These guys are the absolute best!! They are always accessible, show up when they say they will and always go the extra mile to make sure the work is completed in the best possible way.
Today they came quickly, cleaned up the back up sewer mess in the backyard and even started the process with 311 to get the city out here to fix the main sewer pipe.
We also used them twice before and were always super happy with their customer service and their work ethic.  Definitely a company you would be happy to deal with in the most challenging situations. Thank you Pipe Monkeys!

We are very thankful to have Mike as our plumber and agree completely with his many five-star reviews. We first started working with him when our hot-water heater went out over a weekend. Several of the plumbing companies we called wouldn't talk to us until Monday unless we'd paid for their on-call service. Mike was super helpful despite the fact that we were new customers and had a plan in place to have the job completed Monday morning rather than just getting underway then for a later completion. Since then he has replaced several rusted pipes and has never tried to upsell us or make more work for himself. He is not always the cheapest estimate but he'll tell you why the job costs what it does, what corners he refuses to cut and let you come to your own conclusion without pressuring you. He's honest, direct and straightforward. He's quick about responding on the phone and doesn't leave you hanging. You couldn't choose a better plumber.

Tim replaces a broken garbage disposal, secured a medicine cabinet door that was askew, and also adjusted the shower door in my condo.  He was receptive, friendly and very transparent in how he prices his jobs.  He also goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule. I will definitely be using Tim again for future jobs.  He's fantastic!

We hired Dov to snake out a basement level patio drain after construction work had clogged it.

Dov was timely, professional, and explained all the work he was doing, and what he recommended for long term care in terms of cleaning and covering the drain after he left. He explained how the drain system was hooked up throughout my basement so that I'd have a better understanding of other problems that might come up in my house. I greatly appreciated the education on top of the professional job he did on the snaking.

Olsi responded quickly and effectively to our unusual need in connection with our new faucet installation. He handled the job like a pro, and we learned that he was also able to assist us with other needs (eg, toilet and basic electrical). We hired him for additional work based on his responsiveness and good nature. He was committed to finishing the job ms properly and his prices are fair enough. Highly recommended!

Another great visit from Kirill! He installed a new showerhead and a bidet attachment for my toilet and checked out another running toilet. And he helped me remove the plate over my ceiling fan too! Once again his rate was totally reasonable and he offered to come back anytime if I need anything adjusted. Kirill is a gem!

I live in a single family, 101 year old house.  We moved into the house in June 2014.  

We have 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.  1 half bathroom, and 1 full bathroom are in the basement.  We never use the basement bathrooms.  

Today, while using the laundry machines in the basement, my wife noticed something really nasty coming out of the half bathroom.

We had a main line sewer clog, and every time any toilet was flushed in the entire house, it was getting backed up into the basement bathrooms.  We have two kids under 6.  We use the bathrooms a lot.  The smell in the basement had gotten so bad that it was like walking into a wall of crap.  It was nasty.  

I called these guys, and even though it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night, and they were in Manhattan, they came to Queens.  They were here in 45 mins.  They checked out the situation, which had gotten worse since the water had slowly seeped away and only the solid crud remained, and figure they could do the job that night.  

90 mins later they guys were done. The toilets all work.  All the bathrooms in the house are working.  They even cleaned up.  And not just like a surface clean, but they really got into it and cleaned.  

Two minutes after they left i checked one of the upstairs bathrooms - i should have checked before they left, but i totally forgot.  The toilet wasn't working.  it was still slow.  I called them, and they came back within five mins.  They checked the upstairs bathroom, found that it was an unrelated issue and fixed it.  No extra charge.  They just fixed it and went on their way.  Amazing.  

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, these guys will fix it.  They will fix it professionally, quickly, and cleanly.

As far as price is concerned, i thought they were perfectly priced.  No issues at all on that front.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Eugene twice now, once this past week. First off, he is very responsive. I typically hear back from him within the hour, if not within a few minutes, and that was consistent even when he wasn't available on a particular day.

He has wall mounted a desk for us, anchored furniture, and hung some simply (but heavy) artwork.

He has always come prepared with tools and extra hardware and depending on the project, has had a nice balance between using parts that came with an item versus suggesting other approaches. Everything he's done has been exceptionally secure and straight/level, even months later.

Highly recommend!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

I selected to contact Riverside Handyman Services after reading the excellent reviews. Sadly, I didn't get the same experience. Although the owner reached out twice (once via phone and the other time via text), he never responded to the texts after I sent him the pictures he requested. I always say, if you cannot do the job (or not interested), have at least the courtesy to say so, but the failure to respond is not professional.

Hassan and his partner showed up and placed 2 valves under the sink. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Just hire this guy!

I rely on reviews and I always carefully read reviews before I hire anyone online.

I own a few properties in NJ and for many times I have been tricked or stood up by handy men...

For example once Home Advisor Mr. Galen sent me some pro with 0 experience in fixing roofs and they even promised me that these pros have insurance and have tall ladders to climb up to my 3 floor buildings.  Until they showed up in front of my property with a backpack and bare hands, I asked them how they gonna clean gutter with no tools no ladders? They said that they never did gutter cleaning before and they do not even have license or insurance... all they do in the past was assembling IKEA Furnitures!  OMG...!

I am so glad that I found this company Peral through Yelp!!! My tenant's kitchen faucet was leaking and we tried to switch cartridge ourselves but the leaking got worse, so I yelped and started contacting them.

Ms Britney was such a knowledgeable Frontdesk who picked up my call and from there she let me text to her personal phone to send pictures and video about the leaking situation. Then she tried to explain some different options about how to get this done within the same day!!!(which is beyond my expectation!) Finally we solve the problem. I purchased a new faucet on HomeDepot.com and she sent Handy Man Mr. Brian to pick it up then went to my property and installed it for my tenants. Around 6/7pm (after work hours) Ms. Britney sent me 2 photos of the new installed faucet and under the sink photo, everything looks beautiful and neat!
Great job they have done!!!!!
