We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

Did a really good job taking care of the stopped up drain and explaining how to avoid getting clogs in the future. Since this was my first plumber at my new house I asked them to look for any issues in the rest of the place and he gave me a good idea of things I would want to replace or fix and how long I would have to take care of them. Plumber came on short notice to fix a leak in my galvanized pipe. He actually replaced the pipe with pictures pipe. Now I have water in my house again and no leaks

Had an issue with shower/bath handle no longer rotating far enough to access hot water.  Came here to Yelp to find a decent plumber and found Johnny's business with 160 five star reviews.  Why would I look further?  I did a request for quote and within minutes Johnny offered to be by at 4. I also heard from other providers, one who stated a likely cause and cost for repair.  Johnny offered a free on site quote after he assessed the problem and came in at a  reasonable price.  He called and arrived hours early and quickly fixed the issue. He deserves all 5 stars for quick, effective and reasonably priced work.

My under mounted sink had become detached over night. I contacted them and within minutes had a quote and were available the same day. The job they did on re mounting and checking the leaks were awesome! I will be using them again if anything else happens!

I have been ripped off by David Hicks Plumbing twice.  The first time they replaced bathroom fixtures that didn't need to be replaced.  I wrote that off as an honest mistake. The second time I asked them to literally buy the right hose and hook up a washing machine when they were at my house doing other work.  $549.77 later had put in new plumbing to get things up to code.  

The City had just had an authorized contractor replace the plumbing David Hicks Plumbing tore out.  The City did this as part of a drainage line replacement to take drainage from the back of the property to the front.  When I complained about the work and the bill, David Hicks told me to talk to his employee that did the work.  The employee wouldn't return my messages.  When I called David Hicks, he said I would have to meet the employee at my house and the employee would call me to set up a time.  They employee didn't call.

I called again to say his employee never called, he callously stood by the fact the work was done to take the plumbing up to code.  When I asked him to come out and show me why the City's work, some of which the employee left in place wasn't at code, he told me I would have to talk to the employee.  When I asked to see the permits they got from the City, required if work was being done to take the plumbing up to code, he got really nervous and explained they typically don't get permits.  This puts the liability for code violations on his customers, as the work they do is not inspected by the City.  When I pointed this out, he told me he would get back to me,  By get back to me, he apparently meant send me another invoice with finance charges.

I am reporting David Hicks to the City and the Better Business Bureau.  DO NOT use David Hicks Plumbing.

Had a leaking pipe the day before the freeze, and all other companies said they wouldn't be able to come until the next day. They were able to come out within 15 minutes and get the pipe replaced. I appreciate what they were able to do.

We called P&G Plumbing late one morning to assist with connecting a gas line to our new stove. They were at the house the same day and finished the job in a short amount of time, even though work was more involved than anticipated. Friendly and professional folks. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services. Honest folks that didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Special thanks to Efrain.

Call this company. I like to fix things myself, but encountered a   plumbing issue I couldn't tackle. In desperation and under time constraints, I called Loyalty Plumbing early Good Friday. The gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant. We connected over a shared appreciation of our mutual professions. He had a team at our house in less than 30 minutes. The guys were professional and speedy. Wonderful attention to detail and courteous. They saw other issues that need to be addressed, but didn't push the up-sell. They wore protective bootie over their shoes and cleaned up a mess they didn't make! This company is the real deal. I feel they want to serve the community. Most definitely will recommend and call again.

I highly recommend Joe the Plumber. I hired him because his referrals were stellar (he's big on Angie's List), and now that he's fixed my leaky hot water heater, I can see why he's so popular. He was fast to respond to my call, and arrived when he said he would. He made short work of repairing the leak, explained the problem thoroughly to me, and charged me a fair price. I will definitely use him again!

Our kitchen sink disposal went out, which caused our sink to back up with water that ultimately started coming up through the dishwasher as well. Standing water started to form, and flies started flocking - needless to say, our kitchen was gross.

Charles from Nick's Plumbing came out and was able to diagnose the problem, snake the drain, and replace the disposal, all in under an hour - and even after I locked us out of the house (oops!) Throughout, he was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I can't tell you the number of repairs we've had done lately that have needed to be done twice, or required multiple appointments in order to complete. It was so refreshing to have a technician come out who could do everything at once, quickly. That should be a business standard, but it isn't.

We will definitely use Nick's Plumbing - and ask for Charles - should we have additional plumbing needs.
