Being a first time homeowner it always feels like an episode of  This Old House. We noticed yesterday that the drain in our driveway had water backing up in it when we took a shower or ran the dishwasher. The sewage smell was also starting to creep out. Our neighbors had warned us that the previous owner hadn't really kept up with the upkeep and who knows what is going on under the basement. I called Pipe Monkeys and someone picked up right away. Explained the problem  which they thought might be a clog in the sewer line. Gave a fair quote and said someone would be at my home in 3 hours. Half hour later I get another call letting me know someone could be there in half an hour so I told them to come right over. He arrived promptly and went to work. The job took about 20 mins. When I asked about the pool of water that was sitting in the driveway drain he explained the water is flowing to the main sewer line so it's fine. He gave me the option of cleaning out that drain and cost. I agreed to it, but he warned me a few times that it might not be necessary so really wasn't pushy about upsell. I decided to do it just for peace of mind. When everything was done, he mentioned there was a clog in the trap and showed me how to fix the problem in the future and avoid a call to them in the future. Also told me I have a 3 month warranty for them to come back at no cost if problems persist. Great customer service and I would recommend them.

Michael is an absolute pro and a gem. I contacted him after our sink decided to start gurgling up what smelt and looked like sewage water and one of the handyman in our building who worked through 2 hours of sweat could not figure out how to fix it.

Left Michael a message, told him our building management are absolute dicks who will require us to have his COI before he comes. He sent it to us first thing in the morning, I forwarded to the super, as our building requires, and somehow the idiotic super still held him up for an hour. AN HOUR. After an hour, after absolutely nothing changed, he let him up.

Understandably, Michael was upset (as I would have been if I were home instead of my partner) because that's parking and costumer time that being wasted, but he still agreed to come up and took one look at the sink and knew exactly what the problem was.

Because of how sucky this building is, they built the pipes horrendously incorrectly so his best guess was that the handyman snaked the wrong pipe. Anywho...from what I hear, Michael came, imparted some wisdom, fixed the issue and left to save another home. As quick as that.

An absolute hero.

Got the job done as promised for the price promised. Communicated well and was punctual for his appointment.

Rob was courteous and professional, his price was fair and did an excellent job fixing the toilet leak (no more leak). It wasn't an emergency repair but he made himself available right away anyway. Can't recommend him enough.

Called in the early afternoon, arrived in the early evening and fixed the problem on the spot. Extremely fast turnaround and quick to respond to calls and texts. Accpets payment using the Cash app so no need to make an extra trip to the bank or ATM. Highly recommended!

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

My kitchen sink was leaking and had to take it into my hands to find a plumber. Christopher was fast to respond with availability the next morning and a reasonable rate. Came on time with all supplies and tools. He had the pipe replaced within an hour. Would highly recommend and keeping in contacts for any future issues.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Thankfully we found Krill's sink and shower and we are so grateful. Not only was Kirill super professional but he also made sure to very careful with our new bathrooms. Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job replacing ceiling fan. The website for the installations said that it would take approximately an hour but they were able to do it in 45 minutes.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

We had Riverside Handyman Services come again to replace the two toilets in our apartment. They were very professional, not disruptive, and had the toilets replaced in a few hours. We'll definitely be reaching out again for anything else we need done.

I'm almost afraid to give a five star review because I really love Hassan and his crew and don't want the secret to get out. Over the past year, they have helped with clogged drains, installing taps, diagnosing water drainage/leaks both in an interior room and roof gutters, as well as troubleshooting steam radiators. Not always available immediately but they come always when they say, and have always offered an accurate and logical range of what it might cost- even when that range might be big. Very responsive by txt/sms. Would recommend.

Needed a toilet replacement. They did it within two days at the quote given. Would use again.
