Wanda is the best !   JMW saved me from a major DEP violation/fine with plumbing that was not up to code in my building.   They did this work quickly, expertly, and at a VERY fair price.   Others had quoted much more.  Wanda is very easy to communicate with and explained clearly what the problem was and how to handle it.  I will be calling JMW for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

Very happy with the service, Mario is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that without asking he and his assistant made sure they wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean and wore masks. During our initial appointment he assessed the issue and provided a few options for how to move forward with no pressure which I appreciated. The day of the work they installed our new toilet quickly and didn't leave any mess.

We had a water main break in our house in Yonkers.  I called 3 plumbers who all quoted me 15-30K to repair.  Martin O'Grady came over, and was able to do the job for under 5K.  The reason is that he specializes in sewers and water mains.  The other guys don't have excavation teams on staff-- they just subcontract all of the excavation, which is very expensive.  Martin's guys are on staff, and know just what they are doing.  Martin is a nice older Irish guy who knows what's what, and took care of the whole problem.  I hopefully won't have another problem with the water, but if I do, I would call O'Grady Plumbing without hesitation.

George is my neighbor so maybe I'm a little biased, but he is a great plumber. He helped me with a sewage problem I was having at my house... He was super friendly and knowledgeable. When I saw the sewage backed up in my basement, I thought the worst. George not only fixed the problem, but showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. Working in the city, and being a tradesman myself, I've worked with/around many plumbers over the years... With that being said, George is the only plumber I'd recommend, period.

I have been using Harris Plumbing for several years. Harris Plumbing is licensed and insured. They are very competent. Always come at the appointed time or earlier. Work is done in a timely and competent manner. Prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thanks in particular to Chris, Nick and Andrew. I would be remiss if I left out the office staff who are always very professional and courteous.

I had a plumbing issue.  I went on Yelp and easily found a company that was able to take care of it on short notice. I found 24/7 and they  sent us a plumber took care of the issue in short order. The service was outstanding company. I most definitely highly recommend them.

Don't let the fact that all 3 reviewers (so far) are from California.... Franklin Lowe & Son is an awesome plumber for the area around Glen Ridge and Bloomfield NJ.  My family has been using them for *generations* -- literally.  Since the early 1960's.  Scott is great.  Best. Plumber. Ever.   I haven't found anything like Franklin Lowe & Son in California, alas.

Branden is the best! Always helpful and patient even when he is super busy, which he always is. Great place. Enjoy doing business with them.

100% amazing service from beginning to end.  We just moved to the neighborhood and needed to find a plumber and Tommie is our guy!  Laurie Ann answered our call almost immediately and was really friendly.  We got an appointment quickly -- when other people were taking a week to come for our clogged sinks -- and Tommie was skilled, quick, explained things to us in a way we could understand and was totally charming to boot!  Also, the price was 1/3 less than the first people we called, who were one of those big name companies, rather than the mom and pop operation that Safehaven is.  Feel really lucky to have found them.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can't understand all of the bad reviews. I was struggling with a clogged bathroom sink. I called Roto Rooter and set up an appointment. A plumber showed up about an hour afterward. The job was done within 15 minutes and he was in and out. The price was what I was told I would be paying. No attempt to upcharge me for anything or find anything wrong. Service was outstanding plumber was very polite.

i had service with this company and seriously i almost got robbed very badly from these guys.ill tell you what happened , my tenant called coned because there were no fume on the stove so he couldnt cook  coned came in and without any investigation they shut the main power off, i have to get a plumber and i called this people to find out where is the leak that coned was saying . this company knowing that came in with a free estimate they said they have to do  a gas test and  it will  cost me 800 dollars and then they will tell me where the gas leak is  coming  from. at that moment i did not know that the stove was the problem .i found out at the end when i fix the stove for 85 bucks it was a piece that was not working..well these guys did the test and told me that there is a gas leaking somewhere in the house and to fix the problem they have to change the whole pipes from the entire house a 8000 dollars job ..i was there all the time and i am on disability and while they were doing the test i questioned  them and i guess one of the plumbers not the boss one of the employers felt sorry for what i was going to face that decided to do it again the test and yes the gauge need it to tied really good . the first time they did i showed some leak but it was not from the pipes it was from the tester when he tied the tester good . it did not show any loose gas from the tester. what a guys  he said the company was going to ripped me off but they were not going to do at  this time with me and he said dont mentioned nothing to the company because he is going to get fired . i said thank you man. i felt very scary dealing with this people this company and it is a true story i dont know if the guy still working for this company but watch out i would never recomend this company because of my personal experience. i was gonna ended up paying 8000 dollars when it only cost me to fix the problem 85 dollars of course i paid the 800 dollars nothing more to this people ..

They used to be better 10 years ago. Last 3 times I've used them, had to have them back 2-3 times and still have issues not resolved. Not using them any longer.

1. Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM. They called and said they'd be late. I really appreciated the heads up.
A lot of other guys don't do that
2. Did the job, explained the job, cleaned up after the job was done.
3. Didn't mind that my 5-year-old son tried to help. Really nice guys.
4. Fair price.

Called up and made an appointment (after a 10 minute wait on phone). Assured of the time I left work to get home on time. 10 minutes after they were meant to show, I get a call saying they are having car trouble and can we reschedule for tomorrow. I realize that things happen, but the guy slipped up and said we're really busy today which to me means that they tried to sneak in an extra call (for $300 to snake a sink) and couldn't make it happen. Bad business sense and a huge waste of my afternoon.

This company is working by my apartment building and as they were loading pipes on to there cart they left it unattended and it dented my vehicle.There supervisor was standing there with them they just walked away and pretended like it didn't happen luckily for me another company was working there and told me what happened and now they don't take my calls and refuse to pay for the damages they did to my vehicle.
