As first time homeowners, being anxious about things is normal... but it comes to electrical issues, all hell breaks loose. Thankfully Klodian is super responsive and takes the time to assess and explain the issues. And when I say he takes the time, I mean it. He and his team have made several visits to our residence since we moved in a month ago. Price is very fair and it's clear that he cares about his clients. His level of professionalism is through the roof.

We were looking to have recessed lights installed in our apt and had trouble finding a contractor that would meet our coop building's requirements. We were happy to have found Rich through his excellent reviews on Yelp. He was very responsive and communicative in the planning phase, while he and his team were  reliable and completed the project without issue and on time. We would refer and use again Rich and his team for future projects.

I had multiple electrical problems in our house in Great Neck, NY. He gave us a very reasonable price. I live in Florida and he was very accommodating by calling the tentant to set up an appointment. He showed up on time and completed the work in one day. In addition, he offers a warranty on his work too! He was also very flexible in payment since we lived out of state. I would defiantly use him again!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark, who came to my co-op today to diagnose and fix my ceiling fan, and really the whole team at NYC Electricians.

Anthony in the office was extremely nice during the whole appointment-making process, and he kept me updated when Mark was delayed by another project. Even though I told him that I work from home, he made a point of making sure I wasn't stuck in the apartment, wasting my time waiting.

Eventually, Mark came to my apartment, took the ceiling fan apart, stayed on hold with the lighting manufacturer to find out about parts while they transferred us from department to department, and then figured out what the problem was. He was friendly, informative, and considerate of my belongings and furniture throughout the entire process, and I felt extremely well taken care of.

We needed a new bulb, which I didn't have, so his colleague George drove me to the nearest hardware store so I could pick one up. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct model (who knew there were so many kinds of halogen bulbs?). So Mark showed me what I needed, suggested where to shop for it, and then gave me his phone number so I could call with any questions when I got to the store. He provided service well above and beyond, and didn't charge me any more than the price I was quoted on the phone.  

I will DEFINITELY be using NYC Electricians again if I ever need electrical work, and would definitely recommend Mark in particular to anyone who asked.

I had an office emergency & needed the electrical issue to get fixed ASAP. They arrived within one hour of me speaking w/ someone & then had the electrical issue resolved w/in about 30-45 minutes after arriving.

Overall, very professional & informative.

I'll definitely keep them in mind should I ever have any further electrical issues moving forward.

What a great job!  I am so happy with the work that Ray Lall completed. He arrived early and replaced three light fixtures neatly and meticulously. Filled in an open area around one fixture,  removed rust stains from the tile around another, and polished the chrome on all three fixtures after each installation. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommended Ray and G & R Electrical.

Mike was great.  First helping me over the phone to determine the issue.  The he stopped by and immediate knew the issue and fixed it.

Very pleased.  Mr. Conroy (Danny) was right on time, efficient, polite and pleasant and charged even less than his reasonable estimate.  Highly recommend him!

Came same day to repair breakers, was fast and responsive. Chris did a great job and I will hire him again!

We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! Yoni came to my house as promised on time. He called me back very promptly yesterday, was very polite and answered all my questions without any kind of pressure or hard sales tactics. I truly felt that he meant what he said in that he wanted my job to be done the right way, and in a manner that I would be happy with.

It was a simple job that I needed. I had an older dryer hooked up to the circuit breaker, I asked him to disconnect it, then, install an outlet that would enable the new dryer to be hooked up to it. He was very patient answering all my questions, and he checked out the specs to make sure that the amperages were sufficient and that all would be smooth for the installation of my new dryer.

I felt pleased with his initial estimate, very pleased with how quickly and efficiently he worked and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Highly recommended.

Ilya was wonderful! We called him after discovering that most of the outlets in our new office weren't working. He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. He fixed the issue in just about 20-30 minutes and did it quietly, efficiently, and meticulously. We're definitely going to call him back to do additional electrical work!!

As a home inspector in New Jersey I try to get advice from the best qualified professionals in each field when Im stuck on something.  Don at DLP is my go to guy as far as electricians.  He's accessible and quick to reply to messages, honest and by far one of the brightest electricians around.  Im lucky to be able to pick his brain and refer him to my clients whenever possible.  He makes me look smarter!!  If you're looking for a quality electrician, one that this home inspector relies on, Don is your guy.  Electrical work should not be a DIY and is not for the inexperienced.  With Don you get experience, quality work and confidence.

Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job replacing ceiling fan. The website for the installations said that it would take approximately an hour but they were able to do it in 45 minutes.

My wife and I were having problems with a low-voltage track lighting system that was over twenty years old and no longer manufactured.  Avi was terrifically helpful in accommodating to our schedule and getting someone out to assess the issue as quickly as possible.  Gerry was on time, professional and extraordinarily helpful.  More specifically, he patiently diagnosed the problem and ingeniously found a way to rewire the failing track segment thereby bringing it back to life.  All the while, he was a gentle, easy presence in our apartment (and tolerated the occasional interference from our three cats with good humor).  Not if -- but when given its age -- our lighting fails again we will not hesitate to contact Electrific, just as we would for any other electrical problem we might encounter.  All of which is to say, we can't recommend them more highly.

Can't say enough good stuff about this one! Graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a design degree and can make just about anything! She hung lighting and pictures for me  added some dimmers so the ambiance was just right. Katie gave me great advice on several areas of my home and brought all of the ideas to life. She can do it all!

Not too impressed so far.  Keep calling to get an appointment.  Person who answers the phone keeps saying he needs to check his schedule, will get back to me, never does.   Not an auspicious beginning or a high level of comfort that work product will be quality.  Moving on.
