Super responsive communication. Due to scheduling issue of my own, I couldn't use their service unfortunately. But they are licensed and provided all the needed insurance my difficult building required

While Sam was responsive in booking services, he sub-contracted out my plumbing issue to a different company. When the 2 plumbers arrived, they did not identify as being affiliated with Sam's plumbing and insisted my building had hired them. They did not perform the power snaking service I specifically requested and my toilet continues to not work properly. Bottom line - I went to Sam's plumbing because of the great reviews, not to have the job outsourced to a random plumbing company with questionable reviews.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Fast, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced service.

I needed a plumber quickly due to a clog in my commercial sink, and I was so pleasantly surprised when the gentleman who came not only resolved the clog but also was able to fix another pipe that had become dislodged.

This is a terrific plumber (and a nice guy) - I highly recommend.

I called Mike and left a voicemail. He called me back within an hour. I called three other plumbers too. Not one called me back, ever.

The main waste pipe buried underneath the basement floor of my brownstone was collapsed and cracked. Sewage was leaking into the sump pit in my basement.

Mike identified the issue quickly and fixed it in only two days of work. This required drilling the basement floor, he also found and corrected other issues under the floor once he excavated. These other issues would have caused serious damage if left un-fixed.

He is professional, communicative and honestly the most competent plumber I have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great work! Showed up ready to work and with materials and work was done in under one hour. We had an issue with our Kitchen sink where the pipe rusted and basically popped. They were straightforward with prices, and helped us get the work done easily and efficiently. Will be using again!

Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

My kitchen double sink began leaking, and I tried to fix it myself. I just made things worse.  When I contacted Dov, I had many questions, and they were very responsive.   At first, the estimate gave me sticker shock. But, after the headache of trying to fix it myself and the thorough explanation of the service from Dov we scheduled them to come out.  The technician rebuilt the under sink plumbing replacing them with brass piping and better quality PVC than what was there.  The level of service and quality result was well worth the price. I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs.

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The job was not completed properly for my boss. After the bill was paid in full, I reached out to Christopher Marcel and told him the toilet was not flushing. I sent him vidéo my boss had sent to me. I asked if he could return the next day to fix it since he had offered to do follow up for free if needed. He was immediately agitate and told me he broke his foot. I asked if he had someone else he could send and he got pissed and hung up.

The job was not completed properly and now we will have to pay someone else.

Christopher, I'm sorry to write this and I hope your foot heals quickly. But your conduct was not professional. And it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN.

Earlier this month, my mom's sink started dripping. As the month progressed, it got worse and worse, so I reached out to several sink repair services in the area via Yelp.  Kirill was not only very responsive, but also offered one of the best rates. Kirill came by the following morning and was able to fix the leaky pipe without any issues. He also stayed true to his quoted price.

We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work.  He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

Sergey came out on a holiday to repair a bathroom leak. His pricing is fair and his work was excellent - a rare find in NY plumbers!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Robert and team were fantastic! They helped replace the tracks on our closet doors which had gotten warped and prevented the doors from closing. I highly recommend him!

Nabil showed up on time, was curteous and straightforward, and did an excellent job replacing my old radiator valves. I was impressed by his speed, and how he left everything in a clean state. The price was exactly as agreed upon, so no unpleasant surprises.

My entire bathroom basically went down the crapper (pun intended) all at once and we didn't know what to do. Water was shooting out from under the sink and our shower head was busted-- total nightmare. I called and within the hour, John Luca came prepared with everything to finish the job. He was friendly, helpful and super efficient. Completely fixed everything within an hour's time. I couldn't even believe it!

Amazing service, great job, and it's fantastic to work with small family owned businesses instead of the big companies that don't give a damn about you. Plus, their prices are fair!
