Super responsive communication. Due to scheduling issue of my own, I couldn't use their service unfortunately. But they are licensed and provided all the needed insurance my difficult building required

Sam is awesome. He is extremely responsive and almost always can come right away. I own two brownstones in Brooklyn and have enlisted his services many times. Each time he fixes the problem quickly and efficiently, and then calls me to detail exactly what was done. He will even let me know about other things he sees, even if it's something I can then take care of on my own. His pricing is reasonable, too. It's hard to find an honest plumber, but Sam is the real deal. There was even one time when the issue I had wasn't something he deals with, and he referred me to another amazing contractor to take care of it. Look no further, Sam will take care of you. Highly, highly recommended!

OMG! Kirk D. is the best professional plumber that I ever used. I needed to replace my old toilet. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for job. He arrived at my house exactly on the time he promised. Started the work right away. He ran into an unusual problem with the installation and was able to resolve it after he explain me what changes he had to do. He worked for over an hour extra to do the adjustments and he didn't asked me for a penny more then he quoted me. He also disposed the trash and left the bathroom very clean. I would highly recommend Kirk to all my friends and neighbors. He will be my plumber for life. Thank you very much Kirk you are the greatest!

Mike came to the rescue when I dropped a very precious piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink drain. I called him in the morning and he was at our apartment in Manhattan by that afternoon. He was professional, polite, skilled, and most importantly - got the earring out of the pipe of our sink.  In addition to everything, he also went out of his way to fix our pop-up drain that hand't been working properly. I am very grateful for Mike's work and would call him again in a heartbeat for our next plumbing need. Thank you!

I had a kitchen sink leak. Responded quickly and was a able to fix promptly. Not the cheapest, charged $180, but was professional and prompt. Sometimes worth spending a little extra for quality work and professionalism.

Needed my new stove's gas lines tightened as I knew it was leaking. Called late on a Monday night, he came next day in the afternoon. Very efficient and matted of fact - answered all my questions and actually educated me on the fittings so I have a better understanding on how the connections work. Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

We gutted and completely remodeled a bathroom. He recommended a better way to do our plumbing to give as a functional and more upscale look. We LOVE the final product. I needed immediate help with a clogged toilet.  Joshua answered immediately and was able to come over within a few hours.  He even called back and let me know that he was nearby and was able to come over earlier.
The clog was a bigger fix than originally thought and Joshua walked me through all the steps, let me know of his (very fair) pricing and left the bathroom very clean and organized and the toilet in great working order.

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work.  He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

Excellent plumber, extremely reliable and quick! I had a leaky kitchen sink, I was able to explain the issue over the phone and with a simple picture via text he was able to identify the problem. He was at my home within 30minutes and fixed the problem in less than than 40 min. I would highly recommend this plumber, he was fair and upfront with  pricing. Only fixed what needs to be repaired unlike other plumbers who try to upsell you and tell you you need more than you do.  If I ever need a plumber again he would be the first person I call.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

Nabib was professional and punctual. He replaced my hot water heater. He was done quickly and cleaned up the area after he was done. We agreed on a price prior to the completion of the job. There were no other hidden cost. I will recommend Nabib to friends and associates. I will also continue to call Nabib for any future plumbing jobs.

On this New Year's Eve I was faced with the very major problem of a non functioning toilet. Within an hour of being contacted 2 plumbers came and fixed the issue at a very reasonable fee.
