As new homeowners with our first plumbing emergency, we feel grateful to have found Scott.

We had a leaking problem pipe in our basement! We called a lot of plumbers.

Scott returned our call promptly and came by the next day with a fair estimate. Then he came back the next day with a pipe camera to make sure the problem was as he had diagnosed.

Compared to other plumbers who either didn't return our calls, or scared us with huge estimates to fix much more than needed fixing, Scott focused on the problem and fixed it within a few days. He guaranteed his work for five years, which is very reassuring.

He was honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

Akeim is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  When the kitchen faucet in my tenant apartment broke, from the pictures of the damage he was able to assess quickly that I needed to do a replacement instead of a repair and advised objectively on the type of faucet I should get.  Once obtained, he installed it quickly for a reasonable price.  I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with him on future projects.

I checked a couple different plumbers regarding an issue. I selected these folks, since they offered a free estimate. I called repeatedly trying to make an appointment, and got nobody--and nobody called me back even though I left several voicemails. I finally got in touch with them today, the day I'd been trying to schedule them, and they weren't available until Wednesday and had an extra $150 fee they hadn't told me about before.

The phone tree for these folks is labyrinthine and leads me to believe this is a decentralized, disorganized company that's just trying to milk money out of people. I imagine that's why some reviews of them are very positive, and others are not. I'd recommend you go with a more forthcoming company.

Great guy fixed our shower leak, and draining sink issues replaced whole fixture and declogged it dealt with unusual plumbing that was in place reversed hoses and other stuff. Also very nice and accommodating with a nice sense of humor. Experienced plumber which quickly knows what tools and products he needed to not waste time, and quickly solve the problem. Accepts credit cards things cost about $100-200 for labor.

Just spent an entire day waiting for William Rivera to appear. At 930 he was coming. Then said he had a flat and another job and would call after that job. At 5:30 I called, got his voicemail. He never responded. Called the company and they said they would have him call. It is 8 pm and nothing. I am glad my problem is not flooding. I wonder if I could charge for the day I spent waiting for nothing. A call would have been at least polite. Now I will use someone else.

I have relied on Colin's plumbing skills for the last two years.  He is an excellent plumber, reasonably priced, and cleans up after each project.  He communicated how long it will take and how much it will likely cost.  He is a friendly Irish-American you can count on.

We just had the best experience with Blaustein Plumbing. Their employee arrived in less than 2 hours from our call.  He was polite, articulate and knowledgable - even funny!  The issue with our in-sink disposal unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly.  I have told our management company not to use anyone else any more.

Samir did an outstanding job painting my bathroom walls. Samir offered great value for his service and was responsive to all my questions. I was also impressed that Samir was able to relocate the towel rack and repair the wall as if the towel rack was never there. Overall I highly recommend!

Brandon did a superb job! Called him in to fix a shower and had a problem with my bathroom faucet during the time we were waiting on the shower part. Not only did he do a great job fixing the shower, he went out of his way to find parts to fix the faucet the same day! Highly recommend, a super nice guy, professional, and knowledgable.

I was at first a bit intimidated by DJ Plumbing. I walked in soon after opening on a weekday, and was the only one there not belonging to one of the numerous plumbing trucks outside. Everyone else was coming to pick up a long list of items they had ordered ahead of time, using jargon and shorthand for each item. I had a plastic shopping bag with a broken pipe I couldn't tell you the width of.
I was helped quickly, though, and was NOT treated like the idiot I am. I left with the item I needed, a wrench for the job, and had my sink drain fixed minutes after getting home. Everything was relatively cheap, too.
You know how they say that you know you're at a good Chinese food restaurant when you see Chinese people eating there?

The prices are crazy. Their estimate was 4x higher than all other estimates for the same task.

I had a great experience with Urgent Drain today. We had a very bad back up in the basement which needed to be addressed ASAP. Robert was very professional and efficient. They were able to come within a few hours and got the job done. I highly recommend Urgent Drain!  I will definitely be using their services in the future. I'm happy I found them! Thank you, Rob!

very disappointed that I thought this guy is cheap or at least reasonable when most charge only $49.99 I feel he rip me off by charging me $350 cash for a 15 minutes job using just snake to clean the sewer see pic. this is exactly what he used to drain the sewer

At times you will see a van with advertising Drain Sewer for $49.99 because they only use snake (see pic) and it only cost $42.05 at Zoro this is exact Snake he used

He did not even use the professional machine (see pic) maybe I won't feel bad

He is a very sensitive guy too, he took advantage of my being naive and vulnerability since the basement is already flooded.

When I called his office the woman says it's a free estimate? his estimate is $350 and went to his van to get the small red snake (see pic)

Also, this company offer a 1-year warranty if they have to come back and Drain the sewer pipe again all I have to pay is $50.00 (all the time they have to re-do their draining) -

I will not recommend this company.

be careful who you deal with

AE was recommended to me by a contractor friend who has been buying from them for years. I went in to buy parts for a project in which I have to build an inflation system (balloon that inflates and deflates) so I was looking for valve part options to facilitate inflation and deflation.

The men working there were willing to help me and showed me a few part options. The first man (the owner I think) gave me some switch valves (plastic & metal) and then another man brought out a bike pump valve and a ball valve. I ended up buying the bike valve for $3.

They said they did not sell any small pumps (smaller than large bike pumps they were selling).

They accept returns with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
