Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

The people at Babbert's strive to do a great job and ensure success on any job they are involved in.  A company with no outside sales or advertising and are always busy.  The service side for septic will do what they can to ensure things get taken care of and genuinely feel for customers when they have emergencies that cause nasty things to happen with their septic and sewer.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

This the second time I've used their services and once again, I'm a very happy customer!  I spoke to Jason and Brandon on the phone & they were both incredibly helpful. Today is Thursday - water was pouring out from under my kitchen sink and the earliest appointment I could get was on Monday.  I was told that they would squeeze me in sooner if they found time in the schedule.  With a big, busy family, I was dreading a weekend without access to my kitchen sink, but they managed to get someone out here the same day, which was over-the-top customer service.  Rick was my plumber and he certainly knew his stuff.  He was fast, efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. Rick was also very good at explaining the problem and told me how we could prevent it in the future. I consider them my forever plumbing company and will call them for all future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Horrible customer service. They  charged me 152 dollars for a free estimate and then told me they couldn't fix the issue. I tried calling them about it and they were so rude on the phone and hung up on me. They also treated me like I was stupid at my house and knew nothing just because I was a girl. Very disappointing.

I'd review them twice if it would get them ten stars.
Don Limes does business like a true gentleman. He's conscientious, good on his word and stands by his work. He installed two frost-resistant faucets for us. One ended up leaking so he came back out, took both of the spigots off and replaced them with a better quality spigot for no additional charge.
He spent an hour and a half on his knees in our bathtub on one occasion repairing that spigot after our son had accidentally broke off. He used a dental mirror to survey the damage inside the wall and was able to repair it without tearing out the tile wall.

I made an appointment to have my gas stove connected. The appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM. No body showed up, and I did not receive a phone call informing me that the plumber would be delayed. I called the company at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM to inquire about when the plumber would show up. Each time the receptionist told me someone would be calling me with an ETA. I never received a call. I called them one last time at 4 PM and the call went straight to VM. Terrible customer service, I highly recommend using another company.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

This plumber is a joke and doesn't stand behind his work!! Came out to do a repair which failed within 2 days of work being competed and paid for.  When contacted for them to come and look at it again.....
They lied that they had been given instruction not to do additional work while on site. Refused to come and take a look at their own work without charging additional fees 48hrs after being paid!!!! I refuse to pay them to again to perform the same service that was supposedly just done and called another plumber. Do not trust them with any jobs, use anyone but these guys!

Horrible service. Gave me a 4 hour window and after waiting for 5.5 hours (1.5 longer than the window), I had to call and cancel. I called multiple times and they said I was next but couldn't tell me when. Beyond annoying. Never again.

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show.  lost money and ended up with broken pipe.  Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls.  Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
