if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

Recently moved into new construction home and the entire floating sink/vanity in the bathroom collapsed. Reached out to Rey and he came within a couple hours and fixed it perfectly. Im planning on using him for all my home projects/issues going forward as long as hes available.

Called about a plumbing issue and the owner made bizarre statements about tattoos and where they were on my biceps?  Weird. Seemed  incompetent.

i recommend Dave and his crew ,they did a bathtub and toilet replacement ,all of the crew were extremely neat and clean they  did a great job setting me up with the rough in so i could tile and then they finished the install when i was ready. also the price was right ..

We hired buzz to do work on a siblings house in need of major repair. Can't say enough, work was above and beyond our expectations. It was an honor to do business with him.

Don't hire!!! They claimed my a/c coils had a crack. When I got there to take a look one of the workers ran past me with the coils and threw them in his truck.
They installed everything correctly but now there's a refrigerant leak. I called them to get them to come out and the guy doesn't show up for the appointment.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

I had a leak coming from my upstairs toilet and Tom took the time to look around and evaluate the problem. He explained in detail what the issue was and the work required to fix it. Since it was a big job, we discussed a payment plan and he created an electronic invoice within minutes to schedule the work. I even called him the day before he was supposed to come about another plumbing issue I had, and he was quick to say what he would need to do and was ok with adding it to the job. All of the pricing was reasonable, his customer service was excellent, and his flexibility was appreciated. I would definitely hire him again (but hopefully I don't need to haha). Oh! There's also a cleaning service that comes in after the work is done at no additional cost!

I'm 80 years old and have lived in my house for more than fifty years. I've hired many handyman, plumbers, electricians and home improvement services, none of them come close to the services Blake provides. Blake has been in business for 2 years, and I've been his customer for 1 1/2 years. He has installed light switches, 4 outlets, ceiling fan, ring doorbell, ring security light, porch light, 3 faucets, under sink water filter system, repaired 3 ceiling fans, drywall, 2 windows, toilet, ceiling in kitchen, power washed garage floor, clean several windows outside and inside, cleaned by oven, and came immediately for 2 water leaks, and many more things too numerous to mention. He is a very compassionate and caring young man, never overcharging for his work or taking advantage of people financially.

We contacted Statewide Sewer and Drain for a clogged kitchen sink around 4:45 pm. Juan provided a response with an estimate within minutes. His price was very reasonable. Although he was on another job, he made a special effort to put us on the schedule and come out later that evening as soon as he finished his other job. He called when he finished the other job and provided an estimated arrival time (8:00 pm). He arrived at the stated time and cleared out the clogged drain at the agreed to price. We were very pleased to get the clogged drain fixed so quickly at a reasonable price.

BEWARE:  

I have a leak in my front yard (water line) and called AWR and was told they dispatched it out - I called the plumbing co. b/c I did not hear from them and they said they would not come out because AWR had not paid the BILL on the last job they did for me which was a mall in home plumbing pipe repair.  My account is a Virginia Insurance Policy and they are suppose to reply with 12 hours of an emergency.

Each time I call, I am routed to an a foreign country and they have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH MY CLAIM EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIMES - WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, THEY SAID THE ARE ALL IN MEETINGS.

AMR is now violating the Insurance Contract which is overseen by the Virginia SCC.

I am in an emergency and no help - I have paid on my waterline policy for over 5 years!

This company is a scam, they are not a trustworthy company. The owner is a thieve he stole a $825.00 from me I signed a contract with his company to do some plumbing work and to build a countertop for my new startup business.  after i made the transfer to his bank account , in two days he was suppose to give me a plumbing plan to submit to the city. He never give me the plumbing plan , i called and texted him and email him i recieved no answer. He is a thieve please do not do business with these people.  I am currently in the process of filing a law suit against his business.

Please avoid this company. They are worthless thieves.

This company charges to much for the work. Some of the HVAC techs don't know what there are doing. Use anyone else you will get better prices and work. They think that they are nexstar they can charge outrageous prices. This is like going to a 5 star restaurant eating and your still hungay after but are broke now. DONT USE THEM NO STARS
