Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.
They are honest and knowledgable. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

I was given the names of three plumbers by Angie's list to help with a problem of water on my driveway.  Two gave me a free estimate.  The third, Jim Bozeman came out and had multiple vague theorys of what the problem was and immediately charged me $100.00 just to give me an estimate!  He also demanded immediate payment which I gave him.
His actual assessment of the cause of the problem was incorrect.  And his estimate was much higher than the plumber who fixed the problem several days later.
After that experience, I quit Angie's List!

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.

I'd review them twice if it would get them ten stars.
Don Limes does business like a true gentleman. He's conscientious, good on his word and stands by his work. He installed two frost-resistant faucets for us. One ended up leaking so he came back out, took both of the spigots off and replaced them with a better quality spigot for no additional charge.
He spent an hour and a half on his knees in our bathtub on one occasion repairing that spigot after our son had accidentally broke off. He used a dental mirror to survey the damage inside the wall and was able to repair it without tearing out the tile wall.

I made an appointment to have my gas stove connected. The appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM. No body showed up, and I did not receive a phone call informing me that the plumber would be delayed. I called the company at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM to inquire about when the plumber would show up. Each time the receptionist told me someone would be calling me with an ETA. I never received a call. I called them one last time at 4 PM and the call went straight to VM. Terrible customer service, I highly recommend using another company.

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.  Plumbers called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time to fix a clogged sink.  Very helpful guys and really know what they are doing.  Would definitely recommend and use again.  My service was in Grove City called Monday evening for service and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning.  Can't ask for anything better. Definite 5 stars.

seemed to go ok at first. I had already used some liquid plumber gel product and while that seemed to help, it didn't solve my problem. shower and bathtub cleared up.
The problem I ran into them with was one of the sinks, as I tested them before leaving. the smaller bathroom (master bedroom) sink was draining very slowly still.  I asked them to come and take another look. they said they did as much as they could, and that I should buy a new faucet to remedy the problem. I said, um....ok.... they would charge maybe $100 to install. the argument was that the hardware under the sink needed to be replaced in order for the drain to work properly.  So I bought a $52 Moen faucet from Menards, and asked my handyman to come install it (much cheaper)...He said I didn't really need a new faucet, just cleaning out the drain, which he did in about 20-25 minutes.  it just required some down and dirty clearing out of sludge from the piping under the sink. and sure enough: sink now drains normally/quickly.  So I returned the faucet to Menards, then really wondered if the Waterworks employee really wanted to do this part of the drain unclogging, or had just had enough and didn't want to really dig in. perhaps he honestly thought installing a new faucet would work....but that wasn't needed, as my experience shows!  It was not inexpensive to have them do what they did ($282),and the bathtub and shower basin were fixed.  disappointed.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
