Best Electricians in New York

The electrician who came to my house was extremely courteous and professional. I really appreciate that he wore his mask the whole time too. When I got a quote, there was a concise breakdown of all the costs including parts that needed to be ordered; it made the decision very easy to make. The electrician answered all my questions and left a great looking product. Will be using for my next project.

Klod and the team is amazing! He went above and beyond to fix my water heater. Normally they don't do same day bookings, but he knew it was an urgent situation so he prioritized me and schedule an appointment. He also made sure that everything was working perfectly before leaving. He was giving me detailed explanations as he did the repair to help me understand the problem. Also he was extremely nice to give me consultation on questions I've had for electrical projects in the house. He even drew a diagram for me to explain how I can install my project. I'm grateful that I've hired them for my repair job and got to meet them. Definitely will be hiring them again for anything.

Funny enough, he mentioned that he always runs into electric water heater issues in new construction buildings, because of the developers not properly running them when installing. I recently found out that he was completely right and our whole condo had to get their water heaters replaced! Thanks for the help Klod!

Mickhael installed about 10 light fixtures for us including 2 on the outside of our house.  he was on time and super fast.  strictly business.

gaston is the best

this happened last night, july 2nd. at 11 pm on the saturday before 4th of july. we went out all day, came home. 10 minutes later, power went out but only for our apartment. my gf is on dialysis, so her equipment needs power to function. by the time i got access to the basement, it was well after midnight. found gaston on yelp, he picked up almost immediately and in under 1 hour he was here. fixed the problem quickly, helped us out TREMENDOUSLY. if gaston had not been available we would have been in a terrible situation. after midnight on a holiday weekend? only a good hearted soul would come through in a time of need like this, saved us a hotel stay, an entire refrigerator's worth of food, plus difficulties with dialysis!!

John is the best. Very professional, competitive rates, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. Wore a mask and distanced as well. Definitely recommend!

I was exploring some outlet replacement ideas. G&R responded promptly to my inquiry, sent out an electrician to review the job on site for a very reasonable cost, and provided a typed up scope of work and cost estimate on the spot. Will definitely use them again! Reliable, friendly, competent.

Danny was a pleasure to work with! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was flexible with our schedule. He brought all that was needed, swapped out a new light fixture and was ready to address any additional issues (gaps, new switches, etc.) and installed a dimmer switch seamlessly. Did the entire job in less than 40 mins, and the icing on the cake was how kind he was to my large, loud, but lovely pup. We will definitely call on Danny for our needs moving forward. Thank you!!

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

We bought a 2 family home in Brooklyn and Cel Electric installed new electrical service for the entire house. Very happy with the service.. will definitely recommend and use them for all my future needs. Will rate them 10 out of 10.

So we woke up one Sunday morning to a flood that covered my whole basement in 2inches of water, i browsed different electrical companies and found Danik electrical...yoni picked up (who was super nice)offered me a free estimate right away(which i love to hear), he came and immediately jumped on the job and took charge...he basically re-modeled all the electrical work for my basement..he installed modern spotlights and switches, all the outlets were destroyed in the flood so he replaced all outlets. His work was very professional, he cleaned up after the job was done(so less work for me :) ) he answered all my questions and calmed me down...very affordable, efficient and highly recommended

We purchased a studio that needed all of the lighting and electrical updated.  We chose Ilya based on the yelp reviews and were very glad we did. Their customer service - communications, timeliness, rolling with changes etc..- is as good as the electrical work they do. I would hire them again for any future projects and recommend them to anyone needing work done on their place.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. 1950 sink in bathroom attached to the wall  need to be removed.
Then replaced with bathroom vanity and sink.
Communication was excellent.

I will use for future project that involve plumbing. Wish je did other work like floors etc.  He only does jobs involving electrical and plumbing.
I was nervous about getting someone off yelp.  But, his reviews were excellent.

Avi is a lifesaver. His team was originally only available the following week. But when I told him I needed the light fixed in the kitchen of my elderly parents, he fit me in after a cancellation within a few hours of talking to him. Very reasonably priced. Came with 2 men to handle the kitchen light and ceiling fan installation to save on time.  Arrived on time. Very pleasant and understanding on the phone.

I used this service today for help with dismantling a bed frame that movers destroyed - don't ask - and I was so impressed with Handyma'am that I had to come here asap quick to write this review! They came on time, they were easy to book with and pay, and they finished a job that I thought was quite hard in under a half hour.
