Joe repaired our leaking jacuzzi. It took quite a bit of detection to locate the problem but Joe never gave up. He installed a new toilet as well. I will always call W &W Plumbing for any future problem I have.

Tony was fantastic!  Same day service on my sump pump, and very reasonable.  The communication via e-mail, phone and text was the best I have ever experienced with any contractor.  Top notch.

Chapman Drainage and Basement Repair Plumbing Service
I found water seeping into the basement. Jeremy came out and did a thorough inspection of the entire exterior drainage system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain how my drainage system worked and detailed the job to correct the problem. His crew was prompt and courteous and completed the job quickly without disturbing much of the landscaping outside of the trench for the new drain pipe. The wall is nice and dry now!

Capital City Mechanical Plumbing Service
Capital City Mechanical helped fix a troublesome situation involving the installation of my dishwasher. Something was done poorly with the line from the washer to my sink when it was initially installed, and Home Depot - the originally installer, refused to fix their mistake.

CCM came to my rescue - why is this noteworthy? Because a lot of plumbers don't want to mess with appliances, and a lot of appliance places refuse to work with plumbing. Seriously. I wouldn't wish this specific situation on my worst enemy.

This company threaded the needle of being able to assist me with both for a reasonable price. Cannot wait to use them for future needs as required.

John and Chris were able to eliminate my drain problem in a short amount of time, I had one of the other local companies here first, but they wanted 3x the money to fix the same issue! I'll definitely be using John and the team at Plumbing and Drain Professionals from now on! Thank you for taking care of my plumbing!

The Drainworks Plumbing Service
I contacted Drainworks last week(Wednesday)to see if I had something going on with a drainpipe. They came to my home right away to tell me that there was a huge issue but someone else would be coming to give me an estimate because Jason was not the person to give estimates. He was very prompt, kind, and courteous. Jim contacted me later the same day to set up an appointment to have the general manager to come out, survey the issue and write and estimate and that he would email me my estimate on Monday, the following week. Ok. All was agreed. Monday, no one came to my property so I am an understanding person and figured I'd give it another day. It is now Tuesday. Still no one to come survey my property to write up an estimate. I contacted Jim at the office and he state that this general manager did write up the estimate but that he must have sent it to the wrong email address. I made sure he had the correct email address. Its 8:30 pm and I still not not have any email with an estimate and have also checked my spam folder. I now feel it's best to do buisness with another company because they are either extremely busy or downright unprofessional.

Foust Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
My wife and I moved to Plain City in June and needed a plumber for a water heater leak. We like to use local companies when possible and found Foust. We called and got an appointment setup the following business day and our issue was a non-emergency. David was the technician that came to the house the following day and he did a great job throughout the day and went from leak inspection to installed & fully functional water heater the same day. I recommend Foust - they did a great job for us.

The Service People Plumbing Service
Our home warranty called The Service People to replace a water heater that was leaking.
Tony did a wonderful job, and even cleaned up before leaving.
I would give them 5 stars, except for the $175 permit fee that was charged, when the permit fee in Pickerington is only $60. I understand adding a little bit to the permit fee as an administrative costs but near 3 times the fee is outrageous.
When I called the office administrator about it, she said it was decided by the technician, when I asked Tony about it, he said it was decided by the office, leaving messages for an explanation of the difference resulted in no-one responding. Finally I asked the home warranty company to find out for me, and they got a similar vague answer.
Conclusion, they will do an awesome job for you, BUT if there are any permits needed, take a minute to call your municipal/city office beforehand so they can't pull a quick one on you.

McAtee Plumbing Heating & Cooling Plumbing Service
The technician that came by to inspect our external water pips for any leaks, arrived in the scheduled time frame. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He was very thorough in his inspection and gave us a very thorough brief on his inspection results, which ultimately provide us with enough information to make an informed next step. Thank you!

Baumann Plumbing Plumbing Service
If you are in need of a plumber, please give them a call!  They are highly professional, do not push to fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed and have extremely reasonable prices.  They were also able to get us on the schedule for 2 days after we called.  Everyone else was 2+ weeks.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus Plumbing Service
We experienced a major plumbing problem in early March where our toilets backed up and were rendered useless. We had Mr. Rooter come out to assess the problem and hired them to resolve them issue. To make a long story short our cast iron sewer pipes had bottomed out and had to be replaced with PVC from inside the home to the street. This required a complete breakout from our stack on one side of the basement to the other, then under the footer to the main sewer line at the street. They gentlemen who performed breakout and clean up in the basement did an exemplary job. In fact, he came back on his day off to help us re-lay the carpet that had to be pulled back to perform the work.

The issue we have now is what has developed from the condition the dig crew left our front yard. I was told by the Project Manager they would leave the front yard at a level grade that we could cultivate and re-seed ourselves. We were in agreement with this and would take care of everything from that point forward. However, that's not what occurred. The dig crew had re-seeded and laid down hay when they had completed their work. They told me I could start watering as you would when planting any new grass and the ground would start to resettle as from the dig as new grass grew. So, we started watering and after a few weeks no notable new grass had grown. We removed the hay to have a look only to discover the ground was an uneven mound of rock-hard clay with back hoe tread marks the entire length of the dig. Nothing but weeds could grow here so we tried to till the area however, the tiller bounced of the clay. Also, an 18-inch sink hole from settlement of the dig starting at the foundation of our home out 25 feet into the yard with 4-inch cracks on each side. This is getting worse each time it rains. We paid a premium dollar for Mr. Rooter to perform this work. Other than re-seeding the lawn, we had no expectation of any additional cost we would incur to right any of their work on the backend. However, as it turned out, they did not leave our front yard at level grade that we could cultivate and re-seed ourselves. As a result, we are left with the inconvenience and cost of hiring a landscaping crew to cultivate and fill in the area so we can re-plant new seed.

Chris Plumbing Service Plumbing Service
I am 74 with special child 48, my experience with Chris Plumbing was Unprofessional and Chris DID NOT do any work, yet led me to believe he fixed my problem. 11-7-16 I called Chris Plumbing about water ring around toilet, Chris said he had a job shortly but could stop and give me a free estimate.  Came in flip flops, and shorts, no paperwork,I took him to son's upstairs bathroom, Chris jumped up and down said I needed new floor wood rot. I told him I did not need a new floor as I had a new wood floor, toilet, sink, painted in less that two years ago, then Chris said he would take the toilet off and check everything out.

Came downstairs in 5 minutes said plumbing fine everything ok but had time to fix it. Went to truck came back with no tool box went up stairs.

Came down in 10 minutes said it would be $100.00, asked if I could take the discount listed on his ad, Chris said he already did that it was $100.00.

My son's caregiver was up stairs the first five minutes, came down went to the basement to get laundry, when Jim came up I was writing the check for Chris thinking Chris did work. I walked to the truck with Chris as he did not give me an invoice and I thought he would write me one, Chris reached into his truck and gave me his business card, no last name, no address, picture of a women and two kids, could hardly read phone #. Chris said he had been listed with Westland Messenger for years and if he get one complaint they will drop his ad, no need to worry gave 30 day warranty which I noted on the check.

Two days later On 7-9-16 I went up stairs to see if my son made his bed. There was water all over the bathroom floor, being by myself I put towels all over the floor. Went down stairs and looked up Chris Plumbing on my iPad. There was a review on Chris Plumbing back in 2011 almost the same as what happened to me, they said Chris said he would come three times to check out his problem and never came, with that I called another Plummer.

They  came right away, Had to snake line, said bad blockage way down, they did fix my problem. If Chris did anything Chris would have found the blockage as well. They charged $114.00 but did do the work. I called Chris and told him I wanted my money back, he said he did not trust me, I hung up.

Sent Chris Plumbing in Galloway a CERTIFIED LETTER asking for my $100.00 they would not sign for the letter. I reported this to Westland Messinger and the BBB.

I feel Chris Scamed me when I told him I did not need a new floor, to take advantage of a 74 year old lady when all he would have had to do was snake the line blockage.

I tell my story so others may not be taken in 15 minutes, I feel like a fool, my son's caregiver told me he could not have done anything in such a short time, said people like this should be stopped. That is why I wrote this, it is the principle of thing, shame on you Chris.

K & D Plumbing Plumbing Service
DO NOT PUNISH YOURSELF BY HIRING K&D PLUMBERS.  There are far too many honest, reliable, competent, and hard working plumbers for you to waste your money on this crew.

If you want to feel like a second class citizen, use K&D Plumbing.  David and team were hired to do several plumbing jobs on my house addition.  David's communication with me and my general contractor was horrible and virtually nonexistent.  David would regularly not return calls / messages and failed to follow through on several critical items (i.e., permit coordination) that caused significant delays in the project.  His failure to talk to the paying customer and follow through on promises also caused delays throughout the project.  To cap it all off, David sent one of his plumbers to change out a natural gas feed line to a fireplace.  His plumber had installed it previously, but his work FAILED the City's inspection.  David regularly pulled his plumber from scheduled dates to fix this poor work.  Upon completion of this last bit of work, David overcharged me by $95 for an hour of labor that his plumber did not work.  He agreed to me not having to pay for the 1 hour his employee did not work on my job, but he never sent an adjusted invoice.  In the flurry of paying several trades for their services on my home, I mistakenly overpaid David the $95 for the 1 hour not really worked.  I contacted him quickly to notify him of the error, but he had already cashed my check.  I requested a refund for that overage.  He told me that he 'deserved' the extra money and refused to refund it.  Eventually, he agreed to send me a $95 check.  Well, that date came and went without me receiving a check or hearing a word from David.  After a couple weeks, I again attempted to contact David to inquire about the money and refund.  He told me that he has no intention of returning my money and that it was my problem since I wrote the check.  There is a term for someone who makes promises and does not keep his word.  There is also a term for someone who takes things, in this case nearly $100, that is not rightfully theirs.

T & R Plumbing Plumbing Service
Mrs. B., 01/08/2016Edit

We are a military family and on a tight budget. I have home warranty to avoid any unexpected home repair expense. My warranty company first American hired T & R Plumbing located 3841 Richard Avenue, Grove City OH 43123, Mr. Rocky (the owner) to repair my garbage disposal. He made an appointment and never showed. I took a day off from work to be there and no plumber. I finally got ahold of Mr. Rocky (the owner and person who made the appointment with me) and he told me that he totally forgot about the appointment. So, we schedule another appointment and again, this clown never show or had the decency to call me. Again, I called and texted him and after constant begging, he sets another appointment. This time he showed, asked for the $65 service fee before he did anything and once I gave him the money, he proceeded to check the garbage disposal (turn the switch on and off and loosing up something under the sink) and tells me that he will call me back Monday to set new appointment to replace the unit. He was barely 10 minutes in my home and left a mess in my kitchen and a non functional sink ( my sink is leaking water). Now I have a sink I can't used and no garbage disposal). Monday comes and no call or sign from this clown. Tuesday I called him and he never calls back, I called and left several messages and texted him and nothing. After trying and trying, I left him another message letting him know I was calling the warranty company and he then called be back . He told me that he was super busy and did not have the time to deal with this, after begging and pleading , he agrees to set an appointment. No surprises, he never showed. Again, calls and calls and he sets another appointment (the last appointment was 12/21/15 (4 days before Christmas). the appointment was for 12/21 between 1 and 4 pm. I texted him the day of the appointment to remind him and called him. Well, 4 pm came and went and no plumber (he is consistently unreliable), I called him at 4 pm and asked him where he was. called him again and finally got ahold of him around 5 pm, and he told me that he was in Dayton and had 3 other service call ahead of me and he will get to my place when he get there. My place is in Blacklick, Columbus and he was in Dayton and was still in the middle of a service call with 3 more service call ahead of me and it was already after 5 pm. He told me that he wont be able to get to me (again) and if I did not like it (he used foul language which I wont repeat here) , i can F**** call the warranty company and them send someone else.
The original service call was placed mid-November 2015, it is now January 7, 2016 (over70 days) and I have no garbage disposal and a sink that is leaking water. The warranty company already paid him for all of the work and they cant do anything but have this absolute irresponsible and scammer plumber finish the job which he hasn't. Please avoid this scammer, he is the worst plumber I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He is a scammer and created more repair problems than was originally needed. I lost several days off work, the $65 service fee and the use of my sink and still no garbage disposal. If I could give him minus 1 star, I would, too bad the lowest option here is 1 star. This Mr. Rocky is the worst plumber ever.
