A breaker tripped and suddenly the outlets for my oven, washer, and dryer weren't working. Resetting the breakers didn't seem to work. I called the office hoping someone might be available even though it was a holiday - I was able to reach someone on call right away and they headed straight over.

I'm embarrassed to say that when he arrived, the problem was that the breakers weren't in the correct position on one side - sigh. Of course I was ready to pay for his time but he was kind enough not to charge me - incredibly generous. 100% would recommend for any electrician work needed.

My garage GFCI outlet tripped and all the connected sockets are down. After searching for the GFCI outlet inside and outside the garage and found one out side the garage, tried to reset it but failed. Thought the GFCI outlet is dead so went to HomeDepot to get a new GFCI outlet and replaced. Still no luck, it's time to go for a pro by calling Texas Electrical Services and scheduled a service. When the technician Brandyn and Tim came, I explained the issue then Brandyn quickly moved my utility box and reset a GFCI outlet that I never know it was there. Boom, all the GFCI circuit comes back on. Brandyn is so kind that he offered no charge to this service!

They provided an estimate quickly and their form to upload information was easy to update. The rate was the best I had received and I decided to proceed after I read all of the great reviews. The technician was friendly and explained what to expect. I originally scheduled my appointment for today, but the delivery of my charger was delayed. My appointment was moved to a later date and of course my charger arrived after I rescheduled my appointment. I called Grayzer back and they were able to fit me in today after all. I appreciate the effort they put in to ensure my charger was installed before my car arrives. I would highly recommend.

Darin and his company were great. I've been meaning to write a review since they initially performed the work, but of course just got around to it months later. They were awesome though, and I had to offer some recognition! Darin installed exhaust fans in my bathrooms, as well as hooked up some ceiling fans, and did some light switch rewiring. He was prompt in his responses, and very communicative with recommendations and explanations of the best materials, and what work he would be performing. Great price, with quality workmanship and follow up. Finding companies that are affordable, as well as offer quality service, is hard to come by. Highly recommend!

Thomas answered on Saturday morning, was at my house within the hour and had my issue resolved in half an hour. Very helpful and honest. He could have told me I needed to replace the breakers in my box, but he didn't. He identified one that had a loose connection, tightened everything up, charged me the standard service fee, and was on his way.

Did Estimate through email and set everything up in a few hours. Came out earlier then he said and did everything great! Super happy with communication and speed and quality!

We had a sudden power issue and a burned out room heater, so we turned off the switch to that area of the house and contacted Bear electrical. We had multiple electrical issues throughout the house. These guys got to the bottom of the issues quickly. The repairs were very reasonably priced and they didn't try to sell us on any bigger repairs. They just informed us of our options and let us make the decision as to what we wanted to go forward with at the time.

My main AC unit was not getting any voltage into the furnace. the technicians were able to root-cause quickly the issue to a faulty switch in the attic, leading to the furnace. They quickly replaced the switch.
The service was from one day to the next and they arrived on the promised time. The diagnostic and repair were quick.
My only complain is on the cost. Too expensive.

I went to Twin Oaks Electric for a second opinion and found a business I'll keep using for as long as I stay in Austin. Max was responsive and easy to work. Plus, the team he sent out, Dylan and Austin, arrived on time, did great work and even talked me down from extras that, in retrospect, were just an upsell from another company. Honest, local folks--Highly recommend.

Travis can out the same day I called and scheduled. He was quickly able to diagnose what my two problems were. He made suggestions and gave me choices. He even returned over the weekend to install the recommended purchased lights. I will be using him in the futures for any electrical needs.

They are one of the best people i have dealt with on yelp. They hung this massive chandelier from scratch, including ceiling drill, chandelier put up and electric connections! They had to bring in fork lift as house has 20 ft ceiling!

I'm late in posting this review. Seeing the other reviews, they are also reflective of my family's experience, however, Maury not only did a great, quick turnaround job for us, he also did a tremendous act of human kindness for us. My sister was on hospice. The electricity blew in the room where she was staying at 3:00 on an afternoon. This meant no oxygen, no breathing treatments, or fan - so we started calling around to see if anyone could help us right away. A couple of electricians told us they could be there a week from then...Maury said he could be there by 5:00. He pulled up shortly after 4:00 and I took him in and showed him the problem (an outlet with old wiring had sparked, melting the bakelite and almost causing a fire), then we walked to the fuse box, where he saw the old and crazy wiring. He understood that we just needed a quick fix - even though what really needed to happen to prevent future issues was lots of re-wiring and repair. But as my mom told Maury, We just need the house to last longer than she (my sister) does. Maury fixed the problem for us so that her oxygen could be turned back on. My mom was going to pay him and asked him how much - fully prepared to pay upwards of $500 for what he did, especially at such short notice late in the afternoon. But it was well under $200. His work was great...but his compassion and human-ness really set Maury in a class of his own. My sister did pass away about a week later, but we will always be grateful to Maury for his great kindness. If only there were more people like him in the world.

Handyman Dan responded when I called and was available the following day to hang a large canvas picture. He was prompt, professional, neat and did the work quickly and with precision. We really think Hanyman Dan was reasonable and did a great job. Highly recommend!
