My water heater broke. I called Vuksani and a real person  actually answered the phone. I explained my problem and through FaceTiming my heater he was able to tell me how to turn the water off and told me he would call me back after checking to see if the specific water heater I needed was available. He called about 15 minutes later with two options and prices. They showed up an hour later  and installed the new heater and disposed of the old heater.
They were pleasant, extremely professional and worked quickly. Their price was very reasonable.

Requested for a quote and got a reply 3 days later. Didn't even answer my question...

Tim replaces a broken garbage disposal, secured a medicine cabinet door that was askew, and also adjusted the shower door in my condo.  He was receptive, friendly and very transparent in how he prices his jobs.  He also goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule. I will definitely be using Tim again for future jobs.  He's fantastic!

I asked for a kitchen sink strainer replacement quote, and Dov recommended that I replace the sink drain piping as well and asked for pictures. I sent Dov pictures of my kitchen sink piping and he estimated 300 labor, 40-75 parts for a complete strainer/piping replacement. He finished the job in 90 minutes and invoiced me 385+tax after the existing pipe placement caused difficulties. I tipped him an extra 20 on top of this for his professionalism. I chose Dov over a lower quote to avoid the uncertainty of hiring an unknown plumber which the lower quote entailed, and because his business has developed a reputation for honesty.

It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

Kirill is the best! Very competent, honest and reliable. What more could you ask for in a plumber? He installed my Paulina faucet in no time and fixed my radiator too (despite the process of getting the building to cooperate being a hassle, he was calm and understanding the whole time). As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. The problem was resolved on the fly and everything was operational within the hour. From the experience, if you need a reliable, quick, and friendly plumber: call joshua.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Initial response, yes..with price. Reached out a second time with questions and no response.

On Friday, April 17, 2020, I observed my hot water tank was leaking and began researching various plumbing companies in the tri-state area.  Friday evening, I reached out to John from JPeral Piping & Heating and began to communicate about the specs on a replacement tank.  On Saturday evening around 10 pm, John with his employees responded to my residence and immediately removed the old 40 gal hot water tank and replaced it with a A O Smith 75 gal hot water within two hours.  John and his employees are very efficient, exhibit great customer service, very respectful and work expeditiously. Anyone that is looking for very good plumbers and workers JPeral Piping $ Heating is your company.
