The toilet in my office wouldn't stop flushing. During a pandemic I was uncertain when if ever I could get it fixed, not to mention being concerned about flooding. I called a lot of plumbers on Yelp and Vukasni is the only one that picked up immediately, gave a no nonsense quote, and agreed to have someone at my office within the hour. No sooner did I hang up than did Jake show up and fix it in a couple of minutes. He stuck around to make sure it was really fixed. There was no flooding, the toilet flushes, I paid what I was quoted, and I got back to the rest of my day.

Called for a shower issue. They replied instantly my yelp message at 10pm at night.  Sam was quick and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Kirk is a great guy, came within an hour to snake my tub, and was done within an hour. Only downside is he charged tax along with the quote, so be sure to ask about that beforehand. I will be using this service again!

Michael is an absolute pro and a gem. I contacted him after our sink decided to start gurgling up what smelt and looked like sewage water and one of the handyman in our building who worked through 2 hours of sweat could not figure out how to fix it.

Left Michael a message, told him our building management are absolute dicks who will require us to have his COI before he comes. He sent it to us first thing in the morning, I forwarded to the super, as our building requires, and somehow the idiotic super still held him up for an hour. AN HOUR. After an hour, after absolutely nothing changed, he let him up.

Understandably, Michael was upset (as I would have been if I were home instead of my partner) because that's parking and costumer time that being wasted, but he still agreed to come up and took one look at the sink and knew exactly what the problem was.

Because of how sucky this building is, they built the pipes horrendously incorrectly so his best guess was that the handyman snaked the wrong pipe. Anywho...from what I hear, Michael came, imparted some wisdom, fixed the issue and left to save another home. As quick as that.

Tim was wonderful. Super responsive and very quick with helping me unclog my drain! I requested the quote and had a visit scheduled within 24 hours. He was super professional and a great attitude, plus he explained everything he was doing so it was super clear. Definitely going to call him again for other improvements and rides around the house!

Where is the 6+ stars? That is what Robert deserves! He tirelessly worked for over an hour to clear our severely clogged kitchen sink. Not only did he get the pipe cleared but he also neatly cleaned up the area before he left. I also appreciate the response time and that he worked efficiently once he was on site.

I had an emergency tonight, my main drain was clogged and my ground floor started flooding. I called Dov Sewer and Drain late at night and Dov came promptly to my home. His first guess was correct, the culprit was baby wipes! He used his industrial snake to clear the drain and even installed 2 new caps as the older ones were ill-fitting. Professionalism, promptness, peace of mind, and fair price, the experience was all I could have asked for. I will be making Dov my first call for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

Responsive, did the job right, at a reasonable price. Yelp wants me to keep adding characters but that about sums it up.

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.
He was prompt, polite and on time on a Sunday afternoon.
Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.
Even tough, they advertise their business as open until 10pm or open 24/7 in some instances.
Marcel treated our situation as an emergency and went above and beyond to repair it without the astronomical cost when a fix is treated as urgent.
We highly recommend this business if you're looking for exceptional service, competence at competitive rates.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

Absolute rip off. Joshua will leave a job worse off than when he started. You know that gut feeling that you're being ripped off and the work quality is poor? That's what you'll get with Joshua. I agreed to use him because I was in a pinch and needed someone last minute, I should have waited instead of wasting my money, the worst feeling ever. Waste of money!

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

I had a broken light fitting and was unable to turn it off. He gave me an estimate, arrived on schedule, and charged exactly what was quoted even though  he had to go to a local hardware store to get an extra part. Would definitely use him again.

This was the biggest nightmare of my life! Their team comes across great initially until they start working and you realize they don't know what they're doing. After hours and hours of them doing shotty workmanship that they have no skill at, for example the electrician actually electrocuted himself several times while he was working and didn't take any safety measures whatsoever and then other odd jobs around the house I told them to please make sure the door was shut and the check is on the door open. The worst thing was when my puppy got loose and they never said one word about it the dog ran into the street and almost got hit by a car we had to run all over the entire neighborhood to try to get our pet safely home. I was furious when I got back and ask them to explain why they left the door open for the 10th time I didn't bother to tell me that the dog got loose they said they didn't think it would be an issue. They were just numbskulls, their English was horrible I had a terrible time being able to understand what I was saying   There were so many levels of unprofessional and unskilled workmanship I really don't have enough words or ability to articulate how horrible the experience was.

Nabil came and was able to figure out how to get my hot water back working. He was very nice and professional.
Overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if needed. Thank you!

John was in excellent communication with me. Sent two of his workers Charlie and other guy I didn't get his name but they provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable on point with the job fast and efficient. Even came out during the pandemic covid19 to repair the valve on the radiator in the bathroom that was causing a leak on the floor through the ceiling below. Will definitely do business with again.
