Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

Woke up to no hot water and am not a fan of cold showers.  Called Brian and he was here in a few hours, replaced the hot water tank and left.
My home was left clean, he was efficient as always and a pleasure to work with.

He is, without a doubt, my go to plumber!

Mark and his team are just outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, they are reliable, honest and have a lot of integrity. They did the plumbing under our kitchen sink, replaced the spigot and put in all new plumbing for the entire house. His team are courteous and professional. Just good business people all around and I highly recommend their services.

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I worked with Matt on a unique plumbing issue and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You can trust in A&P!

Greg is just awesome. I sent a yelp question requesting a quote and he replied that though he doesn't operate in my borough, he was kind enough to provide me a lot of details about what could be going on with my electric panel. He also suggested sending him pictures of the panel so he could provide more guidance. He also provided rough estimates of what it would cost to add a panel or replace the panel. This is so refreshing in this day and age, when no one wants to provide any support unless there is a payback. Greg is part of a rare and almost extinct breed and I am sure his on-site service will be top notch if his remote deductive skills are so good!!!

Update to my previous review: still 5 stars!! Going on three years of using Lauterborn for all our electrical needs and haven't been disappointed. Most recently had them over to do 3 separate jobs and they still squeezed in fixing a heinous basement light situation as a total surprise for me. Love working with them!

Tony and his team are SO amazing. Very prompt, respectful and do amazing work. They installed a 35lb/3ft chandelier in my 20ft foyer, mounted a 65 TV and hung a very large mirror perfectly. They were flexible to my changing needs.  I am looking forward to hiring them for future tasks! Thank you for being fantastic.

Gen 3 recently replaced the knob and tube in my house. Dylan and Tyler were friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.

Like the man said, best prices and quick service, needed work done and he was here same day. Quick response and the technician kept me updated on his route! Go ahead call them for a quote!

You know what? They do a good job. If money is no object and you just want to be 1000% sure that they won't screw it up, these are your guys. But, when I say that they are expensive, I mean, that is a huge understatement. Expect to pay like twice what you'd pay another firm. They'll be there, and they'll be polite and reliable and they will fix what's wrong. But you will pay through the nose for it!

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
