I called Michael J Ross after another electrician had come to my home, tried to diagnose the problem, ran out of ideas, left and didn't come back.
Michael said he'd come first thing (he did), was ready to work, and got to it. He was friendly, personable, and most importantly, knew his craft. He went 10x further than the other electrician in troubleshooting the issue, and had solutions. He was quick, efficient, and accommodated all of my questions and issues.
Long story short...many people have the same job, but some are better at their job than others. Michael fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for 2 weeks, and did it quickly, efficiently, and with confidence. We just moved into a 97 year old relatively well-maintained home that had a mix of old and updated wiring. We needed some wall sockets updated, an old hard-wired electrical stove disconnected, a new socket installed for our new stove, and a couple of mystery switches and sockets evaluated. From the very start with a timely estimate, until he efficiently finished the tasks we needed taken care of, Vlad was responsive, communicative, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, skilled, careful and pleasant! can't say enough good things about Marella electric. we've had them out a few times since we moved into our new home - once to install a light and rewire our electrical panel, once to shut off and remove wires before a renovation, and most recently to address some faulty switches and flickering lights (as well as do a couple of other projects). each time they have been great to work with - thorough, detailed, and all around good people.

Jay is a Master Electrician who did a major job in my old house which is always a big challenge.  He replaced an outside line leading into the house as well as the circuit breaker box. He also identified the problem that led up to water running down that line and into the box.  He completed the work in the estimated time frame, completely to my satisfaction, and at an unbeatable price.  He also works with his own carpenter who does excellent work, and that is a big plus for the customer.  He is very trustworthy and professional.  I highly recommend Skrocki Contracting.

Adam is nothing short of outstanding.  His prices, craftsmanship, work and availability is second to none.  He will square you away.  If you are a veteran like me I highly recommend you give him a call for any of your electrical needs.  I am absolutely going to use Hummingbird for every electrical job that is required in my home.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!  Having several small electrical projects we wanted completed before the holidays, I contacted several of the same old same electricians in the area. As expected, I got the same old same responses, over pricing and even ignored calls.  I reached out to a company I never used before.... Alex is a terrific electrician.  I found him via Yelp several years ago, when I was looking for someone who would replace knob and tube wiring in our 1920s house.  Many electricians will only do the job if the house is empty, and a lot of them knock (as I know from other people's experiences) large holes in the walls to do it.  Alex rewired our whole place in five days _with us in it_, working around all our furniture and making exactly one small hole in the plaster above a door, which he then repaired for me.  He is meticulous, patient, unflappable (even he found, rather to my alarm, some DIY wiring wood-glued together behind a light fixture in the bathroom), and exceptionally good at his job.  His rates are reasonable, he always provides a written estimate (though at this point I trust him implicitly to be fair), and has never gone over-budget.  He's also great when it comes to cooperating with other contractors.  We just had AC installed a few weeks ago, and Alex was called in to run the electrics for the new units.  He put in a long day, working cordially with a team of unfamiliar guys, and the job was, as usual, perfect.

Larry came and installed 9 outlets in our home. He also installed 1 ceiling mounted light. I highly recommend him. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he is exceptionally courteous, and conscious of timeliness and cleanliness.

We received friendly, prompt, professional, and courteous service from the owner in less than 24 hours, after he spent a full day working another job down the shore. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable rate. We now have a new electrician for all our needs. Recommend very highly!

Super friendly, great communication, does good work at totally fair prices. Reggie and his assistant showed up not only on time, but 15 minutes early (for a Center City job with only iffy street parking available, that was definitely a wise decision), did the job efficiently and neatly, and were even able to check on a secondary wiring issue at our house on their way out.

I was very impressed with their work and will definitely go to Young's Electrical Services again with our future jobs.

Followed through in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire again.

We had Pace install Two fans, 6 lights, and our generator. Two different services both times installers were very thorough and very professional. Cleaned up the areas when they were finished.

Great honest service, reliable and friendly. Troy Termyna quickly diagnosed our problem with our gas furnace and the problem was resolved.

Called them about a week ago and left a message asking for an appointment to fix an electrical problem. Spoke to the answering service and they never called back.
