Best Plumbing Services in New York

I couldn't be happier with these guys. The Super of my building banged on my door at 9AM Friday to tell me that there was a leak into the apartment below us. I immediately scheduled with another plumber who bailed on me, so I found Vuksani late Friday afternoon. Eric was at my door in about an hour.

It turned out that an old faucet handle on the bathroom sink was leaking when on. Eric convinced me not to replace with a cheap faucet set, but to get the one I wanted and he would be back on Monday to do the job right. Eric shut off the leaking faucet.

I ordered what I wanted from Amazon that night and it was delivered on Saturday. Monday morning at 9AM Eric was here ready to work. The job took a little long because there was so much substandard work done in the past by the Landlord's plumber that had to be replaced and corrected. But he was finished by noon and everything is perfect.

Now I am looking for what else they can do....

Friendly and efficient plumbers! They took care of a major clog on short notice on New Years Day. I would absolutely use them again if I'm ever in need. 5 stars all the way!

I have been waiting a long time to find these guys. Up till now I have been using those cheaper advertised companies who never fixed the problem and who ended up costing a fortune. The moment I called Pipe Monkeys I knew they were different, Kirk answered the phone and was friendly and knowledgeable, and he arrived in less than an hour to fix my drain.

Not only did he clear the drain, but made sure it was clean and clear (unlike those other guys), and he took the time to educate me on the nature of the problem and taught me what to do to prevent future problems (unlike those other guys).

So, do yourself a favor and call pipe monkeys and get the job done right the first time.

Very pleased with Michael's services! I called him to replace a leaking water heater. Despite having not been his customer before, he responded to my initial e-mail within minutes, and managed to fit the work in the next day, at a price I was happy with. The installation was done well and the area left nice and clean. My water is hot and my boiler room dry -- just the way I like it. He even did something to a sticky door he encountered that made it work better, without being asked. I'd definitely use him again.

Needed someone to fix my tenants leaky drain in the sink. I got in touch with these guys and originally was skeptical do to their phone number but Artsem was legit. He was very nice and more importantly fixed the issue.

He was supposed to arrive between 3-5 but came later. He was great in that he at least gave me a call to let me know he would come later and then upon arrival was apologetic for his lateness and provided a small discount which I appreciated. Finally the nicest part is we had to go into my tenants place because that's where the issue was. They are Asian and Artsem was kind enough to take off his shoes before entering the residence which of course he didn't have to. Overall the guy seemed very nice and of good character!

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Found Dov through yelp. Communication was professional and responsive. He was able to get a technician over the same day to fix our disposal after I was not able to fix it myself over the phone. Will definitely reach out again w/ any future needs - thank you!

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Kirill is one of the best plumbers I had recently. He came over short notice during the winter storm. My heater was broken and fixed my boiler and heater. He even took the time to teach me so I can maintain it myself.

Bullseye came on time and fixed my clog in minutes. Fast and efficient! Would recommend him to anyone he's your guy

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Sergery came in within 3 hours.  He wore mask, gloves and shoe protectors.   He was professional.   Unfortunately he was unable to unclog my bathtub after using a hand crank snake for 30 min.  He tried and it's not his fault.  No fee needed.  

Tips:   There is a minimal in-house call like $160 if job is done.   Also negotiate pricing while on the phone making appointment.   Sergery stated he didn't determine the price.   Third, tell them all the job you want to be done, so they can prepare appropriate tools.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Excellent service.  Robert stayed late to finish my job and did a very thorough job of troubleshooting. Faucet was not a common model, so he needed to problem-solve on the spot. Will hire again!

Called another company for an emergency of two radiators leaking water badly...they could not guarantee same day service...saw the reviews for this company and called them-tbey showed up 2 hours later and got the job done...and theyvtake credit cards !

My entire bathroom basically went down the crapper (pun intended) all at once and we didn't know what to do. Water was shooting out from under the sink and our shower head was busted-- total nightmare. I called and within the hour, John Luca came prepared with everything to finish the job. He was friendly, helpful and super efficient. Completely fixed everything within an hour's time. I couldn't even believe it!

Amazing service, great job, and it's fantastic to work with small family owned businesses instead of the big companies that don't give a damn about you. Plus, their prices are fair! I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues. Never had an easier experience in my life. Thank you so much for your help!
