Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

Woke up to no hot water and am not a fan of cold showers.  Called Brian and he was here in a few hours, replaced the hot water tank and left.
My home was left clean, he was efficient as always and a pleasure to work with.

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

Greg is phenominal. I had a predatory electric company come out and try to price gouge me. I called Greg and explained to him the situation, and he let me know that these actions were definitely very predatory. I am not in his service area so he was unable to come out, but he gave me step by step troubleshooting instructions on the phone. Greg, thank you so much!

We've had JDV come out twice - to rewire some switches, install a couple of lamps, and add outlets to the basement. Both times we had great experiences, and the prices were fair. We'd definitely call them again.

My experience from start to finish with iTech has been an excellent one. Tony is quick to respond to calls/texts, and his crew shows up promptly as well. The work they did in my home - adding recessed lighting, ceiling fans, a car charger, etc - exceeded my expectations. Edison was the head electrician onsite; he is very knowledgeable, and also a nice guy as well.

Overall, I'd highly recommend iTech to friends and family, as well as folks here.

Dennis (and his son) were assigned to fix my heater as a part of my home warranty on the 21st, contacted me on the 22nd, and had me back in business on the 23rd. They were on time (calling when 30 min away), wiped their feet, and were quiet (while I was working from home). After checking things out, my unit was fixed in under an hour. Grateful for their punctuality and work.

I can only second (or third, or tenth) much of what has already been said here, but I continue to be impressed with Gen3. They've done a few things for me over the years and always are prompt, friendly, and professional. Most recently, I asked them to install a baseboard heater in a difficult-to-access wall in my home. Mike, who gave me the estimate, figured out a solution quickly, and Corey and John did an excellent job in record time this morning. Thanks, team!

Great service. Friendly service. They performed a thorough inspection prior to beginning the service. They also give you a quote at 3 price points. They do NOT pressure you to pick the most expensive option. After service was completed, everything that was done was overviewed including what was the issue. It is worth noting during the initial phone call they tried to walk us through troubleshooting at no additional cost. An Excellent Black Owned Business. We have found our electricians for the foreseeable future.

My experience working with Tony Falcone was very enjoyable! I hope to work with him again on future service calls for my AC unit.  Not knowing much about my AC unit, Tony was able to provide a thorough explanation of the age of my unit, future services that my unit will need and the issues I was having with the unit.  Tony was able to resolve the problem in a very short period of time and now I can understand and maintain my unit properly.  Thank you Tony! The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
