My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

Exceptional service!  My kitchen sink backed up on a Thursday evening and I spent Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday morning trying to clear.  Getting nowhere I called and left a message for Drainbusters on Saturday afternoon in the hopes of  trying to get someone to call me back on early Monday and get me on the schedule.  They actually called me back on Sunday and had me on the schedule for Monday.  Ian arrived with the professional tools and got the sink back up and flowing in no time.  The price was very reasonable as well.  I would not hesitate to contact them again if there happen to be future issues.

Sit back and relax and let me tell you about the absolutely amazing experience I had with the amazing people behind Ohio Water Heaters (OWH).

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Choosing OWH to help me with my water heating (and some light plumbing) needs was a slam dunk win decision!

I gladly recommend McDermott with five stars. This week, the company came out when our washer's drain pipe was backing up and overflowing onto the basement floor. Another company had previously said our drain might have concrete in it and the floor needed to be completely broken up. That would have cost thousands of dollars. Michael from McDermott snaked the pipe and fixed it pronto, never suggesting concrete in the pipe. (He said it was just typical gunk.) McDermott is honest, reasonable and Michael is very nice and easy to work with (and he's a dog person, so our dog loved him!). McDermott also has installed a water heater for us in the past and took care of a leaky dishwasher.

I would've given them a higher rating for replacing my garbage disposal but I've now had to call them back twice due to leaks around it. They have come quickly back out however so I guess that's worth something.

My family and I have just moved to the Columbus area from Chicago and one of the hardest things when you move is trying to find good reliable services.    It was actually my painter that found A. Mann Plumbing.  (They were at a neighbor's house and he took the number down for me)

Based on their ratings here I decided to give them a call.    My father lives with us and one of the main reasons that I bought the house I did is that the basement has a large portion of it finished with a walk out to the backyard.   However I did not want him to climb the stairs to the main level (where the washer and dryer are) while carrying a laundry basket.   Thus I wanted a washer and dryer installed in the unfinished portion of my basement.    (So NEW water line and NEW gas line)

They came out - on time - to take a look and quote me a price.  He took the time to walk me through how he would do it, why he chose the location for the appliances that he did, and how easy it would be to tie right into the existing gas line.  (Remember - this is the unfinished part of the basement so everything was already exposed)   The price he quoted was EXTREMELY good and very fair.    

When it came time for installation there were no issues.  Everything was done that day and continues to work flawlessly.    (Please note that I purchased the appliances from Best Buy so they were the ones that did the actual appliance hook up)

I did have them come back to our home for sink / disposal issue.   They took their time and spent about 2 hours cleaning out the drains all the way to the curb.  The fee was only about 130.  When it happened again about 2 weeks later they came back - FREE OF CHARGE - to correct (it was our fault).   So now we know what not to do AND they fixed the issue without charting us.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

First time using Plumbing One. had a leaking copper pipe in the basement and the outdoor spiket was leaking. Jacob fixed both items pretty quickly. Price was good. I would definitely use Plumbing One again.

We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes.  Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that.  But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.

These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come.  Not a rush, so it took about a week.  They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency.  Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats.  He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes.  60 year old house, so many had come loose or had one screw, and the washer installers had messed with things a bit at that end.  No noise now.  

Price was reasonable.  Glad it turned out to be a relatively easy fix.  Definitely keeping them in mind for next time.

VERY friendly technicians who do a great job at an affordable price.  We have been in need of a plumber 3 times in the past 6 weeks and we've used Eco Plumbers each time.  We have found our new, go-to plumbers.

These guys are great! Jeff came out to inspect my parent's plumbing concerns last week. Not only did he not charge them because there wasn't serious problem, he gave them advice on the issue at hand, as well as some advice for his other plumbing concerns. So I decided to give them a call this week regarding some issues I had with my basement drain. Jeff came to my house as well and proceeded to give me great advice on multiple plumbing issues.  I have a house that is about 100 years old so the plumbing can be interesting to say the least.  When Jeff had a question about what would work best, Tim said he would swing by and consult. I had them both here for probably 20 minutes more and we came up with a solution.  They also fixed another issue I had been dealing with regarding my sewage lines.  I'm waiting for a call back regarding the estimate but I have to say my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been fantastic, for both myself and my parents. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, what a great experience this has been.

I was thrilled with Hesson plumbing from the first call about replacing my water heater. David was polite and professional. He was patient and respectful while I checked prices. They arrived on time installed the water heater, and left nothing behind. Hesson's is now in my contacts as my plumber for any future needs.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

STAY AWAY!  Called Emergency Plumbing on 31 Dec 22 for an emergency repair to a burst pipe.  Charged an exorbitant amount of $504.00 to fix one burst pipe.  Three days later PuroClean comes in to do the remediation work and reports the pipe is still dripping.  I call emergency plumbing back now they are trying to charge me $389.00 for what I already paid $504.00 for.  $389.00 for a customer satisfaction visit and to repair their own shoddy work.  STAY AWAY!  Add to the fact that they have never sent me a bill for the follow up work, but have sent it to collection with a threat to destroy my credit.

UPDATE:  Emergency Plumbing offered to let me only pay $189 for them doing nothing, or to fix their prior shoddy workmanship. They admit that their employee spent 1 hour and 2 min for the follow up.  It does not take a trained plumber this long to find that there is no leak, so their employee must have been fixing the shoddy workmanship previously performed.  That is on them.

They came with smiles on their faces! They helped us with a leak under the toilet! It took them no more than 10 minutes!. Awesome!

Came the same day I called. Tim was great. Nice guy and didn't mind answering my novice questions. Work was thorough an speedy. Will definitely call them again when I need them.

CLB Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were everything I wanted in a plumber...offered thorough explanation, clean, professional, and dependable. I will be using again if anything else comes up.
