We recently hired Xiaoyu to install a NEMA 14-30 outlet to charge our new Tesla. The process was very smooth - from the initial quote to the installation. Xiaoyu demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was very responsive, kind, and patient during the process. His price is also very reasonable compared to the others.
Oh, I also feel that he indeed has his customers' best interests at heart. Instead of trying to sell the more expensive option, he tries to find a solution that works the best and costs less.
I'm super happy now that we can finally use the NEMA 14-30 plug because charging on a regular 120V outlet drives me crazy...

Just had or living room and dining room done by All Star Electric. Very friendly from the get go, and I enjoyed getting the free estimate prior by just providing pictures. Did an amazing job, and finished much faster than I thought. Will use them again in the future!

This was the third electrician I called on Dec 21. The only one where a human answered the phone. He came out within the hour and fixed my electrical issue. I will be calling Hart Electrical for future electrical work.
Thanks for being there!
I still haven't heard from the other two and it is now Jan 4.

Did excellent work and came out promptly to complete the task. Homer and his apprentice completed and seemed knowledgeable and were friendly.
The rate beat the other bids as well. Thanks.

I cannot say enough positive things about the quality and professionalism of the installation done by Smart Charge Residential. Don't think about going with anyone else, especially with a ordinary electrician who doesn't do a ton of EV charger installations. Without a doubt you don't want to go with anyone else. Smart Charge Residential does 2+ charger installations a day and that experience matters.
This was my first installation with this company, and my second EV installation overall. I made the mistake of having my first EV charger installed by a commercial Master Electrician, which at the time seemed fine. Overtime I began to have increasing noticeable heat on the charging cable, sometimes too hot to touch. We just got our second EV and I wanted to have a dual chargers so that we wouldn't be forever be connecting and disconnecting respective cars.
My installation was not straight forward as they had to evaluate the prior work done, and they come up with a plan for how to do the installation within the existing framework. Ultimately the plan was to daisy chain both chargers so that they would not have to do the more expensive solution of having to upgrade the entire house's service, and that they chargers would be able to give 100% to either car or split it between the two as needed. I was really impressed with the amount of time and discussion that went on, as they evaluated what I had and patiently came up with a plan how best to accomplish the installation. They were in no hurry to get in and get out and get on to the next appointment. It was obvious they took their work very seriously and wanted to do it right.
On inspection of my prior installation the installers found that my initial prior install done by the Master Electrician was sub-par, and even dangerous. My initial wire was underrated (too small) for the load that was run, it wasn't matched to the correct size breaker, the wire was not properly secured, it was not adequately grounded, and multiple other things that are not relevant to this review. Long and short was that Smart Charge Residential scrapped all the original sub-par work, and did a fresh installation. They even stood by their original quote that they had given, which did had not included redoing prior bad work, just extending what I already had.
Well the result was a clean tidy professional install. They cleaned up after themselves, they went to the trouble to do a more challenging installation which resulted in something that looked better and was more functional for us on a daily basis, putting the charger in a harder for them to get at place nearer the port on the car to be easier for us on a daily basis.
I can't tell you how pleased I am in how seriously these people take what they are doing, they are thoughtful, patient, meticulous and stand by their word. Now when I charge my cable is completely cool. What a difference, it is worth the piece of mind that it was done correctly.

We have been wanting to have some work done to address some lighting and electrical work. Steven was very communicative, arrived on time for the quote and we felt at ease with him and his team from the beginning. We got multiple quotes and Steven had the best price, but it was more than that. The other companies complained about what we wanted or how we wanted it done. Steven said no problem.
Showed up for the job on time. Everything went without a hitch. They cleaned up afterwards and everything looks like it's always been there. Would absolutely hire again and recommend!!

ATEC had too much going on to do my job. They referred me to another electrician in the area. Bruno Electric's availability was super flexible for my remodel needs. He did a great job and it was so pleasant to deal with. I really appreciated ATEC helping me out with a referral of someone they trusted when they were unable to schedule the job.

Edge installed a 50 amp plug, breaker, and interlock for backup power from a portable generator. The appointment was within a week of my initial request for a quote, which was one of the most affordable.
The electrician, Tercio, was fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, got everything installed and tested, and gave a simple training on how to use it.

I was looking for an electrician to come fix an outlet that had stopped working for the above the range microwave. Apparently the breaker kept flipping and to my surprise I had a second breaker box outside. It was a quick fix to resolve the issue. Electrician warned that it might happen again and if so we would need to replace the breaker. Sure enough it did. We attempted to watch a YouTube video and do it ourselves, but quickly backed out and called M-1 to come back out a second time. They had it replaced in no time. They were professional and easy to do business with. I'll definitely be using them again when I have future electrical needs.

Cox Electric were a life saver last night. Around 11:30 pm we began to notice a burning smell in the house. It smelled like melting plastic. We began to search for the problem and my husband noticed the breaker was hot. We immediately shut all electric off and searched for a 24/7 electrician. We called them around 12:30 and they arrived within 30 minutes. They spent well over an hour in the house searching every outlet, breaker box, even crawled up into our attic. Very thorough! We found out the problem was actually with our HVAC. We were so pleased with how quickly they responded (even in the middle of the night) and how quickly they helped us pinpoint the problem.

Brad Parker Electric, fast service and fair pricing. Brad was able to provide same day service. Our new dryer didn't work and we found out it wasn't the dryer so it had to be an electrical problem, Brad found the problem and had it up and running quickly .

Fantastic!!!! Monty came last week to connect a smoke detector that apparently hasn't been connected since we built the house in 1999. He spent the time to actually solve our problem. A wire had been cut and was buried in the insulation. A different company told us the problem wasn't fixable :( Also, his rate was more than reasonable. We will definitely call Monty for our next electrical issue.

I had an AC unit stop working and called the AC company. They determined the problem wasn't the unit but the electrical switch that controlled power to the unit. I called several companies and was told it would be 1-2 weeks before they could replace the switch. I called Ace Electric and they came out within the hour. The service was professional, fast, and completed to my high satisfaction. The AC unit is now running fine. On top of that, the price of the service call was very reasonable compared to what some of the larger companies charge. If I have need of an electrician again I will definitely call Ace Electric. I highly recommend them.

Tito did an amazing job at helping generate a quote over the phone for our hot tub install. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he was thorough and even helped us troubleshoot some issues that came up due to the hot tub confirmation. Amazing job all around and fit perfectly into our budget. Strongly recommend!

What a find! We were nervous to seek out an electrician for a quirky circuit that kept tripping in our house. Took a chance and called Bob Stolle - we were not disappointed! Bob knows his stuff and took the time to explain the situation and offer options. Turns out our circuit just needed to be replaced and it hasn't tripped again since. I learned a lot about how our house is wired and code requirements from him. We will definitely use his services again!

Pay for what you don't get!
They came out for a yearly service on an admittedly old system we have. After getting lost and knocking on my neighbors door for ten minutes and then calling me to finally realize where they were, two young guys arrived. Were here for ten minutes, said they flushed out my lines, checked everything, basically an 18 point inspection, took only ten minutes, wow! They actually took more time trying to convince me to purchase a yearly inspection plan which, thank goodness, I did not do. Three weeks later my ceiling caved in from the condensation lines that backed up, the overflow did not work, automatic shutoff did not work nothing. Hundreds of dollars of repairs. When I called Fox to talk to them, they said they weren't responsible. All of the things they checked and said were either clean or operating properly would have kept the condensate lines from overflowing into my ceiling. They said they weren't responsible.
Go Green Heating and Cooling came out in an emergency call in 90 minutes and made sure everything was working properly and then didn't charge me.
A few weeks later, a Fox rep called and refunded the cost of our inspection; $109. I did appreciate that because the ceiling repairs cost over $600.

Unreliable. Cancelled twice after accepting date and time as discussed. Frustrating if you rearrange your schedule or have to take time off work. Had to use another company.

They examine your entire electric system and then make all these recommendations for work to remedy perceived safety issues. Borderline scam. They want to scare you into upgrading your systems vs performing the work requested. On the actual work you wanted in the first place, their prices are far higher than other companies.
