My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

The guys at Buckeye plumbing were great to work with. They called the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm when they would be able to swing by. They helped listen to my concerns and provide recommendations on what needed to be fixed as well as what could be left as-is. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts so that everything could be completed right there. Quick, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quality work. Would not hestiate to use them again for any future needs.

Professional, friendly and prompt. Got an appointment same day.  Job ended up costing exactly what I was quoted. Would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

I would've given them a higher rating for replacing my garbage disposal but I've now had to call them back twice due to leaks around it. They have come quickly back out however so I guess that's worth something.

Called Mann Plumbing based on comments & ratings found on Yelp after I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from our previous residential plumbing company.

Needed Main Shut Off Valve replaced or repaired as it was starting to drip & weep after 20 years.  Robbie from Mann Plumbing arrived on time and was so professional and efficient, I was floored by the exceptional service.  I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work, but after Robbie diagnosed the real issue and offered a fix that would not drain my checking, I decided to have the work done on the spot.  I also felt that I could trust his opinion & honesty 100% that the work was not a band-aid, but rather a permanent fix that did not require a costly rebuild.  THANK YOU!  There is a marked improvement in how the valve feels now when I shut off the water to our house and no more weeping.  

The repair was so quick & perfect, I decided to ask about a couple of other minor issues I was having with a toilet and dripping Moen shower.  Robbie did not hesitate to look at both issues for me and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both other issues.  both additional issues were 100% repaired in under 30 minutes.  

This is a family owned local business and it shows.  They care about their customers well-being.  From scheduling the appointment, to getting a pre-appointment reminder, to final invoice, MANN PLUMBING gets an A+++.  I will not hesitate to call MANN PLUMBING first for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Suddenly water had backed up into my bathtub and I called G&M because I thought the roots had grown back.  Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and instead part of my pipes had collapsed due to age.  With the house being 60 years old, it was to be suspected.

G&M was able to handle the situation.  They transitioned from working inside my house to doing the outside work. They took care of getting the inspection from the city (don't want to hit the gas line!) to fixing the pipe to making sure everything was clean and back in order.  

Everyone I spoke with at G&M to handle this problem was professional and courteous.

Excellent swap from a tank to tankless system, highly recommend.  Communication was prefect from start to finish, no waiting around all day.  Their use of technology in communicating is equal to no other firm I've used to date.  Well done and thank you ECO Plumbers!

I called and made an appointment for the next day, the scheduler was thorough and the plumber showed up on time and made much needed repairs quickly.

The bill was on target with my over the phone estimate. If I were to need a plumber, this location and company would be my go-to.

Our water heater broke overnight and I needed someone to replace it ASAP.  I called several plumbers and eventually found Hesson Plumbers.  They came out within hours, did a quality installation and we couldn't be happier with their service and workmanship.  In the future, they will be the first people I call for all our plumbing and drain needs.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

STAY AWAY!  Called Emergency Plumbing on 31 Dec 22 for an emergency repair to a burst pipe.  Charged an exorbitant amount of $504.00 to fix one burst pipe.  Three days later PuroClean comes in to do the remediation work and reports the pipe is still dripping.  I call emergency plumbing back now they are trying to charge me $389.00 for what I already paid $504.00 for.  $389.00 for a customer satisfaction visit and to repair their own shoddy work.  STAY AWAY!  Add to the fact that they have never sent me a bill for the follow up work, but have sent it to collection with a threat to destroy my credit.

UPDATE:  Emergency Plumbing offered to let me only pay $189 for them doing nothing, or to fix their prior shoddy workmanship. They admit that their employee spent 1 hour and 2 min for the follow up.  It does not take a trained plumber this long to find that there is no leak, so their employee must have been fixing the shoddy workmanship previously performed.  That is on them.

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
