I had two toilets with problems (one leaking at the base, the other constantly running).  I called on a Friday afternoon.  The owner picked up the phone immediately and said he had a technician in the area who could come by to look at the job and give me a price.  Within in an hour a tech was at my door, gave me a very fair price (my father is a retired plumber...I know a good price!) and said they could fix both toilets Monday morning.  Like clockwork, the plumber arrived with all the parts and everything was fixed perfectly, quickly and the job site left clean.  I live in a co-op with a doorman and on-site super...the owner even made sure I had a COI to give the super as to not delay anything.  Less than 5 minutes after the plumber left, the owner texted me to make sure I was happy with everything.  I highly recommend this team.

Sam is great. He's helped me twice now with plumbing issues. He is super responsive and helpful, explains everything and is reasonable when it comes to pricing. At 9 PM on Friday night, 1/31/20, I found our hot water heater leaking badly. A well-known local plumbing company, who had installed the water heater 17 years before, said they could not come until Monday morning at the earliest. I then called Mike Donahue, who we had never used before. He walked me through turning off the main valve to the water heater, as well as the gas. After I sent him photos, he came back within 15 minutes with a quote. He was at the house by 2 PM the next day and by 5 PM, a new water heater was installed, the old one removed and everything left clean. He was professional, personable and very competent. The price was fair and the work was efficiently and quickly done. Mike Donahue is now my new plumber.

Tim came out to fix my tenants shower. His communication was excellent, price reasonable but most importantly great workmanship. I would recommend his company 100%.

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

Exceptional service! After a few trials and errors I FINALLY found a reliable plumber! I called due to a leaky toilet. Dov came at the time  he promised he would. He fixed the problem very diligently, no waste of time, no hidden fees (a miracle, nowadays). I will be definitely calling in the future once I need to.

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

I recently came back from Japan to discover that my sublet had trashed my apartment, and, in particular, my bathroom, shower, and tub. The drain was completely backed up and the tub caked with grime.  I immediately went to Yelp to find plumbers in the NYC area to unclog the drain.  Late at night, I sent out a general email for help and Christopher M, Manager of Marcel Mechanic Plumber replied with 5 minutes with a quote upfront.  In addition, he responded quickly and professionally to all my email questions, showed up on Sunday, on time, and did an excellent job.  All is now in working order once again.  He is a personable and professional young man who communicates what he was doing as he is doing it.  I highly recommend him if you are in need of plumbing assistance of any kind.  Thank you, Christopher, for a job well done, and for the pleasure of meeting you and talking with you!

Kirill was quick to act on his feet and responded with a quote immediately. He was able to complete my service the very next morning! The pipes under my sink were leaking and both my partner & I couldn't quite pinpoint the issue. Kirill came and knew exactly what to do. The quote I received included both parts & labor which was super helpful. No more leaks!

Woke up to a bad leak at 5am. Called about a dozen plumbers and Bullseye Mechanical was the only one that responded. Joshua answered the call and arrived in around 30 min. He almost immediately found the source of the leak in my neighbor's upstairs apartment. They charged a fair rate for emergency service.

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Highly recommend his work. Had to exchange all of my 2 prong outlets to a 3 prong and he gave me a very reasonable quote and did his work swiftly. Thankfully they also service part of Brooklyn and I'm very happy with my outlets.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Riverside is everything I expect in a service provider - responsive, on time, and perform quality work.  Would definitely hire them again.

I had a new gas stove delivered and when I spoke to the company where I bought the stove, they said installation was included. However, when I received it and ask them to install, they were not able to. I had to quickly find a licensed plumber and luckily I found Hassan company through yelp with great reviews. I told him I needed stove installation today and he was willing to come immediately and get it up and running. He came in such short notice and reasonably price. He installed the gas line to the new stove very quickly and even help with putting the grates on the stove. I had questions about my previous gas stove which was emitting gas odors and he was explaining why that would happen. He was very nice and patient. Got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Hassan.

Cannot speak to the work. Had to cancel the job. The arrival time was supposed to be between 3-6pm. Therefore, we made sure to be home from work before 3pm and expect the 3 hour window. Kids locked up in house during the window as well. At 6:36 some calls and says that they are stuck at another job. Fine. Said they would be there in an hour. I called at 7:40 pm.  Still at other job. I canceled. Cannot handle this type of irresponsible business practice. Good luck.
