Best Plumbing Services in New York

My kitchen sink was clogged bad, water would not go down and needed a plumber asap.   Called, left a message and Jimmy returned my call at a reasonable time frame.  Explained my situation, he quoted me a good price that was better than the competition.  I want to add, that I sent another plumbing company on his way due to customer service skills the day before.  
718-S&D came within the hour and was on point.  Service was excellent and would highly recommend! No need to call anyone else.

I rarely give reviews but I felt 718 Sewer&Drain deserved it.

This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

These guys got things done right and fast! While other plumbers were still working on giving me a quote, BK were already at my place working on my project. When something related to the project came up a little later, they didn't hesitate to come back and make sure everything was in working order right away.

The faucet in my tub was spouting water while the shower was running.  It was a problem I had before.  I called and spoke to John and we arranged an appointment for the next day.  Angelo came and after he removed the knobs and probed inside the wall, he told me he could fix it but not completely stop some of the water dripping out of the faucet without pulling out tiles to replace the fitting from the knob into the connecting pipe along with the piece that connects them.  He was spot on as that was the advice I got when this happened once before some years ago.  Needless to say these are old fittings and since I can't get the tiles that would match the rest of the tiles in the tub area, I opted to have him correct the problem which he did.  The faucet still drops a little, but it very, very slight and much better than before.  Angelo arrived on time, was very polite, took off his shoes and was sure to ask if I could put something down in the tub before he stepped into it to do the work, which I did.  The last plumber I had just stepped into my tub with dirty shoes.  I really appreciate this kind of work and would no doubt call Hub again should I ever need any kind of plumbing work.

Chris did a great job with fixing a valve on my boiler. He took his time to explain how it works and what he needed to do. No further issues. Price quote was fair and accurate. I would absolutely use Intrepidus again.

Only thing I would like to point out is that, I never got the bill email I was promised or the drain cover photo or link email that will work better for me.

Had great experiences both times I've scheduled plumbing work with WaterMac. Very professional and reliable. They charge 60$ for an in person price quote, which is waived if you decide to get the work done with them. After getting several price quotes for the work I needed, the pricing seems very reasonable. I love that they give detailed price quote in writing before work is done. It's been difficult to find this kind of transparency with other plumbing companies I've hired in the past. Definitely recommend.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

MKC Plumbing is awesome! If I have any plumbing issue, I immediately call Kris. MKC Plumbing has been a life-saver on a few occasions for me and I never hesitate to call them. They don't try to nickle and dime people and they're super nice. I always have a great plumbing experience with them.

Yes, I agree with Belle M.  -- DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE FOR SMALL JOBS -- they send the hacks out to do them.  I had a small simple job (installing a mini radiator), they hire poorly trained people for these jobs -- the first attempt at install was totally screwed up, plus hustling behavior for the guy they sent out, then they charged me $500 for it. It's like they're using YOU for on-the-job training for their entry-level employees.

In general -- you're going to get screwed in the plumbing business because it's a licensed business that restricts competition.  But at least for $500 you should expect a simple job to be done right and professionally -- but don't expect that here.

SKETCHY. Went way over quote, didn't know about the coupon on YELP when I tried to redeem it, changed the final price several times. Did an incomplete job and had to come back two weeks later but then pretended like he wasn't the same guy who came the first time.

Got Shpat helping me out with 3 different plumbing issues in retail store. He response to my call quickly and charge fairly. All issue is clear and store manager all have positive feedback to his service.
Recommended and will continue call them for any other issue.

Called to have a toilet unclogged. Plumber arrived the same day and was finished in less than an hour. He reassured me the toilet would not clog again, and if I have any issues he would return to fix them. Highly recommended!

John was wonderful, extremely responsive/communicative/friendly. Can't say enough about his communication! And he worked with a kind of water heater that several other plumbers said they couldn't work with. I already intend to recommend him to others in my building.

Great all-around. They quickly replied to my Yelp message, request video of the problem (a faulty tub/shower water diverted) and were at my house within about 12 hours to fix it.

The did the job quickly, cleanly and at a very fair price.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
