Best Plumbing Services in Oregon
Had them come out to repair a leaking garbage disposal and it started leaking again a couple of days later. He then said our faucet couldn't be fixed because the screw was frozen. My husband fixed both issues today and he hates doing plumbing related projects.

Huggy and Dave showed up right on time to replace a kitchen faucet that had totally put me at my wits end. I tell you what you get dinner AND a show when these two show up. They went over several options on the best way to setup the new faucet and even educated me on several unique plumbing terms. I fix a lot of things myself and I call in extra help very sparingly but Huggy/Dave and Forbes plumbing were absolutely worth it. Thank you!

I wish we would have called earlier. We dug up a bunch of the yard looking for the leak before we gave up and called. He found the leak within about 45 minutes, and it was exactly where he said it was. Very nice guy. It was worth the money!

We were remodeling our laundry room and noticed a leaky water valves from two different areas, o different days.
On both occasions, they came to our home to fix the valves, with just a few hours notice. The best we were able to find was to be put on a waiting list or make an appointment 5 days out.
When they arrived, they were friendly and efficient fixing all of our plumbing issues. With COVID they wore masks.
I would not only recommend them for others, I have them as the Go To plumbing company.

Another well-deserved 5 star rating for AAA! Today was the third time that I've requested their service, and, again, I was delighted! Afraid to use my dishwasher this morning because the kitchen drain was stagnant, I called AAA, and Steve was here, up on the roof with the problem fixed before lunchtime. He's professional, but we always have a good conversation.

Plumbing is part art and part science, Josh is an expert at both. The work was incredibly neat and detailed and he found the appropriate fittings that went in our home (I work in design industry, and looks are as important as function!). Josh was able to come out in quick fashion, incredibly communicative and professional, has a great sense of humor, and seems like simply an all around great human being. Wouldn't hesitate to trust him on a small or large project. Thanks Josh.

Showed up on time. Completed the jobs, and gave us a fair estimate for future work. Honesty and integrity seem to be Ed's foundation, recommending only things that need to be done. Will do business in the future

Aapple Plumbing has done 3 different jobs for us during the last 12 months. Two of the three were emergencies, and Earl was quick to respond, fixed our problems - two of the jobs were working on cleaning out incoming water lines, the middle one was installing a garbage disposal unit under our sink. On the water line jobs, he had to spend a lot of time in the crawl space under the house, lying on plastic with his arms up overhead, and in both cases was able to resolve what we both thought might be unsolvable problems - clearing badly rusted and hard to get to water lines of old galvanized pipe. The installation of the garbage disposal looked like a piece of cake compared to the other two jobs, but it was working at odd angles, and lying flat on the floor, arms extended, heavy stuff. My thought every time: Earl does not have to go to the gym and lift weights, he does it every day at work. We really were impressed with Earl and his work. He's hard-working, humble, knowledgeable, helpful, observed Covid restrictions during this last visit (the previous two visits were before Covid). We're so glad we have him to call on for our plumbing needs in 2 70's age houses.

We had a kitchen drain issue off & on for some time. We had a different plumber come out and after being charged extra for a Saturday service call which was not told at the time we made the appointment and other extra charges the drain was still clogged so we were very untrusting of plumber/drain cleaners. I researched Clog Busters and decided to give them a try, this was by far the BEST choice we have ever made!!! They located the busted drain pipe which was under the basement cement floor, and explained the procedure to replace the drain pipe. I felt total confidence in them and what they explained needed to be done. The work was done and our kitchen sink is draining!!! We can't say enough about the great customer service, professional advise and just complete satisfaction from everyone at Clog Busters. I had been asking many many friends and co-workers for referrals when we started this process and not 1 person had a recommendation, well I do now! I will refer Clog Busters to everyone who ask or doesn't ask about clog services as they have earned our business if we ever need anything else done.

We had an emergency plumbing situation pop up the day before Thanksgiving in the late afternoon. Brian answered when we called and told us that it was no problem. He arrived shortly thereafter (he was very punctual) and quickly evaluated the issue and set to work. Mr. Taylor finished the entire project in under an hour and was extremely polite, kind, and thorough. We appreciated his work and would recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have. We wish him and his family a great Thanksgiving and happy holidays!

Called for a quick quote and Crystal sent TJ that same day. Got a price that was comparable to other plumbers in the area for a whole house supply pipe replacement. I was able to schedule TJ right away. He did an excellent job - arrived on time, was clear about what needed to be done and why, changed his scope per my request on day 2, charged me for only the time he was here working, was neat as he could be about the holes he had to cut into the walls, floor, and cabinets, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Best Price and TJ to anybody.

Water heater broke 3 days before Christmas on a Friday and I figured this was going to be a disaster. They came out same day and installed a new water heater! Also figured out that the water heater and two other toilet valves had been leaking because my pressure regulator failed. Great service and friendly crew.

These guys managed to fit my small job into a busy schedule when nobody -- and I mean nobody -- was able to. I must have called fifteen plumbers, and they were all at least three days out. Rich swung by between calls, dropped a flange in super old school way with jute and lead, and was out clean. I didn't get any you should have called a plumber first malarkey. I'd definitely call them first any time I have further plumbing needs.

We reached out to Park Place because of their impeccable reviews and now we can see why. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job re-piping some drains for us. He stands behind his work and is completely honest and approachable. Definitely recommend!

I was charged 50 dollars for them to come and look at my faucet for 10 seconds and then try and charge me 500 for washers. I won't be using them again.

The crew working on NE Alberta regularly parks in the disabled and short term parking with their big YEET YEET trucks. When I called and spoke to someone I was informed they park the trucks their because they have heavy tool bags. I was told BY THIS COMPANY that the only way to get the crew members to move the trucks is to have them get parking tickets - which means I have to call DAILY to make room for customers.
And now they've decided to drop a roll of material in the parking spots.
This has been a daily occurrence for more than two months. Parking enforcement is called and they get tickets. Show up and park there the next day.
This is a business area with a doggy day care and dog grooming - those parking spots are for their customers. Not some construction guy who's 'big bag of tools is too heavy'.
They have no respect for the neighborhoods they work in.

Garth converted our fire pit to gas, and we are pleased with his efforts. He was quick to come out and scope the project, and he followed through as agreed upon. He was professional and courteous throughout the project. I would use his services again in the future.

Since Covid their service has been terrible. They keep you standing out on the curb while you wait for them to pull your order. It's slow and demeaning. Final straw for me is calling them and after years of buying from them they tell me they will not sell to me unless I make an account with reference and such. With the bad service why bother I'll find other plumbing suppliers

This may be the most difficult review I've made on here... When I called for an estimate, Ken (the owner) came out almost right away. He was quick, professional, informative and gave a VERY competitve quote. Needless to say, he won my business.
However, after I called to schedule the appt, Ken forgot to write it down. So 30 min after the scheduled time, I had to call him to remind him. He was deeply apologetic, and told me 1pm, 115 at the latest, same day...
Fast forward to 220... yup, there's the knock on my door. No call to let me know they were running late, nothing. On the positive side, the plumber (not Ken, but one of his associates) was, as expected, quick, informative, very detail oriented and very friendly. I felt completely comfortable with him in my home.
Overall, the quality of work wins out on this review, but rest assured KTP Plumbing, in the service industry, timing is EVERYTHING.
