A good plumber is hard to find but Juan is really excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable by the time he finished he had my old steam heat system running better than ever and at a very reasonable price.

Doing a gut rehab on a 4 family property and these guys quoted me $2,500 - $3,000 per fixture, which includes time and materials for all rough in work and labor to install all fixtures.

This is at least double other quotes I've received and triple in some cases....I've only been requesting quotes from plumbers that have been referred by other developers.  

Avoid these bandits unless you have very deep pockets!

This was the worst service ever. He came dipped a pipe down the toilet and said don't put toilet paper in the toilet (something we have been doing for over 11 years of living in my home) all for $150.00. As soon as he left, the toilet was clogged again. Now I have to find someone else who knows what they are doing and can tell me what the problem is.
I will definitely not recommend Sinani piping & heating.

Just had Brett remove an old water heater and install a new one.  Great job.  Very professional.  Explains everything clearly and kindly.

I find him honest and competent.  His pricing was very good as well.  I would call him again for sure.

Arranged to have Dial A SewerMan come out to clear a sewer line back up. They arrived within an hours time. Remedied the problem and made sure the line was clear. And even cleaned up afterwards. Terrific job guys. Thanks.

ParkSet replaced my broken waste pipe. The repair was OK, but not the condition they left my home in. Yes, it's a messy job no matter what. But they did nothing to prevent sewage/water from gushing on my things.  I dashed in w/buckets, which they disdained. I had asked about moving my things out from under the pipes, which they had also disdained. I had to throw out a cabinet, it was so damaged by them. Why didn't they move it, as it was directly under the pipe they would remove? Instead, they cut the pipes on the marble top, and the cabinet was full of pipe rust and pieces.
The boss told them to clean up when I called in. They didn't and I just wanted them out of my house!

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

total rip off - plumber didn't fix anything and charged 300 after a shrug and a IDK - check with the building.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
