I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

I can't review their work. I called them to take over a job and the said they would review current status online. When they called me back it didn't seem like they had looked into the job. However they seem confident that they could do it. Their rate is the same rate I pay my construction lawyer so that gives you an idea.

I needed a sewer clean up ASAP!! Sinani came within 1 hour  did an assessment, explained the problem and within 30 minutes all clear and running as water pipes should.  With an 86 yr old in the house running water is a must  Thanks a million Sinani

My aunt was having an ongoing issue with her plumbing and went through about 4 local companies and no one could get to the bottom of the problem.  I called on Brett and asked him to check it out at his first opportunity.  He immediately called me back, scheduled something for the next day, did what he does best and permanently fixed the problem.  His prices were totally reasonable as my aunt has done this before, he worked quickly and efficiently and all with a great attitude and sense of humor.
I have recommended him to 2 different contacts of mine, and we all agree, if anyone asks do you know a good plumber?  we proudly say yeah, we got a guy! :)

These guys are awesome.  They arrived on time as promised and got the job done quickly and cleanly.  Highly recommend.

I phoned for urgent help - a burst pipe - and the man who answered hung up on me as I tried to explain the issue. I called back and He very rudely told me that he cannot fix a burst pipe and hung up again! This is unprofessional and totally unnecessary on a day that is meant to be one of goodwill! I'm disgusted.

Had a sink leak. John and his crew were quick to respond and professional. Price seemed fair. Will use again if I need assistance!

I had a leak in my plumbing right after the water main shutoff valve in the house, and as fate would have it the leak got worse right after a big snowstorm. I called no less than 5 plumbers and even when I finally got the attention of one of them they scheduled me 3 times and never showed up any of those times. Then I called Parkset. Tom diagnosed the problem and a few hours later dispatched a team, which was Ray and Junior. They spent a considerable amount of time with the fitting, and eventually got it repaired. The cost was quite reasonable. They were also able to give me some advice about preventative maintenance.

Don't mess around. Call Parkset first!

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

These guys are a rip-off!  They were recommended by my building and came to look at one of my A/C units and proposed nearly $2,000 in repairs.  I got a second opinion that came in at something much more reasonable and went with them.  They then sent me a bill for nearly $400 just for taking a look.  Avoid them at all costs.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
