Had an emergency on a Sunday and Sam was over within an hour. Was back to permanently fix the job within 2 days. Very fast and good at what he does and very fair price

Wanted to do some tree roots maintenance before my lines get backed up.

Called pipe monkey and Curt (Kurt?) Picked up after 4-5 rings.  Very courteous and professional, was able to schedule me for next day morning.  

Nick, nice young man called half a hour ahead of our appointment time and informed me he would be about 15 mins late which was totally acceptable and professional.

Came. 25 mins of rooting and he's out.

Only complain? I was quoted $175-$225 (which is already on the High side) and I figured a 20 minutes maintenance job would land me at $175.... but I was actually billed  $200. It was a bit much for just rooting Maintenance. Locals charge between $125-150....  and does about a good solid 30 minutes worth of cleaning.

But for professional, courteous and quick service? I guess paying a bit more is worth it if you can afford it.

I hired Tim for a small project to switch out my lights and switches. Not only did he respond quickly, his price was reasonable and when he showed up (a little early) he took extra precautions to keep my place clean and his work was thorough. I would definitely hire him again.

These guys were very quick to respond and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day even though my particular plumbing problem was not urgent.  They came on time and snaked our backyard drain (twice actually; they were very thorough), which fixed our drainage issues.  Really appreciate the prompt and professional services.

I had a leak in my bathtub that was leaking on the floor below. He opened up the ceiling and not only fixed that leak but there was another leak. He even went above and beyond and exchanged Some piping so that I would not have a problem down the road. You cannot go wrong with this guy. All of this at a very reasonable price. Consider yourself lucky if Kirill is your plumber

Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Great guy... Came on time, wore gloves, gloves mask and booties upon entry. Had a leak that i couldn't figure out. Water from the 2nd floor leaked into the first floor. I went ahead and cut the sheetrock on the first floor to locate the pipe. The position in which the pipes were located were extremely difficult to see let alone view.
  He did a few tests and found that that the leak in fact is not coming from the pipe which i was surprised to hear but im not a plumber so ill leave it to the expert to conclude. We went back and forth upstairs and down running the faucet, the tub, the shower, the toilet... No water was leaking. We finally splashed some water onto the tiles which i didn't even think about doing. Low and behold, the water started to leak.
  Appears the tile came loose where the water ran in between the grout allowing it to flow into the 1st floor kitchen. Not knowing what the problem is has to be the worst part. Even worse than the solution. Either way, problem solved. His main focus is plumbing so i didn't expect him to repair the tile. Will need to contact someone else for that.  
  My only complaint would be the initial visit. He wasn't there for more than 30 min and the trip charge was a bit pricey considering only troubleshooting was done and no repairs but i can't fault him for that as i knew the cost going into it and agreed.
  I would use him again in the future if i needed plumbing work. He knows his stuff, is prompt, reliable and answers his phone.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I would like to highly recommend to work with them if you have any issues with your plumbing. I think Candace is good orginizer to resolve issues you have and technicions are responsible enoguh you rely on their experience. I satisfy their serive.

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.  

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job.  It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise.  They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly.  They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it).  A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues.  Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.

He replaced our water heater and did a very good job quickly. I'm glad we went with him. He is very professional and gives reasonable prices.

They will get the job done quickly and correctly. Always reliable and communicative. My go to plumber.
