Liberty plumbing was hired by our contractor to do the work on our kitchen remodel, and we've been a fan since 2014. We've had a few issues since then with some minor stuff that was just outside of our DIY abilities, so we've called them to come in and help out. They are extremely friendly, professional, and provide great service at a great price. Wether you have a big job or just need a little extra help with plumbing around the house, these folks are a great choice!

It's a recent Friday evening and I drilled a hole in a copper pipe. When no other plumbers answered the phone Alchemy did. He helped in a big way. Some guys would see $$, instead he help solve my no water weekend by talking me through a DIY success story. He did not need to do that but chose to help a person in need over a potential big invoice for after hours. They will be first on the list next time I need a plumber. Tualatin Oregon

Tod was super nice. He is very responsive and punctual too! He was able to fix our closet door that had been driving us crazy for a long time in an hour. He was even nice enough to go get the parts to fix it. I will definitely be calling him again. : )

I recently hired Justin for a running bathroom faucet which he was able to fix promptly. He provided service four days out, whereas most companies are four weeks booked out.

Justin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful before, during, and after the repair. He may charge a bit more than other companies, but his passion for educating and explaining the process is invaluable. He asked if I wanted to watch, which I accepted. He took the time to explain in detail the whats and hows. The customer service is first rate. Recommend highly!

One of the easiest-to-deal with vendors I've used for my home renovations. Great communication, excellent service, very fair prices, and personable technicians. I warmly recommend this company to anyone, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Toilet was running and since it had non-traditional fill valve, decided a professional was better suited for the job. Mr. Rooter charges a $99 service fee just to come to your house. When technician arrived, corrected diagnosed fill valve and flapper needed to be replaced- no surprise there. Then quoted me $450 to replace. Already in for $99, felt trapped and agreed to the overpriced fee.

Job was done correctly, but way too expensive. Took technician about 20 minutes.

I have used Royal Flush multiple times. Every experience has been a pleasure. Professional, courteous and reasonable.  Highly Recommended.

According to their website homepage, anyway.  However, they can't even send an estimator out for a week and there is absolutely nobody that can start work next week.  It is Wednesday today.  False advertising.

I was looking for a business that had reasonable prices and found this on yelp and saw other people had similar good experiences. Jef came over to my house and repaired our hot water heater, he arrived the same day within a few hours and the repair was done quickly. Thanks for your help! Definitely will be returning customers again or spread the word.

Charlie returned my call within an hour and was at my house 20 minutes after that. He understood my hesitation about putting a lot of money into a sink we would be tearing out in a few months anyway, and gave me a wonderful temporary fix to meet my current needs. While doing so we got to chat and I discovered what an absolute joy this man is. Yes he's an excellent plumber, but he's also a wonderful human and totally put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!

Who needs plumbing service in the middle of the night at the drop of a hat? I never thought I would, but when I did Ray's was the easiest to get a hold of and buy far the most responsive. Matt picked up the phone, fielded questions well, and got ready to head out promptly. He worked with my landlord directly and was well equipped with what he needed to take credit card payment. He communicated well and did great work, very professionally and efficiently. They fit the bill for my highest expectations, very glad they are around. I'm so glad I chose Tualatin Valley after some research and quotes.  They offered the most competitive pricing and were easy to communicate with.  We were on the schedule for the next week but we managed to secure a snowmageddon time slot from a cancellation.   Weston and Joel replaced our water heater today and I'm back to taking hot showers!  They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  I would definitely work with them again on other plumbing projects.

They came to clear a plugged drain and quickly realized the issue was out of their specialization. They referred me to a different company right away. They could have made an attempt that they said would likely have not worked, then charged me, but they showed 100% integrity.

We had bathroom plumbing needs during the COVID Stay Home. DeTemple sent Joseph out and he did an exemplary job plumbing wise and COVID saftey measure wise. He was very respectful and careful to protect our flooring, maintained appropriate social distance, and wore a mask the entire time. He was very efficient, focused, and a good communicator. He did not try to up sell us and was very cognizant about not wasting time. Our thanks for a professional job and safe job!

Called them to get a quote for a AC unit in our new home as they are the company who the builder had install the heating system!!! The rep Mike came out to give us a quote and at first he was friendly and all however he seemed to be in a rush and did not go over the details of the system and install or Evan a quote told me he would have to email the quote to me and was in and out in less the 30 minutes!!!! Four days later I had to call to find out when I would be getting the quote !!!!! They said that they had lots of quotes and would reach out to Mike to see if he could get me the quote!!! Once I received the quote it was not complete as I had discussed about insta hot feature on our tankless system!! Three days later I called again about the quote and then I received a call from Mike to ask what my issue was with the quote and I tried to explain what was missing and he became very rude and raised his voice on the phone to me I let him know if he continue I would disconnect the call which I ended up doing due his rudeness to me!!!! He then called me 9 times as I declined each call!!! I email them on how my there employee was very rude and let them know I would be reaching out to other companies for AC quotes!!!! Which I did !!! I would give them no stars if that was an option here!!!! Very poor customer service!!!'

so I had ATemp Heating and Cooling out at my home today to install my new AC unit and what an amazing install and customer service they provide!!!!

Really disappointed in the service provided by this location. We had a situation with our washing machine drain and had attempted to fix by snaking the drain ourselves. We managed to get the snake stuck and enlisted the help of Roto Rooter. We were completely upfront and detailed about our issue before we booked the service. The technician came out to our house and spent less than 5 minutes looking at the problem, bent the snake even worse with pliers and said this wasn't his problem and not in his job description to fix. When asked why they accepted the job when we told them our situation he said the girls that take the calls aren't very bright, this type of work is beyond their ability to comprehend and they only know how to take calls.  Yeah, so not only was he worthless to do the job but he was a demeaning and sexist pig. Save your money and go with a reputable family run business, which is what we ultimately did with great success.

i am sad to say this company is a rip off. i called and spoke to the receptionist who would not give me a quote. i was told when the plumbers arrived they would give me the estimate. they arrived. i explained the old disposal had already been removed by my son and my son had purchased the new disposal. the work needed was to install the new one. i was told it would take a half hour to install. i was never given the service call price. the plumber quoted me a price of $354.00 + tax. i was floored! i kindly said no thank you. (free estimate) the cost was to high. i contacted another professional plumber who came and installed the disposal for nearly half the price. i would not recommend this company to anyone. prices are outrageous. i will say they were prompt in arriving.
