These guys are amazing!  I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day.  The whole time in the process they were very communicative, very helpful and let me know what everything was going to cost up front.  They are the perfect mix of speed and professionalism.  Thanks guys!

Hired Pipe Monkeys once to replace a leaky faucet.

They arrived on time and did a great job.

So when our toilet got clogged from a pill case falling in and clogging it we reached out to them first.

They were able to come by pretty quickly, which is great when you have only 1 toilet and it's clogged.

They fixed it fast as I watched and asked them some questions about the tools and what they are doing so that in the future I could fix some clogs myself.

I also like how they don't play games with their quotes. Some other companies give a low ball offer and then always increase it. They gave an average price and when it happened to be easier, they ended up charging less.

I would definitely recommend them.

At 9 PM on Friday night, 1/31/20, I found our hot water heater leaking badly. A well-known local plumbing company, who had installed the water heater 17 years before, said they could not come until Monday morning at the earliest. I then called Mike Donahue, who we had never used before. He walked me through turning off the main valve to the water heater, as well as the gas. After I sent him photos, he came back within 15 minutes with a quote. He was at the house by 2 PM the next day and by 5 PM, a new water heater was installed, the old one removed and everything left clean. He was professional, personable and very competent. The price was fair and the work was efficiently and quickly done. Mike Donahue is now my new plumber.

Fast, professional and affordable. It was an effortless experience. I am so thankful for this company. Came and repaired my dumb drain cleaner mistake quickly and for a reasonable price. It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

Christopher responded promptly and went the extra mile to obtain a part for an old toilet so that the job could be completed as quickly as possible.

Another great visit from Kirill! He installed a new showerhead and a bidet attachment for my toilet and checked out another running toilet. And he helped me remove the plate over my ceiling fan too! Once again his rate was totally reasonable and he offered to come back anytime if I need anything adjusted. Kirill is a gem!

$95 to come talk a look at a clogged shower, wouldn't give me any sort of estimate over the phone. $375 for a snake that he said would take 20 mins. No thanks.

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!
