I want to update my prior review- Jake called and  said there was a misunderstanding. He showed up today (early) and was very professional and did a great job.

Called Sam about capping a pipe leading to an old bar I was getting rid of. He came and saw job wasn't as difficult as he thought it was over phone and charged me much less than estimate. That's honest! and the right thing to do. Did good job and I will call again.

Showed up in a mask and at the top of the wait time window provided. Was quick, thorough, and kept to price quote. Very much appreciated!

Very pleased with Michael's services! I called him to replace a leaking water heater. Despite having not been his customer before, he responded to my initial e-mail within minutes, and managed to fit the work in the next day, at a price I was happy with. The installation was done well and the area left nice and clean. My water is hot and my boiler room dry -- just the way I like it. He even did something to a sticky door he encountered that made it work better, without being asked. I'd definitely use him again.

Tim is an all-purpose handyman who I contacted for a small plumbing  job replacing rotting pipe parts for a kitchen sink. He responded quickly and came over a couple of hours later and discovered another problem that I hadn't noticed. After a quick trip to Crest Hardware, he completed the job in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and professional, wore a mask and took off his shoes without me asking. Parts and labor extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and payment via Venmo was a plus. He will be successful as a small business with efficient and dependable service that naturally attracts loyal customers!

Robert is quick to reply and efficient in unclogging our bathtub. Also provided helpful advice. I will definitely go to him for any plumbing issues.

My bathroom sink was clogged and my kitchen sink started leaking, so I reached out and they immediately responded, requesting photos and video.  I sent them over and he gave me a preliminary quote (but more importantly, he also informed me that depending on the source of the kitchen leak, it may be a more expensive job than quoted).  The technician arrived wearing a mask and put on booties and gloves to enter my apartment.  After snaking my bathroom sink, he went to work on the kitchen sink leak.  He patched it up and left, but soon, it was leaking again; so I called back, and the technician returned.  He taped it up even more and said the shelf was pushing down on the pipes.  After he left, the leak got significantly worse! I couldn't wash dishes without emptying the bowl under the sink within 2-3 minutes.  

I reached out again and this time, Dov asked for more pictures and came out to us.  As he initially suspected, this was a more serious job.  He offered to refund us our money or we could pay the difference, now that the entire plumbing under the sink would need to be done.  We went ahead with doing the entire job and now, under our sink looks great, but most importantly, NO MORE LEAKING!! We gained some additional storage space because he moved the pipes further back towards the wall, used heavier pipes that wouldn't rot as much, streamlined the pipes so less loops and less junctures that could potentially leak in the future.

I would highly recommend working with them and have added them to my list of professionals when something needs to get done in our house. Although slightly expensive, the quality of the work was impeccable, the professionalism, and the commitment to having happy customers speaks volumes and was worth it.  You really get what you pay for and I'm glad I did!

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Marcel Plumbing did a phenomenal job for us on the Upper West Side when we needed it. He bought the materials and fixed our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink for a very competitive price. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Couldn't ask for better, and I will 100% be using this company next time I have a problem for any property we have.

Kirill did amazing work on a hookup for my portable dishwasher to the hot water line under my kitchen sink. It required multiple attachments and a complete redo of the dishwasher's hose system. Kirill was so great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I needed immediate help with a clogged toilet.  Joshua answered immediately and was able to come over within a few hours.  He even called back and let me know that he was nearby and was able to come over earlier.
The clog was a bigger fix than originally thought and Joshua walked me through all the steps, let me know of his (very fair) pricing and left the bathroom very clean and organized and the toilet in great working order.

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Sergey was on-time, polite, clean and did great quality work. The cost was reasonable (and very competitive compared to other vendors) and the quality of the work has stood up in the weeks since Sergey did the work.

For reference: I had a wax ring replacement in our bathroom. Great work all around!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

Though, I did not use the service from this guys, from the swift response of this people. I believe this guys are serious about their job and thats the quality we look for. What else do we need then a person or team taking their task seriously and solving our problem swiftly.

We had a leak from the bathtub leaking to the lower floor. I called Peral piping on a Saturday morning, they were responsive and they came that same day evening. They cut in the ceiling downstairs and figured the water was coming out from the mixer of the tub when the shower was on. They put silicon around the mixer and charged me $250 for about an hour of work.
Next day there was still water leaking when shower was on (same problem). I called and they said they will charge another $175 to come and take a look as it could be a different leak. Anyway, I hired another plumber and we figured the water was leaking from the tub itself below the mixer. They put silicon all around the tub and fixed the issue.
To be fair, the water might have been leaking from both locations but I expect if I'm paying $250/hour that at least they come to look at the same issue I called for in the first place free of charge. And it would have made sense to put silicon around the whole tub as well the first time to ensure no leaks somewhere else.
