We had a leaking problem pipe in our basement! We called a lot of plumbers.

Scott returned our call promptly and came by the next day with a fair estimate. Then he came back the next day with a pipe camera to make sure the problem was as he had diagnosed.

Compared to other plumbers who either didn't return our calls, or scared us with huge estimates to fix much more than needed fixing, Scott focused on the problem and fixed it within a few days. He guaranteed his work for five years, which is very reassuring.

He was honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

They were always on time, courteous, did absolutely beautiful and thorough work, took such care with my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out just the way I wanted it. They redid two bathrooms - including tiling, tub installation, and radiant flooring. I couldn't be happier or more grateful that I hired Star Cities.

Long story short...returned my phone call, showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day...could not ask for more.

I called multiple plumbers in the area and only one returned my phone call, that was Eddie of Recommended Plumbing. I called to have a leaking toilet fixed due to an improper install and repair from another plumber. Since I was at work, he sent me a video explaining what the issue was, which gave me comfort. Most importantly, the leak is fixed and no longer an issue. The fast response and great customer service was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Needed my water boiler replaced and was quoted a ridiculous price from my oil supplier. Called Platinum on a Tuesday and had my water boiler replaced that Friday AM. They did a phenomenal job- super clean and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

I've had Anthony at Downtown P&H visit my apartment/building multiple times and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with. He clearly cares about his job and the work he does. Our kitchen needed remodeling. Honestly, my wife and I purchased a new kitchen countertop and we were looking for someone install it. Samir by far is a great choice. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions, and also suggested a few other options. The installation was quick, neat and perfect. He educated us throughout the installation and has a great sense of humor. You can tell that he really enjoys his work and understands what the customer needs. Definitely a great choice. These guys saved me! I had people renting my apartment and needed a toilet unclogged STAT. Jay put me at the top of his list, showed up in 10 minutes, was quick, friendly,affordable, and out the door in another 15 min. He made a plumbing emergency turn into an easy 30 min fix. Keeping his number on hand for sure!

Very proffesional and was half the price of every other company  I called,  They came and took care of the backflow device the same day i called them and took care of all the paperwork as well.

One afternoon I was walking by and realize they sell Girl Scout cookies. Well, I don't need a single plumbing supply but  I was happy to find cookies. This morning we discovered our basement slop sink wasn't draining and I couldn't get to the clog. I called Rob due to the great reviews on yelp. He called me back almost immediately and he gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote and we agreed on a time when they would arrive.

Rob arrived when he said he would and was friendly and polite. Got to work right away and found the clog and after a little bit cleared the drain. We were chatting throughout and he gave me some tips on keeping the drains clean.

Best part was when it was time to settle up he asked for LESS then the original estimate that was quoted because it didn't take hm as long as he thought it would!!

That's the kind of honesty and integrity that you just don't see much these days and it was much appreciated. Rob told me I had a 90 day warranty and if their were any further issues they would return at no cost.

Do not work with! They came in to fix an issue with our kitchen sink leaking. They installed the wrong size pipe that caused our dishwasher to not drain properly but it took us a few months to figure out the issue. When we called back to ask them to come install the right size pipe they said we had to contact the plumber directly who came to our apartment and there was nothing they could do... when we got in touch with the plumber he said he would come and then cancelled 3 days in a row then completely stopped answering us. Cheap johns is still saying there is nothing they can do for us meanwhile our receipt and warranty for the original work is from their company... it's inexcusable and I would expect a refund if they can't fix THEIR mistake since the work was done incorrectly and they are not honoring the warranty on their receipt

These guys rock! Definitly a Supply house for professional plumbers, but if you heed somthing done, you might meet one us there.
