I want to thank them for an amazing job they did. They fixed a broken sink. Installed   three sinks, two toilets and one complicated shower body in one day. Not only were they fast. They were EFFICIENT, which to me is more important. They responded to me in a few minutes after my yelp request at 8pm and texted with me until they showed up the next morning. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am actually going to call them in a few days for something new. If you want EXCELLENT customer service and work, they are who you should call.

First time boiler owner. Don't know what to do or expect but knew it needed to get inspected. Sam was super communicative and honest about what he could do, cost and when he would be there. Ari is the person that came out for the service and he was kind, thorough, explained everything so I could understand, honest with what might need future maintenance and what he suggested now and why. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks you both Sam and Ari.

Nick came over and was great. Nick was prompt, nice, and basically was a God send. The job was reasonably priced as well. We have found our neighborhood plumber company to call.

This is a family bussiness and the owner himself came to my place and handled a disastor another plumber charged me to fix and walked away.

I had a 55 tv mounted and the worker was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Was on time, called as he got closer, and answered all of our questions.  This business was the most affordable and quoted a price of almost $75 less than the competitors. He was polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Awesome plumber. He came to me in less than an hour after work hours and fixed a problem quickly that others couldn't fix after repeated attempts. He also provided great customer service. I highly recommend and will use again.

I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

Kirill is one of the best plumbers I had recently. He came over short notice during the winter storm. My heater was broken and fixed my boiler and heater. He even took the time to teach me so I can maintain it myself.

Joshua is the man. On Christmas Eve, our toilet was  leaking and we had no clue how to stop it. He answered my call and took the time to walk me through how to shut it off to curb the problem. Lifesaver. He didn't have to but he did. Hard to find that level of service and professionalism. Couldn't recommend him more.

Had an issue where water was overflowing from the toilet and tub, called JP late night, came by within an hour and fixed my issues.

Amazing service at a very affordable price. Sergey comes in, gets right to work, and makes sure everything is in perfect working order before leaving. He also communicates before the project better than any contractor I've ever dealt with. We've used him to install ceiling fans, sconces, lights, and fire/Co2 alarms and everything came out perfect. We will absolutely be using his services again.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.
I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them.

Robert & his colleague did an great job in our apartment. They hung 2 heavy mirrors, tightened plumbing fixtures, fixed a light fixture, patched & repainted drywall, fixed a doorknob & also hung an electrical panel. When I called to let Robert know I was not 100% satisfied with one item, he promptly came back & fixed it at no charge. Overall, I would highly recommend Riverside Handyman Services.

AMAZING! Hasan was so honest , reliable and professional! I will call them for every job I have. He installed a new boiler for me he did everything on his own , took his time and really did a wonderful Job. Please if you have any issues they are the most honest reliable plumbers i ever called!

Called because of a non working boiler on a freezing Friday night. Once arrived quoted me close to $1000 to repair. Said I needed all sorts of repairs. Could not do till next day, so I called another company. Other company came and did work for $350. Don't wast your time here. Still had to pay them $175 to show up.....
