Best Plumbing Services in New York

I reached out to this company last week to get someone to check the plumbing in the house , usually my father in law would handle any plumbing issues but after we lost him in December we have been lost. I tried to have someone from this company come down and give us their suggestion. The receptionist was very nice which is why they get 3 stars but they never called me back. Customer Service is my number one priority, and trust me people are willing to pay for good service. If you can't call someone back to schedule an appointment then I can't imagine how your communication is after doing a job. Thank you for making a decision for me I will go ahead and pass on your services.

I am so relieved to have found a reliable, timely and communicative plumber. They fixed my plumbing issue within an hour and a half, providing a specialty part I would have had to order from the manufacturer. The plumber I called before tried to sell me a completely new appliance, so I really appreciated their discernment and consideration!

I had two leaky showers.  I called, sent emails out and waited.  First call, I was told I needed cartridges changed, and asked for a thousand dollars, including parts.  Then, I got a text from Tim Golden Hands, and said same jobs for 240 plus parts.  Third one said 300 plus parts.  So, I went with Tim.  It was easy to communicate, and we scheduled next day, Saturday.  A very young guy showed up at my door, and I wondered if he has enough experience and knowledge.  HE WAS GREAT!  I bought the part from Home Depot, then when we opened one of my showers, he realized that I got one part wrong.  He went out, and came back with the correct part.  AND, my two showers are no longer leaking!  He also explained that I have one month warranty.  So, if the problem occurs again, he will come and fix it at no charge, which is great.  I will definitely recommend his service to all of my friends!

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

We called him because our radiator was leaking. Instead of charging us a huge fee for a visit and a simple tightening of a valve, he talked us through what to do. And like magic, it was the end of the leak. He was the epitome of integrity and honor. We will definitely use him for our plumbing needs.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Kirill did amazing work on a hookup for my portable dishwasher to the hot water line under my kitchen sink. It required multiple attachments and a complete redo of the dishwasher's hose system. Kirill was so great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Joshua was great! A very pleasant experience. He was able to fix my toilet that would not flush and replaced all the fixtures in my shower. He was very polite and professional and quick! Thanks so much!

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

I used Riverside for some final jobs on my condo . They were very communicative , timely and did the job very well ( I liked the fact they were mindful of not making a mess). A bit on the expensive side but these days , good work is hard to come by - highly recommend

Hassan was very quick to respond to our initial query - a leak in the toilet cistern. He was keen to see the photos and video we took, was able to diagnose the problem and gave an estimate which was excellent value for money. His colleague Nabil was able to come round quickly, with the necessary spare parts in hand (avoiding another trip) and fix the problem.

A week later, it is like nothing ever happened! Thanks so much, we hope we don't have such problems again, but if we do, we know who to call.
