We just moved here late last year and had some plumbing items to address in our new home.Ray came out for the estimate and wound up unclogging our sink at no charge.  He went over our list of items and guided us very honestly in discussing what were our best options for a water heater and some other kitchen appliances that needed work.  He gave a referral for a new heating system and where to get new laundry appliances.  Both referrals were terrific.  When he came back to complete our work he was on time and did a wonderful installation of our new water heater, kitchen faucet and water line for the refrigerator.  We thought we needed some other work done but instead of just trying to get extra work he told us it was fine and if we wanted it done he would do it but it did not need fixing now. Ray and Greg were super nice too and cleaned up the work space afterwards.  My husband and I heartily recommend them.

I had needed an emergency water heater replacement at one of my rental properties. I contacted them from a recommendation by another contractor.  They responded very quickly, within an hour, and completely remedied the situation. I would highly recommend them.  They were professional, courteous, and did neat work.  Pricing was up front and fair.

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

I can't say enough about Julio (the main plumber), Mary (the dispatcher), and the company! We discovered that we needed a tub, pump, and pipes installed for a new washer that was recently installed in the basement - we have an old house and the previous pipes that supported a 20 year old machine weren't cutting it anymore - i.e. we had the soap/water coming out of the pipes onto the floor and causing damage... I called another company first that we used before and they were extremely expensive! So, I did some research, and picked this company based on the reviews here and on google, and I'm glad I did! Mary worked with me immediately on the phone and sent Julio over within minutes to take a look at the situation... he assessed it and gave me a ballpark idea on pricing which was literally half the price of the other company! I decided to go with Julio and they came the next day and took care of everything... he and his assistant were very professional, kind, and helpful and explained everything thoroughly! He even found a clog inadvertently and took care of it on the spot... all in all, a great experience overall and they don't rob you of your life savings!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! thanks again Julio!

mixed bag. called them for a kitchen sink leak -- they came out quickly but the guy they sent seemed new and the owner had to come out to assist with the fix. owner was very nice but not sure they should be sending out techs who can't do the basics. I also think they are pretty expensive compared to others.

I have dealt with Sheridan for both HVAC and plumbing 5/6 years now.  I can't say enough good about them - John, Kevin  and all their techs are excellent, knowledgeable and courteous.  I've dealt with the rest - Hutchison, Horizon, ABCool, and others as well as various plumbers in the area and Sheridan blows them all away in terms of the service and their pricing. For example, I needed a heater/ac unit replaced (an odd unit) went out to seven companies - 3 couldn't handle my kind of unit and the others were 3/4k higher just for the unit.  Save yourself the time with competitive quotes - you only need one - trust me.

Tech was abrupt and inpatient...he acted like it was a bother....complained to contracted company and they're sending a different company....I strongly do not recommend this company

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

What a scam We had a plumber come out last week to check on a clog in the drain. After inspecting the basement for 2 minutes he came back to tell me that he could not get to the access point on the main drain and would need to cut the pipe to then clean the drain. I challenged his assumption that he couldn't get to the pipe because we had that pipe replaced less than a year ago and I knew the access point was accessible but he insisted. He then gave me a quote of $1,205 for the gold fix and $773 for the silver fix. I mean come on! What ever happened to just fixing the issue for an appropriate cost. It was then that I paid the $60 to show up (which I knew about and expected) and told him I would get additional quotes and call if I need them. A few days later we had ABLE Plumbers come out (for free) and check the plumbing. Lo and behold he easily opened the access point on the main drain and quickly realized the issue was a clog that was out in the street. After snaking the drain outside we were FIXED. And the best part, it only cost us $160.

So here is my issue. I called Precision Plus and told them I felt like I was scammed. I felt like that particular plumber didn't event try to access the drain because if he did he would have realized the issue. If he did, the problem would have been an easy fix and they wouldn't have made $1,200+ on me. If he did, they would have gotten my business and I would be a continuous customer. But not only did he not try to actually fix the problem, but he quoted me an outrageous number for the gold fix and when I called to express my concern I was practically ignored. I asked for my $60 and they refused.

What happened to the customer is always right? In this day and age where reviews and word-of-mouth are priceless I would have expected more.

Moving forward, I will warn everyone I know to not use Precision Plus. This is unacceptable.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
