Best Plumbing Services in Oregon

When I first contacted the company I said we had three days for the project - knowing it was no more than replacing a shower regulator. After taking and texting pictures, scheduling and meeting the plumber and agreeing on the work, I never heard back from the company. When I called to check a day later, a woman answered and didn't seem to remember me at all - our first conversation days earlier, the picture I sent or scheduling the plumber, and seemed to have difficulty finding her notes. When she proudly announced that she'd found them she had managed to ignore everything I had been saying and kept trying to schedule the work during the time I said we were out of town. We only went with them in the first place because the woman who scheduled the visit didn't object to our schedule. I gave them two stars for the effort in coming out and writing an estimate. Other reviews are so positive I'm at a loss to understand what happened. I'm sure contractors are busy but I'll take my chances with somebody else.

I called Rodger to come help me with a plumbing problem. After covering a few questions and a lengthy talk about my situation, Rodger let me know that he probably was not needed. He gave me some suggestions on what I should do.

Other plumbers might have come out to my house and took awhile to find the issue or even charged me for some of his  recommendations

I requested a quote from this company to repair a water leak in my house and an initial response was pretty good. The issues started when we tried to schedule specific details. The office failed to provide specific dates when their technician could come. After several days, their technician came and took a quick look around but he was not even interested in checking out the actual spot where the leak was. He promised to deliver the quote within two days but never delivered. I contacted the office by phone and Yelp message several times afterwards and asked about the quote, but silence was the only answer I received.

While I have not actually used Beason, it it not because I haven't tried. I've called two separate times over the last couple of months that I've needed a plumber. I was hoping to give them a try after these great reviews, but I have yet to receive a call back. If they aren't in business any longer, you wouldn't know it from the answering service.

I called this business about a clogged sink problem, and Mark got back to me when he was available the same day. Then he showed up and fixed it quickly and professionally. The other places where I left a message didn't even bother returning my call.

He responded quickly to my request for a quote and I was lucky enough that he scheduled an appointment that day.  He was great to communicate with and he asked for a few photos of the problem before he even showed up.
He arrived early and promptly went to work.  The work area was kept clean and organized.
He explained in great detail what the problem was and gave me options for fixing the problem.
He worked efficiently.
The final bill was under the estimate and the problem was fixed better than we had hoped it would.  I would call Doug up again without hesitation.

David with Evertrust Plumbing was great to work with. He was highly communicative, precise in setting and exceeding expectations, and he was able to quickly help us with a potpourri of issues including corroded and clogged pipes. He was mindful and minimal with investigating within the walls and quickly isolated the problems.

I would definitely reach out again and appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

Joe was great, showed me the video of tree roots encroaching on my sewer line.  I had no idea that was happening under ground!  He explained everything to me.  John was also very nice and personable.  He came back to redo my yard after the job,  and clean my driveway!  I was so happy that he did that.

David, the owner works hard to address any concerns and totally stands behind his own business.  He hires polite, nice young men and a very nice office person who called to explain everything about the job to be done!

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their sewer and appreciates good customer service!

Drew is now my plumber. He was able to fit us in the day after I called. We had multiple issues (kitchen faucet install, replace shut-off valves, dripping tub faucet) which he quickly solved at a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him the next time we need plumbing services.

I highly recommend this business. Steve is a true professional.  Several times he has worked on several complex projects on my property and has done a reliably fantastic job, on schedule, and at good price.

Awesome experience with Dan from Portland Plumbing. So glad I found them here on Yelp. Was a little concerned with the only rating being from 2014, so I thought I'd add a more recent one. Super easy communication, very transparent in what he's doing and how things are being priced. Flexible scheduling. Would work with again for sure.

I had the incredible bad luck to have a water pipe burst at 4 pm on a recent Friday afternoon. Ugh!

I madly began calling emergency plumbers looking for help and couldn't find anyone willing to come out. Then i called Diligent Plumbing and was told someone would be out soon. I was so relieved.

Vitaliy was professional, polite, and such a nice man. Before he get started he went over what the charges would be so there would be no surprises. He got the job done efficiently and then showed me the burst pipe segment he had removed, how he had repaired it and explained why he thought it had happened.

In the past, I have had some bad experiences with service providers, and working with Diligent Plumbing has restored some faith.

Very fast and professional service. I sent a quote request through Yelp and Allen responded very quickly with an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. The final bill was slightly lower than his original estimate. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

Our 1921 bungalow had original everything.  Water pressure had slowed to a trickle, our only bathtub had broken, stripped handles and pipes were leaking in the basement.  Dan installed all new pipes in the house, new service to the street, re-engineered our poorly plumbed washing machine and installed new fixtures in the bathtub.

Dan called the morning he was scheduled to give us an estimate and asked if he could come 15 minutes early.  Yes, you read that correctly - EARLY.  We only got two bids but he was more thorough in his walk-through and provided us a more detailed proposal.  That and his references made him an easy choice.  That and the fact that the bids were nearly the same.  I can't say enough about him as a professional.  He did everything he said he would do and a bit more.  He took extra steps to make sure the process was minimally invasive (e.g., left us with running water every night, cleaned up after himself, kept doors and gates closed to prevent pet escapes, etc.).  I am thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Dan to anyone who is considering replumbing an old house.

I hired them to do a shower valve replacement.  The installer came over and while removing the valve, broke the pipe.  He said it is cvpc pipe and is weak and gets brittle.  Nevertheless, they cut two holes in two different closets to access the broken pipe in order to cap it.  He didn't finish the job that day. They called to come back to fix the job the next day and we would pay a total of around $947.  We told them we didn't want to do that as we thought the price was too high (the original quote to replace the valve was for $335).  The next week, they sent a bill for $587 for a shower that doesn't work and two holes in two separate closets that we now have to pay for.  

The shower still isn't working after two weeks and today they told us we are looking to have work done for free as we were asking them to come back and fix the pipe they broke and replace the shower valve for $335.  Needless to say, we will not be wanting to have them work on our plumbing again.

I used these folks through Repipe Specialists. Yes, they were quick and courteous, but left behind cigarette butts, grease stains on my carpet, and their sheetrockers left a mess of smudges on cement. They halfheartedly fixed my fencing with wire where they had to remove it to get to my well and left concrete debris in the yard. The lead took a water sample for testing a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received a report. Nor have I heard from Brad about pricing a filtering system. In short, avoid using these folks unless you enjoy getting lame excuses.

I am very impressed with TJ. He communicated well and promptly, showed up when he said he would, and fixed my plumbing issue with trustworthiness, skill, and great customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was hit by one of there employees and a month later STILL NOTHING!!! I call and I'm given the run around. He ran a stop sign and yet they say that the accident is partly my fault!!!! Are you serious!!!!
