I had a kitchen sink clogging crisis last night. I quickly searched a few good options on yelp and Edison got back to me around 6am this morning. After a a couple of text messages, his team was already at my door! Honestly, Jake and his teammate were just amazing! Jake was so informative and knowledgeable. After fixing the drains, they waited extra time to check if everything worked good. I had to search for the new plumber as I was not happy with our previous one. I'm so glad I did the search and found an amazing plumber! I'm definitely going back to them in the future!

Sam is awesome. He is extremely responsive and almost always can come right away. I own two brownstones in Brooklyn and have enlisted his services many times. Each time he fixes the problem quickly and efficiently, and then calls me to detail exactly what was done. He will even let me know about other things he sees, even if it's something I can then take care of on my own. His pricing is reasonable, too. It's hard to find an honest plumber, but Sam is the real deal. There was even one time when the issue I had wasn't something he deals with, and he referred me to another amazing contractor to take care of it. Look no further, Sam will take care of you. Highly, highly recommended!

Although Pipe Monkeys doesn't deal with hot water heaters or their replacements, they took time out of their evening to  help me prevent a flood in my basement. There was no request for compensation or a review. It is hard to find compassionate companies nowadays and to have someone understand the panic of a leak/flood while caring for a baby was surprising and comforting. If we ever need sewer or drain repairs, I will definitely call them again.

I had a 55 tv mounted and the worker was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Was on time, called as he got closer, and answered all of our questions.  This business was the most affordable and quoted a price of almost $75 less than the competitors. Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

My shower broke unexpectedly and I hassled my landlord to get someone same-day, because otherwise I wouldn't be able to shower. Dov came on time and got to work right away, fixing the shower knob that had somehow lost a screw? He also noticed the toilet was running and fixed that as well. He did a v thorough job and was v efficient. Really appreciated that he was able to come same-day as well. Highly recommend.

Desperately needed a plumber on a Sunday and my super was no where to be found. Olsi immediately called me back and was at my apartment within an hour. He unclogged my toilet within 2 minutes. Extremely fast, reliable, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Christopher was very patient with the crammed space soldering a 50+ year copper pipe. He had to do many trips to the hardware store to get the job done. Reasonable prices compared to others serving Brooklyn.

We gutted and completely remodeled a bathroom. He recommended a better way to do our plumbing to give as a functional and more upscale look. We LOVE the final product. He came the same day with his associate Robbie and they could not have been better. Professional, friendly and super thorough.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

Robert was great - fast response, showed up prepared, changed my toilet pump in less than 30 minutes, and stayed true to his original estimate. Happy with his services and would use him again in a minute.

Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. The project was well-priced and perfectly executed.

I'm a property manager so I deal with many plumbers and contractors.  I can tell you that Peral Piping is one of the first plumbers that I call when I have a problem.

Very Responsive.  When you call, he will either pick up or call you back right away.  This is important in my line of work because I need to get things done quickly.  It also indicates that he's organized and runs his business efficiently.

Fair Prices.  As a property manager, I know the general prices for repairs and installments.  Yet, I have contractors CONSTANTLY try to overcharge me.  It's amazing the prices that they try to get past you.  This is the majority of contractors so please beware.  John of Peral Plumbing doesn't play this game.  He will charge you how much something should cost.  He won't try to overcharge you like the MAJORITY of contractors.

My only complaint is that he's very busy and sometimes, it's hard for him to fit you in.  But, I guess that's because he's in demand.  It's hard to fault him for that.  He still tries his best to get the work done for you.
