We had a water main leak and the DEP gave me a notice to have it fixed in three days.  I kind of freaked out and started calling a bunch of companies but only got somebody will get back to you ASAP or the guys who did show up made me feel like they were trying to get one over on me.  When I called Main Man Scott picked up right away and was able to give me a lot of information over the phone. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and on top of things he was especially compared to the others.  The pricing wasn't that far off from what some of the others were quoting but after coming to give the estimate he made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of properly.They showed up first thing the next morning and everything was finished by the time I got back from work.  They also seemed to make the extra effort to clean up afterwards.  Hopefully this problem doesn't come up again but if it does I know who the first person I will call will be. Akeim is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  When the kitchen faucet in my tenant apartment broke, from the pictures of the damage he was able to assess quickly that I needed to do a replacement instead of a repair and advised objectively on the type of faucet I should get.  Once obtained, he installed it quickly for a reasonable price.  I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Robert is a real professional.  He responded to my initial voicemail within minutes and after exchanging a few emails my appointment was set a few days in advance.  After dealing with two other plumbers who don't return calls, show up late or not at all, etc. it was so refreshing to work with someone reliable.

He provided a fair quote to switch out a bathroom vanity sink with a new one I'd purchased after looking at pictures of my existing plumbing and the new pedestal I needed installed.  Note that his quotes are set for a job including materials, not the usual time + materials situation you see with most contractors.  Again, he knows what he's doing and the transparency is a breath of fresh air.

The morning of our appointment he showed up 20 minutes early, focused on finishing the work, got it done within the expected window (this included a quick run to Home Depot for supplies), and left the bathroom looking tidy.  Robert was polite and answered questions about other work I might need to have done in the future - I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for those projects.  While it wasn't included in my initial quote, he was kind enough to call helpers to bring the old sink down the stairs of my walkup building.  Thanks for a job well done!

Eddie is the best in the biz! Had a leak in the basement ceiling under my bathtub so I feared the worst. Eddie came out the first time for no charge and assured me it was not what I feared but said he'd come back if the leak came back. Then when the leak returned he and his team came out after the biggest snow storm we've had in years and found the culprit was bad sealing next to the tub. He sealed it up with some stuff I had leftover from the last job and he only charged me for this second call. I'd definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs! Thanks Eddie.

Mike saved us from a potential disaster! We had a leaking water heater, and no prior experience with anything of this magnitude since we bought an older home. Not knowing who to call and being skeptical of someone taking advantage, we decided to call Mike at Austin Plumbing and Heating. He showed up ready to work right away. TOP NOTCH!!! 10/10 Not even sure where to begin! First of all, after sending out a request for a leaky cast iron waste pipe in my crawl space, Pete responded within minutes with a fair price and exactly what he would need to do for the job. He was even ready to come out that day!! He came out on Saturday for the repair, just to work around my schedule with no issues at all. When he arrived, he was friendly, kind, and considerate. Most importantly, he definitely knew his stuff!! He fixed the leak and even came back later that same day to fix another issue that had occurred. He was there for hours fixing all of the issues my house was having. I will tell everyone about this wonderful company and Pete will be my first call for any plumbing issues from now on. I just moved into an older building and my water pressure was abysmal! Landlord told me that Downtown plumbing had installed the shower some time ago, so I gave them a call. After explaining my issue, Dominic came himself to check it out and was able to install a new head for me at no charge. So pleased with the customer service. Would highly recommend Downtown Plumbing!

I would certainly recommend Colin.  He just installed a kitchen facet for us. Communicated well, showed up on time, and did an excellent job at a fair price.  Will certainly call him again if I have future plumbing needs.

We had an issue with a leak at our restaurant. No one was available.  When we called and spoke to the owner, not only did he make sure to get someone out right away. He followed up after to make sure we were taken care of.

Samir was a pleasure to work with. I reached out to several contractors regarding a small project that most contractors would not even get back to me about because it wasn't worth their time. The scope of the project was removing the existing countertop, building a new custom cabinet for my appliance(the existing one was a custom 18 depth), installing new countertop and installing a new backing for the back of the island.

He was responsive, came to see the project and discuss the scope, gave me a price and was honest about pricing (he said he would have to mark up the countertop price if he ordered for me which is understandable)

Overall, I'm happy with the work for the price. I ordered a large countertop that had to come in two pieces due to the size and you can tell one of them is slightly not level. It's a minimal height difference but I can tell, doesn't take away from the renovation too much.

They provide exceptional and quick Backflow testing at a competitive price.  Tom went above and beyond to resolve additional issues arose after the testing. He is courteous and walked me through step by step to get the work done. Highly recommended to anyone who needs Backflow testing!

There customer service is great, everyone is friendly. I would recommend this spot to any one in need of plumbing supplies. I was also told they sell Girl Scout Cookies so I had stopped by to buy some and it was very heart warming to see how the father was supporting his daughter.

Oscar is responsive and has now come to my house for 3 separate projects. Each time I know when he is coming, he confirms if it is an emergency or other in order to prioritize and charges fair prices. I would recommend Oscar for anything from snaking a drain to replacing a furnace.

They did a great job unclogging my drain and they worked fast and efficiently! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

They came back refunded partial of my money and situated the problem with my weirdly shaped bathroom.

The plumber I received was extremely and unreasonably rude. Thought I should write a review about it. Tells me that he knows what he is doing and he in fact, did not. I needed 1 part replaced but he acted like it was life or death. I wouldn't use their service ever if I were you.
