Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

I have had nothing but great experience with this company.. called me back immediately when I had an emergency and came same day to fix my issue.. prior to my emergency my previous experiences were all appointments made in advance.. prompt.. Very professional.. reasonably priced and quality workmanship

I have to give a shout out to our awesome plumber Mark Trimble. No he didn't tell me to write any of this but I see a lot of questions in here asking for a great plumber. I can't recommend him enough if you have a job that you need done right the first time, need to fix a job that was botched by another company (like one that rhymes with Sold Pedal), or any challenging or creative fix. Mark and his son are the guys to save the day.

They treat your house like their own. In our case, our sump pump failed and the back up too. Plus the original company who installed the connector to the townhouse drainage system did a terrible job (before we moved in) and water was splashing all back on our bricks causing damage. Mark is not the cheapest plumber but is is absolutely the best around. He can do anything, do it right, do it to code, and make sure you won't run into problems in the future by corner cutting. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. I think they must have come by five times for our job to quote, help us keep the basement from flooding, lent us a little manual pump, installation, and checking in to make sure it worked properly. That kind of service is rare these days.

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I worked with Matt on a unique plumbing issue and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You can trust in A&P!

When I was looking for an electrician to do a full house rewire/knob and tube removal, I must have contacted 10+ electricians in Philadelphia. Most didn't even get back to me, or barely wrote a complete sentence in reply.

Greg wasn't available to do the work I needed, but not only did he get back to me, he also provided detailed information and advice tailored to my situation. He sent me several informational articles (that he had written himself) about knob and tube and related issues. He also answered several follow-up questions that I had. And he suggested another electrical company to me, which I ended up hiring (and they did a great job!).

I've also seen Greg on social media, generously offering substantial free advice to other people who were having electrical problems, without asking for anything in return or engaging in self-promotion. He seems extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade and genuinely interested in helping people even when there is no financial gain for him. I would've hired him in a heartbeat if he had been available when I needed electrical work, and I would not hesitate to hire him if I need other work done in the future.

I bought a fixer-upper that had fire safety issues due to circuit panel water damage.  

Larry installed new 100amp service (cable, meter, and circuit breaker) at a fair price and ahead of schedule.  His work is very clean.
I look forward to working with Larry again as I eventually upgrade the rest of the house.

Jim and his crew have done quite a bit of work for us in the last year. They're always fairly priced, organized, on time, and very professional. We're going to continue to rely on Jim for more work. Thanks!!

I sent iTech a message on Yelp after lights and outlets at the front of my house stopped working. The responded quickly with an estimate and Tony from iTech came the next morning. He was kind, professional, and efficient and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable (and exactly as estimated). I will absolutely use iTech again and could not recommend them more highly!

The other reviews about poor service state it well. There are no expectations with D Nelson about timeliness, friendliness, or even answering the phone. He also put out his cigarette ashes in my mailbox. I had to use him when I had a home warranty company but will never use him again.

I was given a 2 hour appt window from 4-6 and Stan showed up on time around 4:30. Very professional and did exceptional work. Very happy with the improvements made to my home. The whole process from calling to schedule an appt to payment was painless. Stan even cleaned up and took my old fixtures with him when he was all done. I will definitely use Gen3 for my future needs. Thank you!

Maliek was great, prompt and efficient. Thank you!!! For one thing, Frank -- an actual person -- answered the phone. That's a plus. Maliek came when. Promised, masked (thank you) and was respectful of our home with covers over his shoes, cleaning up along the way and always communicating where he was in the process. He gave us 3 options to choose from and was patient while we weighed the pros and cons. I would use this company again.

I had these guys put in an A/C system for me.  It was a High Velocity system.  They did not know what they were doing.  I had trouble from the first.  The system leaked a lot of cold air into a crawl space and they just acted like that was normal!!!  I had to force them to come back and finish the job.  Then six months later after not being happy with the system I watched the manufacturers installation video.  Boy I wish they had too.  They obviously had not watched the video because my system was put in wrong.

The owner is awful to deal with if there is a problem.  The rest of the staff is OK.  Some are even good to deal with.  Over priced and self important.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
