I called Vuksani and someone was at my apartment in 10 minutes (!) to replace a stubborn broken shower head. He explained everything thoroughly, provided helpful info for the future, and made sure we were happy with the repair. Highly recommend.

I had trouble with my furnace, Sam came out and found the problem quickly, the cost of the repair and service call was very well priced, I would definitely use him again and recomend him

Moved into the neighborhood in July, and within the first week of being at the place, had a bubbling toilet that wouldn't flush properly, back-up into the shower, and gurgles from the sink (all in the basement). Called Pipe Monkeys and Kirk was able to basically diagnose over the phone. Had a team member, Nick, come on sight the very next morning, who confirmed and fixed the problem. Wore a mask, cleaned up after himself, even explained in simple terms for me the crux of the issue.

When a heavy rainfall caused some (minor) flooding out of the same pipes in the basement less than a week later, they came right after the storm passed, rechecked and recleaned everything - at no cost. Nick's inspection led him to believe it was residual debris/cleanout from the previous visit that was causing the issue. As we had no power, he cleaned out the trap by hand. Again, wore a mask the whole time and cleaned up after himself!

Keeping an eye on things to make sure no more bad luck, but could not have been happier with the clarity and quality of service - both at the office with Kirk and at my residence with Nick. Very satisfied.

I mean this in the best way - I hope I never have to see them again!

I feel really lucky that Mike was referred to me. I had a waterlogged floor, and no idea where the water was coming from. Mike worked systematically to determine the root of the problem, documenting the whole process while he went. He provided clear explanations for what work needed to happen and why, as well as detailed estimates for each component of the process. This was a big and complicated job, and it was a relief to know that Mike had the broad range of skills and expertise to complete every aspect, including installing a new drain and rebuilding my walls. Mike Donahue is extremely reliable (he always shows up when he says he will if not earlier), an excellent communicator, and very respectful (he always leaves the work space clean, and takes care to protect my belongings). I recommend Mike Donahue without hesitation - a true professional!

Our toilet flooded on a Sunday night (little rugrat toy went down the toilet). We tried to retrieve and snake it ourselves on numerous occasions with no success. I did a fast search on yelp and Tim Golden Hands came up with rave reviews. So of course I chose to go with him (and I'm glad I did). Tim was able to fix our toilet and retrieve the toy in less than 5 mins (meanwhile we been trying for 4 days lol). I will definitely use him for any future issues and projects

Had to service an apartment for my tenant and Rob was great. Upfront on pricing and transparent, didn't try to upsell or fabricate issues like some other plumbers I contacted and was available in 30 minutes to help out.

Everything was easy and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

They showed up as a property manager I asked them could they identify the problem . Th service tech said it looks like it's an issue with the street Line. Which was obvious at that point because the street had started to sink. I stated ok I will call 311
Then I get a call from the office asking whether I want to treat the drain anyway . I said no it looks like it's a city problem . Guy in the office says well I will have to bill you for the service call. $ 210.00. I stated you did not do anything . He is now calling every other day

Never use these people lack of knowledge no business acumen .I will never ever call them. Call anyone else.

Olsi responded quickly and effectively to our unusual need in connection with our new faucet installation. He handled the job like a pro, and we learned that he was also able to assist us with other needs (eg, toilet and basic electrical). I recently came back from Japan to discover that my sublet had trashed my apartment, and, in particular, my bathroom, shower, and tub. The drain was completely backed up and the tub caked with grime.  I immediately went to Yelp to find plumbers in the NYC area to unclog the drain.  Late at night, I sent out a general email for help and Christopher M, Manager of Marcel Mechanic Plumber replied with 5 minutes with a quote upfront.  In addition, he responded quickly and professionally to all my email questions, showed up on Sunday, on time, and did an excellent job.  All is now in working order once again.  He is a personable and professional young man who communicates what he was doing as he is doing it.  I highly recommend him if you are in need of plumbing assistance of any kind.  Thank you, Christopher, for a job well done, and for the pleasure of meeting you and talking with you!

First time using Kirill and I give him 5 stars.  Got back to me right away with an estimate that was very fair, and was at my house within 24 hours to make the repairs, which he treated as a priority because it was the kitchen sink.   Installed the plumbing for a new sink and connected the dishwasher and plumbing looks great.   I'm having him do more work going forward given my experience.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

We needed a bookcase assembled and two televisions mounted. Robert was communicative and did excellent work on our job. Definitely recommended.

Hassan was very quick to respond to our initial query - a leak in the toilet cistern. He was keen to see the photos and video we took, was able to diagnose the problem and gave an estimate which was excellent value for money. His colleague Nabil was able to come round quickly, with the necessary spare parts in hand (avoiding another trip) and fix the problem.

A week later, it is like nothing ever happened! Thanks so much, we hope we don't have such problems again, but if we do, we know who to call.

Have been in contact with half a dozen plumbing services in the area.   This being the only ones who were unprofessional over the phone, never wanted to actually give a quote and were a waste of everyone's time.
