The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.

Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional, understood and fixed the issues with our toilets quickly, and the cost was far less than their original estimate!

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the  products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

Heard wonderful things from the local rotary club and Westerville Chamber of Commerce so I figured I would go with them over Rotorooter or some other big guy. I scheduled the service for 2 weeks out (first available) and they said they would call between 12-4 when the plumber was headed to my house. They called to confirm my appointment the day before; the next day 4 pm came and went without any call.

I'm giving them 1 star because I had high expectations for this company and they let me down. Now I need to find a new plumber (and explain to my wife why our master shower still doesn't drain and we have to wait even longer to resolve the issue).

Plumbing one came out to help us in a pinch. They were knowledgeable, quick, and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.

Had a Hot Water Tank replaced by G & M.  Courteous, arrived on time, completely cleaned up their work area when they were done.  A quality job and at a fair price.

I had a water pipe burst during the cold front 2 weeks ago. Being a new home owner, I was a bit panicked. I called numerous plumbers thru out Columbus, who were no doubt all swamped with similar issues, but Eco Plumber was by far the most accommodating to my and their busy schedule. Roselyn, their secretary, was so very sweet and a delight to talk to. Braun, the plumber who came out, was very informative and helpful, and just an all-around nice guy. The entire staff was very professional, prompt, and kind. A lot can be said for the care they take in doing their job. No doubt I will be returning to Eco Plumbers for any future plumbing needs.

My neighbor down the street gave this company a recommendation. I trust her opinion so I decided to give them a try.

Over the past few years I've had them:
Unclog a bathroom sink.
Had them provide opinion on repair of a double walled pedestal sink. (Repair vs Replace)
Flush the hot water heater (and show me how to do it).
Look at a leaking toilet tank.

They are always professional and always helpful. Their prices have been reasonable too!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

I've used Emergency Plumbing a couple of times in the last 18 months. Once to replace and relocate an expansion tank in my basement and then to reconnect some gas lines. They were friendly and professional, did a great job, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their quote was significantly less than the quote from Amanda Plumbing, another local plumbing company.

I've used Amanda plumbing on three occasions this year, and their work has been outstanding! Their technicians are extremely polite and professional, and I would recommend them for any plumbing need.

CLB Plumbing gave me a quick response to an issue I was having with a leak from my bathtub/shower to my kitchen below. Tech came out diagnosed the problem within twenty minutes.   He went and got the part and an hour later problem solved. Answered several questions during the process and gave some recommendations on another issue.  I highly recommend!
