Mark was able to come out to our home within 48 hours to replace our leaking hot water heater.  Since our water heater is on the second story, he also installed a drip pan underneath the new water heater so that if it ever does leak, it will not ruin our first floor ceiling.  Mark was very nice and professional and got the job done at a very reasonable price.  Thanks Mark!

Giving them 4 only because I didn't actually hire them, sadly. One of the plumbers came over and gave me a quote. I got a great feeling and knew he knew what he was talking about. I've dealt with plenty of contractors before. However, my husband wanted to get a few quotes and went with the 'cheapest' guy. Turned out, I really wish I had worked with them and had water with enough and appropriate pressure for my laundry sink!

I had a frozen pipe situation in my home in January. It is a bi-level and the bathrooms are in the upper level. There were repairs done in the bathrooms and in the first level.

I called up this company and since they were available the same day I asked them to start fixing it.  I discovered their hourly rate was exorbitant ($87.50), but since he started fixing it, I thought I will let him do the job. It took him about 10 visits over more than a month to fix it and it cost me around $1668 from mid Jan to mid Februrary, 2015.

He did the last part of the job in extreme hurry. He did not put the toilet in the master bathroom correctly (hard to see from inside the bathroom) and he did not fix the leaking faucet (since it was dripping at the back - again hard to see) in the master bathroom. This resulted in water leaking into a space in the ceiling above the garage. But since I do not use that bathroom very frequently, it took me till April 2015 to notice that there was blackening in the ceiling of the garage, just below the master bathroom. Then I could trace back the problems.

When he was finishing up in February, there were other minor things that he did not finish properly - but I got so exhausted that I said I will take care of those small issues - like missing skutchings in 3 places, damaged paint at two places in the hall bathroom.

I have been trying to call him since April 2015. I must have called 50 times and sent 20 text messages over the last 3 months. I got hold of him only once in April and he asked me to call back later that day, which he of course did not respond. So right now, he does not even pick up my phone or respond to my text messages.

Being a licensed plumber, I thought I can rely on him for the job. Since I have paid him for the full job, I expected him to do it properly.

Couldnt be more pleased with my kitchen faucet installation. The company was very courteous from the phone call to the installation.

Recommend Jim Virgin, owner of J&S Plumbing.  Had a leaking shower valve, drip drip, drip.  Jim came in assessed the situation and promptly went into repair mode.  He ended up ripping out some of the pex line to remove the valve and retighten the fitting that was leaking.  He then replaced it with copper. No more dripping!. The price he charged for 2 hrs service,and parts was more than fair. Went out of his way to reassemble the shower hardware and test the system to look for additional leaks,. Thankfully none were found

Trevor is just one of the best!! We had some serious pipe damage between Christmas and New Year's and we'd worked with him in the past for some other plumbing jobs, so we messaged him and his response was nearly immediate. He's fast, reliable, on time always, and FAIR with his pricing. He got our plumbing woes fixed in what honestly felt like no time, and he helped us understand not only how we got to where we were in the first place, but how what he did would prevent it from occurring again. I cannot recommend him and this awesome local business enough!! When in doubt, go local, call the local plumber; you won't regret a second.

From the quote to the install, this company has been fantastic to work with!  The owner did my quote - zero pressure, no gimmicks. The quote was the most competitive priced quote we received.

Scheduling was a breeze, the crew arrived at 8:45, as promised, on the nose!  Two super professional installers, extremely nice, took down our old hot water heater and furnace and reinstalled new, cleaned up after themselves, walked us through everything.

Just fabulous!  Highly recommend!

I hired Jack L Woods Plumbing to fix my hot water heater (pilot light was going off from time to time). The tech came out and replaced a part, was courteous, charged my credit card and left me an itemized receipt. The next morning the hot water wasn't working again. I called Jack L Woods and the same tech came out. This time he fooled around for about an hour, came out and said it was fixed. He left without any mention of a charge, receipt or payment. The following day I received a phone call from the company stating that I owed them another $200 for labor and parts. When I questioned the charge and explained how the tech did not communicate what he was working on or that a charge would be associated he laughed and said what you think it was going to be free?
I think this company has bad customer service practices and I will not be hiring them again. Too bad because they were my family's go-to plumber for many years.

Don't bother calling if you live outside Westerville. Called asking for service on the city's northwest side, and was abruptly told they don't come out to this area.

I was living in a friend's house while she was gone for two years and she requested I use Muetzel, so I had a couple unremarkable experiences with them then but decided to call them when my sink was leaking because I wasn't sure if it was my dishwasher, garbage disposal, pipes or what.  They were able to come the same day and immediately confirmed it was the disposal.  The guy was friendly, helpful, and when my toilet water supply line burst while he was there (what are the odds?) he quickly helped me get it under control and both gave me a quote for that and explained how to fix it myself.  I would definitely use them again.

These guys (Justin) came out on a day's notice to fix my leaky disposal. Fast, efficient and friendly. I'd definitely use them again.

Water heater problems
Just moved into my house in Plain City.
Called Henry over at Plain City Plumbing.
He remembered installing the water heater when it was brand new. (Also he had a sticker on it)
He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering.
I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more. Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for.

Look no further for a plumber! Weeks Plumbing is absolutely exceptional. They are friendly, honest, professional and expertly repaired my leaking water mainline at a fair price. Very impressive indeed!

Emailed this company to get a quote for installing a sink in my garage. After being told from them that they don't like installing them, they said I would have to install a heater for my garage.  This isn't my first rodeo with winterizing bathrooms and sinks as I grew up in New England.  After several emails back and forth they finally agreed to come out and quote me.  I took a 1/2 day off from work and the company confirmed the date and time twice but never showed up! No email or any other communication.

I guess they are not interested in my business.

Very bad service, worked on our pool, no project oversight, constant arguments, no schedule to be finished, agreed on work the day before and every time they deviated cutting corners and caused damage they are refusing to fix, Plumbing work (which they should know how to do) was very strange and didn't work... do they understand how pressure works? Plumbing had to be redone. Still no schedule to finish, not returning calls. Avoid if possible
