It was a good experience calling them in my need hours..I got some water leakage issue in my house bathroom so they did their job in a best wayy to fix  my issue on time..

Sam picked up right away and was able to come out the same day I called about our frozen pipes. We've had problems with pipes freezing each winter since we moved into our house and have had other plumbers come out to advise before (in vain), but Sam is the first who identified this particular problem and how to fix it. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The drainpipe under our bathroom sink burst on a Sunday morning, so we needed someone to come out right away. I contacted Kirk and he responded straight away and was at our apartment half an hour later.
He was able to fix the issue (based on the photos we'd sent, he had brought exactly the right replacement pipe). He was great - friendly, professional and efficient.
As the fix didn't take that long, he asked if there were other issues we needed help with to make the most of the hourly rate. He helped us with a couple of other minor issues gave us advice on how to manage the other issues ourselves.
Overall we were very happy with the service and would definitely use Kirk again and recommend him to friends / neighbors.

We chose Michael blindly from Yelp reviews and so glad we did. Professional, friendly and reasonable. He was so kind as to help us with a big job which was sort of last minute and stayed late too. Then again a few days later with a separate issue.  I would absolutely call him again for a job and recommend him to all.

Artem installed a new medicine cabinet for me and did a wonderful job. His manager was extremely responsive and Artem was very professional and diligent. He did a great job on the installation, lining up the cabinet perfectly, and even cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. I would definitely use Tim Golden Hands again!

Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

Dov was excellent. He came and fixed out bathtub drain in no time. A few days later our sink was backing up to our tub and he came out and fixed that at no charge too.

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

Marcel Plumbing did a phenomenal job for us on the Upper West Side when we needed it. He bought the materials and fixed our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink for a very competitive price. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Couldn't ask for better, and I will 100% be using this company next time I have a problem for any property we have.

Kirill replaced a faucet on a vanity for me. He was in and out within 1 hour. Very friendly and responsive to schedule.

Expert job. No leaks. Cleaned up the area after he was done. Job is guaranteed if there are any future issues.

I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

He did a fantastic job. Showed up within 24 hours, did the job in under an hour (even with having to leave and come back to pick up a spare unexpected part) and charged a very reasonable price. Wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this guy.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Riverside is everything I expect in a service provider - responsive, on time, and perform quality work.  Would definitely hire them again.

Didn't use. Quoted $425 labor to change 1 filter and to remove/clean/reinstall the adjacent spin down. Another 5-star plumbing pro on Yelp  charges $175 for the exact same service.

Four Seasons was by far the most expensive out of 5 quotes I received.

A 15-minute job shouldn't cost so much and in a downed economy it's sad to see tradesmen price gouging like this. Customers need to shop around -  a half hour of research saved me $250.

If I told you that between my co-worker and I, we've called over 20 companies to find someone who could work on a bunch of jobs at my boss's place and then have at least 3 different plumbers come out but not be happy with any, you wouldn't believe me. This has been a year in the making but FINALLY, FINALLY we found someone my boss is happy with. I didn't realize how difficult it was to find a good plumber in NYC. My boss's place had so many issues and we needed to find someone who A: would service an apartment or condo (this was a HUGE problem we came across a lot) and B: would get the job done.

Well, thanks to my coworker, he found Peral Piping and my boss is happy with their work!!! We finally found good people! John is undoubtedly a New Yorker which is a good thing cause he just gives it to you straight. He's very honest, very responsive, breaks down the options you have, gives you his honest opinion and ultimately lets you decide what you want to do. Him and his coworkers (sorry, I can't remember their names) are super nice and friendly and have fixed all the issues that had to be addressed. They fixed a broken pipe that leaked into the neighbor's apartment, a kitchen sink, installed a water filter in the kitchen sink, fixed a toilet, and fixed a bathroom sink.

I will say they can be a bit pricey so be prepared for that but they will work with you. Really glad we found them after a long tiring search. Definitely worth the money if you need help with any plumping issues!
