I needed my BBQ connected to my exterior gas line.
It was difficult to find anyone to do the work. Not only did Mike agree to do the job, he came the next day. He was punctual and on time. Mike was able to do the job and gave me advice on how to maintain the line appropriately. Overall, he did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. I called him and explained the issue. He was so courteous and helpful. He was able to fix the issue and he is the only plumber I will call. I love the service.

Call them first!!!  I spent hundreds of dollars with the $49 guys  what a waste of time and money.  I called Rich out of desperation, as my sewer clog kept coming back.  He changed his schedule and was at my house within an hour.  He opened the trap in my crawl and solved the problem the right way.  I could have saved a lot of time, money and inconvenience if I wold have called Rich first.  I cannot thank him enough.  What a great and knowledgeable guy.

Called Ciro for a very dangerous situation.  I had a rotted window frame with the pane suspended only by the bottom corner.  The bottom of the frame was leaning against the air conditioner.  At any time, the pane could have fallen out of the frame.

Ciro responded very quickly.  He came and gave me a reasonable estimate and completed this job and another issue.  He was on time and very professional.

With the rain and the fact that it drains from our roof into the sewer system, we started getting a little rain water coming up through the floor drains in the basement. Then, on a Sunday, it got much worse and it wasn't just rain water coming up from the sewer line. We found Zoom through Guarini Plumbing in Jersey City, a sister company to Zoom, and they dispatched Keneth on Sunday afternoon. Keneth was professional, competent, and solved the problem. He took the time to show me on the video camera down in the pipes some other issues I may need to take care of in the future. I would definitely use Zoom again.

Recently, my upstairs bathtub wouldn't drain properly.  My wife went out and bought liquid Plummer and a matching tub snake.  Somehow after using the liquid Plummer she got the snake stuck in our drain.  I called Drain Solutions and Dennis came out and not only removed my snake but also cleared my clog.  The upstairs bathtub is running and draining smoothly.  Thanks guys appreciate your service and all done in 30 mins.

Steve came at the arranged time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a half hour.  He was affordable.

Mike did a fantastic job re-routing some pipes, adding a washing machine drain and installing a slop sink. Highly recommend him for great work and honest pricing!

I used their online chat to speak with one of their plumbers and they were very helpful!  The person I spoke with was Michael Bruno who seemed like an experienced plumber who had a very good understanding of my problem.  If they were closer to my area, I would definitely seek them for plumbing services.

Tri-Star?  Better to Try Harder.  What do you get for a $250/hr professional?   Excuses & more excuses.  

It's bad business to have a 7 day COI turnaround because they couldn't copy the sample I sent.   Their EXCUSE, was that they don't offer COIs?!  Every NYC trade pro does, so that's lame.  They should have paid me for all the extra work and time I had to do just to get them to do it right.  

It's also bad business to wait around all day to have them cancel in the final hour.  Their EXCUSE, that they're an emergency business & schedules are subject to change.  I hope you will never need them for an emergency.  Am i paying for the responsibility to be understanding and accommodating them?

There were almost too many unnecessary mistakes that cost me more time & money, when all I required was a certified plumber to hook up a new stove!

I am tired of businesses that make like they are doing us a favor while overcharging.  A good business would take accountability & offer a small compensation or concession.  Their worst EXCUSE is why they didn't offer either.  They said Your job wasn't big enough.

You can belittle us, but consumers have a big voice today, and there are plenty of other plumbers out there to chose from.   As another professional in the business, I can not in good conscience make any recommendation or refer to use this company.

The first thing you'll notice about working with Ricardo is that he replies incredibly quickly to messages on Yelp. I sent him a message around 9pm last week, and he replied in 8 minutes. That is amazing service, far beyond the call of duty.

I was in search of a plumber after the outdoor water pipe and faucet broke on a Friday night after several people we were referred to didn't answer or were unavailable to come the next day. Jay answered my call right away and scheduled to come by Saturday morning. He was responsible and sent text messages to update me on his arrival time when he anticipated a delay.

He provided us with a reasonable estimate and offered to fix it right away. Although he had many materials on his truck, he left briefly to pick up specific parts we needed and was back and fixed it within an hour. He even walked around the house to give my husband some estimates on other work we would like to do in the future. He seems honest and knowledgeable. Would use him again.
