These guys are stars. An emergency popped up and we were forced to go with other (very unprofessional/expensive) plumbers on short notice. Thankfully, we found Vuksani to come in and complete the job in a MUCH more professional and timely manner. All for a very reasonable price. Erik and Edison were fantastic - responsive, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely work with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable, professional plumber.

We had an outdoor faucet stop working and we were not sure if the knobs/pipes had been damaged because of the past freezing NY winter. I called Sam and explained and he said he could not make it til the following week. A few hours later, he text'd and called and said he had an open window that day. Kudos! As our outdoor faucet was an unconventional setup, he asked as much information as possible before investigating. Not only did he figure out what the problem was but gave us important instructions on pipe maintenance and damage prevention. He is knowledgable about his craft, courteous, and super nice! His pricing is also very fair. I will definitely call Sam again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Never thought I could say that a company could treat you like family, but that's what Kirk did.  Went out of his way to take care of a clogged drain that flooded my elderly parents' home.  The flood knocked out the pilot light on my parents' water heater and he came back to troubleshoot it.  

He was honest enough to let me know that it was a job for a licensed plumber and he referred me to his friend Peter (licensed master plumber-separate review) and followed up with him to make sure I was taken care of.  Thankful for the attention he gave my parents in the midst of an emergency that could've gotten much worse.  I would recommend him for your job without any hesitation!

I was very happy that I found Mike. He fixed the problem with my steam boiler and much more. Unlike some other plumbers who charge a lot but deliver a little, Mike truly knows what he is doing and is concerned about his customers. Mike's genuine concern to help is what guided him to my home and to interest himself with fixing the heating and plumbing problems.

Seriously! Do your research on what jobs should cost, because if they can rip you off- THEY WILL..! They quote 3 faucets installation for $1,500, not including faucets. FYI - I have other plumbers, quote me between $180 - $250 per hour. And the job took an hour.

I have used this company for my previous job, $375 for a sink basket leak. Expensive basket replacement. Not going to rave how great of a job, plumber's capability to change a sink basket is pretty basic

Earlier this month, my mom's sink started dripping. As the month progressed, it got worse and worse, so I reached out to several sink repair services in the area via Yelp.  Kirill was not only very responsive, but also offered one of the best rates. Kirill came by the following morning and was able to fix the leaky pipe without any issues. He also stayed true to his quoted price.

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

I contacted Sergey through Yelp and he responded within 10 minutes. He provided a quote for the replacing a kitchen faucet. While a bit higher than the others, I thought it was fair and booked him given his solid Yelp reviews. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The installation looks good and the faucet is functioning well. All in all, a great process and results. I would definitely call on him again.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

I contacted Robert on a Sunday when I had an issue with a leak in my shower, he was able to come over that afternoon and solve the problem. We were doing a kitchen and bath remodel at the time, and given Robert's great work I hired him to plumb the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and redo the shower plumbing. All now work flawlessly and look amazing! I will happily hire Robert and his team the next time something comes up

Nabil showed up on time, was curteous and straightforward, and did an excellent job replacing my old radiator valves. I was impressed by his speed, and how he left everything in a clean state. The price was exactly as agreed upon, so no unpleasant surprises.

Poor workmanship. John Brought a giant cement truck through my shared driveway and smashed the corner of my garage. To avoid me calling the police he promised he'd fix it and promised up and down it would look great. Of course he Patched my woodwork with spray foam and it looks really bad. Took off and and won't return to fix.
Plays head games. His favorite phrase is I'll be there on Monday. Then two weeks later he says it again. Do you really need that in your life?

I need to hire another contractor to come fix my woodwork now.
