Searched online for main line water service. Found Scott's company. Best choice made! Needed a sprinkler shut off cap in front of building according to FDNY code. Scott's guy came, broke up the sidewalk, and was done within a couple of hours. Patched up the sidewalk, and cap was perfectly installed. No more FDNY violation!
Kudos to Scott and crew. Will use again and recommend.

I first started using Robert from a recommendation from my management company. He has been prompt and very professional the two times I've had to call him. The first was for a noisy heating pipe that he was able to fix that two other companies were unable to. He also repaired my heating system and the final price was half of his original quote. It's hard to find a reliable/honest plumber and I would recommend Robert and Star Cities plumbing.

I had a substantial leak running down my wall, that started the night of a torrential rainstorm.  Had all manner of pros weigh in, and many just scratched their heads.  Were not listening to me when explaining the problem.  Platinum listened to me, found the problem and fixed it, and charged me way less than I thought it was going to be.  They were honest, informative and forthcoming with explanations on everything.  They will be my go to with any plumbing needs or issues in the future.  Call them you won't regret it. My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Andre came in with the expertise which I have never seen before. He was knowledgeable of the existing setup we have. He knew the issue while right away which was frozen pipes. Yup frozen pipes in the winter. During the process he showed us cleary, the faulty areas in our furnace and plumbing system. Replacing the parts needed while defrosting our system; he simplified and explained everything  to us while swiftly working efficiently. Would totally recommend this company and Andre. A+

I have used Colin Lee for a number of plumbing issues in my apartment. He replaced a faucet in my bathtub and in my kitchen sink and he also fixed my toilet. We had no heat this weekend, and my building was struggling to get a plumber to come by. I used Blaustein a while back to install some new bathroom fixtures, so I gave their number to my super without really expecting much. Thankfully our pipes weren't frozen and in less than 3 hours later our heat was fixed and my super raved to me about the fast, clean work that the mechanic did.

Samir and Antonio are a fantastic team. We had a few patches in our ceiling that needed to be repaired and they were both timely, responsive, professional and affordable. Finally a great contractor! I will absolutely be using S&A Quality Pro Services again in the future.

Best service Ive ever had from a business.I had a problem with the DEP not accepting my backflow test results due to the initial test being filled out incorrectly by a Build it Back architect,Tom and his staff did all the legwork contacting all the parties involved and rectified the situation.They saved me a lot of money in fines,And also saved me from having to hire another architect.They asked for nothing in return,even though they spent alot of time and energy on my case.

Appalling customer service even borderlining obnoxious for being busy I am just going to have to live with not having your business. Extremely disappointing from a customer service 20yr veteran perspective, a woman owned Construction Co in NY and them being recommended from a Successful GC friend....

There was a blockage in my kitchen pipe which caused a drainage problem in the sink. I spoke to Oscar on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next day. He was professional and also communicative about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and most importantly, at a reasonable price. I am so glad that I found Racso and I am definitely going to contact him in the future with our plumbing issues.

He responded very quickly to my inquiry. Scheduling and getting a quote was a breeze. Robert called in the morning of the appointment to confirm and yet again 15 minutes before arrival. This did help me with scheduling my own time.

On arrival he was wearing a face mask even though the job was out in the yard. I appreciate that.

I am the type who wants to know what is being done and what is going on. So he explained what he was doing and why as he was doing it.  He provided advice on what can be done in the future but did not push or try to sell any 'extras'.

Work was completed within the scheduled time.

Really rude and unhelpful. Just needed one part and they were going to charge extra bs fees for handling. Do yourself a favor and buy exactly what you need online
