Had a kitchen sink leaking cause by rusted pipes. Left voicemail on a weekend and got a response within 24 hours. Plumber came in the next morning and on time and fixed everything perfectly. Charged a fair price. Will absolutely recommend!

Dov came on a day's notice, including providing a COI to my building and submitting to COVID-19 screening to enter the building, and unclogged a stopped bathroom sink. The drain snake poked a hole through the u-bend pipe and he replaced it with another one free of charge! A great experience.

Marcel Plumbing did a phenomenal job for us on the Upper West Side when we needed it. He bought the materials and fixed our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink for a very competitive price. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Couldn't ask for better, and I will 100% be using this company next time I have a problem for any property we have.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Amazing! Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I called him at 3am, he answered the phone and set up a meeting for 11am. I took him no more than 20 minutes to have my drain system running like new. If you need a quality, reliable plumber- look no further. The best- highly recommend

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work.  He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

Sergery came in within 3 hours.  He wore mask, gloves and shoe protectors.   He was professional.   Unfortunately he was unable to unclog my bathtub after using a hand crank snake for 30 min.  He tried and it's not his fault.  No fee needed.  

Tips:   There is a minimal in-house call like $160 if job is done.   Also negotiate pricing while on the phone making appointment.   Sergery stated he didn't determine the price.   Third, tell them all the job you want to be done, so they can prepare appropriate tools.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Robert & his colleague did an great job in our apartment. They hung 2 heavy mirrors, tightened plumbing fixtures, fixed a light fixture, patched & repainted drywall, fixed a doorknob & also hung an electrical panel. When I called to let Robert know I was not 100% satisfied with one item, he promptly came back & fixed it at no charge. Overall, I would highly recommend Riverside Handyman Services.

Poor workmanship. John Brought a giant cement truck through my shared driveway and smashed the corner of my garage. To avoid me calling the police he promised he'd fix it and promised up and down it would look great. Of course he Patched my woodwork with spray foam and it looks really bad. Took off and and won't return to fix.
Plays head games. His favorite phrase is I'll be there on Monday. Then two weeks later he says it again. Do you really need that in your life?

I need to hire another contractor to come fix my woodwork now.
