They answered my call in the middle of the night and offered their prices right up. They showed up with mask and even removed their shoes to enter the house. They are done in leas than 15 minutes. No hidden charges or anything. Worth every penny.

Called Sam about capping a pipe leading to an old bar I was getting rid of. He came and saw job wasn't as difficult as he thought it was over phone and charged me much less than estimate. That's honest! and the right thing to do. Did good job and I will call again.

I didn't actually use their service. The 5 stars is for how responsive and flexible they are. I called asking for same-day consultation and possibly service. I thought it was an emergency situation so Pipe Monkeys made it a priority even though it was just a free consultation-- they were on their way when the person doing the inspection changed their mind and said this is NOT AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. I was relieved, but I had to call and flip-flop on Pipe Monkeys.

I'm sure that was very frustrating, but they did not let on.

I'm pinning them to the top of my list if I ever have a real need arise. I really appreciate how responsive they were. Thank you.

This is a family bussiness and the owner himself came to my place and handled a disastor another plumber charged me to fix and walked away.

Don't be surprised if a simple work request that is stated they do,  is turned down without explanation as what happened to me.

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

Dov came and fixed an issue in my bathroom the same day we contacted him after trying to find others for over a month! He was polite, fast and efficient, arrived when he said he would and fixed everything perfectly. Thanks so much!

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

Christopher responded super quickly, came in the same day (beating the rush hour traffic) and helped fix a tough clogging problem in the bathroom with the tools available, and offered a very reasonable rate too. Would  definitely recommend.

Kirill did amazing work on a hookup for my portable dishwasher to the hot water line under my kitchen sink. It required multiple attachments and a complete redo of the dishwasher's hose system. Kirill was so great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I live in a single family, 101 year old house.  We moved into the house in June 2014.  

We have 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.  1 half bathroom, and 1 full bathroom are in the basement.  We never use the basement bathrooms.  

Today, while using the laundry machines in the basement, my wife noticed something really nasty coming out of the half bathroom.

We had a main line sewer clog, and every time any toilet was flushed in the entire house, it was getting backed up into the basement bathrooms.  We have two kids under 6.  We use the bathrooms a lot.  The smell in the basement had gotten so bad that it was like walking into a wall of crap.  It was nasty.  

I called these guys, and even though it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night, and they were in Manhattan, they came to Queens.  They were here in 45 mins.  They checked out the situation, which had gotten worse since the water had slowly seeped away and only the solid crud remained, and figure they could do the job that night.  

90 mins later they guys were done. The toilets all work.  All the bathrooms in the house are working.  They even cleaned up.  And not just like a surface clean, but they really got into it and cleaned.  

Two minutes after they left i checked one of the upstairs bathrooms - i should have checked before they left, but i totally forgot.  The toilet wasn't working.  it was still slow.  I called them, and they came back within five mins.  They checked the upstairs bathroom, found that it was an unrelated issue and fixed it.  No extra charge.  They just fixed it and went on their way.  Amazing.  

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, these guys will fix it.  They will fix it professionally, quickly, and cleanly.

As far as price is concerned, i thought they were perfectly priced.  No issues at all on that front.

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Great service came twice. Couldn't fix my flushometer but was very nice and tried everything.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.
