My problem was low pressure in my entire house. 5 minutes into my conversation with Scott, I immediately knew I was going to give him the job. I'm an engineer and very methodical and did my legwork and spoke to 5 or 6 other contractors asking every question you could image before I spoke to Main main. Each contractor give me a piece of the explanation with no clear plan or explanation that I and was looking for. Scott gave met the entire outline and painted my scenarios while being extremely detailed.  I could tell he was very very experienced - no bull.

Scott came in with a professional and courteous team. They made sure they covered all the bases from making sure the street was free where they needed to dig to cleaning up and sealing the street extremely professionally. My water pressure was so strong afterwards that I've never had such good pressure for 25 years! They made sure they carefully worked and walked in my basement as it was a finished basement. What I thought was going to be a painful job, turned out to be so seamless and painless. My issue was a dirty city tap.  Main man cleaned it out with a special threading tool and tested the pressure several times afterwards before reconnection. They made sure to show me the difference of the pressure before and after. Scott is a pleasure to contract out.

I had a leak in the basement from a broken pipe. Responded quickly to request for a quote. Showed up and did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service

Long story short...returned my phone call, showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day...could not ask for more.

I called multiple plumbers in the area and only one returned my phone call, that was Eddie of Recommended Plumbing. I called to have a leaking toilet fixed due to an improper install and repair from another plumber. Since I was at work, he sent me a video explaining what the issue was, which gave me comfort. Most importantly, the leak is fixed and no longer an issue. The fast response and great customer service was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Austin Plumbing  broke my families plumbing and did not pay for the damages.  They were asked  to replace broken parts and  took no
responsibility for the damage they did. They were over 4 hours late and made a mess destroying the plumbing parts and fixture.

I had a substantial leak running down my wall, that started the night of a torrential rainstorm.  Had all manner of pros weigh in, and many just scratched their heads.  Were not listening to me when explaining the problem.  Platinum listened to me, found the problem and fixed it, and charged me way less than I thought it was going to be.  They were honest, informative and forthcoming with explanations on everything.  They will be my go to with any plumbing needs or issues in the future.  Call them you won't regret it. These guys are the bomb. Fast, reliable, and they really know their stuff. I had two dishwasher hoses mistakenly replaced to stop a leak, and they came in and discovered that the real source of the problem was actually a cracked pipe under the sink. Would recommend them highly.

Would absolutely recommend Colin for your plumbing needs.  He showed up the same day I called him, just a couple of hours later, to fix 3 separate minor plumbing problems we were having in our apartment related to our kitchen sink and washer/dryer.  He was kind, polite, and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated.  Because of the pandemic he also wore a mask (properly over his nose, I would add) and shoe covers.  He worked quickly and had reasonable rates.  Highly recommend!

The guy showed up without tools.. and after waisting 1.5 h of my time, he said that he didn't find any leak and wanted me to sign a waiver... the worst experience ever.. don't use them

Samir was great to work with. We needed to make space in our kitchen for a dishwasher installation (which included putting a new outlet in and taking out some cabinets). Samir was super responsive and easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and he came and did the job in an afternoon. The price for the job was really fair and better than all of the other quotes we got. Samir is also a really nice guy. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and we are very happy with our new dishwasher!

Incredible service. I had a late night emergency when I was out of town and had friends staying at my place when the toilet started overflowing to the top and would recede. Jay picked up my call in the middle of the night and promised to take care of it first thing, first stop of the day. And then by 8:30 the next day it was fixed! Saved the day for us.

Appalling customer service even borderlining obnoxious for being busy I am just going to have to live with not having your business. Extremely disappointing from a customer service 20yr veteran perspective, a woman owned Construction Co in NY and them being recommended from a Successful GC friend....

Quick response and appointment set up. Gave me an accurate estimate that beat four other plumbers. Showed up on time, explained my wife the best course of action to repair the problem and did a nice clean repair. I found a reliable very courteous plumber for future use and one that I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you Oscar, loved the repairs done.

I called and spoke with Robert the owner, around 5 pm he said he'd be at my house within an hour and he was.  He had to come and fix something that another company didn't do properly the first time I had the clog. He was extremely nice and professional, he had to snake my sewer line and did it fast and right.  I highly recommend Robert and Urgent Drain.

I had a problem with a clog and had to find a plumber. I called up johns and within an hour had Michael a plumber that works for the company help out quickly and was priced fairly. I would definitely recommend them.

AE was recommended to me by a contractor friend who has been buying from them for years. I went in to buy parts for a project in which I have to build an inflation system (balloon that inflates and deflates) so I was looking for valve part options to facilitate inflation and deflation.

The men working there were willing to help me and showed me a few part options. The first man (the owner I think) gave me some switch valves (plastic & metal) and then another man brought out a bike pump valve and a ball valve. I ended up buying the bike valve for $3.

They said they did not sell any small pumps (smaller than large bike pumps they were selling).

They accept returns with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
