Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.
I have been working with him on projects from unclogging drains to my sump pump waste pipe. He is very honest and reasonable with pricing.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.

The people at Babbert's strive to do a great job and ensure success on any job they are involved in.  A company with no outside sales or advertising and are always busy.  The service side for septic will do what they can to ensure things get taken care of and genuinely feel for customers when they have emergencies that cause nasty things to happen with their septic and sewer.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. DO NOT USE!!!  I called Bozman to come out and fix a leak at the curb box caused by a valve.  He did not make a service call, yet charged me for one.  He also overcharged me for labor, the most laughable charge being that it took two grown men to fill in a hole that was the size of a coffin an hour and a half, with a track hoe.  He then hit my line while digging up the curb box, which he did fix.  However, he made a huge deal about my ENTIRE service line needing replaced soon as the material was old and I should just take care of it now before I had a big issue.  Surprise, Surprise...not five months later in the exact same spot that he had dug up, the line breaks.  When I say breaks, it didn't burst like a typical water line would, but it was very cleanly snapped in two.  I obviously had a different plumber come out this time and he even noted that water lines DO NOT break like that and he suspected that the line had been tampered with previously.  This man is a crook who not only pads his invoices and overcharges but he also creates work so he need to come back out.  FRAUD.

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.

To quote my mom. I'm in love!  Limes Plumbing - 3 guys-Started at eight am and finished at Eleven-thirty.  Great guys, took care of every plumbing issue! not over estimate of quoted work.  I can do laundry with no problem, simple turn-on faucet out side, can turn on shower without yanking my elbow out of socket, repaired my bathroom faucet handles, other bathroom faucet handles, unstuck garbage disposal.  Woo-ee!  A+

Btw:  we have leveraged him a couple of times too. Very great full of his work

I called and instead of sending a tech, they talked me through it over the phone.  Took 2 minutes, and saved me a lot of money since it was the weekend.  Will be using them when it is something I can't handle.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.  Plumbers called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time to fix a clogged sink.  Very helpful guys and really know what they are doing.  Would definitely recommend and use again.  My service was in Grove City called Monday evening for service and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning.  Can't ask for anything better. Definite 5 stars.

WW came to my house and the plumber was on the phone talking to customer service about how to repair the hot water tank.    WW came back to replace a $400 part.  I also had them replace some PVC piping with copper pipe while they were here and was charged $1,100.  36 hrs later I lost hot water again.  I called WW to just replace the HWT.  They arrived and I asked if I would get the $400 refund for the part installed 36hrs ago, I was told no.  I said they could make $400 or $3000 for a new HWT,  said no again (fortunately).   I hired a different plumber to install the new HWT.  He had to correct some of what the WW plumber did wrong.  I saved $800 with the new plumber and everything was done correctly.  I asked the new plumber what he would charge for replacing the PVC pipe with the copper that WW did.  The new plumber said he would charge $450 for the same copper installation.  Plain and simple WW are theves and have no business sense.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
