The drain pipes under my kitchen sink were badly corroded and needed to be replaced because I accidentally poked a hole in one of the pipes with a chopstick (thats how badly corroded it was! Eeek!). I reached out to get a quote and sent pictures and got a response fast. I was shopping around for quotes at the time so I didnt immediately say yes, but then upon reviewing my collection of quotes i decided to go with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating. I reached out to them yesterday and got a call back shortly after and they were able to send someone in the morning. They gave me a window of time and Apostolo, who was the plumber assigned to my job, arrived on time, masked and ready with his tools and materials. Apostolo was very professional and polite. He was clear with his explanations before, during and after the job. When a decision needed to be made (my sink was finicky) he made sure to consult with me which I appreciated very much. I'll share the before and after pictures here. The before was reaaaally bad and crooked and corroded. The after, as you can see, looks awesome and clean and professional. I also have a grey plastic drainage tube (which you can see in the before photo) for my washing machine that I had removed from the old pipes that I want to instead be hung over the lip of the sink and drain into the basin rather than the pipes. He wasn't able to do it today because the plastic tubing is actually really old and cracks when bent. He showed me and bent a small part and I could see it was a disaster waiting to happen since its a very old tube. Very thankful he caught that. So he said he could order a new tube and he can come back another day and install it the way I want. I am confident based on my experience with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating and Apostolo today that I can happily hire them to do this plastic washing machine tube job and they will come back and do great professional work. Found a plumber I can trust. Kirk is very professional and very helpful with the questions I had. The dripping/leaking problem I had with the shower was a quick fix but having it fixed by Kirk gave me peace of mind. I know who to go to now for any plumbing issue. I Called Mike Donahue for a boiler water pipe (badly rusted) repair. He responded immediately and hours later he was at my home assessing the problem. He gave me a monetary quote for the repair, which was reasonable and I agreed too. He proceeded to make the repairs in a minimal amount of time. The pictures I attached don't really do justice as far as what task he faced to make the repairs. The pipe was practically wedged between the boiler and a wall (13 inches). Not only did he repair the pipe nicely, he pointed out some other anticipated problems that might arise in the future. He made some additional repairs and fine tuned to my boiler. Moreover, when the job was completed, Mike actually lowered my my final bill! Mike is very personable and professional and highly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have no matter how big or small. Great job Mike!

I hired this company to change three faucets and two bathroom light fixtures

The guy came in, he was very nice, very creative, very professional and very informative.

He did his work and cleaned afterwards.  

In one instance, I didn't have the necessary part for one of my faucets. He went out to Home Depot and got the part.

He was quiet which was great because one of my tenants was sleeping. So he was mindful of that.

I plan to hire them for my next project in a couple of weeks.

As long as they are in business they will be my go to company

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

My kitchen sink was leaking and had to take it into my hands to find a plumber. Christopher was fast to respond with availability the next morning and a reasonable rate. Came on time with all supplies and tools. He had the pipe replaced within an hour. Would highly recommend and keeping in contacts for any future issues.

Eugene at Zabivay is fantastic! He came by our house to give an estimate on work we wanted done, and when we approved it he just pulled out tools and started working. He's friendly and very capable, and he works quickly and efficiently. He got way more done in a few hours than I thought one guy working alone would be able to do in one day. I didn't need to hover over him at all--just gave him a list of things to do, went over the details, and left him to get it all done. He's opinionated in that useful expert way, meaning that when I asked him to do a couple of things a certain way, he shook his head, explained why that way wouldn't work, and came up with a better way that worked like a charm.

Scheduling appointments was easy. His rates are shockingly low (I told him to raise them) and he didn't nickel-and-dime me over hardware (someone else who quoted me twice as much for the job also wanted me to pay $0.75 per wall anchor--seriously?). I will definitely hire him again for future handyperson jobs, and I recommend him highly!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

They fixed a broken door and some outlets that weren't working. They were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

The water temp out of our faucets was 150 degrees. Even the cold water taps shot out hot water. I called Jperal and the person asked me what was going on and asked for pictures of my set up. He was very patient and told me that I can fix this without a service call.(What business does that?) Anyway, long story short, they fixed it over the phone!. I recommend 1000% Thank you Thank you!!
