Best Plumbing Services in New York

I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

I can't review their work. I called them to take over a job and the said they would review current status online. When they called me back it didn't seem like they had looked into the job. However they seem confident that they could do it. Their rate is the same rate I pay my construction lawyer so that gives you an idea.

I had a cracked main sewer pipe in the basement that needed to fixed. Ardit was super responsive ,  did quality work and charged what I feel was a very fair price. Would definitely consider him for future projects.

As a homeowner, my biggest worry when looking for someone to fix something that's broken is that they'll try to rip me off, overcharge, or sell me a service that I don't need. Sometimes, it's a crap shoot when you're basing your decision on Google or Yelp reviews. Either the reviews are poor or outright bogus.

Luckily, I stumbled upon this company in my search to get my central air conditioning unit fixed. They didn't pick up immediately, but after I left a voicemail with a brief description of my problem, they returned my call within minutes.

When Brett arrived, he immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me what was broken and how much it would cost for the repair. It was a worn out capacitor. He also tested the refrigerant levels; although it was a bit low, he didn't try to get me to recharge my system with (expensive) refrigerant, since cold air was blowing inside.

I know jack squat about AC units and if he had told me the compressor or something more expensive needed roaching, I probably would have believed him. However, he didn't. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. For that, I will use this these guys for my future heating/cooling/plumbing needs. Thank you!

Had everything backing up into the house. A previous plumber came in and made a mess a few weeks ago and didn't fix the problem. Lenny came over and did a great job minimizing mess and spending the time to clean the pipe, and then use a camera to determine the cause of the problem, and then clean it again. Turns out we had roots in the line, so he recommended we do a root killer as well to help prevent the problem from coming back. Very grateful for a nice job.

OK I had a little issue with one of the quarter turn faucets that john installed a couple of weeks ago. The internal mechanism of the faucet broke and the water would not come out of it. I gave John a call at 8 o'clock in the morning and told him what happened. One of his crew came out 3 o'clock replaced the faucet same day. Can you ask more from your plumber? I think these guys are fantastic.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Worst company ever! I called them on Wednesday knowing they have good reputation on yelp for a service call at my juice bar. The 3 compartment sink in the kitchen was leaking and needed to be fixed and I also had a problem with the cold water. They charged me $212 for claiming they fixed problems in the same day but yesterday the same sink started leaking again and we still have the same problem with the cold water. I called them for a call back, the same guy showed up again and said I need to pay another $212 to fix the same problem that he already fixed!!! Outrageous service I wouldn't recommend nobody to work with this company scam scam scam!

In response to your comment you never stated that the pipes are not working properly you just came and replaced something that should've been replaced and could be sealed easily! when I called you guys back to take a look at what you guys did you told me that I need to pay you another $195 to replace another item that wasn't needed to be replaced! After you guys left I called a different plumber to look at the problem and he fixed the issues without replacing the existing pipes nor the part you guys wanted to replace so spare me the talk about you guys being 50 years in the business and train you technicians to work more professionally! There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

This company is excellent and friendly. Their prices are great and they even cleanup after completing the job.

Great service.. called in the morning they were here in the afternoon and they were on time, friendly and courteous. Fixed the issue I problem. Definitely recommend for plumbing needs in the Hudson County area.

These guys were great! When we needed help they were there to help us out. I have had a lot problems with plumbers not doing a good job or just overcharging me, but not these guys! Overall I give them a 9.5 out of 10!

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
