Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I called Greg to try to set up a service in my home.  It turns out he does not service my town.  I was about to hang up and he asked me what the problem was.  He then proceeded to walk me through a number of steps to try to get a better sense of what I needed so he could recommend someone and in the process we fixed the problem.  He then went on the educate me on the nature of the electrical issues (involving GFCI outlets) i was having so I would be better prepared if problems popped up again.  He was so generous with his time and knowledge.  If he does service your area I would strongly urge you to reach out to him to fix your electrical problems.

I highly recommend Lauterborn Electric. They helped put the finishing touches on our home by installing a ceiling fan in our living area, a funky industrial light fixture over our kitchen island, a stunning chandelier over our dinning room table and a new light fixture outside in our patio. Thanks to their personal, care and touch; our home finally feels like home sweet home.

Had a circuit go out. Tried to diagnose the problem on my own, with no luck. Called JDV - they were booked and gave me an appointent for the following week, then caled the next day to offer an earlier appointment. Shwed up when theu said they woud listened carefully to me, found the issue and fixed it quickly. I'm a DIYer, but next time I have an electrical problem I cant handle, I'll call JDV. Very satisfied.

Tony came out right away be because half of my power was going out sporadically. Because I did mess with the fuse box, he was unable to tell what the issue was 100% so after resetting the meter and putting the power back on, he said to call him right away when it happened again and not touch a thing. He didn't charge me at all for the visit! Next day, it happened again and I called. Tony sent Edison to my home, who was very professional and found the issue in the kitchen outlet and fixed it. Tony and Edison were both friendly, they explained what they were doing, and beyond reasonable with price. Will definitely use them again if needed. 5 stars!

Have used Don's service for years and he really knows what he's doing.

I was given a 2 hour appt window from 4-6 and Stan showed up on time around 4:30. Very professional and did exceptional work. Very happy with the improvements made to my home. The whole process from calling to schedule an appt to payment was painless. Stan even cleaned up and took my old fixtures with him when he was all done. I will definitely use Gen3 for my future needs. Thank you!

I highly recommend FMJ electrical.  I called them Monday to install a wire from ceiling fan to  power outlet near the floor.  Next day technician arrived on time to estimate cost and do the job. It was made complicated because the wire had to traverse an air duct.  Mike estimated the cost of the job on the spot and I am very happy that he used an estimating book and gave me a great price. Took him two hours to install wire and patch the five holes he had to make.  Mike did a perfect job.  I will definitely use them again.

I called to schedule a routine annual clenaing and to help diagnose a noise coming from one our a.c. lines in our high velocity system. Everything was working well but still a small noise.  The closest they could schedule the cleaning was JULY but they sent a tech out the next day to diagnose the nosie.  I still do not understand why both couldn't be done the same day. The tech could not figure out the noise and my husband paid $65 and was told if the noise happens again call and we will come out (for another $65). On top of that he claimed they would not clean the system until we had our attic floor redone in planks.  We currently have boards in most of the space and it's perfectly fine to walk around up there.  Pissed off we paid $65 for just the truck to show up, I called and canceled our scheduled maintenance and found another company.  And guess what, they were able to come out the next day, diagnosed the noise which was something very simple as a sticker stuck in the system, AND cleaned our unit all for $125.  Henderson is a total ripoff. We would have paid more in just having a 2nd service call to determine the nosie.  Do yourself a favor and call a smaller, local company.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
