I am so glad that after researching several companies and asking around, I decided to call Scott from Main Man. Our main water pipe broke and water was leaking from the walls into the basement. It got worse and fast. Luckily we redirected the flood of water coming in towards the sewer basin or else we would be flooding. Stressing out, the whole family was digging dirt from the crawl space and moping the basement floor. It was labor intensive and a highly stressful time for us.

I called Scott on Sunday. Send him pictures and videos over the phone. He came Monday, and he came earlier to assess the situation and gave me a quote. He really is a nice and supportive business owner towards his customers. He was professional and always texted me when his crew was coming and what's the next step. He took care of all the permit and advised us from day one. I am very grateful.

The crew was wonderful. Everday, six of them came. They were punctual, clean, and worked so hard. Special shoutout to David and Juan (professional, attentive, and courteous).They showed me I can trust them and the integrity of their work. They were meticulous of the repair and of other resident's property. When they leave, the worksite is neat and guarded until they return next day. They even helped me push my car parked in front of my house into the driveway when the battery died so they can dig in that spot. Day one, they found the broken lead pipe and stopped the water from coming into my basement. There were a lot of tree roots underneath the property/foundation. Day two, they took the lead pipe and installed copper pipes and fixed everything. Day three, they finished the road and sidewalk. They were also kind enough to pour cement over the hole we made on the porch. Not only do they get the job done, they go beyond to help you as much as they can. They were diligent and professional. Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

I cannot say enough about the excellent work Star Cities did.  They were knowledgeable and could handle the entire project from finding the problem to doing all the work necessary to fix it and re-build my bathroom - demolition, tiling, waterproofing and doing the carpentry.  Excellent work, reasonable price and completed on-time. Outstanding service ! James and Pete faced a pretty difficult job tracking down an in-wall leak as well as a few other pipe leaks along the line. Very difficult to get to. They weighed all available options so as to do minimal access damage to walls or bathroom tiles. They were able get access through a small hole in the boiler space avoiding any damage anywhere else. There pricing was definitely reasonable. They'll be the first i call when needing further work in the future and I'd recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing services. Called on a Friday at around 1pm to have my kitchen sink drained and someone showed up around an hour later. Very prompt, professional and quick.

We had no heat this weekend, and my building was struggling to get a plumber to come by. I used Blaustein a while back to install some new bathroom fixtures, so I gave their number to my super without really expecting much. Thankfully our pipes weren't frozen and in less than 3 hours later our heat was fixed and my super raved to me about the fast, clean work that the mechanic did.

I recently had my Tudor home in New Jersey painted by S&A Quality Pro Services. I was impressed with the work and particularly the responsiveness of Samir, the owner. With everything going on pandemic-wise, they were very communicative and responsive, making it easier to schedule an appointment. They showed up an diagnosed the issues very quick. Very professional and fast workers.

I had to replace a kitchen sink faucet and I got in contact on a Saturday, and he came Monday morning, exactly on time. Price was absolutely affordable and the job was done super quick. It was not an easy job as the space was very tight due to a garbage disposal being in the way. There was a problem with the hot water line being too short and he was able to completely solve it without having to leave and get a new part and potentially costing me more. Would absolutely use again and plan on having him come out in the future.

Very unprofessional... they are a scam please stay away. They didnt fix my drain instead caused more damage. Look at reviews from other yelp pages for cheap johns you will see a lot of people have complaints against them. They just keep opening new yelp pages. Very unprofessional.

Bought a portable dishwasher, and the device that connects to the sink didn't seem to fit my sink. I went to AE on the recommendation of a local hardware store that wasn't able to help me out.

Turns out, I wasn't doing it the right way and it did fit. They helped me out free of charge, despite the fact that I was a retail client instead of a contractor, who seem to be their typical customers. I appreciated the honesty and quick service!
