I hired them on the spot after I received their estimate which beat all other local offers. They got permits with the city and did everything legally. They were very neat and precise with their work and installations. They left no scratches on the vanity's and tiles. Appreciate the work!

First time boiler owner. Don't know what to do or expect but knew it needed to get inspected. Sam was super communicative and honest about what he could do, cost and when he would be there. Ari is the person that came out for the service and he was kind, thorough, explained everything so I could understand, honest with what might need future maintenance and what he suggested now and why. I called Pipe Monkeys after reading all the positive reviews here. I was greeted by a very friendly person and was told they would be able to stop by later in the day.

A few hours later, I got a call from Kirk letting me know he was on his way. He inspected the issue, told me what he thought was the problem and gave me a price and how long it would take.

Not 15 minutes later, he had cleared out the drain backup. He also gave me advice on the things I can do to keep it unclogged.

Kirk was a very nice person and overall, this was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to call him again should I require additional service!

We chose Michael blindly from Yelp reviews and so glad we did. Professional, friendly and reasonable. He was so kind as to help us with a big job which was sort of last minute and stayed late too. Then again a few days later with a separate issue.  I would absolutely call him again for a job and recommend him to all.

Tim was awesome! He installed a complex, custom, closet arrangement and did it with speed, safety, and professionalism. He was able to work with my schedule and showed up right on time. I would highly recommend them for any of your home needs. We already have an appointment for him to come back and fix more in our apartment!

I do not have enough good things to say about my experience with Dov Sewer and Drain. He came when he said he was coming. Repaired the problem, tried not to charge me for additional work and was very very clear about why he suggested an additional repair to a very old pipe. Then, when My dishwasher had problems after he left, he came back, carefully isolated the problem and fixed it for no additional charge, and without any visible frustration. I was so grateful for all of his help and seeing my problems through to the end!

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Sergey is awesome! He helped me fix the leaking sink in five minutes. Very quick and professional work. Also the price is reasonable.Highly recommend to anyone!

Due to his awesome work fixing the pipe, I hired Sergey again next day to install the water filter system. He not only fixed my rookie mistake, but also did an excellent work drilling the granite and assembling the parts. I'm very happy about the results:)

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Hassan and his team did a great job.  They were quick to respond, very professional, clean and organized, and all at a reasonable cost.  Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem, but I will call FourSeasons again!

John does an excellent job!  The most important is that he is honest.  If something is outside of his field of expertise, he would refer you to someone else.  Does not overcharge you either.  Recommend highly!!!
