Best Plumbing Services in Oregon
Amazing plumbers! I'd use them again in a heartbeat! They came out and helped me figure out a solution for all of my abnormal plumbing problems! The poor guys kept running into roadblock after roadblock, but were very helpful, giving me all kinds of options on what we could do next. I figured after all the problems that the cost would be quite a bit higher than what I'd originally been quoted, but was pleasantly surprised with the bill! How often can you say that about a plumber!?

Perfect Plumbers! Needed to have an old leaking garbage disposal replaced. Tech arrived with apologies for arriving earlier than scheduled. Glad to have them arrive and get started.
Quick and efficient work. No mess left behind and no leaks. Very happy with Perfect Flush and will keep their name handy for next time we need any plumbing repair.

Just had a spiffy new Energy Star water heater installed and was very pleased with this company. In particular, I thought the woman who initially answered the phone was really thorough in answering my questions and making the process smooth and easy. I wasn't prepared to replace the whole water heater until I learned that my 8 year old unit wasn't worth repairing, so I wasn't exactly an easy sell. The installer was great too.
By the way, this company offers a 15 year warranty on my water heater that seemed above and beyond industry standard.

These guys installed my AC condenser last year. Everything worked out and they had a great price.

Justin was great! We had a kitchen sink issue come up on a Friday night and they had Justin here by 9am on a Saturday morning. He was friendly, efficient, and gave us tons of helpful advice for preventing this from happening again. I would highly recommend West Side Drain!

On time, fast and friendly. Clearly knows his stuff when it comes to repair. What more is there to say.

This place keeps reporting tips/reviews and having them censured which is odd. Anyways, I called to request help installing a gas line and they do not install gas lines. They did not explain why and were quite unpleasant by phone when I asked follow up questions about if they recommended anyone else to do that work. Despite their listed services including gas line help, this does not seem to be correct for oven work.
Edit to add: to respond to owner's reply- it is important for your potential clients to know if customer service is rude, unhelpful, or listed services are not correct. Yelp informed me that you'd reported my brief tip where I stated that the service isn't offered, which led them to asking me to put this information as a review instead. I am sure you reported this review as well.
Professionalism is not high with your company, evidenced by your response here and continuing to push for reviews to be censored. You could have repaired this easily by updating your info and apologizing for the rude customer service instead.

We were in a no-water situation--water was not getting from our well to the house. One leak detection company said they could come in a week; Advanced showed up the next day. Paul worked efficiently and found the leak fairly quickly, plus he was friendly and courteous. Thank you, Paul!

Waterways is far and away the BEST plumbing company I've ever worked with. They plumbed my entire house during its construction, and I wanted to get a water line run from under the kitchen sink to the refrigerator so that I can install a reverse osmosis system (this option was not available through the builder). Shortly after I moved into my new house almost three years ago, I had Waterways come out and give me a quote to do so. They quoted a very reasonable price ($325) to cut the existing refrigerator water supply line, cap it off, install a new line to feed the existing refrigerator supply, and fit it with a 3/8 OD shutoff valve. This was a better solution than I would have thought of, and the price was great.
This work became a low priority for me, and I didn't think much about it until just a few weeks ago, so I called to get a new quote and get the work scheduled. I was blown away that they still had the original quote, and did not increase the price to do the work.
The plumbers who performed the work were absolutely professional. They took their shoes off before entering my house, wore masks the whole time, reviewed the work to be done before starting, and completed it very quickly. The photo of the work speaks for the quality of the job performed (1/2 supply line, 3/8 metal shutoff valve, and a chrome escutcheon to give the drilled hole a finished look. I'm VERY impressed, and can't recommend Waterways highly enough.

Steve was incredibly prompt and professional, and super nice as well. He very quickly (and accurately) found where our leak (off the water main) was, and marked it clearly for the plumbers (3 Mountains) to come do the repair. Super grateful for his help, particularly during the coronavirus crisis!

We would strongly recommend that you get a quote on the cost of your repair. We didn't do that and were quite startled by the cost of the minor plumbing repair. However, he was very accommodating but we felt the final bill was much more than we anticipated. Our fault for not asking up front.

Fidelity National Home warranty sent out Happys Plumbing and the guys weren't so happy but they were technically proficient and were able to drain the pipes in the crawl space and solder up a coupe of leaking T fittings. they didn't want to deal with my sump since the motor ran when you lifted the float. (7 gallons of water in the hole didn't go anywhere when I tested it, but they claim it works so whatevs....if an old white guy is allowed to use such an outdated expression.)
shutting off the water created a lot of problems in plumbing systems, it stirs up a lot of sediment and breaks loose a lot of mineral deposits. easy to pull off aerators to clean screens to restore flow to sinks but at least one showerhead was destroyed when the fine sediments went past the screen and clogged half the fine openings. (and no I don't know how to backflush a showerhead.) $25 for a new showerhead.
SOLUTIONS?
before water gets turned on again, maybe pull off showerheads and flush line to clear before reinstalling

We used Roth to install a Lennox 6 years ago and have been unhappy with the whole process. We have had issues with the heat pump yearly, turns out they installed it wrong so something cracked causing a leak.
The thing we are the most unhappy with is the repair service. They don't keep good records, even though we've been using them for years they never have access to whats already been done. They don't keep their agreement regarding approximate time they will arrive. We've been told twice that we were first call only to find out that they gave that slot to someone else. Not the customer service I'd expect after a $13,000 heat pump purchase and installation.
***update- changed my rating due to great service the last two times.

I would highly recommend Lotus Plumbing. I didn't know the first thing about plumbing and needed to get a secondary drain line put in my basement, a fairly complicated job because it required cutting into the concrete basement floor. I did a lot of research before hiring a plumber. The first thing I did was get on Yelp and looked up the plumbers with the highest ratings. There were six plumbers who bid on my job and Lotus Plumbing came in with by far the best price. I also really appreciated how professional they were, Khoi (the owner) was the only plumber who put slippers over his shoes to walk through my house. Since I didn't know anything about plumbing, over the course of two weeks Khoi answered a least a dozen of my questions in a friendly easy to understand manner. Khoi also helped me with recommendations for other parts of my job. The job was finished on time and right on budget, no suprise extra expenses. Khoi also called after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Overall, I was really impressed with Lotus Plumbing and their first rate service.

Our rebuilt bath involved a custom-sized shower; we feel fortunate to have found Bill Sells for our project.
Bill and Princess were flexible in working with our ever-changing construction schedule.
Most importantly, Bill referred and brought together different tradespeople for our project, folks that are excellent in working together to see the job through.
David and I heartily recommend the one and only 'Original Shower Pan Man', Bill Sells.

Jorge with Manroot Landscape installed irrigation, sod and patio pavers for us. It was done timely and within his quoted timeframe along with a very competitive bid. Jorge was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. Our backyard looks great!

We had a broken pipe in the garage attic on Christmas Eve....I called about 10 companies to get help (most 24hr places did not answer)...I called Pilot Plumbing, they answered the phone, set us up for an appointment that was a few days out, which I agreed to, but they didn't stop there...they worked their magic and was able to come out at 6:45 that night during an ice storm and fix it so we could turn the water back on. Andy gave us advice and recommendations for the next steps, and we will be calling them for all our plumbing needs going forward.
We couldn't be more happy with their service and commitment to helping their customers.

My kitchen sink started leaking hours before the arrival of out of town guests. Chris from ProDrain showed up at the scheduled time, was extremely helpful, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time! Would highly recommend this company - excellent customer service!

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time. I found a plumber who is closer.
