Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.

The people at Babbert's strive to do a great job and ensure success on any job they are involved in.  A company with no outside sales or advertising and are always busy.  The service side for septic will do what they can to ensure things get taken care of and genuinely feel for customers when they have emergencies that cause nasty things to happen with their septic and sewer.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. Two year old water heater went cold over the weekend. Called a plumber referred to us by a neighbor who was nice enough to let us know they didn't usually service our brand (AO Smith).  Found Bozman on AO Smith website, and were delighted with service.  They checked to see if the WH was still under warranty (it was), arrived on time the same day and had it fixed in 30 minutes.  Our service tech Chad was great, and the cost very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

We used Fritz Baumann when we chose to have gas brought into our house both Blair who provided the quote and the workers were great.  Even the Columbia Gas tech mentioned that they did a good job.  Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called for service on a leaking shower and was told he couldn't get out today and  he hung up.  Horrible service!!

They had great customer service and they were extremely reliable. Very fast and friendly got the job done when other couldn't! I dealt with Mike he is very good a what he does and it shows. I give them two thumbs up and would recommend them over anybody great customer service!

Martin and his wife did an excellent job on the minor work done in my guest bathroom.  I like their honesty and ability to let you know up front what is needed and not needed.   They work for you not just for the money.  We need more professional and honest people like this couple.   Because Mr & Mrs Plumbing can do a variety of work I will be calling on them again because of their friendliness and honesty.  I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well.  Thanks a bunch!

I used Waterworks to replace my sewer line, install a sump pump and roughs ins for a bathroom, and wet bar in my basement.  The sales person was very professional during the bid process and gave us a good price for the work. The sales person was also honest about the urgency of some of the work which was not the case with some of the other contractors we spoke to. However once they started the work we had a number of problems. First they put the sink in the wrong location 2 times despite the fact that we had marked the location for them on the wall with permanent marker. Next, they called and told me that they had finished the work. However, when I came home I found that crucial parts of the project had not been touched and they left the basement looking like a mud pit. Finally, to top it all off they got a tool stuck in my sewer line on a Friday and had to shut off my plumbing for the weekend until they could get a permit to dig up the alley behind my house to get the tool out. After all these issues they were fair with me in issuing me a credit for the work but it wasn't worth the headache. A year and a half later my basement flooded when my sump pump failed due to the check valve not being installed properly. When I asked them to come out and look at the sump pump they told me they had no record of them installing a sump pump at my house!  I would never recommend using this company even if they give you the best price. I think they are honest and ethical which is great but unfortunately those qualities can't cover up technical incompetency and bad record keeping.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
