Based on previous yelp reviews I reached out on a Friday afternoon with a small non-emergent job to replace bathtub fixtures that were stripped. I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

Kirill was quick to act on his feet and responded with a quote immediately. He was able to complete my service the very next morning! The pipes under my sink were leaking and both my partner & I couldn't quite pinpoint the issue. Kirill came and knew exactly what to do. The quote I received included both parts & labor which was super helpful. No more leaks!

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. They were prompt, courteous, and clear with communication on pricing, and my faucet is working like new. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, y'all!

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Eugene pulled off a miracle with my pluming issue under the kitchen sink.  The outlet pipe to the main sewage line was rusted and rotten and the threads were gone.  I suggested he cut the pipe and attach some kind of metal/rubber link.  He found one that fitted the pipe perfect and completed a clean job.  He is pretty good with responding.  Reasonably priced, but you will have to negotiate. I used him for other work in long island and he did a good job there as well.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

Robert and his team at Riverside exemplify great service and value. They responded to an inquiry on a Saturday night within 30 minutes, texted and called to confirm the project scope (in my case repairing a broken shower valve and estimating costs for a series of other home improvement projects), arrived bright and early and on time the next day, talked me through what they needed to do and asked if I was okay with any additional charges as they went (the additional cost being for parts which they located, removed, and showed me and provided receipts for), and most importantly, fixed the shower valve that had been serviced but never really repaired by a handful of others. Mostly every plumber that has looked at this issue before has simply replaced the valve (2 in the past 2 years). In this case, Robert and his team took the time to really diagnose the root cause and found an old cartridge that clearly required replacement many years prior; if speed were the only measure, they'd still be ahead of other handymen by a long shot but to see the true attention to detail spoke greater to their expertise.

If you live in Hoboken, you know that finding a reliable communicative and actually handy handyman can be challenging. I can't count the number of hours I've spent online and on the phone locating a plumber, electrician, or general handy service. I was so pleased to hear back from Robert so quickly, and to see his teams work was really effective and fairly priced.

I've already asked them to come back for other projects; I'll be sure to share an update on how those go as well but I'm sure it will be much the same given their approach. Look no further Hoboken, we have a new handyman team!

Didn't use. Quoted $425 labor to change 1 filter and to remove/clean/reinstall the adjacent spin down. Another 5-star plumbing pro on Yelp  charges $175 for the exact same service.

Four Seasons was by far the most expensive out of 5 quotes I received.

A 15-minute job shouldn't cost so much and in a downed economy it's sad to see tradesmen price gouging like this. Customers need to shop around -  a half hour of research saved me $250.

We moved into a brand new apartment and we continued to be plagued with a running toilet that stopped flushing. After a few limp attempts from the super , we had no choice but to call in reinforcement. EARLY on a Sunday morning, when once again the toilet STOPPED FLUSHING. They answered immediately and sent over our Plumbing Service God. He and the team identified the problem and remedied it in very little time. What we have is a toilet that is now quiet and flushes!!
