I bought a Toto Washlet bidet seat for the toilet in our apartment, but when I tried to install it I realized that the toilet was too close to the wall to allow me to install the bidet's junction valve to the water supply hose.

I called Vuksani and Erik arrived promptly the next day. He ended up needing to move and re-caulk the entire toilet to install the seat due to the aforementioned tight space. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly.

He spent a significant amount of time figuring out a way to install an additional adapter so that I could easily uninstall the bidet when I eventually move, rather than having to pay a plumber to move the entire toilet again. He also explained exactly how to uninstall it and even offered to leave a set of pliers in case I didn't have a pair.

I really appreciated his extra effort in the name of saving me money and headaches in the future.

The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of time, effort, and knowledge involved. (I've never called a plumber before, and called Vuksani just based on their rating, so take this with a grain of salt if you're hunting for the best rates).

I will definitely use Vuksani for any future plumbing needs I have in the city!

Answered within a day via text but didn't eventually come through because my request job is apparently too small for them to do (reason given was that they have other commitments, which by the way was not stated/communicated when I initially requested a date for a consultation visit). The other good reviews originally brought me to want to reach out to Sam's, but I don't think a plumber who would pick and choose client based on size of the job would be the one I'd be using. This happens when the contractor starts to get more business given yelp review but then they start to pick'n'choose work, unfortunately.

I'm so glad we hired Kirk! He came promptly and did a great job replacing our two faucets. The job ended up being much more complicated and taking a lot more time than expect (including a trip to Home Depot!), but he still kept to the original quoted price. A great plumber and a great guy. Highly recommended!

I've used Mike several times now for smaller and larger jobs and I would hesitate to have anyone else work on my apartment.

First of all, the estimates never changed regardless of the fact that some jobs were spaced out months apart from the time given to when the work was actually performed (my scheduling issues not his). Even though some were more work than anticipated the price stayed the same and extra/unanticipated parts were provided for no additional cost and weren't even pointed out to me, I could tell just by looking.

In one instance, there was a big issue with my building's pipes that was originally thought to be a clog in my apartment. Mike immediately diagnosed the real issue and when he didn't have the equipment on hand to fix the problem, it being an unanticipated issue, he recommended an emergency service and left without charge. Maybe some people would take that for granted but I appreciated his time, efforts and ultimate success in correctly identifying the problem and not charging me for a call. Most licensed plumbers have charged me regardless of if the problem was solved or not.

Lastly the quality of the work really speaks for itself. The work is never shoddy and inspires confidence that you've found the right guy for the job. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews up for him because he's always busy but maybe that's due to him working a lot of commercial jobs too. Anyway, I definitely recommend Mike for your home or apartment as well as building work because he's proven himself on small and large jobs.

I had an urgent issue with a broken shower pipe and I was able to get a quick service call to my home on a Sunday. The job was done quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price. I will surely use this plumber again. Recommended.

It is a bit fishy that this service is reported to have five stars in all but one review (and that one is four stars). We have been trying for more than six weeks to get this company to come to our apartment to fix a simple bathtub leak. They repeatedly say that they will come, but never do. They ask for photos of the tub, but never respond. They give excuses about how they are so busy, but will be back to us soon, and we never hear back. After six weeks, we have given up and will hire someone else. Take the five-star reviews with a grain of salt.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher was very professional, he was able fix our issues and we are very happy with the results.

He took the time to research the proper parts needed, and once the parts arrived verified they were in fact not the correct ones and had them replaced immediately.

Had an emergency leak in my basement bathroom at 11:20pm and was freaking out. Called a few spots from google but some didn't answer or they couldn't make it out to me until morning, then I went to Yelp! This was the first company that popped up in my area with perfect 5 star reviews so I went for it . Not only did Kiril come within 30 min( at midnight) , he fixed the leak without a problem! He came with the tools, he cleaned up after himself, I've never met a repair guy this considerate before. Thank god for this company. Honestly highly recommended !

Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

I had a toilet emergency where our toilet flushed but required 2-3 flushed for the water to go down. After each flush, it took a few mins to come back up. Our new tenants were upset because the toilet was malfunctioning and they requested it to be fixed at around 6pm.

I called a few places and Eugene picked up. His shop was closed but he still came out of his way to help fix the toilet. After diagnosing the issue, we had to replace our toilet because the part needed to fix the issue is no longer sold. So... Eugene took apart the toilet, went to Home Depot, did not find the toilet we requested for so he drove to another Home Depot to pick one up. He installed everything cleanly and quickly. At last minute, he came to our rescue and got everything we needed.

I double checked the toilet after the work and it was functioning perfectly.

I highly recommend Eugene. He is a very good guy and I would definitely come back for future work.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

I don't like to run people into the ground and I hate negativity, but I'll say this much: I'm SO sorry I didn't read the reviews before dealing with these guys. I now understand. Caveat emptor.
