Quick, efficient, and courteous! I sent Richard a message on Sunday AM, and he was here within 24 hours and fixed our shower drain clog efficiently.  He was very polite and also wore booties when I asked him to take off his shoes.  Would definitely recommend, great service and company!

Our experience with Zoom Drain was fantastic.  Although delayed John and Alex kept us updated on their arrival time.  They performed a video scope of a drain in a house we are about to purchase. They diagnosed the problem showed us options and we hired them on the spot for the repair of the clogged main line. They were professional and efficient. They had towels and made sure to clean everything when they were done. They even used bleach and made sure is was spotless
Honestly, a great experience that made us feel comfortable about the purchase of this home and their work. We will be calling them again for routine check ups and maintenance.

Recently, my upstairs bathtub wouldn't drain properly.  My wife went out and bought liquid Plummer and a matching tub snake.  Somehow after using the liquid Plummer she got the snake stuck in our drain.  I called Drain Solutions and Dennis came out and not only removed my snake but also cleared my clog.  The upstairs bathtub is running and draining smoothly.  Thanks guys appreciate your service and all done in 30 mins.

Steve came at the arranged time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a half hour.  He was affordable.

Did not have a positive experience with this company.  Called them to fix leaky bathroom sink faucets which they said sounded like an hour or so job (@ $170/hour) so I chose them over another recommended plumber who was $200/for the whole job. Boy was that a mistake! The plumber they sent ended up hammering through my dry wall to fix what he said was a drainage issue (I was astonished to find him in the bathroom doing this after thinking he was just fixing pipes!).  Appeared as though he created a larger situation than was needed and after almost 6 (!!) hours, he was finally done repairing the mess he had made and also fixing the thing I originally called about, which was just a matter of replacing a little piece in the faucet! Cost me over $1000!!!

I mistakenly tried them again for another job a few months later-- my shower faucets seemed to be leaking.  The same plumber returned and fixed this problem, but created a new problem where the shower would turn on when the middle faucet was set to bath only.  This was only happening with the hot faucet, which was the one he was working on.  I called Aladdin to explain the situation and they sent the SAME plumber back, who COMPLETELY DENIED responsibility in creating the new problem, and the company had the gall to charge me for the visit! The plumber's supervisor Mocha was arguing with me over the phone that sometimes new problems come from fixing things and it can't be helped and it wasn't her plumber's fault.  Obviously it was-- I had not turned on the shower/bath since he was there and when I did, there was an obvious new problem.  She tried to charge me for an hour of work!! I explained how she could not charge me an hourly rate for her plumber to fix a problem he created, and she bargained down to $50 and said that's what she would charge me plus the parts.  All this time, I'm standing next to the plumber on his phone to his boss and he's just saying, I have nothing to do with the cost side of things, I did not touch the inner tube that would create this problem, etc etc, completely denying any agency for the situation. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Will never use again.

Omar has displayed strong dedication and work ethic onsite at buildings diagnosing leaks. Irena is always very helpful when having worked dispatched via their office. As a Property Manager I can say that I trust this outfit entirely, highly recommended.

I called Jay on one of the coldest 3 days we had in NY, I'd awaken to no hot water running . Jay responded quickly and was honest FIRST PLUS he said his team were servicing homes but I wouldn't be forgotten. In that time I googled like what could I do, a blow dryer to the pipe was the quick fix but at that point I just wanted to sure the house was safe to produce and maintain heat. Jay called me back and I told him I had hot water but I did want my radiators refreshed, Jay said no problem SECOND PLUS. Jay walked through and serviced the radiators I wanted and he gave me some jewels about my radiators which is priceless THIRD PLUS!! Jay is soft spoken, EFFICIENT, reliable, and reasonably priced. He left my home warm and earned a lifetime customer! I'm a single woman and I'm a labor guys dream, I've been taken advantage of so many times and in some instances I just didn't feel safe. Jay made me feel safe and secure in my home and didn't treat me like a sucker. I greatly appreciate Pro Plumbing & Heating, all things plumbing and heating related are best handled by them and I've had a few companies here. Pro Plumbing & Heating was by far the best! I have used Bob numerous times.  They just installed a new hot water heater at a house I have in East Meadow.  They are reliable, neat, professional and back up all of their work.  I highly recommend them.
