Best Plumbing Services in New York

I called Main Man Water Works & Sewer Service Plumbing to help with a garbage transfer. I called the proprietor at around 9am, and he said he could come at 11-11:30 that day. He really came sooner than guaranteed (this never appears to happen...). He was a delight to work with and exceptionally proficient. Since it was the first run through in our building, he was expected to demonstrate permit/protection data to the administration office. Ordinarily this is the place different temporary workers have become exceptionally irritated with the procedure and have created issues for us before (getting forceful with Management, nearly getting kicked out, and so on). But not Main Man Water Works & Sewer Service for sure. He was quiet and well mannered, and gave them all that they required. Concerning the real issue, he was clear  with valuing and rushed to start the repair. He appeared to know precisely what he was doing, and inside around 40 minutes, everything was backing to typical. At the same time, he finished the work with a cordial aura. Costs appeared to be extremely sensible for the territory, and in the event that we keep running into some other issues, I wouldn't waver to get back to him.

Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

Find another, more professional plumber. Sadly, they don't respect your time. I used them once before and they were fine. Tried a second time and had a morning appointment scheduled far out in advance. I was told they had a bigger job so they needed to move me to the end of the day. I obliged and rearranged my schedule. Was given a window of 4-7pm. Called to confirm at almost 6pm and was told they needed to push me again until between 7 and 8pm. Got the runaround -- and he said, what do you want me to do? Come another day? Star Cities, I've already rearranged my schedule for you. I have a job that I left early to meet YOUR schedule. Don't ask me to do it again. You wasted my time. Never again.

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company.
Eddie was responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me.
I didn't get to meet Eddie, but his guy Gus was great, ontime and even early. He was professional and was able to accomplish the following in a couple of hours.
-Leaking faucet with faucet replacement
-replaced bathtub spout (it was broken)
-installed my bidet
-replaced sink shut off valves.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Mike from Austin Plumbing is great! called him at 8AM showed up promptly to help fix my heating pipe leak on a Sunday. Very detail oriented and made sure everything is okay. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. 5 stars

Very pleased with this company.  They came quickly for a quote and had a very fair price.  They seemed very knowledgeable and were pleasant.  They gave quote information quickly, didn't have to chase after them. I plan on using them in the near future, will update.

Extremely flexible to our schedule, came out on a Saturday morning.  Quickly repaired shower and reasonable cost. Will use this company again!

Andre came to inspect our broken faucet and leaky dishwasher and was fantastic. He fixed the leak and then came back the following week to install a new faucet after our contractor broke it on install. Fantastic service and so responsive and helpful - couldn't have asked for anything more.

Colin is breath of fresh air in a NYC landscape where expertise, trust, fairness and honesty are rarities. I've worked on half a dozen projects with Colin over the past 2 years ranging from installing a new kitchen sink faucet to installing a water filter, hooking up a new washer, snaking a clogged drain all the way to ordering new parts and fixing a non-flushing toilet. He's a good communicator, follows his word and is on time. He's also a straight shooter on pricing and is always willing to go the extra mile to do what's needed. Finally, Colin is an absolute gentleman, so I highly recommend him.

We just had the best experience with Blaustein Plumbing. Their employee arrived in less than 2 hours from our call.  He was polite, articulate and knowledgable - even funny!  The issue with our in-sink disposal unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly.  I have told our management company not to use anyone else any more.

Samir was very communicative, quick response time and provided the required insurance paperwork etc. He did the job as promised at the agreed price. It was a scraping, plastering, priming, painting job. Very satisfied with it. I'd use him again for this type of work or for plumbing etc.

These plumbers are not just plumbers, they are nice people. I have used them for huge factory installations, and tiny leak problems created by others  Every time they come, they are prompt, work clean, and courteous. Ive had emergencies, and plenty of non emergencies. They handle them both appropriately. I never met Irwin, but Jay (father) and Brandon (son) make a terrific team!

There customer service is great, everyone is friendly. I would recommend this spot to any one in need of plumbing supplies. I was also told they sell Girl Scout Cookies so I had stopped by to buy some and it was very heart warming to see how the father was supporting his daughter.

Really couldn't ask for a better experience. Called in th morning and Oscar came over within a few hours even though I let them know it was not an emergency. Fixed both a leaky pipe and broken toilet in a very reasonable amount of time and was extremely fair with the invoice. He is clearly an honest guy! Will certainly be my new plumber going forward. Can't go wrong with these guys!

We had a major issue with our kitchen sink drain that couldn't be fixed with Drano. Due to holidays, it was hard finding someone to come out or the rates were very high. Robert got us a very reasonable quote and scheduled us for the earliest time next morning. He got the sink draining in less than half an hour and saved us from any more of take outs and delivery foods! Definitely will recommend Robert and his team to our friends. Thank you!

Thought I just had a backed up drain pipe . Eric showed up and tried his best to unclog the trap ,but after many years  of buildup and lack of use he had called Mike . As soon as Mike showed up he assured me the problem would be solved . He a a great energy level and really seemed confident in his ability to fix what ever the problem is. He worked really hard and explained to me what  he had to do , and how it would be done . With every step he showed me how backed up my pipe was , and had to replaced that section of pipe . He fixed the problem , cleaned up afterwards and did not seem to be in hurry to rush out.  He went above and beyond trying to help me out on another issue I had with a toilet. If you need somebody for your plumbing needs a highly recommend Mike.

The plumber I received was extremely and unreasonably rude. Thought I should write a review about it. Tells me that he knows what he is doing and he in fact, did not. I needed 1 part replaced but he acted like it was life or death. I wouldn't use their service ever if I were you.
