GREAT!!...had my hot water replaced.They took away the old one.Explained to me the new heaters fuctions and capabilities.Worked with me on pricing(even though it hurt my pockets but who doesnt think there being overcharged..LOL)Would recommend their services.

Despite there being so many plumbers, it is so hard to find a good one.

I called Sam based on his reviews to check out an issue with my kitchen faucet and valve.  However, a more urgent came up with my bathroom, and he was able to come by to check out the problem and not charge me for the visit.

He came back later to replace my faucet and valve and repaired a pipe they had corroded and leaking that was a surprise.

Sam and his apprentice did it fast and well. He knows brownstones, which is a plus since a lot of the plumbing is old in my apt and building.

Def would use him again without reservation!

Tim was absolutely amazing!! He arrived when he said he would and was meticulous in his work. He double checked with me before each project to make sure I liked the position of the paintings/mirror/shelves and took his time. He was friendly, fairly priced, and cared about the project. I wanted to hang 4 pieces of art  that I loved (of all different sizes ) in my dining room and he gave me great suggestions on different ways to do it, and the result was just perfect! Highly recommend!

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

I found Dov through Yelp since he got good ratings.
He fixed my plumbing issue over a month ago but I waited to post my review on Yelp to make sure the issue was really resolved. Sometime plumbers come to your house and fix things but it ends up being an expensive BAND-AID!

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.
He was prompt, polite and on time on a Sunday afternoon.
Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.
Even tough, they advertise their business as open until 10pm or open 24/7 in some instances.
Marcel treated our situation as an emergency and went above and beyond to repair it without the astronomical cost when a fix is treated as urgent.
We highly recommend this business if you're looking for exceptional service, competence at competitive rates.

Had a great experiance with Kirill! He was the first company to respond to my emergency inquiry and was able to come the next morning bright and early. I was able to get a fair price quote for my shower repair through the chat by messaging a picture of the issue. Can't get more convenient than that. Super prompt service and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. Definitely going to use Kirill for future repairs!

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Robert & his colleague did an great job in our apartment. They hung 2 heavy mirrors, tightened plumbing fixtures, fixed a light fixture, patched & repainted drywall, fixed a doorknob & also hung an electrical panel. When I called to let Robert know I was not 100% satisfied with one item, he promptly came back & fixed it at no charge. Overall, I would highly recommend Riverside Handyman Services.

I needed emergency repair for a faucet in a tenants' apartment. This company caught my eye because it listed 24hour/7 day service. I called John and he was very professional over the phone. He came and repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently. John even came over the next day to repair a leaking kitchen sink pipe at my own house!
