We have used Vuksani twice now. Both times they gave good advice (we had wanted to repair a leaky faucet, but we got a new unbranded one on Amazon for such a good price and peace of mind to not have to call out for other repair work immediately down the line, it just didn't make sense to replace the cartridge, just as they advised us), a fair quote and good service. They call en route to check in with you, arrive on time and do a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted me on YELP...asked a question....I replied....and got no response from them at all. Frustrating because you don't know how to proceed.

I had called Pipe Monkeys at 3pm on a Saturday asking if they had availability for Sunday. I figured by this time of day, most plumbers were already closed for the day. I spoke to Kirk and he asked if my backed up tub and toilet were in the basement and I said yes. He said that we had a clog in our main sewer line. Not only was Kirk friendly, he said he would be able to get to my house within 2 hours. He and his associate Nick were just finishing up a job. They showed up in 90 minutes!!! I not only want to thank them for their promptness, but also for their honesty. Kirk even recommended what we can buy at Home Depot to help maintain excessive growth of roots. Even though he mainly dealt with my brother, I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and clientele. Tha I I ok u for saving us from a major disaster!!

Believe all of the 5 star reviews for Michael Donahue Plumbing & Heating! Mike arrived today at my apartment in Brooklyn to repair a leak in my shower valve (i.e., to replace a cartridge in the valve). As many of the reviews emphasize, Mike is an absolute expert and he will get the job done to your utmost satisfaction. Moreover, he is friendly, courteous, and honest. Unlike other plumbers, he will not overcharge you for his work, and yes, it is true that he is not only reasonable and fair with the price that he charges for his work, but he does not go over the estimate that he will quote when you describe the plumbing problem to him via email or text message and send to him a photo of the valve, faucet, pipe, etc. that needs to be repaired. He is hands down one the very best, if not the best, plumber in Brooklyn and perhaps in all of NYC.

I'm so pleased with the work he did! I needed someone to hang four curtain rods in my apartment. He took his time to make sure everything was level and symmetric. He was very friendly, asked questions to confirm exactly where I wanted the brackets placed, and didn't make a mess. I would absolutely hire him again!

Dov is quick to respond and quick to figure out what the problem is and solve it. It's a relief to be able to rely on him and his team, which I have for maybe a decade now. I trust their work, and they're easy to deal with interpersonally: unassuming, polite, and clear. I find the prices very reasonable. It just feels to me like an honest, efficient small business.

Desperately needed a plumber on a Sunday and my super was no where to be found. Olsi immediately called me back and was at my apartment within an hour. He unclogged my toilet within 2 minutes. Extremely fast, reliable, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Not reliable at all!
At 9am the Super banged on my door about a leak into the apartment below. Being a great tennant I immediately scheduled a service call, I set this up with Marcel Plumbing for 4PM, at 3PM they called and cancelled.

I had a active leak into the downstairs apartment and they said they could maybe show up by Sunday. Fortunately I was able to find a reliable plumber that I called at 3:15 and they were on the scene by 4PM.

Some plumbers are very reliable and some like Marcel are unreliable.

Kirill replaced a faucet on a vanity for me. He was in and out within 1 hour. Very friendly and responsive to schedule.

Expert job. No leaks. Cleaned up the area after he was done. Job is guaranteed if there are any future issues.

He does full bathroom remodels too if you're looking for a bigger job! Thank you!

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. They were prompt, courteous, and clear with communication on pricing, and my faucet is working like new. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, y'all!

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

This was the biggest nightmare of my life! Their team comes across great initially until they start working and you realize they don't know what they're doing. After hours and hours of them doing shotty workmanship that they have no skill at, for example the electrician actually electrocuted himself several times while he was working and didn't take any safety measures whatsoever and then other odd jobs around the house I told them to please make sure the door was shut and the check is on the door open. The worst thing was when my puppy got loose and they never said one word about it the dog ran into the street and almost got hit by a car we had to run all over the entire neighborhood to try to get our pet safely home. I was furious when I got back and ask them to explain why they left the door open for the 10th time I didn't bother to tell me that the dog got loose they said they didn't think it would be an issue. They were just numbskulls, their English was horrible I had a terrible time being able to understand what I was saying   There were so many levels of unprofessional and unskilled workmanship I really don't have enough words or ability to articulate how horrible the experience was.

I have used Four Season multiple times and have been very happy with their service. Hassan has responded quickly every time, including last week after our basement completely flooded due to Hurricane Ida when he was extremely busy.

Instead of simply replacing everything which would be costly, he managed to fix our boiler which was previously flooded and did everything to salvage our hot water heater (which was old) before eventually replacing on the spot. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I rely on reviews and I always carefully read reviews before I hire anyone online.

I own a few properties in NJ and for many times I have been tricked or stood up by handy men...

For example once Home Advisor Mr. Galen sent me some pro with 0 experience in fixing roofs and they even promised me that these pros have insurance and have tall ladders to climb up to my 3 floor buildings.  Until they showed up in front of my property with a backpack and bare hands, I asked them how they gonna clean gutter with no tools no ladders? They said that they never did gutter cleaning before and they do not even have license or insurance... all they do in the past was assembling IKEA Furnitures!  OMG...!

I am so glad that I found this company Peral through Yelp!!! My tenant's kitchen faucet was leaking and we tried to switch cartridge ourselves but the leaking got worse, so I yelped and started contacting them.

Ms Britney was such a knowledgeable Frontdesk who picked up my call and from there she let me text to her personal phone to send pictures and video about the leaking situation. Then she tried to explain some different options about how to get this done within the same day!!!(which is beyond my expectation!) Finally we solve the problem. I purchased a new faucet on HomeDepot.com and she sent Handy Man Mr. Brian to pick it up then went to my property and installed it for my tenants. Around 6/7pm (after work hours) Ms. Britney sent me 2 photos of the new installed faucet and under the sink photo, everything looks beautiful and neat!
Great job they have done!!!!!
