Great communication and the guys were able to fix my drain within the hour. Helped me understand the replacement and how easy/ cheap to replace the parts. Would highly recommend!

Called Sam about capping a pipe leading to an old bar I was getting rid of. He came and saw job wasn't as difficult as he thought it was over phone and charged me much less than estimate. That's honest! and the right thing to do. Did good job and I will call again.

After having some terrible experiences with contractors recently, I reached out to Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain and he sure did reply back immediately. In fact he was very responsive. He showed up on time after scheduling an appointment and installed an RO water filter and a garbage disposal for me. Both works perfectly and no issues!

I reached out to him again few weeks after when I had a clogged shower drain. Once again he was very responsive and came to snake the drain. We ran into another issue and he gave me consultation on what would be the next best step towards fixing the drain.

I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future when I need plumbing services!

I had a kitchen plumbing emergency, and Michael called me back promptly and scheduled the repair the same day. Michael showed up as promised, and did an outstanding job repairing my kitchen sink drain pipe. The price was reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend!!! Reasonable pricing and really great work. They fixed our plumbing problems (leaks, clogs, and broken toilets) and installed a water line. They also fixed minor things to help avoid future problems. They will definitely be our go-to people for just about any repair since we trust them to efficiently fix it themselves, or help us understand what specialist we need to fix it.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! Would recommend him without question in the future -- a great find!

Dov responded within 5 minutes on Yelp and was working on the blocked shower drain within 30.  He was very thoughtful about approaching the job - using a lighter touch for the older building (and even older pipes).  A plastic razor cover had fallen into my drain and was blocking the line, and he worked on it until it was broken up.  This was not an easy task given the age of the building and the tight quarters.  True to his word, he stuck with the quoted price, even though he had to get different tools from his car and the job took longer than expected.  I really appreciated working with Dov and will definitely call him again!

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

Real stand up guys. I'm in Hoboken and finding someone, let alone someone reliable is like looking for a needle in a haystack. After I was exhausted trying to get my 'regular' guys in Hoboken and failed on multiple occasions I contacted Robert out of desperation and without any anticipation of whether they could install a home water filter. Robert responded immediately and provided a quick quote based on pictures I sent him - easy as that. The work was scheduled less than a week later and not the typical long wait to get anything done around here. Robert and his partner were real zen and I actually felt at ease given they were so polite and kind. I really do recommend them and will be hiring them for many more jobs. My husband and I would highly recommend Hassan. He's very responsive and reliable, and always tries his best to help out. We wanted to install new condensing boilers but most plumbers we talked to were not willing to work with the new system. Hassan did a great job, worked well with our other contractors, and always made himself available for troubleshooting and follow up checks. We feel very lucky to find Hassan!

Great response times, and helpful all around. I called because my boiler stopped working and John was very prompt and helpful over the phone. Charles is the one who came, just one hour later - he was very professional and explained the issue to me once everything was fixed. Pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend them!
