We had an emergency and Vuksani got back to us quickly; within 30 minutes. As it was an emergency and I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket, I also called another plumber. The other plumber got back to us quicker which is why we went with them. But, I do appreciate the gentleman at Vuksani getting back to me as quickly as he did. I will definitely keep Vuksani on my short list for future plumbing needs.

Good work just too expensive. I would only call again if I am desperate and I can't get my usual plumber.  He is reliable and responsive.

Although Pipe Monkeys doesn't deal with hot water heaters or their replacements, they took time out of their evening to  help me prevent a flood in my basement. There was no request for compensation or a review. It is hard to find compassionate companies nowadays and to have someone understand the panic of a leak/flood while caring for a baby was surprising and comforting. If we ever need sewer or drain repairs, I will definitely call them again.

This is a family bussiness and the owner himself came to my place and handled a disastor another plumber charged me to fix and walked away.

Tim Golden hands is the best company to help with repairs and emergencies. Guzal and Artsem are very professional and responsive. Always providing clear communication and timely response. They were on time with their promised schedule. Very honest workers.

DOV Sewer and drain is superb! I had a clogged bathtub drain that was the bane of my existence. DOV was prompt, friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. Haven't had any issues since - highly recommend!

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Sergey fixed out leaky faucet and leaky tub spout. He changed the faucet and shower head. Everything was done right in a great amount of time, glad we found this service on yelp!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

I selected to contact Riverside Handyman Services after reading the excellent reviews. Sadly, I didn't get the same experience. Although the owner reached out twice (once via phone and the other time via text), he never responded to the texts after I sent him the pictures he requested. I always say, if you cannot do the job (or not interested), have at least the courtesy to say so, but the failure to respond is not professional.

When I went to turn on my outside water spigot to attach my garden hose for Spring watering and connecting a garden hose, I discovered there was a crack in the pipe. Water was spraying out of a seam in the pipe instead of filling up the garden hose. I sent out requests for quotes and Hassan responded within minutes.  I took a short video of the water spraying out of the pipe and sent it to him. Within a few text messages, we agreed on a price.  He showed up the next morning, right on time and fixed the problem efficiently.  He was very professional.  He also showed me the correct way to shut the water off in the Fall so that my pipe does not burst over the winter.  He did not make me feel foolish for not doing it correctly this past winter which caused the damage to the pipe.  I will use him again and I do not hesitate to recommend him.

An unreliable company that doesn't honor their warranties! Stay away!

I hired Peral to install a new vanity in my bathroom and fix my leaky kitchen faucet. They stood me up twice, for both appointments I had to call and ask where they were and they'd forgotten the appointment. The vanity was poorly installed with a very sloppy silicone job (photo attached) and it literally came off the wall after they left, also they reversed the hot/cold taps; they installed a new kitchen faucet and the one they put in had poor water pressure.

On their second visit to fix these things they said I had to buy another new faucet and they refused to honor their warranty because they said it wasn't their fault the first faucet was defective (even though they were the ones who sold it to me).

In addition to buying a second new faucet they wouldn't honor their 30 day warranty and tried to charge me $375 for their time over what I'd already paid for the initial installation (I complained and they dropped it to $300). John told me it was my fault they had to come back because you seemed happy with the vanity when we installed it, you didn't say anything was wrong until later that day I'm like yeah, because later that day is when it CAME OFF THE WALL.

Save your time and money and hire someone else.
