to me that what was being pulled back was clearly not the clay-like stuff that you would find with a broken pipe but black grease i.e. decomposed food waste from the kitchen sink. Any plumber worth his salt should know the difference, or so I'm told.

All in all, if you need a quick response for a simple job and don't mind paying a premium, these may be the plumbers for you. Can't recommend them for much else, though.
