I hired Main Man to do a broken sewer line. They gave me a reasonable price $12,000 total. They charged me a deposit of 50% of the cost which is about $6,000. When they attempted to do the work. They came without any permits. They got kicked off from the work by the Dept of Building and Dept of Transportation. Main Man said that they don't wanted to do the job anymore. They cashed my deposit into their account and they refused to give me back my deposit of $6,000. I will have to go hire a lawyer to sue them. I advice you to stay away from Main Man. They are scam. Do not trust them.

Akeim is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  When the kitchen faucet in my tenant apartment broke, from the pictures of the damage he was able to assess quickly that I needed to do a replacement instead of a repair and advised objectively on the type of faucet I should get.  Once obtained, he installed it quickly for a reasonable price.  I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with him on future projects.

I cannot say enough about the excellent work Star Cities did.  They were knowledgeable and could handle the entire project from finding the problem to doing all the work necessary to fix it and re-build my bathroom - demolition, tiling, waterproofing and doing the carpentry.  Excellent work, reasonable price and completed on-time. Had a problem with the toilet and tried to fix on my own with no luck. I called them and they called me right back and came within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend and will be using them for my other jobs in the apartment building

I have been satisfied every time I've used Austin Plumbing and Heating. They have always completed work on time and within budget. The work they have done has always been up to code and passed inspection. I highly recommend them!

I recently hired Platinum Plumbing to take care of a number of plumbing problems that I had.  It was just a wonderful experience from start to finish.  When they showed up to find out how serious it was and give me a rough estimate of how much it would cost as well as how long.  James and Peter looked at the two bathrooms, water heater and oil burner that all needed to be worked on and after confirming what work I wanted to have done they were able to give me an estimate and time frame that was acceptable to me.

The work itself:  When Platinum Plumbing showed up to start the job they got to work and were great.  Since the work was going to take them multiple days and I would be staying in the house while they were going to be doing the work, they made sure to take care of all the problems in such a way that it wouldn't interfere with me living there.  They did a great job making sure that I'd be able to stay in the home with as little disruption as possible.  

All the work was excellent and I was very happy with the finished results.  I know that the next time I have any issue with any of my plumbing Platinum will be the first number I call for quick, reliable service.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

These guys are great. Had a major toilet issue that they dealt with immediately even though it turned into a lengthy nightmare. Super nice and helpful!

Colin is breath of fresh air in a NYC landscape where expertise, trust, fairness and honesty are rarities. I've worked on half a dozen projects with Colin over the past 2 years ranging from installing a new kitchen sink faucet to installing a water filter, hooking up a new washer, snaking a clogged drain all the way to ordering new parts and fixing a non-flushing toilet. He's a good communicator, follows his word and is on time. He's also a straight shooter on pricing and is always willing to go the extra mile to do what's needed. Finally, Colin is an absolute gentleman, so I highly recommend him.

We had an issue with a leak at our restaurant. No one was available.  When we called and spoke to the owner, not only did he make sure to get someone out right away. He followed up after to make sure we were taken care of.

Extremely professional and I am happy to recommend to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

He might be ok for basic projects but he was terrible for us.

First, the quality of the work was only so so at best. They were supposed to do things like sand and repaint the original shutters in our house and they did a pretty terrible job to the point where it may make more sense to just replace them.

Second, he spent a lot of time asking about a second, bigger job we had rather than focusing on doing good work on the first one. If he had spent more time on the first project, maybe we would have given him the second project.

Third, he lost the key to our back door and took away doorknobs we had bought. When we told him it was gone he said his workers never saw it and it wasn't him. Then we showed him photos that the key was there when they started and gone after they worked. Suddenly his workers remembered throwing it on the floor under a pile of bags and magically they found the doorknob, after arguing with us it couldn't be them.

Fourth, he never sent us back the contract that he was supposed to sign (or provide receipts) and then he decided he wanted more money so left on a Friday--taking all of his tools--when he was supposed to return on Monday. We didn't hear from him until Tuesday night when he started arguing with us about more money. He said he was working in New Jersey, but that's not our problem and he needs to at least tell us if he will not be coming back for several days.

If you want to end up on Yelp complaining about this guy or arguing with him in a public forum, feel free to try your luck. It wasn't worth my time.

Great, fast, and friendly. I was a new customer with sewage coming up my kitchen sink. Gave them call at 8 am and they came out in less than an hour to fix my problem. Fixed it fast and the rate was not bad at all. I highly recommend them. Jay was great.

One afternoon I was walking by and realize they sell Girl Scout cookies. Well, I don't need a single plumbing supply but  I was happy to find cookies. Costumer service was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel uncomfortable  being a woman walking in there. Head to DJ plumping for your Plumping and cookie needs. HAHA

RACSO delivered a great service, they showed up the same day I called them.

Also, they offered a better solution to the problem I was experience at a reasonable price.

They finished the work in less than 2 hours.

They did a great job unclogging my drain and they worked fast and efficiently! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

I called this company on Sunday because the drain in the kitchen was blocked. Mike came within less than 1/2 and hour and resolved the issue. He is extremely professional and he offered helpful advise related to the overall sewage system. This company provide you 3 months warranty. Mike is the best!

Guy tells me on the phone that they have the cartridge for a specific toilet flush system.  He sounded dismissive and like he didn't know what he was talking about, so I asked three times, even though he tried to hang up on me, if it was the cartridge they had.  He says yes then hangs up.  Walk over there and it's the handle not the cartridge.  Another guy working there acknowledged what an idiot the person I dealt with was and tried to help but they didn't have the part.  I'm not a plumber, but I know how to fix a toilet and the exact parts I need to do so.

Steer clear of this place.  They don't want to be bothered by non-plumbers.
