Best Plumbing Services in New York

Our electric water heater stopped working on July 4th so we had no hot water for 24 hours. I called Home Depot at first and put it as an emergency job but no one called back. I called Vuksani Service, I told them what happened and they gave me a reasonable quote and the appointment was set.
They were in my house the next day at 9:30ish and by 11am we had a brand new electric water heater. The guys did a great job, they were experienced and even correct a minor job done by someone else years ago.
I will save Vuksani Service information on my phone b/c they are great and do a great time.

I made an appointment for Sam to come and assess my house. I paid $150 for his total time of 10mins. He said that I needed two different parts, one for each toilet. Then he said, he will text me later with the price. He text me $345 for the parts,, not including his labor fee. I texted him back, what are these 2 parts. Then he sent me this message which I copied and paste. Hi I understand your curiosity about the work but if I tell my clients what to do and what to buy it wouldn't be much of a career for me. Hope you understand.. Yea, I understand, the parts really didn't cost that much. I called him right back but he never answered his phone.

The Pipe Monkeys team was great from start to finish. First, they responded to my message right away with an accurate quote, and they gave me an appointment for the next morning (it wasn't an emergency issue, so that was fine). The next day, Kirk kept me informed about his arrival time; when he did get to my apartment, he was helpful and informative. He quickly figured out the source of the leak, went back out to buy some needed parts, and returned promptly to finish fixing it. There were multiple payment options, and paying was easy. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

I just recently purchased a house. Only a week after moving in the Damper motor broke off on my Burnham Boiler. Michael walked me through everything he was doing and why.  He replaced the motor. In addition, he replaced the broken pressure guage, updated the pigtail from steel to brass, and recalibrated the pressure. This made the system so much quieter as I was experiencing a lot of water hammer also.  The pricing was very reasonable as I've been charged more for less work by other plumbers in the past.

Michael will be the plumber I call when I need one.

I needed a light fixture replaced and a toilet paper holder installed. Everything went as planned and was done efficiently.

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

I had the misfortune of getting a leaky toilet on a Saturday night, I reached out and left a message to the owner asking for a quote. Sunday morning, before I was even awake, the owner had reached out and asked for photo and video of the leak so that he could provide an accurate estimate. I provided the requested items and the owner was able to provide a quick quote, and schedule a technician to come out within 3-4 hours.

The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment window (thanks!) after giving me a 20 minute heads up phone call. Came in, wearing a mask d/t COVID, put on little footies to keep my floor clean, and was able to fix the leak within a few minutes, had the right part with him in the bag. Polite technician, quick on the job, nice person. After the technician left I noticed that there was still a minimal amount of leakage from a different area of the toilet mechanism (flushometer), and texted the owner. Without hesitation the owner promised to send the technician back after his next appointment, and would remedy the issue. Plumber came back a few hours later, fixed the problem in a few seconds.

Overall I'm very happy with the service, polite and professional. The estimate is on the high range (but not higher than all others I had tried), but the reviews sold this company for me, and even though like I said, it was a bit higher, I feel the professionalism and quality of the work speaks for itself. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Desperately needed a plumber on a Sunday and my super was no where to be found. Olsi immediately called me back and was at my apartment within an hour. He unclogged my toilet within 2 minutes. Extremely fast, reliable, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

The job was not completed properly for my boss. After the bill was paid in full, I reached out to Christopher Marcel and told him the toilet was not flushing. I sent him vidéo my boss had sent to me. I asked if he could return the next day to fix it since he had offered to do follow up for free if needed. He was immediately agitate and told me he broke his foot. I asked if he had someone else he could send and he got pissed and hung up.

The job was not completed properly and now we will have to pay someone else.

Christopher, I'm sorry to write this and I hope your foot heals quickly. But your conduct was not professional. And it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN.

Contacted Kirill regarding the leaky 3- handle tub/shower faucet. The quoted price was competitive. The response was prompt & punctual. Work was performed professionally and skillfully. Was really pleased with Kirill's demeanor and communication.

Since we wanted to install a new dishwasher, we looked for a plumber through yelp and found Sergey. He gave us an estimate after we send him some photos. He was polite and did a great job. Price was fair. Thank you Sergey!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

Hassan came on Monday 2/5 and gave me an estimate for some plumbing work I needed done in my coop. We agreed to schedule the work for the following afternoon.  Just as promised the work was done today, 2/6.  Based on my experience, I will use his service again.  I recommend Four Season Piping.  Thank you Hassan.
