If people ask me, you know a good plumber? I say, No.  I know a GREAT plumber.  Smart & reliable John does great work at a great price.

Because he does the work RIGHT with quality materials, he may not be the cheapest quote, (he won't be the most expensive either), but trust me... he's the guy you wanna have do the work.

He also does heating and hot water coolers.  A good guy to know.

I called American Sewer on the advice of a plumber after he was stumped by the plumbing layout of my old house.  Richard of American Sewer had the tools to solve the mystery.  A house trap had disappeared under part of the cement floor of the basement years ago. With his special cameras, Richard was able to determine where it could be found. As a result, we were able to clear an annoying recurring clog in the line which backed up waste water, making a major mess.  He saved us! All this for a reasonable fee that was clearly explained before and during the work. Richard is a great, honest guy. I have no qualms about recommending him.

He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. He put up a new towel rod through tile, installed a new mailbox, fixed our leaky basement pipe, and helped with a minor repair on our screen door. This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

We had a huge sewer line blockage which almost flooded our basement; Mike came and found the issue and got started right away. He was so fast and efficient, by the time I came to see if everything was ok he was already done. He has great communication and extremely fair prices. He also explained to me what was wrong and power washed the front yard. Truly great service!

2nd time using them - again He arrived exactly on time, had everything he needed in the truck and had the job complete and me able to go to work in under an hour.  Jerry was so polite it and did a thorough job explaining what he was going to do, cleaning up after and explaining the bill.  Could not be happier with he service.

There were a lot of hurdles during the course of the project, but they handled it well, communicated with the countertop contractor, and always kept me in the loop. It's hard to find a knowledgeable and reliable plumber these days, especially someone who also goes above and beyond. For example, when we first contacted Jay about our leaking boiler, he texted us instructions on how to temporarily stop the leaking from our boiler before he came over. That was a great relief! Jay is very friendly and took his time to explain different things to us. He gave his personal opinion and suggestions on plumbing and heating issues that we have. We are very happy with Jay's work. Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!
