I bought a Toto Washlet bidet seat for the toilet in our apartment, but when I tried to install it I realized that the toilet was too close to the wall to allow me to install the bidet's junction valve to the water supply hose.

I called Vuksani and Erik arrived promptly the next day. He ended up needing to move and re-caulk the entire toilet to install the seat due to the aforementioned tight space. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly.

He spent a significant amount of time figuring out a way to install an additional adapter so that I could easily uninstall the bidet when I eventually move, rather than having to pay a plumber to move the entire toilet again. He also explained exactly how to uninstall it and even offered to leave a set of pliers in case I didn't have a pair.

I really appreciated his extra effort in the name of saving me money and headaches in the future.

The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of time, effort, and knowledge involved. (I've never called a plumber before, and called Vuksani just based on their rating, so take this with a grain of salt if you're hunting for the best rates).

I will definitely use Vuksani for any future plumbing needs I have in the city!

I have a shower stall that started making loud noises whenever I turned the water on. It sounded exactly like that episode in The Honeymooners when Ralph thought he had gotten shot by bank robbers after Alice turned the kitchen sink on.

As if that weren't bad enough, the faucet for the cold water started leaking. Just as things couldn't be any worse, the faucet for the hot water pretty much broke, meaning that we had non-stop hot water coming out of the showerhead.

I contacted Sam's Plumbing Services sight unseen, because our usual go-to guy (whose name ironically is also called Sam) has been MIA for months. I was asked by Sam's Plumbing Services to send some pictures and was given a quote. Someone came to the house the next day, right on schedule. The job was done very quickly, cleanly and professionally, and I was given advice to replace the shower head, which was so old and filled with gunk, it looked like it just came off the set of a post-apocalyptic movie shoot. Now the cold water faucet doesn't leak and both faucets turn the water off without issues.

All in all, I'm very pleased and I'll definitely contact this company again.

Kirk came when promised, worked my sewer problem not by the clock but by what it took to solve the problem.  And offered practical advice on how to prevent future backups.

Unlike the 49.95 guys that are there just to sell you something else, Kirk was straight and honest. His is the only number I will call if I have another problem!

Dov arrived at the house at 1:51pm and was done with the job by 3:42pm. He did a simple shower body replacement. He is actually the only repair/service person I allow in my home when I'm not there. Very trustworthy, professional, knowledgable and fair. We have been in touch for a year now as I've had a few issues with my shower. He always makes sure to clean up after he leaves too. Highly recommend.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

I think what frustrated me the most was his lack of communication and then his random i'm busy. i have other clients. i'm coming text messages.

Communication and Professionalism was LACKING to say the least.

Needed both faucet stems and shower diverter replaced on old bathtub set. Several plumbers were not interested because they knew the replacement parts would be hard to find.  Kirilli doggedly hunted down the parts and did an excellent job with the repair, also replacing the leaking faucet stems.  Work was professional and courteous.  Pricing was very fair.  Highly recommended.

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. Sergey came in and checked our broken shower but unfortunately the parts that he has don't match with our shower valve so he needed to go to the nearest store to buy one. Robert & his colleague did an great job in our apartment. They hung 2 heavy mirrors, tightened plumbing fixtures, fixed a light fixture, patched & repainted drywall, fixed a doorknob & also hung an electrical panel. Sewage backed up and called another company initially who said the problem would require expensive equipment and that it wouldn't be able to be resolved until a later time. Jperal won my business because they initially said to just go with the other company because they didn't want to get roped in to a job that seemed to already have someone working on it but that he found it odd that the company would recommend this higher option without having done a few more steps first. I appreciated the honest and matter of factness. The company was very prompt and the technician did a good job.
