Excellent service. Mike was extremely quick in his correspondences. I was able to get an appointment within a day of my call. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

If people ask me, you know a good plumber? I say, No.  I know a GREAT plumber.  Smart & reliable John does great work at a great price.

Because he does the work RIGHT with quality materials, he may not be the cheapest quote, (he won't be the most expensive either), but trust me... he's the guy you wanna have do the work.

He also does heating and hot water coolers.  A good guy to know.

Great service. They responded within 2 hours of me calling and the owner Richard was very friendly and explained everything that was going on and that needed to be done. After everything was fixed he sent the camera down the pipes to double check and everything was a good as new. If you're in a jam and need a quick fix I highly recommend calling.

I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward.

These guys are quick and they have just about everything on hand that you need to get your problem solved. In a tight spot especially for a landlord you can kind of justify the cost. I say kind of because holly he'll they are expensive. Expect to pay somewhere around 730 for a sewer line hydro jet. All in all I'm satisfied with the service but I'd say they are a bit too overpriced.

I cannot praise this team enough. When the water heater at my mom and dad's house failed, they provided me with a prompt easy-to-read quote for the entire job (no hidden costs) which was quite competitive. They showed up on time with all necessary materials in hand, were courteous and efficient, and even hauled away the old water heater. The new heater was thoroughly tested before they left and has worked flawlessly since installation. From now on, NYC Faucet and Shower Repair will be the go-to service  for all my plumbing needs in the NYC area.

Came to the rescue late at night as promised.  Did good work and at a reasonable price.  Was thoughtful enough to wear booties and keep the work area clean.  Glad I found Dennis.  Highly recommend!

Two separate issues threatened to leave our condominium without heat through this cold snap. These guys were professional and did a great job, but much more than that, they worked tirelessly to find a required part and made the extra effort to ensure we had it fitted, same day.

There is no question who will be calling next time we need plumbing repairs.

I needed help with a main line inspection last minute. Mike was quick to respond and came through without a fuss. Very dependable and fair.

Larry Williams from Aladdin Plumbing arrived on time, as usual. He observed all Covid protocols. He quickly and competently repaired our bathroom problem. He cleaned up the work area perfectly. And he was courteous from start to finish.

Tri-Star?  Better to Try Harder.  What do you get for a $250/hr professional?   Excuses & more excuses.  

It's bad business to have a 7 day COI turnaround because they couldn't copy the sample I sent.   Their EXCUSE, was that they don't offer COIs?!  Every NYC trade pro does, so that's lame.  They should have paid me for all the extra work and time I had to do just to get them to do it right.  

It's also bad business to wait around all day to have them cancel in the final hour.  Their EXCUSE, that they're an emergency business & schedules are subject to change.  I hope you will never need them for an emergency.  Am i paying for the responsibility to be understanding and accommodating them?

There were almost too many unnecessary mistakes that cost me more time & money, when all I required was a certified plumber to hook up a new stove!

I am tired of businesses that make like they are doing us a favor while overcharging.  A good business would take accountability & offer a small compensation or concession.  Their worst EXCUSE is why they didn't offer either.  They said Your job wasn't big enough.

You can belittle us, but consumers have a big voice today, and there are plenty of other plumbers out there to chose from.   As another professional in the business, I can not in good conscience make any recommendation or refer to use this company.

These guys are at best handyman skill level, at worst putting lives at risk, conducting illegal not to code plumbing and electrical work. My wife and I hired them for filing NYC DOB plumbing permit, relocate kitchen plumbing and upgrade electrical in my east village co-op apartment.

Big mistake, they  didn't know that I have a decent level of electrical and structural engineering knowledge (studied in college) and once I saw the work, got very concerned, showed pics to my NYC registered architect that I had used last year and guess what? nothing to electrical code and terrible plumbing work not running pipes through the middle of joists as they had promised and thus compromised the structural beams (see attached email pic, redacted to protect personal info). Next, they tested my gas line, found leaks in basement, illegally turn off 2 gas meters, came up with a $91k estimate to fix the problem, and did not notify DOB and con-Edison for almost 1 week until they figured we are not going to give them more money. We got advice from a referenced licensed plumber and again guess what? totally illegal and dangerous acts. Now we are hiring a legitimate company to help us.  

I suspected neither of these guys (Ricardo or Dinesh) are properly trained, educated or licensed to handle anything more than simple handyman work that they probably learned while picking up small jobs.
I spent about 30 mins this morning researching their license numbers on DOB &DCA site and was shocked to find their GC license (621125) belongs to East Enders nyc inc, electric license (02938) belongs to some Joey elec't. Most concerning fact, the plumbing license (1504) belongs to Johnny Nanhu, the master plumber of Johnny P&H contrac inc who has a DOB violation record of fine and 2 year probation!!! (see attached pic) just unbelievable how all this information is hidden behind CN coterie which is just a registered cooperation (DOS ID 5034867) with no licenses and thus no legal liability which means their contracts are worth zero and will not hold up in a court. No wonder when I asked them to fill in the DCA contract template, they suddenly called me to come up with a new 'idea' to save us money and I never received the DCA contract since the template asks for a DCA home improvement contractor license number that they obviously don't have, what a scam!

Should have done my proper due diligence before hiring, just glad I did not hire them for a large scope of work and can easily supersede the permit to complete my renovation.

I never post reviews but this was so egregious that I felt a responsibility to alert the community. Please be careful before hiring for them for anything...even if its a simple handyman job.

It's hard to find a knowledgeable and reliable plumber these days, especially someone who also goes above and beyond. For example, when we first contacted Jay about our leaking boiler, he texted us instructions on how to temporarily stop the leaking from our boiler before he came over. That was a great relief! Jay is very friendly and took his time to explain different things to us. He gave his personal opinion and suggestions on plumbing and heating issues that we have. We are very happy with Jay's work. We highly recommend Jay for your plumbing problems. Jay is great!

I was in need of the cast iron trap assembly in my unfinished  basement. It's Been epoxy patched  over the decades   and a new leak developed  in a hard to reach  section of cast iron pipe ,  under a support beam.  It was time to change it all, and finally do the job right !
I have used a home repair app on my phone  on my last few  home projects with pretty good results. This time the App hooked me up with cesspool companies.  Then I saw a ad for Plumbwell in a local town newspaper. I got a very competitive price with  two different options that would that would effectively correct  the job in a professional and  proper  manor.   The owner Rob,  also noticed  the old  Cast Iron assembly  was back pitched ( tilted away from the waste water's  natural flow, Meaning there's always waste water just sitting in the pipe. Not flowing  out.
A Long story short: very fair price. 2 workers,  worked about 5 hours. The Guys were amazing !  Super clean job replaced with pvc.  I don't know too much about plumbing, but noticed their  equipment  seemed to be modern and new.  I'm very happy. It's  nice to see some new competition in Northern  Nassau!
I'm glad I noticed their ad in the Roslyn Newspaper.  
They will have my future business if needed.
