I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

After a weekend away, we came home to find both of our condenser drain pipes gushing water. Our HVAC guy knew we needed to find an honest plumber, STAT!

I put in a request for a quote through my Yelp app around 630 and Jeremiah responded quickly -- before 7AM! We spoke about the issue and he not only told me the price, but that he would explain when he got here how to prevent it from happening again.

He arrived a little before 10:30A same day and got right to work. The man didn't stop for two hours and came down with a smile on his face to tell us the problem was solved and gave us steps to prevent it just as he promised.

He didn't gouge us, was honest, and is a downright nice guy.

Johnny was super responsive, courteous and dependable. Did a great job fixing a leak in a copper elbow joint over our water heater. He uses quality materials and works quickly. He is up front about pricing and time. Would use him again with no worries.

My under mounted sink had become detached over night. I contacted them and within minutes had a quote and were available the same day. The job they did on re mounting and checking the leaks were awesome! I will be using them again if anything else happens!

Left a vmail on a Sunday asking for a call back.  Never received call back.  For this lack of service, they get a 1 star review.  Left a message with a different plumber who called back right away.  Gee, must be nice to not need my business.

They came out earlier than expected which was perfect and charged $400 less than the other two quotes from local plumbing companies. I'll use them anytime I need plumbing help.

Sent quote requests out for an emergency unclogging job and P&G was the most competitive.  We selected them and our job was confirmed via email and phone for between 230-330pm.  The technician was a no show.  We waited until after 7pm.

I recently had Loyalty Plumbing replace my garbage disposal in my sink. Bryan, Antonio, and Khan were all professional, quickly removed and replaced the unit in a timely manner, and even gave me maintenance tips. In and out within 20 minutes, certainly appreciated the work and service they provided.

Failed to finished job as agreed, repair failed 3 times ,after repair held did not come back to cover exposed plumbing. Called office was told would be put on schedule that day no show no call.

So I called nicks because they were referred to me by a friend, and made an appointment. The guy who came, Louis, was very knowledgeable. But he stated he couldn't do anything because I had two adjoining bathrooms and I would need a contractor to make a hole in my wall before he could assess the problem. He told me to text/email him the picture and he might be able to assess it from that. I hired a contractor the very next day. After making the hole we sent Louis the pictures but knowing that it was the weekend I kinda thought he wouldn't reply until Monday. Called the company Monday asking for him and the person who picked up said they would let him know we called. After a day of no response I called them again stating that I haven't heard from him. They said they would let him know and he would be calling me back. I know they have my number because every time I call, they ask for your number! Had to call another plumber to fix my leak. I guess a blessing in disguise.

When calling for an appointment the people on the phone were nice and professional. I will give them that.
