Erik arrived on time and did a great job. He was efficient, conscientious, and friendly. This is my second time using Vuksani and have had a great experience each time.

We had an outdoor faucet stop working and we were not sure if the knobs/pipes had been damaged because of the past freezing NY winter. I called Sam and explained and he said he could not make it til the following week. A few hours later, he text'd and called and said he had an open window that day. Kudos! As our outdoor faucet was an unconventional setup, he asked as much information as possible before investigating. Not only did he figure out what the problem was but gave us important instructions on pipe maintenance and damage prevention. He is knowledgable about his craft, courteous, and super nice! His pricing is also very fair. I will definitely call Sam again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Kirk was great, we had a kitchen and bathroom clog.  He was able to get this un-clogged for us. He always picked my calls when I called with questions.  I would recommend him if you need help.

Finding Michael is honestly one of the best things that's happened to us since moving into our current home. It's hard to find someone who does high quality work, has fair pricing, is easy to communicate with, and is just plain pleasant to be around! Michael checks all the boxes.

We originally contacted him to put in a gas line for a new appliance. While providing the initial estimate, he was extremely detail-oriented and picked up on all sorts of little things, like our old water heater that desperately needed to be replaced. He offered to provide an estimate on that work as well.

We didn't end up putting in the gas line, but he did come replace the water heater. He worked quickly, efficiently, and very neatly. I hardly even noticed he was there! And I only learned after the job was completed that he encountered a hiccup in the process, but addressed it entirely without any complaints and without even needing to involve me. He got the entire job done in under a day including removal of the old water heater and a thorough cleanup.

We've since had him help with a number of other projects around the house. He's even provided some great recommendations for other types of work we needed help with (HVAC, electrician) Absolutely a pleasure to work with him and can't recommend him enough.

We are so grateful to have found him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Tim did a great job. Installing 6 blinds he was well prepared with equipments and everything. Even some neighbors complained from drilling at night. He came the next day and didn't complain at all. Overall he charges affordable prices comparing to other quotes.

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

We had an emergency when our frozen heater pipes suddenly burst over the holiday weekend. Dov was the only company to come out on that observed day off!! No one wanted to come out that day but Dov did! Him and his partner were so nice and patient. They replaced the pipe immediately, double checked that the boiler was working correctly and gave us heat in no time! Dov was a life saver and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

Marcel Plumbing did a phenomenal job for us on the Upper West Side when we needed it. He bought the materials and fixed our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink for a very competitive price. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Couldn't ask for better, and I will 100% be using this company next time I have a problem for any property we have.

Kirill replaced a faucet on a vanity for me. He was in and out within 1 hour. Very friendly and responsive to schedule.

Expert job. No leaks. Cleaned up the area after he was done. Job is guaranteed if there are any future issues.

Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job replacing ceiling fan. The website for the installations said that it would take approximately an hour but they were able to do it in 45 minutes.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Real stand up guys. I'm in Hoboken and finding someone, let alone someone reliable is like looking for a needle in a haystack. After I was exhausted trying to get my 'regular' guys in Hoboken and failed on multiple occasions I contacted Robert out of desperation and without any anticipation of whether they could install a home water filter. Robert responded immediately and provided a quick quote based on pictures I sent him - easy as that. The work was scheduled less than a week later and not the typical long wait to get anything done around here. Robert and his partner were real zen and I actually felt at ease given they were so polite and kind. I really do recommend them and will be hiring them for many more jobs. Hassan and his team did a great job.  They were quick to respond, very professional, clean and organized, and all at a reasonable cost.  Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem, but I will call FourSeasons again!

I want to give Peral plumbing a higher rating, but they are a mixed bag. I used them twice in March. The first was to replace a hot water heater and the second was to replace a whole house water filter.

The good - John is a really nice guy, though seems to be overstretched. His prices are incredibly reasonable. The people show up when they say they will, and if they are running late they call - a really big plus. No extra hidden costs. Get the job done. During the pandemic John went the extra mile to make sure I had the appliances I needed before NY shut down, and for that I am eternally grateful. He really put his all into it.

The not so good - Gave me a new hot water heater that was 50 gallons to replace a 40 gallon, which I did not need, but whatever. Not a big deal. His guys installed it, and they were so busy they wanted to leave the old hot water heater full of water in my basement and pick it up another day which means don't hold your breath. I had a hissy fit and called John on the spot, and made them stay, drain the old heater of water, and take it out. I had to mop up after them, it was a mess, but this was like two days before lockdown, so we were all in a hurry, give it a pass, those were incredibly crazy days.

However, replacing my water filter was another matter. I had an Aqua Pure 801 screw on head that you need to use an 0 ring wrench that was impossible to pry off. The casing was stuck on like a lock. I had it for 16 years and I could  not take the thing off. John asked me to find the replacement. I am pretty smart, but that struck me as weird, since it is not my line of business to be a water filter expert, but  whatever. I found an Aquapure AP 904 with a click and turn replacement cartridge that was $200 a pop, but at least no more O ring wrenches.

They came, did the work, cut the pipes, mounted it to the wall with a bracket and left. And then the water filter failed after 2.5 months, though it was guaranteed for 100,000 gallons and to last a year. After reading numerous forums found out New York City water and this particular Aqua Pure filter did not work well together, and it most likely needed a pre-filter WITH ANOTHER O RING AND WRENCH, which put it right back where I started, except two filters instead of one. You could say that is my fault, and I own it, but on the other hand, Peral is the plumber and I am not. Plumbing is not my line of work, water filters is not my line of work, and knowing the specifics of New York City water ins and outs is not my area of expertise.

So in sum, use Peral plumbing, they are good guys, the prices are reasonable, but nothing fancy or complex. Also be on top of the subcontracting guys, who basically do not have the same care and attention to doing a good job that John has.
