I began my search for a new water heater by going to Home Depot.  After getting an outrageous estimate from their contractors, I began my search for a plumber.  Edison was one of the few plumbers who replied promptly with all the details I needed to make a decision.  There were others who never even called back.  He also explained to me why plumbers preferred A.O. Smith vs. Rheem as a brand.  (It's contractor grade quality which is superior to the retail version.  The customer service dept. is also better when there's a problem).  Also his quotation was reasonable.  He's a true professional.  Edison came over with his assistant and completed the job in half the time I was quoted by another plumber.  We now have hot water and a new plumber who I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future.  Thanks Edison!

Sam was quick to respond, able to come over the same day, fixed my sink well and quickly, and was completely transparent about pricing.

Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

Came quickly on a Sunday morning and fixed a toilet blockage. He's a bit expensive but that might have been influenced by how quickly he fixed it. You can get the snake thingie he used in Amazon for $40. But it's big and a pain to store. So maybe it's worth it.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher capped some copper pipes under a sink for me recently and did a very good job. He was very professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other plumbing jobs.

Joshua is the man. On Christmas Eve, our toilet was  leaking and we had no clue how to stop it. He answered my call and took the time to walk me through how to shut it off to curb the problem. Lifesaver. He didn't have to but he did. Hard to find that level of service and professionalism. Couldn't recommend him more.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Sergey came out on a holiday to repair a bathroom leak. His pricing is fair and his work was excellent - a rare find in NY plumbers!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

Hassan came on Monday 2/5 and gave me an estimate for some plumbing work I needed done in my coop. My entire bathroom basically went down the crapper (pun intended) all at once and we didn't know what to do. Water was shooting out from under the sink and our shower head was busted-- total nightmare. I called and within the hour, John Luca came prepared with everything to finish the job. He was friendly, helpful and super efficient. Completely fixed everything within an hour's time. I couldn't even believe it!
